Guest Reviews
- 11dragon64 (10/5): Premier Inn Putney Bridge - Nice hotel with great location. Recommend the walk along River Thames which is easily accessed directly opposite hotel, off the bridge.
Staff very helpful and accomodative. Breakfast magnificent! Rooms comfortable though common areas on upper floors need a bit of a paint job and maybe some new carpeting. Wifi was poor unfortunately.
- venom7dk (4/5): Not what was expecting - The location was good near the underground. The atnosphere was just old fashioned. The room was good but one bed was like broken on the left side so we couldnt use it.. Early check in and late check out was not an option in contrast with what was saying in the website. Last but not least the sink in the bathroom and bathtub was unacceptably blocked and we had to wait while we were brushing teeth or haveing a bath. The reception was just there only for check ins.. otherwise you could feel the vibes thay they were not so willing to help the customers
- E7343BZjoshw (2/5): Rubbish disappointed terrible - !Do not stay bad experience!
Stayed here for 3 nights had no hot water rooms not tidy to standard expectations from Premier Inn rubbish on floor beds not made looked like they had been slept in already staff not friendly or understanding of the situation told us to complain to a number they wrote on a card and offered us a free breakfast which we were happy with at the time giving they had promised the showers would be working on our second day but we turned up to breakfast in the morning the queue was ridiculous but we was not told to book in advance breakfast was cold and not edible personally I have rang the number they have given me and I’m now waiting to hopefully get a refund for hygiene purposes this is unacceptable and the matter will be taken further if a refund isn’t provided
- adamhC7403UH (2/5): Terrible night away for winterwonderland - Terrible dirty towels no hot water staff rude and no interest breakfast was overwhelming and queuing for ages. Never again.
- jayyf2025 (10/5): Customer service - Irfan was a great friendly man with a great smile and welcoming he was so helpful with everything I need will definetly come back
- Y6431YMjonathanh (2/5): Not great - No hot water for a shower, forced to get cold shower. Offered complementary breakfast but so did every other guest and they did not advise us to book breakfast ahead of time. Sink was blocked so was also unable to use sink without it overflowing.
- clive6356 (8/5): Basic budget acceptable. - Putney Bridge Premier Inn. A grim looking 60s concrete monstrosity. Made worse as you approach the entrance, past the filthy, broken sign and through a sea of hundreds of cigarette butts that litter the front door area. Surrounded by a broken, paint peeling, wooden fence.
Pleasant receptionist was able to fix my mistake of booking a room with a double bed instead of two single beds. The extra towel she gave us had to be handed straight back as it was badly blood stained. She was very apologetic. The room was what you would expect from this price bracket. Basic. Tea/coffee/UHT milk/ sugar sachets, kettle and two mugs. In this day and age, there really should be at least one USB charging point, luckily I was equipped with adapter plugs. Comfy bed, clean bathroom with good water pressure/ shower over bath. The place was very quiet at night time. Breakfast was very good, full fry or continental option, decent coffee/tea/ selection of fruit juices. Two machines in the foyer area dispensed travel items you might have forgotten, and a soft drink/ snack machine. Hideously expensive, use the minimart down the road 100metres. All in all, it was just about value for money, I’d certainly use it again as it was very good for tube/ bus stops.
- Noddy5670 (8/5): Great location and staff - Great location for visiting all area of central London and just minutes from local underground station. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Our room was large and on the ground floor however was in a design recess so limited any natural light entering the room. Also the aluminium windows were cold which meant the drapes being closed to keep the room warm. Restaurant for breakfast was excellent with plentiful supplies for the buffet breakfast.
- suella-de-vil (4/5): Great location but refurb overdue - Fantastic location 2 mins from tube and a lovely walk across the bridge into Putney.
But…. This hotel is very tired and in poor overall repair. The heating did not work in our room (portable heater provided) and the room felt cold and a bit musty. The mattress was old and a bit lumpy and not of the usual PI standard. The bathroom fan could not cope with steam from shower and there was black mildew on the windows.
I didn’t complain to staff on site though as I’d heard the way they had dealt with another person complaining and they hadn’t sounded particularly sympathetic.
It’s hugely popular though presumably because of location and we heard the person on front desk telling other guests the place was fully booked for Saturday night due to winter wonderland.
I wouldn’t stay here again but I do use other premier inns a lot and they are usually far better than this.
Refurb needed !!
- AngieF974 (4/5): Unfriendly staff - When we arrived the lady on reception was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The Wi-Fi was down and she asked us to pay in cash. I don’t carry that much cash on me. The next day we went out and when we came back our key card wouldn’t work had to queue to get it reset. My daughter went out in the evening. She arrived back around midnight. Her key card wouldn’t work. She went to reception. Told them the name on the booking. The staff on reception said it was not the name. Refused her entry. Luckily she rang me and woke me up so I could go down and let her in. Must have the same issue as the morning with the other key card. She was very upset. I also had paid for an early check in. But due to delayed trains we didn’t get in until 3.30pm. I asked if the early check could be refunded and the rude receptionist said no way. Also the shower needs looking at because it didnt work properly.
- hannaheN8432HP (8/5): Okay for price - I knew the air-conditioning wasn't working, but didn't appreciate this meant no heating! Room initially very cold but the provided heater warmed up.
The room felt very tired - the windows rattled throughout the night and it was very noisy.
Only one large towel and one hand towel provided. Although clean, the bath had evidence of black mould on the grout and surround.
The extractor fan in the bathroom squeaked loudly when in use, and you could hear the neighbouring bathrooms too.
Water in the bath didn't get very hot, disappointing noisy bath!
The staff were great, but everything else felt a bit lacking.
- robmR3681MZ (6/5): Great location, tired hotel - The location was very good, away from the city centre, but easy access to the tube which was 2 minutes away. The food and drink was good and quite reasonably priced. Disappointed that the restaurant didn't start serving food until 6pm. We had a show booked the first night and wanted to eat at about 5pm but couldn't, so we ordered food in.
I was informed the week before our stay that the A/C wasn't working and that a fan had been put in our room. It did get rather warm at night.
The staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is very tired looking both externally and internally, and needs a major makeover.
- Romicha (10/5): Simple honest review - This is my forth time staying at the Premier inn Paddington Basin this year.
The location is great if your portal station is London Paddington and it's nice to be on the Basin away from all the traffic, but with a few nice eateries.
The hotel is warm and friendly and the staff are welcoming.
The rooms are basic but comfortable as one would expect from Premier Inn.
It is a little pricey for a Premier Inn but I guess this is taking into account the location. I will be back as it is very convenient.
- philsM9096DJ (2/5): Dont stay in room 5 with a family above u they won't refund u - Worst night stay ever family above kids banged on the ceiling hours complain nothing done next morning same again ask for refund nothing done from a long train journey to have no sleep horrid stay
- 70lesleyk (2/5): Find another hotel!!! - Don't touch this hotel. I stayed for 5 days while working for a client and was bitten whilst in bed on 4 consecutive nights. The hotel said that I must have brought the bugs in as there were no signs of bugs! Obviously not as I hadn't been bitten before I arrived, nor after I left, so it doesn't take a genious to figure that one out.
- JulietteWyn (10/5): Recommended hotel for short stay in london - Location easy to find. Friendly staff. Room had everything we needed including nice towels & tea/coffee tray. Option to restock coffee & tea during our stay using items set out in easy to locate trays in foyer. Really good choice at breakfast & tasted great!
- tarynm961 (6/5): Great if was able to shower - Staff very friendly especially Koyel who was extra helpful. Visit spoilt by no hot water for our 2 night stay which was out of hotel’s remit but we were promised a full stay refund as compensation which was very reasonable.
- anitasM33OH (6/5): Review - Had a qr code to do self check in but got a hostile response from a colleague there. Then when checked in got told that the hotel had no hot water & was told that it would be back on by late afternoon. Next morning still no hot water. Unacceptable!
- U7548SMlesleyg (10/5): Weekend in London with easy access to transport & fantastic hotel atmosphere & assistance. - This hotel was amazing. We are both disabled to a hotel close to Paddington station was a must. Literally just across the road and our experience with all staff was excellent.
- 151theresad (6/5): Tired - Stayed for two nights and picked due to proximity to Hammersmith for a gig (30 min walk away). Slept well and had a great breakfast, but this hotel is tired and in need of a refit. Shower was hot but water pressure poor, and the hotel was just a bit shabby. Rotten window frames which, even with secondary glazing, let in a chill and made our room really cold. Stayed in many a Premier Inn, but wouldn’t stay here again unless location was key.
- N5342QNpaula (4/5): A poor experience all round. - Great location however that's the only reason to stay here. The place is tired, unloved and needs either a refurbishment or knocking down. For the money you pay the rooms need to be better. On arrival we turned on the TV and instead of the usual welcome message it displayed 'Leeds is a shi*hole'. Lovely.
The toilet wouldn't flush properly, the water pressure in the shower was rubbish, carpets were stained and on the landing were loose. The window frames were rotten.
When these issues were reported we were met with some indifference. The offensive message wasn't deleted and we were there for a number of days.
Having contacted Customer Services they weren't interested in our experience. We'll go somewhere else next time.
- svenkP6149DT (10/5): Shannon is the GOAT - Shannon is an absolute legend. She helped us with everything and it was all done with the biggest smile! Absolutely amazing.
- aarz79 (8/5): Usual premier keepin up with area costs - Decent sleep, not the best but its a premier prison...u cant open a window.. food on a 4/5... breakfast hit n miss, bar very expensive but thats southern... 7.25 a pint of madri thats £4 in the north.. why.... cos the south need to take more..
- sallyd613 (10/5): London sightseeing - The location was ideal, close to Earls Court tube station and main bus links. Though on a busy road the room was very quiet. Clean and tidy as you would expect, well appointed room. Staff friendly and helpful.
We have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and the breakfast here was quite simply the best we have ever had. Full selection of juices, cereals and pastries. The cooked food was freshly done, and very good quality. The young ladies looking after the room were very attentive making sure nothing ran out.
- neidin2023 (10/5): Good value hotel - Very good location, quiet rooms, nice breakfast. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Food store was 5min walk from the hotel.
- 246kente (8/5): Comfortably and affordable. - The hotels is in a new furbished area by the Paddington basin. Not fair from to tube stops. We were having a stay in the family room. 2 kids on singel beds, me and my wife in an doublem next time I will ask for a single duvet. As non of me or my wife like the double duvet. The hotel experience in totalt is great. Simpel breakfast but very easy for my celiac wife and me in terms of calorie counting. The only minus we had during they stay was that charge us with an third breakfast even though I ask for only 2 days of breakfast. I complained and the refund the third. However still waiting for the money. But has been 9 days since we came home. But the website says it can take more than 10 so will se. In total a great stay.
- HappilyMarried08 (6/5): Men in room on arrival! - We travelled as a family of 4, and a relative also stayed. She had her own room. After checking in around 7pm, she went to her room to find 2 men in there. House keeping apparently!! Very very disconcerting for a single female traveler. No explanation of why they were in her room.
After heading to the bar area, and getting back to her room later, she realised the bedding was damp.
Bar area welcoming and modern but service slow.
- PhotoGraeme (8/5): Good location for Hyde Park area - Massive 19 floor hotel very convenient to Hyde Park, at a reasonable price (compared to others). First time I have stayed here in ages. Made it easy for my very early start working in Central London. One benefit was that the breakfast started at 6.30am, so I could grab something to eat before departing.
The downstairs dining area was good and the bar looked reasonable. Used the free WiFi as the Vodafone coverage was not good at the location. Nice touch was the electronic train service timetable in the lobby.
Next time I stay here I will print out a map to guide me here from the underground station, Google maps got me lost constantly (probably down to poor cell coverage). Of course I could just have got a cab !
- 957midea (10/5): Breakfast is amazing ! - The service at the premier inn service was amazing. Especially the breakfast service, Ifran, Sharon and Vikas who were super friendly and gave us the best experience first thing in the morning !
- 427connorl (10/5): Will come again - Great service by Irfan Shanon and Vikas. Will definitely come again. Very friendly. Lovely area in putney, London England
- D4945TImt (2/5): The Silence is Deafening: A Masterclass in Customer Service Failure & Disregard - I am writing this review because a formal, serious complaint sent directly to the Hotel General Manager—and even escalated to the CEO—was completely ignored, forcing me to use this public platform. The service we received for both an individual booking and an upcoming large group reservation has been nothing short of an absolute debacle.
📞 The Initial Debacle: Ignoring Customers for Hours
Before a recent guest's (VIP) arrival, I attempted to contact the hotel from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.—a solid four hours. I have photographic evidence of the countless unanswered phone calls and ignored emails. The hotel staff simply would not answer the phone. This lack of communication is not just poor service; it is a fundamental failure of a business operation.
The guest, whose accommodation and complimentary upgrade were already fully paid and confirmed by the hotel, was then incorrectly asked to pay again upon arrival. This wasted significant time and caused unnecessary stress, demonstrating a complete breakdown in internal communication and attention to detail.
📝 The Group Reservation Nightmare
My most pressing concern was ensuring a seamless experience for our large group arrival. Given the substantial revenue this group represents, I expected, at minimum, basic professional service. Instead, the poor service continued:
No Acknowledgement: I sent multiple emails detailing crucial changes and requesting assurance for pre-confirmed arrangements. Not one confirmation was received.
Upgrade Uncertainty: Crucial, pre-confirmed complimentary upgrades for guests were not confirmed to be processed, creating massive anxiety about their arrival.
📢 The Final Insult: Complaint Disregarded
I explicitly demanded a prompt response from management outlining the steps taken to prevent further issues and guarantee a flawless group check-in. This formal complaint, which detailed multiple documented service failures and involved significant group revenue, was met with absolute silence.
This is not the standard expected from a reputable chain like Premier Inn. To spend a significant amount of money and receive a service that is actively detrimental to business operations, capped off by a team who refuses to even acknowledge a formal complaint, is staggering.
The lack of attention, the hours spent trying to reach staff, the payment errors, and the complete disregard for follow-up demonstrate a deep-seated problem at this location. I strongly advise anyone booking, especially for a group, to choose a hotel that values its customers and can manage basic communication.
- WorcestershireBob (10/5): Putney Bridge stay - Irfan was amazing—friendly, helpful and welcoming. He made our Premier Inn Putney Bridge stay perfect!
Also a big thanks to chef Vikas and FOH Sonia.
It’s the people that make a place!
- W8984KSrebeccam (10/5): Good Customer service! - Irfan was fabulous - super helpful and smiley.
A breath of fresh air!
Hotel was in a good location, easy to get to from the tube.
- F4067AWlisam (10/5): Very beautiful - very very good breakfast and very good stuff in particular Sonia, Vikes and Irfan !!!❤️❤️❤️ I love the apple juije and croassant
- lucamC7207JU (10/5): london short trip - very good breakfast! the staff is very kind and i really appreciate my stay at the hotel, egemone i will be back in london i’ll stay here again for sure
- kirshae2025 (10/5): Outstanding staff and perfect location - We arrived with my three children (ages 6–10), planning to just drop our bags before heading back out into the rain to see the Halloween decorations. That’s when we met Nejam and Vika, who greeted us with genuine warmth, made conversation with the kids whilst we were getting sorted, and offered us an early check‑in. The corner room they gave us was spacious, comfortable, and had lovely city views — far better than I expected.
This was my first time at Paddington Basin, and it’s by far the most welcomed I’ve ever felt at a Premier Inn. The location is excellent: right by the canal, perfect for walks to Little Venice and along Regent’s Canal to Primrose Hill, with Paddington Station just five minutes away. The area also has plenty of places to eat and lots to see, making it a great base for exploring.
We added the breakfast option at Bar + Block, and again the service stood out. A lovely member of staff seated us, ensured we had everything we needed, and even chatted with us as we left — asking about our plans and if we’d be back the next day. His kindness made the morning feel brighter and was the nicest breakfast service I’ve ever experienced.
This stay reminded me why I keep coming back to Premier Inn with my children: consistency, comfort, and staff who go out of their way to make things easier. At Paddington Basin, those qualities were paired with a beautiful setting, a welcoming team, and even a breakfast experience that felt personal and memorable. It’s a spot I’ll happily return to.
- Travel19790662195 (10/5): Breakfast - Excellent service from Irfan and Vikas. Food is really good and collection is smoothly. Good quality. Will come back for breakfast.
- Dunwork (6/5): Ok - Very scruffy exterior spoils this well-located basic hotel. The room was quite spacious and fine. Bathroom clean and sufficient but needs extractor ventilation.
Reception staff generally ok but on arrival we were not acknowledged as we were standing at check in desk while 2 of them had a discussion about something on their computer.
- teaimenkovic (10/5): Leasure stax at Premier Inn Paddinton Basin - Great hotel for family, great location, close to underground. Very helpfull staff, excellent breakfast. Wifi was not good especially in the evening.
- saintgermain7711 (10/5): really good - very good .Go for premium rooms on high level floors .Excellent view over London and very quiet .Bed and room all great .Staff fine
- charliedB9554KV (10/5): Best hotel in Putney - Lovely stay. Comfortable room and tasty breakfast. I would recommend to everyone looking for a local stay. The staff were extremely kind
- jennyhV7041JM (10/5): Great location - Great location and easy to find from paddington station. Clean and comfortable rooms. We did not eat there , however the food smelt great. Easy check in and check out . Great views of London from the room.
- davidlQ4858KK (10/5): Great 3 nights - Stayed at many places for 3 / 4 nights in London for Concerts and Galleries / Museums, this if not the best (been many times) is certainly one of them. I would stay again without hesitation.
- V8474SAseanb (2/5): Don't go - This hotel has been run down, needs an urgent refurbishment in all areas. - Don't go!
The hotel is tired, dirty and needs a refurbishment in all areas. Carpets dirty, floor boards creaking and rooms not clean. Premier Inn need to up their game at this hotel. Really disappointing and not up to their normal standard.
- IanandFi (6/5): Great location, Looks attractive enough from the outside. Old and tired inside. - Great location for Earls Court Tube Station, but it is a tired hotel. We've stayed at many Premier Inns in and outside London. This one is a much older hotel and although the room was clean enough, it felt damp and the plumbing struggled. Bath filled up quickly with shower water and toilet was slow to flush. Overall it didn't spoil our weekend away but I won't be returning to this one unless it gets a revamp. There are far better Premier Inns.
- Marit (10/5): - Alle i familien var godt fornøyd med frokosten som var inkludert i oppholdet. Vi bodde i et fint område i nærheten til undergrunnsnettet og ellers matbutikk rett rundt hjørnet.
- Raufay (10/5): - Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff were respectful and tried to make our stay comfortable.
- Helga (6/5): - Grei frokostbuffet, men savnet pålegg. Beliggenhet var ok.
- 177Jill2014 (10/5): Second stay this year. Just as good as the first. - Stayed this weekend with our 13 year old grandchild. Large clean room spacious bathroom, bath with shower. Took advantage of the meal deal offer great value. Friendly staff team who couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic location 5 mins walk from Earls Court tube station. Would definitely stay here as a Base.
- Ryan (6/5): - Good location. Friendly staff.
However they didn’t come to clean the room and the night time staff were more focused on sleeping. Bed was uncomfortable.. just two twin beds pushed together..
- Kevin & Gay (10/5): - Spacious clean rooms. Great location. Lovely staff👍
- Ronald Richard (10/5): - Check in process was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.
- OSCAR (10/5): - No me gustó diario antes de las 12:00 pm indicar hicieran la limpieza de la habitación
- H8912CGjenniferp (8/5): Good, central and close to everything in west/central London - Clean, modern, lovely powerful hot shower, easy check in. Nice quiet vibe. Central, 5 min walk from earl court, Tesco superstore in Kensington and 5 min uber ride to Holland Park.
Things to consider- no plugs by bedside, there are usb plugs but do not fit newer I phone models (which many many people have)
1 pillow very flat.
However would stay again but I think they need to put more plug sockets in their rooms!!
- Hanyee (8/5): - 좋아용
- Ajeetpal (6/5): - Wifi always crashed while we were working.
- Z474PUlaurar (2/5): Double charged - They charged me twice to stay here. On arrival the payment was taken but in a pending state. Despite evidence in app it had been paid the manager insisted on a second payment to let us stay saying he "knew if would bounce back". It didnt. I paid twice.
Bank had advised he cancel the first charge, again he refused offering only his email saying "if it does come out twice trust me ill refund it immediately" didnt care about the financial difficulty it would cause to pay twice. Spoke to guest relations who have issued a refund but that will be another 5-7days before I have my money back. Horrific service
- Adrian (6/5): - It was pretty bare bones but was clean. Had to ask for an extra towel since it only came with one set. Other than that it was fine
- Fredrik (8/5): - God frokost - mange alternativer. Kunne trengt litt utvalg av pålegge
Ligger fint, nære T-bane og buss, kort veg til Hyde park mv
- Adrienne H (10/5): - No frills, but we weren’t spending time in the room! Clean. Stations close.
God frokost. Hyggelige ansatte. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.
- cuzzy8181 (2/5): Left Smelling of Sewage – Bathroom Unusable - I stayed at the Premier Inn Kensington Olympia in September and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The bathroom had a weird smell on arrival which became much worse during the night, spreading into the bedroom. My son opened the bathroom door while we slept, and by the early hours the whole room stank of drains and mold.
The smell was so overpowering that I couldn’t use the bathroom properly and was unable to shower. We left the next morning still smelling of sewage, which was both unhygienic and embarrassing.
I contacted Guest Relations afterwards and was disappointed with their response. They told me I should have spoken to staff during the night because they are available 24/7. My view is that it is not my job to room-check for obvious problems and if staff are always available, the room should never have been allocated in the first place given the smell.
Premier Inn only offered a partial refund, despite the fact that the bathroom was unusable and our stay was ruined. Apparently the smell of sewer and being unable to shower isn’t doesn’t qualify for the “Good Night Guarantee” they promise.
This is not the level of service or quality I expected, and my experience did not reflect the standards Premier Inn advertises.
WiFi was poor and there were hairs in the shower so pretty sure it hadn’t even been cleaned which would explain why they didn’t pick up on the smell before allocating us that room.
- Carol (10/5): - Clean room. Shops and restaurants near by
- Francisco (8/5): - Clean except for the carpet. Excellent service from staff and close to shops and train station and bus stop. Breakfast was included and was very good. Highly recommended
- Mark (8/5): - Staff very pleasant, breakfast great in modern clean restaurant.
Nice hotel, well maintained but you can tell it's well used. Cannot fault it for its price, great value for money!
- Donna (8/5): - Room had a good view. Air conditioning was great and was a must as the elevator lobby was quite hot. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day with lots of selection. Staff was good and we liked that they would leave your room alone unless requested for room service.
- elainemZ3318YD (10/5): Great location for our weekend stay in London - Great quiet location, clean reception area, staff friendly. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast great as usual.
Would recommend and would stay again.
- Brett (8/5): - Rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was good. Shower didn't have much pleayer pressure. Close to shopping was a plus.
- Leanne (8/5): - The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet.
We were 2 adults and 2 kids 15 and 12 years. Although it was a bit tight with the for of us for the week, we were so busy in London it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was great and everyone was happy.
I recommend a few more hooks in the bathroom/room as there wasn't many places to hang towels etc.
- lis123355 (2/5): NEVER AGAIN TERRIBLE PREMIER INN - I Would never stay at this premier inn again. It is Quite run down and tired. After staying here for two nights, hours after returning I had extensive bites over my body which could have only came from this hotel resembling either bedbugs or fleas. I complained to the hotel who didn’t want to know and the response was far from reassuring. I have been a long standing regular customer of premier inn but they would rather lose a customer than put things right. Shocking aftercare service and quite frankly shame on you premier inn, I will be taking my business elsewhere as you do not care about the heath and hygiene standards that you provide your guests. This was not only uncomfortable and distressing but completely unacceptable from a hotel that claims to offer clean and comfortable accommodation.
There was little urgency or concern shown about what clearly appeared to be a serious hygiene issue. I expect a far higher standard of cleanliness and customer care from a major hotel chain.
Whether it was bed bugs or another cause, this experience has made me question the health and safety standards of premier inn. I now have to deal with the aftermath — the discomfort of the bites, medical treatment costs, and the stress of possibly bringing an infestation home with me. They do not care, absolutely terrible!!!!!!
- MAITE (10/5): - Hotel ideal para viajes en los que se quiera recorrer la ciudad. Bien conectado con el transporte público. Habitación silenciosa, con camas cómodas y personal muy agradable. Lo recomiendo!
- Gary (10/5): - The people
- U3325BWjanet (10/5): Birthday celebration weekend stay - Fantastic hotel 5 - 10m walk from Earl’s Court tube station and great for Chelsea area and exploring the city. Staff universally friendly and welcoming, really clean, tidy and spacious room with comfy beds. Breakfast everything you could wish. Amazing value in London - would DEF recommend and stay again.
- Santiago (4/5): - I would not book again here. I arrived at the hotel and the first room they gave me smelled weird, so I go to the bathroom and the whole thing smelled like pee. I went down to the lobby and the staff was nice enough to change rooms. And in second room, I found a toe nail right beside my bed. Good location, friendly staff, but terrible hygiene. And the towels smelled really weird too.
- ytse411 (10/5): Comfy quiet place to sleep! - Great place to stay! Comfy bed, very quiet, lovely staff. Went here on a solo trip from the US. Reserved a premier room which was on the top floor. Breakfast buffet was enough to start the day. Basic room, but they dont hesitate to provide any needed things. Would definitely book again.
Walking distance from Holland Park Natural History Museum/V & A museum, etc. Earls Court area has lots of places to eat.
- Maryse (10/5): Adresse à conserver - 2 jours à Londres - très bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix
- yogakaren2016 (10/5): Great location, perfect for a central London stay. - Location was spot on - 5 min walk from Earls Court underground station, 10 min walk to Olympia or Kensington High Street with it wide array of shops, eateries, coffee shops and supermarkets. The room itself was small, quiet and clean - perfect for a short stay.
Note: in a standard room the USB charge point for the phone is USB-A at the bedside table. A power socket was at the desk on the other side of the room.
- John (10/5): Cheryl - Nice clean place, had a few staff issue but that was sorted.
Nice large room clean area.
Had trouble with restaurant done stairs not taking out westpac cards demanding cash
it happened twice. I was so pissed, I wouldn't go back and the food was nice :-) we traveled around the world with the same cards, defo tax job.
- alexandra (8/5): - Breakfast was good and kids ate free
- Gabriel (10/5): Excelente! - Excelente hotel! Muito novo. Bem localizado. Fácil acesso a estação Paddington. Recomendo!
- Steven (8/5): - Pleasant and convenient hotel for our stay of a family of 4 last month. Just a 5 min walk to Paddington Station, there aren't many bells and whistles, but it does the job. One issue is that they send out towels and linens to be washed, and the delivery for the whole hotel didn't come in one day, so we had to use hand towels for our showers. Small blip that the staff were apologetic about and it was out of their control, but still a nuisance.

- samanthajH7604TR (10/5): Amazing - We arrived stressed and not knowing what to expect . It’s true the decor is a little tired . The bed is super comfy - the room and bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed , clean and tidy
Mum is in a wheelchair but can walk a little way
The staff here at Kensington Cromwell rd
Went out of their way to accommodate us - helping always with the wheelchair . Chatting making us - ( mum ) feel very special
Eli ;- your an absolute star . I wish there were more like you in the world .
Barbera and Morishka in the mornings were stunning - kind considerate and couldn’t do enough
The gentleman chef who was working Sunday 31 Aug ( I’m so sorry I don’t know your name - was asked to assist with the wheelchair . Thankyou your help was very appreciated
The Hotel is great value for money . The staff just brilliant
Xx
- Pioneer780242 (10/5): Brilliant staff - What you’d expect from a Premier Inn - comfy bed, functional and clean room. Good location for museums & close to Earl’s Court so convenient for getting pretty much anywhere else. What made it 5* was the service - all staff were so friendly & welcoming & so helpful, couldn’t fault them!
- Alexis (10/5): - Great staff and accommodations met our needs. Location was 7 min walk to Paddington station. We were caught off guard the first night when we realized that the area was closed off after a certain hour around the hotel which required we go a long way around. The area near the hospital was a little suspect after hours. Overall, would highly recommend this location.
- Daniel (8/5): Nice hotel - Not easy to find - Terrible location to find at first. Google maps took me all over the place trying to find the hotel. This hotel needs to contact Google and tell them to map it properly. Hotel itself was nice.
- Yingyu (10/5): - Very convenient to the tube and train station. Near the stores, and restaurants. Will definitely consider this hotel next time
- Elke (10/5): - Saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, gute Lage in einer sicheren Gegend
- MICHAEL (8/5): - Great breakfast and steak restaurant
- Jose Atilano (4/5): - No limpian.
- TimP554 (10/5): This is where we'll stay whenever we come to London. - We love this place - it's a five minute walk from Earl's Court tube - there was even a street juggler (in the middle of the road...) last night as we left. The air con is priceless after a hot day in London. The staff are really helpful and friendly and we plan to use this hotel now as a base each time we come to the capital. Next time we'll take advantage of happy hour.
- Melarina82 (10/5): Great stay again - We have had a lovely stay here . Room was bigger than we expected which was great . Bedding did have stains but was clean . Bathroom was clean and the towels were soft . Beds as always were super comfy and we all slept very well . Staff were all very friendly especially the breakfast ladies and a special mention to Bonnie who chatted to us at the desk and made our stay even better
- Johanna (2/5): - Amazing
- Mike (10/5): Top - Alles soweit in Ordnung, super Frühstück. Sehr zentral gelegen...
- agnesfV5176KS (10/5): Such an enjoyable stay! - My stay at the Premier Inn London Kensington (Olympia) hotel was lovely. All the staff I came across were professional, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very well cooked with a good choice of food. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly keep it in mind when I next stay in London.
- ADRIANA (10/5): - Me gustó mucho la zona en donde está y las camas muy cómodas
