Guest Reviews
- chrisntrina (10/5): Lovely very clean room - Was actually very shocked as outside looks like a prison but inside was lovely and very clean.
Breakfast was well worth it definitely get your money worth.
Would recommend this place and would stay again .
- stevedeakin2017 (10/5): Lovely hotel excellent staff - The service as always is superb . Radhika was lovely, nothing was too much trouble . We will definitely stay and eat here again .
- B1706KLvictoriac (10/5): Airport stop over, very pleasant reception area. - Very nice setting when you walked in. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great location for airport and the noise level was fine considering you are under the flight path. Comfortable beds.
- Belfast-Will1975 (2/5): Tired hotel with construction work ongoing. - Very poor experience of staying in the Premier Inn Haydock.
Paid for an early check in, to be giving a room next to where a Pneumatic drill was being used. Shaking the entire room and making rest impossible.
Had to be moved room due to the incessant noise and vibrating room.
Had I know this hotel had construction work ongoing, I would NOT have booked it. All in all, not impressed.
- 612jonathan (8/5): It does what it says on the tin - It does what it says on the tin - clean rooms, comfortable bed, basic but adequate dinner. Nothing special but good value for a night before a flight
- U3276YYcharlesb (10/5): Perfect overnight for T2 morning flights - Perfect overnight accommodation before flying out from terminal 2 next morning. We booked the premier plus room with food package and the evening meal was excellent as was the buffet breakfast the following morning. All staff are polite and courteous, and the ambiance is nice.
We didn’t take the shuttle bus, but used the public service bus 105 stops right outside which goes straight to the terminals and is much cheaper! Overall highly recommended, we’d definitely stay again
- rogerfP2508ZW (10/5): Great airport hotel - Helpful and friendly staff made our stay prior to a long flight hassle and stress free . The bed was so comfortable, normally I don’t sleep well in strange places but no problem here . The breakfast was well worth it , and the cocktails we had in the evening were excellent.
- ashleighs618 (10/5): Lovely! Would stay again - Great stay night before your flight - right next door to the Purple Park and Ride, really easy and staff were great! Lovely hotel, nice bar and restaurant too! Would definitely stay again, rooms are nice and big too.
- F6021VIkimc (10/5): Good Hitel near Heathrow terminals 2 and 3 - Excellent value for money. Lovely and clean. Food in the restaurant was really good. Close proximity to airport with the Hoppa shuttle bus running frequently from right outside the hotel.
- mastermixer1 (10/5): BEWARE CAR PARK FEE’s - Lovely hotel , like the way there’s a big entrance and walkway with bars and restaurants, gives a feel of not being in a hotel , food was good and drinks . The room was good , clean and tidy and had a good sleep, due to the comfy bed.
Only bad thing was turning up and having to pay a large car park few for the car , wasn’t happy . As nothing was mentioned when booking .
- clairej970 (10/5): Clean and convenient , friendly staff - Great premier inn for a night before a delight from Heathrow - friendly staff, clean hotel, lovely restaurant and bar area - would recommend
- Tour796485 (8/5): Breakfast start time - Initially informed on website that breakfast started at 6:30. As we were leaving next morning at 6:30 we passed on meal deal. However the amazing server Radhska corrected this incorrect start time and we were delighted to be able to take the meal deal after all. This needs to be corrected on site and receptionists need to be informed too. Much better start time. Thank you Radhska.
- peterrY3441TD (10/5): Simply a delightful experience and will come back for sure - A really enjoyable experience in Premier Inn, heathrow T2T3.
The staff went above and beyond anything that could be expected of them.
Arfa and Leslie presented a gluten free breakfast with the utmost diligence .
The best premier we stay at .
Thank you Arfa, Leslie and Gary
- 907lyndai (10/5): My favourite Premier inn! - Stayed here for a few nights prior to a holiday in Australia..great rooms and the beds are so comfortable.. good choice of meals jn bar/restaurant.. staff friendly and approachable…breakfast buffet in restaurant is excellent! Very good location and easy access to all terminals at airport…
- Gossipgirl69 (8/5): Very nice, location great, Room really good .... but ...... - I had booked an accessible room which was located near the font of the hotel which was great. Very lovely room, spacious , however, the couple above the room made so much noise, moving furniture, scraping things on the floor, stomping on the floor from the time myself and my hubby arrived about 5:00 pm till 01:30 am in the morning. We complained to the manager who came to the room with security several times and heard the noises himself and understood our concerns and both the manager and security spoke to the couple several times throughout the night. They apologised but they continued making noise. The manager offered to move us to another room about 11:00 pm but we felt no as we liked the room we were in and why should we move ?, if anyone should move, it should be the couple above as they acknowledged that they were making noise. The staff were as helpful as they could be but the building needs better soundproofing as you could hear every stomping footstep, dragging of suitcases, moving of furniture etc. The only other thing which is a concern is crossing the main room to get to the hotel from the bus across the road. There is NO official crossing in front or near the hotel. The nearest traffic crossing left or right to get to the other side to where the hotel is based is a good 10 min walk. As someone with a disability, it was terrible as it started to rain and walking that 10 mins to enter the hotel was awful. There is an "unofficial" crossing across the road in front of the hotel which would be a perfect but it's a real risky crossing as you have to wait until the traffic dies down and run across. I don't know how this can be managed better but it needs to be addressed that not everyone drives to the hotel and that adjustments needs to be done. The hotel itself with location to the airport by public transport is excellent- bus journey to and from is approx 10 mins and cost around £1.75 each way - compared to the airport shuttle bus which is £6.00 each way. The restaurant at the hotel was good and the food was ok, not brilliant but good. My overview is that I would definitely book the hotel again, its good value for money , location great and lovely staff. But ....need to make crossing the road from public bus stop more accessible and the soundproofing the flooring / Ceiling needs to be seriously looked into. Apart from that I would definitely recommend the hotel.
- Tour54664807703 (10/5): First visit at the social will not be the last. - The ambiance was perfect, greeted promptly at the entrance by Alisha she was so lovely and served us with amazing service. Overall, it exceeded expectations, making it a must-visit for a sophisticated place to wine or dine!
- W1327GVloganh (10/5): Our first visit at The Social Premier Inn - The Social offer an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for both relaxing evenings and lively gatherings. We had Alisha as our server and she was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure we all felt welcome and well cared for. The menu features a great variety of dishes and the drinks selection is impressive, with creative cocktails and a wide range of wines and beers. Overall we had a great experience and we will definitely be returning.
- B2212JHkayj (10/5): Saved us - Checked in late one night, for a couple of nights, after our original accommodation was not what we expected. Room was perfect for our needs and the hotel clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. The restaurant was clean and food amazing. Would recommend this place.
- JaxNorthants (8/5): Great for Heathrow Terminal 3 - Within easy reach of Underground and Airport. Ideal stopover for night before a flight.
Clean and quiet typical premier inn rooms with restaurant, bar and Costa Coffee on ground floor.
Regular shuttle bus provides Regular transfers to terminals

- AndreLaBouchardiere (10/5): Exactly what you want from a hotel. - Very convenient location. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent.
- Emptynester678 (10/5): Perfect overnight stay for early flight - We got a really good rate for this hotel and I don’t know why I had never stayed here before. From checking in , to size of bedroom , to comfort of bed, - all was perfect. The hotel had a busy vibe downstairs, but the bedroom was very quiet. There is a phone in reception to book a taxi for the next day and all worked well.
- Explorer55422713239 (10/5): Good - Lovely meal tonight in the newly refurbished restaurant all credit to Alisha. Great service and brilliant menu recommendations.
- L2388KZmariep (10/5): Great restaurant experience - I dined in the newly refurbished restaurant and the food was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful - Alisha was great, really attentive with the check backs, super smiley and really welcoming. Thanks!
- R4703JMpaulm (8/5): Changes - Mel on reception is great, new restaurant is nicely done and food is good, but could be doing with an area if you want to sit after a meal with a drink .
- Odyssey36908885974 (10/5): New Restaurant - New restaurant at Premier Inn Haydock Yewtree Way. Very nice refurbishment. Friendly welcome and very attentive staff especially Alisha.
I will be back.

Staff very antentive with a genuine interest in feedback - so freindly - and over the last two days, a special shout out to Jack and Alisha waiting on, as well as a number of staff of whose names I didnt get. Ive been at the hotel for the last 10 weeks; ive had my fill of pasteries, banana and apples (lol) whislt renovations take place, so in the next 5 week I have left, I shall be working through the menus (thanks to work) in a bid to catch up!

- Dream39184991591 (10/5): Great Stay - Great stay - all staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Re transfer bus to the airport allow 45 mins (traffic was gridlocked even at 8am Sunday) to get from hotel to terminal !!! Buses also a little irratic vs timetable - allow plenty of time!
- W372LHnickh (10/5): Great service for reopening restaurant. - Had a great meal this evening in the newly refurbished restaurant, great service from the whole team, Alisha, Charlotte and James.
- J4597OKgeorges (10/5): Brilliant experience - I enjoyed a lovely meal and received great customer service. i enjoyed a great burger with chips. the staff were very friendly who were charlotte, alisha and james
- petersH1947GV (10/5): Very clean, comfortable and good value for money - Very clean, comfortable room and the breakfast in the morning was great as well- Alisha was very friendly and welcoming and the cook was also very accommodating.
On the second night I was staying (Friday 7th Nov) the person in the room above me decided to start stomping around late at night and didn't stop for hours - have no idea what he was doing. Went down to reception and the guy on the desk (can't remember his name but he was young with black hair) was really helpful. He gave me another room along the corridor and I slept great after that.
So all the staff I met on my stay were fantastic.
- Mabassa (10/5): Easy parking, comfy bed, nice breakfast - Friendly welcome at reception from Donna and Alisha, who were also great with customer service in the newly-refurbished restaurant.
- Scenic67503884866 (10/5): Stayed here a few times before, staff friendly and happy to help, new restaurant just opened. - Hotel is close to work , room is a typical premier inn, practical layout, clean, shower and bath, on site parking is a big bonus ,no charge for parking just login your car reg at reception.
- J7643EOandyg (10/5): Need somewhere to stay - Extremely helpful staff, always available to help. Very nice room with Extremely comfortable bed. Unfortunately the adjoining pub was closed for refurbishment. I would recommend this hotel 5☆

- Meredith (10/5): - Everything was as promised. Food was decent. Clean and modern enough
- Samantha (10/5): - Great hotel, close to the airport with a bus that takes you right there. I’ve stayed at a few hotels near Heathrow and this is the only one I would go back to.
- Kevin (10/5): - Great for a night before a long flight. Comfortable room. Reasonable dinner and excellent breakfast.

- DAN (8/5): - No
- Diana (10/5): - Good choice for an overnight stay when flying from Heathrow Airport the next day. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was awesome!
- 858dent (10/5): Will recommend to others - Will visit again. The staff are what make this Premier Inn stand out from the rest; attentive and passionate about their jobs, you are always greeted with a smile.
Hotel and rooms are very clean, complimentary breakfast was adequate and there is a mcdonalds next door for anyone wanting a bit more whilst the building work is going on.
Special shoutout to Charlotte for her suggestions on where to eat whilst the restaurant is closed, and willingness to help with our queries.
- Megan (8/5): - Was only there a short period of time, so no big remarks. Bed was comfortable.
- Stephen (8/5): - The location,bar and restaurant facilities
- Damian (6/5): - Hotel was OK but the upholstery needs to be cleaned desperately. The free Internet was poor. Had connectivity issues on the last couple of nights. It's a very convenient location
- Maria Bernadette (10/5): - Staff service is excellent. I forgot to get the name of he customer service representative because I was so stressed figuring out why I couldn’t check in online. The male receptionist approached & asked me what I needed. With his help, I was able to check in online. He was so patient trying to check us in online. He didn’t stop until my concern was resolved. Thank you very much to this young guy. Excellent customer service.
- Roni Jo (6/5): - Room was fine. Dining area at bar was not. Filthy floors and dirty tables had not been cleaned
- Danette (10/5): - I didn’t know about the shops until I got home I didn’t walk around just went near my gate but I was very comfortable and boarding was excellent
- Catherine (8/5): - I enjoyed this hotel. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that it had a few dining options including a Costa Coffee bar. There were also lots of places in the lobby to relax and read. I did find the hallway carpets dated and stained and there was no small fridge in the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
- C1395IPmichaelm (10/5): great travel experience thanks to the helpful staff - i stay at the hotel for one night on my travel to and from Scotland. The hotel is perfectly placed just of M6 The staff Donna in reception were most welcoming hepfull and advising on places to see eat and made sure everything was in tip top shape Staff could not be more helpful I would recommend this as a place to stay
- Purcell (10/5): - I had experience in the beginning. I tried to confirm an expedia booking and received push back. There wasn't an attempt to assist me frkm the start of the call... but come to find out I wasn't speakibg to someone onsite. When I arrived they were warm and welcoming. Twas a great stay.
- Glen (10/5): - Very convenient for Heathrow. Room was spacious clean with good bed
- Ronald (8/5): - Good location for Heathrow, great lobby and eating/drinking/seating areas, nice areas!
Room was quiet, big, modern, only quibble would be that we had very loud walkers and small kids, we think, above us and it was pretty loud, especially at 430 AM when they must have been getting ready to go.
- W1482GYmichaelm (10/5): Excellent hotel to stay in for the Haydock area - great place to stay staff excellent friendly helpful Donna was on reception when i arrived and was helpful and could not doi enough for me especially withg the extra help i needed
- Kyle Lacson (8/5): - Did not have time to see.

- Ahmad (8/5): - Great location, spacious and clean rooms with minimal spending near London Heathrow.
- DANIEL (8/5): - Used for an overnight stay for a morning flight. Checking was quick, bed was very comfortable and we used the bus system to the airport
- Dale (6/5): - Clean room
- Terri (8/5): - I think it needs shuttle transportation to airport
- Steven (10/5): - My wife and I stayed here so that we could be close to Heathrow for our early morning flight. Check in was effortless and our room was amazing. Bus transportation to and from the airport was available - even in the very early morning. We ate at the restaurant and have no complaints about the quality of the food. I would recommend staying here.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Vey convenient and large hotel. Had upgraded room, very comfortable.
- Lorrie (10/5): - Great spot to overnight before a flight. The restaurant was fantastic and well priced. The service, especially the host and Nico our server, were top notch. The attention they provided for food allergies were like nothing I've ever experienced. 5 stars aren't enough. The area isn't great for outings but that isn't what we were there for so we didn't care. The hotel made sure we didn't need to leave for what we needed anyway. Well done, Premier.
- Eryn (8/5): - If your looking for a convenient hotel by the airport then this one is perfect and has a shuttle for a fee to the airport.
- Reena (4/5): - Staff can do a better job in terms of communicating. Rooms are outdated . Breakfast buffet is not good at all, bad quality. Will definitely not stay here again.
- David (10/5): - Economical transportation to the airport met us at the hotel.
While we chose not to go back into downtown London due to the weather, Had we wanted to a local underground station was just blocks away. The cost for services compared to competitors was attractive.
- Bonnie (10/5): - Great hotel!
- David (10/5): - Clean and comfortable room
- Barbara Ann (10/5): - Great location for airport travel.
- ISIMEME E. (8/5): - Clean room and staff were helpful
- Trudy (6/5): - The rooms were really clean and spacious. Fairly quit for an airport hotel. The tub in my room took almost an hour to drain after the shower (reported). There is an ‘ambient’ light behind the headboard. When I turned it off it blinked every 15 seconds ALL NIGHT (also reported). Nice hotel but ask not to stay in room 11 if you want a shower or sleep.
- Chris (10/5): - Excellent location with easy access to airport and local services via bus 105 and 111. Great all you can eat breakfast, quiet and comfortable rooms. Pleasant front desk staff. Great amenities.
- Denise (8/5): - Was a quick overnight stop, everything was fine.
- Barbara (8/5): Heathrow area - The hotel was larger than I had expected. Very nice! If you are a traveler from USA you will need a UK adapter. Good food in the restaurant.
- Jose Miguel (10/5): - Fantastic staff
- Rebecca (6/5): - Enjoyed our stay but was mislead by photos in the listing. This location did not have a soft play/ children’s area. Which was the main reason we booked here. Would have chose another location if I knew that.
Overall the hotel was well kept and had a ton of amenities.
- Mark (10/5): - Good value for the money
- 831elsbethg (10/5): Great hotel and lovely staff - An excellent Premier inn with superb staff.
Hotel looks grubby from the outside but is actually exceptionally clean inside. Currently undergoing some renovations so hopefully the outside will be painted which it needs.
Nel and Jaz on the front desk are wonderful...really helpful and friendly. I use a lot of Premier Inns for work and this has to be one of the best. Highly recommended.
- Seth (10/5): - I enjoyed the stay
- Mark (8/5): - The host were super friendly and helpful.
- jack (4/5): - Tired hotel that clearly is a bus terminal for Heathrow. Beds fine.
- Candace (10/5): - Include with reservations information on how to get to hotel from train station.
Clarify that if you would like to be able to walk to terminal 3 then you should make reservations at the Premier Inn at terminal 4.
- J H (2/5): Fine if you don’t touch anything… - Carpets and common areas disgusting. Stained and smelly. Thankfully room was not as bad as the hallways. Very basic but room I had was reasonable modern. I suspect that’s because I upgraded. Thank goodness I did.
- paige (10/5): - great stay beautiful hotel
- Maria M (10/5): - This is a great location for a night over when traveling. Staff is friendly and warm and the facilities are clean and spacious. Love the bussing service from terminals 2 and 3.
- Rachel (10/5): - Clean room
- thomas (10/5): - Staff very accommodating
- Kathleen (6/5): - Transportation to the airport was accessible.
