- Michele (8/5): - O quarto estava limpo, roupas de cama cheirosas e cama confortável. O café da manhã estava ótimo, com boas opções.
- Solomon (6/5): - Wir haben nicht im Hotel gegessen.
- Michelle (10/5): - Perfetto
- nadep2015 (10/5): Perfect stay - Convenient location, polite staff, tidy rooms, WiFi worked great, breakfast was plentiful. We definitely recommend it.
- lorraineo866 (10/5): Peaceful and Central - I had an excellent 6-night stay at Premier Inn Lewisham. The hotel was extremely peaceful, and the blackout blinds were honestly the best I’ve ever experienced, I slept so well every night. The staff were all polite and helpful, especially Jo, who was always smiling and genuinely happy to assist. On the day of my graduation, I returned to my room to find thoughtful gifts and a lovely card. The attention to detail and attentiveness were truly giving 5-star service. The location is also perfect, with easy access to public transport. I’d definitely stay again, can’t wait‼️
- Global23368072064 (6/5): More effort for Breakfast please? - This is a usual Premier inn experience, not bad at all.
However breakfast is a buffet that is always a bit luke warm!
This shouldn't be difficult, hot food please?
The baked beans have actually been cold every day, not even a little bit warm.
Come on, please try harder.
- kbX8442TU (2/5): Disappointing Stay for a Family Trip - We stayed here as a family and unfortunately had a number of issues that really took away from the experience. We booked two rooms and were surprised to find they’d been allocated at opposite ends of the hotel, requiring two lifts and even a tunnel to get between them. Travelling with children, this made life much more difficult than it needed to be.
Check-in wasn’t smooth either — neither of our room keys worked, so we had to go back down to reception to get them sorted. In both rooms the air conditioning wasn’t working, and one room didn’t even have any shower gel provided.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was no coffee, no eggs being replenished, and some of the staff were quite rude when guests asked about the shortages. It felt chaotic and poorly managed.
Overall, the hotel fell short of expectations, especially for a family stay. We left feeling quite let down.
- Y672ZSmattw (10/5): Great breakfast - Sunita and Gina were fantastic: great breakfast! We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much bother. Would visit again!
- 461adau (10/5): Great location, great staff and great stay. - Great location as it is close to public transportation and shopping mall with decent restaurants.
The staff were great and welcoming. Thank you being hospitable when I was having a meh day.
- B2059KUjohnc (10/5): Very friendly staff - We stay at this premier inn every year and this is the second year we have met Judith, she really is a breath fresh air she is very friendly and will go 10,000 miles to look after everyone, I see her running around doing all the jobs making sure the place is kept clean even when some morning it been very busy.
- jakesY6374JJ (10/5): Excellent staff - Excellent service in the dining area and bar by panika and the staff very attentive and extremely friendly. Food was great
- phileasfoggtmc (8/5): Ok hotel in a good location, normally offering a bit of value - Good location, 5 minutes from Earls Court underground. This is a decent size property albeit one of their older ones. Has a lot of rooms though a slightly convoluted layout to get to some of the rooms. Tend to find a bit of value in Earls Court hotels compared to more central properties and yet 15/20 mins away so for that reason I’m giving it 4 stars not 3
- marionq422 (10/5): Great London break - We have stayed here before. The location is 2 min walk from the tube station. The hotel itself is spotless and a great breakfast. A special mention for Elizabeth on reception. My husband mentioned that we take a break at this time of year for my birthday. She arranged for prosecco and chocolates to be left in our room. She even rang in to make sure it was done. It was so very thought ful, kind and very much appreciated. Thank you Elizabeth 😊
- C5882HSjamesc (10/5): Thank You Premier Inn! - Stayed at this hotel for a Halloween party at the end of October, wasn't expecting much, being a premier inn, but boy was I wrong!!!! The staff here are amazing and bent over backwards to make sure i had a good stay. I booked the upgraded room (512) and it was fantastic, loved the free chocolates, wish I could buy some from somewhere as were really nice. Happy Hour in the bar was great value for london with 2 drinks costing only £9! Was very impressed, special thank you to Sapana and Deanna who were working behind the bar and reception - such lovely girls with a great sense of humor.
- Lewis (8/5): - Convenient to public transport from London City Airport
- grapee4 (10/5): The best premier inn .. - The best premier inn I've stayed in so far.. very clean and people was so nice there and helpful.. especially Peter.. he made sure everything was perfect for the stay.. thank you.. definitely recommend this place..
- B5785KZjulianc (2/5): I want a full REFUND - Lewisham london was very disappointed with the condition of the room. Dirty walls some areas looking like damp is starting to show. Paint on the carpet. Skiring boards were dirty. The curtains were very dirty I am asking for a full refund.
Even the fish n chips in had there the oil used tasted old and over used. I stay in Premier inn all the time. This is NOT the standard I would expect
- Dicle (10/5): - Oda temizdi. Emine hanım çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.
- Ladybentley (4/5): Premier Inn overcharged and wouldn’t admit it - The hotel is in a good position. Parking outside was free and very convenient. It was easy to get into Victoria on the tube with a change at Stockwell. We had a very comfortable Premier Plus room with two armchairs, and a nice modern bathroom and good shower. As far as the hotel goes, there was only one downside – our aircon unit gurgled constantly. We were so jetlagged after flying for 24 hours that we managed to sleep the first night but the next night it was very noticeable. We advised reception the next morning that it had disturbed our sleep and were told to report it online. The reply was that they weren’t interested because we hadn’t reported it after the first night. Not very customer friendly! But there was worse after check out. We’d pre-paid the room and a £10 fee for an early check in which had been confirmed by email with a receipt. But the evening after checking out we received an email with a new invoice stating we’d been charged another £5 because the early check in fee was £15. We weren’t even told about it when checking out so couldn’t query it then. The fee was definitely £10 when we paid it months earlier.
Twice we emailed the hotel copies of our confirmation email and receipt, telling them that Premier Inn can’t just arbitrarily raise the price later for something that has already been paid for. No response! Then we tried online. After we’d left the UK we finally got a reply saying early check in was now £15. For weeks we sent more emails pointing out that it didn’t matter what they were charging now. It was £10 when we paid. Finally we advised Premier Inn that we were asking our bank to reverse the extra credit card £5 charge. They then had the nerve to ask us for proof of the original £10 fee. Well, it was in their records and in the copies of the confirmation email and receipt we’d been sending them continually for weeks – if they’d just bothered to look at them! After resending them yet again, they at last admitted the error and refunded us. This felt rather like sharp practice and we can’t help feeling they assume people won’t query it. We’ve stayed at several Premier Inns on previous visits to the UK but not again!
- lukejames43 (10/5): Great customer care - Wimbledon South Premier Inn, very modern and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, parking was easy. It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect!
- Y1607LEnicholasb (10/5): Lovely Clean Hotel: Felt like home - We stayed at Premier Inn Wimbledon South for a long weekend and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the rooms were very comfortable (especially the beds, which made for a great night’s sleep after busy days out).
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The choice was excellent, with something to suit everyone in the family, and everything was fresh and well presented. A special mention must go to Judith, a member of staff who made the mornings feel extra welcoming. Her friendly nature and attentive service created a warm and relaxing atmosphere that really stood out. She is a real credit to Whitbread and added a personal touch that made our stay memorable.
Overall, we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a breakfast experience that sets the tone for the day.
Premier Inn Wimbledon South delivers on all fronts.
- chrise150 (10/5): Great London base for a weekend away - This hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but it’s a premier inn so you know what you’re getting. I’m pleased to say this one didn’t disappoint. The room was as you’d expect. Clean and tidy with the most comfortable beds ever.
Shower and bathroom all clean and tidy and well stocked with bayliss and Harding soap. Breakfast is 12.99 which was nice and served in the bar / restaurant area as usual. However also in the area, just 2 minutes walk is a Burger King, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Costa and a few local deli shops that are just as good.
Check in was ok but took a little longer than it should have as our lead booker asked for a double to be amended to a twin. It really shouldn’t have taken as long as it did but we were all sorted after 25 mins.
That said the staff were all lovely, as ever, and the whole place was as you’d expect. One thing to note is that the hotel is on both sides of the road divided by a walkway 2 floors up. Just be mindful of that when booking and if you struggle to walk far then ensure you request a room on the reception side of the hotel. We were in room 415 (reception side) which backed onto the train line but we never heard any noise to disturb us. There’s also loads of local bars and eateries nearby too. The Nearest tube is Earl’s Court off the Piccadilly or district lines which is literally 2 minutes walk away. Should you stay here, yes. It’s a great base to enjoy and explore London. We used it as a base for an England rugby weekend. An uber to Twickenham on the Saturday at noon was £30 for a six seater and took approx 35 mins. It was £60 for the same journey on the way back at 8pm.
- LissaC74 (10/5): Comfortable stay - Supported by staff member Judith this morning, such a lovely friendly lady.
The breakfast was nice especially the scrambled eggs.
Friendly reception and great coffee.
The room was comfortable and clean. Had a good night's sleep.
Check in was fast and staff member welcoming.
Overall a good experience
- F6619AZguilhermea (10/5): Best hotel in Earls Court. - Elizabeth did a great job and manage to check us in before noon.
Good hotel with great mattresses and toilet.
Good service.
- 483apilt (10/5): Great stay - Was great stay here. Everything was nice. Room was good, food was amazing. Location was very convenient. Loved to comeback and stay here again.
- Voyage05294046978 (10/5): Very nice - My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of fresh options. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
- X4913VYmatheust (10/5): Amazing - I come regularly, once a month my stay is always amazing, vittoria and peter makes my weekend even better, breakfast is always impressive
- M2197WFjasonb (10/5): Good hotel - Stayed for remembrance weekend, excellant location for royal albert hall and westminster. Room vlean and comfirtable, bar reasonably priced, breakfast very good, all staff excellant, all helpful polite and fruendly.
- 65Clarke (10/5): Simply The Best - What a wonderful hotel. Peter and every single member of staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They certainly set the very highest standards.
Great location with nearby transport links to all areas of London.
Highly recommend.
We will be back
- laura191 (6/5): Shabby - Very average and one of the shabbier Premier Inn’s available.
Pros - the location is good and easy access to the tube, shops are nearby and you can walk to many attractions.
However, the rooms are getting old and tired and the entire place appeared to be understaffed every day.
You have to go through a tired looking walkway to get to most of the rooms which is weird, and it all feels outdated.
Breakfast quality is good, but go early. The bar on the evenings is quiet yet still a slow service.
I have stayed at other London Premier Inn’s and wouldn’t recommend this one over those, there would be no rush back here.
- Tones1391 (10/5): Excellent stay - As ever with Premier Inn a very comfortable family stay. Clean rooms, decent bar.
Particular mention to Judith at Breakfast- outstanding customer service!
- 667sanaeb (10/5): Proficient management and attention - I would like to highlight Cristina Corbu for her exceptional kindness and professionalism at Premier Inn.
She always goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and cared for.
Her warm attitude and attentive service create a truly pleasant experience.
Cristina is a valuable asset to the hotel and an excellent example of genuine hospitality.
Thank you, Cristina, for making every stay memorable and enjoyable.
- susansG6511LD (8/5): A mixed experience - We stayed first 4 nights in a Premier Plus room. The room was clean and better equipped than standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Svetlana. The hotel is in a very good location, minutes to Earls Court tube station and walking distance from South Kensington museums. The downside is the noise - right by the railway line, sound proofing between rooms not great and as PPlus rooms are on top floor we heard noise we think from machines on roof.
- Jet32756191178 (4/5): Please beware there is no parking on this hotel prior to booking. - Location was what we needed the most and accessibility to make life easier with my disabled child. Please be aware the hotel doesnt have parking. So please ignore the booking.com/website comment of it having parking. It is very close to the tube and food places. We did ask for the room to be cleaned but came back in the evening to find it wasnt. The place is very run down looking with stains everywhere. And it feels like a maze ee almost got lost so many times. We wanted an easier route specially with my autistic daughter.
- stuartbM1646XW (10/5): Great overnight stay - Excellent overnight stay rooms very clean and tidy and comfortable the staff very friendly Judith on the breakfast was very polite and helpful the hotel is in a great location
- K9110LEjoem (10/5): Spot on - Judith was an extremely polite and talkative member of staff sets a great tone over breakfast, food was also good at breakfast.
- tomzN9564BK (10/5): Very happy - Lovely front of house staff
And clean room…………..
thank you…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
- anisaa891 (10/5): Freeing - I love how big and spacious it is! Very clean, comfy, and affordable stay with friendly staff — great value for short trips
- Go21478010031 (6/5): Average stay.. - Stayed 1 night.. cold tap on shower didn't work, TV didn't work properly, out of date plug charging sockets and no sockets next to bed. View would be lovely if you could withdraw the nets but the breakfast was delicious and the sleep was amazing..
Room 409
- 777maevea (2/5): Dirty hotel, rude staff - Room is dirty, mildew on the bathroom ceiling and not cleaned as hair from previous guests in the bath. Paid for early check in and rude reception staff tried to refuse check in. Staff at breakfast rude and unwelcoming. Very limited selection at breakfast compared to what was advertised. Very poor experience for the price paid.
- Q641PRchrisj (10/5): Booked 3 room.2 twins. 1 family. All excellant. - Excellant service.
Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Has a luggage storage facility. Clean fresh rooms. Clean and fresh bedding and towels. Quiet room. Bed/pillow very comfortable. Tea/coffee etc. Had a very pleasent stay. Thank-you to all the staff.
- Appleton33 (6/5): Dirty, unclean but well positioned with free parking, bring flash wipes. - I’ve stayed in many Premier Inns and this was the dirtiest, on arrival we found poo on the bathroom floor, threshold and carpet (which we cleaned). There were also spill marks up the bathroom door, we stayed for four nights and pieces of rubbish in the hallway remained there the entire time. The hotel is well positioned for the tube and the car park is free. The breakfast was good and the staff we meet were friendly.
- Z3445RFrebeccam (6/5): Very disappointed - We were very disappointed in our stay. We use Premier Inn as you know the standard of service you are expecting. The bathroom had red tinged stains on the toilet lid and seat which my 11 year old son did not need to see. There was also mould in the bathroom above the door frame. We also upgraded to a meal deal for our stay which we thought included the kids meals. It turns out they are not included and we had to pay for their meals. My error for not reading it, but disappointing not to have been informed first.
- O9921JFcatherinec (4/5): Poor experience - We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday and when we arrived there was one person on the check in desk. We paid for an early check in at 11am and both my family and the family in front had to wait for the staff member to check with the cleaners to see if our rooms were ready, even though we arrived after 11. The room was decent and the beds were very comfortable, we were in room 405 on the 4th floor and it was on the smaller side but there was enough room for the three of us. Room could have done with some refreshing to the paint and bathroom. There was some confusion when we went for breakfast the next morning, which was my fault as I'd misread when booking and assumed I'd included my son in the continental breakfast that I'd booked but I hadn't. The man who was seating people was incredibly rude and abrupt and instead of politely explaining to me he made me feel embarrassed in front of other guests and like I'd deliberately tried to avoid paying for my son. He let us in to have breakfast but when we were leaving he almost followed us and brought the managed to explain to us, who was also rude and abrupt. The manager was telling me I had to pay for my son while stood in front of a sign that said "kid eat free all day". In the small print they only eat free with a full breakfast which is more expensive and which I didn't want. He then marched us to the front desk to pay and I had to go and get my card from the room. He then got confused about how much I had to pay and went from telling me I needed to pay £8 to £4 to £2 which is what I actually paid. He then also got confused and thought I said I hadn't had breakfast and he marched me back into the restaurant. It was very frustrating and didn't need to happen, the mistake was mine but no one explained to me properly. We also attempted to order two hot chocolates and a fruit shoot and crisps at the bar and the staff didn't know how to make hot chocolate and didn't seem to understand what crisps were either. I eventually said not to worry about the hot chocolate. The bar was constantly left unattended and you had to go looking for staff to serve you. You also had to book for an evening meal and there was no food served between breakfast and dinner. I wouldn't stay at this Premier Inn again which is a shame because the location is great.
- Freespiritmeath (10/5): Great value and comfort - Staff were very friendly and helpful, we were late arriving to the hotel, after midnight, check in was fast and smooth. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The area itself was nice, safe and quiet and easy access to the underground. Service was good in the breakfast room, even when busy. A very comfortable relaxed stay for a family.
- rachelcE7271WO (2/5): Mouldy Room - We checked out of Premier Inn Kensington Earls Court after staying for 3 nights from 2nd-5th August. Our booking was for two rooms - the worst being room 118.
Upon arrival, room number 118 had an extremely foul and mouldy odour. The window was also covered by a metal grating which meant that we were not able to open the window to get rid of the smell either.
My aunt, staying in 118 with my uncle, suffers from asthma and therefore we made the decision to go down to the reception desk to ask for a room change.
When we spoke to reception, they said that all of the rooms were fully booked and they would not be able to accommodate a room change. We offered the person on reception to come and smell room 118 for themselves and they didn't answer. We were not offered any kind of alternative room or compensation for the circumstances.
My aunt and uncle then had to resume staying in room 118 for the rest of our stay. They did not sleep well on any of the three nights in which we had booked for. The hotel was in no way cheap for us to stay in and the room did not match the price we paid for it's mouldy condition.
Overall, we are extremely disappointed with our stay in Premier Inn Earls Court Kensington. We have stayed in Premier Inn hotels on many occasions, we have never had any problems apart from this hotel. Staff at breakfast and dinner were accommodating and helpful but were in low numbers so extremely busy.
We really hope that we will be compensated in some way for our stay as we are put off on using Premier Inn hotels in future. I sent an email to Premier Inn after our stay and still have not heard anything from them.
- hhcristhine (6/5): Nice central hotel. - Location is good near to Earls Court metro station. You can hear noise from the other guests they can hear you too a guest knocked at my door 4 am to say my televion was loud. And it was not so some people can be sensitive. Room is cozy and comfortable. Price was fairly good. The room and the hotel was very clean. Service at checkin was very bad and the Recepcionist very rude. She felt brothered with my stay at the hotel. But the rest of the staff was very good and very suportive.
- darrenlA8362TP (10/5): We'll be back! - Great location, fantastic staff. Unbeatable breakfast. Peter, Vittoria and Josephine were absolute stars. I used to work for Premier Inn, the staff here are a credit to the hotel. Thank you all. We shall return here. Highest recommend.
- 514chara (8/5): Supportive - I am truly grateful for the wonderful time i had at the hotel, made possible by the support and kindness of the staff, Emine.
- sammingl (10/5): Don’t miss this hotel - Premier Inn London Lewisham is 3 minutes walking distance from the station. Excellent service for the check in and thanks for the staff, Peter, helping me. Nice and beautiful room, plus a great view of the city.
Highly recommend you to come visit
- Kieran1909 (4/5): Not what I’d expect from Premier Inn - Stayed here for 2 nights in a one of the Premier Plus rooms and was quite disappointed. I’ll usually always pick Premier Inn but I don’t think I would return to this hotel.
The positives: close to the train station (~5 minutes), close to Tesco supermarket, staff really friendly, room had a bath
The negatives: the ground floor elevator area has an unpleasant smell, the staircase also has an unpleasant smell, the bathroom ceiling had mould on it, the shower glass was missing some of the rubber to stop water and the rest was mouldy, the plug ring had the silver peeled off, the mirror by the hairdryer had a half working light, the tea tray had no chocolates (others in Premier Plus rooms had them) and was an assortment of random items, could hear the road outside (I was on the top floor!) so lots of cars, WiFi was abysmal and didn’t get given the Ultimate code
- anthonykM775PH (10/5): Good service with a smile - Staff at the wimbledon south prem inn are very very welcoming and extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble
So if you are looking for a hotel in the area I would definitely recommend this hotel
- josephsB104OX (10/5): Business stay - Joselyn was very helpful, fantastic service and help from the girls on the front desk with everything. They were very accommodating to my needs
- ashleysX4888SJ (10/5): Excellent - Ideal location, very friendly staff. Superb check in. With plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby as well at public transport! Will book here again as car park is convenient!
- 243andieb (10/5): Lovely stay - Amazing stay. Gorgeous gorgeous stuff, gorgeous stay. Love the beds, love the floor we were on. Fabulous stuff. Gorgeous
- oliverhE4972NI (10/5): Premier in stay - Lovley stay, very welcoming! Gorgeous bed, absolutley Lovley room, never fail to love a premier inn man, gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous
- 240zeee (8/5): breakfast - Jenny in the kitchen and Judith in the breakfast room are amazing and make breakfast a pleasure everyday.
They go the extra mile and after a long stay here they have made my stay second to none! Thank you guys!
- M1712UBstevens (8/5): Lovely Stay - Very nice hotel, clean as you walk in, check-in slightly longer than expected, room very accessible, but chair in shower rusty and shower head not clean. My grandkids had breakfast for free, enjoyed it very much
If you don't arrive early enough, totally forget about parking and that's even if you're disabled, luckily found a blue badge place within 5 minutes of the hotel, the staff has know clues to help with parking
The breakfast dining area is not really thought about for disabled people, plus there is not a full range of vegetarian or vegan choices, had to wait a while for for veggy sausages to be cooked.
Definitely try out the restaurant next to the hotel, real quality food
- Francis (8/5): - Altogehter good for a short stay
Breakfast free for kids, so that was nice
Free wifi was nice
Check only 3pm but u can drop if bags
- DANIEL (10/5): - Customer service was great 👍
Peter was very helpful
