- Y7970WKpamelah (10/5): Good experience - I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was great. The chef made me and my husband poached eggs on request which were made in minutes. The service was great in the hotel as well.
- kopiteIreland (10/5): Lovely hotel - Brilliant location for 3arena where we were attending the Hans Zimmer concert. Less than 5 minute walk.
Very friendly hotel. Rooms were spotless and bed so comfy. Spacious rooms. Bathroom spotless. Brilliant shower.
Had the meal deal, 2 course dinner and unlimited breakfast, great value and plenty of choice.
Very quiet hotel, we heard no noise at all.
Special mention to Fatima,(hope I got name right) on reception. So friendly and helpful.
The lady who served us dinner was so nice and friendly, sorry we didn't get her name.
- 344vivianz (10/5): Loved the spacious room - The room was really spacious, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great stay for the few days we were in Dublin.

- DayTrip31500426756 (10/5): Nice hotel in Dublin - Hotel was really nice we enjoyed our stay in Dublin! English breakfast was the same every day but on a positive note there was an option to order vegan options for free. Staff was helpful especially mrs Maria:)
- emmamZ9910KS (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive— special thanks to Iris and Vijolina for their exceptional hospitality. The room was clean and nicely prepared, making the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay highly recommended!
- Tara8484 (10/5): Great stay - Lovely new hotel, very clean rooms, great price and 5 minute walk to the 3 arena and luas stop. Great location. Staff were very friendly also.
- X7787AXjuliane (8/5): Friendly staff, comfortable room - We stayed for a few nights in November and aside from the room being very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I managed to rip a seam in my coat and Amy very kindly found me a needle and thread, enabling me to carry out a running repair and make sure my coat lasted for the duration of our visit. It's small things like that which make such a difference!
- Lolabombola (10/5): Luxury accomodation on a budget price! - Brilliant hotel. Luxury accomodation on a not luxury budget. Prime location. Fab food at great prices. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Cannot fault this hotel.
- ahmedmJ2624TN (10/5): Truly enjoyed my stay. - Great hotel with friendly staff; breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared ,Marion and Chef Abram helped us , the hotel was clean. Truly enjoyed my stay.
- steveiA595XG (10/5): I really enjoyed it - I recently stayed at this hotel, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the duty manager on the evening shift, Vanesa. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.
The hotel itself was great, and everything was top-notch. I also want to highlight the Big Stack Burger I had—it was absolutely delicious! A big thank you to the kitchen team for the wonderful food.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!
- nanao454 (10/5): First time visit in Ireland - Amy and Timmy are fantastic host. Made me feel at home and very attentive and polite. Great asset to the company and I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.
- 456theresac (10/5): Full marks to this Premier Inn - Everything about this hotel was excellent but Vanessa deserves a special mention as she went ‘above and beyond’ to make our (5 ‘mature’ ladies) stay so enjoyable.
- 524piusw (10/5): Very good - Great hotel and location staff very friendly and professional especially Amy who served us in the restaurant she was very helpful and pleasant. Food was excellent .Highly recommend this hotel .
- Y9462YGbrianm (10/5): One night stay - Great stay at Premier Inn, everything you expect: clean rooms, excellent service, and a tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better
- imelda84ic (2/5): Terrible Experience and Customer Service - Stayed here recently for a gig in the 3Arena- perfect location as a short walk away! Check in at 3 and we travelled up from cork getting there at 5:30 (2adults and 2kids). Receptionist asked me was it a family room required, I said yes and she advised us there were no rooms ready and we would have to wait. I asked if she had a system for calling us as we waited and she said no. I asked her to take my name and she said it was ‘fine we will just call ye when there are rooms available’. Other families gathered too and there were 6 families we spoke to all in the same situation.
I asked to speak to the manager - a man named Gediminas came and spoke to me and asked me if I had booked with a third party. I stated I wasn’t sure and he just said ‘hmm’. I asked if the delay was due to third party bookings and he asked if I booked with 3rd party but evaded my question. I checked my email and said that we had booked directly with the hotel site. I again asked if 3rd party bookings was the issue - he stated no. He then took my booking number and advised my room was ready and that I had not given my name to the receptionist making it impossible for her to check. I could not believe that he was attempting to shift the blame onto the booking system and then onto me. When I said this he unapologetically said ‘well your room is ready now so I can book you in. I can take breakfast off the bill for you’. I told him I couldn’t care less about the breakfast.
The lady behind me was so frustrated she asked me to deal with it the next day so we could all get ready for the concert. I advised that I would speak to the manager the next day - but he was not there.
That evening we were going to eat in the hotel, instead we had to eat the shop snacks we had brought as back up as the restaurant could not accommodate any tables until after 7:30. Several people we spoke to while queueing advised they had waited a long time for their table and their food to arrive.
I spoke with reception before leaving and they advised all complaints need to be submitted online. We were so disappointed that I wanted to bring this matter to light and discuss it. I was advised that all matters needed to be submitted online. I did so and was met with a response that my husband needed to contact them as the booking was under his name. I advised the interactions had all been with me and was met with the same previous response.
The whole experience was stressful. The lack of professionalism and unapologetic manner of the ‘manager’ was the hard to believe. The difficulty trying to be heard onsite at the hotel and then online with customer service was also so disappointing.
- ralph681 (10/5): A truly excellent experience. - We stayed for seven nights and it was excellent. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed, as always with Premier Inn, was wonderful. Really highly recommend this hotel.
Something to bear in mind is that the restaurant doesn't open until 5pm but there are places close by for lunch and the hotel are always happy for you to call in a delivery of food at any time.
There was not one single thing to fault.
- gmF3829WT (10/5): Happy customer - Stayed just the one night, mid-week. Very friendly and helpful staff on the desk to welcome you. Had the standard double room, decent size. The room was spotlessly clean, bed was large and very comfortable. Our room overlooked the main road outside but considering the proximity there was little to no noise to be heard. Will be staying again without question.
- C8487EVmarkw (10/5): Haroun is the best - Was a brilliant experience, the staff during check in was amazing g and gave us a easy experience.. haroun was welcoming and helped us any time durning outl experience.
- Explorer44124006190 (10/5): Great convenient stay - Your typical premier inn. Clean spacious rooms, staff were friendly and breakfast was very nice. We stayed for 3 nights, room wasn’t cleaned between this but we weren’t fussed. Situated a 5 minute walk from the 3Arena, and the centre is only a 10 minute bus (G2 we got from the bus stop around the corner.). You do need change for the buses as they don’t take card and you get no change back from notes. Overall a great stay.
- teresatV4880LB (10/5): Great place to stay! - Lovely clean room, comfy bed and great food! Saving the best for last! The young man that was working evenings (Andrii) what a lovely lovely person he was, he couldn’t do enough for you, very hard working and just generally an all round nice person! Some you would be proud to call your son! More places need someone like Andrii…! Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back!
- RobBarr (10/5): Great formula - Simple formula of a good place to stay, excellent staff and a great night sleep. Would recommend as a great location for central Dublin and not noisy like some areas
- MargoPhair (10/5): Great spot for 3 arena - Wonderful hotel a stones throw from 3 arena. Extremely clean room with such a comfortable bed, I have arthritis and don't say that lightly. So quiet overnight with seemingly soundproof rooms. Every member of staff were kind and welcoming. Will stay again.
- bobbywW8632LM (2/5): Don't know what to say - Had to book the room online while I was in the reception using a credit card even though I had cash cash after the booking was made i payed ?
- danielbK3191KD (2/5): Worst nights sleep ever - Shocking standards for a premier inn, so much for a good night sleep policy, there was unsupervised kids in rooms possibly school trip, sprinting up and down the corridor slamming and banging doors way into 1am, then the fire alarm went off and scared my kids to the point they were in bed with hands over ears, this alarm went off twice more before breakfast time, then the breakfast line took us 25 minutes to get to the guy who takes your room number and seats you, absolute shambles, breakfast was nice and plenty to eat all good was hot and cooked properly, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to stay in Dublin.
- 819tamrynt (10/5): Great hotel - We stayed here to attend the Benson Boone concert at 3Arena. The hotel is right around the corner from the 2Arena so great to stay at for concerts. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. It is also very affordable. The breakfast was great value and very nice.
- CosmosBR (4/5): Reasonable hotel. Horrible Internet - Reasonable hotel, horrible internet. Internet is impossible to use for work. Download/upload is only 0.77 Kpbs. Ping is 144 ms.
If you need internet, find another hotel or make sure you have a robust 5G mobile data plan
We are staying here for a week. Last night the fire alarm went on at 2:30 AM & 6 AM and everyone was forced out (alarm malfunction).
Breakfast has a long line.
I don’t recommend.
- lukehU6109SO (4/5): Eventful - Multiple fire alarms blasting through the night (repeatedly from 1-2am and at 7am) which caused carnage.
There was also vomit on the curtains next to the bed and the bathroom door didn’t lock.
Besides this the beds were comfy and the rooms were nice.
- BurnToExplore (8/5): Clean & convenient accommodation - Stayed one night - clean, well-equipped room in a great location within walking distance of the 3Arena. Parking available (for an extra cost) at Point Square. Convenient for a short city stay.
- Patrick Kupferschmid (10/5): - -
- Tanith (10/5): - Excellent stay- a bit far from
The action of Dublin City centre but ok if you catch a bus etc in and out each time- but as for the actual hotel- can’t fault it! Would stay again for sure!
- Connie (8/5): - Had to ask the room be cleaned. But after asking it was not. Was disappointed.
- Susan (4/5): - Where to start...room was clean however there was only 1 towel in the room and no wash clothes. Went to call and the phone doesnt work. Went to the desk and they gave us some towels but do not have wash clothes. Thermostat is on super saver so it shut off every three hours at night. My husband and I took turns getting up and turning it back on, don't worry you'll be sweating so bad you wont have to set an alarm. The wifi is beyound slow, don't plan on doing any work there, just pulling up the weather forecast took 5 min. Very disappointed in this stay.
- Gerald (2/5): - Staff very unhelpful
- Colin (8/5): - There were not shops immediately by the property. But there were some about five minutes away.
- Joanne (10/5): - Staff was helpful and courteous. Stored our liuggage when we arrived until checkin time and again when we checked out so we could easily continue to explore the city
- Kevin (6/5): good for a night before flying - This is definitely a no frills hotel , suited for budget conscious bookers . the location is ideal for airport access through tunnel , there is a grocery store nearby and everything is relatively walkable or public transportation accessible.
The hotel tends to book full and the place gets busy .
- Ricardo (10/5): - Very good place next to the túnel so the AirPort Express bus has the last stop going and the first comming from the AirPort.
- Stephen (8/5): - new area - all amenities were good
didn't like the poor wi-fi and the lack of wardrobe space
- Eric (8/5): - The restaurant did not have good food and the lobby was messy and dirty but the decorations were nice.
- Edward (6/5): Watch out for the killer bed - The bed in our room has casters which extended OUTSIDE the bed frame and mattress. Several times I tripped on it when walking by the bef. Only the fact that I was wearing shoes kept me from bruising or breaking a toe. This is not acceptable.
- Julian (6/5): - Poor breakfast ( no cheeses, vegetables or cold cuts) . Extra bed in room not ordered took up space. Nevertheless room perfectly clean. Nice to leave luggage attended before flight. One star to much .
- PO YAN (8/5): - Everything is good, but the hairdryer only worked randomly.
- Adam (6/5): - The staff at the breakfast service was fantastic! From the ladies seating and clearing the tables to the cook in the kitchen, all pleasant, hard working and helpful.
The staff at the recption desk were helpful and quick to have our room ready and answer any questions we had. Only issue we had was when we reported an issue with a slow shower drain. It took us reporting it twice, two days of quick 1/2 showers before the shower flooded into the room. Not ideal, but after the 2nd report it was fixed.
The room was very quiet. Little to no hallway noise came in. Even noise from the adjoining room was minimal.
The hotel, room and grounds were very clean and tidy.
Close to city transportation that gets you into the center of town within 15 minutes.
Only down sides and reason for lower stars, there is very little around the hotel in the way of restaurants and a bit of construction happening. The room itself seemed to have a humidity problem, the sheets on the sides of the bed were damp on the last day we stayed there. Even though the room was supposed to have fresh air circulating we noticed a damp mustyness and stuffiness on day 3 of 4. We didn’t report it as we were leaving the next day and didn't want a repeat of the drain issue.
I think if we were only to stay one or two days this peoperty would have been ideal with the easy access to the downtown core and all the tourist stuff. Was really impressed by the quiet in the rooms as well.
- xuan lan (10/5): - Clean room, property is newer than other premier inn, staff is friendly and available unlike the one in Glasgow, location is not convenient, not walkable.
- Regina (10/5): - Wir waren sehr zufrieden
- Joseph (10/5): - Good hotel and friendly staff
- Dwight (8/5): - Room very clean and tidy ; makes you want to stay in your room.
- 889clementn (10/5): excellent location, decent rooms. - excellent location, there is no need for healthy persons to take public transit to reach Albertinum, Zwinger or Residenz-schloss which are the top attractions-museums in Dresden. breakfast was 17,90 euros, buffet style, staff speak very decent English, rooms were clean though space was definitely limited. For budget stay it was very acceptable. private shower, toilets too , which in Europe are at a premium. again, like most of Europe, no air conditioning, bring fan or open windows. Once more, housekeeping is not daily, so be sure to bring towels and other items you might need.
- Dianna (10/5): - The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had a few issues getting tickets from the theatre and a lovely lady named Michelle at the front desk helped me with Ticketmaster trying to get my account settled the property is clean. The rooms are super comfortable. The bedding is lovely. I can’t say enough about premier ends and I’ll be staying there again.
- Sunshine24965440429 (10/5): Comfort, ideal location and top staff! 😊 - Great experience at this hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable, with a very handy kettle for my morning coffee/tea ☕️. The breakfast was complete and delicious, perfect for starting the day! 🥐 The location is ideal, quick access to the city center, everything is at your fingertips 🚶♀️. And the staff? Adorable! Always ready to help with a smile 😊. I highly recommend this hotel, I will definitely return! 👍 Paid parking nearby.
- Cristina (8/5): - Ottima colazione a buffet. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono
- HD5349 (4/5): Disappointing - We stayed 4 nights, and on 2 of these our room was not cleaned at all, or bed made. The other 2 days the standard of cleaning was very poor
Staying 4 nights, our towels were not changed once
Won't visit again and will not recommend
- Paul (4/5): - Room smelled of smoke
- madelaine (10/5): - Excellent location if you're using the train to city center or bus to airport. Area is safe, hotel clean, staff great! Only downside ... bed can be more comfortable, our room phone is not working and no refrigerator, otherwise it would be perfect.
- Mohammad Atif (6/5): - I understand parking at a fee. But don’t show in your profile that you have on site parking. 6 bays only seriously!! And then to top it off you added £5 per day for a decent WiFi. The free WiFi was worthless
- Francisco (10/5): - En general, muy satisfecho
- Marianna (6/5): - Need proper parking or a discount provided for the car park!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good hotel overall except for one thing the internet is not functionnal. You have to pay to have an internet that works. It’s not acceptable for the price that we paid that we have to pay an extra to get internet. They have to fix that.
- I3996JZmarkb (4/5): Step up Premier Inn - Conveniently situated near the centre. The room however was extremely small and the twin beds were worse than camp beds. Premier Inn is a brand we like and can trust in the UK, this let the side down. We were also placed in a twin and not a double as requested. I should acknowledge that Dresden was cleared on th4 day of our arrival, due to the discovery of a WW2 bomb, and cleaning was halted so that "rooms were limited". Despite a couple of requests there were no double rooms available for our 2 night stay. I'm afraid the room was depressing in such a fab city.
- Patrick (8/5): - Good clean quiet accommodations at a fair price
- Melissa (8/5): - LUAS was close by
- Leo (10/5): Great value - The breakfast buffet was a great value. Nice hotel but parking in the mall/arena parking lot is expensive
- DON (6/5): - without air conditioning, and it's very hot in the room. Bed is small basically only for one person. bathroom is very small. Table and chair is not comfortable. Breakfast is very basic.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not happy - Had my bathroom flood, mentioned it to staff around 12, got back around 1900 and nothing was done, asked again and all they said was no maintenance was available. I asked them just to clean up the water. When i went up at 2230 nothing had been cleaned up. Went down and demanded someone come up to my room bc i had an 82 year old with me and now it was a slipping hazard. He cane up and just out towels down and told me to talk to the manager in the morning. Funny...that manager was the same person i originally made the problem to. All she said was she told housekeeping and she would look i to it. They mentioned another room but it was already 2300 and i was leaving at 0700. Not happy on how this was handled
- Lee (10/5): - Clean room with nice shower facilities.
