Guest Reviews
- hellokittysleeps (10/5): Excellent service - Had a wonderful nights stay for an airport pick up. Ashen on the front desk was amazingly helpful, with advice on ways to get to the airport for the pick up. The rooms was clean, standard premier inn room, it had a nice big bed. Breakfast was wonderful, the hotel was quiet so they cooked it order and it was lovely. Nice and hot and well cooked. The breakfast waiter said he was new, but he was extremely good.
- Kevin4253 (2/5): Should be closed for urgent refurbishment - While the staff are lovely and clearly doing their best, the hotel itself is in urgent need of refurbishment. The rooms feel tired and overdue for investment, a concern echoed by other guests during my stay. For a property so close to Heathrow, which likely sees a steady flow of visitors, the current standard falls short. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return unless the rooms are significantly improved
- 602SteveP602 (10/5): Great price excellent service - The stay was as always reasonably priced and pleasant.
We were particularly impressed with the service we received from all the staff during our stay but extremely impressed with the young man Rahul that looked after our table at breakfast, he was extremely attentive polite and looked after us really well,
- C1057WUfrankb (10/5): Excellent restful and great food - Attentive, helpful, friendly staff. Bedroom very clean, bed very comfortable, very quiet, undisturbed sleep. Breakfast excellent.
Inexpensive link bus to our terminal and driver very polite.
Too tired for an evening meal due to long haul flight so unable to comment.
- MrsDoodleWalker (10/5): Great Value - Great location for parking at Heathrow T5. Staff very friendly, food great and a quiet and comfortable nights stay at a reasonable price. The bar area could be made a bit more comfortable but fine for a drink.
- zane1166 (4/5): Good location but awful smell in room - The hotel itself is in a good location and is good value for money but the room we were in smelt soooo strongly of smoke it was awful.
- gillianh915 (10/5): Great location for visiting Thorpe Park - Great location for visiting Thorpe Park and London. Plenty of parking. Very quiet. Clean and comfy. Nice breakfast. Easy checkin. Everything you expect from Premier Inn.
- davidwJ2826NC (10/5): Good location for Heathrow Airport - Great location when flying from Heathrow airport. Very good value and quality evening meal. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff. Happy to recommend.
- rachaelmG6508EQ (4/5): Disorganised and unhelpful staff. - We were a large group booking of 105, travelling to London for our young performers to take part in a West End show. The trip had been over a year in the planning and due to a prior great experience at a different Premier Inn, we booked this one.
On arrival, our key cards weren't prepared, even though we were an hour later than check in time. I was handed a list of rooms and key cards for the group and told it would be "easier" for me to sort them out myself, rather than the reception team checking everyone in individually. It certainly wasn't easier for me!
Having submitted a detailed dinner sitting plan, along with two course menu options for all 105 people, the dinner service was disorganised and under staffed. Guests arrived down at their allotted time and waited over an hour and a half to be seated. One family waited over two hours once they had sat down for their food to arrive. There were no apologise from staff and no one could tell me why they were having such issues.
The outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint and the rooms were basic and a little tired but fine for the one night that we were staying.
The one saving grace was breakfast time, with helpful staff, who kept everything stocked up and running smoothly.
Sadly, the next time we do this trip, we will not use Premier Inn.
- bundyk (10/5): Great staff and service - My husband, sister and I stayed the night of the 13th October. As always we had a very comfortable stay. I must praise the staff , service and food from the in-house restaurant. We were served by a lovely gentleman called Asher. He welcomed us with a wonderful smile and great table service . He made our evening very enjoyable. Asher is a credit to your team. We look forward to our next visit.
- JenandKeithW (8/5): Good for early morning Heathrow flights. - Very handy location for all Heathrow terminals. Clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Only negatives, noisy aircon unit. (room too hot without it) expensive parking fee.
- Mark (4/5): - Old and poor quality
- craigcX343WA (10/5): Prem Inn, Great Stay - Stay and Food were great. Reasonably priced and close to Heathrow airport making our trip less stressful. Would highly recommend.
- Wonderar (8/5): Reliable. - We have stayed a good few times over the years before and after a flight from Heathrow. Hotel is looking more and more shabby from outside. Needs a complete facelift/repainting. Very welcome check-in as usual, all staff have great personalities but have never seen the same person twice over our many stays. Room ok but looking more battered then ever although clean and fresh. New Silentnight mattress instead of the usual Hypnos. Found it very firm and creaky and the pillows were like sleeping on sacks of cement which made ears ache!
We left fairly early next morning to get home so did not bother with breakfast.
Stay was a bargain for £42 but the £12 parking ramps it up.
- Chaniel (2/5): - I stayed two night didn't like i couldn't stretch both hands in the hallway how small it was.
- 670ronr (8/5): Very adequate for short stays. - Just a one night stop over following a family celebration locally. Everything was fine , good reception , comfortable bed & rooms , adequate bathroom facilities , clean & tidy. Would have been a 5 but for the parking charge of £12 which was a bit of a downer.
- maureenbancroft (2/5): “gist”. creepy - just check out the photos! really!!!!!? truth! as well 12pounds per night to park! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxetcetrato 100! take a look for yourselves. i will absolutely not return to this premier inn for sure!!!
- futballs (10/5): Great hotel with very nice parking prices - Had a great time at Premier Inn M4 j4. Good rooms, facilities are decent and easily the best parking for the price point in the area. Dinner at the restaurant was busy and a bit overcrowded but luckily, the staff did their magic and served us drinks and food very quickly. The food and the drinks were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Asher and Raven, They gave us some great recommendations for drinks, with Madri being my new favourite. Overall, a pretty good experience.
- Jojane48 (10/5): Good holiday start. - Stayed for one night before our flight the following morning from Heathrow, very close to the airport but was not disturbed by the airport.Lovely big room, had a good meal in the restaurant, petrol station shop next door so got a few bits from there. Nice large secure car park too, would use again, thank you.
- Kevin (4/5): - Everything was great except the online booking and being charged twice because expedia or premier inns does not provide clear information on the location of their hotels. I was charged twice for a room because i booked at a differnt location and arrive and stayed at another. Expedia nor premier eould transfer the reservation of refund the money.
This is too bad becsuse the service is excellent

- Tayyab (8/5): - Good
- Ethan (10/5): - Amazing
- D7427XIterences (10/5): Great stay! - This was a lovely hotel for a one night stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful when checking in late after a long flight. The rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable - better than most. The restaurant was also a nice surprise as I had a pretty good burger and Guiness. Thanks
- Itch-4-Travel (8/5): Comfortable and well-priced airport hotel. - A good value place for an overnighter before or after flying from Heathrow. The room was large and very clean, as was the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. I ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening, and the food was good quality. All of the staff were especially friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
- U1851QJjenniferm (10/5): Comfortable stay, friendly staff, excellent breakfast - Plenty of parking available when we arrived (currently £12 for 24 hours), smooth and friendly check-in. Room an adequate size, basic but pleasant, spotlessly clean and well presented with an incredibly comfortable bed. Our room was very soundproof and, with the windows closed, there was no sound from the nearby airport or motorway. Unlimited breakfast was delicious and piping hot. Veggie sausages and bacon were provided on request, shout out to chef Pablo! Alskar and Sereena provided attentive service, kept the breakfast dishes topped up with food, and the area clean and tidy. Would happily use this hotel again if visiting London.
- Ifeanyi (6/5): - Nil
- Silvestre (10/5): - A bus or train a little closer but other than that great.
- Gbenga (10/5): - I like the quiet. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I like the proximity to the airport. It'd be great to have a fridge or microwave in the room and a bottle of water for your customer at check-in.
- Alan (8/5): - Convenient to Heathrow but away from bustle.
- Ian (6/5): - Creaky floor in my room
- Sam (10/5): - Room was clean . Bathroom was nice and clean. Had a hot kettle and some tea. Close to the airport and reasonable price
- salil kumar (6/5): - Pretty secluded and inconvenient to get to dining points nearby, at least a 15 minute walk to nearest point.
- Bill (8/5): Good Value Helpful Staff - Not bad at all. Adequate room. Very helpful staff
- Anne (10/5): excellent hotel -- and affordable - It's nice to be able to recommend a hotel wholeheartedly. We were quite surprised that staying a this hotel so close to Heathrow was not only a very pleasant experience but was one of the few aspects of our time in England that cost less than it would have done in Canada!
- A (8/5): a welcome resting place convenient for Heathrow travel - This friendly, clean hotel near Heathrow was ideal, for my short stay in London .Staff friendly, rooms very comfortable, food reasonably priced and well presented.Only negative was the £4 bus fare between Heathrow and hotel, excessive and i had a long wait at both ends. Was this not a COURTESY bus?
- A (8/5): Toatlly OK for a night - Bathroom not too clean, but the room was nice. Recepstionists were very helpful at all hours! Easy access from LHR with the Hotel Hoppa, only 4pund one way! Recommendable if you need a room for the night between flights, but not many reasons to hang around if not.
- j (4/5): Avoid Internet Access - Overpriced - and avoid very expensive and slow internet access. No ice or soft drinks available except through the over-priced restaurant
- kay (8/5): Very friendly staff. - The hotel was great. The only problem we had was that we didn't change any money at the airport, since we were only in the country overnight, between flights. Discovered at the hotel we couldn't put the gratuity for dinner or breakfast on a credit card and the front desk couldn't exchange any dollars. Our fault, but felt bad for the servers.
- M (8/5): Premier Inn's have got it sussed!! - Premier Inn London have really got it sussed. it is only ten minutes from Heathrow and the taxi service is great.
the rooms while functional are very comfortable with shower and bath. Soaps and shower gels are supplied plus good soft towels , It helps when we all have to travel light. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and wonderful air conditioning.
The staff are very helpful and attentive. There is a small restaurant and bar near the foyer which offers a good selection of fresh food and drinks. prices, considering the location are very competitive. i would stay there again.
- N (8/5): Great comfortable Stay - The hotel was great for a short weekend break, we stayed there as a friend had a wedding reception in another hotel at heathrow. Not really ideal location for central london and nothing near by. Genarally the hotel was nice and pleasant.
- Fred (8/5): good, low cost airport hotel - I travel to and through Heathrow a lot on business, and was looking for a low cost alternative to the other airport hotels I usually stay at there. The Premier Inn at Junction 4 is easy to find, and a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and service was good from the staff. Food in the restaurant was actually pretty good, too.
- Cynthia (10/5): Great value for the price - I really liked this hotel and all the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will, however, mention that we actually didn't know how to get there and asked several people directions. We ended up at another Premier Inn also next to Hearthrow and was not able to transfer the reservation because it was booked and paid for through Expedia. That Premier Inn was a bit nicer in the lobby and easier to get to if you are travelling by train or bus. I should probably also mention that this was a very relaxing and quiet hotel, but was neighboring a cemetary, which I don't mind. Getting here by bus/train can be a bit difficult.
- M (6/5): Not sure if the hotel owns a vaccuum - The hotel was quite old and the carpeting seemed like it hadn't been vaccuumed in ages. It was however extremely close to the airport, and so for that reason I might chance staying there again in the future.
- George (10/5): Convenient, clean and reasonable rates - Convenient to Heathrow and rental cars, on airport shuttle bus route. Very clean with reasonable rates for an airport hotel. We would use this facility again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): handy for airport - modern hotel, roomy accommodation, clean facilities. Great if you want to be near the airport.
- David (10/5): Outstanding Hotel - Very convenient, staff was all very polite and accommodating, very clean rooms
- Lisa (8/5): restaurant qualitz unexpectedly good - i booked here based on a recommendation from a friend. I had an overnight layover in london and wanted a clean place just to sleep. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and was very surprised about the quality- as i didn#t expect a lot. i had the set menu which was both good qualitz and good value.
- adam (10/5): Satisfaits - Hôtel à proximité de l'aéroport, service de bus (4livres) et métro Heathrow à 45mn du centre de Londres. Pas cher, propre, tranquille (on n'entend pas les avions et l'autoroute)
