Guest Reviews
- Pisagua23 (10/5): Great option for Spurs matches - Booked this hotel for a night match of Tottenham. Premium plus room was just as expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent connectivity of the location to central London. The overall area is being gentrified and there are growing decent options for a quick bite around the hotel.
- S6503UYjesusc (6/5): Could be better. - Some things should be better: cleaning room (table never cleaned), one lift out of service for 5 days (all the stancy, but there was only one working). Buffet for breakfast with not so much to choose but food fine. Personel some of them kind and anothers not so much... Hard to speak for non english speakers... The best: price for family room y de subway just in front to connect with all entire London.
- alancH8564FE (10/5): A Comfortable Stay at the Uxbridge Premier Inn - I tend to stay here each year for business. It is ideally located with the usual standard of comfort you get to expect in a Premier Inn. The breakfast and dinner options are good value and plentiful. What makes it though is the friendliness of the staff who always make you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for Raakesh on the front desk or restaurant
- petesandrasE3992XP (10/5): A lovely clean quiet and comfortable hotel - The wife and I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Riverside Drive Uxbridge.
We can't praise the hotel enough. The room was clean quiet and very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.
We'd like to commend George who worked in the restaurant and bar. He was so friendly and helpful, excellence customer service, a great ambassador for your company.
- 917samio (10/5): Fab hotel - Friendly staff, quick check in and staff very friendly and accommodating
It's right by the station so that's very handy, there is a lovely pub 10 minutes from hotel and retail park on the other side of the road
- Bumblebee1791 (2/5): Not the standard you expect! - No running warm/hot water.
Couldn’t check in on time (or even 2 hours afterwards).
Had to clean the bathroom again ourselves.
Huge water leak in the room.
- 24katerynat (10/5): Welcoming and clean - Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Convenient location and clean rooms, surprisingly powerful ac. Zena on the reception and then in the restaurant was excellent, welcoming and helpful. All team members we met were attentive and friendly. Thyme restaurant is cozy and meals were good.
- kayleighs439 (10/5): Wendy is the best! - I stayed here as I was on a course close by. My first impression was overall really good. My room was clean and comfortable. 1st morning I discovered my hairdryer wasnt working. I explained this at reception and before long Wendy was at more door to help. She bought me a hairdryer and waited to see if it worked. It didn't. She ran around to find me one that did. They where very short staff but her dad her colleague where kind, caring and helpful. Both carried on their shifts with a smile. Wendy saw me the next day and
was again cheery and asked me how my stay was going. I had a fantastic breakfast and a lovely stay. I will be back for sure.
Hotel is in a fab location for everything.
- Z5803HQjustins (10/5): Premier Inn has been so magical - Denisa is amazing she has made our welcome so delightful so far, she is a gem and very special make sure you give her a promotion and look out for her she is a super star
- graemej10 (2/5): Awful hotel. Avoid - I stay weekly for work and this hotel suffers from low staffing and tired rooms. However, I returned from work on 05/11 only to find that there was no water supply to the whole hotel. I was told that maintenance had tried unsuccessfully to fix it and left for the day. There was no notice in the lobby about this and I only found out about it when I complained.
The staff seemed to have no idea what to do and offered no solution other than a bottle of water but could not explain how that would help with showering/washing hands etc.
It's quite unbelievable that a hotel doesn't have water supply with no one working to fix it. It's even more incredible that the staff didn't inform guests or know how to support guests.
Guest services were useless, offering a part refund for one night. I explained to them that this wasn't adequate and it would be the company not me, who experienced this terrible service, that got the compensation. As with the hotel staff it was like talking to a brick wall. Avoid this hotel
- 526gs526 (10/5): Best Premier Inn in a while - After a 5.5 hour drive we had a very welcoming reception from the lady checking us in. Room was clean and comfy. Rooms starting to show a bit of wear and tear but this the best premier inn we have been to in a while.
Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it, to set us up for the day.
- themadprampusher (10/5): Clean, modern, convenient - We stayed here for three nights in October. The hotel is modern, clean and convenient for the tube and bus. Shops, pubs and places to eat nearby. Lots of nice walks along the river Lea and around the wetlands. Close to the Blackhorse Road Brewery Mile. Take care not to be mown down by a delivery bike rider or electric scooter around here. Overall recommend this hotel.
- Passenger49644358518 (10/5): Superb stay over 5 nights - A great experience was had .. Rakesh hosted us like old friends superb Customer Service ... Loved the place ... one small comment the bed creaked every time you got off it on the Window side (never mentioned it to Reception but room 130 if you wish to check ) .. All in all this was a pleasant 5 night stay
- Climber94663 (4/5): Lack of staff and care - Visited the Premier Inn for 2 days on Business. This is so short on staff. Reception staff jump between that and the restaurant. Have just sat waiting for 50mins to get a table as the chef is new. Tables were all sticky just seemed a lack of care or staffing to support looking after this hotel. Won't be using it again. Premier Inn seems to be slipping more and more recently.
- DayTrip141968 (10/5): Surprised! - The reviews made us a little bit worried, but that was not necessary.
We were kindly welcomed and helpen during our stay.
- 147mandm (2/5): Deterioration - I have been using this hotel regularly for last couple of years as my office is across the road. The deterioration of this hotel is alarming, the cleanliness of the carpets etc is not good,. the change in quality of sheets is very noticeable. The lack of staff is ridiculous which makes me feel for the lovely staff that have to run around trying to please everyone. In the last month the inner security door does not lock which concerns me and my stay last week had me woken up at 8am with a guy outside my window drilling into the wall !!!! I complained and informed it was mentioned when i booked, in small print below my booking ! then why am I still paying over £200 for 2 week nights ?? Unfortunately I do not have another hotel as convenient as this one so I am stuck with it,. Last moan to PREMIER INN get your act together oh and sort the entrance doors the screech is unbearable to the ears !!!
- Journey12897624897 (2/5): Not worth the money. - We are still here unfortunately a stay 9 days too long. We received an email one week before our arrival notifying us of all the noise and our window could be covered by scaffolding. We booked and paid for this 10 months ago for 2 people. One chair in the room. One tea bag and one coffee pouch. The carpets are beyond cleaning. No fridge or in-house phone for emergencies. The general public has access to all parts of the area except the room Ofcourse. So disappointed that we have travelled from Australia to stay in the less than satisfactory conditions. Rooms are very dated and requested a room clean before the cut off time that also want relayed onto housekeeping.
People look elsewhere for accomodation you will be truly disappointed.
- N6916ANamandab (10/5): Breakfast at the Premier Inn - My friend and I often pop in for a Sunday breakfast. It’s always fully stocked, great service and lovely fresh selection. . The staff are always so friendly especially Raakesh and Hamza, and it’s always a treat to start our Sunday at Premier Inn Uxbridge.
- PFitzwater (10/5): Great staff and good hotel - I stay here quite frequently and always find the staff to be amazing.
The facilities are good, nice restaurant, rooms generally quiet but it's the staff who make me want to come back. A special mention to Alison and Raakesh who remember me each time and are so lovely.
Please do not go to touch screen check-ins like you have in Cardiff...really off putting
- DayTrip68400139314 (6/5): I’ve been done - Slightly disappointing to have paid for the better room only to find the bits and pieces that should have come with the room didn’t
- S1498FXkeithe (10/5): Visiting family - An excellent stay. Staff were superb especially Raakesh who went out of his way to look after us.
The location of this hotel is another good reason to stay.
- aaliyahj521 (10/5): We had an amazing time - We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Ricardo, the Duty Manager. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and made us feel truly valued. His kindness, professionalism, and helpful nature stood out throughout our visit. Ricardo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, and it's because of him that we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Ricardo, for making our visit so special!
- V2924DZjoanr (2/5): Not the best experience at all. Hotel smelled like damp and staff was not welcoming. - The experience was not upto the mark. Paid a fortune to stay over weekend and service was awful. The food arrived late and lack of staff was clearly visible. As a reputed brand we expected a decent service!
- sophiedK4217CX (8/5): NFL weekend stay over - The location of this hotel is spot on if you’re attending anything at Tottenham Stadium. It is close to the train station, with links to overground and underground trains. There is a retail park over the road, with plenty of option, and several other coffee/food options around.
The price was reasonable for London, on an event weekend.
There was an issue with the room beside us, potentially a leak, which did make our rooms smell slightly and the smell in the corridor was overwhelming, it would have been appreciated if were warned of this.
The room was clean with nice fresh sheets, however the bathroom could do with some TLC. The grouting was very mouldy, the bath panel scuffed (or dirty?!), the wall beside the toilet had been filled at some point, with a fair amount of filler spilt on the toilet roll holder. The toilet roll was single sheets, rather than a roll but I guess that would be personal preference.
On the whole, it’s a decent hotel for the price and location and we will use again next year for NFL weekend.
- beg_m_26 (2/5): Below Basic Standards: Noise, Cleanliness, and Amenities Issues - This was a disappointing stay.
Hygiene was unacceptable: Dirty towels and a carpet in awful condition.
Severe noise disturbance: Ongoing construction noise throughout the day; even after I complained, no action was taken—no room change, no remedy.
Insufficient amenities for two guests: A double room stocked with just one coffee bag and one tea bag.
Given these problems, the hotel fell far short of even basic standards. This experience was not worth the price and I would not recommend it unless these issues are addressed.
- Slebogsalardref (6/5): Not bad….. - Decent hotel. Staff courteous and helpful. God location.
Had air con but what is the point if goes no lower than 19 degrees. Too hot even end of September. Window does not open. What would it be like in Summer.
Could not sleep as too hot.
Otherwise fairly decent.
- alanbW6005LK (10/5): Customer Service 5* - As ever when I stay here the customer service is absolutely excellent, always friendly always willing go the extra mile.
My check in was assisted by Zena who excellent.
Tonight my curry was enhanced by some fresh chopped red chilli that I requested and was provided.
- 858luckyr (8/5): Great hotel with good parking facilities, good location within minutes from Uxbridge town centre. - My family and I stayed there for university checkin, great location , relatively big room, bedding was very nice, breakfast was perfect with vegan options available, excellent parking space just in front of the hotel. aircon was very quiet and working well, staff were polite with a big smile on their face during breakfast
The only negative points which prevent me from giving it a 5/5 is that the bathroom had only an overhead shower with NO handheld douchette. That was a very important factor for us and for any family i guess with ladies. The room had no ventilation as the window was sealed which makes the room a bit stuffy as we prefer fresh air instead.
- FarAway52447103173 (2/5): Level up before it’s late! - So hit and miss! One poor staff member trying to run the place all afternoon, card machine not working, till receipts not working, food ready but could not be delivered as only one staff member on! Not fair
- O8318BIdianeh (8/5): We've stayed here a number of times as it's handy for when we are visiting family at George Green. - Overall experience very good. Raakesh and Leah very friendly and Ade, the chef was very pleasant and made us a very tasty breakfast .
- JamieB2982 (10/5): The best Premier Inn - Lovely Premier inn, very clean, the team there are very helpful and Denica always has a welcoming smile and happy spirit! The team are great and always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as smooth as it can be. Food is great and location is good. When I'm working away, I always book this hotel purely because you can rely on the team, the food and the rooms.
- sg171995 (10/5): Great value, friendly staff - Great value for the price, good location, nice clean and ambient rooms. Special mention to Dhruv at reception who was super friendly and attentive
- Navigator29569822879 (10/5): CHRIS - Great reception and welcome from Raakesh have been here before will certainly be back nice rooms and E V charging. Many thanks.
- popog458 (10/5): Location staff great rooms a bit small - Book family room, Room seem small compared to pictures but we only used to sleep and we were out all day exploring London the train station is so close. Walked to tottemham stadium took us half hour and stopped at local places on the way back. They looked short staffed but they were always smiling. I have to mention shannika and sarah in the restaurant who took time to talk to us about allergies and were professional and welcoming. We will be back next year.
- dl475 (2/5): Communication is disgraceful - Total waste of time after booking, the hotel never answers the phone no matter what time or day it is. Communication is disgraceful.
- jonathangaynor3 (10/5): Great stay. Great staff. Highly recommend. Top marks especially to Raakesh and Hamza. - This hotel is fantastic in my opinion. The rooms are clean and modern. The food is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stay at this hotel regularly and are always made to feel welcome. I especially rate Raakesh and Hamza who always go the extra mile to make our stay memorable.
- M985IOcolinm (10/5): Great help at reception after short notice request for a room - After delays on M25 got off at Uxbridge junction and found premier inn on sat nav at 10.45pm, drove their and was greeted at reception by an extremely helpful gentleman called Raakesh who sorted me a room at short notice and made my awful journey bearable.
Many thanks Raakesh
- sonak403 (4/5): The manager was rude - So I think i had a racist experience there? I was there with my parents, (for context they were here to drop me off for my masters) and we were staying here because it's near my student accommodation. The dude checked us in (i think he's a manager there? not sure he was the only one wearing a different uniform) and he asked us to see our passports (until that it's fairly normal procedure) but later asks us where we were heading next. Now, this would have been fine if it was in a conversation, but he asked us in a very interrogative way, so I got confused and asked, "what do you mean?" and he asked "Where are you heading off next?" So I said, "I guess I'll be here for college and my parents will be going back home?" and he said, okay. then he said, "it's a legal requirement for us to ask." That was the part to which I got even more confused because we stayed at a couple more hotels before this in London and we have never been asked that question. then me being petty, I googled and there is actually no legal requirement for them to ask that question. My dad said that's because he saw our passports and thought we were going to stay here....i got so mad because even the immigration officer at the airport didn't ask questions like that!
The other staff were quite nice though it was only that one manager. I asked him to make my extra bed for me and he said, "I'm going to warn you, I'm not great at housekeeping" and proceeds to literally barely make a bed for me and leave. idk if he just didn't like me or if he treated all the other guests the same way.
breakfast was ok, wouldn't recommend if you're going to stay for a week like I did. was also expensive for a budget hotel? i paid like 150 pounds per night. Maybe because it was on demand? I don't know, but i wished i stayed somewhere else. Ruined my whole damn mood.
- U1887MWrebeccad (4/5): Poor service checking in, horrible smell and annoying noise. - I've stayed here many times without issue but this time I was very disappointed. On arrival it took forever to get our room key as the machine was broken. They eventually let us into our room and we had to go back later to get our key card. The room had a horrible smell. There was construction work taking place with scaffolding all around the building which in itself wasn't an issue but there was an intermittent banging noise going on all night for both nights of our stay so I didn't sleep very well.
However the staff were friendly and we enjoyed the cooked breakfast.
- bhadrikap2024 (10/5): Lovely stay - We had an excellent stay. The breakfast was wonderful. I stayed with family, and we were all very happy with the staff's friendliness and hospitality.
- M9834JRannm (10/5): Uxbridge riverside - Went out their way to make sure our group had rooms near eachother and breakfast offered cook anything fresh we wanted ..
- V5166NUdouglasl (6/5): Good Hotel. restaurant poor. - I've stay there 4/5 times a year, great location, parking, for Uxbridge and Underground/Tube into London. 5th Sept, good check in person at the reception, very good. Room is good , basic but al right for a night or 2. Bathroom could do with a GRAB Rail on the wall (in my opinion). I have had the meal deal which is good and evening meal has been very good, can get in bar at 5 but food not open till 6pm, only Hotel guests can use??? Last 2 times had Breakfast there, but not greatly enjoyable, on the cold side some items, No juice once!, had to ask twice for toast to be put out? kept in a cupboard, its only cheap bread why ration it? The food dishes not always full and have to wait to be topped up. There were very few people in there!!!,
guy in charge was very good. The place has no atmosphere. I wont eat there again till it improves, Ill have dinner at pub opposite General Elliot, they do earlier afternoon times and will have Bfast in Uxbridge. Hotel is good especially if you get it at 50 to 60 pounds, but restaurant is poor overall, used to be buzzing. Please get your act together, its CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- LesleymCambridge (10/5): Great location and hotel - Great location and the staff were welcoming and the room was faultless. I didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that.
- richardmE5673LM (2/5): Didn’t expect such service! - What a nasty experience! Waited for too long to checkin and the lady at reception didn’t even bother to be polite. She was busy in her phone and gave us keys that were faulty. When we went back the gentleman just smiled and tried to cover the fault by giving lame reason. We planned a dinner with my grand parents and could not find anyone in restaurant! It was an awful weekend at Wandsworth.
- lizhR1549BG (2/5): Disappointed - Awful. We asked 3 times to get the cleaned - never happened. So much for all the posters scattered around telling you how easy it is to get clean towels etc.
- emmapW4573ZL (8/5): Lovely stay - Great customer service from Raakesh, very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and clean and very spacious. Would recommend to family and friends
- jonathanbG9121JL (10/5): Long stay in Uxbridge - I stayed at this hotel for 14 weeks, I found the staff to be exceptional, going above and beyond to make my long stay pleasant. Massive thanks to Alison, Leah, Sharon, Franka, and special thanks to Rico and Raakesh
- TripAdviserreader (6/5): Let down by basics - We'd booked a premier plus room for three nights - two occupants. On arrival, there was only one hand towel and one hand towel in the room, so extras had to be requested.
The room was a good size, and the bathroom was very clean with a good shower. However, the extractor didn't work, which resulted in the room steaming up quickly.
Our room wasn't cleaned on our first day, despite us getting reception know at 11.15am (you have to let them know by 12 noon if you want it serviced).
We requested a clean the next day, but on returning to our room to get ready for a wedding we were attending it hadn't been done again. I located a very helpful employee called Leo who provided me with some clean towels and assured me that he would instruct someone to clean it after we had gone out. This was done, so thank you Leo.
It appeared there was a shortage of cleaning staff and staff in general. I'd dropped something on the floor as we were leaving to go home, and under the bed there was dust and rubbish left by a previous guest!
I'd contacted the hotel twice prior to arrival about an issue, and they didn't give me the courtesy of a reply.
So, plus points:
Great location, good sized room, reasonable price.
Minus points: lack of basic cleanliness, basic maintenance, and basic communication skills.
It's such a shame as the basics let down what could be a great hotel.
- mkimmings (8/5): A quick trip into London - Room clean, shower ok, needs more towels and a better shampoo and body wash, staff ok on the whole, breakfast pretty tasty…. Quiet at night, room hot but had air con, on the whole a 6/10, would stay again
- Crissie247 (10/5): Lovely stay - Big thanks to the manager for helping me with the luggage trolley. The hotel is clean and quiet , hotel staff very friendly. I will be back .
The rooms on the 8th floor are the premium ones with AC.
- angelel985 (2/5): The worst premier inn I’ve ever visited - Nothing, the room was very damp
And musty scented, my friend had issues that they couldn’t resolve throughout our entire stay resulting in her having to share my bed the entire stay I paid for my own room yet due to having no other option I had to share I demand a refund. The worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Her room stunk of cigarettes then the room they moved her too was dirty with takeaway bags on the floor with open coke cans. It had clearly not been cleaned or checked
- susandye50 (10/5): Hidden gem - Stayed in a premier plus room for 4 nights. Room lovely clean and thankfully had air conditioning as weather hot.
Room spacious, large bath room with shower over the bath. Bed very comfy and no noise despite facing a building site.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
We did not use the bar or resturant so can not comment on them.
5 minute walk from Tottenhale station so very central and easy for travelling around London.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
- nikkiv456 (8/5): Clean comfortable quiet. - I have stayed at this Premier inn regularly.
I had booked a superior room ( which gives ultimate WiFi/ fridge/ top floor).
Location is fab. Buses outside. Southside Shopping centre with Decathlon. Boots. Waitrose Whsmith. TKmax. MegaSainsabuy's. With secure coverd parking for £12/24hr.
Food is always up to standard.
After check out, luggage storage is possible until the end of the day .
But above all , all the staff are good and extremely helpful and willing.
Naveen - duty manager - nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for looking after me.
- jamesmG4323SZ (2/5): Horrible Experience! Hire more staff - We stayed over the weekend and the experience was appalling. No phones in the room, tried to contact reception and no one responded. My wife went twice and couldn’t find anyone around. The room had damp smell and for the first time premier inn disappointed us! The room view was blocked with scaffolding works and no compensation or information was given upon arrival.
- Emmaaandgeorgieg (10/5): Great hotel and staff - Everything you expect from a premier inn friendly staff, superb breakfast and a great comfy night sleep. Close to the tube and a bus stop - so easy access into central London.
- SLH108 (10/5): Great experience - Great location close to the station at Tottenham Hale and about a 25 minute walk to the Spurs Stadium. Shops and fast food outlets just across the road.
Terri and Sarah were very welcoming upon our arrival, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. Above and beyond, truly.
Rooms were spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable beds. Restaurant was great and very reasonably priced, again helpful staff and the chef was happy to cook me vegan sausages that weren't out with the buffet.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend.
Thank you!
- ukstevemcallister (4/5): Great food and service, shame about the room - Great breakfast and evening meal - staff were fantastic, but the room was awful - the noise of the lift going all night and the slamming of the communal door kept me awake all night. My advice would be to avoid room 802!
- Q9520COlynnm (10/5): Imagine dragons at tottenham - Room very clean shower great love bath to relax all staff very helpful beds really comfy great breakfast great location
- mariancarminiac (10/5): Above and beyond - We had a most wonderful stay at Premier Inn Tottenham Hale. Our trip was not the usual visit as we were in town for a funeral. But the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Zena cooked for us at the restaurant when we arrived earlier than dinner opening. She didnt want our elderly companions to walk out in the heat. Zena, Ruxandra and Said helped us with our printing needs. And Daniella gave suggestions on where to buy items we needed. Thank you to the team, you made our stay comfortable and wonderful despite the circumstances of our visit.
- LivingDeadGirl666 (8/5): 50 Cent Gig at Tottenham - About 30 mins walk to the Stadium, just need to pick your route .. the area round the hotel does not have much to do, there is an Asda .. Greggs.. Burger King .. hotel is nice enough .. air con not strong enough in our room 805 .. decent enough though
