Guest Reviews
- 438dales (2/5): Absolutely Awful - Floors were so badly creaking from above we could not get any sleep. TV remote controller was broken and there is no hand rose for the shower only a ceiling rose which means you cant have a shower without getting totally soaked. Parking was a joke. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is very badly sound proofed you could hear everything from everywhere especially the floor creaking.
- Now-u-c-mee (8/5): Nice affordable place to stay - I had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. Room was neat and clean. Comfy bed. Nice clean bathroom with hot shower. I just couldn't find the switch for exhaust fan which caused the condensation after showering. Thanks to the male receptionist who helped me open the sim card slot on my phone using his ear studs. Mc donalds was only 2 mins walk so I had my dinner and breakfast there. Overall very nice experience.
- Wendylee68 (10/5): Perfect place to stay before a day of travel! - Premier Inn has always been my choice of hotels, especially when travelling.
Location-close to terminal 5 was perfect as we live in Devon, staying overnight before day of travel makes so much sense…paid a little extra to check in early, most definitely worth it. Food is always good, bed was really comfy, shower was great!
- 272roryb (8/5): Good enough (and great bed) - The beds are always comfy and the room was large and clean. It was a little on the pricey side considering what I got out of it, but no worse value than any of the alternatives.
- leek1972 (10/5): Good budget option for LHR T5 - Out of all the premier inns that we’ve stayed in, this one is definitely one of our favourites so far. Our room was very spacious, modern and lots of amenities included (safe/iron etc.) which is unexpected for a standard room in a budget hotel. The bathroom was big although no walk-in shower which was the only downside.
Nice bar area, good beer selection and the food was ok. Five minute drive to Heathrow T5 short stay/terminal parking.
Great option for Heathrow Terminal 5 and excellent value except overnight parking which was £1 per hour for hotel guests.
- galileo72 (8/5): Convenient although looking a bit tired - Stayed for one night as a convenience - rather than run the risk of landing late and missing a coach/train home. The hotel is conveniently 2 bus stops away from Terminal 5 Arrivals. Take (at the time of writing - November 2025), the No. 423 Bus from the Terminal Bus stop (right outside Arrivals) and get off at the second stop - this is for the Thistle Hotel, but the stop itself is outside the Premier Inn (much easier to find than the T4 Premier Inn entrance!). Nov 2025 this cost £1.75 per person, and takes no more than 10 minutes if that. Staff were exceptionally friendly, especially our host in the restaurant who was able to accomodate us within 20 minutes of arriving - I think she is from the Lebanon, but never got her name - you are a credit to your organisation, thank you for making the final night of our travels pleasant. The hotel/rooms themselves, very much like T4 are tired, but to be expected given the volume of visitors it gets on a daily basis. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and we had ample tea and milk, though I don't understand why de-caff tea is never provided. The restaurant in the evening was busy but the food was hot and tasty and a good portion size. We opted for the meal deal, which is exceptionally good value - you wont get a starter, main meal, drink, plus unlimited cooked breakfast for less than £28 anywhere in the UK, so would definately recommend this. Breakfast was a quiet affair, but everything was on offer, though bread seemed a little stale. Staff again were very friendly and happy to help. The bus stop for the 423 back to T5 is on the opposite side of the road, leaving every 20 minutes, taking 10 minutes max at a cost of £1.75 per person.
- arelennox (10/5): Clean and cosy - great for a rest in the midst of travelling - Really lovely experience. Seamless check-in and nice room. We only had a few hours to check-in, sleep and return to the airport, and we'd booked the stay last minute so didn't have a check the reviews, so were worried with what we've find. Happily it was very pleasant and comfortable, which helped a lot after nearly 24 hours travelling.
- J477BEandrewl (10/5): A great Overnight Stay for T5 - An excellent nights stay at Premier Inn T5 before our flight to Singapore. We have used Premier Inn T4 previously on many occasions ,which is equally as good, but this was our first visit here.
We booked a Premier Plus room which was well worth the extra charge and enjoyed dinner the night before, which together with breakfast the following morning proved to be an excellent value for money ‘meal deal’.
The staff were all professional, helpful and friendly but if I had to single anyone out it would be Fatima in the restaurant who went ‘the extra mile’ to provide a first rate service as well as a lovely surprise cake.
Well done! You are a credit to your organisation.
- tamm341 (10/5): Best Premier Inn we’ve stayed in - We have already recommended this Premier Inn to several people. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and that we were valued customers. Two ladies greeted us- one helped us to check in at the self service machine and the other asked if our younger daughter would like some sweets (yes!) Our room was very clean, including the bathroom and everything (including the A/C) worked well and did not look worn. Our room faced the terminal 5 building and had a good view of planes taking off and landing yet there was no noise at all and we got a great sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great- the tables were clean and lots of hot food was on the buffet. The staff were lovely, especially Fatima who was so friendly to our younger daughter and we were even given a box of chocolates! When we left, it was only a 7 minute bus ride on the 423 from the bus stop opposite the hotel to Terminal 5. Having stayed in a different Premier Inn outside London the previous night, which had been a total disappointment, this one finished off our trip down south on a much more positive note and we would definitely stay here again if we are flying from Heathrow.
- Wayward_Daughter67 (10/5): Did the job. - We stopped overnight for an early flight at Heathrow.
Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not much else you need from a hotel.
The restaurant was welcoming and the server was friendly. The meal was quite pricey and it wasn't anything special, but it was edible.
- H7811TFbrianw (10/5): Premier Inn - Love all the staff here. Very welcoming and friendly. Adrianna knows my preferences and so check in is a breeze. 5 star. ❤️
- Rooftop_Beach (8/5): Great hospitality - We stayed here 16-17th Nov'25. Check in staff was welcoming, friendly and polite. The other lady at the front desk was also attentive and helpful (15.00-15.30).
We got room #322 a quiet room away from lifts as we prefered. There are 4 Levels here. Top floor is Premier Plus Rooms. Standard rooms are on Level 1-3. Reception, restaurant, bar and Costa Coffee are on Level 0.
We used lifts quite a few times and never had a long wait. Public areas were tidy and clean. Our twin bed room was also clean. Everything in our room worked well. Nice to have iron, ironing board, minibar, safety box and extra pillows in the room.
Our beds were spotlessly clean. Extra bed wasn't very comfy. Bathroom fan was pretty noisy. Great soundproof. Couldn't hear traffic noise. We didn't have a chance to try breakfast. Free bus #423 from/to Heathrow Terminal 5 (Stand #6 at teminal 5) Hoppa Bus is £6.80 for passengers with suitcases.
It was only £48 for our overnight stay without breakfast. Absolutely value for money. Way better than Holiday Inn Express Heathrow T5 where we stayed before.
- mrsn47 (10/5): Great stopover after long flight - Room clean comfortable and practical
Bed and bed linen wonderful
Shower fantastic
Breakfast wonderful
Amazing waitress Fatima credit to Premier Inn
- Jennydk1 (10/5): Outstanding service and spotless hotel - We had most outstanding service from everyone at this hotel. Fatima was particularly kind and thoughtful by celebrating my birthday with a little song, card and box of chocolates. Her warmth and enthusiasm is something that Premier Inn should value and use as an example of exceptional customer service and care. Thank you Fatima. The breakfast here was hot and fresh with plenty to choose from. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything that you need for an overnight/ short stay. Well done to housekeeping for this. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar and again received friendly and polite service. We will certainly return when flying from Heathrow. Thank you Premier Inn Terminal 5.
- skyfriendbrighton (4/5): Below acceptable rooms, amenities and housekeeping. - Really good location next to T5. Staff consistently friendly. Food and beverage is OK and reasonable prices.
I have stayed here more than 50 times.
However, it is deteriorating and is falling behind the competition, Housekeeping is unacceptable. There was fallen leaf debris and litter in the corridors for four days - I mean the same debris and litter, no vacuuming in the corridors for three days in a row. The carpets are stained. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The duvet is stiff and uncomfortable. The mattress has a waterproof plastic sheet. (Most/many LHR hotels have these but it is still very irritating.)
Room lighting is harsh. The free wifi is pathetic and the paid upgraded wifi speed is not good either. The design of the hotel keeps 4/5G signals out for many/most rooms. The TV is small and tuned to non HD channels which is irritating.
During my last stay, I caught myself wondering, "Why am I here?"
It is a good price point but I no longer consider it to be a good value.
- S9062YPmichaela (10/5): Very nice energy 👍 - Fatima was a breath of fresh air greeting us at Breakfast and a huge asset to premier inn. Thank you. Mike, Jenny and Julie.
- E64MZdavidp (10/5): Convenient Stay Near Heathrow Terminal 5 - We stayed overnight before an early flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. The hotel offers a direct shuttle to the terminal, and there are also local buses or Uber rides available at a reasonable cost for two people. The property was clean, well-equipped with all the essentials, and the staff were welcoming. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, making it a comfortable and practical choice for travelers.
The room was quiet, with no noise disturbances, ensuring a good night’s rest. For added convenience, vending machines are available if you need any last-minute travel essentials like toothpaste or other small items.
- I5435SQchristopherc (4/5): Noisy room, and short beds - Constant noise from a clunky fan that you can’t turn off, and the bed was very short. I’m 5 foot 10 inches and never had this issue at any previous premier inn previously
- sbsElPasoUSA (10/5): Staff made all the difference - Incredible service beginning from check in and continuing for dinner and breakfast and checkout . I’ve stayed here before, and it continues to be one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The staff make all the difference.
- graham999Manchester (10/5): Always book premium - Had premium room. Again excellent value. Coffee pod machine in room, upgraded shower, very comfortable bed. Included breakfast where again couldn’t fault premier inn. Hot and cold buffet plus could order some hot items on demand. Coffee again very good
- ToonTravels1958 (10/5): Well soundproofed and very close to the airport. - Just one night before a flight. No complaints, I’d happily stay again. It’s very quiet, despite being so close to the airport. I had a steak at the restaurant and the staff were so lovely and attentive - excellent customer service. Just FYI, I got the 423 bus to the hotel no problem. However, the next morning, the driver refused to let anyone with a suitcase on! I didn’t have time to wait for the airport hopper so some other passengers and I got an Uber. It came very quickly and the app said it would be £16. Later on I realised he’d added various airport charges on and it came to £28!
- G5281JUtracyb (2/5): Avoid haywards heath - Room wasn't very clean gave me wrong room will not return again as I've stayed in many and I have to say this is the worse one
- Thinner-lizzy (8/5): Nice & comfy but Car Park Prices Atrocious!!! - Have stayed here many times over the last few years. Staff were friendly and helpful but the car parking prices are unreal. Once you’ve parked you can’t move your car or you have to pay every time you move it, £8 whether you are there 10 mins or 6hrs, or £15 over 6hrs.
So we parked up and we’re going to go out for a meal using the car, but to move the car once and return for the night is a whopping £20!!!
And that’s if you’ve managed to get a discount code or it would have been £23!!!’
Absolutely disgusting prices, I understand it’s not the Premier Inn’s fault but come on, basically putting another £20 on the price you’ve already paid for the room.
Needless to say, this will be our last visit to this particular Premier Inn, and that’s purely because of extortionate car parking charges.
- D1640AMdavidd (8/5): Poor reception service - Bar staff very nice. Tried to check in 10 minutes early and the reception lady (really unfriendly) just stated if you want to check in 10 mins early it’s £15. No customer service focus at all.
- John (10/5): - Easy connection to all Heathrow terminals and to To London. Easy check in. Breakfast available at hotel or McDonalds 100 yards away.
- Timothy P (8/5): - The location is great. One can get to Heathrow T5 on the #423 bus from directly across the street, for 1.75 (tap to pay on the bus with a credit card). No need to pay four times as much for the slower and less frequent Hotel Hoppa. The noon checkout time is also a plus. The minuses are (1) a rather limited choice of nearby dining (though there is a McDonalds right next door), and (2) rather poor WiFi (i.e., it may take several attempts just to get checked in for a flight online).
- Bethany (6/5): - Was ok.
- MAVIS (8/5): - Everything is good but the hotel doesn't provide airport shuttle.
- kevin (8/5): - Room was fine
- Jonathan (10/5): - Really good staffing and service here, felt much higher than the level of budget.
- Nicola (6/5): - Easy to get to from Terminal 5, pity Uber and Taxis have to charge such high fees of nearly £50 for a couple of miles.
Check in was easy at 11pm. Room was very small for a family of 4, with 3 beds crammed in and very little space for luggage. Carpet was a little dirty. Ground floor room was very quiet, which was brilliant.
Breakfast was a surprise, with full cooked and continental buffet and made to order items, plenty of tables and very helpful staff. Room service menu and bar very extensive too. A good option for an overnight airport hotel but family room is too small for a family of 4.
- Christian (8/5): - Great stay at the Premier Inn, the rooms are dated and not the best for cleanliness but it was a great stay overall.
- Kerry (8/5): - Reasonably priced hotel near Heathrow. Getting to terminal five was super easy on a city bus.
- Paul (2/5): - Check in was a disaster, the person handling it has managed to charge my debit card THREE times and has said that he cannot do anything about it. I can only hope this is rectfied before catching my flight home to Canada.
- UpfromCornwall (4/5): The awful exception to Premier Inns - Hotel was good value as always with Premier Inn ands the room was nice and clean.
Service from staff on the morning I left was abysmal. Chloe, the young lady who said she was in charge also said she was still training and had only worked there for two weeks. Really ??? The most senior member of staff had worked there for two weeks and was still training. Come on Premier Inns, you should do much better than this.
Her reaction to my comment that I was getting unsatisfactory service was "That's Life".
Her interpersonal skills were non existent and this is someone who should definitely not be involved in the hospitality business.
As for the guy on the Reception Desk, Georgi I think his name was, you get more help from a brick wall and he wasn't interested at all in the issue.
I don't expect 5 Star treatment from a Budget Hotel Chain, what I do expect though is civility and a desire to deal with a Guest's problem.
- Juan (6/5): - Convenient close to the airport
- Helen (10/5): - The room is clean & spacious. I would recommend & come against
- Mark (10/5): - The staff was extremely helpful whenever we asked for assistance.
- sharonpK5042KP (10/5): Brilliant place to stay , kind and attentive team . Close to station - The team were friendly professional attentive and kind . Nothing was too much trouble . We will stay there again because of the service and care we received .
- JOHN (10/5): - nice accommodation in a very convenient Airport location. Restaurant is good and food was good.
- dennis (10/5): - Very nice.
- Michael (10/5): - Spotless, quiet room, and comfortable bed. A very good value.
- Richard Allen (10/5): - This is an airport hotel food was good. Access to the airport was good was very clean.
- Helen (8/5): - The price for the area was good. It was clean&quite. When you are at terminal 5 get the bus 423 bus stop 6 it goes directly next to the parking lot of the hotel to your right, make sure get off at second stop from airport. After first stop push the stop button on the bus so the driver can stop at the second stop by the hotel. The bus stop going back to terminal was right across from hotel to your right. It takes you directly to Airport. For payment was easy just tap your credit card for each person on your group. There is drop box for hotel at reception for check out.
- 983michaelK (8/5): Very good value for a budget hotel - As always, the Premier Inn had very good management and staff with excellent service. I found the style very friendly at all times. The breakfast was in a bar area with some chairs and tables and was adequate my advice is don’t go for your breakfast at a busy time, otherwise the whole hotel will be wanting breakfast at the same time. I use Premier Inn all over the country and found them all very good the beds are very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Downside I felt they are cutting back a little bit here and there and it is beginning to become a little bit noticeable. But I can understand with the financial climate. I think it’s very well well worth staying at a Premier Inn and the one at Haywards Heath was absolutely as I would expect. Very close to the station and Waitrose if you need some extra bits. The only suggestion if they’re recycling the room cards, maybe they could give them a bit of a clean.
- S1660CJelizabethf (2/5): Horrendous customer service - AVOID THIS HOTEL - We booked our room on the phone to make sure we had an interconnecting room for our children.
We arrived at the hotel to be told there was a note on our booking but we hadn't paid for 2 rooms so they only had one. We were told on the phone we had booked 2 rooms together.
We rang and booked on the phone for this reason to make sure we had connected rooms. The member of staff on reception (who was in charge of the hotel that evening) rang their regional manager however no help. We were told we would have to pay for a second room. We were also told they may or may not have one and no compensation or reimbursement may happen even though it was their error. So at this point I was unclear if they had 2 interconnecting rooms available or not. We asked to speak personally to the manager and was told we weren't able to. The member of staff said he believed we had booked 2 connected rooms as it was odd it had been written on the notes. He even said something along the lines of 'Why would you need to write interconnecting room if you don't need one' however even though he said this he kept saying he couldn't help. In the end we had to take the room as my children were so tired and the interconnecting room that might have been available was given away to other checking in. We would have got on with it if it was just 1 night but we were staying 2 nights. Horrendous customer service! Also furniture in the room was broken. Avoid this hotel!
- Laurel (8/5): - Everyone on staff was wonderful except for one very unhelpful desk clerk. Other staff jumped in and helped out and were very helpful.
- V1923GErichardh (10/5): Perfect stay - I was met by Ben who checked me into my room. Ben was very polite, friendly and professional, and he made me aware of offers at the bar which was well received after a long day. My room was air conditioned, clean and comfortable.
- Joyraffe (8/5): Convenient location, good stay, felt a bit pricey - Good hotel. Good location for the station and Haywards Heath. A bit pricey. Comfy room. Good bed and bathroom. Good facilities. Staff were all lovely. Could use just a bit more dusting and some doors etc are starting to look a bit shabby.
- Robert (10/5): - It is very convenient to Heathrow Terminal 5. The price is very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable.
- David (8/5): - It was a bit of a surprise that the Premier Inn at Terminal 5 is actually a 20 pound cab ride from Terminal 5. Otherwise, the property, staff and room were nice. The best thing about the location is the walk to The White Horse pub which was a very nice old pub and friendly locals and servers.
- E6172QDkarenf (10/5): Iris - I would like to say Iris is a amazing member of the premier inn team who always goes the extra mile for the hotel. She is friendly and professional, warm and welcoming.
She often puts on a very brave face while others shy away from work.
- neilf879 (10/5): Fletcher - I would like to thank Iris for looking after us tonight She is amazing and can not do enough for you She is always smiling and even under pressure Thank you Iris
- ameliae679 (10/5): Very pleasant and clean, got the job done - We stayed one night as we were in the area for a wedding. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was nice, good portions and they were really helpful about allergens which is important to me as I need gluten-free. The staff were outstanding, very friendly, helpful and attentive and we enjoyed our stay. I see there have been some negative reviews so I wanted to emphasize it was good for us and I was especially impressed with the staff. I'd be happy to come back.
- Nick545789 (10/5): Very comfortable stay. - A very nice moderately-sized hotel whose staff are very friendly and always want to please. The accessibility for the station is excellent and there are nice shops nearby. Cleanliness is exceptional …
We will be returning …
- O4637XAleem (4/5): Iris is great and deserves a raise but Would not use again as the staff and chef need to raise their standards - Arrived on the Monday afternoon after work checked in and went the room which stunk of cannabis so went straight back to reception to change room which they did but is still not great for first impressions. The building doesn’t seem to have great insulation between floors because I could hear people stomping around a lot in the evening. The fact that the package my company had paid for was to include free parking but we got told that the hotel doesn’t own the parking so could either park up the road or pay £15 a night to park at the hotel 😡 the one person who seemed to be the most confident and helpful person was called Iris, who always made us feel welcome and was always polite and positive and happy which made us feel better about the things that were going wrong with the place and think she deserves staff of the month for her work.
- michaeldD6540TM (10/5): Absolutely amazing to both of them for helping us and professionalism. Made us feel welcome and happy to stay here. Ple - Ben was an amazing help. We traveled cross country and made us feel welcome and at home. Callum was absolutely greta too. Both helps us understand how check in worked and made us fell welcome. Great experience
- 720nikkiv (10/5): Amazing Staff! - Ben was incredibly helpful checking us in and provided some great suggestions for dining options in the area. Callum is also amazing!!
- michaeldF1145XW (10/5): Must stop in! - Such great service and wonderful atmosphere! We really enjoyed our time here in Hayward Heath! Can’t wait to come back again!
- stephaniedF1886FS (10/5): Great staff - Hotel was clean and staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in the door. Ben and Callum immediately helped us check in, answered our questions about the area and made excellent drinks at the bar. Definitely recommend this hotel.
- marknL2804DG (10/5): Professional service - Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism of Ben, Inis and Rowan
This is by far one of the best premier inns I’ve stayed in
- LEE (10/5): - Good service
- Jun-qing (10/5): - Good lighting in the rooms, creates a perfect ambiance for a good night sleep. Great breakfast, perfect prior to our flight back. Short Uber ride to Heathrow. Great value than any hotels in central London.
- Irina (6/5): Getting to the hotel - Hotel is not in the terminal 5. There is a shuttle bus that goes once every hour and cost about 7 pounds each way.
There is also a local bus option , but I did not see is in property description. Room is OK , but carpet was durty...
There ws a coffie and tes in tht room. That ws good for our late arrival.
- Vidhya (8/5): - We stopped here for a quick refresh. Low cost option located conveniently close to Heathrow if you have a rental car.
- Imtiaz (10/5): - Clean updated hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Conveniently located close to Terminal 5, which is why we stayed. Everyone staying is for the same purpose, Terminal 5. There is a shuttle bus that runs every half hour to Terminal 5. Easiest and cheapest way to the airport. Stops right outside the front door of the hotel. We had a family room. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Would stay again.
- Ruxandra (10/5): - This was an excellent hotel choice for our 2 night stay in London, when we had to be near the Heathrow airport. 6 minutes away from Heathrow terminal 5 by bus 423, the station was right in front of the hotel. The room was completely sound-proof, extremely clean, crisp bedsheets, very comfortable beds and quality bedding, AC, modern, nothing to complain about. Check-in and check-out was fast, we enjoyed a nice late night dinner at their restaurant, breakfast was also excellent, with hot breakfast items, English breakfast, fruits, pastries, good coffee and really nice and friendly staff. There are also vending machines with snacks available, they also have a coffee shop. We were very pleased, and we would book this hotel over and over again.
- Alicia (10/5): - Great location for early flights, with everything you need.
- Paul (8/5): - Very friendly stuff. Price is reasonable. The parking is too costly. £22 a day. The breakfast is great.
- Juan Robledo (10/5): Loved our stay! - Great!
- NOZOMI (8/5): - As there were only curtains around shower area, couldn’t use the toilet until it gets dried up a bit…that’s the only problem I had.
- Susan (10/5): - We traveled with two kids and did a family room. It was
- Alistair (6/5): - Key card cutting machine wasn’t working upon arrival so I was awarded a skeleton key that opens every door in the hotel! And so was everyone else! That means everyone could’ve opened anyone’s door unless bolted from the inside. In my opinion this is further evidence the world is now over-engineered but I genuinely couldn’t sleep
- Natalya (8/5): - Everything was great besides the location
It was almost a kilometer from the terminal. If you landing after 10pm you need to take an Uber. During the day time there are a shuttle every 45 min and it cost extra 15 pounds … for my family of 3 it was almost extra $50 just to get to the hotel
Not very convenient
- Anthony (10/5): - Quiet, relaxing, good food and value for money. Not to mention great staff
- Rebekah (10/5): - Quiet, comfortable and great breakfast.
- Sean (10/5): - Nice place
- Susana (6/5): - I stayed at this property purely for the convenience of catching an early flight the next morning. While I didn’t particularly enjoy the stay overall, it served its purpose. Just be aware that the property is not located inside or right next to the airport—it’s a short drive away. They do offer a paid shuttle/charter service to the airport, which was helpful, but I expected it to be a bit closer. If you’re only looking for a place to rest before a flight, it’s an okay option, but don’t expect much beyond that.
- Arda (4/5): - Bed should be sanitized
- Debra (8/5): - I booked a night here to be near to Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. I got to the hotel by bus (with my Oyster card) - check-in was very fast, room was fine, there was a restaurant to eat dinner. It was quiet so I slept well. I was worried about taking the bus back to the airport so early in the AM so I booked an Uber. But it should also very easy to take the bus back to Terminal 5. It's a solid choice for having to spend the night near the airport.
- Cosimo (8/5): - Hallway carpet dated
- Anthony (8/5): - Nice property in a nice location
- Ramaji (6/5): - The Wifi provided sucks. They also have paid Wifi. Hotel or Expedia did not inform me of this while booking.
Additionally, instead of strictly adhering to a 3:00 PM check-in, they can accommodate someone who arrives after 2:00 PM.
- Manuel (10/5): - Great staff, thank you for helping us so quickly. Would stay again.
- Leah (10/5): - Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Great area.
- Camiko (10/5): - Comfortable bed! Good customer service was good!
- Abigail (8/5): Good enough. - The restaurant was good just very slow. The people at the front seat were not friendly. The bus wouldn’t let us on with the luggage, and the shuttle wasn’t running. So… no help. Got a taxi.
- Prasath (8/5): - Very quiet and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay
- Suman (2/5): - I came with my son. We checked in late around 10:30 PM. Had luggage with us. We were given the most corner and farthest room from the elevator. No comsideration that I am with a kid and have baggage with us.
- Wayne (10/5): - Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Very clean and comfortable. Good location to the airport. Great place to stay.
- jennifer jk (10/5): - Comfortable stay.
Friendly and very helpful staff.
Excellent location for travel between Heathrow Airport, 2 stops away on local bus.
- Leah (10/5): - Staff were amazing. So nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Could not hear any noise outside of rooms. Breakfast was awesome!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A straightforward place to stay enroute to Terminal 5. Easy free shuttle between the airport and hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Few days in London - We live in South west and this hotel is very convenient, we just left the motorway in Heathrow and the car stay parked. Nice hotel and superb location. The staff is amazing.
- Tina S (10/5): Perfect Heathrow layover hotel! - I had a 17-hour layover at Heathrow and was shocked to discovered that none of the airport lounges are open 24 hours. I assumed that I'd need to dish out at least USD$200 for a decent hotel, and was so pleased when I learned about the Premier Inn. I paid so little for the room that I wasn't expecting much, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel and saw that it had a lovely restaurant and was very modern and clean from top to bottom and also felt quite homey. My room was super comfy and QUIET ... I slept like a log. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly too. You can take a Hoppa (Hopper?) bus from the airport for only 4 pounds and it's only a 10-minute drive. This was a convenient and pleasant stay that turned my layover in London into a much-needed respite during my 42-hour journey home from Asia. I will definitely stay here again.
- Terri (10/5): - A fine hotel with very caring staff from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
The only snag being that the terminal bus did not come at all in order to get to terminal 3. I heard that this had been a recent but regular problem of late. This however was not the fault of the hotel and they were most helpful in ordering a taxi.
- frequent (10/5): 5 minutes from airport comfortable clean safe - Very close to airport requires change of terminals then free bus shuttle to hotel. The airport grand staff provides good direction to the hotel.
Staff is very helpful including Patrick and another gentleman at night whose name I can't remember.
Since we arrived before check in time at about 8 am every attempt was made to mark us comfortable while writing checked in including stowing our luggage, information on places to see in London and WiFi connections. No where have I seen such willingness and initiative to make guests feel so welcome. The hotel rooms are secure and clean. We even got an adaptor for our Canadian electronics on a deposit from staff. The Costa coffee is within the building so there wasn't much to complain.
There is a free bus to the underground on through airport every twenty minutes right outside the hotel so really can't complain.
It is about 40 to 45 minutes from Leicester Square so plan accordingly since sightseeing in London pretty much closes around 5 (off season)
Great hotel for our stay
- M.Freeman (10/5): Good value at LHR - This hotel is great value for a traveller who needs close proximity to Heathrow Term 5 = not so convenient for the other terminals, There is another Premier Inn farther east on the Bath Rd which is better for Terminals 1-3. Room was clean and comfortable and a great staff. Only draw back - no shuttle service and the paid bus service is erratic and did not come anywhere near on time per their timetable. Allow extra time to get to your terminal.
- Michelle (10/5): Best London Layover Experience - We regularly fly through London and have to stay overnight while in transit. This was the best experience yet for an overnight layover. The staff were all nice, friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We were traveling with a toddler and they were great about accommodating him with a cot and coloring book. We would highly recommend this hotel!
- RK (10/5): Great Overnight Location near Heathrow Terminal 5 - This location was a perfect non-smoking hotel for overnighting near Heathrow Terminal 5; if you don't need to stay near the airport, there is nothing else to recommend the location. But we found the hotel and the service were outstanding; we ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed both meals. They have a dinner special which includes starter, entree and dessert; there were many choices for each. The food was good but with the exchange rate I later realized it was a bit pricey. We had gone exploring but did not find anywhere else to eat in the area except McDonalds which was right next door. There is a city bus #423 that will take you for NO CHARGE from Terminal 5 to the "Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel" stop. This is the second stop; tell driver your destination so he doesn't charge you. Watch for White Horse Pub as a marker to know you are getting close. The bus stop is right in front of the Premier Inn and the bus will take you back in the morning. The front desk has a bus schedule for you. Very simple and free option (as opposed to Hoppa Bus). The hotel printed our boarding passes for the next day at no charge. Very friendly staff.
