Guest Reviews
- X1043CZpaulg (10/5): great service and location - Must praise the service I received in the hotel. I'd booked for the wrong date, John and his colleague at reception were super helpful for sorting me out. The 14th floor bedroom was nice and clean, with a a view on the city. Recommended.
- B4767IIcherylm (10/5): Excellent - Our room was spacious and clean, walk in shower room was excellent, clean and spacious too for any type of wheelchair and 2/4 people. The endless supply of tea, coffee, sugar and curtains of milk from the reception day and night. Lovely to be able to bring in food and drinks of your liking and its great they like to recycle too. The meals were picture perfect and delicious
Breakfast was brilliant, full English and continental with extras and you can go up for more. I was allowed to take some of the food back upto my room for later, as long as I didn't go overboard and take all the tasty blueberry muffins.! The staff were helpful, cheerful and go out thier way to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Top marks for everything I experienced and yes I definitely will stay at the premier Manchester city. Thankyou Cheryl
- pollycharlotte06 (4/5): Disappointing - i stayed here for one night, the stay was nice however when i got home i had realised i had left something quite valuable in the room, when i phoned the hotel the lady on the phone said she hadn’t heard anything from the cleaners about it however she also said ‘whether they find it or not we will give you a call back tomorrow to let you know’ the following day i didn’t hear anything back so i phoned later in the evening and someone else answered and was very dismissive and said they hadn’t heard anything and there was nothing they could do. this is VERY disappointing, i understand if it hadnt been found, that’s no fault of the reception staff however i am disappointed with how i never got a phone call back and i was shut down by the staff member when i asked if it had been found.
- andrewt382018 (6/5): Just chilling …and not in a good way! - Good location and enjoyable breakfast - room very cold and bathroom pretty basic and shabby …felt like a cost of living economy drive break!
- DixieJSuds (10/5): Good quality night sleep in Manchester - Stayed on the 6th floor at the Premier Inn Manchester Central 28th Nov 2025. Lifts were super quick & quiet. Room was lovely & clean with quality comfy beds & bedding. Our room was at the front & had Triple Glazing. Although Trams do go past on the road below we never heard any noise at all.
This Hotel was "Perfect" for The Bridgewater Hall. It was practically next door & only a 2 min walk away. After going to a show in the evening we came back to the bar connected downstairs for a drink & prices are reasonable.
Manchester Oxford Train Station is only a couple of blocks away & Manchester city centre is walkable & lots of bus/tram/train options available.
We ordered the Buffet Breakfast in the morning & the Full English Breakfast was lovely. Lot of other choices available Cereals, Yogurts, Fresh Fruit, White/Brown & Seeded bread, Croissants, Fresh Cakes & variety of Juices & Hot Drinks with good Tea & Coffee Selection.
- lindajO9638GP (4/5): Not great at Manchester ( disappointed for a Premier ) - Hotel ok , shower had some problems , parking was a nitemare for this inner city hotel , ring road to navigate , nearest car park at Central , under the building , quite a walk , stairs and a busy road and tramline to cross .£66 to add to bill for car park charge
Breakfast was ok , no one around much first morning , left empty box out of tea , still not replaced following morning ( sloppy attention to service ) went onto Southport next night , much better in every way !!!
- yossis373 (6/5): Renovation is urgently needed! - Location is great
Atmosphere is fine.
Rooms are understand.
Value for money is a bit poor
Cleanliness is thier main problem.
- Chaddy55 (10/5): Manchester - Came here for a weekend, excellent! Big welcome at reception, we was over hour early booking in, no problems let us go to room with no hesitation. Room basic, but the cleaniness was exceptional.
We will me back and highly recommend
Thank you
- S323LYkarinaa (10/5): We stayed at the hotel to explore Manchester. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well-kept. The reception staff were very - We stayed at the hotel to explore Manchester. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well-kept. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful
- P542VUwiktoriak (10/5): A very good hotel - A very good hotel with an amazing service. The atmosphere is great just as the location, the rooms are pretty good and clean !
- martyncolledge (8/5): Customer Service Extra - Having stayed at this hotel for two nights and eating both breakfast and evening meals which were perfect, on leaving and arriving home I realised that I had left my camera, on contacting them by phone I was advised to get a Jiffy type envelop, self address it and pay postage and send to the hotel, which I did and within five days of me posting the envelope to them, I received my camera back so a big thank you to the staff at Princess Street Premier Inn, Customer service to be prod of
- bernardo912 (4/5): Avoid, there are many better. A very run down restaurant with unhelpful staff . The hotel is not the best either. - I stayed at this hotel with my wife as we were going to a nearby show that evening. I had already checked in prior to arrival. The weather was stormy so we decided to eat in the restaurant The Bishopgate which is the attached Premier Inn restaurant serving the hotel. Hotel reception staff informed us that we did not need to book but just turn up. This was far from reality. When we did go to the restaurant at 5.15 we were told by the staff that they would not serve us as they were fully booked. When I told them that the hotel reception said I did not need to book they just said that they were wrong and the restaurant was not the same company as the hotel. When I pointed out the internal door between the two there was no reply. I was left with no option other than to seek out a local restaurant to eat in. We did use the restaurant for breakfast and found it in need of a complete refurbishment. Torn and dirty seating that is well beyond its expected lifespan. The breakfast itself was mostly cold although some items were luke warm. The fried eggs had obviously not on the heat very long in the kitchen as there was very little egg 'white' but a lot of clear uncooked egg. It's not difficult to fry eggs but seemingly beyond the abilities of the 'chef'.
As for the hotel itself, it was very basic but functional. The bed was at least comfortable and the tv worked. The bathroom was exceptionally small. It was not possible to stand in front of the sink without the back of your legs being in contact with the toilet seat.
Would I recommend this hotel? No. I have stayed in other Premier Inn hotels, even in Manchester, and never felt the need to review negatively. They must look at this establishment and make improvements.
- alancJ8322TC (10/5): Friendly, good atmosphere - Lovely stay as always, clean rooms and friendly staff, Emily at the bar downstairs served us all night as she was so lovely and friendly, the dream catcher drinks were to die for! always a pleasure coming here. Will be here again next year 😁
- Pacmama (10/5): Ticked all the boxes. - Great location for the bridgewater hall. Lovely clean room
Restaurant attached was lovely. Nice little corner with a Christmas teee and a fire. Food basic pub grub but nice enough and reasonably priced. Friendly staff.
- Q8500TFtracyb (10/5): Enjoyable stay. - Excellent premier inn. Location was good. Easy access to public transport. Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast. Clean in all areas.
- J7751GJmariaf (10/5): Fab, comfy and easy - Great location. Clean and comfy rooms. Had a chilled dinner on Saturday (burger and pizza which were both delicious and good value) Service was also fab (thanks Julia)!
- binapiraeus (8/5): Good service as always, great view over the city - An unusual place to stay, I must say - above nine floors of car park! The view from up there is very interesting, though, and we got all the ushal Premier Inn amenities: soft bed, quiet and dark room, big TV set, tea and coffee, bathtub, plus very friendly staff and good food and drink on the site. The only problem was the temperature: both our room and the restaurant were a bit cold.
- martatN8477JP (10/5): Amazing service, amazing receptionist - Amazing service, the receptionist was really helpful. Thank you and ill make sure to book my another trip soon. .......
- derekhO7022JZ (10/5): Review on hotel - Great stay and amazing staff, lovely food and accommodation and received warm service at the reception from a young man called matthew!
- karengp1976 (10/5): Jls - Great location, clean and resonable price. Always know what you are getting with a premier inn. Would stay again for sure
- GoPlaces56461265669 (2/5): Shockingly Bad Stay – Premier Inn Old Trafford Has Completely Lost Its Standards - I stayed at the Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford on 14th November (Room 302, Premier Plus) and it was an absolute disgrace from start to finish.
The so-called Premier Plus room was a joke – filthy, with disgusting wax/glue stuck to the bedside table. Definitely not worth the £118 I paid.
But the staff behaviour was even worse. I’ve never experienced such rude, ignorant, dismissive service anywhere. At check-in, two staff members (Loric and Olivia) ignored me completely, carried on chatting about their shift, then walked off without a word. When they finally passed by again, still no acknowledgement. Shocking attitude for people supposedly working in hospitality.
The older lady on night shift was just as bad – moody, rude, and openly ignoring guests. During check-out she refused to serve me, skipped over me and served others who arrived after me. There is clearly an underlying issue with how certain customers are treated in this hotel.
For a regular Premier Inn customer, this was a wake-up call. The staff here seriously need retraining, the hotel needs mystery shoppers, and Premier Plus rooms should not be mis-sold when they are nowhere near standard.
Overall: disgusting staff attitude, dirty room, no professionalism whatsoever.
Old Trafford Premier Inn is a complete embarrassment to the brand.
Avoid if you value basic respect and cleanliness.
- 636charlenec (10/5): Julia is so helpful! - It’s the first time I’ve travelled for business on my own. I wasn’t particularly looking forward to it, but Julia was really welcoming!
Love the comfy beds at Premier inn, and the food was great too!
- Y2200EUkarenb (10/5): Great Experience - Perfect location for a night at Old Trafford. The staff can't do enough for you. The room was clean and fresh. The evening meal was great, I took the meal deal which was very reasonable, I have to say as someone who stays in hotel regularly for work the breakfast was well worth it, fresh, no dried up bacon etc. Fully recommend the dining.
- Q7342TWchrisl (10/5): Premier Inn always delivers! - Really enjoyable stay. Well located, and with parking. Restaurant is big and does the job- Julia was really great too! !
- Resort03255279853 (8/5): Acceptable - I wouldn't pay for a Premier plus room. Not a lot of difference. It was ok for a one night stay. Within walking distance for most things and tram stop 2mins away.
- godswilldesk (8/5): Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff, but Carpets Need Refreshing - I stayed in a Premier Plus room at the Premier Inn Old Trafford and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and although I did not use the self-service kiosk, the staff at the desk were efficient and courteous. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently helpful and largely polite, which set a good tone.
The Premier Plus room was comfortable, the bed was good, the heating worked well, the ultimate WiFi was fit for purpose and very fast, and there was a steady supply of hot water. The bathroom was particularly clean, which I appreciated. I also enjoyed the meals in the restaurant, as the food was well prepared and tasted good.
The only area that needs attention is the carpet in the room and corridor, especially in the room. It appears badly worn and heavily black-stained in several places. Updating or replacing it would make a noticeable improvement to the overall feel of the hotel. Apart from that, I was satisfied with my stay and the service provided.
I would consider staying here again once this aspect has been addressed.
- 419jonp (10/5): Still feels like home. - Another great stay at my favourite Premier Inn. The location is great, with the picturesque wharf side a minute away. The tram is also very close, which gets you into town in a few minutes.
The staff are the biggest strength of this place. Friendly and helpful without being overbearing.
Although I'm an Arsenal fan, I'm even getting used to staying next to Old Trafford stadium.
For a mid-range luxury mini-break, I think it's hard to beat.
- michelebK2839ZP (10/5): Great stay in Manchester - Excellent stay. I stay at many PI hotels for work, this hotel was the best i have experienced. Staff offered an excellent level of service. Hotel was clean and well run. Location was great and good value for money. I would recommend.
- Dreamer735624 (2/5): Blood stains and bodily fluids in bedroom. - The room had multiple blood stains on the carpet and the bedroom furniture, including both he desk chair and bedside table. My friends room had even more blood stains than my room. There were also lots of questions splatters around the room that looked like 'bodily fluids'.
- Guide23340010549 (4/5): Hotel needs an upgrade - Great location, the bed was hard, very noisey as could hear the wind. Very clean though, no port to charge your phone so you need a plug. Very dated hotel
- MartinW4726 (8/5): Good stay - Stayed one night for the Duran Duran concert at the co-op arena, good location, 10 mins walk to Piccadilly station and easy to get the tram to the venue. Easy to park in the attached Circle car park (extra charge, can pre book) and walk straight into Premier Inn from inside the car park.
Large room, bathroom was very clean, (nice to see no signs of mould at all) bit of dust on skirting boards by bed in the room n couple of marks on the carpet by the mirror, but generally cleanliness standard was good.
Bed mattress and pillows could have been more comfortable, ok sleeping on your side but not comfy led on your back, but have slept on far worse. Tried both sets of pillows provided.
Breakfast was very good, cooked items looked recently done and appetizing, the tomatoes were properly grilled with some colour on them! Overall the stay was good.
- courtneyd859 (10/5): We’ll absolutely be back - We stayed here before heading to the Katy Perry concert! Quick check in to get our room key! Clean hotel and room! Very friendly and helpful staff! Anything we needed they got/helped us with! Would definitely be back!
- Happiness24789572116 (2/5): Table Table!!! Avoid booking the Meal Deal - Unbelievable how bad this eating place is it's filthy! shiny arm chairs I the bar, with grime stained dining chairs, sticky tables and a dirty filthy wooden floor, first night food over done spring rolls after a very long wait, then virtually nothing left on the menu, unfortunately we were booked for our second night as we have the Premier Inn Meal Deal and that's when it all kicked off with people walking out after at least an hour wait, we still stayed faithful as we had a young child, but things didn't get better with the manager of the Premier Inn jumping in accusing the the restaurant of bringing them in the to disripute! LoL we did pay Premier Inn so they were responsible, I do not blame the staff of Table Table the two lasses were brilliant and so apologetic at the lack of trained Chefs or new Chefs, I actually wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to also run the kitchen along with the bar and restaurant. I blame the Company, ultimate responsibility lies with the Premier Inn who we booked the Meal Deal through. Photo of the Vegetarian Pizza that lacked Veg, it literally had a bit of Mushroom! We waited 90 minutes for this. We are booked to go to this Premier Inn again in January but will be eating elsewhere.
- CiaraR91 (6/5): Good value for money stay - We stayed here for one night, myself and my two children. We arrived quite late after a long drive & was pleased to find the restaurant was still open. Check in was efficient & the girl was friendly. We went to get some food but the place was very dirty, most tables had dirty plates and glasses on & the table we did find was wet/sticky. We had to ask the server to take our order after being sat down for a while. She was very pleasant but wrote our order on the back of a menu off the next table. We had been waiting around 30 minutes for our food before a waiter came over to confirm what we had actually ordered. We then waited another 20 minutes before our food arrived. We only ordered a linguine, some fries, a side salad and a kids burger meal. The beans on the kids meal were very dry and had clearly been left on the plate for a while and my linguine was cold & not mixed in with the sauce. The lettuce in the salad was brown in parts also. The room was okay, did the job but I didn’t expect much for £70 for the three of us (including breakfast) the bath was a bit grubby but the beds were very comfortable & we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was really lovely, we all enjoyed a hot breakfast and my daughter had a pastry. Parking was £8 per day if you’re a guest which was pretty good.
It did the job, I’d stay again if I needed a hotel in Manchester for a night for business but I’d pick somewhere I little nicer if it was for leisure or more than one night.
- 791zahidq (4/5): Needs repairs - Room 209 needs multiple repairs: windows had poor seal so there was constant cold draft and noise from the car park all night. Heater kept shutting off a few hours. Multiple broken fixtures in the room and bathroom.
- AngelaP178 (10/5): Handy for Bridgewater Hall ! - Great location for Bridgewater Hall which was the purpose of our trip. Quiet, comfy beds and the usual breakfast. Nothing negative to say ! Only stopped one night but perfect for our needs on this trip.
- carllI1199XA (8/5): Basic hotel for short stay - Nice hotel across the road from Manchester United football club and also right next to metro train station for easy travel to Manchester town centre and the Trafford centre
Rooms are ok got a good night sleep (as best as you can in different place) hotel could have given more than 1 towel to share between 2 people. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was hot and tasted really good with also a proper bean coffee machine. All in all a nice place to stay for a short visit to Manchester
- 583lee (10/5): A great experience - A great experience all round. We visited Manchester as a family to combine business and a day out in the city with our boys. From start to finish the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. A special mention to Mark cooking breakfast who was so friendly and concerned to ensure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and we had dinner there too. Big thanks to Tamara for our meal which was delicious.
The room was pretty much what you expect from a Premier Inn. Comfortable, clean and our 2 boys fitted into their separate beds well. Being so high up above the traffic, we didn’t hear anything of the flyover close by. In fact we had a great view which was a bonus.
Parking is operated by NCP, so we did have to pay for that separately which we could do via an app or visiting the pay machine as we did upon leaving.
All in all, I can’t fault our stay which was really nice and Emma on the front desk did all she could to ensure we had everything we needed.
We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Manchester.
- katarzynamU1289YL (10/5): K - Very nice and professional staff. Always helpful and friendly.Clean and comfortable room as well. Food was delicious. Thank you. I will recommend as always.
- piotrfF9918QK (10/5): Going back - I love this place. The staff is very very friendly and polite. The Manager Dagmara is definetly at the right place as she makes you feel welcomed there.
- 833andrzejf (10/5): Happy - Very good place to stay for a couple of days. Nice and clean. Teasty food. Very good price and very nice staff. Deffinetly will come back
- 104stever (10/5): Great location - Great location, friendly, rooms are a good size, clean, shops plenty of places to eat nearby. Next to the canal which is a nice walk
- R99QSalanm (10/5): Never a disappointment. Wonderful staff. Excellent value. - Arrived here after abandoning our booking at The Pendulum Hotel a short walk from here. The Pendulum was a huge mistake.
We paid £50 more to stay here at Premiere Inn which was money well spent, with polite, helpful and cheerful staff (especially the cheeky Chappie in the kitchen who was far too cheerful at breakfast time 😆).
The room was as expected for a Premier Inn. Clean comfortable and spacious with fresh decor and a sparkling en suite. The bed, huge and so very, very comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent value and short of nothing. Our cook on the morning was only too happy to provide us with fresh cooked Vegan sausages.
The staff during our visit (27-28/09/25) were fantastic and a credit to themselves and to Premier inn. Thanks for making our short stay so pleasant.
- mlkm777 (10/5): Amazingly friendly staff - We stayed here as a family (me and my two kids) and had a great experience. When we arrived there were only two beds in the room instead of three, but Julia at reception sorted it straight away. By the time we came back later, she’d added another bed, tidied the room, and even left colouring pencils and sheets for my daughter. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made a difference to our stay. She clearly takes pride in her work. Thanks again, Julia!
- C1190TVedk (10/5): Great stay. - Emilie was brilliant, she made our stay a great experience. Hashtag Emilie Red Hair Genius Incredible Service A Whole Load Of Caring
- robertjacobs032 (10/5): Another 10/10 stay - Perfect location just outside the city centre, staff friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival with the usual very comfortable bed. Breakfast good value with everything you would want available.
- 891rosemaryj (10/5): Lovely dinner service from Julia and a peaceful room. - Great location and although next to a main road the rooms are elevated and peaceful. I enjoyed my dinner in the restaurant. thanks Julia for your great service, welcoming and attentive but also relaxed. Ice cream with raspberry sauce 😋
- 843GregB (4/5): Premier inn with awful staff - Arrived here after a long drive and was checked in quickly. From this point it was all downhill.
Got into my room and had no towels, musty smelling bathroom and blood stains on the pillow. Asked for this to be cleaned or another room to be told no rooms available and would send someone to change pillows - still waiting! Thankfully there is more pillows
I can use but not the point.
Went to try and get something to eat from the restaurant at 1915hrs and walked in to a half full restaurant with plenty of empty tables and got an abrupt “nothing until 1945” before I even had a chance to open my mouth. So I just told her no thanks and walked away.
I’ve never had an issues with premier inn until now and I will never return to this one either.
I’ve no idea what is in the water but every staff member is so rude and sour faced it’s just makes for a terrible experience. Given its location sadly it takes in the cash but staff need training on how to meet and greet people. Maybe it’s just a Manx thing??
- Ambassador278338 (8/5): Does the job - Does the job. A little pricey when I went because of the football but overall a good stay. More signage about needing to use your room key to access your floor would have saved me a couple of trips up and down on the lift, thankful for the kind person who pointed that out to me.
- 994niallc (8/5): Man U Chelsea trip - Fab location and staff. Aimeet in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you! No noise at night and great atmosphere. Highly would
Recommend.
- RClarke100 (10/5): One of the best Premier Inns in Manchester! - Stayed here from Wednesday to Friday for the Lady Gaga concert at Co-Op live with friends. Manchester has many Premier Inns in ideal locations and this one is no exception. Just round the corner from the O2 Victoria Warehouse and Old Trafford and the tramlink and bus stop right outside - it's great and easy to get around the city! Lots of parking as well but if you are planning to stay in this hotel - book in advance because they use this car park for football matches at Old Trafford! Had no issue checking in with the receptionist on that day - made us feel welcome. Room was a great size as well. Went to the Thyme restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast was superb along with the service! Wi-Fi was slow in the room at times, it was good but not great. Will definitely stay here again!
- rael2014 (8/5): Solid travel lodge. Lovely staff - Great service from Julia who was really helpful with the parking app.
Decent room - exactly as you'd expect. Central location.
- jojW2108BR (8/5): Great experience! - Great service from agata and mollie. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't do anything more to help us! Definitely would come back again! Great location and really convenient.
- V3462DIlucyh (10/5): Hotel bar - Agata & Mollie we’re great, really helpful with our wine choice! Bar is nice and within walking distance of Victoria Warehouse, which was really useful for our event.
- 38adityab (6/5): Make you pay for workable WiFi - Rooms are meh given the price. Good location for football. TERRIBLE WIFI - make you pay for workable wifi. One thing is pay for really fast wifi, but my basic internet use was not covered.
- Tobin (10/5): - Great place
- denfrusnamunnen (6/5): Alright but was forgotten about. - Have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and I've never really had any complaints. Felt a little disappointed about my stay here, however.
I pre-booked an early check in, however on arrival there didn't seem to be a room for me and I had to wait in the lobby for quite a while whilst the issue was worked out and I eventually got checked into an accessible room which was the only one available. I don't really understand why there wasn't a room available for me upon arrival - surely if I have booked for early check in then they would ensure there would be a room available? It wasn't great because I'd been up since 4am and just wanted to sleep for a bit after my flight back to the UK!
Food was really nice in the hotel, but I also didn't get the drink I ordered with my food, which was quite disappointing!
It didn't put me off staying at Premier Inns in the future, but I don't think I would return to this one as I couldn't help but feel like I'd been forgotten about for my entire stay there!
- DonnyCliff (10/5): Amazing staff, amazing stay - Besides the WiFi, the stay has been absolutely lovely.l! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant area is really nice too, and the staff - particularly Julia & Emma - have been nothing short of wonderful
- B8275ZBpault (10/5): Highly recommended - Brilliant stay, staff were outstanding...particularly Julia...who looked after our rather complicated arrangements at dinner time. Would highly recommend
- Ian (10/5): - The staff were just great, at first when we checked in, they could not find our booking, but this was just short lived, and we enjoyed our accommodation. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from and very close to the train station. Will look forward to stay with them again.
- clairewych258 (6/5): Standard weekend stay! - Hotel is situated above Circle Square NCP. The “parking for guests” is on level 8, be wary that the car park is a little dizzying. Also, the lift for the hotel is on one side of the hotel, and the NCP lift is on the other. The NCP clocks your reg plate upon entry, and you pay on the ground floor machine when you’re ready to leave.
Hotel reception is on floor 9, and takes you into the lobby. They have self serve kiosks but they didn’t work for us so we went to reception and got sorted there.
The Room - We had a double room with a view, and was on the 15th floor. The view was great. The windows don’t open at all. Not even a touch. They do have aircon and it worked well.
Amenities are standard, nothing fancy. Tea, Nescafé coffee, long life milk, sugar, sweetener and kettle. Bathroom amenities include hair and shower gel (combined) and hand wash.
Double bed, supplied with one pillow each. Extra pillows are above the wardrobe in a tamper seal bag. There is also a hair dryer.
The tv is standard, with freeview channels.
Breakfast was good! The hot breakfast was delicious, and the chef was very friendly. Hot drinks are available via machine, and cereal/toast/muffins and a small selection of fruit and yoghurt is available too. The view itself from the restaurant is fab!
Staff are friendly, the the place is clean!
A bit overpriced for what you get I’m afraid. But we had a nice weekend overall.
- scotty_591 (2/5): Awful check in - What a horrible experience. Check in from 3pm, got there at 3 and rooms not ready, told 10 minutes but 1 hour later and rooms still not ready. What an absolute joke of a hotel. Good job we hadn't paid for early check in. Avoid at all costs
- Ferhat (10/5): Behagelig hotel - Meget fint og nem checkind og checkud. Belligenhed var meget god
- Ka Po (8/5): - The hotel just next to the university, it’s quiet and clean around. Many restaurants, cafe and fast food restaurants near. That’s quite convenient.
- Lakendrick (6/5): - What I did not like was that the beds were just to smaller beds pushed together. No fun sleeping on a crease. The internet was spotty at best and couldn’t use me phone due to the lack of service in the room. There was also huge visible stain on the chair as well! That should be replaced! Prob wouldn’t stay again.
- Robert (6/5): - Nice beds, showers and airco. Hotel relatively close to city center.
Poor wifi. Better wifi comes at extra costs (£5/day).
- Verified traveler (8/5): 만족 - 기차역에서 도보로 15~20분 정도 걸렸어요! 가격 대비 방이 꽤 넓어서 만족했습니다! 테이블이랑 소파도 있어요~
- Adriana (10/5): - Seguridad y desayuno
- Israel (10/5): - Emma is a great manager!!!
- Julia (10/5): - La entrada del hotel está muy escondida pero funcional
- Takeshi (10/5): - Breakfast is good, and staff is friendly.
- Keith (8/5): - This hotel is in a great location and has easy access to parking. I somehow ended up in a disabled room with three, red cords to pull in case of an emergency. I unknowingly pulled one, and reception was at my door to check on me. My only complaint is the double bed. It was two twins pushed together, which meant I was either on the crack between the two mattresses or sliding in between it. It was very uncomfortable. M
