Guest Reviews
- 922jonnym (4/5): Good place ruined by staff - cheap before quality - Came first the rugby as we have done yearly and usually it’s very good. They usually have Eastern European staff who were great and helpful. They’ve clearly opted for cheap now instead of quality, the staff now are below par, rude and gang up on customers. Typical London now. We will not use this hotel again. Tbh they don’t even have water in the rooms! Cheap and dreary
- Getaway592244 (10/5): Extremely helpful reception staff - The reception staff are extremely helpful and considerate and make the stay especially enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I needed a last-minute booking and found Sobia and Ajita so helpful. I think the personal touch makes the stay feel like being in a small family-run hotel because they really care about the guests.
Polite, courteous, thoughtful, professional. I was highly impressed.
The room was clean, warm and large with a new bathroom, it seemed, and a very comfortable bed.
- synousallys (10/5): Big Thank you to Sobia and all other Staff at Bexleyheath Premier Inn - Good evening!
We, Premier Inn Bexleyheath Room 116, would like to give a big Shout Out to all Staff in Operation from the Cleaning Team to Catering & Reception
But our Special Shout Out goes to Sobia who’s been extremely Professional, Helpful, Friendly.
Sobia relates, communicates very well with Customers.
We feel there isn’t anything , Premier Inn Hotel-related, Sobia is not deliver in.
Big Thank you to Sobia and Teams at Premier Inn Bexleyheath Room.
Thank you,
Kind Regards!

- Y5818MKjasons (4/5): Stay - The hotel generally was Ok but a little tired but the cleanliness of out room was not good this time we have stated in many Premier inns I've rrh years and always found they are good value for money
- 714zsuzsat (10/5): The best HOTEL! - Karolina and Melinda the best service. Very good breakfeast There was very kind person and very polite. My experience in that hotel is good. I recomand to my friemd.
- clyties (10/5): Food and service were excellent. - Fabulous stay at Premier Inn Kew Bridge.
Beautifully clean. Staff ho above and beyond at all times and the breakfast was 1st class.
Will definitely stay again.
- arajadew (8/5): Very good service - We didn’t stay in the hotel for this instance but went as walk in for breakfast at their restaurant. The food was not as well prepared as previous visits but I understand as I assume only few staff are there and cater numbers of guests, still though food was good. I’m writing this review to commend one outstanding staff named JENNY. You see how she tries hard in order to assist and serve her customers. It’s nice to see hard working staff like her and be appreciated in simple way we can.
- Radioheadkiduk (4/5): Tired and run down - Sadly, like the last Premier Inn I stayed in 2 weeks ago, the attention to detail has gone. Chipped furniture, heavily stained upholstery, and maintenance faults abound (one example given). I had to believe rooms due to very noisy aircon (basically sounded like the last stages of a bath draining every 10 minutes) and when I was moved to another floor the bathroom floor was so warped you could bounce on it. The plug by the bedside, that was hang in about of the wall was both shoddy and worrying.
Sadly this is likely my last stay in a PI and I’ll be closing my business account. Until things improve they really aren’t worth the cost now and there are better independent options out there.
The really sad thing is he is… I was one of the first guests to stop in this hotel when it opened. It’s like all g goodbye to an old friend, even if it is part of a chain.
- 37cheyanned (6/5): Good experience - Nice, clean hotel room. We had a few questions in regards to the breakfast and it was dealt with by a lovely woman called Tsvetelima who was ince and polite
- davidpC3960KC (2/5): Nothing like your advert - I have been to this hotel many times and it is getting worse on every visit. Where do I start:
Rooms: They are dirty, more dust than an abandoned house, this is thick dust along the skirting boards and carpet, base of the beds hasn't seen a duster for an age, the windows are filthy (probably never cleaned since it was built) both inside and out, on the outside of the windows you have pigeon droppings. Room smells musty. The mattress should be replaced as dips in the centre and is very uncomfortable.
Bathroom: There is mould, taps with a lot of limescale, broken or ruined bath panels.
Hallways: Smells musty and then you have the strong smell of weed.
Restaurant: You have sticky tables, cutlery not clean. I had a mixed grill (something you can't get wrong) the steak smelt off, the sausage you know had been reheated from breakfast (and still not warm), egg white not cooked and still runny.
Staff: Reception staff (when about) can be friendly. Cleaners occasionally speak but mostly on there phones in a foreign language. Restaurant staff simply wow. You have the transgender (each to there own, I have no problem) who wears a dirty, untidy blue wig (definitely not professional looking), supposedly runs the restaurant, has excuses for a lot of things not on the menu, I asked for a coffee but was told I couldn't have one as the machine was turned off and wouldn't be ready for another hour (even though they had been there since 2pm they couldn't flick a switch).
Overall the hotel needs a major refurb, properly trained staff. I paid £245 for 3 nights and was a total waste of money. Next time I will pay extra and go to the Marriott
- H3518KXmarkw (10/5): Polite and friendly - Rooms clean and tidy staff were helpfull and polite the breakfast was varied with choice of hot and cold beverages. Evening meal was reasonably priced and tasty.
- laurencutter (10/5): Nice hotel - Friendly staff, happy to help, rooms were easy to locate, smelt and looked clean on arrival.
Easy check in and out.
Car parking was discounted and quite alot of spaces.
- loredanamP4853MQ (6/5): Hotel experience and breakfast chef review - The hotel lacks in cleanliness.
Carpet and windows were very dirty.
The reception staff almost invisible at all times and had no one to raise this issue with.
The breakfast was delicious and children could enjoy their breakfast for free.
Lunch and dinner menu can definitely be improved.
Will be nice to see the breakfast chef AINSLEY cooking for lunch and dinner, maybe adding his ideas to the menu.
- D8744TLandrewh (10/5): Welcoming and accessible hotel - Clean and welcoming hotel, with good breakfast and parking facilities. Excellent front desk service. Easy access to Ealing and onwards to London. Stayed multiple times for access to Wembley stadium.
- 272annettey (10/5): A Good Night’s Stay - All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The communal areas were clean and fresh. My room was clean, smelt fresh and was inviting. I had a good nights sleep and the bathroom was well equipped and the shower was very powerful, with the right temperature water. All in all a good stay, excellent location and my room was quiet. Hope to return soon.
- heleneE3664LX (10/5): Amazing :) - The hotel is so lovely and friendly especially Sorina who looked after us at breakfast very friendly, helpful and efficient with looking after us :)
- sheepyrichard (10/5): Another quality stay and superb breakfast! - Another fantastic stay at Premier inn Brentford! - The staff are always so friendly and accommodating.., nothing is ever too much trouble.
Big shout out to Ainsley who always cooks a superb breakfast!.. absolutely delicious! 👌🏼🍳
- 163martinr (10/5): Highly recommended! - Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn London Bexleyheath. The rooms were nice and clean, and we received a warm welcome at reception from Sobia, whose friendly smile made the check-in process absolutely smooth and pleasant. The food was excellent — the sea bass and pancakes were absolutely delicious, and with the 2-for-1 meal deal, it’s a no-brainer. Highly recommended!
- H297BSdavidt (10/5): Would definitely recommend this Premier Inn - Good size rooms, Excellent service especially in the restaurant where Jenny was very helpful and made you feel welcome.
- 180afifas (10/5): JULIANA was amazing and helpful caring she deserves 5 star she was very cand to my disabled mum ❤️ - JULIANA WAS THE BEST STAF I MEET IN PREMIER INN HOTEL IN BRENT FORD SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL LADY VERY POLITE
SHE WAS EXCELLENT.
- anthonydK2665IS (10/5): Great stay - A very pleasant stay, affordable and comfortable, a quiet night in a busy place. Breakfast was incredible with amazing service from Jenny and food from Ainsley, special care and attention for the smaller people in our group which brought smiles and showed care and attention for the little things that made a big difference
- Jodz001 (10/5): Amazing service!! - Great hotel, quiet, comfortable, easy parking (£15 for 24 hours). But for us the highlight was at breakfast, great food all hot and fresh and the service and kindness we were shown was outstanding! Jenny the waitress was amazing! Running around replenishing things, cleaning quickly and just so friendly! Then Jenny gave my son a toy car to play with and Ainsley the chef made him an incredible pancake dish with cut outs and syrup and strawberries! Just the best people and service ever in a premier inn! We we so impressed we asked for their names to write a review, I don’t usually but this service needs recognition. We highly recommend this hotel especially with staff such as Jenny and Ainsley there!
- Dreamer549210 (8/5): Very good - Friendly and helpful staff. Always good experience staying at Premier Inn. It’s was very quiet and no noise disturbances even though the hotel is right in front of the M4 and A4. Just disappointed that the coffee machine was broken☹️
- stephaniemW7536NY (10/5): Nice stay - Nice stay for 3nights. Ainsley the chef was very nice to us & the kids, he gave the kids a very nice pancake breakfast. Staff were very helpful.
- Alderton1959 (2/5): Very un happy the worst premier In have tried to upload pictures that I've taken but will not let n I've ever stayed in - Asked to be moved from the first room we was given because of bad smells but the second room was very dirty stains on the carpet ripped carpet very grubby marks on walls everywhere we went there was dirty marks on walls in the lifts didn't feel that we could eat there because of how dirty everywhere was would never stay there again have tried to upload photos that I've taken but will not let me probably because of the bad review I've given
- iwright2022 (4/5): Poor Hotel But Great Staff - This hotel relies on it's location to attract guests as the hotel is tired looking and the whole hotel needs an upgrade. Bedrooms especially.
I've stayed in many Premier Inns and they are modern looking and have Plus Rooms which this does not. A bit of pot luck if you get a room where everything works and isn't damaged.
The staff were the best part of the stay although they only had 2 on looking after check-in, restaurant and customer services.
- Atossa (2/5): - Overpriced, zero amenities, not even a box of tissue in the room. A horrible location. Everything seems old and dirty. Rooms have the absolute bare essentials.
- Stay07201286138 (2/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE - We stayed at the Bexleyheath premier inn for convenience for a family party. I would not recommend to stay here, unless for the sane reason. There was an awful smell of drains, that wafted from reception to the second floor. Terrible stains in the furniture l, mould in the bathroom, made me feel dirty. I would not eat there, due to the bad smells. We did have a drink in the bar, and the bar man was very nice and helpful.
- Amin (8/5): - Yes, really good break fast!
- cooldad1010 (2/5): Avoid if you can - Very poor, from the lift not working for an impaired person, youths openly smoking cannabis in the stairwell, heating not working in the rooms, dirty tables
- P6866ICanthonyr (4/5): Going down hill! - I stayed at Bexleyheath and to be fair this is the last time, the place has really gone down hill over the years, bar with very overpriced bottled lagers, no larger on tap, shower had rust on it, air con failed to work. Staff was ok.
- Marisa (6/5): - Stayed here for two nights. The room we had was a handicapped room, and the shower head was a hand held one with no where to clip it in to (that part was broken) so it made showering not the easiest, and I could imagine even harder for someone who was actually handicapped not having a place to rest the shower head. The breakfast / dinner was actually great. We really enjoyed that. The bed was comfortable.
- 523nirmalas (10/5): Best experience ever . - The location was perfect and the staff made us feel right at home, specially thanks to Ms . Ajeeta Mam’ for her outstanding behavior towards every customer.
- 803gangak (8/5): Good Environment - .. excellent stay … friendly staff …good location. Near by town easy parking .. easy to access motorway. Clean & tidy. Would like to go back stay
- 389rachitak (10/5): Very good hotel - The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Location is good and rooms are clean and comfortable. The manager Ajita was very helpful
- Cmsays (2/5): Never again - I felt grubby staying here, it was so dirty. Unfortunately it was not possible to leave and stay somewhere else as close by places were full and tube strike forbade travelling far.
I have put photos on of the place that speak for themselves.
We did not eat here as a guy we shared the lift with said it was not good at all.
It was very warm too, they gave you believe that you control the a/c this is not correct it is controlled by reception. It kept going off and never went cool although receptionist said she kept turning it down.
Anything you need for your room you have to go to reception.
Would never stay here again don’t know what people that say it is ok normally live like.
- CarmenRA (10/5): Nice & pleasant stay - It was a nice and pleasant stay , very friendly and attentive staff !Rooms are good size and comfortable ! Food service is also very efficient ! Housekeeping was also up to date ! Location was also quite convenient with easy public transport access !

- Loai (6/5): - .
- Laurence (8/5): - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and very good value. Bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. Highly recommend.
