Guest Reviews
- 34glendah (6/5): Poor food - Staff were lovely and polite, rooms are clean. Unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. My burger arrived without 3 of the 4 toppings and my chips were cold. Granted they replaced the chips with lovely hot ones but they did not replace the rest of the meal so my burger was cold by the time the chips arrived and I was still missing burger toppings. When I asked another member of staff about this I was given the missing toppings on a separate plate to add to my cold burger. I can't blame the wait staff they were amazing, but if a meal is not right, the whole meal should be replaced and served as a fresh, hot meal. If this review was based solely in the staff and the rooms it would have been a 5 star review. My advice stay here but eat elsewhere.
- leonas503 (4/5): Not great - Very basic, tired and not very clean. Extremely loud radiator and cold room. Needs upgraded and some money spent on the rooms and overall hotel.
- paulbM4681XX (4/5): An adequate but not memorable stay in Malvern - The Malvern hotel was in a rather out of the way industrial park with no easy transport to anything. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly but inattentive and only sharing information when pressed. The room was adequate and reasonably comfortable and the food service was edible but far from high quality. If there had been an alternative place to stay I would not have book here but there is very little else in Malvern.
- Destination825096 (8/5): Good value for money and convinient location - Good value for money , good location , paid £12 for taxi from Manchester airport to the hotel. Dinner was reasonable price.
- N6396FEsusanw (10/5): Brilliant Hotel with Great Staff - Great hotel. Location is excellent for a good walk into the town and to Malvern Link railway station. The room was clean and the food was of one of the highest standards we have experienced in all our stays at Premier Inns. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Ellie who was a marvel. We will definitely return.
- Jasckosn92 (10/5): Premier Inn - Great hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly.
A special thanks to Paulo — he is a dedicated team member and a proud Muslim, and his kindness and respectful attitude made my stay even better.
Highly recommended!
- H708EThenrym (8/5): Nice hotel Shame about the guests - Spent a night with my wife before she headed off on a flight at Manchester airport. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and great value. The experience was marred by some drunken men being rude to my wife inside the waiting area by reception. Overall decent but let down by inebriated guests with no manners. The gentleman who drove us to the airport via the shuttle service was a true gentleman and very friendly and knowledgeable.
- 369claytonh (10/5): Great stay!! Highly recommended - Had a brilliant stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, amazing staff, great food, comfortable bed and great shower. Couldn’t recommend more highly would definitely stay there again.
- JayneB985 (10/5): Jan is a credit to this hotel. - We can't tell you how good the customer service was from Jan. He was welcoming and went above and beyond to help us. We have stayed her at least 30 times and we have never experienced service like this. We also saw how good he was with the rest of the guests. What a credit to Premier Inn. Thank you so much, Jan. We are so grateful.
- barryhO1321ZW (10/5): Lovely Malvern experience - The perfect location to explore the beautiful town of Malvern and the Hills. As expected our room was very well presented. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the friendliness of Linda and staff team who went over and above to help us. A special mention to chef Jane who cooked superb breakfasts, and great poached eggs to order. An all-round first class experience.
- Z6017CLss (10/5): Great staff, great location!! - Lovely place. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again. Very convenient for location and access to the motorway.
- timmC1298JF (10/5): Little relaxing break - Good location excellent staff and food very relaxing . Will definitely use this hotel again as not too far for us to travel.
- dwfr (6/5): Conveniently located budget option, friendly staff, complimentary parking. Add-on breakfast buffet for a fee. - On a recent two-week trip, we stayed at two Premier Inn's. One was a 5 star, however this one was a 3 star. Still, a solid, budget option for a night or two. Read on for the PROs and CONs:
Pros:
~Friendly staff
~Complimentary parking (Don't forget to register your car).
~Electric tea kettle in the room
~Liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo pump bottles provided in the bathroom. (No lotion).
~Decent buffet breakfast available for an extra fee. Breakfast staff were very friendly.
~Conveniently located near Morrison's, M&S, McDonald's.
~Flexible check-in time. We had originally booked a B&B, but their check-in time wasn't convenient for our plans, so we switched to the Premier Inn and arrived around 9:30pm.
~Generally comfortable, quiet room.
Cons:
~Slightly older property, showing it's age around the edges.
~The main thing that made me reduce to 3 stars was when I pulled back the bedding, there was an eyelash, hair and other bits in the bed. It was late, so I chose to brush it aside and ignore it, but that was off-putting, leading me to wonder if the sheets had been changed.
~Hair in the bath and a stain down the side of the bath.
~No USB ports next to the bed. (There was a plug on one side of the bed at least).
~No iron.
~No lotion provided
If you found this review useful, please click the thumbs-up. Thx!
- laciekay89 (10/5): Very nice hotel - One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at! Rooms were comfortable and clean, with PLUG SOCKETS BY THE BED!!!! Also had an output box on the wall by the TV so we could have used devices if we wished. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and food served was absolutely delicious
- peterhI5211BU (10/5): November Stay - Excellent Helpful staff
Room to the usual high standards
Very clean
Great location for the price
Only 20 mins via train to city centre
Happy to return in late January
- Kath650 (10/5): Brilliant service due to the service we received staff. - Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Rooms very clean and food very enjoyable.
- ThemeParkFan01 (4/5): Parking is expensive - As stated, parking here is expensive, because they know you need it. We booked when it was £12 for 24 hours, and they put the price up after to £14. They emailed us ahead of time to say out of courtesy they’d honour the £12. When we arrived nobody knew how to do that without manager approval, so we ended up paying the £14. Yes, it’s only £2 more, but ties the principal, especially as they went to pains to email us in advance offering to honour the original price.
And so it continued much in a similar vein. Staff don’t really care about what you need, only that you’ve paid up and leave on time. The food here is also ridiculously expensive, offering what looked like only a combo deal of breakfast and an evening meal for £30 each. No thanks.
It was noisey, hot and a bit grim. Not a great way to start the ordeal that is Air Travel in 2025.
- A1436ENlouiser (10/5): Spotters paradise ✈️😁 - Absolutely loved this hotel. The view over the airport just made it. You could a load of planes at their stands and all the movement which for a plane spotter made all the difference. The only thing about the room I didn’t like was it was a bit too warm. Couldn’t open window as it was too noisy. But once we were awake opened the window to let those lovely engine noises in. We paid for breakfast the next morning and it was great lots of choice and was well and truly filled up for the journey back to the north east. If any plane spotters read this Manchester Airport is probably the most welcoming airport and their are a lot of places to watch the aircraft. A must is the airport pub, we walked but I think there’s a bus that goes right passed it. And the runway visitor park just round the corner from the hotel.
- jacknH7355MS (10/5): incredible - Room was great, food was lovley and service was amazing. workers were very welcoming and friendly. i would 100% come agin
- davidturner055 (10/5): Great stay. - Stayed 26th October, on reception was Jan, he was excellent, made us feel very welcome, professional, friendly, very helpful with the check in and parking. The room was clean and everything you expect at Premier Inn. Will definitely look to stay there again.
- P7476PXsteveh (4/5): Unbelievable rude restaurant waitress. - October 26 2025. Ordered medium steak and fedback that is was well done, then had a unnecessary lecture from the waitress telling me thats not how she thinks it is !. I use premier inn at least 7 times a year and have never been subjected to this kind of attitude ever!
Get your act together premier inn and please have more customer relation training for your staff ! Will choose other competitors in future
- J3277UGdanielp (10/5): Great for an early flight - Nice clean comfortable room.
Friendly helpful staff and a airport shuttle service you cannot go wrong..
Nice bar and restaurant all though I did not eat this time but I've used Premier inns in the past and never had a complaint.
- S9233KMdaveg (10/5): Premier Inn dining is just that - Great service from Gosia. Superb starter is salt and chilli calamari, main Food was fine and value for money if you go for the meal deal! nice glass of rosé. All good
- U8832NFkeithg (10/5): Overnight stay before flight - Friendly professional and good value. Very comfortable bedroom. Handy for Airport travel. Would use again if travelling
- Loufff (10/5): A good stay - Had a pleasant one night stay recently as we were attending a wedding close by.
Room was very clean, the usual comfortable bed, spacious enough and very friendly and helpful staff. Most satisfactory.
- Noway25- (10/5): Amazing quality for the price and location - Great franchaise, always know what to expect. Clean, simple and easy! Bonus if u manage to get a quiet room then its a heaven for the price of 5 x Starbucks coffees!
Deffo be back
- V8999VSclairem (8/5): Excellent staff, but room and Wi-Fi could be improved - The staff were absolutely brilliant — from the warm greeting at check-in to the friendly, personable restaurant team. Everyone was so helpful and genuine. I’ve stayed in a few Premier Inns, but the team at Malvern really stood out. The way they interacted with guests and each other created such a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
However, the Wi-Fi was quite poor. When I tried to upgrade to the Ultimate Wi-Fi, the payment page didn’t load until the next day, which was disappointing — especially as I was staying for work.
The rooms, while clean, are starting to look a little tired. The shower head in my room (115) sprayed in all directions, making it hard to use without water going everywhere.
Overall, fantastic staff but some maintenance and Wi-Fi improvements would really make a difference.
- campayne73 (10/5): Premier quality - Another lovely stay, before going on holiday. Room was clean and comfortable as we would expect. Breakfast was a real treat as usual. Joe the manager is such a great guy, nothing was too much trouble,he’s almost like one of the family. We will definitely be back.
- Frank (8/5): - All good
- Steve (10/5): - Nice staff
- nickbW7041LT (10/5): Excellent As Expected - We had a really friendly welcome as soon as we entered. Spotlessly clean rooms and a great breakfast was just what we expected and it's exactly what we got. Thanks to the team there for a very pleasant stay
- Jedgar5402 (8/5): Poor team work made for a disappointing stay. - On arrival, we had issues with the self check in, as dud many others, but the receptionists couldn't do enough to help. The room was nice and clean.
BUT ...the evening meal service really let it down.
We waited 10 minutes at the podium to be checked in and asigned a table. Now..
This wasn't the poor woman's fault as she was also taking orders, clearing tables, bringing food and everything else in between. All while the other staff seemed to ignore everyone and just parade up and down the restaurant. It took a further 15 mins to get our order taken, a further 40 minutes to be given food, then we sat with the plates at the table for a further 20 mins while staff walked past us. All in all, it took from 6.20pm to 8.45 to have a main and dessert. Now, I usually love premier inns but this really let them down.
The room was also noisy as you had to have the window open.
Ive given 4* due to the hatd work of the two staff mentioned. The managers need to pitch in rather than swan about...its not a good look.
- Shareen (6/5): - Only issue was one of cleanliness in the bathroom which had an underlying smell of urine. Mentioned it to staff in morning and believe it would be addressed. Also found storm noise from window disturbing, but storm Amy was a bad one!
- carlanthony24 (10/5): See you in January 2026 - Came a little early but receptionist let us check in. Friendly staff, food amazing I believe shel in the restaurant always remembers us every time we stay and we can always have a laugh.
- elainecU9011YV (10/5): Great location - great location within easy reach of the town, also good shops nearby should you require, plus filling stations. Staff great, room and comfort excellent. nice quiet stay too which is a rarity now in some hotels - well done Malvern Team. The morning ladies were super friendly and cooked a great breakfast too
- thegoodhousespouse (10/5): Beyond the call of duty. - Very welcoming as usual. Great service. My husband particularly loves the breakfasts! Really good value for money . Already booked return visit next year !!
- bob-bulginbarra (10/5): A Premier Inn with excellent staff. - The Malvern Premier Inn was 15 minutes from the Three Counties Showground, where we were attending the RHS Autumn Show, and part of a retail park with M&S, Boots, Poundland etc.
The hotel was up to the usual high standard of Premier Inns.
The staff, particularly Linda and Ellie were friendly, obliging and helpful, brightening up the whole experience of the hotel during our stay.
- Shelby and James (4/5): Disappointed stay. Not a premier stay! - Paying £14.00 additionally for parking in front of the hotel feels like over charging and a meana to make money.
We were told at dinner that certain foods were not avaliable so we ordered carefully, choosing items that did not have the items that were not available. My husband's salad waa missing the chicken and I was told several items to my meal were not avaliable, even though they were not on the initial list.
Our order took a long time to come out as well.
When we used the elevator/lift the door opened and would not close. We kindly informed reception and she stated it had been doing that all week. Staff left the door openon the 4th floor with no signs indicating it was out service.
- Bryan (2/5): - The hotel was well used but acceptable. We were unaware that there was major renovations taking place. We arrived very late but we were woken very early by drilling and hammering, very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I hope to get a full refund.
- Climber21203459979 (10/5): Great little stopover - Found this place as a much cheaper alternative to the excessively expensive hotels closer to Manchester even when factoring in the Uber charges. Great spot in a quiet location with an adjoining pub for food or drink. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay again if out in Manchester in future.
- C6544OYryanh (8/5): Good stay - Stayed overnight to visit family. Hotel was everything you expect from a Premier Inn. Friendly staff, very clean and everything you need in the room. Only downside for me was the room was very warm, even with the air con on the minimum temperature it was set to go to was 19 degrees which for us was just a bit too warm.
- Culture58353903760 (10/5): Amazing place to stay, a stay with friends - I had a great stay at the hotel. I have stayed there one time before and again I had the same great experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The pub next door breakfast was delicious.
- Victoria (8/5): - We had a good time… it was neat and equipment were in good condition
- Helpful_soul_76 (6/5): Fine but basic - A basic no frills hotel. Reasonably comfortable stay. But lacking any charm.
Rooms have a slightly off putting smell. Not major, just not fresh.
- H2045CQrichards (10/5): Fab time thank you! - Amazing breakfast. Slept very well. Room clean
Breakfast service and staff were incredible and catered to our needs.
Meals all delicious both breakfast and evening! Great location for Malvern and surrounding areas plus an Aldi very nearby for any requirements.
Would definitely return
- sheelsUk (10/5): Great stay - We stayed a few days with friends there is plenty of car parking and not far from malvern ,Nathan checked us in and was great very friendly and helpful he is a credit to your firm!
Meal deal is good value and we had a lovely evening meal and breakfast, your lady cook is very nice and chatty the whole staff are nice we enjoyed our stay and would return
- davemY7419ZW (2/5): Not worth money - No air conditioning and bedroom was 28.5 degrees, fan did nothing and basically oven in a bedroom.
Staff were helpful but major money needs to be spent.
- 249annmm (10/5): Pleasurable stay - Stayed here for 2 nights made all the more pleasurable by meeting the lovely Linda who was on reception. An absolute gem she was so caring and helpful. Great room good bed, pillows and bedding. Quiet hotel would highly recommend.
- D280DGbobj (8/5): Great location and staff - Great location, easy drive into Malvern or Worcester town centre. There is also a bus service from outside Morrisons, 5 minute walk away. Number 44 runs between Great Malvern and Worcester bus station.
Aldi, M and S all within walking distance
Had room 101, quiet at night so slept well.
Large car park.
Wi fi a bit hit and miss.
Guy on reception (think was called Nathan) really good, gave advice on a few things and went out of his way to be helpful.
Room clean, hotel bit tired b
- natp600 (10/5): Comfy - Was here for 6 nights the staff are very friendly and nice and the rooms are clean and beds are comfy the vending machine is well stocked and is a restaurant next door
- Jo1509 (10/5): Family trip - We stayed over the night before heading to Somerset we had a great check in and staff were lovely and polite the food was very enjoyable and very hot
- NorthStar53435945080 (10/5): Weekend stay in Great Malvern - We spent 2 nights at Great Malvern, and can’t rate this hotel or the staff high enough, nice quiet location, but close to amenities if required. Room was spotless and very quiet, the bed as expected was fantastically comfortable, we had booked breakfast which was full of choice for everyone, we also had an evening meal on arrival too, with a stacked menu with a lot of choices too with huge portions of quality food. Every member of staff were cheery, helpful, polite and approachable, will definitely return to enjoy the Malverns and stay in this Premier Inn.
- greener1977 (10/5): Great place to stay - This was a small quiet premier inn but the staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us which I can’t say for all premier inns. The restaurant next door isn’t cheap but the food is fantastic. If we’re ever back in the area staying here is a must
- N9379ELashleyr (4/5): Dirty/damaged room. - The worst bits..
The room was dirty and unkept. Short hairs on bed sheet under duvet when lifted to get into bed. White gunk/markings on curtains. Yellow and smelly stains or urine on back of toilet. Skirting board had food or drink spilled on which would've probably wiped off if they had taken the time. The table legs were broken and was not safe to be used.
Other bits that I would not normally make a comment on but while writing I will on this occasion..
So much noise throughout the night. I suspect it was other customers but it sounded like they were moving furniture and banging. I appreciate this is something I could've come and told you of in the night so you could try remedy but I choose not to do I accept that was out of your control.
I did however phone the front desk a few hours after leaving the hotel. I had hoped to explain this to staff in person but no one was at front desk when we came down to put our door cards in the box and had to rush to take our friend to a hospital appointment so we could not wait around. I'm sure if I had waited a few minutes someone would have been there.
To top off a night of very broken sleep and discomfort in knowing that this room was not cleaned properly so we were concerned the bedding had not been changed ect, when I had phoned to explain this all I was met with what I felt to be a defensive and obnoxious man who seemed more concerned that I had phoned instead of waiting for a member of staff than he was about my actual concerns. I am unsure if it was me misunderstanding what he had said or not but when I told him I had come down and no one was at desk he stated something along the lines of "well I was here all morning so you didn't come down to speak to us" I don't remember the exact wording but that's how it came across.
Needless to say this may not be our first choice next week when we come back due to the lack of care shown over our concerns.
We use premier inn on our travels often but this experience has left a bad taste from the room and the male on the phone.
The positives I will say is that we appreciate the ability to get extra tea bags ect. That was wonderful as ever and we definitely appreciated the air-conditioning. That helped too.
Two other staff members we had encountered were wonderful and helpful if required.
- paulas489 (4/5): Bit of a disappointment - Read largely very positive reviews before booking for 5 nights. Booked a double room but when arrived was given an accessibility room, the bathroom of which was disability adapted which made it all very low down for us. I requested to change rooms on the first night but was advised the hotel was fully booked. The actual room itself was clean and the bed was comfy but the bathroom was very tired and outdated. The soundproofing from upstairs was also poor and we were woken up early each morning by the occupants of the upstairs room. We managed 4 nights but booked somewhere else for the 5th night with the hope of a better night’s sleep and a bathroom that we were able to use without having to stoop down. The pub next door was lovely but we found the hotel to be a bit of a let down.
- D7366UEcarolh (8/5): A Relaxing Stay - Plenty of free parking next to the hotel. Modern accessible building. We stayed on the ground floor at the end of a corridor, since we are both elderly and disabled and we had asked for a quiet room, which we were given. We also had a bath and shower in the bathroom which we had requested, (not available in all the rooms).
All the staff were lovely and helpful.
The worst part was that the windows do not open and in a heat wave you can't have the air-conditioning on lower than 19°C. I found it irritating and it caused me to have a slight cough, although my husband wasn't affected.
Also there is no extractor fan in the bathroom so you get loads of condensation.
Very comfortable bed as usual and breakfast was good. There also some good deals to be had on drinks in
the bar.
- Connector54287385981 (10/5): A wonderful stay at the Handford Premier Inn, with friendly staff, clean room, a great restaurant and amazing service. - Good stay .. excellent staff
Stayed overnight on way back from abroad .. check in was superb
The room was lovely and cosy, it was also very clean.
The restaurant had a good menu and the service was great and staff were very friendly
Would deffo return
- 20lindy (10/5): Excellent - Stayed the night before a flight to Salou. We have stayed here before & found it absolutely perfect and this time was no exception. Tom on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. On check out at 2am the receptionist was very warm. Will definitely stay here again
- GEORGEP916 (8/5): Very convenient for airport - Stayed for one night and a great place for getting to the airport.
Very quiet and comfortable stay
Pub next door was also very good
Free parking
- alekseydavid (10/5): Great place - Good place to stay , close to any amenities. Tom who works on the reception was very helpful and kind, definitely 5star service . Only one thing I would advise is to put pressure on the cleaning services if you staying longer that night. Thank you
- Navigate58158288434 (10/5): An excellent experience. - Everything and everyone was spot on! A very warm welcome when checking in and all through my stay, such friendly and helpful staff. The room was so comfortable and clean, I cannot fault anything.
- jm771 (10/5): Good choice for Airport stopovers. - Excellent location for Manchester Airport, only c10 minutes away. Free car park and pub next door which serves decent food. Rooms typical Premier Inn, clean & functional. Special mention for Tom on reception , who is very friendly and helpful.
- DtotheB123 (10/5): Amazing service - Having stayed in Premier Inn all over the UK in my time, I can honestly say this was one of the best stays we have had in one. The service was excellent, all the staff were chatty, helpful and really made the difference. Lisa especially at check out, really did care that we had a great stay and asked all about the wedding we had been to the previous evening.
The hotel was spotless, comfortable and had a great night's sleep, but the good old fashioned service, set this apart from other premier inns I have been to before, great job, highly recommend.
- ceglasson (10/5): Exceptional Staff and hotel - Carla , Tom , the other gentleman on reception and Lisa have showed exceptional kindness and first class service. Also all the ladies who clean the rooms. They are a rare treasure and very special. We appreciate them all so much. Nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond the call of duty so trustworthy and full of integrity. Anyone who stays here will feel so welcome and cared for . Thank you Premier inn Handforth.
- luxoragain (10/5): close to the airport - Second visit to the Hotel close to the Airport and car parks,
simple booking in process and with Tom on reception i can't fault it,
Tom explained all there is to know even recommending the food next door at the Bull Head,
Don't forget to give him your car registration plate on arrival.
- chrisdale2017 (10/5): A premiere class stay in Manchester, one for Whitbread to be proud of. - Having stayed in many Premier Inns I must say that this particular hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff of them all. My multi night stay was problem free and of the highest quality. I shall certainly stay at this hotel again now it is my number one choice when in the Manchester area.
- john (10/5): Bed. - The duvets are too large and to high a tog rating. They hang over the side of the bed causing too much weight. To me the rooms are plenty warm enough.
- julie (10/5): Lovely clean modern hotel - Comfy clean rooms, great special offers.the staff were so pleasant and helpful.
- Elaine (6/5): Disappointed - My bed was a mass of ridges and valleys and my promised night's sleep never materialised. I spent most of the night massaging aching hips and by 3.30 am I made myself tea. It was an expensive few hours sleep and I would not recommend it.
- @alirit (10/5): Early run to airport - Good room and facilities. Loved the Sshhh zone. £3 mini-bus to airport on time. I'm intrigued that they offer a refund if you don't get a good night's sleep. How can they prove it? I didn't have a good night's sleep, because my mind was too active pre-trip and I kept waking up. Not the hotel's fault.
- Harry (6/5): My review - Just had the one night here before a flight. The room was very clean, great bathroom, spacious room and nice working area. Breakfast was good value, and costa coffee downstairs was a great bonus. I must admit disappointment with the comfort of the bed. The bed was amongst the most uncomfortable I have slept in, leaving my neck and my back hurting the next day for my flight, which was not ideal. Staff were beyond exceptional, minus one very rude woman at breakfast in the morning, who, when I said I have a table and couldn't find me on her list had a to at me before another lovely lady realised the mistake and assisted me to a vacant table and apologised. Didn't catch her name, though I would have loved to. The last thing I was disappointed with was the ATM, it was not able to give me money for the entire duration of my stay, and without another ATM on site, and the closest being back at the airport terminal, this was a let down, and an inconvenience. Overall not a overly pleasant stay, and would consider staying elsewhere next time for a higher price, purely just for the sleep quality.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice Hotel near the airport - Great stay that met expectations. I recommend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): last minute use of hotel , excellent all around - quick flight to Manchester and overnight stay excellent overall
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable and good service - We enjoyed our stay even though it was only for one night, bed comfortable and room was quiet.
- satisfied custer (10/5): satisfied customer - Good value
Clean, comfortable, good facilities.
- Verified traveler (8/5): well placed - staff helpful and pleasant rooms and bed good reccomend
- Cindy Law (8/5): Friendly staff - Very helpful staff
- Muley (10/5): Nice hotel conveniently located - Clean hotel conveniently located near Manchester International Airport. Courteous and helpful staff. Good restaurant in the hotel with modest prices and decent food.
- Family - pre Manchester aiport stay (10/5): a good night's sleep - Excellent staff service. good food. best night's sleep for weeks... including our 6month old who slept through the night. Thank you to all the team.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We prefer open windows at night but the delivery of beer (I think) at 2 or 3 in the morning woke us up and we could not go back to sleep. Other than that the stay was fine.
- Dave (8/5): Nice hotel handy for the airport - Nice room usual Premier Inn standard. Bar prices reasonable. Advisable to use Hotel transport as dearer in airport taxi.
- Dewdrops (8/5): Good location for airport do visiting friends - Adequate for my business stay just cannot understand why wi fi is not free like most other places.
- Geoff Greetham (8/5): Good place to stay over for Manchester airport. - A good clean new hotel. Some confusion with the neighboring hotel of the same name. Look for north or south on documents. Room was too cool despite temperature adjustment but bed and duvet were adequate. A good meal in the restaurant, small children catered for. Altogether recommended and will use again.
- Lorri Lou (10/5): Excellent airport hotel - Excellent hotel best for short stays or stays before a flight. Lovely staff who were very helpful, nice little bar/restaurant area and a lovely little coffee shop where you can get a light breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities and ensuite. Very clean with crisp white linen. Was very impressed with the standard of this hotel and its value for money.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient for Manchester airport - Taxi came within five minutes of ringing from airport
Very pleasant and efficient receptionist on arrival
We had expected a twin bedded room after booking on line but a double room was booked due to misunderstanding. However another bed was quickly made up while we had a drink in the bar.
Taxi arrived promptly at 5am as booked.
- Geri (10/5): Great location for catching an early flight - Couldn't fault anything about our overnight stay nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Rooms spotless and comfortable great value. Looking forward to my next stay in Aug in the Rainham Premier Inn:)
- Verified traveler (8/5): Ideal location for a friend's party - Window catch was broken and wouldn't close properly so room would have been noisy. It would appear that it is a common problem at the hotel. It was closed for us but we then couldn't open it which wasn't too much of a problem. We did wait a while to see if we might need to change rooms so wasted nearly an hour. Service was friendly, breakfast was very good value
- Sohail (10/5): Excellent - Perfect
- John (6/5): - Hotel does the job as an airport hotel. It is a typical Premier Inn - functional, room clean. TV remote did not work. Biggest drawback - hotel doesn't have a shuttle to and from the airport... Taxis cost me £6 each way to terminal 1
- Dad of two (8/5): V.close to airport - A good no frills hotel. Family room a bit cramped. If your only staying a couple nights its ideal a bit too basic for staying any longer. Very close to the airport. Car parking price is acceptable too.
- Colleen (8/5): Warmed Up! - The room was very cold to start with, but the friendly staff soon put that right...
- bill (10/5): Good value - Okay no problem. Good quick check in and comfortable bed
- Verified traveler (10/5): Restaurant - Service terribly slow. 2nd course was brought before I got the 1st
- Dennis Micallef (10/5): great locatation for travellers - Wonderful
- Lei (10/5): 5 minutes from the airport - Our room was very comfortable: Clean & plush bed. Price was right! Very polite workers. Easy & inexpensive to get to the airport for the 2 of us.
- BevAnne (10/5): Convenient for arriving/departing the airport. - This is my second trip coming in from Manchester Airport from Canada and will always stay here. It is convenient and very welcoming.
- Traveler (8/5): Close to the Airport - very convenient - The hotel itself was very nice, and it had a Costa shop in the lobby. This was most pleasant. The food served at the hotel was also good, but they do not have room service. No room service was fine, but they do not even allow you to phone the order and then pick it up. You need to actually go downstairs and order the food. That was most inconvenient since we are only talking about a simple phone call. To top that, the head hostess (with RED hair) was a tad rude. It is not often someone answers back when ordering food, as if to question the order. It was my order - not hers - so I could do without the descriptive lecture from her. The hotel might want to find someone with a slightly better disposition to be the head hostess. This was my only true complaint. We took a short walk to the "Runway Park", which is a small park area off the airport runway and you can watch the planes land and take off. It was quite interesting and it was full of families. A good place for the kids if the weather is good. The shuttle to the airport was fairly priced at 3 pounds per person, as the local taxi was twice that rate. I will stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone who is traveling by plane.
- Esprit (6/5): Clean, but very noisy. - Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean. Room clean, however very noisy indeed. Sleeping in the middle of the M6 would have been quieter at night! The noise was simply down to the very poor maintenance of the window in the room. It was loose and ill fitting, so all you could hear were the lorries and cars all through the night on the airport trunk road!.
- Joanne (10/5): Close to Airport - I was impressed by the hotel, it was very clean, staff was great and was great value. I will pick this hotel again.
- Tigmar (6/5): Perfect for a quick getaway from Manchester. - Perfect for a quick getaway from Manchester.
The restaurant food was reasonably price and a good standard.
