Guest Reviews
- meridian_east (8/5): Excellent location - Great location, about a 7/8 minute walk to London Bridge station and 2 minutes from Borough Market. There are lots of food options nearby, and a Tesco Express around the corner.
The room was clean and the facilities were decent. I didn't get breakfast but there was also coffee station near reception and a snack machine.
The check-in staff were great and very friendly. The hotel is down a small alleyway but it felt safe for me as a female solo traveller.
I would stay at this location again!
- chriso630 (4/5): Uncharacteristically poor. - Cold.
Heating not working, no extractor fan.
No indication that food & drink service stopped at 10pm.
Very poor value for money, especially as this was an annual (birthday) trip to London to see a band.
We usually enjoy a great stay at Premier Inns, but this was pretty grim compared to previous trips.
- jaredk558 (10/5): Xmas trip away - It’s a wonderful team here, they’re all so helpful and friendly and the hotel was more than you could ask for when staying away.
- X8703LZstephenc (10/5): A great place to stay in Brixton - I was attending an event in Brixton so the location couldn't have been better, just around the corner from the tube station. It was pretty quiet as it was a Monday night. The room was one with a fridge and coffee machine, so slightly more expensive. It was a good size and had a really comfortable feel. Very clean throughout. The bathroom was OK, but the pressure on the shower was pretty normal for these hotels. I didn't have much to do with the staff, just check in, and they were efficient and friendly. My only gripe was that there were no windows that could be opened, and I like to have an open window sometimes, but I suppose they have their reasons.
- patter18 (10/5): Great stay in Camden Hub - The hub is in a great location to explore Camden and with easy access to the tube you can explore all of London. We were a bit apprehensive when booking with regards to the room size but it was fine and we had plenty of space and a window. The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were excellent and the food (breakfast) was great. There is complimentary tea and coffee in the basement where you eat and again it is well lit, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the hotel and look to stay in a hub in the future.
- rachelb699 (10/5): Perfect for solo overnight stay after gig at Camden Electric Ballroom - Travelled to London from Norwich to see a band at Camden Electric Ballroom so wanted a place close to the venue. This hub is ideally situated a short stroll from venue & the tube station. Had Tesco, M&S foodhall, Aldi on walk between station & hotel to stock up on room supplies & theres a McDonalds just across the street which I visited for post-gig chips I ate in bed!
Had a warm welcome upon check-in & my room was clean, comfortable & had everything I needed. Paid £111 for a night, which wasn’t cheap, but I felt very safe & got over 8 hours decent sleep before heading out to explore London, so would definitely recommend.
- K9602YYneilp (10/5): Very good! - From the warm welcome, to the clean, comfortable and quiet room, to the good breakfast the following day all were excellent. Would definitely stay again.
- AddieV_12 (10/5): Brilliant stay in the heart of Camden! - This was our first stay at The Hub by Premier Inn Camden, travelling with friends as two couples. We picked The Hub mainly because of the cost compared to the high prices of other London hotels, but also because of the location, as it was only about a 15-minute walk to the Roundhouse where we were seeing The Stranglers. We only really needed a bed for the night and a shower for the morning, so with the lower price, we were expecting something fairly basic and maybe a bit substandard... how wrong were we?
The hotel couldn’t have been in a better location, right in the heart of Camden, and although it is in a busy area, once inside the hotel you wouldn’t know it. Our room faced Camden High Street and we couldn’t hear a thing from outside, which was a real surprise. The building and rooms were spotless, modern and far exceeded our expectations. We even commented that we’ve paid more for hotel rooms that didn’t come close to the standard here.
Our friends’ room was huge, so we’ll definitely be requesting that one next time. The breakfast and bar area had a lovely feel to it, and the complimentary tea and coffee were a nice bonus.
A special mention to Carlos and Jithu, who were both fantastic. Carlos was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived and again when we checked out. Jithu checked us in later and couldn’t have been more helpful, arranging for our rooms to be next to each other, collecting our bags and providing extra pillows without hesitation. He was really jolly and we had a good laugh with him, which made the experience even better.
The only small downside was that, although our rooms were ready when we arrived a couple of hours before check-in, there was a £15 per room charge to check in early. We completely understand the policy, but as the rooms were already available, it would have been a lovely gesture if early check-in had been complimentary.
Overall, we had a brilliant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Hub Camden. It’s a great value hotel in a perfect location, and we’ll definitely be back.
- 358jackie (10/5): Good stay here - Great location for restaurants bars tube station all within in minutes away. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
- justindI9671HU (10/5): Premier Inn at Borough Market - Staff were excellent and very helpful in getting me booked in early. Also very helpful at all points of my stay. I would absolutely stay here again.
- W636GRbelindam (10/5): Great experience at the Premier Inn at London Bridge. - Great experience at the Premier Inn in London Bridge great room, excellent breakfast and outstanding staff. Will definitively re-visit.
- Keen4wine (4/5): Hardly Premier. - Great location. However, we’d paid for two ‘bigger rooms’ but only one had a king-sized bed. We complained but were told it was ‘the luck of the draw’. The rooms were hot, but the windows didn’t open and the AC only went down to 19c, so not a good night’s sleep (apparently the good night’s sleep guarantee doesn’t apply at the hub hotels). The hairdryer in the room didn’t work. At breakfast, a number of items had run out, but when we asked, we were told they wouldn’t be replenished - it was only 9.30!
The hotel management were indifferent to our complaints, so we complained through the main website and through social media, but were fobbed off and told to speak to the local management team again. In all, a poor experience for a premium price.
- GlasgowHappyHolidays (8/5): Central location yet quiet rooms - Location was amazing around 200m from London Bridge station without needing to cross the road.
Very hardworking team which were a credit to the business completing multiple roles from receptionist to servicing tables at breakfast.
Rooms to the usual Premier Inn brand service. We had a walk-in shower which was better than the normal bath.
So why not excellent?
Sadly the main entrance is down a small lane that opens up leading to the reception. The lane is located off the bourgh high street and often during our visit smelt like a toilet! It was also the smoking location for the Tesco staff next door. This just forced me to knock off a star otherwise I would have happily rates this hotel excellent!!!
- 393samanthad (10/5): Budget hotel in a great location - The hotel is very conveniently located for Camden and close to public transport links. Room was fairly small but made good use of the space so didn't feel cramped. Nice bathroom and very clean. Felt it was good value for the price
- X5130XGjor (10/5): Very good - Room was clean and very quiet, location is just across from the electric Brixton for a concert we were attending and a 5 minute walk from tube.
- evilempire13 (6/5): Premier Inn need to give this hotel some love! - We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and the location cannot be beaten when going to a gig in Camden. Sadly I agree with the other reviewers in that despite this being a relatively new hotel things have been allowed to go downhill. Checked in on the add in the hope of a fast check in when we arrived- both electronic check in terminals out of use meaning large queue formed waiting to see sole member of staff. One of the lifts had a broken tv screen and the other had two downlights which flicker so quickly this is likely to be an epilepsy risk. Room was spotlessly clean however hairdryer did not work - elements just glowed with no air movement before tripping itself out. Reported to front desk who told us that it was a common fault and the best they could offer is to let us into someone else's room when they had vacated!! Iron board and iron left in corridor, did not move and would present a hazard on a fire escape route. Did not eat in hotel as so many great places locally, and shocked how a hotel can appear so neglected so quickly even though it is owned by a huge corporation. Needs some love to return to a great hotel. Disappointing
- Mike (10/5): - Great area, near transit, Electric Avenue.
- jcj2025 (4/5): Not good 😒 - We stayed in the hotel last year and it was great, so when going back to London to visit family, we booked a room again.
Sadly, the whole place has deteriorated and the staff they have now are unfriendly and unhelpful (apart from 2 who's names I can't remember, sorry).
The room itself was "shabby"! Blinds were frayed, pillowcases had marks on them, shower head was filthy, and the hairdryer didn't work!
The communal lounge, which last year was great, was this year unwelcoming. Had to ask several times for milk which should have been there already as it's a "help yourself" place. When I told one of the female staff that the coffee machine was not working she was very rude!!
Breakfast was a hit and miss affair and not very tasty. We witnessed staff being quite rude to other guests on occasion too and we were glad to leave!
I appreciate it's a budget hotel but expected better tbh.
- sharonrU8430RZ (10/5): Cannot fault anything on my stay. Would recommend it. - Went for a few nights with my husband and son. It was our first time in London and didn't know our way around. The receptionists was brilliant and very friendly who couldn't do enough for us from telling us which tubes to catch, what shopping centre is the best, I could go on. The rooms were spacious and very clean too. Would definitely come back here when I come down again as I cannot fault anything.
- E3616DRlouisec (8/5): Good Hotel - Hotel ticked all the boxes, staff/location/room/breakfast all great no complaints would defo stay again! Tube and local shops all close by as well x
- THEREDS40 (10/5): Great team - Excellent service , great reception team, really friendly and helpful. Great location for Borough market and nearby tube connections
- laurarK7278XL (8/5): Good value but dangerous bathroom door. - Staff friendly and polite. Room clean, quiet and comfy.
The only downside was the sliding glass door to the bathroom. It was really heavy and didn’t have a runner. So, I had to pull it along carpet. Really difficult! Was briefly trapped in the bathroom! Please look into this as it’s a safety issue.
- easteregg20 (10/5): Great place to stay - Great location, very clean and comfortable room and lovely food. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Check in very easy.
- J2973UQrebeccad (10/5): Easy, comfortable, and ideal location - I was looking for somewhere to stay just out of central London, that was easy to get to and comfortable for one night. This was ideal. You know what you are getting with a Premier Inn and it was easy to check in, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. Which is ideal for switching off after a hectic day.
The breakfast was good, with a small dining room, but not too busy at all and an easy check out.
This was an ideal location, being only a few tube stops from where I needed to be and the price was really reasonable.
I'd looked at quite a few other hotels, but I'm really glad I chose here and will definitely book in again next time I need to stay over for work.
- georgewG6233BP (10/5): Wellness Walk - The hotel was excellent from arrival to departure. The hotel room was very clean. The hotel was quiet at night. The food excellent and service very good.
- ahmedsS947DH (4/5): Vey bad stay - I had the worst stay at Hub Camden! I found a blood stain on the bed sheet (as in the photos I shared on google), and when I went down to reception, the front desk agent refused to change my room just because I had already used the toilet. It incredibly frustrating and made me lose trust in how clean the room was.
The air con control in the room never worked too. I asked them to look at it three times during my stay but nothing was fixed. They said they control it from another room but temperature was either freezing cold or boiling hot and I had no way to adjust it myself as controls weren't working. The window was locked too and couldn’t be opened even a little so the room felt horrible to be in. Their solution was "call us on this mobile phone every time you want the air con changed" which was just ridiculous.
It was an uncomfortable stay and really disappointing after paying >£200 a night for this awful hotel.
- cheryljoyce03 (10/5): Best hotel in london - We stayed here yesterday and I can honestly say what a fantastic hotel, we were so looked after from start to leaving, all the staff were so very welcoming, breakfast was delicious, bed was so so comfortable, loved it,we are now up the road in a 5 star hotel which was booked by my daughter for a birthday present, and it’s not a patch on the premierinn .
- nataliefK4829AK (6/5): Convenient for O2 but very hot! - Well…. Not the best premier Inn I’ve stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and quiet however It was incredibly hot! The aircon wasn’t kicking out cold air and couldn’t adjust it, there was a fan in the room but the inability to be able to open the windows made it feel very claustrophobic. Only stayed one night for a gig at the O2 Academy as it was very convenient but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.
- Mayajane81 (10/5): A great handy location for London in general. - We stayed two nights and were really happy with the stay. The room had a window and was very well insulated from the traffic outside.
The service was excellent as was the free unlimited tea and coffee. Great lounge area to relax in.
- F8696CWkatieh (2/5): Awful, stank - Walking into the hotel the whole place had an overwhelming disgusting smell. In the corridor/stairs and reception/restaurant area. We stayed for 3 nights and were trying to hold our breath to get to the rooms without breathing to much. The bathroom was damp and moldy and also smelt (different smell) so the rooms felt like they were not cleaned properly aswell. The bed was comfy enough which is the only good thing I have to say. We had breakfast paid for, but only tried to eat the first morning. The 'hot' food was cold and the smellnfrom the corridor and reception area comes into the restaurant and is very off putting when trying to eat, making you feel like the food is bad. There were 4 of us staying (2 rooms) and none of us could figure out what the awful smell was. Only 1 person from our party tried to eat breakfast each morning. I have stayed in many premier inn's, I have never had a problem before, but would never return here and would worn people not to come!
- cantbeattbemjointhem (4/5): Disappointing 1 night stay. - A hot stuffy room where the windows are sealed but the climate control is broken. So no airflow at all.
I also had problems using the WiFi.
However, the room was clean and quiet.
- 160stewp (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - Great location with about 3 min walk to access London Bridge Underground. Borough market 5 min walk. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much, very quiet location. We stayed in the Premiere level on the 4th floor. Room card access for elevator. No safe or kleenex provided. Water daily 2 x 330ml bottles. We ate one time for breakfast and it was OK, nothing special. Will stay again.
- smith-brett94 (10/5): Lovely stay - Place was very clean, staff very welcoming, we paid for the additional breakfast, plenty of variety and everything was served hot!
Weather was very warm so staff were more than happy to offer us a fan for the room.
Will be returning when back in Brixton
- StewartP513 (10/5): Enjoyed Southwark - Spent last night in this Hotel.
Would consider ourselves regular Premium Inn customers.
Lost count of the number of stays over the last 15 years.
It’s in the middle of everything in south London, so handy
It doesn’t have an outside or street view, sign down an alley and that’s it,
In through the door and the world changes, typical Premier Inn reception, small dining room and bar.
The star of the hotel is Jenny, Jenny seems to be everywhere, reception, bar, restaurant, very friendly, happy, smiling and helpful.
The rooms are as you would expect, always clean and fresh.
The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in at any Hotel.
Had a great stay, can’t wait for our return
- Lionlover26 (6/5): Bad experience - First impressions werent great, had to buzz to even get into the building but didnt have to wait too long but then the reception was 2 floors up, the check in process was pretty smooth and the staff member was really nice and helpful even giving directions to the room and letting us know about the services they provide, the room was clean but the air con didnt want to warm up and there was a screen over the window so there wasnt a view to look at and the tv seemed to be temperamental with the control and even wouldnt turn off at one point, the bathroom was a bit of a let down with the shower head being broken and a bit blocked up and the toilet still had urine in it, the shower curtain didnt span the whole of the shower so the floor also got wet, we were only provided 1 towel for 2 of us (which we could have asked for more but for a double room i thought would have been self explanatory) the check out process wasnt great and the staff member behind the reception was rather rude to a couple infront of me and when i asked a simple question i got a blank stare and no response so probably wouldnt choose to stay here again
- davidcO9927QJ (10/5): Relaxing short stay - Excellent short stay (1 night) in 2 double/family rooms. Friendly staff and excellent check-in service. Rooms were adjacent, clean well aired and the beds were very comfortable. Can't rate highly enough
- alicD8575NB (4/5): Could be better - Could hear everything from the room above and next door.
Air con in effective room far too hot with no window to open
Hairdryer broken
Security door to bedrooms from reception / public space broken.
- pierreingram (10/5): Convenient comfortable and served all our needs - Had an operation at London Bridge hospital. This hotel was totally convenient. The room was good bed very comfortable and the staff most helpful.
- Fearless51434345194 (10/5): Great reception service! - The service was incredible by Yuliia, she was very happy and made us feel very welcome!! I couldn’t have asked for a better receptionist :) (however one of the housekeepers forgot to empty our bathroom bin?)
- Happymb (6/5): Used to be great - now need to check everything is working as it should - I chose the hotel based on my excellent experience last year and for it's great location. Unfortunately attention has not been given to repairs and upkeep at this location. My teen daughter and I stayed for four nights in August and noticed very soon after check in that the hairdryer in the room was not working. I immediately went down to reception to notify the team members as it was Friday night and we wanted to begin getting ready to go out. No spare hairdryer was available!. We were travelling from Canada so I do not have a hairdryer that would work in the UK. I raised this numerous times throughout my stay and did not receive a hairdryer or an offer to switch rooms. On the last day, about 30 minutes before checkout, the team member at breakfast told me he had a spare hairdryer for me! I raised this with the corporate help on twitter but received NO support. Totally unacceptable as I did not receive all the services that I paid for. It has been over a week since check out and no offer of apology or compensation has been offered. Such a shame, this was a great hotel. Guess I may have to look elsewhere next time.
- Occtrix53 (10/5): Excellent - Excellent hotel, clean, central and friendly staff.
London bridge tube and train station very close by as is a brilliant view of London Bridge and the Shard.
Being so close to the stations made the city very very accessible and also the airports.
Will definitely stay again.
- pnworegonmama (10/5): Premier Service at Premier Inn – Comfort, Care & Great Food! - We had an excellent stay at Premier Inn - London Southwark. Check-in was quick and effortless, which made a great first impression. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a hotel.
What really stood out was the staff, especially Jenny, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome.
The food was another highlight – both breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of choice. I really appreciated how attentive Jenny and the chef was when it came to allergies, making sure everything was safe and suitable without any fuss.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.
- W4798ZPericf (10/5): Comfortable stay - The hotel's location is close to the metro station, shops, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast is good, and especially the beds are incredibly comfortable. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.
- V4677UBdanielj (10/5): Super friendly and welcoming evening staff - Hi
Been stopping for work here last few weeks , lovely evening staff two ladies were very kind and polite on entry and helped me check in there was a slight issue and I was upgrade to a premium room , very friendly and welcoming thankyou kindly 5 nights away from home and they make you feel very comfortable. Many thanks
A star
Daniel
- roshussain (8/5): Up to the usual Premier Inn standards - On the whole it was a good experience, usual standard for a Premier Inn. Friendly service, great breakfast choice, clean room. Probably could do with a little bit of tlc, as the bathroom needed a lick of paint, it was looking a bit tired and scuffed, but nothing major. Perfect location for all Brixton has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.
- Kate (6/5): - It does the job, by no means luxury but large comfortable bed and fairly clean. The room smelled a bit off and it has refrigerater or ironing board
- joannefG7983SM (10/5): Clean hotel great location staff excellent - Staff were fantastic ( Courtney Saeed Tim Bethe and the two gentlemen who were on reception during the early hours who gave me iced water and turned the air con down in our room )
Staff were fantastic in dealing with the initial misunderstanding of booking requirements as we booked through central reservations
They showed professionalism and were so helpful dealing with the issue exceptionally well. They brought a birthday cake to our room when they found out it was our son’s birthday. They Printed a document for us and
Provided us with helpful information regarding getting around London and storing luggage
We would definitely recommend this hotel but book direct and not with central reservations
Thank you everyone at PI high st Southwark
- kennethA81 (10/5): Central, clean, efficient and welcoming - This is a very good hotel when you consider the price. It has a central location with Carrington and positive Staff. You can never go wrong pisking this hotel.
- rita52 (10/5): Quiet and comfortable - Had a 2 night stay here and thought it fantastic. Its so central for anywhere you need to go. Camden Town station is a 5 minute walk away with 1 stop to King's Cross and 2 stops to Euston.
Even though it is busy outside inside your room you cannot hear a thing.
We had breakfast at the hotel and food was great your typical English cooked breakfast ..... eggs bacon sausages etc , there is also a small selection of cereals and cakes and pastries
Tea and coffee is available 24/7 as are the staff.
My only gripe would be the A/C i like a very cool room for sleeping and the lowest it would go was 19C a tad to warm for me, but that's just me my hubby was fine
- Andynod79 (10/5): Family comfort and ease. - We have just returned from a 4 day trip to London with the kids. We had an amazing time and the hotel was central to the whole trip. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, lovely food to set us up for the day... Will certainly look to use Premier inn again for city breaks.
- C3069HImariac (10/5): Nice experience - Love this place. Breakfast host was very helpful with my query about the restaurants in the area of Coal Drops Yard. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 670willa (2/5): Not what I'm used to from Premier Inn. - Stayed in a premier plus room. Room was dirty and had damaged furniture. The bed was really soft and uncomfortable, not sure if it was the mattress or bed.
Parking in the area is near non-existent and it felt like entering a prison to get in. Just an all round unpleasant experience.
- W3511BMianr (8/5): Brixton with ease and comfort. - On the overall stay, room/bed was a good size, and equipped with everything we needed.
Steam iron, extra pillows, ironing board etc,
Great location in Brixton for Tube and shops etc.
- 765AndiSc (8/5): Quick stopover - Booked a room for one night before heading to Paris the next day. Camden hub is about 10 minute stroll from the tube station, so is very handy. Check-in was quick and easy, scan your barcode & collect a key.
Room perfect for 2, very clean & comfortable, but wouldn’t fancy staying here for more than one night.
Room as expected, lots of under-bed storage, a pull out desk with a chair & a small wardrobe.
Half-frosted glass door to shower area not particularly private. Bed against the wall, so if 2 people sharing it’s a bit awkward to climb out of if you’re the person next to the wall.
- 715getad (10/5): Good hotel - The room was very clean as usually expected when staying at Premier Inn. Very local to most of the shops, good food and friendly staff.
- JGH176 (2/5): Room 201- loud music and shouting DJ until 2am in morning - We were allocated room 201.
Every member of staff obviously knows that room 201 is right next to a night club that does not stop playing VERY loud music and a DJ shouting until 2am in the morning. Premier Inn's Good Night Guarantee is impossible in room 201. Premier Inn are taking money from guests knowing that they were have to endure loud music and won't be able to sleep.
At 8pm the noise was already excessive. The window was vibrating with the noise. We had to be up early the next morning and faced the prospect of a 4 hour sleep if we were lucky.
We complained to Shana and asked to be moved to another room where we would be able to sleep. She was extremely unhelpful. She told us the hotel was full. Told us we should have requested a quiet room, evidencing the fact that she knew the room was noisy. We said we were willing to upgrade and pay more to get a decent nights sleep.
She told us the club shut at 11am. We actually went to the club to check and the doorman told us 2am. Shana had misled us.
She told us that she never deals with complaints and that it was up to head office to sort it out. It was 8pm on a Saturday, so of course no one was available on the phone number of the card she gave us. Shana did not apologise but was very abrupt. The level of customer service is appalling. We were treated very badly. We could not remain in the room because the music and DJ was incredibly disturbing, so left to find another hotel. We had booked the meal deal but were so disgusted in the way we had been treated that we did not even stay for dinner. Obviously paid for a breakfast too which we didn't have. We had the inconvenience and stress of finding a hotel late on a Saturday evening and having to pay again. Premier Inn should not take money from guests for inhabitable rooms. Staff need customer service training too.
- juliaeS6918PL (2/5): Terrible noise - Checked in at 5.15pm on Sat 12.7.25. We were given room 304. Walked into the corridor & room 304 & the noise from the DJ & music from the club outside was awful. So loud & noisy. Thought it was someone in the room next door at first but it’s the club outside. Went down to reception to ask to change the room. The receptionist said she would ask the Manager. The Manager said no, they are fully booked, and she gave us a card with an email to contact customer services. She said that on the website you have to request a quiet room or phone them. We didn’t/can’t see this on the website. It is not clear at all. Won’t come here again.
- Fernando (6/5): - Not good neigborhood. Air conditioning didn't worked. It was hot.
- Robert (8/5): Premier Inn Was Great! - This Premier Inn is in a prime location, just steps away from the archival space. The check-in was relatively smooth and added on breakfast was a nice cost. My only gripe is that rooms weren’t cleaned often. I think if I requested, they might have been, though.
Still, great value and convenience all around with a comfortable bed!
- martinbR9691XY (10/5): Good location and staff - Everything was great. Very convenient location with everything you need close by. Staff was very helpful and polite, room very clean and breakfast very tasty.
- dilmafernandesm (10/5): Lovely Family Stay - We stayed at Premier Inn Brixton as a family and we had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very family friendly. The rooms were super comfortable, and the kids slept really well thanks to the blackout curtains and quit environment. The staff were fantastic, always polite and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel, the food was great and delicious with a great variety of options for both adults and kids.
- Chetura (10/5): - The overall stay was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to the train and the Brixton market and restaurants.
