Guest Reviews
- Megan (10/5): - Fantastic stay
Friendly staff great rooms
Buffet amazing
- REM2004 (10/5): Will definitely return to stay again - We will definitely stay here again. We arrived via Kings Cross, so Archway was ideally placed a few tube stops from there. Directly near Archway underground. Shops close by if need be. Very attentive and kind staff. Whole place seemed lovely and relaxed. We all slept really well. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. A definite winner, thank you
- Getaway592244 (10/5): Extremely helpful reception staff - The reception staff are extremely helpful and considerate and make the stay especially enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I needed a last-minute booking and found Sobia and Ajita so helpful. I think the personal touch makes the stay feel like being in a small family-run hotel because they really care about the guests.
Polite, courteous, thoughtful, professional. I was highly impressed.
The room was clean, warm and large with a new bathroom, it seemed, and a very comfortable bed.
- SisterBluebird (10/5): Excellent Premier Inn - Excellent Premier Inn. Right next to the underground station. Very good and helpful staff. We could even see The Shard from our bedroom window
- SuzieQNorthYorkshire (10/5): Great location, friendly staff, good local amenities - This was our second stay at the Premier Inn at Archway. On our last visit in the summer of 2025, there was building work going on so the outside of the hotel was covered in scaffolding. On this visit, the scaffolding had all gone and the hotel looked smart and welcoming from the outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the screen checkout was very straightforward. We had a Premier Room and this was very clean and equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, small fridge and supplies of tea and coffee, more of which could be obtained from Reception. We didn't use the restaurant during this stay as we spent a lot of time in the city but we did visit a lovely local pizzeria about 3 minutes' walk from the hotel called Crudough who serve delicious pizzas - including offering a gluten-free base. Archway Tube station is a few minutes' walk from the hotel and there is an M&S food near the entrance to the station and a Co-op, Aldi and Sainsburys Local a short walk away. It takes about 15-20 minutes on the Northern Line to reach Kings Cross/St Pancras so a really convenient place to stay. We will definitely return!
- synousallys (10/5): Big Thank you to Sobia and all other Staff at Bexleyheath Premier Inn - Good evening!

- jamiesX8334CN (10/5): Fantastic stay - What a great experience at this Hotel. I have stayed at many Premier Inns and this was certainly the best of all the stays.
Location is great right next to the Tube for easy access into central London and Camden.
It was clean, tidy and welcoming. The staff were amazing and made you feel welcome and were very helpful. Bedroom was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was fantastic value and high quality with plenty of choice and quality food. Again the staff were fantastic checking everyone had what they needed and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy during a busy breakfast.
Recommend a stay here.
- Clodagh_MF_Bourke (10/5): Lovely place to stay - This is a lovely hotel. The staff were brilliant, very kind and friendly. Great location, right next to tube station. The breakfast was tasty with great coffee.
- rickywZ9382EQ (10/5): Thank you! I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. I'll be back! - Enjoyed my stay. Elena behind the bar was lovely and so polite and welcoming. I can't wait to stay again. Great location and very clean room. Friendly staff made the stay wonderful. I would stay again. Highly recommend!"
- C2281VOcameronk (10/5): Very happy we chose to stay here with my staff for the duration of our work , easy to understand the parking process - Friendly welcoming staff member Elena was excellent in communicating and helping with all our needs a very pleasant warm and smiley staff member, Rooms were warm tidy and cosy for my staffs 2 night stay
- annemarielX1596AX (6/5): Should have been much better as usual but location is perfect and very comfortable spacious rooms. - Visited this Premier Inn many times, always perfect. This time room was cold, and I didn't get my requested view AGAIN. Milk was off too.
- 252davinag (10/5): Breakfast - We had a beautiful breakfast both myself and my kids, my kids ate all they could eat and it was free for kids, clean atmosphere, very comfy and good customer service
- benjaminmX8439DR (10/5): Just a room for parkrun - Additional night in London after a two day conference, so we could do a nearby parkrun. Everything was as expected and we always try to stay with Premier Inn if we can.
- katharines479 (10/5): All about the service! - Exceptional service throughout my stay. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful which really made all the difference. It’s rare to feel so well looked after in a hotel these days. Thank you for creating such a positive experience.
- ChristineBurns (10/5): The Scaffolding is Gone! - This is a hotel I always come back to when visiting family in London. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it was lovely to see on my visit on 4/5 Nov 25 that the scaffolding is at last down, the temporarily boarded part of the restaurant is reopened and the right hand lift is working. What more could I want? Well, the restaurant menu seems more comprehensive and meal options really suited adults and my grandchildren alike.
- TravellerChris70 (6/5): Hotel Location Good, Car Parking Scary! - For location you cant argue, close to the Tube, Hospital etc however when we arrived we couldn't access the car park which was pre-booked and paid for. Despite numerous presses of the buzzer there was no answer. The gates opened as there was someone leaving. We were then let into the Hotel without issue and checked in. About an hour later we had to return to the car to collect belongings and then found we couldn't get back in as the card reader wouldn't accept the card and the intercom was not being answered, we walked though the car park which was frequented by rough sleepers who had obviously had a few drinks, were shouting and rude. the 2nd entrance and still the card reader wouldn't allow access, the intercom was answered and we were told to go to the front entrance however the car park gates were closed, we eventually found a button for a pedestrian gate obviously not meant for Hotel Guests as wasn't clearly marked. Reception apologised about the Card Readers not working AGAIN and said they were short staffed hence not answering the intercom. Luckily there were 2 of us, I wouldn't want to be on my own in the car park struggling to get into the Hotel.
- deanhX3355DT (2/5): Is Customer service a thing of the past? - Staff unavailable to allow access to the hotel at 13:00 from the car park enterance (Early check in booked), buzzer pressed multiple times at two different enterance levels. The car park, had a strong odour of poo, with a toilet in the car park and a homeless person sleeping. On arrival none of the self check in machines worked. Only a single person assisting with check in, with a very long wait in a very hot reception area.
There was no staff serving at the hotel bar around 16:00, when a staff member was approached at the reception, we were advised rudely "no you will have to wait" with no appology and with a smug impression on his face.
The room was adequate, the breakfast was good and the breakfast greeter was nice & pleasant (Only member of staff with a welcoming attitude)
- 37cheyanned (6/5): Good experience - Nice, clean hotel room. We had a few questions in regards to the breakfast and it was dealt with by a lovely woman called Tsvetelima who was ince and polite
- suehowboo (10/5): Very good experience - What you would expect from a Premier Inn. Clean, tidy and reasonably priced. Excellent location for anyone travelling into London from the North by car. Located at the end of the A1. Easy access to pre booked carpark. Hotel next to an Underground station so ideal for travelling around London. Good choice of cafes nearby.
- Phyllis (2/5): - We had to change rooms due to the a/c not working properly. Our second room had no working refrigerator and the shower sprayed all over the bathroom. We reported the shower problem twice but no one came to repair it. Wouldn’t recommend this property!
The surrounding area is nice.
- Paul (6/5): - Hotel was clean and the staff were very courteous
- davidpC3960KC (2/5): Nothing like your advert - I have been to this hotel many times and it is getting worse on every visit. Where do I start:
Rooms: They are dirty, more dust than an abandoned house, this is thick dust along the skirting boards and carpet, base of the beds hasn't seen a duster for an age, the windows are filthy (probably never cleaned since it was built) both inside and out, on the outside of the windows you have pigeon droppings. Room smells musty. The mattress should be replaced as dips in the centre and is very uncomfortable.
Bathroom: There is mould, taps with a lot of limescale, broken or ruined bath panels.
Hallways: Smells musty and then you have the strong smell of weed.
Restaurant: You have sticky tables, cutlery not clean. I had a mixed grill (something you can't get wrong) the steak smelt off, the sausage you know had been reheated from breakfast (and still not warm), egg white not cooked and still runny.
Staff: Reception staff (when about) can be friendly. Cleaners occasionally speak but mostly on there phones in a foreign language. Restaurant staff simply wow. You have the transgender (each to there own, I have no problem) who wears a dirty, untidy blue wig (definitely not professional looking), supposedly runs the restaurant, has excuses for a lot of things not on the menu, I asked for a coffee but was told I couldn't have one as the machine was turned off and wouldn't be ready for another hour (even though they had been there since 2pm they couldn't flick a switch).
Overall the hotel needs a major refurb, properly trained staff. I paid £245 for 3 nights and was a total waste of money. Next time I will pay extra and go to the Marriott
- Klaus (8/5): - Our first room was in a bad condition and dirty. After complaining we got a nice room meeting our expectations.
The personal was professional and service oriented.
- Navigator784960 (10/5): Great location and siabled access facilities - My name is Chris. I love staying at Premier Inn Archway. Looking forward to seeing you in November again. I use a wheelchair so the ceiling hoist is really helpful
- Climber38506422255 (10/5): 2 week stay at archway premier inn ok but needs work - Staff were/are fantastic very friendly ,hard working nothing too much trouble for them so helpful probably could need a pay rise in my opinion .
The actual hotel is going through some refurbishment but we didn’t experience any issues.
The hotel does need a total refurb it looks tired and jaded more lighting, carpets need replacing furniture also the chair in our room I thought too risky to sit on the table was peeling apart there was chunks missing out of the walls needs a bit of plastering work and a lick of paint .
We were staying in a wheelchair accessible room and whilst great to have access to a ceiling hoist and wet room certain things need looking at the doors to the bathroom are heavy and clunky and nearly falling off their hinges need replacing there seemed to be a leak beside the toilet so constantly putting a towel fine to soak up the puddle have mentioned it to the management .
Possibly replace the bed which is two mattresses zipped together with a couple of single hospital profile beds .
The menu is ok but seemed very much like frozen Iceland food not to my taste but I’m a fussy eater anyways .
Breakfast is ok depending on your taste again I’m a fussy eater so just stuck to a yoghurt granola type thing and orange juice and a cuppa .
For me the best l thing about this hotel is the staff top clsss .
Tube station 5 mins away and an M & S food hall plus there’s Tesco express ,Sainsbury’s local close by and an Aldi .
To be honest i wouldn’t stay again until refurb has been finished and the main reason we chose this hotel is because of the ceiling hoist as my son is in a wheelchair and hotels with ceiling hoists and wetrooms are difficult to find .
If my son wasn’t in a wheelchair would stay somewhere else .
If premier inn management see this your staff deserve a good pay rise and better uniforms .
So a big thank you goes out to the staff first class all of them .
- 681nathanielc (10/5): Friendly and reliable - Great staff, good location. Good value. Excellent value for money. We come often and it never disappoints us. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Good atmosphere.
- W2176YYsimonm (4/5): Staying for business for handy for getting round London due to the notherline next to the Holtel - I would avoid at the moment due to the refurbishment. I’m sure the it will be better afterwards. They seem to building a McDonald in the carpark too. They was a couple of homeless people living there. Please be careful on the late evening .
- 272annettey (10/5): A Good Night’s Stay - All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The communal areas were clean and fresh. My room was clean, smelt fresh and was inviting. I had a good nights sleep and the bathroom was well equipped and the shower was very powerful, with the right temperature water. All in all a good stay, excellent location and my room was quiet. Hope to return soon.
- 163martinr (10/5): Highly recommended! - Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn London Bexleyheath. The rooms were nice and clean, and we received a warm welcome at reception from Sobia, whose friendly smile made the check-in process absolutely smooth and pleasant. The food was excellent — the sea bass and pancakes were absolutely delicious, and with the 2-for-1 meal deal, it’s a no-brainer. Highly recommended!
- Alderton1959 (2/5): Very un happy the worst premier In have tried to upload pictures that I've taken but will not let n I've ever stayed in - Asked to be moved from the first room we was given because of bad smells but the second room was very dirty stains on the carpet ripped carpet very grubby marks on walls everywhere we went there was dirty marks on walls in the lifts didn't feel that we could eat there because of how dirty everywhere was would never stay there again have tried to upload photos that I've taken but will not let me probably because of the bad review I've given
- Troy (4/5): - Expedia’s idea of the superior room was the hotels idea of the lowest/smallest room. Even being moved to the family room there was only one large towel for a family and the amenities were extremely scarce. Lots of construction inside and outside the hotel that we were not aware of and the dining area was squeezed down to a few tables because of it. Will not be staying at this hotel again!
- Stay07201286138 (2/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE - We stayed at the Bexleyheath premier inn for convenience for a family party. I would not recommend to stay here, unless for the sane reason. There was an awful smell of drains, that wafted from reception to the second floor. Terrible stains in the furniture l, mould in the bathroom, made me feel dirty. I would not eat there, due to the bad smells. We did have a drink in the bar, and the bar man was very nice and helpful.
- cooldad1010 (2/5): Avoid if you can - Very poor, from the lift not working for an impaired person, youths openly smoking cannabis in the stairwell, heating not working in the rooms, dirty tables
- 693torbenj (2/5): Disappointing experience at Premier Inn Lindau - The rooms were fine — clean and as expected. Unfortunately, the experience with the staff and service was extremely disappointing.
The food was very poor, to the point where it felt unhealthy and badly prepared. Even worse, the bar staff did not apply the 30% discount that was clearly advertised. When I pointed it out, they refused to correct the bill, which felt dishonest and unprofessional.
It’s a shame, because the hotel itself is okay, but the service and food quality are far below acceptable standards. I would recommend finding another hotel in the city.
- Oran (10/5): - Extremely convenient for Archway underground access and Whittington Hospital.
Make sure to have the premier reservation code upon checkin.
Staff was very polite and helpful
- P6866ICanthonyr (4/5): Going down hill! - I stayed at Bexleyheath and to be fair this is the last time, the place has really gone down hill over the years, bar with very overpriced bottled lagers, no larger on tap, shower had rust on it, air con failed to work. Staff was ok.
- 523nirmalas (10/5): Best experience ever . - The location was perfect and the staff made us feel right at home, specially thanks to Ms . Ajeeta Mam’ for her outstanding behavior towards every customer.
- 803gangak (8/5): Good Environment - .. excellent stay … friendly staff …good location. Near by town easy parking .. easy to access motorway. Clean & tidy. Would like to go back stay
- 389rachitak (10/5): Very good hotel - The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Location is good and rooms are clean and comfortable. The manager Ajita was very helpful
- Cmsays (2/5): Never again - I felt grubby staying here, it was so dirty. Unfortunately it was not possible to leave and stay somewhere else as close by places were full and tube strike forbade travelling far.
I have put photos on of the place that speak for themselves.
We did not eat here as a guy we shared the lift with said it was not good at all.
It was very warm too, they gave you believe that you control the a/c this is not correct it is controlled by reception. It kept going off and never went cool although receptionist said she kept turning it down.
Anything you need for your room you have to go to reception.
Would never stay here again don’t know what people that say it is ok normally live like.
- CarmenRA (10/5): Nice & pleasant stay - It was a nice and pleasant stay , very friendly and attentive staff !Rooms are good size and comfortable ! Food service is also very efficient ! Housekeeping was also up to date ! Location was also quite convenient with easy public transport access !
- 788sunitaa (10/5): Premier inn London Blaxlyheath - fantastic customer service well maintaining room , warm friendly atmosphere, clean room and shower etc.
Thank you
Ajita, Nisha, Sam, sobia
- 342anumk (10/5): Good experience - We had a really good experience with sobia she was lovely she guide us properly. Room was clean service was lit . Thank you so much Sobia will come again.
- 728tayyaban (8/5): Comfortable stay, excellent service - I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff especially sobia was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient, close to local attractions. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for families and a great place to stay.
- F5550BVzeeshana (10/5): Great service - Really great service and reception staff was quite professional. Highly recommended to go and plan your trip with them
- 223jameyk (10/5): Good place to stay - Very nice place to stay affordable and trustworthy. Friendly staff members and ready to help . Clean and peaceful environment.
- wisconsinron (10/5): Close to the Lake - This hotel was close to Lake Constance. The Zeppelin Museum is in a neighboring town. The hotel is just a short drive to the lakefront. Lake Constance sits on the border with both Austria and Switzerland and has great views of the Alps across the lake. The hotel is only accessible from an alley and GPS will get you in the area but Google Maps know the location. There was some renovation going on which excluded some of the parking spots. There were no restaurants nearby other than McDonalds. A car would be needed to explore the area from this hotel. The room was large and recently renovated.
- 730larsd (2/5): Try somewhere else, not recommended - Unfortunately not much pleasant to say here.
Our experience was woeful and I would give it no stars if possible.
Lindau is beautiful I just recommend you stay elsewhere.
My main grip is that we were in non smoking room but it smelt horribly like smoke.
Raised it with reception and nothing happened.
Had to follow up again and become assertive before anything got done.
Nearly midnight before the smell reduced enough (no fully gone) for the family to be able to sleep.
Breakfast was average / ok.
Parking was a little hard but managed.
Service and the rooms wasn’t the best in my opinion. Below average when I compare it to similar places I visited.
Rooms are
Also very loud from all the road noise.
Reccommend to avoid this place not worth the hassle.
