- 595CarolS595 (10/5): Premier League - Fantastic value, very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again
- JacksonS20223 (10/5): Lovely, welcoming team x - Everybody at the hotel was so lovely and welcoming! Especially Jane! She’s such a lovely genuine person, nothing is too much trouble! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
- donals248 (10/5): Lovely visit. - Location central - ideal for exploring city. Rooms clean etc. No complaints.
Reception staff superb. Helpful and cheerful. Sincere thanks.
- Resort648232 (10/5): Very happy 😊 - Location was tucked away from the centre and it was a 10 min walk to the River Lifffey.
Rooms were spotless and the atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and inviting.
The Hotel was lovely and quiet and away from the hustle and hustle.
Easy walking distance to all the local buses.
- ArthurWonder (10/5): Very comfortable stay - The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the unlimited breakfast was good value with good gluten free options. Concierge staff were also very polite, helpful and friendly. Good location near the city centre
- N2237AImichaelk (10/5): Dublin adventure - Awesome hotel.
Great service,great food .
Nice and quiet, and very clean.
Lovely staff .
Accessible to the city a 10 euros taxi ride ,great bus service close by.
- 976deirdrem (10/5): Great stay! - We had a very positive experience. Very clean hotel, with great food (we had the meal deal), including vegan options. The staff couldn't have been more helpful amd friendly. We were even offered a free drink because our food took a little bit longer than expected, even though we hadn't complained. We would definitely return and recommend.
- E9558UVstefaniem (10/5): The liberties premier in bar - Aleksandar was our bar staff member and he was so lovely and attentive, made us feel very welcome; absolutely brilliant
- Aoifegal52 (10/5): Great location for our family gathering! - We held a gathering at Premier Inn at the Liberties, We were not staying at the hotel however Glen who I believe was the manager went out of his way to organise something for us (something I believe the hotel usually don't cater for).
Glen and his team Jane & Lucja looked after us so well. They had an area reserved for us and they were all so warm and welcoming to us all! We will definitely be staying here as our first choice next time.
- F6334EXkristinan (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a really good time in Dublin.
Staying at the premiere inn was the best decision we could make. The employees were really forthcoming. Especially Glen l. Kelvin and Aleksander made our stay very enjoyable.
- maryrolo265 (10/5): A very comfortable and enjoyable stay - A very comfortable hotel with everything we needed in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We opted for the full breakfast this morning and it was excellent.
A great hotel . I would thoroughly recommend.
- The_Hendersons_08 (10/5): Fantastic staff! - We checked in as a party of 7 for a friends birthday. Purposely staying 10 mins away from the noisy nightlife (which was the right decision).
We had the best experience staying here. Glen and his warm and friendly team, went the extra mile whether it be recommending where to eat, where to drink or providing those extras to make our weekend memorable - especially for our friend. Big thank you to Glen and Diamond!
- 767saskias (10/5): Good value for money - I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The mattresses were amazing! It's a relatively new building and it looks well kept. The staff is very friendly and professional. The cooked breakfast is a must, even vegetarian bacon and sausages are available! There is a bus stop at the end of street that will easily get you into the city centre and a Tesco's around the corner. It sits at the quiet side at the edge of the city centre, which is great if you want to get some sleep! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 457arafatm (8/5): Food - Room and bathroom are good but I feel like they pay too much for the food because I payed €17 for a chicken burger which I expected it’s gonna be worth it like others 4 start restaurant but no all I got is 3 chicken small tinder inside of the bun and two slices of tomato and ketchup that’s all and costed me €17?? Also that night wasn’t even busy only 3 table i would say they took 30 mins for a single burger which is crazy but anyway at least room was good I loved it .
- 984kimik (8/5): Decent for a short term stay - Needed somewhere to stay for a gig. Room was spacious and cosy. Good enough price for one night in Dublin, as it's really expensive everywhere.
- B7430ABjohnnyc (10/5): Very enjoyable and will definitely stay here again - Very enjoyable service at reception was perfect and very friendly helpful. rooms clean and comfortable.
And a big thank you to Havous who made the stay hear more enjoyable
- ximenac807 (6/5): Personal muy amable. Mantenimiento escaso. Camas supercomodas - The hotel staff is very friendly. They always have a smile and the necessary help. It is a central place with several bus lines. The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. There were hairs from the shower, the shower gel was scarce and the drain was broken until 11.50 am when the maintenance man came, 10 min before checking out. We have already seen that maintenance and cleaning is not 10, for other times we have been. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay in Dublin. Economical and very beautiful.
- clairemcd2016 (4/5): Felt sorry for the staff - A bit too far from luas stops. It took about 20-30 mins to walk to heuston and same to Grafton Street area. It would have been helpful to have bus info available and I didn't like to ask staff as they were so busy. One person was trying to run the reception, bar and restaurant which was too much for anyone. Reception staff were so nice though and smiled through it all. They were the best part of the stay especially the lovely blond lady on my first night. Bedroom floor and hallways hadn't been hoovered in a while. Shower curtain was very smelly. Hairdryer working intermittently. I sent my food back to the kitchen. Salad cost about 12 euro and I asked for a chicken breast for an extra 4 euro, it took AGES to arrive even though the restaurant was fairly empty so I was expecting a lot but it was missing ingredients and had a tiny amount of dry rubbery chicken. I brought it back to the hatch and and the chef said it was the normal QUARTER of a chicken breast 🤣. I could gotten much better in the tesco express nearby. I was really disappointed as I had stayed in a premier inn years ago in the UK and it had been lovely, I had been looking forward to my visit but it wasn't great. The first night was lovely and quiet, no noise in the hallway but the second night I could hear my neighbours tv on and could hear their voices through the wall, luckily for me they weren't very loud but the walls seemed very thin so I can't imagine what it would be like with noisy neighbours
- Yesenia (10/5): Excellent - The staff was absolutely delightful, hotel was very clean. Definitely visit again
- Erin (10/5): Top notch location and staff - Staff was great, room quiet and comfortable and easy walking distance to get around. Excellent experience.
- LeVern (4/5): - No parking, no staff willing to assist with parking issue. No nearby restaurants open past 6pm. Literally found one staff person willing to help with anything. The rest were totally worthless. Would not recommend. Would not stay in a Premier Inn again.
- Barbara (8/5): - Front desk staff (Aleks in particular) was great as were Sean (sp?) and others. Air conditioning was pitiful!!! Luckily we were there in cooler weather. Price was good overall and decent location to St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Temple bar area.
- Holly (10/5): - Staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a $20-$30 uber to Eyre Square. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lovely bar with quality cocktails.
- K (10/5): - This hotel was in the perfect location, with popular shops, pubs, and restaurants all within walking distance. There is public transportation right arounf the corner, which made it easy to navigate Dublin.
The staff was super welcoming and helpful with all requests, including understanding the bus schedules, and providing recommendations for different venues across the city.
Would highly recommend and look forward to visting again!
- Erin (10/5): - Great place. Staff was friendly and location was perfect for walking everywhere
- Brandon (6/5): Great hotel needs more staff - The room was clean and fresh. It was however out of shampoo and soap. It took 2+ hours for that to be delivered. We feel bad that only one person was working the front desk the hotel was too busy for just one person.
- Nasir (8/5): - I arrived on Sep 11 morning around 6:00 am. I had booked the previous night, Sep 10, as well, to ensure that I would be able to check-in as soon as I arrived. And I had communicated my ETA through Expedia to the property. But to my surprise when I arrived I was told that my room had been given to someone else when I didn't show up by 2:00 am. I obviously was upset. The front desk had to call the Manager, after some calls, 20 minutes and a free breakfast, I was told that my room was ready.
Besides the frustrating beginning everything else was quite nice. The staff, breakfast and location were great.
- Norbert (4/5): - Kein eigener Parkplatz und quietschende Betten.
- Jody (10/5): - Breakfast was delicious, and the staff are eager and willing to help
- Dwayne (10/5): - Room was clean and quiet.
- ERIC H (10/5): - Great service
- Eamon (10/5): - Great place and price. Staff were really friendly.
- Leanne (8/5): - Great hotel with friendly service and a really good breakfast. Only downsides were location was slightly out of the way and they charged 15 Euro for early check in even if the room was ready.
Molto molto cordiali e gentili. Davvero un bel soggiorno. Grazie
- Susan (8/5): - Convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful.
Shower door plastic was cracked. Water on floor.
Bathroom fan not effective.
More variety at breakfast - scrambled eggs.
- Thomas (10/5): - 👍
- EILEEN (8/5): - Would have loved to have a small fridge in the room and perhaps another comfortable chair
- Kim Allyn (8/5): - It was a nice hotel. Laundry facilities would be a great addition.
- Mark (10/5): - Walking distance to major attractions. Safe and quiet area.
- Diogo (10/5): - Ótima localização, Walk in distance
- Valentina (8/5): - Good position
- Johnathan (10/5): - Very well located. Outstanding breakfast as usual. The only criticism I have is that air conditioning would be good. UK in general, though, you’re rolling dice to have it.
- Kriszta (4/5): - Check-in is at 3:00. The Room was not ready at 4:00. They said the 3:00 check-in is just guidance. The air conditioning was not working, which is no big deal since the outside temperature is 67°F. But we could not open the window. The bathroom was smelly. Staff could not give any recommendations for a good place to eat somewhere close by. They had no clue whatsoever.
- Sophie (8/5): - Belle chambre propre.
- Jeresa (10/5): - Good location comfortable stay quiet lo
- Daniele (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto: personale disponibile e educato, colazione eccellente e varia e ristorante fantastico
- Cecilia (6/5): Helt ok och prisvärt - Helt ok hotell och frukost. Rent och trevligt.
- Laia (10/5): - Todo correcto
- Carsten (10/5): - Sehr aufmerksames Personal.
- Shannan (8/5): Good middle of the road option - The hotel was clean and had a nice amount of space in the lobby. Given the number of rooms, it feels like they should have more people on staff at any given moment, because the people on duty were always busy. The breakfast was substantial, albeit the same every day. Be warned - the "available parking" is just street parking. We always found a spot, but on a busy evening that spot may be a 10 minute walk away.
Ultimately, the location was good for those that dont mind a short walk to things and easy taxi pick-up.
- Anika (10/5): - Great service, kind staff, clean rooms and perfect location because there is no noise in the environment yet super easy access to public transport.
- Laura (8/5): - This was a great affordable launching point for Central Dublin that fit our family of four well. We were able to walk easily to all the spots to see in Dublin in 24 hours. There is no parking so we got lucky with street parking but if you have a car might be a bit of an issue. Friendly staff quiet in the rooms but lively in the common areas a nice combination.
- Jeff (10/5): - They allow you to store your luggage if you arrive early. Our flight arrived at 7am. We got to the hotel at 8:30 and we were able to store our luggage while we toured the city. We got back to the hotel at 6pm.
The room was perfect for the four of us.
- Helen (10/5): - Great stay very nice staff and nice room
- mazin (10/5): - Like the layout of the Room, with some privacy features interning the Room . Good size. Clean.
- James (4/5): - When we went for dinner at 6 we’re told we needed a reservation.we were not told this when we checked in .
Also the restaurant male atendee was very rude
