Guest Reviews
- Debra (10/5): - Location was great, room was clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. My 13yr old was impressed which says a lot.
- 228tiggerf (10/5): Great place to stay ,great staff, and great food - Great place to stay right on the beach so it was lovely to spend some time on the seafront, room was lovely and food was brilliant thank you
- J_F_Travel18 (6/5): Lower standard than other Premier Inns - Average Premier Inn, it was fine but we've stayed in a lot better.
Breakfast was poor and the biggest let down of the stay. The food quality was average at best. There were no tongs for any of the buffet items like bread and pancakes so just rogue hands touching everything, dirty plates were stacked into the clean (accidentally I'd imagine, but still), and there was broken glass all over the glasses tray.
The room was fine, comfy bed and good heat/cool air con. They didn't provide us with enough towels or cups despite booking for 3 people.
The location is what sells this place. 15min stroll into Paignton harbour, and right on the beach.
- Kim (2/5): - We booked a family room as we needed two beds and a shower. Upon arrival we were checked into a room that was not a family room and had only one bed. We returned to the front desk and explained we needed two beds. We were then given an accessible room but it only had a hand-held shower which wasn’t possible for one of us to use due to a shoulder injury. We returned to the front desk and asked why we couldn’t have the room we’d booked ages ago. We were told it had been given to another person and it wouldn’t be fair to move their family. We were then told to wait and they’d set up a 2nd bed in the first room we were given. When we got to the room, they’d set up a bench. The bench didn’t have a mattress, was maybe 150cm long and maybe 60cm wide. The sheets and blanket were hanging over the edges on the floor. It was not possible to sleep on that bench - it was not a bed. Throughout the ordeal we were made to feel like we were the problem. We paid for a room we couldn’t use. We should receive a full refund.
- 318sherryf (6/5): I liked the FOH staffs❤️ - It was good and the FOH staffs were friendly but only the duvet was stained and we didn’t mind as we were just staying for one night..apart from that everything was good
- nigelmY6044WX (10/5): Secure and quiet accomodation - You can always rely on Premier Inn to provide a secure quiet restful nights sleep. Location and free parking are an additional bonus, making the experience good value for money.
- Touristy9876 (8/5): Nice place - Clean room, asked for ground floor when we checked in and they managed to arrange it. We didn't eat in the beefeater because we thought it was a bit expensive. Not too far away from local town
- CarsMaiden (6/5): Could be way better - Very old and very tired. No lift and pot luck whether you will get to stay in the main building or have to cross the car park to another building. Great fun going to breakfast in the rain.
Talking of, the breakfast was woeful. The only reason we chose the Premier Inn over the McDonalds (a stones throw away) was because of the renowned Premier Inn hot buffet. Well this one doesn’t do buffet. They cook to order and although they claim it’s unlimited I felt a nuisance even asking once so certainly wouldn’t ask for seconds. I attach a photo of what I got and this was asking for the bacon well done. It was still oinking. Staff (at all points of contact not just at breakfast) seemed like they had the weight of the world on their shoulders.
The continental part of breakfast was probably worth the money if you just paid for that as a good selection.
The coffee was the pits & the toaster took so long it was practically lunchtime by the time it popped up.
No phone reception in room (we were both on different networks) and the wi-fi although fine for checking emails was terrible for streaming.
The place just looked completely run down.
The pros are it has a lot 24 hour McDonalds & M&S Food a minutes walk away. The bed was LOVELY & the room was clean. Kettle provided with plenty of tea and instant coffee. The walk into town would take about 15-20 minutes or a 5 minute car journey.
The cons are all listed above. Wouldn’t stay here again. Needs complete overhaul.
- jefftU8723SY (10/5): Great location. Value for money. - Excellent location opposite both railway and bus stations. Close to seafront & town centre. Room basic but comfortable & clean. Bathroom clean with walk-in shower. Reception staff helpful.Good value for money.
- T1047PQclaireh (10/5): A really relaxing sleep - I stayed at the Petersfield hotel as I had a wedding in the area , as the wedding was at 12.45 I was unable to check in until the evening which was not an issue for the person at the reception , we got checked in quickly and then was able to enjoy a good nights sleep .
The bed was very comfortable even though I did find the pillows too hard but even though I knew they were available I didn’t exchange them for the softer option .
After a good lay in we were able to still make breakfast as they don’t finish serving until 10:30, as I have a gluten and dairy free intolerance I informed our waiter who explained about the intolerance / allergies book which listed all ingredients in all of the items available for breakfast , I found this book extremely helpful when deciding what to eat , I was so impressed as there was G/F muesli , bread and a D/F milk option that I could enjoy . I orderd a cooked breakfast which was fresh and delicious.
- L2641OKrobins (10/5): Lovely seaside location - Lovely seafront location
Helpful staff
Opening windows
Very clean
Onsite restaurant offering excellent food and drink
- jerseykathyl (6/5): It's all about the location! - Great location right near the train station which was so handy as it was torrential rain when we arrived!
We were very early arriving at the hotel and were able to leave our bags but were told very firmly and not at all in a friendly manner that check in was at 3pm only!! That was fair enough and we weren't expecting to check in then, but not the best of welcomes!
The room was fine, a bit small, dark and basic but the bed was super comfy.
Breakfast was very busy with lots of tables not cleared so difficult to find somewhere to sit. The food was fine though.
- S3707OKtracym (2/5): Dissapointed - Disappointed, feels very tired and in need of some tlc. I actually live very local but needed to stay somewhere overnight for myself and autistic daughter. Location was perfect , beautiful sea view , but the room was disappointing stains on bed linen, no tea or coffee in the room , damp musty smell . The noise from above was very triggering for my daughter, sounded like a baby elephant walking around, plus noisy next door neighbour, I found the bed uncomfortable having rheumatoid arthritis, all in all it served a purpose but I wouldn’t return to this premier inn
- Nikbobs (8/5): Location is excellent - I stayed 4 nights here in a Premier Plus room.
Check in was very good by Elaine. If you arrive earlier than the 3pm check in time staff are under instructions not to check in prior unless you’ve paid extra for an early check in. I’ve experienced this before in other Premier Inns
The waiting area is small with lots of luggage stored around.
I was allocated a room on the 3rd floor where the Premier plus rooms are to the rear of the property. The room was quiet but housekeeping was below par which baffles me every time because if I can see an unclean issue why can’t a professional??
The vent in the bathroom needs a clean and even though the bedding was clean it was stained and IMO shouldn’t be used.
I do not use the aircon/heat unit as I find them far too noisy, but I could smell food cooking smells in my room at certain times of the day this must be due to the kitchen being at the rear of the building and the smells travelling up from the vents, this is very off putting and request a room at the front to alleviate this.
The pillows aren’t good so happy I brought my own like I always do.
The Premier Plus WiFi you receive included with the room is bad, one of those useless WiFi’s which never work. Pointless.
Parking is opposite on the council owned land which is very reasonable and ideally located.
I would stay here again but ask for a room at the front.
- V4745URashleyb (10/5): Wedding - Stayed here for a wedding at old thorns with my partner. We had a good stay, rooms are clean, but dated. The staff we saw were always nice and happy to help us. Will stay again if in the area
- paulad132016 (10/5): Hidden Gem - Great little gem of Goodrington. We come every October half term and always enjoy our stay. Great location, buses to Brixham,Paignton and Torquay. Lovely beach and super staff!! Brewers Fayre is also fab with great breakfasts.
- B6209MLrogerb (10/5): Enjoyable stay at Goodrington premier - Just spent two week break at this hotel it’s a lovely location and all the staff are very helpful to your needs even the cleaning team, the manager Roy was most helpful on our last day accommodating a lot of our luggage whilst we waited for transport, we had a nice chat with him he runs a good ship with a good team so well done Roy.The restaurant staff was also brilliant and polite at all times we met Kiki our table server she made our holiday stay very pleasant, we highly recommend the hotel to stay it’s in a beautiful location with local buses just a short walk away to anywhere in the bay we will certainly tell friends to go for a break.and now there is a new Costa coffee shop there right by the water park which is great for morning coffee whilst you watch the dogs roaming about and they welcome dogs which is nice.
- 910gazp (10/5): Brilliant place to stay probs the best I've stayed in a long time - Had a good experience down here great staff absolutely sound especially debs on the counter lovely lass any problems she sorts the job right out cant complain what so ever
- F4393NPhollyp (10/5): Thank you Joe! - I am a complete convert to Premier Inns. Such good value for money. Clean, comfortable, efficient. Joe could not have been more helpful, friendly and effective. Our family of 5 felt extremely well cared for.
- D4935EMtoma (10/5): Good spot this very handy location - Yes I like this hotel it has room's on the ground floor necessary for me I cannot manage stairs.Car parking is free but you must login to qualify this is a new Requirement. On the Perifery of the Hotel car park there is a Large Diesel Generator which starts and stop's all night.Anyone who is a very Light sleeper may find this annoying.
- 951frankl (8/5): Could be better - Great location good food.
Unfortunately bathroom smelt of urine.
Parking charges on top of stay price cost another £37.50.Out side requires face lift.
- E9776CVkatherinet (10/5): Fantastic staff - Very large and clean room and speedy check in! Staff were fantastic and thank you to Samantha who really went the extra mile for the kids!
- Sarah (8/5): Good value in Penzance - Hotel is right on the waterfront with a big car park across the street for easy parking. Hotel is reasonably modern and well looked after. Walking distance to everything.
We had an accessible (wheelchair) room and the open wetroom bathroom that has many dirty-wheeled wheelchairs rolling over it needs to be cleaned much more regularly.
- danielfB1683OC (10/5): Premier in debs 1010 - Had a wonderful stay at premier inn Petersfield staff have been wonderful especially debs helping us with rooms and food booking she is always happy and smiley
- H5692GZdaniels (10/5): Great customer service - Had a great experience at this premier inn debs at customer service was very helpful I will definitely be staying here again
- Adventurer497871 (10/5): Nutleygirl - This is a lovely looking restored mill. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful. There was a problem with the heating/air conditioning but the weather was neither too hot or too cold so didn’t affect out stay
- helenkV4086AI (6/5): Good stay but no WiFi was frustrating - We stayed for one night in September. We had two rooms, one accessible room and one family room. The rooms were on different floors which was not great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The accessible room was huge with a walk in shower.
We had no WiFi for our stay. Reception said they have had problems with it for months. They said there is sometimes more luck getting on outside! Frustrating not to have been told in advance as I could have planned.
- mickcharlesworth (2/5): 400 mile round trip for nothing - Booked an accessible wet room for myself and my wife for the 18th September for 3 nights. When we arrived we were informed that our room was double booked and therefore not available. After a 200 mile drive we were so disappointed that we drove 200 mile home. On the morning of our arrival we were sent an email saying how much they were looking forward to seeing us. Both myself and my wife are disabled pensioners and we were treated absolutely shocking.
- Littledavegiraffe (4/5): Poor service - We would not stay there again, not friendly, unwelcoming. Our room was not ready on time, we had to wait over an hour for our room to be done. The food in the Brewers Fayre next door was lovely.
- W8147IRru (4/5): Let down by a few employees - Stayed for a long time due to work (27 days) whenever you need / want anything from reception be prepared to wait a long long while the buzzer is pointless and won'tbotheraskingbar staff. Breakfast ok but not buffet only 1 rude waitress who won't do any puts you on a dirty table with dirty tissues and cutlery (tattoos ) only gave this place 2 star because of the cleaners who couldn't do enough the rest are not great .wifi is terrible (and apparently it was just upgraded) and phone signal is pretty rubbish too. Been worst but also been to a lot better
- philipfT2281FM (2/5): Scruffy, Shabby, dirty..its a shame, it could been excellent as its location is beautiful! - Firstly where & when did trip advisor get the photo of the hotel, it must be 10 years out of date & that's being kind, I don't think it's seen any outside maintenance for many years. The inside looks the same, very shabby, I've seen much better carpets in a skip.
Didn't see anything about the £7:50 PER NIGHT parking charge when we booked!
Room 2 was shabby, bathroom floor was filthy, looked like only the middle of the floor had been mopped since it was fitted.
Bed was comfy, linen was clean, overbath shower was good just watch out for the kettle! it's stainless steel outer shell with no insulation means if you accidentally touch it after it boiled you'll scold yourself..
Location is excellent as the torbay is beautiful.
Most of the staff where excellent but had to complain about various things, told to ask for the room to be cleaned if staying for more than one night, then told that staff had to many rooms to clean to service our room! But after complaining it was eventually done.
Booked meal deal for convenience and this was good but had to complain about extra charges added as the wording on the information sheet was unambiguous and misunderstood by the staff.
I have used premier sites for overnight stays many times but very disappointed with this one, we were staying for a number of days visiting relatives and attending a wedding and location suited our needs being on the bay but I wouldn't stay there if I'd known how shabby it was.
DISAPPOINTING LENNY HENRY! And That you advise for them...must have paid you well! 🤑😏
- 499eganp (2/5): Not Good - Dirty bathroom. Faulty and very noisy air con. We cancelled our 2nd day as little sleep on the 1st day. The room was in severe need of refurbishment.
- crescento2025 (6/5): Your typical premier inn - Cost £615 for four nights in mid-September and this was for a standard room with just an early check in as an extra! The room itself was clean however could see signs of wear and tear on the walls of both the bedroom and bathroom. Tap was also a bit stiff and on the first night wouldn't stop running. It's a great location, next to shops, coastal walks and transport however the cost is too high for what you get. Particularly as it isn't peak summer season. Staff were very friendly though.
- AndrewG1965 (10/5): Business Trip - Well Looked After - Lovely stay, from the moment we walked in as a large business group. Well looked after and super steak! Debs on the front desk was excellent and calm.
- adea727 (8/5): Lack of staff and food ! - Great location - directly opposite the train and bus stations. Converted warehouse so looks nice - unlike most Premier Inns!
But for the second hotel running they ran out of food at evening meal time. Same happened in Margate.
Staff were fantastic but Premier Inn now only employ the bare minimum of people. So people were waiting at reception as the staff were serving meals ! Premier Inn is no longer cheap so why no staff ?
- H4584ZGpaule (10/5): Debs the receptionist - Been staying here for the last week, today one of my work colleagues bookings had been cancelled, but DEBS behind reception went above and beyond to sort this mistake out,top lady and the Beefeater staff are always pleasant and nothings ever to much,I would stay here again if working in this area.
- margaretbM8778LO (10/5): Very friendly reception staff - Just got today 7 sept 2025 to hotel branwells in penzance premier inn the staff very helpful and accommodating even though I book for early check in and its not time them arranged a different room for me and I am in there now.
They are and will go out there way to help you
Thank you very much
Margaret baigrie
- barbaratC1378AJ (10/5): Great short break in Penzance - A wonderful few days in Cornwall at Bramwell Mill Premier Inn in Penzance. Stawere very welcoming and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. I would like make a special mention of Chef Dave who cooked delicious breakfasts including perfect poached eggs, just as I like them. Many thanks Dave.
- michaeli685 (4/5): Disappointed - I expected the place to be in better condition, as it is fairly new. However, the bathroom was in very poor condition, with rusty fixtures, peeling paintwork, and dirty grout between the tiles. No matter how many times I tried, I could not get a permanent internet connection with the Wi-Fi. I was not aware of the £7.50 a day parking charge until after i had booked and paid for my stay. I had to go back to reception to replenish the tea, milk and sugar as only 4 of these were supplied for the 4 days i was staying.
- AOB511 (8/5): Great location and enjoyable stay - Great location for kids right next to the water park and the beach. Close to plenty of restaurants and coffee place. The walk into Paignton is a little challenging (steep hill) for those of us in advanced years but the exercise is good. The staff were friendly and often run off their feet especially at breakfast time. We took the train but note that parking is chargeable at the hotel, £7.50 per day at time of writing. Food was good, decent prices for drinks. Our room was clean and tidy with a lovely sea view. Overall an enjoyable stay.
- 5GTSDH (6/5): Weekend away. - Breakfast was great and bed was really comfortable. Room was quiet so sleep was undisturbed.
However, carpet in bedroom had not been hoovered and windows were sealed shut so no fresh air.
No parking at hotel but public (pay and display) carpark directly opposite.
- gloriagloriavince1 (10/5): Satisfaction of accommodation - Having been delayed on St Mary’s we couldn’t get a train home until the following day and booked in to Premier Inn. We were lucky to get one of the last rooms available . The staff were very accommodating and the room was excellent. At breakfast Samantha was especially helpful and her knowledge of Penzance was very useful.
- 362scotland (2/5): Don’t ever go into this hotels car park - I received a parking charge made by Horizon for parking in the Premier Inn Goodrington hotel car park. The charge was for parking for two days from 8 July to 10 July. This is clearly a scam by Horizon. I turned in the car park on 8 July and again on 10 July when taking my grandson to the nearby water park. On both days I have receipts from Ringgo for parking in other car parks in Paignton and also for the hotel we were staying at in Torquay. Sadly this was an Avis hire car and they have paid the fine and are now hounding me for the amount paid. I am now getting red warning letters.
Despite multiple calls and emails with the hotel this charge has still not been cancelled. Avoid the hotel at all costs.
- Portmeirionman (6/5): Room 111. A hotel room or a prison cell? - Room 111 is a disabled room. I use a wheelchair. I phoned the hotel before arrival and they were extremely helpful. They ensured I had a room with a roll in shower and they kindly raised their (ridiculously) low bed on" elephant feet" (see photo) to make the bed the same height as a normal bed (someone within Premier Inn thinks people in wheelchairs are all midgets). Anyway, thank you to the team for raising the bed. Unfortunately, the only natural light was a small square window (which was sealed and could not be opened) and was at least 5 foot above floor level so completely impossible to look out the window. The air conditioning did not work correctly so it was really stuffy and felt like there was no air in the room.
The same people who think it's okay for adapted rooms to have beds so low, you can trip over them, also think it's reasonable to put so many adaptations in a shower room, they forget to consider what this means in practice. Just look at the chrome and stainless metalwork in the photo, drop down handholds, drop down chair, the additional handholds, it's more like an ironmongers than a shower room, every time you move your arms, you hit them on another piece of metalwork. Who was advising these people on adaptations? Clearly not someone with a disability.
When we arrived, we parked just outside the front door against the wall. We were told we were not allowed to park there, even with blue badges, because space was needed at all times for deliveries. Consequently, we parked over the road at a cost of £25 to 3 days (Yes, Cornwall Council charge blue badge holders to park, of course they do…!). Every one of those three days, there were cars parked outside of the hotel, these were customers, not deliveries, parked exactly where we were told we could not park even with a blue badge.
The staff were young and helpful but when you pay £560 for 3 nights in a Premier Inn in Penzance, why is it that the disabled rooms are always the most inconveniently located? Feel very frustrated about the parking and the lack of windows in the bedroom. How about adapt one of the bedrooms with windows instead of adaptive a room no one wants to sleep in?
- Z2191VIjackb (10/5): Great great great place - I have to say, this premier inn is by far superior to any I've stayed in. Debs is amazing. Real asset. Clean rooms, good food and service all round.
- Jodieroberts (8/5): Great Location - Overall, I would recommend this hotel ! The location is great, plenty of parking, there is a McDonalds and M&S food petrol station on site and a Beefeater Pub. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean overall, although could do with some cobwebs removed in the finer detail. The bed was clean and comfortable !! The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 , is due to the finer details and the fact that it was very loud at 6am, which disturbed my sleep. I understand that noise can always be an issue, but this was ridiculously early. Other than that, I highly recommend !
- 599MarkM (6/5): Ok hotel, poor Brewers Fayre - The hotel room was ok, could not open the window but air conditioning worked ok.
Unfortunately the big let down is the Brewers Fayre (whrlere breakfast is served) adjacent, not enough members of the team, tables left with empty plates, broken glass / plates. Staff seemed not to care
Not only was dirty but also looked very tired, needs to have a leadership team who care and also support to renovate
- Natalie7382 (8/5): Placed perfectly to explore. Premier Inn hits the nail on the head again! - Fairly easy to find if you can follow Google Maps. Parking is good but a little confusing on what part belongs to the hotel.
The view was gorgeous, with a view of the beach from one room and the park from another.
It is very close to the waterpark (less than 5min walk) and Goodrington Sands beach (also less than 5min walk).
The staff are friendly, bar staff are patient and accomodating.
The WiFi is not very good at all and data usage is hard as reception is not very good.
Overall it was a pleasant stay for 3 nights.
- pye65 (10/5): Breakfast - I arrived for breakfast only on Bank Holiday Monday which was extremely busy, despite this the lovely host, Claire was warm and welcoming.
Despite not everything being available on the menu, she went out of her way to ensure I had plenty of vegetarian options before I paid.
I wanted to praise her for remaining professional, courteous and humorous under extreme pressure and difficult circumstances.
An absolute credit to the company.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Wander64788150272 (8/5): A beautiful cornish welcome - A wonderful stay with connectivity to all the major attractions. Just a few yards from the train station and bust stop, and a number of nice shopping areas nearby. Really friendly and welcoming staff, great for families and hustling businessmen as well.
- 97elenacameliam (2/5): Do not book this hotel, find an alternative - Rooms looked and smelled disgusting. Customer service is non existent and reception staff talk to you like they’re doing you a favour checking you in and not happy to help. An I don’t give a monkey attitude. Breakfast was okay but bring your own mug for tea/ coffee as theirs are disgusting. First and part time booking this hotel for sure.
- L352GCbobc (2/5): Beefeater Shut at 9 ?! - 12 of us booked hotel for a Sunday night , turned up just after 9 to pop to the Beefeater to find it was closing for food and drink ?!
Multiple families and singles turned up looking to eat - all went down to Weatherspoons
- Coastal13823758715 (10/5): Good standard as usual - Visited on two separate occasions, the latest one being last night. Both visits extremely satisfactory on all counts. Very friendly, attentive staff and excellent food and service. Would recommend to others and will certainly call again when in the area.
- T6441BFcharlies (10/5): Caring and warm staff, clean - The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower and plenty of space. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and made my 3 year olds stay extra special. Dee and Samantha would arrange his dinosaur teddies after each clean in a fun way (with new treats) so my son would come back to the room after a day out excited to see what his dinosaurs had been up to. Excellent!
- stevehL4066VH (4/5): Sad to see - Although the staff were excellent; thoughtful, helpful and courteous, the building, rooms, beds, and decor looked very very tired, overused and unappealing.
If you add to this we had to pay for our parking and Wi-Fi access on top of our room at £133 for one night without breakfast, I thought the overall stay was not good value for money. I would not recommend it.
- raym0nddanielb (8/5): Absolutely a gem on the bay. Needs house keeping though. - Great place and lovely staff, perfect location and great food options , awesome place with the beach a few feet away and a massive green to the side
We love coming here but it really does need some house keeping in the terrace we have been every year for the last 5 years and never seen it clean always rubbish on the floor , tables left uncleaned and ashtrays all over ! Putting that aside it is a brilliant spot
- j0y137 (6/5): Expensive for basic facilities - Expensive, not good value. Clean comfortable room and bed. Decent shower. Limited refreshments. No biscuits, no herbal tea, no box of tissues.
- jakesK5486LZ (10/5): Stayed for work - Debs on the reception was very helpful and looked after me. Couldnt ask for anymore from her. Ive stayed here a few times now and she always very nice
- Z5442XIandrewm (2/5): Changed £58 for a meal 'deal' that is advertised as £26.99 ! - Don't do the 'upgrade' to a 'meal deal' as it will cost over double!
When I stay in a Premier inn with my young son, I always Pre pay for breakfast, as it's a super deal as kids eat free, and £10.99 for us both to have unlimited breakfast is great!
On our first evening, at reception I paid an additional £16 to upgrade to include dinner and a drink. I paid for my sons meal seperately at the bar.
As this had worked out so well, we repeated this process for our second night !
After checking out - I was then CHARGED £64 for 2 meal deals - which I had already paid for ! It's now a week later and I still have not got my money back. The hotel itself is super, as it's such a PERFECT location. But in the unlikely event we did ever go back - I would never ever get involved with any form of meal 'deal' !
Sadly as the money was taken without my consent, I was then unable to meet some of my other payment deadlines.
The premier inn customer service team have been fairly helpful on the phone and I have been assured that I will get a refund - (eventually) , But I am still heartbroken that I was charged for something I had ALREADY paid for !!!!
- 656wayne96 (8/5): An ok stay, but could have been better - Hotel was ok, im not a fan of paying to park your car at a hotel youre staying at . Wifi and air con were both very poor, with a hot and stuffy room.
Room could have been cleaned better before we arrived. Hotel located on the beach and overall we enjoyed our stay. We were sent an email saying we could possibly check in for 11am, but the receptionist wouldnt allow it.
- twinmummy1967 (6/5): Decent budget hotel. Skip the breakfast. - Perfectly good hotel and met our needs because of its location.
Rooms are basic but clean, lovely comfortable bed and lots of parking.
The big downside is the breakfast. Sad looking continental and horrible cooked. Save the £10.99 and go to the McDonald’s across the road.
- davideY9787KH (8/5): Much needed a few days break - We have dated at many premier inns in the past including this one at petersfield. We found the staff were very friendly.
The beds as usual were very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was very welcoming due to the hot weather that we had. The rooms though are in need of an overhaul as they are now very dated. Overall we had a good time, I just hope that a chamberhand found my phone charger and handed it in we were in room 121.
