Guest Reviews
- 480olao (10/5): Amazing 🤩 - I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it
- 190iwonao (10/5): Great stay and excellent service! - I had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Dagenham. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience very comfortable. My room was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel is well located and easy to access, and the atmosphere inside is calm and welcoming. Overall, great value for money and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
- mikehGosport (4/5): County hall premier inn - We stayed at the County hall building dubbed as the posh premier inn with a great view , when we arrived we where told there isn't a view so they've refunded the extra I paid for a view ,one person on check inn that didn't really have a clue what he was doing , when I came for breakfast they had only added one person but charged for 2 , explained this to the manager there they sorted it out but seemed very disinterested , we wasnt told in advance about the no view so no chance to change hotels. I wouldn't recommend this one youre better off staying at the more friendly one at the end of Waterloo station. At least they smile.
- 524marinelt (10/5): Excelent - I hâd such an amazing stay, the staff was so nice and helpfull at all Times, breakfast was hot and where good, and the room was where nively cleaned.
- staceymR2868SC (10/5): Brilliant hotel - This is one of the best premier inns we’ve stayed in. Stayed 1 adult and 2 kids. Location was fantastic. Waterloo station isn’t far and tube station across the street. It’s away from the major hustle and bustle of the city but has plenty of restaurants along the street beside the hotel which was nice to sit out and enjoy in the evening.
It was great to have the outdoor space at the hotel too as the weather was warm when we went. The kids could play outside. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
- natandian2013 (10/5): Gem of a premier inn great location and lovely hotel - Location is brilliant and we had a lovely room with fantastic views. Staff were fantastic and professional ensuring we had a fabulous stay. We have stayed in lots of premier inns this is one of the best we have stayed we will be back
- amymwade (10/5): Very Nice Hotel - We had a quick one night stay during a London layover and we picked this hotel due to proximity to things we wanted to see. We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we have no complaints.
- tonyrandall2016 (8/5): Premier Inn Southwark station - Hotel is in a good central location with only a 3 minute walk to Southwark tube station.
Hotel was clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff.
Paid for breakfast in advance but unfortunately there was a 40 minute wait each morning and even though busy the hot selection was cold and not very appealing and the pastries were not fresh so If I was to stay there again I would not pay for breakfast and go down the road instead.
- R2173BEnataliag (10/5): Highly recommended - Very satisfied with all experience. Clean room, very comfortable beds, friendly staff. Recently renovated.Highly recommended .
- Navigate49411990751 (10/5): Happy with the stay - Very cosy Atmosphere, highly recommend
Good location, friendly staff. Rooms are tidy and very clean in good value. Happy with the stay
- MedlandWellington (4/5): Just an overall awful experience and impacted our whole stay in London - We only chose this hotel as we had a trade event to attend at County Hall. We had stayed with Premier Inn in other locations in the past and felt they were good value for money and rooms were smart.
Well - what a horrible experience for the 9 nights we were there. There is no ramp for luggage and as we had knee issues we simply couldn't carry the bags up stairs. Fortunately a member of the public stepped in to assist.
And our transfer car could not get closer to the hotel due road barriers so we had to drag our bags along the road. No mention of this on the hotel's website
Check in staff generally helpful in a trying situation.
We had chose a Premium Room with a view !!! A very limited view if you craned your neck. The room whilst large, had a ripped headboard. I omitted to take a picture of this.
The shower blocked up the first night and the bathroom floor nor loo were not cleaned all week. We had to call housekeeping for fresh sheets as the bed hadn't been changed after 4 nights. And we kept having to remind them to provide water. As there is no way to contact the front desk other than to return to reception, it became a tiring exercise. One particular maid was in a right state about being called back to change our bed and stomped in, yanked the sheets off etc etc and never said a word.
Converted to our New Zealand dollar this equated to over $530 per night which, compared to what we could buy here at the same rate, was expensive.
If one complained to reception one was offered a free breakfast. We tried that once and the food was just awful.
On check out the lovely receptionist on duty said she had filed our complaint, and we subsequently wrote to the CEO of Premier Inn but not one person has deigned to respond. An offer a a one night refund would have been appreciated considering all the issues we had encountered. It would be helpful if Premier Inn had a Duty Manager to take care of major issues rather than leaving to the one receptionist.
This experience has completely turned us away from Premier Inn and we will choose not to stay with this particular chain in future.
- ebmarky (6/5): Very disappointing! - The room wasn’t very clean and I found a dirty sock down the side of a cabinet! The pillows were flat and the mattress very uncomfortable. Very disappointing stay for the money we paid. Not normally what I expect from Premier Inn and will not be returning to this hotel.
- 212marlenao (10/5): Totally worth visiting - If you are looking for hotel with unusual, helpful service then it’s the right place for you. Home-like atmosphere, rooms are super clean, spacious and in good condition. I’d give 5/5 for that place but for stuff even more than that ;)
- beatao945 (10/5): A very nice stay - The hotel was very comfortable — the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Special thanks to Edyta for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. I would gladly stay there again.
- 544mateuszo (10/5): Excellent Stay! - I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again.
- ABOJ13 (4/5): Not the best. - Our stay wasn’t the best. The queues at check-in were ridiculous — long at all times of day, not just during peak hours. There simply weren’t enough staff members available to help guests who needed a real person. There were plenty of self-check-in screens, but many people still needed assistance, and with only one or two staff on duty, the wait was always long. On a positive note, there was security present, which did make me feel safe. The lobby itself was very basic.
We stayed in a family room, which unfortunately wasn’t very clean. When we moved one of the single beds, we found an empty milk pot and a pink pen lid underneath. There were also human hairs left on the toilet and bathtub. On the brighter side, the shower was lovely, and the provided toiletries — shower gel, hair gel, and hand soap — were appreciated as we were trying to pack light.
One major issue was the bathroom door. It slams shut and can’t be kept open, which meant we were all woken incredibly early by neighbouring rooms doing the same thing around 6:30am. Combined with general noise early in the morning, it didn’t make for a restful sleep unless you’re up at that time anyway.
The room itself was spacious enough for the four of us for one night. The TV, desk, and mirror were all great. However, the bathroom had no ventilation, which was a bit odd.
We ate in the hotel restaurant, and that also wasn’t great. The food was slow to come out. My son’s spaghetti bolognese was disappointing — a tiny bowl of what looked like microwave spaghetti with no garlic bread, just a quarter of a corn on the cob and some peas. He was still very hungry afterward. The rest of us ordered burgers, which we’ve enjoyed at other Premier Inns, so we thought we’d be safe. We weren’t. Each plate had about nine chips, which was honestly pathetic; we had to order extra chips because the portions were so small. My burger was overcooked, and the coleslaw tasted strange, possibly even off.
Breakfast was okay. The chef comes across a bit brash — possibly just a language barrier — but it did feel abrupt. My mother-in-law asked for veggie sausages and got a rather sharp response, and another guest received the same tone when requesting something cooked fresh. That said, the food was prepared and tasted nice. The choice at breakfast was good, though the cups had a strong egg-sulphur dishwasher smell.
Overall, based on location alone, I would stay again — but I wouldn’t eat there, and I’d definitely bring earplugs.
- G2454LDannew (8/5): good location - great location.
clean warm comfortable room.
plenty of tea/coffee with extra easily collected from reception... no need to ask
easy check inn and great check out time.
luggage can be left at reception for a donation
- suzi191919 (10/5): Amazing service - Yesterday was in restaurant in the evening. Food was amazing. Amal was amazing and very chatty. He is a star for Premier Inn.
- Louisc17 (10/5): Fresh Hotel. Great location. - A really nice premier inn in a great location. Rooms recently renovated and staff helpful and friendly, bed comfy shower powerful.
- ianor (10/5): Excellent. - Clean, quiet and with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ample and very nice. Faye made us feel very special and was good with all the guests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Full marks. Will be revisiting again soon.
- 198moi (2/5): Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs - After a **5.5-hour drive**, the last thing I expected was to be greeted by reception staff who behaved more like **prison officers** than hospitality workers. Despite already checking in online, I was met by **two incredibly rude staff members** who literally looked at each other to see who would be bothered to serve me. No welcome, no warmth, not even basic courtesy. They handed me a key card with attitude, barked at me to pay for parking, and offered **zero directions** to my room.
I paid for a **Premium Plus room**, and although the room itself looked nice at first, the **lights were flickering constantly**. I thought it was just a minor issue—until the entire **electrical system failed**. Since the room had **no phone**, I had to walk all the way back downstairs to report it.
And that’s when things went from bad to unbelievable.
The same rude reception staff looked me dead in the face and said, **“What have you done?”**—as if I had somehow caused the power failure. I explained I hadn’t even plugged anything in, yet the attitude continued. Both of them huffed, puffed, and acted like checking the problem was the biggest inconvenience of their lives.
They spent **25 minutes** playing with switches while I sat in **complete darkness** and watched my food go cold. After nearly 30 minutes, one of them **laughed** and said, “Well, what are you going to do? We don’t have any more Plus rooms.” The level of disrespect was shocking.
I asked if there were any unoccupied rooms that hadn’t been checked into yet and was told **“No, because they’ve already paid and we can’t let them down.”**
So according to this hotel, **I paid too, but it’s fine to let me down.** The staff even admitted this outright.
Eventually I had no choice but to accept a **downgraded room**. They didn’t offer to help move a single bag. I had to make **three long trips down the corridor** on my own. Any decent hotel would have offered help, especially given the circumstances, but not here.
The next morning I spoke to the manager, expecting at least a proper apology or partial refund. Instead, I was offered **£9 back for parking.** That was it. No compensation for the downgrade. No acknowledgment of the awful service. Nothing.
This hotel clearly has **no concept of customer service**, no accountability, and no respect for guests who pay for upgraded rooms. The behaviour of the staff was rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional from start to finish.
**I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.**
If you value basic courtesy, working electrics, and not being spoken to like a nuisance, choose somewhere else.
- places2seeplaces2go (10/5): 2nd Stay In 2025 - This is my 2nd time staying here in 2025.
It is so convenient to Waterloo Station that makes it a perfect location. Location is also perfect as a quick walk across The Thames on one of the many nearby bridges & you are in central London.
Great check-in. We were early & they happily kept our luggage (we were even given a glass of Prosecco each, not something you’d expect from a Premier Inn).
Rooms were nicely sized & well maintained.
Excellent price for a central London hotel & a hotel I’m sure I’ll stay in again.
- DJawo (10/5): The best nights sleep in a long time! - Excellent location, spacious rooms and the most comfortable bed ever!!!
Bathroom clean and up to date.
Room 135 was very quiet and we did not experience any noise, from inside or out.
- Sanctitatem (8/5): A lovely hotel in a great location - This is a lovely Premier Inn, in a great location right next to the London Eye. Our room was spacious and comfy. Every part of the hotel we accessed was clean. I do like the option Premier Inn now have for asking for rooms to be cleaned rather than having staff knock on doors every morning. The restaurant always had space for us and the service was good. Our only issue was accessibility. It isn’t really Premier Inn’s fault as it will be a listed building. But the accessible entrance/exit can only be accessed with a staff member due to security barriers. That meant that you have to rely on staff to enter and leave which makes it feel less accessible and is awkward at best. It’s definitely a consideration when choosing where to stay in the future. If you have no accessibility needs then this is a really good Premier Inn.
- JuliaB6872 (10/5): Great value, comfortable stay - Great value stay for central London, it's a Premier Inn so you should know what you're getting, and it delivered!
Extremely comfy bed, great shower - and a bath! Great nights sleep, which is unusual for one night in a hotel room.
Had a delightful view of the bins, and someone had set the temperature to 28 degrees (why!!!) but the windows opened enough to take it to a comfortable level.
Didn't eat in the hotel, but coffee and tea plentiful (there is more out in reception to top up) and the room was absolutely spotless.
- WelshWalker (10/5): Very good, efficient service. - We were very pleased with our three night stay at County Hall Premier Inn.
The reception staff were couteous, friendly and very helpful.
The room was clean and warm with good wifi.
The dining area was clean, the tables being cleared promtly. The choice of continental breakfast was good and the coffee was hot which is always a bonus when it comes from the self service machine.
We thought the whole atmosphere was welcoming. We usually stay here when visiting London because it's such a convenient location but when we stayed in May we both thought the hotel needed a bit of tlc. So we were very pleased to find that things seem much improved, now all three lifts are working again and the reception area seems to have had a face lift.
Thank you Premier Inn for a providing a very good service. We have already booked our stay next April.
- martasN2717IW (10/5): Great, comfortable stay! - Great overall stay! Very comfortable bed and sparkling clean bathroom! And very quiet! The staff are very welcoming and professional.
- sjrooney (10/5): Southwark Station premier inn - Great place to stay very clean and tidy lovely polite staff staff lovely breakfast. Great location 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station 5 minute walk to Southwark underground station happy days
- Wander56025300971 (10/5): Comfortable, convenient stay - Very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Good dark room and quiet.
I've stayed here many times for Remembrance parade in London as a veteran. Next year the price increase is over 30% which I find unacceptable.
- 556terib (10/5): Great location and hotel - Great location near Southwark Station or slightly longer walk to Waterloo. Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room. Luggage room came in handy on our last day and a few vending machines for drinks/snacks. Some nice cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a small supermarket.
- balkardigwa (2/5): Small family room - Paid for a family room for 2 nights but was given a small family room not the same as my other family members that booked family rooms. ( there family rooms were bigger ) no table in my room. Receptionist had a face on like she didn't want to be there ( maybe get a new job if your unsatisfied with your current one ) I've stayed here before and it was OK but I wouldn't stay here again unless it was FREE. Do yourself a favour and book a different one!
- craigsilver2018 (8/5): Great location poor phone connectivity - Excellent central location adjacent to London Eye and walking distance to Waterloo Station. Great room, comfortable bed and clean. Only negative is connectivity for mobile phone etc, especially in central London, which is probably influenced by the additional cost of joining Wi-fi
- oliverwT8309EA (8/5): What a View! - Lovely sized room, helpful, chatty, friendly staff, lovely surroundings, good selection of breakfast food (including ham and cheese for the Continental breakfast!). Having stayed in half a dozen Premier Inns, I would say so far this is the Premier, Premier Inn. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco each, whilst waiting for our taxi in the evening. The lovely lady staff member, who got us it, said that they give this to guests, to welcome them into the weekend. What a lovely, thoughtful, and added bonus for this experience.
Although it varies from place to place, I have come to expect good service, rooms, and food from Premier Inn. They, as a company, help to make the experience.
- Z9278QImattj (10/5): Fabulous 👌🏻 - Booked Southwark station to surprise my wife to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, I called a couple of weeks before to check if we could leave our bags before 3pm and I must of mention the reason for our stay, because when we checked in, a bottle of prosecco and a beautiful note was waiting for us in the room. Icing on the cake, Thank you to all the staff for making this a memorable stay.
- T7097DFsamanthah (10/5): Well done 😊 - Absolutely Lovely stay with the family, staff were super friendly throughout, we were a bit apprehensive with being in the basement, however it was so quiet and peaceful, room was clean and spacious, we will definitely return, hopefully next summer
- 497glenc (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent stay at this location. It was close to a metro and had all of the Premier Inn Hallmark characteristics of quality including an excellent breakfast buffet, fantastic service and a super clean and comfortable room which was also quiet. I've stayed at a number of these hotels in the UK and they are all top notch. Highly recommended.
- 485julesa (6/5): Not very clean - Good location. Good breakfast.
Whole place needs a good scrub/lick of paint. Dust, old chocolate wrapper and lipsalve under bed so obviously under beds aren’t clean properly. Fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Both issues reported to checkout staff.
Not sure I’d stop again.
- jackiehJ5385KG (10/5): Great location - We booked this hotel for its location, as we were doing the Big Ben tour and need to be there early in the morning.
We stayed 1 night with our 11 year old Grandson. The family room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
All the staff, reception, restaurant, housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay again!
- daPescaraalMondo (10/5): Very nice stay - The hotel is very convenient allowing to easily visit the most relevant attractions in London. The hotel is clean and rooms are big.
- DM66 (10/5): Premier Inn, Premier Location, Premier Service. - I have been visiting London with a group for a few years now and we always stay at the Premier Inn, County Hall.
The location is great and every single member of staff that I encountered from check in, breakfast, dinner, the bar to check out were superb and a credit to the Premier Inn.
It was a busy weekend due to Remembrance Sunday but nothing was too much trouble for staff on duty: they were professional, considerate, friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Well done all and thank you so much.
- AlanD411 (10/5): Delightful experience in a convenient location - Invested in a ‘Premier Plus’ room which gave us a larger bed, more space and both a kettle and coffee maker.
Really helpful and friendly staff coupled with a great value Mel deal and two drinks fo £9.00 during Happy Hour.
Excellent location on the South Bank and close to the underground,Lund and British Rail at Waterloo.
- Sapper501 (8/5): Excellent hotel and location. - We spent three nights. in this Premier Inn over the Remembrance weekend and would certainly stay here again.
It is a 'usual' Premier Inn (and I mean that in a positive way), with the same standards found in all the other PI hotels in the chain, clean, comfortable, quiet with an adjoining bar/restaurant and good breakfasts etc.
Where this hotel stood out was its location... a brief walk from Southwark (and Waterloo East) tube stations, a thirty minute walk to Westminster etc. and all with good cafe's, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.
The staff were friendly and helpful (as usual) and all at a reasonable price.
- nights0ut (4/5): disappointed me expected better - Got there and told no restaurant it was closed. So everyday had to go to another premier inn for breakfast. I had booked breakfast but because it was a promo was told no refund and have to go elsewhere otherwise no breakfast. Then got into my room and there was a noisy machine stopping me sleeping. Went and complained and they said they had done something but it did not fix it. So could not sleep so that was disappointing. It was very disappointing overall. It looked clean. But bed was not to my liking. Location a bit far out and walk from tube. There was no atmosphere don't know what i am supposed to say about that.
- Discover751397 (8/5): Grrat stay - Fairly great experience ,good location but didnt like that we were underground and could not view anything .Otherwise my kids loved it and the breakfast was super great!
- 58maksw (10/5): Brilliant - really enjoyed every stay at Premier in Dagenham.
The staff are awesome—always helpful and friendly, making you feel right at home.
Rooms are spotless, clean, and recently renovated.
- oramax (6/5): HDMI socket is disabled without explanation. Poor complaint handling. Otherwise a decent place. - Nice enough place in a good area, staff pleasant. What frustrates is they have HDMI connectors for the TV... but you can't use them because they are disabled in the TV management settings which require a code. This is not explained anywhere and makes the HDMI socket a pointless waste of time. Customer Services did not want to handle my complaint. They told me I could phone the hotel manager if I wanted to. Very, very poor complaint handling.
- Peterborough-stig (6/5): Basement rooms...wtf - Standard Premier Inn hotel, located a few mins from Southwark tube station in a well connected part of London. Room wasn't the cleanest, could have run a hoover over the floor again and the light switch was crusty. Suspect Premier Inn are cutting back on cleaning. Allocated a dingy basement room, new hotel with basement rooms. Served our purpose as we only staying one night and in November it gets dark fairly early. Breakfast the next morning was busy but fresh. All in all, an okay stay, let down by not being the cleanest, no hand towels and basement rooms.
Better hotels in this part of London
- V7909UMgaryc (10/5): Great location for your city break - This is the second time we have stayed at the Southwark Station Premier Inn, it’s great location to the station and some brilliant places to eat make it the perfect location for that city break. The rooms are clean and modern, the staff very helpful and the bar/restaurant is great for when you just want to chill.
- Samkappes (10/5): Very good value for money. - We had an absolutely amazing time at Premier inn Dagenham. It was a fantastic hotel stay. It was 6 minutes walk to the Dagenham Dock train station and 18 minute by train to central London, which was incredibly convenient for our travel.Room was clean and we appreciated the comfortable bedding, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. I can't fault the place and will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this Hotel for everyone visiting London.
- 441michalinar (10/5): I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area! - From the very first moment we arrived to the very last, we enjoyed every second of it. Beds and pillows were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the morning.
The staff at were incredibly welcoming and attentive.
- 153andrzejo (10/5): Great stay - Great friendly staff, very clean room. Would recommend. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy
- therealcaptaincafe (10/5): Great stay - Excellent value. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, particularly reception. Couldn’t fault it for the price we paid. Breakfast was good value and decent enough. Location was good.
- 641natasav (10/5): Family holiday - The staff is amazing quick check in room is clean absolutely live to stay there shop are close station is close great place to stay we stayed in premier in plus room beautiful hotel
- Sascha (10/5): - Top Lage I Ruhig I Alle Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar I U-Bahn gleich um die Ecke I Hotel und Zimmer ausreichend für London-Trip in Familie I TOP Frühstück
- Rocio (10/5): - il n'y avait pas grand choix de viennoiserie au petit déjeuner, le reste tout était bien
- Bert (6/5): - Super slow WiFi that requires login, even fake data works, so it is only to collect data.
ned mattress was way to soft.
Helt grei frokost, lite utvalg i pålegg, men veldig godt utvalg i "varmretter" ellers.
- Brian (10/5): - Close to many restaurants and clean
- Cherrlyn (10/5): - Room was clean & comfy.
- Shamel (8/5): - The area was walkable. A short walk to the train station and the London Eye. The rooms were clean but small. I preferred the restaurant for lunch and dinner over breakfast. I would stay again.
- Han Wu (8/5): - Very clean
- K5538QAannak (10/5): Excellent - The hotel was spotless and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Edyta was especially kind and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this Premier Inn for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.
- Seaside29939366945 (10/5): Very good service...Thank you 👏 👍 - Cleaning and Service are at a high level.
Very clean hotel with excellent service. Edyta was especially helpful and made the stay even better. Highly recommend this Premier Inn!
- Francesca (8/5): - A nice place to stay, bear Waterloo station that beings you everywhere
- JanHunnt (10/5): Lovely stay . - Lovely stay – the rooms were spotless and the beds really comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout. Great location with easy parking, and overall really good value for money. Would happily stay again
- Robert (8/5): - Everything was well maintained and the bed was comfy
- Walk_53 (6/5): Not The Best - Room okay, but needed a clean, shower screen leaked water onto the floor, wi-fi as always in PI is not great, reception was small and always very busy with people, it was quite threatening and uncomfortable at times. Pub next door had no beer, cider or Guinness, barman was not interested. I had a lemonade in the end, food was okay but should have been hotter.
- Charlotte (10/5): - We had a really nice stay at this hotel and the staff was very friendly and serviceminded, ecpecially Robbie who did his very best to manage that the two rooms we booked for our family was situated close to eachother.
It is possible to walk to Tate Modern, St Pauls cathedral, Big Ben, London Eye
- Alexander (10/5): - Great location, easy walk to restaurants and the London Eye. Would definitely stay there again.
- YEHEZKEL (2/5): - Staff helpful
Breakfast very good
- Mariana (8/5): - For a quick stopover, this place works well — it feels a bit like a Holiday Inn.
Everything was clean, the rooms were vacuumed and well maintained, and overall the property was kept tidy.
The staff were also very friendly and easygoing, which made the stay pleasant.
If you just need a place to stay for a night or two while passing through, it’s a good option.
- Ana (10/5): - The breakfast is really good
- Mr_busine22 (6/5): Overpriced due to event - So like every hotel, if there's an event they hike up the prices, pretty disappointing really, but I am not paying the company is, so given that when the company spends £400 for two nights I EXPECT free WiFi! Not crappy free that doesn't work then upgrade to ultimate at extra cost!
this is just disgusting!
Place is OK, I'm in room 205, clearly redone on the cheap as not a single plug, sink or power socket has been installed straight, it's quite laughable really, but it is clean, parking is again a rip off, £9 per night,
way better offerings available than this cash rip off, search around
- Hardik (10/5): - Good
- Antonino (8/5): - Struttura ben tenuta, accogliente, colazione abbondante, posizione strategica
- Eddie Siu (6/5): - I have a reservation for 7 rooms, the lady tried to give me all in under ground (-1) and ground floor at check in(3pm), after my strive for, I still got two rooms on ground floor on restaurant building that was dark and dirty hallways, it was no breakfast provided for two days and no hot water one night during my 7 days stay.
- Lene Blak (8/5): - Nice and calm area. It works fine with breakfast in a separate building. Staff very friendly. One single remark. Was firmly told that one towel is the standard for three people for three nights! After, extras were provided. Liked our stay overall.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The stay was good and simple. It was just a plain hotel with air conditioner and clean.
- Sverre (6/5): Cold shower, no internet, but nice service. - No hot water for almost 3 of 5 days. Internet not working at all, so had to use telephone all trip. Besides that. Nice people working there.
- Puneet (10/5): - Great property at an excellent location for sightseeing London. We were first-timers in London with 2 kids, and Premier Inn Southwark was great for us in terms of hotel room size, great breakfast selection and very convenient location. Highly recommended
- Alan (6/5): Location great but… - Hotel a little tired. We arrived 1 hour early, our room was ready but we were charged an additional £15 for the privilege!! I would understand if we arrived 6 hours early but 1 hour when our room was available - could have not taken but a hassle to wait around for an hour.
Location is great but there are better options nearby.
- Dunja Daniela (10/5): - leuk hotel, dichtbij de metro met fijn personeel
- Lien (10/5): - Staff was very friendly! Me, my sister and her children had the room closest to the restaurant and had no noise complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- APRIL (10/5): - Hotel was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and courteous. Would recommend area as very convenient to walk and close to tube station.
- Emmy (8/5): - Internet access was poor. There was no shampoo or body wash
- ?? (8/5): - it was great! also brackfast was ausom
- Miryana (10/5): - Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The room was big enough for 3 of us, clean and quiet.
- Marie (10/5): - Convenient location with two metro stations walking distance. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Great breakfast, worth to add to reservation.
- Antonia (10/5): - Todo perfecto, hemos disfrutado mucho en Londres.
- Graham (10/5): - No fitness facilities
- Mattison (2/5): Terrible service, typical apathy - Ludicrous problems right from the start. Got my check-in details wrong, people put into the wrong rooms. Early check-in, which was confirmed and paid for, was DISALLOWED by the check-in staff. Staff were apathetic and even sarcastic, asking, "Should I just cancel your reservation, then?"
Room was almost impassable due to the three (!) beds. NO breakfast available, even though it says so here. (You are graciously allowed to walk across the street and buy breakfast at an overpriced restaurant).
By the way, hotel has a basement floor (?) into which I was placed. Endless narrow winding hallways with no A/C.
Awful hotel. Outrageous for the money. WILL NEVER RETURN.
