- DMFTEF (8/5): Very comfortable hotel in a great location - This hotel is ideally situated 2 minutes flat walk from Alexanderplatz and especially the over and under ground transport hubs for Berlin. Our check in was very good, reception was busy with new guests but 3 desks were open so waiting was minimal. All receptionists were welcoming, friendly and efficient and we were processed very quickly. Our room was on the first floor facing the inner courtyard which minimised any external noise (you can still hear the occasional low hum of a passing tram but did not bother us). The room was clean and very (too) warm but soon rectified this by opening a window. These rooms are not as big as uk Premier Inns but suited us perfectly especially having tea and coffee facilities and a free safe in the room. One small moan - the shower head fixing would not stay up on the slide pole despite looking relatively new (we managed to wedge the fixing with tissues wrapped in a plastic bag) and the overhead rain forest shower head only dribbles cold water when selected but the main shower was excellent. Oh, and bring your own shampoo and gel - the one provided was rubbish đ. We did not use the bar or restaurant as we were in the middle of the city but the prices looked quite high especially a bottle of white wine at âŹ30. Overall we had a great comfortable stay here and would definitely recommend it - book well in advance for best prices.
- randles_kitchen (8/5): A great budget hotel just a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz station. - Great budget hotel. If youâve stayed at a Premier Hotel before then youâll know exactly what to expect as this is a pretty typical example. Personally I didnât find noise to be a problem here, but there are trams running outside until late at night and from early in the morning and some light sleepers may these annoying. Top tip, if possible get a room on the top floor as youâll be further away from the street. Excellent breakfast. Eat as much as you like. No dedicated gluten free options but youâll be able to find plenty to eat thatâs naturally GF like scrambled eggs, fruit salad etc.

- kayleigho454 (10/5): A warm welcome, beautiful room with a view! Tasty, fresh breakfast - We had the most perfect stay! From the moment we stepped in the door to reception, we were greeted with a warm welcome from a lovely lady. She looked after our check-in, providing all the details and info we needed for our stay, we didn't even need to ask questions as she really covered everything to a T. This lady was so kind, like a breath of fresh air, after a long travel, it was so nice to receive the welcome we did. An absolute credit to your team. The lady gave us a beautiful room with the best view, you can't beat the view! It's our favourite. When we arrived to the room, we had a lovely card and some prosecco awaiting us! Which was an amazing surprise. I had noted it was a birthday stay but I didn't expect anything. This was a beautiful touch and really made our stay. It was a peaceful stay, just bliss. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and so much choice. We can't thank the staff enough they were incredible. A special mention to the lady that checked us in, I didnt quite catch her name unfortunately. We stay here regularly and we have always had a great experience, this stay topped them all. 5 stars đđđđđ all round. This will always be our go to place when staying in Belfast.
- hannah9457 (10/5): Totally fine - We stayed here for 3 nights, its close to the station, we had a triple room, the small bed wasn't made up on arrival but reception organised it to be made up at a time that suited. We arrived early and an early check in charge was applicable and 20 euros, not too bad. There is a happy hour between 5 and 7 and drinks are half price. Room was plenty large enough, bathroom and shower decent, price and location really good. Room a little hot and noisy, but no big deal.

It's way too pricey for what you get... unclean floor, no toilet paper, no staff to be seen, self check in machine makes it a faceless experience.
- I1039OVlucianot (8/5): Nice rooms, quiet for the area it is in and close to the Titanic Museum. - Fairly good. So close to the Titanic Museum, very convenient. We were on the 6th floor and the area was quiet at night. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. Temperature control was a bit on an issue, it got too hot in the room even with the thermostat off and an open window. Parking is not free, which is a bit of a surprise, 50% off at least. Breakfast was good, no complains. They could add hot chocolate or Nesquick for the kids, but the coffee was good and the employees helpful and friendly.

- CarolineWrites (10/5): I recommend this hotel - I'm staying in the hotel right now, and this is an honest review. I'm in a twin room in my daughter overlooking the courtyard. Staff were very friendly, in my opinion, I have not encountered any rudeness at all, so I don't know why they've had some negative reviews on that. The beds are as you would expect of a Premier Inn, very clean and comfortable. The room is very spacious, again, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom door may be frosted but there is plenty of privacy so absolutely no worries there. (That was also something that worried me about reviews when I booked, but I'm in room 553 and am very pleased with it) The shower is lovely, also very pleased with that. There are some lovely areas in the hotel where you can sit and work on your laptop in peace if needed and some cosy areas to have a bite or drink a coffee. There's a shop and a self service checkout which is handy but expensive. There's also a supermarket 3 mins walk away which is very reasonably priced. The location of this hotel is excellent, very convenient and near the train station. Lots of public transport in the form of Bolt, taxis, trams, buses and trains, and a lot cheaper than the UK. I did find it strange, not being asked for my ticket when I hopped on the bus! Berlin is such an interesting place. There are some lovely areas 10 or 20 mins out on the bus or via a Bolt. Very happy with the amenities in this hotel, I would stay again. The only advice I'd give is to bring ear plugs as the room does get warm but if you want to leave the window open a crack at night then there is lots of noise outside. But hey, it's a city hotel and that is beyond their control. I recommend this hotel when visiting Berlin. :-)
- BreaksfromReality (8/5): Great Location - Very easy to get to. Friendly staff. Was surprised how big and clean our family room was. Subsidized car park at the hotel is small and you have to be there early to get a space otherwise you will have to park in Arena car park a few mins walk away. A great base for visiting W5, SSE Arena and Titanic as these are on your doorstep. Would use again.
- fletcher9965 (2/5): Awful - - The rooms at this hotel are generally in line with the usual Premier Inn standard, with very comfortable beds. The location is convenient due to its proximity to public transport links. However, do not expect the advertised âgood nightâs sleep guaranteed.â The noise levels at this hotel are extremely disruptive. If your room faces the outside, you will be disturbed by constant tram noise and traffic throughout the nightâitâs comparable to trying to sleep in the middle of a motorway. Adding to the discomfort, the rooms are uncomfortably warm. Although the hotel offers climate control, it seems permanently set at 25 degrees. While you can open the window slightly, doing so only increases the noise from outside. I raised my concerns with reception, but was met with a defensive and rude response from a tall, fair-haired staff member. His unhelpful comments, such as âthis is a city centre hotelâ and âI canât move the hotel,â only added to my frustration. The level of customer service was extremely poor. We were eventually moved to an inside courtyard room, which was an improvement in terms of traffic noiseâuntil the shouting and screaming from the neighboring hostel began. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel if you are hoping for a restful stay.

- dtiwine2 (10/5): Definitely a Premier experience - Stated in the Premier Inn when we were both attending the Gemba Lean Summit in the Titanic. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was a bother . A particular shout out to Bradley the manager. I had left my cue cards at home that I needed for the speech I was doing at the Titanic. Bradley cane up with the solution and used the âhappy birthdayâ postcards that they use for guests rooms. He punched a hole in the corner of the card and tagged them all together with lovely Premier Inn Purple ribbon. He saved the day for me! The staff were all lovely, and Ruth went out of her way to get us two umbrellas as it was pouring outside. Food and bar area all good. The twin room on 5th floor exceeded our expectations in that it was bigger than what we expected. Beds were very comfortable. The car park was very convenient and was cheaper than Titanic car park . The walk to the Titanic was nice and only took 5 minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

- Travel63656747712 (10/5): Great place to stay - We stayed in this Premier Inn in one of their Premier Plus rooms, whilst we attended a Gala at the Titanic Museum. The staff were absolutely fantastic and could not have been more accommodating. We were so well looked after during our stay. From check-in until departure. Roisin and Ruth are a credit to the Premier inn as a whole. I could not fault a single thing about this hotel or it's staff.
- MHVacayy (8/5): Good hotel. - Decent hotel. Great central location, so handy for the hop on hop off buses and the main station at Alexanderplatz. We felt safe at the hotel. We found it to be quiet, beds comfortable, and we all got good nights sleep. The breakfast was tatsy...plenty choice for all. Nothing went empty, replenished all the time. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The family room was very small. Beds were pushed together, no floor space and very little storage/hangers for 4 people. That was our only gripe. I think the family rooms are more suited to 3. That was our only gripe. We weren't in our room much so we managed.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. We got to our room and I was very satisfied . It was very clean and comfortable. I slept very well. The breakfast was very good and very reasonable. I have to make a special mention to the lady who was on duty on reception , on Saturday and Sunday 27 & 28th of September. Iâm so sorry I didnât get her name, but what an asset she is to your business. She was reception she also helped out in dining room. Premier Inn thank you for making my Belfast stay so special

So much better than its posher neighbour... - Taking my Brother and Mother on a trip to visit Titanic Belfast we booked 3 Premier Plus Rooms, for 2 nights at the property. All our rooms overlooked the marina area and provided a lovely view. I had previously stayed at the Titanic Hotel and I can honestly say the Premier Inn TQ was simply superior in terms of comfort, friendliness and value. All the staff we encountered were friendly and engaging throughout our stay and happily fixed any little issues we had, such as the wifi. The premier plus rooms give you all the little luxuries; from upgraded furnishings to posh coffee and choccies! There are also additional teas, milk etc readily available at reception. The room were wonderfully quiet, comfortable and we all slept so soundly. Obviously the property is situated away from the city centre but there are buses nearby, though we had no problems in getting a taxi or Uber. For the price we paid and the service we received we cannot recommend highly enough!

- RobertF619 (2/5): Avoid this hotel! - Great location, which is about all it has going for it. We arrived mid-afternoon & it took 3! staff to work the computer to book us in. 1 staff member was rude & grumpy. Only 1 HDMI socket in the room. The hairdryer kept flicking off & on, so electrically unsafe. So glad we only stayed one night. The only shining light was Ruth on breakfast desk, a delightful lady & deserves a raise. Avoid this hotel.
- Patricia (10/5): - Was a great place to be located near the Titanic Exhibit. Don't miss the Nomadic, Titanic's little sister ship, used for transporting Titanic passengers in port to the shop before she left Europe's shores. Completely restored to her former splendour. Also, take a peek into the working washrooms. Original fittings just as the 'the first class' passengers enjoyed. We all know we're all first class passengers in this lifetime, but that's an aside reminder. Lol. Enjoy reading about the history on board, and the many people who have been ferried safely by the Nomadic, including my grandfather in the first World War, and my Uncle in the second World War. I doubt they ever even knew the Nomadic was busy transporting them both, some 35 years apart.

- 783henriw (2/5): Horrified - Upon checking in I discovered that my bedsheets were dirty, however it was midnight and I was aware that there would likely only be one staff member on for the hotel so I slept without any bedsheets on my first night as I felt it was unlikely they would be able to help me in the middle of the night. The next day I informed a member of staff at reception that my bedsheets were dirty, her first suggestion was that she provided me the bedsheets and I change the bed myself, which I refused, asking a guest to change their own bedsheets is ridiculous when theyâve paid hundreds of pounds to be there. Her second suggestion was that as I was checking out the next day the sheet could simply be done then after my checkout, I informed her that I was not sleeping on dirty sheets for my entire stay. I informed her I was going out for the day and that they had plenty time to change my sheets before I returned. When I arrived back into my hotel room, I discovered my sheets had not been changed and were still dirty. I then had to go back downstairs and find a manager as the reception was unmanned. He gave me many excuses that staff had not been trained on housekeeping and that they were very shortstaffed and very busy. And that somebody would be up soon to change the sheets however as this was now 1130 at night and I desired to get to my bed, I insisted that it was done immediately. I came up with him to my room and watched him change my bedsheets, the entire time he made excuses that the hotel was shortstaffed and that nobody had been trained on housekeeping, why was the hotel left like this? He also complained to me that he changes the bedsheets at home therefore hates making beds. Why he felt the need to tell me about his personal life I have no idea. I also informed the manager that my TV was broken which he was able to fix. Why, when I have paid ÂŁ370 to be there, am I being given a room with a broken TV and dirty sheets? And why should I have to argue with several staff to get these issues rectified?
- JRTinn (10/5): Great for visiting Titanic and W5 - Stayed here as a family of 4 (7 year old and a 1 years old). Hotel room was lovely and big - plenty of room for us all. Had a nice floor to ceiling window which my son could sit in and watch the world go by. Room was very quiet. Great location for visiting the Titanic and W5. We ate breakfast here, as there was no where else nearby. Spar nearby was great for lunch though with hot food and made for you sandwiches. Parking was a little difficult when there was an event on at The Odyssey Centre so would recommend not moving your car! It also isn't obvious that reception can validate your car parking ticket so you get a reduced charge (otherwise its ÂŁ27 ish for overnight parking) Only negative was the parking situation on event nights and that the hotel had no Prosecco!!

Easy to pick up the Hop on Hop off bus for Belfast and visit the Titanic experience. Lovely premium rooms on the 6th Floor. Great nights sleep. Faultless, lovely big rooms with very comfortable beds, good showers etc. Plenty of Tea and coffee . Had a continental breakfast one morning which was fine. Staff were warm and friendly especially Bradley who was so kind and helped us store and retrieve our luggage safely. A great base for exploring Belfast.

The room was fantastic, large and airy, the view across the harbour to the town was brilliant and the bed was very comfortable. It also has a coffee pod machine and a bar fridge. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to Belfast and surrounds.
- Richardson2024 (10/5): Excellent location and truly exceptional service; we would gladly stay here again. - We had a great stay at this hotel in Berlin. The location was excellent; we could walk to many sights, reach public transportation easily, and even taxis were reasonably priced. There were also plenty of great dining options within walking distance. The service was truly outstanding. We had left some important items in the room safe after checkout, and the staff not only found them but also coordinated with us for pickup via DHL Express. Even though DHL made mistakes, the front desk team stayed in constant communication with us for almost a month after our stay, always helpful and patient until the matter was fully resolved. Checking in, we noticed that our request about how our two rooms should be assigned hadnât been honored. However, the staff were apologetic and offered us a gift in compensation, which we greatly appreciated. One minor drawback was that it was difficult to find a direct phone number for the hotel, as the one online connected only to the central line of the Premier Inn chain. Fortunately, email communication worked smoothly.

Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast was better than expected. Check-in can be slow during busy times and storage space in the rooms is limited, but overall itâs excellent value for money.

We stayed in a premier plus room - Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, nice shower and room had everything we could possibly need! A fridge with complimentary water & treats, a coffee machine with teabags, coffee & milk. A TV, hairdryer, bedside wireless charging dock, iron, ironing board and everything! Premier inn has once again exceeded my explectations. The hotel itself is in a good location 5 minute trip of the G2 Glider to Odyessy stop from the city centre and a 2 minute walk around the corner. 10/10 thanks to the staff for a warm welcome!

- SabrinaLouis (6/5): Great location but sadly rude staff let it down. - Our greeting was welcoming and friendly but then it went downhill after that. The lady who took our luggage was very friendly. But the staff who checked us in, served us at the bar/restaurant were all just ignoring us, not friendly and busy chatting. (Excluding the young blonde lady who was very friendly at the restaurant). Staff literally walked past us in the restaurant, didn't take our order for ages even though they were walking around doing nothing. The bar worker wasn't friendly at all. And the male at breakfast was the worst of them all. He placed the reserved sign down and walked off, yet explained to everyone else around us where everything was. We noticed we were the only English ones there and found that maybe this is why we were the only ones we didn't see him explain everything to, yet he explained where everything was to everyone else! The room was fine, but be warned the beds are very high and my mum struggled getting on/off the bed.
- GoPlaces17807410801 (8/5): Great location - Great location - just a short walk from alexanderplatz station. Friendly staff and the option to store bags for you. Room was quite small for 3 people but fine for one night. Our room overlooked the tram tracks which was quite noisy, especially through the night. Take ear plugs or ask for a room in a different area of the hotel if you like it quieter. Breakfast was good. There were some gluten free options but it would be nice to offer gluten free toast if possible. Overall I would recommend this hotel for it's location and good value for money.

Chambre moderne, joli design mais impactĂ©e par la circulation urbaine en terme de bruit mĂȘme fenĂštre fermĂ©e. Chambre et sanitaires propres. Bon accueil Ă notre arrivĂ©e. Bon petit dĂ©jeuner, variĂ©. Par contre, les tables mĂ©riteraient une nappe ou des sets car notre table Ă©tait "collante", de mĂȘme que le parquet dans la salle de restauration. Cela Ă©tant et malgrĂ© notre anglais trĂšs approximatif, nous avons eu un trĂšs bon contact avec le personnel. Parking payant Ă proximitĂ© immĂ©diate.
- Tara (6/5): - Pros - loved that the room had our own changeable heating/cooling system. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in. Quick 15 min walk to the city centre and it is an easy walk. 12pm check out. Cons - no facecloths in room, no fridge, only 1 lift working which made for a small argument when people queue jumped the line, having to pay for parking when you have paid $400 CAD for the room for 1 night (the pro to this was we got a voucher to reduce from ÂŁ22 to ÂŁ11 but still).

- 705tildel (10/5): Service beyond expectations - We traveled two adults and 2 small children. We had booked a single night as an extension of a trip. We tried ourself to extend our stay by another night via hotels.com, which we had booked through, but the website said that there were no more family rooms available for 4 people. We spoke to the smiling and welcoming receptionist Marco. He performed miracles and found a room for us that we could stay in for both nights. It turned out to be a much better room than we had originally booked. A large suite with an adjoining room for the children and a large balcony. All without extra charge. All in all, a wonderful hotel experience, especially because of the thorough and service-minded receptionist Marco.

- Daniele (10/5): Il miglior hotel a Belfast - Siamo arrivati in albergo alle 2 del mattino. Il giovane alla reception ci Ăš venuto ad aprire la porta e si Ăš subito prodigato per darci una camera. Purtroppo Hotels.com non aveva comunicato alla struttura che noi s'era giĂ pagato oer la notte. Il giovane, nonostante non avesse la certezza amministrativa del pagamento ha capito la nostra situazione e ci ha dato una bellissima camera, grande, comoda e silenziosa. Questa mattina dopo ka colazione ci hanno detto che tutto era regolare e che tutti i problemi erano risolti

The Aircon was efficient and quiet and the hotel's location was perfect. The staff were great and the bar was the perfect place for a nightcap. Thanks for a great stay.

- Elizabeth (8/5): - Loved the staff - very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculately clean. Bed was a little stiff and the sheets are scratchy. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was closed due to low staffing but a nice mall with many families was within walking distance to eat dinner at 5Guys.

- Carol (10/5): - We stayed here because we had an early flight out of George Best Airport. The Premier Inn is only 5 minutes away by taxi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a lovely room on the top floor, a Premier Plus, which was an upgrade as I booked a standard. Very much appreciated. We were disappointed when we asked for one of the featured drinks in the bar, and it wasn't available, but our meal was enjoyable. Again, the servers were very good. All in all, a great place to stay near the airport, and it's also close to Titanic Belfast.
