Guest Reviews
- Selma (8/5): - Just ok
- Katalin (4/5): - The hotel is very rundown. The first room i was given had an overwhelming stench of mildew and mold. I asked for a new one, it was so bad. I found out 2 other people from our group had to do the same. Towels were stained. Heating worked about half the time - mostly didnt work in the ealry evening hours when i assume it was used / turned on the moat. Breakfast was very poor quality. The one positive is the bed was great and i heard my coworkers remark the same. Ao their slogan doesnt lie about that lol.
- valerio (6/5): - la stanza presentava alcune lacune, finestre sigillate, macchie sulla moquette e bagno cieco senza ventilazione. Bene il personale e la colazione.
- Catharina (6/5): - Staff was friendly which was the biggest plus. Breakfast had enough options but could have more options, like any cheese, any vegetable toppings or dark bread. The absolute biggest minus though is the fact that you cannot open the window in your room and the extractor fan is just not doing its job. This means that staying in a family room it becomes very damp, hot, cramped and stuffy. Actually hard to sleep because you don't feel you get enough air. Location is also far from anything unless you have reasons to be in this exact neighborhood.
- Iria (10/5): - .
- SANJAY (2/5): - Overall, our stay was okay. The staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful—and they even allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was also good. However, we were quite disappointed because the hotel was listed with free self-parking when we booked, but upon arrival, there was no parking available. The only option was paid street parking across the road, costing £23.31 every 4 hours for three days. It was only free between 3:30 PM and 9:00 AM.
- freddannn (6/5): Serviceminded staff and great breakfast. - Good location and staff was very good, full service. The room was not quite what we hoped for, quite moist/moldy unfortunately... we asked for new room but the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was good, kids happy. We got to go very early one day and the fixed muffin and juice/coffe.
- mikehGosport (4/5): County hall premier inn - We stayed at the County hall building dubbed as the posh premier inn with a great view , when we arrived we where told there isn't a view so they've refunded the extra I paid for a view ,one person on check inn that didn't really have a clue what he was doing , when I came for breakfast they had only added one person but charged for 2 , explained this to the manager there they sorted it out but seemed very disinterested , we wasnt told in advance about the no view so no chance to change hotels. I wouldn't recommend this one youre better off staying at the more friendly one at the end of Waterloo station. At least they smile.
- 524marinelt (10/5): Excelent - I hâd such an amazing stay, the staff was so nice and helpfull at all Times, breakfast was hot and where good, and the room was where nively cleaned.
- annabN9519EB (8/5): Would give full stars of not for the younger girls attitudes and lack of manners - I just want to say that there are some of those you meet who cater for your needs in this business whom you love and those whom leave a disappointment 😞 The younger females within the restaurant were rude and uncaring natured and I believe need better training for thier mannerisms ect,But that's my only complaint as this hotel is great otherwise,The managers are fantastic and very business like,But this one woman sisay she was amazing and made me feel special shes so loving and kind and one of the hardest workers thier that made my stay that extra special, I hope shes given a promotion she deserves it and I would say this hotel would not be so great a stay without her.
- 842nadeems (2/5): Please be extremely cautious before becoming this hotel or any other Premier Inn - In my personal experience, I would strongly advise not staying at this Premier Inn under any circumstances. During my visit, 8 cars — including mine — were smashed in on the same night in the car park right beside the hotel. When I spoke to the manager, I was told this has happened before, which means this is a recurring and known problem.
Despite knowing this, the hotel offers no warnings, no visible security, and no clear signage explaining that the car park is operated by a third party. Guests are left believing the parking is part of the hotel — until something goes wrong.
What shocked me even more was the hotel’s response. There was no help, no empathy, and no sense of responsibility whatsoever. Premier Inn immediately distanced themselves and left guests to deal with the damage entirely on their own.
Based on how this incident was handled, and the fact that the hotel seems aware of ongoing break-ins, I personally would not stay at this location again — and I will be extremely cautious about using any Premier Inn in the future. If something happens to you or your vehicle, in my experience, you will receive no support at all.
For your own safety, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
- amymwade (10/5): Very Nice Hotel - We had a quick one night stay during a London layover and we picked this hotel due to proximity to things we wanted to see. We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we have no complaints.
- pete1956229 (10/5): Comfortable stay in Clapham. - The room was clean, comfortable and incredibly quiet. Staff were ultra helpful, friendly and welcoming. It's the second time I have stayed here for business purposes and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Food was great.
- MedlandWellington (4/5): Just an overall awful experience and impacted our whole stay in London - We only chose this hotel as we had a trade event to attend at County Hall. We had stayed with Premier Inn in other locations in the past and felt they were good value for money and rooms were smart.
Well - what a horrible experience for the 9 nights we were there. There is no ramp for luggage and as we had knee issues we simply couldn't carry the bags up stairs. Fortunately a member of the public stepped in to assist.
And our transfer car could not get closer to the hotel due road barriers so we had to drag our bags along the road. No mention of this on the hotel's website
Check in staff generally helpful in a trying situation.
We had chose a Premium Room with a view !!! A very limited view if you craned your neck. The room whilst large, had a ripped headboard. I omitted to take a picture of this.
The shower blocked up the first night and the bathroom floor nor loo were not cleaned all week. We had to call housekeeping for fresh sheets as the bed hadn't been changed after 4 nights. And we kept having to remind them to provide water. As there is no way to contact the front desk other than to return to reception, it became a tiring exercise. One particular maid was in a right state about being called back to change our bed and stomped in, yanked the sheets off etc etc and never said a word.
Converted to our New Zealand dollar this equated to over $530 per night which, compared to what we could buy here at the same rate, was expensive.
If one complained to reception one was offered a free breakfast. We tried that once and the food was just awful.
On check out the lovely receptionist on duty said she had filed our complaint, and we subsequently wrote to the CEO of Premier Inn but not one person has deigned to respond. An offer a a one night refund would have been appreciated considering all the issues we had encountered. It would be helpful if Premier Inn had a Duty Manager to take care of major issues rather than leaving to the one receptionist.
This experience has completely turned us away from Premier Inn and we will choose not to stay with this particular chain in future.
- ABOJ13 (4/5): Not the best. - Our stay wasn’t the best. The queues at check-in were ridiculous — long at all times of day, not just during peak hours. There simply weren’t enough staff members available to help guests who needed a real person. There were plenty of self-check-in screens, but many people still needed assistance, and with only one or two staff on duty, the wait was always long. On a positive note, there was security present, which did make me feel safe. The lobby itself was very basic.
We stayed in a family room, which unfortunately wasn’t very clean. When we moved one of the single beds, we found an empty milk pot and a pink pen lid underneath. There were also human hairs left on the toilet and bathtub. On the brighter side, the shower was lovely, and the provided toiletries — shower gel, hair gel, and hand soap — were appreciated as we were trying to pack light.
One major issue was the bathroom door. It slams shut and can’t be kept open, which meant we were all woken incredibly early by neighbouring rooms doing the same thing around 6:30am. Combined with general noise early in the morning, it didn’t make for a restful sleep unless you’re up at that time anyway.
The room itself was spacious enough for the four of us for one night. The TV, desk, and mirror were all great. However, the bathroom had no ventilation, which was a bit odd.
We ate in the hotel restaurant, and that also wasn’t great. The food was slow to come out. My son’s spaghetti bolognese was disappointing — a tiny bowl of what looked like microwave spaghetti with no garlic bread, just a quarter of a corn on the cob and some peas. He was still very hungry afterward. The rest of us ordered burgers, which we’ve enjoyed at other Premier Inns, so we thought we’d be safe. We weren’t. Each plate had about nine chips, which was honestly pathetic; we had to order extra chips because the portions were so small. My burger was overcooked, and the coleslaw tasted strange, possibly even off.
Breakfast was okay. The chef comes across a bit brash — possibly just a language barrier — but it did feel abrupt. My mother-in-law asked for veggie sausages and got a rather sharp response, and another guest received the same tone when requesting something cooked fresh. That said, the food was prepared and tasted nice. The choice at breakfast was good, though the cups had a strong egg-sulphur dishwasher smell.
Overall, based on location alone, I would stay again — but I wouldn’t eat there, and I’d definitely bring earplugs.
- U4235UDmonikab (10/5): Staff Smriti very friendly. - The staff Smriti was really very friendly. Hard working. Helped us with whatever we needed. She does an excellent job. She is an asset to this hotel.
- suzi191919 (10/5): Amazing service - Yesterday was in restaurant in the evening. Food was amazing. Amal was amazing and very chatty. He is a star for Premier Inn.
- Louisc17 (10/5): Fresh Hotel. Great location. - A really nice premier inn in a great location. Rooms recently renovated and staff helpful and friendly, bed comfy shower powerful.
- Metropolitan_Man (8/5): Overall good. But hotel has an odd layout - Overall 4/5. Most people know what to expect from a Premier Inn. Location is 10 minutes walk from Chiswick High Street and is ideal if driving. Hotel layout is odd, building is back to front. The reception desk is 2 floors up. Its a bit of a maze of corridors to get in and dosent have that welcoming feeling most hotels have. Everything else is functional and room is a good size.
- ianor (10/5): Excellent. - Clean, quiet and with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ample and very nice. Faye made us feel very special and was good with all the guests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Full marks. Will be revisiting again soon.
- O5602ZGgeorgew (2/5): Smokey smelly room and no hot water - Avoid!!!
We should have been given a clean room that didn't smell of smoke, particularly as we had our two young children with us. Also, hot water for showers would have been nice.
- places2seeplaces2go (10/5): 2nd Stay In 2025 - This is my 2nd time staying here in 2025.
It is so convenient to Waterloo Station that makes it a perfect location. Location is also perfect as a quick walk across The Thames on one of the many nearby bridges & you are in central London.
Great check-in. We were early & they happily kept our luggage (we were even given a glass of Prosecco each, not something you’d expect from a Premier Inn).
Rooms were nicely sized & well maintained.
Excellent price for a central London hotel & a hotel I’m sure I’ll stay in again.
- Tour532966 (10/5): Great stay! - We stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks and had a fantastic experience. The property was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful.
A special thank-you to Sisay in the restaurant—she was wonderful and took great care of us every day. Warm, attentive, and professional, she remembered our preferences and always made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the excellent housekeeping; Florentine kept our room spotless and made us feel right at home.
Overall, outstanding service and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
- Sanctitatem (8/5): A lovely hotel in a great location - This is a lovely Premier Inn, in a great location right next to the London Eye. Our room was spacious and comfy. Every part of the hotel we accessed was clean. I do like the option Premier Inn now have for asking for rooms to be cleaned rather than having staff knock on doors every morning. The restaurant always had space for us and the service was good. Our only issue was accessibility. It isn’t really Premier Inn’s fault as it will be a listed building. But the accessible entrance/exit can only be accessed with a staff member due to security barriers. That meant that you have to rely on staff to enter and leave which makes it feel less accessible and is awkward at best. It’s definitely a consideration when choosing where to stay in the future. If you have no accessibility needs then this is a really good Premier Inn.
- 984jon (10/5): Quiet and comfortable stay at a good price. - Good value for money. Room was very quiet despite being next to a busy roundabout and major roads. Easy to walk to Chiswick high street where there are plenty of places to eat and an assortment of other shops including Tesco express and Sainsbury's.
- JuliaB6872 (10/5): Great value, comfortable stay - Great value stay for central London, it's a Premier Inn so you should know what you're getting, and it delivered!
Extremely comfy bed, great shower - and a bath! Great nights sleep, which is unusual for one night in a hotel room.
Had a delightful view of the bins, and someone had set the temperature to 28 degrees (why!!!) but the windows opened enough to take it to a comfortable level.
Didn't eat in the hotel, but coffee and tea plentiful (there is more out in reception to top up) and the room was absolutely spotless.
- WelshWalker (10/5): Very good, efficient service. - We were very pleased with our three night stay at County Hall Premier Inn.
The reception staff were couteous, friendly and very helpful.
The room was clean and warm with good wifi.
The dining area was clean, the tables being cleared promtly. The choice of continental breakfast was good and the coffee was hot which is always a bonus when it comes from the self service machine.
We thought the whole atmosphere was welcoming. We usually stay here when visiting London because it's such a convenient location but when we stayed in May we both thought the hotel needed a bit of tlc. So we were very pleased to find that things seem much improved, now all three lifts are working again and the reception area seems to have had a face lift.
Thank you Premier Inn for a providing a very good service. We have already booked our stay next April.
- martasN2717IW (10/5): Great, comfortable stay! - Great overall stay! Very comfortable bed and sparkling clean bathroom! And very quiet! The staff are very welcoming and professional.
- Joao V (2/5): - My AirPods was stolen when they did the room clean so this place IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
The room was really bad because we are not disable but they put us in on room full adapted, we tried to talk with the team but of course the place where ur stuff is robbed is not a place to receive help.
- craigsilver2018 (8/5): Great location poor phone connectivity - Excellent central location adjacent to London Eye and walking distance to Waterloo Station. Great room, comfortable bed and clean. Only negative is connectivity for mobile phone etc, especially in central London, which is probably influenced by the additional cost of joining Wi-fi
- oliverwT8309EA (8/5): What a View! - Lovely sized room, helpful, chatty, friendly staff, lovely surroundings, good selection of breakfast food (including ham and cheese for the Continental breakfast!). Having stayed in half a dozen Premier Inns, I would say so far this is the Premier, Premier Inn. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco each, whilst waiting for our taxi in the evening. The lovely lady staff member, who got us it, said that they give this to guests, to welcome them into the weekend. What a lovely, thoughtful, and added bonus for this experience.
Although it varies from place to place, I have come to expect good service, rooms, and food from Premier Inn. They, as a company, help to make the experience.
- 485julesa (6/5): Not very clean - Good location. Good breakfast.
Whole place needs a good scrub/lick of paint. Dust, old chocolate wrapper and lipsalve under bed so obviously under beds aren’t clean properly. Fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Both issues reported to checkout staff.
Not sure I’d stop again.
- robertfR1254YK (8/5): 2 tips to success - Standard P Inn set in a good location for leafy middle class area. Abundance of shops pubs restaurants and transport links all within a 10-15 min walk. Tip 1 - ample car parking spaces if needed. Tip 2 - bus 533 around the corner takes less than 10 minutes to Hammersmith tube unlike bus 190 which was recommended by reception as this bus take 45 mins from the same stop.
- jackiehJ5385KG (10/5): Great location - We booked this hotel for its location, as we were doing the Big Ben tour and need to be there early in the morning.
We stayed 1 night with our 11 year old Grandson. The family room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
All the staff, reception, restaurant, housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay again!
- daPescaraalMondo (10/5): Very nice stay - The hotel is very convenient allowing to easily visit the most relevant attractions in London. The hotel is clean and rooms are big.
- DM66 (10/5): Premier Inn, Premier Location, Premier Service. - I have been visiting London with a group for a few years now and we always stay at the Premier Inn, County Hall.
The location is great and every single member of staff that I encountered from check in, breakfast, dinner, the bar to check out were superb and a credit to the Premier Inn.
It was a busy weekend due to Remembrance Sunday but nothing was too much trouble for staff on duty: they were professional, considerate, friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Well done all and thank you so much.
- AlanD411 (10/5): Delightful experience in a convenient location - Invested in a ‘Premier Plus’ room which gave us a larger bed, more space and both a kettle and coffee maker.
Really helpful and friendly staff coupled with a great value Mel deal and two drinks fo £9.00 during Happy Hour.
Excellent location on the South Bank and close to the underground,Lund and British Rail at Waterloo.
- Lamarina26 (8/5): good. basic & worth the money - basic room, comfy bed & quite despite busy road outside. Allergy options at breakfast, just need to ask for Free From menu.
- yvettew325 (10/5): Great staff - I have a 7 night stay here for work, the staff here are great, they really want to make sure you have a wonderful stay, the bar man is so lovely and helpful and is also in the restaurant, the lady Nandini who was in the restaurant was excellent. The whole front of house staff are a credit to your company.
- patriciahX1217PP (10/5): Comfortable and clean, with helpful staff - Easy check in, comfortable beds, room ambience just right. Really nice stay. The staff were kind enough to lend us a phone charger because I had forgotten to bring one. Altogether a lovely stay.
- Phatsaraphon (6/5): - Hotel in a good area. The service is okay.
- 554nch (6/5): Super Soundproofed rooms left me pleasantly surprised - Firstly be advised that unless you're driving this hotel is isolated if arriving in non day-light hours. I am 6ft2 tall and 6ft 2 wide male and can look after myself but I did not feel safe coming back late evening.
That being said you are near Hammersmith and Turnham Green and Uber's are a plenty.
From the outside the hotel looked terrible and I thought it would be so noisy with the corridor to the M4 on it's doorstep. It's fine for traffic noise.
The rooms were tired. My toilet seat had a dodgy brown/orange stain on it and my friends room had a puddle on the floor on check in!
Staff were either excellent or poor.
Would I stay again? Depends on where I wanted to be and the cost.
Buses leave every 15 minutes to and from Hammersmith. Service 533 is quicker and the 190 goes via Chiswick High Road.
In summary if in West London, or it's cheap great.
If you're on your own or coming back late evening consider options.
Breakfast was delicious though
- 433neile (10/5): Great stay for reasonable cost! - Loved the location perfect for what we wanted short run to London and underground services. Quiet despite being busy outside. Food was good rooms were good can't fault it will visit again
- bhuvana32 (10/5): Ideal stay for a few days in London - Great stay! Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, warm and spotless rooms, and reliable Wi-Fi. Would definitely return!
- oliverr872 (10/5): Great value and location - Great experience. Very good value for a family room. Excellent location for a wedding we were attending at Chiswick House. Very comfy beds, clean room, friendly welcome. Very accessible car park.
- Wander661300 (10/5): I would easily recommend Chiswick Premier Inn for their great service, fast check-in process n extended checkout offered - I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, fast check-in process, great staff especially Tim at the reception n quiet nights daily.
- L675NZjennig (10/5): Good service from Harry and Abdul. We stay here a lot while working I Olympia. Parking plentiful and safe. - Great service from Harry and Abdul. Good safe parking. Good place to stay when working at Olympia. Plenty to do with a 10min walk.
- DannyR198 (2/5): Guide Dog Access Refusal - Premier Inn Chiswick was the usual high standard I on,y had one problem.
The receptionist who booked me in had no idea on the law regarding Guide Dogs he had to check with his manager that we were allowed to book in this was bad enough but when we came down to dinner 30 min later her refused me entry to the dining room saying no dogs as they were serving food.
I was told the guide dog had to stay in the room I refused and he did serve me but I felt that we were nit welcome.
Premier Inn have a responsibility to train all their staff on the law and rukes regarding guide dogs.
I will nit return to Chiswick Premier Inn but have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years so I know this was an isolated case but still unacceptable.
- R P (10/5): - Excellent staff, big spacious rooms and perfect service. Nothing more I could ask for. Thanks for everything.
- dexter41 (10/5): A great team & a convenient location - Having stayed in over 250 premier inn's last year alone we are fussy on which ones are worth a repeat visit!
The staff here were some of the most professional & helpful we have ever come across in a premier inn. From the front of house to the chef! They all went above & beyond to ensure my team had everything we needed.
The rooms were so quiet, we all agreed no noise from above on the lower floors.
There is a lift which is always a bonus now!
The hotel is in a great location 20 minute walk to battersea power station.
We are all drivers and although it has no carpark, we all booked parking with a 10 minute walk on just park. On saturday & sunday its free in the neighbouring residential streets.
- Venture652705 (8/5): Would definitely stay again - The location was very central with a bus stop right outside the hotel. It was easy to get to the closest tube station, but the bus route went straight in to London. The atmosphere was nice, although we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel itself.
There are two grocery stores right next door, for any snacks or drinks.
Iram, one of the ladies at the front desk was a pleasure. As soon as we entered, she was on her game to provide the best service as possible. It was a pleasure seeing her in the mornings on our way out, asking how our trip was going and offering advice on travel and local eats.
- Sharon (8/5): - Handy location to where we needed to be
- trineh512 (10/5): Nice stay - It was good there . Nice beds , clean room and nice breakfast , good service .
Very helpful staff and also a nice selection of vegan food
- M9394LMbrigittew (10/5): Lovely hotel - Lovely hotel, amazing staff and overall good stay. Location was perfect for those visiting the US embassy. Would definitely recommend.
- Aishwarya (2/5): - Expedia has misinformations about this property. There is no free parking off site or on site like it mentioned on here. We paid extra for superior room because it mentioned it has King bed but there was no king beds at this property. The Only king bed it had was in disabled room.
There was mold and hair in the bathroom. Crumbs all over room which i informed the front desk, on what the guy said that "robots clean the room so we don't know what it does".
- 873lyndseyr (10/5): Exceptional friendly Service - Excellent customer service, the lady that checked us in was very helpful, went through the meal deal option with us and reserved a table for us, room excellent, very comfortable. Food delicious and all the staff very help and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. From getting vinegar to explaining where we could get extra milk for tea in our room layer. Waiter was very helpful only one bottle of peroni left but came with an alternative. Would come again.
- 835stec (10/5): Great customer service - Today at dinner both lady’s Julia and nandini where fabulous and so was our food amazing which we spoken to our chef Ronwell
- sophiebA2398CZ (10/5): Excellent - I stay at this hotel most weeks for work, Nandini and Juliet always go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable feel at home.
- Cavs1981 (2/5): Middle of nowhere hotel that’s poorly run. - This hotel is by no means in Chiswick. It’s a good 15 minutes walk.
The area itself is in the middle of nowhere and not very well lit.
We had multiple issues with key cards and it’s nearly impossible find someone to help or sort out the key card problem.
The icing on the cake is I parked my car in front of the hotel in a disabled spot because my dad is disabled. I woke up the next day and went to my car to find glass everywhere. My car was broken into and two suitcases taken. The hotel pushed the blame onto the company who runs the car park and they said it’s not their fault…despite paying £40 to park. It’s a joke.
I would avoid if you can.
- Aboogaloo (10/5): Really pleasant relaxing stay - Friendly and helpful reception staff and the premier plus room with toiletries and coffee machine were great. We were really impressed with this hotel.
- 14noelo (4/5): Worst Premier Inn I've stayed at - Bathroom dirty. Including in the toilet.
Shower freezing - no hot water.
Room was not made up on second day.
The auto check in did not work. My name or booking code was not recognised so I had to queue to get the guy with the laptop to key in same info to check me in.
Worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed at.
- sylviak791 (8/5): Good location - Booked a Premier Plus room due to it having a fridge and that we were staying a few days. Room was clean and ideal for our stay. We had the room cleaned when requested. Choice of breakfast suitable for all but I would say that the mushrooms one morning looked dry. There looked as if there were too many made and not enough oil to keep them soft. Staff friendly enough. Location was ideal for us. We were able to explore London by bus and it's a 20 minute walk into Clapham Junction which has bars and restaurants. Flat walk so enjoyable. There is a Tesco Extra, Sainsbury's and Co op close by. We didn't use the bar or restaurant so we can't comment on the prices. Would stay here if we come to London again due to the location.
- rosIv (10/5): Great hotel…Lovely staff - We had a really excellent stay at this hotel very recently (Thursday 4/5th Sept). We were greeted on arrival by a member of staff called Caesay who checked us in with professionalism, efficiency and a warm welcome. Our room was great, as always with Premier Inn, and we had a very comfortable quiet nights sleep. We were given another warm welcome when we went down to breakfast which is a great price, lots of choice and very tasty indeed. Great coffee too. This hotel is perfect for a stay in a really pleasant and interesting part of London. Bus stops outside, train stations near and lots of eateries, bars and pubs in the area. We were so impressed by all the staff, all who we met had excellent customer service skills and genuinely friendly. Special mention to the chef for bringing my husband his freshly fried eggs to the table and also to Caesay who deserves recognition for his professional and warm approach to the guests…an asset to Premier Inns! We will definitely be back again for another stay!
- C1128HOkathrynb (8/5): Two nights in Clapham - I stayed for two nights. The room was very clean and the location is good, next to a few shops and bus stops. I managed to check in using the automation machines which was simple enough as there was no staff around. It is very pricey for what you get, but that may be staying in London in general. But overall a nice place to stay.
- neil333 (10/5): Homely and safe - Clean, friendly, very comfortable bed and quiet.
Great value for money, nice food and staff very welcoming, very important staying as s woman on her own.
- marioncJ7537WS (10/5): Highly Recommended - Just right for what we needed. Clean, comfortable beds, and very helpful staff. We had breakfast for both mornings of our stay which filled us up so that we only needed a very light snack until our evening meal. Bus stop outside, fairly easy to get to Battersea Power Station which is well worth a visit ( especially if you have lads that like Transformers and Lego😂). Easy access central London but also quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
- smoham12 (10/5): Hospitable and welcoming - Amazing service and staff, staff were good, Steven, Naveed and Caesar were very helpful, would visit again, this is now my preferred hotel when on business or even with family
- andreafranklin2308 (10/5): Well pleased! - Was a good experience, affordable, clean, organized, cozy and received great service 🙌 I would stay here again. Visit was not long enough to experience more.
- Tour02068877570 (10/5): Very nice stay - Very reasonably priced for a family room with easy access to central london as a direct bus stops right outside the hotel. Staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was very nice and again good value for a family. Room was clean and ample sizes for our needs.
- Pablo (10/5): - Buen lugar para alojarse en Londres. La zona está bien conectada con Bus y dispone de bastantes locales comerciales.
- Genevieve (10/5): - This was ny second time staying at this property. My first time was October 2024, 2nd time August 2025.
