• j3dimast3r (10/5): Excellent Location and Very Comfortable - My wife and I stayed at this Premier Inn at Paddington Station from November 19 to 27, 2025. We stayed in Room 405 on the 4th Floor, which was a Standard Double room. We initially chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Paddington Station, and we're so glad we did! We loved the fact that we could simply walk across the street from the hotel and stroll directly into Paddington Station. The room itself was just fine for my wife and I. It was very clean and well-kept, with nearly no signs of wear and tear on the furniture. The interior decor was very modern and minimalistic. One other thing about the room was the fact that the sound proofing was quite impressive. Considering the fact that our room overlooked the street that's typically busy with traffic, we could hardly hear the outside noises. The mattress was very comfortable (to me), but my wife mentioned to me she preferred it to be a tad firmer. There was plenty of space in the room for us to relax during the evening when we're done with exploring the surrounding London area. Even though we did not opt for the daily breakfast deal, the front desk staff member that checked us in (Sorry, I forgot her name) offered us a couple days of complimentary access to the breakfast so we can try it out. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast! It was a hot breakfast buffet and they served 'English Breakfast' foods such as sausage, beans, various types of eggs, hashed brown triangle, English bacon, mushrooms, and grilled tomatoes. The quality was actually decent overall, but we opted to not continue with the breakfast meal plan since we wanted to venture out to try other places for breakfast. Overall, this hotel was superb value for use since we loved its location. If we ever visit London again in the near future, we would definitely consider staying here again!
• Lies4living (10/5): Great location, clean and quiet. - Premier inn Shepherds bush road was ideally located really close to Hammersmith station, Riverside Studio and The Apollo. We stayed in a room on the 5th floor. It was quiet and very clean. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good value and both hot and continental food available. Friendly staff. Would recommend.
• SatoshiY_13 (2/5): Terrible experience — no hot water and zero accountability. - I stayed at this hotel and the shower had no hot water at all from the moment I checked in. I reported the issue immediately, but nothing was fixed during my stay. Despite the hotel failing to provide a basic amenity, they refused to offer any refund or compensation and kept insisting on their policy instead of taking responsibility. Their attitude was unprofessional, and customer care was completely nonexistent. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, as you may not get even the minimum level of service — and they will not stand behind their own failures.
• E4092ZRscotth (6/5): Mostly good, but bad experience in hotel restaurant - The hotel was easy to get to and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, I stayed at this hotel twice, a week apart, and on the second stay I arrived around midday, so decided to eat lunch in the hotel restaurant. But when I asked if the restaurant staff could check the ingredients of a dish, because I have an intolerance to a couple of common ingredients that aren't a major allergens, so not listed in their allergen information, I was met with a flat refusal by the staff as it was, quote, "against company policy".

Also great access to grocery shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean, quiet, and had all the amenitie as advertised. You know what you are getting with this chain hotel . Would not hesitate to stay here again.

It is now 5 days after i checked out and the spots on my skin are getting more angry and few more have appeared.

Despite being on a main road , you could not hear even the noisiest largest HGV due to 2 layers of double glazing - so quad glazed. The breakfast was good as always .My only suggestion is to have warmed plates. Food goes cold very quickly otherwise
• Speirsygirl (6/5): Good value but not security concious - Good location but did not feel secure. Nice room, good staff and food. Decent prices for central London. Reception never manned and anyone without a keycard is able to walk into the hotel right to the bedrooms. This needs to he urgently addressed

• HippieHappy (10/5): Fab location, super clean, great staff - I stayed at this Premier Inn with my 9 year old son to attend the London Comic Con and we had a fantastic experiences. After a slightly traumatic train journey due to weather - related disruption, this Premier Inn provided exactly what we needed. Check in was super straightforward. The hotel was SO CLEAN it even smelled nice in the hallway leading to the rooms. The room was very spacious for London, and again, very clean and comfortable. My biggest praise however goes to the staff serving breakfast as we asked for veggie sausages and I can't get over how quickly they arrived. Also, they were super kind and the breakfast area probably the nicest one I have ever seen in a Premier Inn. Thanks so much, I'm definitely going to be back.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and although it wasn't huge it certainly did the job for our family of four for a couple of nights. The facilities were clean, and the location is excellent, making it easy to access various attractions in the city. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, which is always a plus. However, I did encounter an issue with the reservations team, as they cancelled my booking before resolving my concerns. This aspect of customer service could use improvement. Despite this hiccup, I would definitely recommend the hotel due to the quality of my stay and its fantastic location
• 1994AJM (2/5): Dirty beds and smelly rooms!! - Check in was easy and we were up to the room within a few minutes. On opening the door to the room we were overpowered by the smell of dirty/ stagnant water. We were so tired and my little one was falling asleep so we thought we would just try put up with it. There were also big metal bars on the window which made it feel like a prison but we were only there one night to sleep so we just got over that. The worst part came when we went to put our little one into bed and there was a huge brown crusty patch of sick/poop in the inside of the duvet and sheet. Disgusting to find and so alarming that clearly the sheets had not been changed!!! We complained and was given a new room opposite which smelled much better and seemed cleaner, plus not metal bars on the window. But unfortunately by the morning, the stagnant water smell was starting to take over that room too. Think there was an issue with the aircon or drainage. The breakfast was good but the room was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have had, especially for the price we paid. Location was good, right outside the station.

Onsite restaurant and bar, the rooms were extremely quiet and perfectly equipped, extremely clean and tidy. I’m sure this price was dynamic pricing due to low occupancy, it’s also worth £200 per night in London if you need to be in that location. I would definitely stay here again for work.

• PRgnu (8/5): Clean, comfortable, great breakfast but poor Internet and lost property service - Great location hotel up to the usual Premier Inn standard, clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. However... Premier Inn is becoming very overpriced. This hotel was £230 a night with breakfast so £700 for 3 days. I was there with business and there was almost no Internet, either in the room or down at breakfast. Premier Inn has always had excellent Internet for the basics of emails and Teams calls, but I believe the provider has changed. I upgraded to the premium WiFi but that didn’t work either to the point that the IT people refunded me. The next week I stayed in a different London Premier Inn and the Internet didn't work there either. Lastly, I believed I had left my shoes in my room. I tried to phone the hotel for 2 days but couldn't get through. I travelled back to London to call into the hotel and was told there was a fault with the phones. There also appears to be no left property room. I was there for half an hour while they tried - and failed - to get in touch with the person who cleaned my room. In the end I left and it was another 2 days before they contacted me to say they couldn't find them. Premier Inn has always been really solid and this seems a bit of an aberration. Shame as I was here for 3 days. However with their prices escalating it raises the standard you expect.

• MEhinger (10/5): Great place for a family stay - The hotel is very close to Paddington Station, and we used both the underground and trains for our trip. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and large enough to move about. I didn't notice any noise outside the rooms and little outside the building. Breakfast is available and children eat free. The restaurant is also available for other meals. The food was tasty and there was a good variety. There are vegetarian options, other "milks" and attention to food allergies. Great value for the price.

• Ann572014 (6/5): Strange "economies" by room staff... - I asked for my room to be cleaned last Sunday 19th October. I was puzzled to return to a clean room devoid of any milk & with different towels. I would have happily reused my towels (as I disagree with unnecessary replacement, I whole-heartedly agree with minimising their washing). I needed to get more milk, from the reception, as I like a small amount in my morning/wake-up cuppa!

• HelpfulAngel (6/5): Great location but leaves a lot to be desired - Our key kept malfunctioning. Every time we came back in the evening, we had to get a new key. This happened 3 times! We were only there for 4 days. A very loud smoke alarm went off in our room randomly and scared the living daylights out of us. The staff was not very forthcoming and helpful. The A/C kept turning off, and left the room, very stuffy. Wi-Fi is very weak, almost non-existent. The location is great, the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice.
• O1459DO_ (2/5): Don't do Premier Inn a favour and amend your booking. They are greedy robbers. - I booked my room in January, then had to amend my booking twice and change the date. I fully paid for the room in advance in January. But in October they charged me again, and my room price has doubled since January. When I called and asked why the price has gone up by 2 times. They said: oh, but our prices are higher in July and October. My advice: Never amend your booking with Premier Inn. Get refund for your cancellation and book another hotel.

Felt they she was unreasonable and then discussed it with other staff members in Spanish, which I understood. Night receptionist was lovely. Room was ok, situated up stairs away from the lift. Stayed in better premier inns
• kaysnowden (10/5): Excellent lodging for travelers and visitors - I was a little wary that this might be a budget hotel since it is so affordable, but it was anything but! Our room was well furnished, very comfortable and very clean. The location is fantastic if you are traveling to or from Heathrow, since it is literally across the street from the Paddington train and underground stations. There is a baggage room which is secure, so it's easy to store bags if you arrive early. You can check automatically, and there is also a staffed reception desk if you need any assistance or want to store bags. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

• O2811AChv (10/5): Great place to stay. - First time staying at this hotel. Couldn't fault it. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and quiet from outside noise. We had a meal in the attached restaurant which was really convenient as they served food until 10pm and stayed open so we could stay for a drink after. The Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. It was hot, constantly rotated so the food was fresh and there was an excellent selection of pastries, cereals, fruits, cooked breakfast etc. The meal deal option was great value for money. The fire alarm went off on the Saturday evening which cant be helped as these things happen but the staff rushed and turned it off really quickly. Great staff, great location. Will stay again for sure!

• MARCIA (8/5): - This was an almost perfect location, in walking distance of the train station, St. Paul's Cathedral and a wonderful choice of restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfirtable - i think i slept for 9 hours on my first night. A microwave, even if in the lobby/kitchen area would have been convenient. I will be back.

We had the breakfast package and it was excellent and fresh everyday. We happened to be there during the tube strike and the hotel's location was great as we ended up walking to many attractions we had planned to take public transit. After 9am it was gridlock on the roads.
• Martin (6/5): Helt OK - Sentral beliggenhet nært Farringdon stasjon. Hotell med bra standard i forhold til mye annet i denne prisklassen. Innsjekk/utsjekk enkelt og raskt. Dårlig renhold på rommet, vi var en familie på 4 som bodde der i 3 netter. Måtte forespørre nye håndklær og toalettpapir, skjedde ingen ting. Endte opp med å hente det selv fra et rom. En helt OK totalopplevelse.

• Adriana S (10/5): Amazing staff and super comfortable hotel - The whole experience was amazing! from the staff to the establishment, the room and the breakfast, everything was super! the hotel is very well located, near to transportation and in a very secure neighborhood, close to main attractions.
• Ian (10/5): - Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Ample space. Close to Elizabeth Line and Circle Line. Decent options to eat close by. Very good value.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Location, location, but no way to reach out - Great location. Family room is just a std room with more beds, thus no room for luggage. Staff is helpful and will stow away your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time. But absolutely no one will ever pick up the phone if you need to contact the reception.
• Verena (10/5): - Eine tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe von St. Pauls Cathedral. Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer - ein normales Doppelbett, eine Schlafcouch und ein Klappbett. Alle Betten waren sehr bequem, selbst das Klappbett war absolut in Ordnung. Leider können die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage, so dass es im Zimmer nicht zu stickig wurde. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet angeboten und ist für den Preis eine absolute Empfehlung! Das Abendessen haben wir nicht gebucht, da das Restaurant im Keller liegt und daher nicht so schön zum Essen ist...unserer Meinung nach. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, besonders die Dame an der Rezeption und Javier vom Frühstückspersonal! Die Lage was für uns als Familie super - 10 minuten zu Fuß zur Cental Line. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, sauber und trotzdem "mittendrin".

• sy (8/5): - We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and enjoyed the surroundings. It was easy to get around and find food. The buffet breakfast was good, with plenty of options. We ate at the hotel for dinner a couple of times and liked the steaks. The room we stayed in was quite quiet, with no issues with noise. The A/C worked perfectly. The only thing I’d like to suggest is a safe. It would be better if the hotel could provide one.
• Julian (4/5): - Sie sollte auch in jedes Zimmer eine klobürste stellen. Es waren nicht mal 2 Handtücher im Zimmer vorhanden. Wenn man nach 9 Uhr zum Frühstück kam, gab es kein Käse oder Schinken mehr.
• Stuart Lecheng (10/5): - Location is great. Public transit to airports is easy. You can walk or take bus, metro or train to visit most of attractions in London or near by places.

• Travis (10/5): Lovely hotel, great price and great area - The hotel was in a quiet area off the beaten path which really allowed us to be comfortable exploring with small children. Restaurant in the basement had a great selection of food and we loved that the kids eat free. My only complaint was there was only 1 USB port in the entire room but other than that everything was perfect!
• Kenneth (10/5): Familietur til london - Anbefales Vi var 3 tenåringer i og 2 voksne. Området var meget bra for offentlig transport til flyplassen og til sentrum. Nok å gjøre lokalt.

• ALEJANDRO (8/5): - Fui con mis hijos. Habitación triple. Desayuno variado, personal muy amable y servicial. Solo limpian la habitación bajo petición. No había nevera en la habitación ni toalla para las manos. Zona bien comunicada para turismo.
• Mario (8/5): - Zimmer doch etwas kleiner als gedacht. Sauberkeit, könnte etwas besser sein, als wir ankamen, war das Badezimmer mit Staub belegt, konnte man an bestimmten Plätzen richtig sehen, da fragt man sich wie der Rest gereinigt wurde.

• Jose Maria (2/5): - I paid the room in advanced and had to paid again at the hotel as they said they did not receive the payment. They did not spend any second to try to find a solution, just to pay again. Really bad service
