• Pisagua23 (10/5): Great option for Spurs matches - Booked this hotel for a night match of Tottenham. Premium plus room was just as expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent connectivity of the location to central London. The overall area is being gentrified and there are growing decent options for a quick bite around the hotel.
• Veronika (8/5): - Fint hotell, litt skavanker men rene, fine rom. Gode senger, putene kunne vært bedre. Badekar, store, myke håndklær, godt vanntrykk og stabilt varmt vann i dusjen. Lytt fra gangen men stille fra gaten. Veldig hyggelig betjening! Pluss for middagsservering på hotellet og helt grei frokost. Savnet kanskje litt pålegg men det de hadde var veldig godt. Beliggende nært både tog og t-bane. Fint utgangspunkt for fotballkamp i nord-London.

On this occasion: Good - Staff all very friendly and welcoming. No delays in checking in. Clean and organised room on a quiet floor as requested. Excellent views over the Thames and of the Shard. Complimentary instant coffee and teas on arrival and between meal services. Needs Attention and Improvement - Breakfast was most disappointing - please improve and extend range of hot food offered. Coffee served at breakfast could be higher quality. Had to request more pillows and sufficient towels for my other guest from reception.

Buffet for breakfast with not so much to choose but food fine. Personel some of them kind and anothers not so much... Hard to speak for non english speakers... The best: price for family room y de subway just in front to connect with all entire London.

It is ideally located with the usual standard of comfort you get to expect in a Premier Inn. The breakfast and dinner options are good value and plentiful. What makes it though is the friendliness of the staff who always make you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for Raakesh on the front desk or restaurant
• petesandrasE3992XP (10/5): A lovely clean quiet and comfortable hotel - The wife and I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Riverside Drive Uxbridge. We can't praise the hotel enough. The room was clean quiet and very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. We'd like to commend George who worked in the restaurant and bar. He was so friendly and helpful, excellence customer service, a great ambassador for your company.

Zena on the reception and then in the restaurant was excellent, welcoming and helpful. All team members we met were attentive and friendly. Thyme restaurant is cozy and meals were good.

• kayleighs439 (10/5): Wendy is the best! - I stayed here as I was on a course close by. My first impression was overall really good. My room was clean and comfortable. 1st morning I discovered my hairdryer wasnt working. I explained this at reception and before long Wendy was at more door to help. She bought me a hairdryer and waited to see if it worked. It didn't. She ran around to find me one that did. They where very short staff but her dad her colleague where kind, caring and helpful. Both carried on their shifts with a smile. Wendy saw me the next day and was again cheery and asked me how my stay was going. I had a fantastic breakfast and a lovely stay. I will be back for sure. Hotel is in a fab location for everything.

• 526gs526 (10/5): Best Premier Inn in a while - After a 5.5 hour drive we had a very welcoming reception from the lady checking us in. Room was clean and comfy. Rooms starting to show a bit of wear and tear but this the best premier inn we have been to in a while. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it, to set us up for the day.
• themadprampusher (10/5): Clean, modern, convenient - We stayed here for three nights in October. The hotel is modern, clean and convenient for the tube and bus. Shops, pubs and places to eat nearby. Lots of nice walks along the river Lea and around the wetlands. Close to the Blackhorse Road Brewery Mile. Take care not to be mown down by a delivery bike rider or electric scooter around here. Overall recommend this hotel.

Loved the place ... one small comment the bed creaked every time you got off it on the Window side (never mentioned it to Reception but room 130 if you wish to check ) .. All in all this was a pleasant 5 night stay

• Climber94663 (4/5): Lack of staff and care - Visited the Premier Inn for 2 days on Business. This is so short on staff. Reception staff jump between that and the restaurant. Have just sat waiting for 50mins to get a table as the chef is new. Tables were all sticky just seemed a lack of care or staffing to support looking after this hotel. Won't be using it again. Premier Inn seems to be slipping more and more recently.

• 976millyd (10/5): good hotel not far from tube stations - The room was a lovely space for what we needed for our stay, the room was very clean and was provided with a comfy bed which gave me and my partner a well needed rest after a long day out, the service was very helpful when we asked questions and very polite. would definitely recommend visiting, will be coming back 😊
• colinl424 (10/5): Excellent value - Excellent value for money. Ample sized room for one person (in fact a giant bed compared to some hotels). Breakfast was ideal. Just fruit, cereals and pastries but lovely warm service. You would pay much more and get fewer smiles!

The staff are always so friendly especially Raakesh and Hamza, and it’s always a treat to start our Sunday at Premier Inn Uxbridge.
• LJane2019 (8/5): Good for quick stopover - TV didn’t work so had to swap rooms but staff were great in sorting and very apologetic. Location was fine for my purpose but no chance to explore. Some chain restaurants nearby which was a bonus. Breakfast was good and the lady that was serving was so lovely. Hub rooms are great for single people, not sure for a couple as snug. All in all suited my needs and would stay again if needed a hotel in the area.
• J6270RZbenw (10/5): Tower Hill hit the mark - Great location. Nice and comfy. A lot of money IMO but competitive rate nonetheless. Three of us stayed with work and walked to a restaurant near by and had a drink back at the hotel.

The facilities are good, nice restaurant, rooms generally quiet but it's the staff who make me want to come back. A special mention to Alison and Raakesh who remember me each time and are so lovely. Please do not go to touch screen check-ins like you have in Cardiff...really off putting

• paulnM2857SP (4/5): Previously excellent - this time not so great ! - great location and have stayed here many times in the past - however, quality of the room on this occasion was very poor - room 117 - terrible damp smell in corridor and rotted skirting suggested serious - black mould in shower, broken window blind cord just discarded on ledge. Dingy and depressing view of filthy courtyard with piles of hotel rubbish. Now looking for somewhere else to stay next time I’m in the area.

• sophiedK4217CX (8/5): NFL weekend stay over - The location of this hotel is spot on if you’re attending anything at Tottenham Stadium. It is close to the train station, with links to overground and underground trains. There is a retail park over the road, with plenty of option, and several other coffee/food options around. The price was reasonable for London, on an event weekend. There was an issue with the room beside us, potentially a leak, which did make our rooms smell slightly and the smell in the corridor was overwhelming, it would have been appreciated if were warned of this. The room was clean with nice fresh sheets, however the bathroom could do with some TLC. The grouting was very mouldy, the bath panel scuffed (or dirty?!), the wall beside the toilet had been filled at some point, with a fair amount of filler spilt on the toilet roll holder. The toilet roll was single sheets, rather than a roll but I guess that would be personal preference. On the whole, it’s a decent hotel for the price and location and we will use again next year for NFL weekend.

• BrendaC3607 (10/5): Excellent service at The Hub by London Tower Bridge! - My husband and I stayed for 2 nights on 27 & 28 September and found the small cabin very comfortable (we are used to being on small boats). The bed was very comfortable, we slept better than at home! Best of all we found everyone who was working there to be welcoming, helpful and a couple of your staff went out of their way to help us. Special thanks to Imon and Ilanora. We will stay there again next time we are in that area.
• dazzyP516 (10/5): Fantastic location and fantastic staff. - Before coming for our 3 night stay, I emailed requesting an accessible bed from both sides as my wife had injured her knee, I also tried my luck at requesting a window in the room as previous times we have visited we didn’t get one. All I can say is wow and thank you. We were given a free upgrade to a king size bed and a window displaying fantastic views of the Thames, HMS Belfast and the Shard. The room was spotless and the staff were so polite and went out of their way to help us. The hotel chain should be proud of the hard working staff. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Capital, everything is within reach and the location is perfect. Thank you.
• 767terep (10/5): Lovely Stay - Wonderful warm welcome on arrival and every time after staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful than they were. We were also upgraded to a larger room with a lovely view of the shard and could see a bit of the Thames between buildings. The room was sound proofed from the traffic noise which was a pleasant surprise. But as mentioned first in this review the wonderful staff are a credit to Premier Inns and made us truly feel at home.

Window does not open. What would it be like in Summer. Could not sleep as too hot. Otherwise fairly decent.

My check in was assisted by Zena who excellent. Tonight my curry was enhanced by some fresh chopped red chilli that I requested and was provided.
• 858luckyr (8/5): Great hotel with good parking facilities, good location within minutes from Uxbridge town centre. - My family and I stayed there for university checkin, great location , relatively big room, bedding was very nice, breakfast was perfect with vegan options available, excellent parking space just in front of the hotel. aircon was very quiet and working well,staff were polite with a big smile on their face during breakfast The only negative points which prevent me from giving it a 5/5 is that the bathroom had only an overhead shower with NO handheld douchette. That was a very important factor for us and for any family i guess with ladies. The room had no ventilation as the window was sealed which makes the room a bit stuffy as we prefer fresh air instead.

• Alison (6/5): Lack of communication and operations management - Very convoluted process of communication between this service and the hotel. i tried to shift the start of my stay one day later and they said there were no rooms available even though i had reserved a room for that time and to go through Hotels.com to organize. Hotels didn't communicate with them at all and told me to simply handle it when i got there. They ended up giving my room away the day before and i had nowhere to stay. Awful communication between everyone involved for a very simple and common occurance.

• popog458 (10/5): Location staff great rooms a bit small - Book family room, Room seem small compared to pictures but we only used to sleep and we were out all day exploring London the train station is so close. Walked to tottemham stadium took us half hour and stopped at local places on the way back. They looked short staffed but they were always smiling. I have to mention shannika and sarah in the restaurant who took time to talk to us about allergies and were professional and welcoming. We will be back next year.

• V5166NUdouglasl (6/5): Good Hotel. restaurant poor. - I've stay there 4/5 times a year, great location, parking, for Uxbridge and Underground/Tube into London. 5th Sept, good check in person at the reception, very good. Room is good , basic but al right for a night or 2. Bathroom could do with a GRAB Rail on the wall (in my opinion). I have had the meal deal which is good and evening meal has been very good, can get in bar at 5 but food not open till 6pm, only Hotel guests can use??? Last 2 times had Breakfast there, but not greatly enjoyable, on the cold side some items, No juice once!, had to ask twice for toast to be put out? kept in a cupboard, its only cheap bread why ration it? The food dishes not always full and have to wait to be topped up. There were very few people in there!!!, guy in charge was very good. The place has no atmosphere. I wont eat there again till it improves, Ill have dinner at pub opposite General Elliot, they do earlier afternoon times and will have Bfast in Uxbridge. Hotel is good especially if you get it at 50 to 60 pounds, but restaurant is poor overall, used to be buzzing. Please get your act together, its CUSTOMER SERVICE.

• 497amberleec (4/5): Poor room cleanliness but was moved by helpful staff member - The room I was given smelled of vomit and had a large, poorly-cleaned stain on the carpet right inside the door. I asked to be moved and the staff member was very apologetic and upgraded me to a larger room. The new room was clean and comfortable, though the lack of hot drink facilities in the room was disappointing. I also couldn't locate the bin for ages - it was hidden in a difficult-to-open cupboard in the bathroom, with a tiny label on it that was only visible once you crouched down.

It's a small room but perfectly fine for sleeping and let's be honest that's the only time you are in your room in London anyway. Good under bed storage with a pull out suitcase space. Clean room. Great service every member of staff to as polite always saying hello. The iced lemon water was welcome as you came in and always topped up nice way to enter before going to your room. Breakfast was continental and not too bad for hotel prices the spread was really good and it was never too busy. All in a good hotel and would stay again. The hotel is right between tower hill and monument station so it's easy to get anywhere in London.

• T8750ZHsunnys (6/5): Decent Stay But Wouldn't Stay Again - Our stay at Hub by Premier London Bridge was decent. The location is great for touring the South Bank area as you are minutes away. However, the hotel is only good for sleeping. The rooms are extremely small and nothing special. The air conditioning didn't work well and took a long time to cool the room properly. On the first night, the air conditioner started leaking around midnight which led us to changing rooms. The front desk gave us a new room but demanded that we bring the key to the old room back down to the lobby instead of just leaving it in the old room. It was very inconvenient given the time that it happened. On another note, we tried to check in around 2:30 and were told that the check in time is at 3 and that we would have to pay an additional 15 pounds if we wanted to check in 30 minutes early. That is just absurd and terrible service especially since we are tourist and from abroad. Overall, it was a decent stay for first timers in London but I would certainly not stay here again.
• susandye50 (10/5): Hidden gem - Stayed in a premier plus room for 4 nights. Room lovely clean and thankfully had air conditioning as weather hot. Room spacious, large bath room with shower over the bath. Bed very comfy and no noise despite facing a building site. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did not use the bar or resturant so can not comment on them. 5 minute walk from Tottenhale station so very central and easy for travelling around London. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location is excellent—very convenient for visiting places of interest, with subway stations, shops, and markets all nearby. The staff were helpful, attentive, and efficient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we especially loved the large, soft bath towels. It was such a pleasant stay that after each day of sightseeing, we genuinely looked forward to returning to the hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff members were amazing and helpful at any time, we even met a girl who was Italian like us and spoke our mother tongue language with her. So amazing and welcoming! The bedroom was excellent, the view amazing and the bed utterly comfy and big. The breakfast absolutely tasty and fresh. We're going to definitely come back here, to London Tower Bridge hub in the future!

Terri and Sarah were very welcoming upon our arrival, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. Above and beyond, truly. Rooms were spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable beds. Restaurant was great and very reasonably priced, again helpful staff and the chef was happy to cook me vegan sausages that weren't out with the buffet. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

• Russell (6/5): - The room was adequate, but the bathroom cleanliness needed some attention. The shower had stains and the accessible chair paint was peeling and rusted. I ask for my towels to be replaced and additional toilet paper two days in a row.
• mariancarminiac (10/5): Above and beyond - We had a most wonderful stay at Premier Inn Tottenham Hale. Our trip was not the usual visit as we were in town for a funeral. But the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Zena cooked for us at the restaurant when we arrived earlier than dinner opening. She didnt want our elderly companions to walk out in the heat. Zena, Ruxandra and Said helped us with our printing needs. And Daniella gave suggestions on where to buy items we needed. Thank you to the team, you made our stay comfortable and wonderful despite the circumstances of our visit.
• LivingDeadGirl666 (8/5): 50 Cent Gig at Tottenham - About 30 mins walk to the Stadium, just need to pick your route .. the area round the hotel does not have much to do, there is an Asda .. Greggs.. Burger King .. hotel is nice enough .. air con not strong enough in our room 805 .. decent enough though
