- 446heather50 (8/5): Overnight stay - Great staff service
Comfortable room with lovely walk in shower
Good menu and drink selection
Meal deal was very good value
- 214donatellas (10/5): Few days with family - It is close to the tube and the international station. It is very near to the national express stop. It is next to a great shopping centre. The staff is really kind and the room are clean.
- 562robl (2/5): Premier Inn Stratford London !!!!!!!!!!! 21 Spare rooms and no common sense.....Avoid - A great hotel we thought!
My plan was to stay here on the Friday night with work and my Wife and 2 boys join me on the Saturday to do a little Christmas shopping at the adjoining Westfield shopping centre. We parked the car and went to check in at the Premier Inn to freshen up before leaving to watch Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham which was my gift to the family before Christmas. Upon arriving at the desk a young lady couldn’t locate our booking from the reference i gave. I had changed my booking from Stratford on the Friday night to a Premier Inn Hub in Fitzrovia, closer to the work function i attended but was clearly told this wouldn't effect my Saturday night booking where i had reserved 2 twin rooms at £147 each as the hotel didn't have a family room available. When the Lady found my booking she called her colleague over (Luca Jesus) who claimed it was him i had spoken to, i thought at least this will sort out my room for the night! Anything but....he said after a 5 minute conversation that he SHOULD HAVE said to me on the phone i needed to rebook.....but i pointed out to him that he's right and should have however didn't..........i then asked ok we're here needing 2 rooms for tonight, do you have availability and secondly can you honour the £147 quoted previously ..... he said no and I’d have to book online as he couldn't take my booking, he also said they had 21 room available.....the problem was online the rooms were £444 each which i couldn't believe.....he offered absolutely no apology or help.....i turned to my wife and kids and said we'll have to drive the 3 hours home after the match at 11pm......I will say the lady who gave me his number was really apologetic but also couldn't help as the Manager had left 5 minutes earlier.
This completely ruined our weekend and could've been avoided with a little common sense. 21 free rooms and nobody willing to offer the rooms at a rate that was written in the notes on the booking on Premier Inns system.....
I will reconsider my hotel choice in future for both work and leisure.
Thanks
Rob
- Phil17022004 (10/5): Very pleasant stay at Premier Inn Hammermith (Talgarth rd) - Comfortable location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, Quiet and well air-conditioned. Good valute for money
- 175renatad (8/5): Good service - The location is great, right next to the metro. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also great. The shower pressure was a bit low, but it worked. The breakfast was normal, as you'd expect from a Premier Inn, but it's not my favourite (not a fan of English Breakfast). Good value for money.
- Paul_A_Dundee (8/5): Great London location, good value, breakfast service lacking - We have stayed at this London hotel previously, so this was a repeat booking. On this occasion:
Good -
Staff all very friendly and welcoming.
No delays in checking in.
Clean and organised room on a quiet floor as requested.
Excellent views over the Thames and of the Shard.
Complimentary instant coffee and teas on arrival and between meal services.
Needs Attention and Improvement -
Breakfast was most disappointing - please improve and extend range of hot food offered.
Coffee served at breakfast could be higher quality.
Had to request more pillows and sufficient towels for my other guest from reception.
- F8816LQagnesm (10/5): Lovely stay - Great location. Shopping, dinning and travel to city. Clean facility and great restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. My room was next to the entrance to the floor so it was a bit busy but it was quiet at 10PM.
- FarrahChaudhry (2/5): Awful service - Service was terrible. Though the staff were nice enough, the systems and processes to save money have really compromised this hotel chain. Everyone always seems to be overworked - they have the same people checking people in and working at the bar! So at times I was waiting 15 minutes to get what I asked for – fresh towers, toilet roll or whatever. Other times I'd be assured the things would be delivered to my room but then wouldn’t hear back from anyone. I've have to call to chase - no phones in the room as they don't want you to call them - but I'd just call from my mobile externally into the hotel. Again the automated operator sends the same message - they don't really want to deal with you at all and you're a nuisance. I stayed 4 nights and paid for a Premier Plus room with which you get free water daily. On a couple of occasions I had to really argue with them to give me this as they had run out of cheap still water so were trying to fob me off with sparkling (which I don't drink), they wouldn’t let me have a couple of bottles of water from behind the bar. I asked for a late checkout, I was happy to pay, but they insisted I come down to reception at 9am the next day to confirm. What’s the point of that? I wanted a lie in! I used to stay at this hotel a lot but never again. It wasn’t cheap either - £750 for just 4 nights! Awful service.
- C3477HMhelen (10/5): Brilliant hotel for shopping and Abba Voyage! - Lovely stay with my Mother and daughter this weekend. Hotel is very convenient for shopping and also attending Abba Voyage concert.
We were warmly welcomed and had a lovely room with very comfortable beds.
Breakfast was organised well and the staff friendly. Big shout out to Sun, who was so friendly and attentive.
Very clean room too!
Monica on reception was so kind with answering questions and storing our luggage.
Just made a wonderful weekend for us all,
- thank you so much! Helen, Judith and Jessica xxx
- Coastal187433 (10/5): Great value & location - A great location and good value. The room was comfortable and quiet. As we were staying 2 nights we were advised to say if we wanted our room cleaned which sounds a great idea until you realise that you don’t have clean mugs for the second night stay so we had to opt for our room to be cleaned. Maybe having an option of a top up to give you clean mugs and more tea/coffee would be an option as I don’t think the room needed a full clean, although there is no towel rail to let towels dry so you also need fresh towels. The bar on an evening is lovely.
- nikiball (6/5): Noises due to building works near by? - Can anyone please share their experience with some building works and noise disruption? We are due to stay December and iv received an.emaul letting us know about some noise disruption during the hours of 8am to . Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks
- 417marekr (10/5): Great value and comfy! - Outstanding customer service, great value and comfy premiere plus room!
Did not get to eat anything due to our schedule but the hotel restaurant seamed packed during dinner time.
- valentinanI5959JQ (6/5): Good budget short stay - A good place where to stay for a budget short break, near the tube station, restaurants and bars.
Good breakfast! Should improve the cleanliness of the rooms.
- T5949WGsandram (10/5): All good - Excellent location. Hotel staff are lovely, hotel clean, breakfast was lovely, will definitely use again, good price especially for the London area
- fionatV9302VR (10/5): Perfect ending to a bad experience at another hotel - Having been let down by another hotel nearby, we booked in last minute. All the staff on duty were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food in the evening and at breakfast was delicious. Perfect in every way!
- jhanzebi (8/5): Comprehensive - I had a nice experience during my recent visit to London for work. Overall it is clean and relaxed. Staff was helpful especially Ulando, Sahil and Pinki.
- Cruiser39120804780 (6/5): Excellent Cleanliness, But Security and Logistics Need Immediate Attention - My Birthday stay had some notable highlights and serious concerns.
On the positive side, the BED was comfortable and the rooms were sparkling clean. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job. However, several issues significantly detracted from the experience:
Security Interaction: Firstly, the security staff at the gate needs customer service training. They were rude and shouted at us ("press the buzzer once") after we waited over two minutes for a response. A simple, polite instruction would suffice.
Family Room Size: The room allocation for the family room was very small, making it difficult to move around.
Safety/Access: Most importantly, there is no designated drop-off or pick-up location for guests. We were forced to park and load/unload on the main road, which felt incredibly unsafe. A stopping/drop-off zone is essential for guest safety and convenience.
In summary: The accommodation itself is clean and comfortable, but the front-end guest experience (security rudeness) and dangerous logistical issues (no drop-off zone) must be addressed immediately.
- Grumpy133 (2/5): Don't eat at this premier inn - Don't stay for food use the food in the shopping centre and restaurant they do not have a clue how you can get a ham and cheese toasties wrong 3 times is beyond belief how you can run a Sunday buffet with no food urgency is beyond belief especially when you have kitchen guy telling all customers Saturdays are always quite but Sunday are always like this 3 friends who never got to eat together as food not out and if it was out it was cold or hard asking for small plates for toast to be greeted by a shrug of shoulders and I don't no if we have any clean use a napkin that lovely with pancakes and honey
Watching a Italian family ask for the allergy menu 4 times no one gave it to them they left in the end a complete embarrassment I felt so sorry for them they could not get a refund as paid for there breakfast already do yourself a favour go somewhere else for food
The cleaning staff are wonderful for the rooms and so friendly just a pity your other staff are not
10/10 for there service and attitude in keeping rooms clean and smelling nice
- bendH9251FZ (8/5): Would Recommend - Great stay, easy check in and polite staff! The price was great for November, the rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
- D6372SPdenisef (6/5): Disappointing Stay - Great location, short walk from station, close to shopping, bars, restaurants, events. This hotel has a virtual check in, it has lockers for luggage. There are no humans to help. If you arent 'tech savvy there could be problem's. Even the lockers need booking on line, you need good eye sight to input your code. The hotel was extremely busy hotel on this visit, few staff.
Our Evening meal was disappointing, forgotten items, adequate portions but poor quality . There was no crockery at breakfast and , no milk. Our room was clean but it was very hot and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. There is no reception and the only staff seen were bar and restaurant staff. We ha e stayed here before and have been very happy, however this time it was disappointing.
- RazorCork (8/5): Comfortable, clean hotel with some check-in issues - Stayed here as we were attending a concert in the nearly Apollo centre and the location was perfect for that.
The hotel is conveniently located to the Hammersmith underground. We were in one of the premier plus rooms which was excellent. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine.
The only downside was the check-in. We arrived at 1430 and there was no way we were allowed to check in until 1500. Come 1500 there was a long queue of folks waiting to check in, causing some stress between customers and staff.
Overall, this is a comfortable, clean hotel in a good location.
- Mobile13037644677 (8/5): Nice sray - Comfortable beds, all very clean, staff friendly. Breakfast not so good. Wi fi sometime great sometimes worst. Hotel is at ok place and pretty safe neibourhod
- Louexeter (8/5): Great service - Excellent service. Great value.
The team surprised my son on his birthday by decorating the room with balloons and giving him a card and a box of chocolates! Very kind.
- francescobI3593LM (10/5): Good stay in this Hotel for business trip in London. Advisable - The room was clean and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful with checking in and out and for any information. The breakfast was with large choice and good. The overall impression is quite positive.
- 802soniak (10/5): Perfect stay for London! - Always stay here when we come to London! Easy access into London with great tube line/service. Can park car in Westfield shopping centre car park. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming and the rooms, food and service are great! It’s cheaper than staying more central too. Would always recommend this hotel
- rebeccawZ7177QZ (10/5): Great value for money and ideal for anyone visiting the Eventim Apollo - An excellent hotel located very conveniently near the Eventim Apollo and two underground stations. The reception staff were very friendly and eager to help. The room was also extremely clean, had good facilities and the bed was very comfortable. The price was quite low considering the high quality of service. I would visit again.
- I_Luv_Hols_64 (10/5): Nice and clean - Stayed here for one night on a weekday. Found it to be nice and clean and adequately served the purpose. The room smelt fresh on arrival and throughout the stay, and the carpet and furnishings were clean. I liked the hotel, the fact that it was clean and fresh and that we were able to pay for an early check in at 11am. I'd definitely stay again.
Here's the details in more depth: The bedroom had a lounge chair with cushion and footstool, which we appreciated. A desk area with kettle and coffee maker (we're not in to hot drinks, so no comment). In the mini fridge there were 2 small bottles of sparkling water - nice touch but shame it wasn't still. There were plugs and USB sockets either side of the bed and of course ample plug sockets in the desk area. Air con worked well. I think the TV probably only had basic channels but didn't watch it. Below the TV was a long padded stool for putting stuff on. An iron and ironing board were provided, as was a hairdryer and stool in a separate area opposite the bathroom (spare plug socket next to hair dryer). Couldn't get the hairdryer to work but reception said something about there being a sensor somewhere on it? 5 coathangers were provided in a hanging area (no doors to it, one shelf above, but no drawers anywhere). 3 hooks on the wall in the hallway. The bathroom looked all fresh and new, as you'd expect in a new hotel, with a walk-in shower, bath mat, and hand wash and combined hair/body wash were provided in large bottles attached to the wall, plus another bottle of hand wash by the sink. No heated towel rail. The bath sheets are a good size but you only get one hand towel.
The hotel has 4 lifts and 9 bedroom floors, with access required by room card to get through the doors that lead to the lifts, which is reassuring from a security point of view. Our room looked onto another building with a very slight road view if you craned your neck to one side, but there was a net curtain and we didn't expect a view. The hotel is not in a picturesque area, but we knew to expect this. Nice blackout curtains and comfy bed but only one pillow each though it worked out fine. It was quiet in the room - no noise from adjoining rooms.
We had the cooked breakfast, which was fine. Lots of tables to choose from.
For info, if you're thinking of treating yourself to a taxi from Waterloo station to this hotel, ours cost £45, as the traffic was so slow (between 11am and midday on a Monday). The Eventim Apollo is approx 7 mins walk from this hotel, so it's an ideal hotel for those attending concerts, and quite a few attending the concert walked back to this hotel at 11pm afterwards. Hammersmith tube station is about the same distance and there are a number of shops inside the station entrance, including small Tesco & Sainsbury's, McD's, coffee shops, and others. Next door to the hotel is a M&S Food at a filling station.
- 305musab (2/5): CHECK YOUR LUGGAGE !!!! - My fiancée accidentally left a wash bag in our room after checkout. When I went back later the same day to collect it, several personal items were missing, including jewellery, a bottle of perfume, a hairbrush, and other belongings.
Unfortunately, Premier Inn took no accountability. Their investigation on top of having multiple flaws and contradictory information, simply stated that staff had followed procedure and that the missing items “could not be found.” Of course, if something goes missing while in the hotel’s care, it’s not likely to still be sitting there later — yet that seems to have been the extent of the investigation.
I even provided photographic evidence — one photo taken before checkout showing the wash bag with the hairbrush inside, and another taken that evening after it was returned showing it missing. Despite this clear evidence that the bag’s contents changed while in their possession, Premier Inn has refused to take responsibility or offer any form of goodwill gesture.
The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and distressing for both me and my fiancée. I’m sharing this to warn other guests to double-check your belongings carefully before leaving, as the hotel appears unwilling to take ownership when something goes wrong.
- Footprints165134 (8/5): Good value for money - Overall good hotel.and well located at a short walk to and from public transportation (underground and bus). Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Bathroom is good and clean. Breakfast could do with an improvement but overall good value for money.
- X6369DQtheresac (10/5): A wonderful stay! - A lovely hotel. We had a premier room which was superb. Quiet and very comfortable. The beds are great! Clean, modern and a delicious breakfast.
- 564johannej (10/5): A firm favourite - As a anxious mum with a young daughter this hotel is a favourite as it’s so safe and easy to get too, the walk from Hammersmith st is quick and well lit and the check in is very quick and secure. Room was clean and air con worked very quickly. Meal was pre booked and service was quick and friendly (menu was varied) at this point we did experience a kitchen/chef blip but the way it was dealt with was absolutely fantastic- Matty and Jessica the wait staff went above and beyond to not only rectify the situation they acknowledged my complaint they were genuine and thoughtful with their response, blips happen occasionally but a company’s response is what matters and in this case Matty and Jessica came through and instead of leaving today feeling any negativity I can’t wait to come back again in December for my 50th with my aunt. Thankyou for a lovely stay
- mundoviajar2025 (8/5): Premier Inn Hammersmith Talgarth Road : A Nice Budget Hotel - Close to Hammersmith and all services there, convenient.
It's a pretty new hotel with a nice lobby and the Breakfast Buffet is very good.
We took the family room in October 2025 - this would be good for staying as a couple with 2 or 3 small children.
As 1 parent with 3 kids, it's not too ideal.
If your children are old enough for a room on their own, then I recommend getting 2 seperate rooms, and calling the hotel to see about adjoining or same-floor rooms.
We took the cheaper standard rooms instead of Premier Plus.
The room we got was nice with a skyline of London just outside the window. I wouldn't recommend the in-room coffee; but Costa, Caffè Nero, and Starbucks are nearby and easy to get to through Hammersmith Broadway.
The sink water is not drinkable, so please buy bottled water at the vending machines or bar (they're about £ 3-4).
Our family room felt quite cramped - if you would like to get takeout, I recommend eating at the tables in the restaurant - they don't mind at lunch hours.
If you do get the family room, please note that for 3 out of 4 people there is no nightstand space.
They do provide a TV with access to a number of British channels. There is also an HDMI socket provided (for anything from laptops to Switch to even an Apple TV).
Please note that the HDMI wall socket does not work, so please use the inputs on the display itself.
The key-cards are easy to use and they gave us 4 instead of 2 when we asked. Just don't lose your key-card, because you need it at least 3 times to get into your room, then also to turn on electricity in the room. The key-card system made getting into our room easy and secure; as well as assuring us that no-one could enter our room without our consent.
Please note that family rooms are on the 4th floor, and Premier Plus rooms are on the 8th and 9th floors.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel for cheap, short stays in Hammersmith.
- heyjude1966 (8/5): Excellent Hotel - Excellent location if attending Copper Box arena. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
There were a few issues at breakfast, not enough food/drinks and long queues.
We stayed in Premier Inn plus room which was great, just one issue with the hairdryer. It was attached to the wall with a very very short cable, not fit for purpose, I’m assuming it was a man’s idea to fix to wall in this manner. Ladies if you want to use a hairdryer I would advise bringing your own
- Dazza2208 (10/5): Top notch stay quality hotel - Had only one night at this fabulous hotel great quality good food and drink meal deal exceptional very clean staff were amazing highly recommend
- fionas386 (8/5): Easy trip - Stayed here night before catching Eurostar. Self check in so nice and easy. Social area in the hotel l, bar etc - we ate in Westfield as many restaurants on top floor. Mattress in hotel not the usual quality expected at Premier Inn.
We caught the fast train to St Pancras in the morning - took 7 minutes, the International station is right opposite the hotel so much easier than taking luggage through Westfield then catching 2 tubes (30 mins).
Self check out also so smooth trip.
- S9137MAkeithb (6/5): Could do better - The staff were nice as was the food, however the room wasn't up to an expected standard. There was no plug in the sink, mould or dirt on the tiling grout and dirt and damp in the bathroom. As we only stayed one night we didn't take the issues up with the Hotel.
- 976millyd (10/5): good hotel not far from tube stations - The room was a lovely space for what we needed for our stay, the room was very clean and was provided with a comfy bed which gave me and my partner a well needed rest after a long day out, the service was very helpful when we asked questions and very polite. would definitely recommend visiting, will be coming back 😊
- colinl424 (10/5): Excellent value - Excellent value for money.
Ample sized room for one person (in fact a giant bed compared to some hotels).
Breakfast was ideal. Just fruit, cereals and pastries but lovely warm service.
You would pay much more and get fewer smiles!
- LJane2019 (8/5): Good for quick stopover - TV didn’t work so had to swap rooms but staff were great in sorting and very apologetic. Location was fine for my purpose but no chance to explore. Some chain restaurants nearby which was a bonus. Breakfast was good and the lady that was serving was so lovely. Hub rooms are great for single people, not sure for a couple as snug. All in all suited my needs and would stay again if needed a hotel in the area.
- b00sun (10/5): Eat in is my top tip - Reviewed before so this is an update
Firstly staff from maintenance to cleaners to reception to bar and to kitchen are all so polite friendly and efficient. Particular shout out to Monica on reception and bar for such gracious efficient and polite service and to Ivan on bar and restaurant who remembered on a previous stay we were meeting our son for dinner - that is remarkable given the footfall through that hotel - worthy of a top class hotel for guest experience
Also THANKYOU to the very engaging chef for the chats and the food - I’ve eaten out a lot in the area and the menu here is really extensive - masses of choice, some unusual options and very flexible with option to share starters. Really very impressed with the variety and quality
- J6270RZbenw (10/5): Tower Hill hit the mark - Great location. Nice and comfy. A lot of money IMO but competitive rate nonetheless. Three of us stayed with work and walked to a restaurant near by and had a drink back at the hotel.
- stephanieoF3365PF (10/5): Excellent. Highly recommend - Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good quality breakfast. Super addition of having a late bar
- karensS8135CQ (6/5): Great location, clean and comfortable room but really poor checking in service - We stayed at the hotel as attending the Abba Voyage experience - whilst the location was great for both the parking and getting to the venue and the hotel was clean and comfortable - the checking in service was extremely poor - taking way too long with huge queues forming
- Carlo Boje (8/5): - Ok
- Huldís Ósk (8/5): - The hotel was nice, but it could have been cleaner. The staff was very nice. The air conditioning in the room was super annoying because it had this random clicking noise that kept waking us up throughout the night, and it had to be turned on because you could not open the window.
- john (10/5): - The room was clean and spacious for a London room. The breakfast was so good. And only 10.99 £. Full bfast eggs sausage n all. The service was great n everyone was helpful. It is a good place to stay.
- Berit (10/5): - Ja
- paulnM2857SP (4/5): Previously excellent - this time not so great ! - great location and have stayed here many times in the past - however, quality of the room on this occasion was very poor - room 117 - terrible damp smell in corridor and rotted skirting suggested serious - black mould in shower, broken window blind cord just discarded on ledge. Dingy and depressing view of filthy courtyard with piles of hotel rubbish. Now looking for somewhere else to stay next time I’m in the area.
- CAIO MARCELO (10/5): - quarto limpo, funcionários receptivos, shopping ao lado e metro do lado. internet ruim
- Dana (10/5): - Alles war top
- Steven (4/5): - Old hotel, carpet in hallways are dingy. Rooms need updating. Location of this hotel may challenging for Uber driver to find you.
- Jeff (8/5): - Awesome hotel. A bit of a long walk down the hallway to our room and it was a little warm at times, but otherwise very nice. There was a ton of space to put and repack luggage which was helpful.
- JON (8/5): - No había leche caliente, ni cacao para niños.
- Angelo (8/5): - Hotel confortable, proximité des transport. Gros bemol, pas de parking, obligé de se garer au seul disponible, 60€ la nuit
- Aziz (8/5): - Stay at Premier Inn Hammersmith – Friendly Staff and Excellent Breakfast!
I stayed at Premier Inn Hammersmith in July 2025 with my teenage daughter and my 17-year-old son. We had a bit of a hiccup during check-in because of a discrepancy between Expedia's age classification (which considers 17 as a child) and UK hotel policy (where anyone 16+ is considered an adult). This initially caused some confusion at reception, but thankfully, one of the staff members was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue after reviewing our itinerary, which clearly showed the number of guests and their ages.
Once that was sorted, our stay was excellent. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. What really stood out was the breakfast – a hot buffet with a great variety of options, all well prepared and regularly replenished. It was definitely worth including in the booking.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would stay again. The location is convenient only 5 min walk to underground metro.
- Vicki (8/5): - Decent place to stay… but Uber drivers have hard time finding the place. I stayed 4 nights there and breakfast options were exactly the same for 4 days.
- Calloway (8/5): - Food was good
- Donna (6/5): - Expedia advertised this hotel as having parking but it does not! There is not even a place to drive up and unload luggage. The staff and manager were so uninterested and unhelpful in helping us figure out where to park our car. The parking we did find was so expensive and took us hours to figure out. In general the staff are not helpful:(
The only good thing was the location near Hammersmith station but we will never stay here again.
- DAVID (6/5): - The Continental Breakfast was very poor 8.95 per person No cheese Ham salami Boiled eggs. The staff were great . We asked for the room too be cleaned and wasn't. the beds were not changed either. Shopping was Ok in the near . Hotel was very close too the Hammersmith Underground very easy too get anywhere in London
- Vanji (10/5): - Great place
- BrendaC3607 (10/5): Excellent service at The Hub by London Tower Bridge! - My husband and I stayed for 2 nights on 27 & 28 September and found the small cabin very comfortable (we are used to being on small boats). The bed was very comfortable, we slept better than at home!
Best of all we found everyone who was working there to be welcoming, helpful and a couple of your staff went out of their way to help us.
Special thanks to Imon and Ilanora. We will stay there again next time we are in that area.
- dazzyP516 (10/5): Fantastic location and fantastic staff. - Before coming for our 3 night stay, I emailed requesting an accessible bed from both sides as my wife had injured her knee, I also tried my luck at requesting a window in the room as previous times we have visited we didn’t get one.
All I can say is wow and thank you.
We were given a free upgrade to a king size bed and a window displaying fantastic views of the Thames, HMS Belfast and the Shard.
The room was spotless and the staff were so polite and went out of their way to help us.
The hotel chain should be proud of the hard working staff.
I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Capital, everything is within reach and the location is perfect.
Thank you.
- 767terep (10/5): Lovely Stay - Wonderful warm welcome on arrival and every time after staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful than they were.
We were also upgraded to a larger room with a lovely view of the shard and could see a bit of the Thames between buildings.
The room was sound proofed from the traffic noise which was a pleasant surprise.
But as mentioned first in this review the wonderful staff are a credit to Premier Inns and made us truly feel at home.
- Mark-W-York (4/5): Expensive basic hotel. - Convenient location for the Stratford area, but nothing really stands out at this overpriced hotel.
There are much nicer Premier Inn hotels in London.
- ALINA (6/5): Nella media - Hotel molto grande situato in quartiere Hammersmith, un po fuori dal “centro”. Metro a 5 minuti e stazione bus vicina. Check-in tassativo dopo le 15, poco elastico. Pulizia nella camera non la fanno se non viene chiesto alla reception. Colazione abbondante ma scarsa scelta. Camera piccolina, va bene per pochi giorni.
- Mary (8/5): Nice hotel - I was happy overall except they put me in a handicap room and as i am not handicap the shower was not user friendly. Only used the room for sleeping, didnt use the dining facilities, we were out site seeing all day.
- TETSUFUMI (8/5): - 朝食がしっかりしていた。
- Daniel (10/5): - Hotel was nice for the cost.
- Maree (6/5): - I checked in the day before my travelling companion and gave them all her details and gave her all the room details and despite this they wouldn’t let her check into the room. I’d also messaged her a photo of the room key with the room number to show them. Not very happy as they initially told me all I had to do was tell her to checkin under my name
- Vinicius (10/5): Ótimo hotel - Quarto confortável, equipe atenciosa, boa localização e um café da manhã ótimo com opções veganas.
- Daniele (8/5): - Non ho fatto colazione
- Nicholas (8/5): Nice hotel with one problem - The hotel and room are good as well as the common space for working and eating in the lobby. The only negative, is the complete impossibility to reach the staff by phone. It is completely impossible to call this hotel and speak to anyone and the staff at the front desk specifically do not answer the phone. You can call 20 times and you will never get through to a real person.
- Mohsen (10/5): - Liked the location. My room was excellent. Good breakfast options: toast, croissant, etc. liked the elevator. We went on trains/Metro and buses with plenty of bus stops. My rating is 10/10.
- 239suef (10/5): Keep going back! - I visit London regularly and always stay here, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the staff make the place. Always a warm welcome and they can't do enough to make your stay a good one :)
- Nathan (2/5): - This hotel is dirty, smells bad, rude staff that doesn’t speak English
- Phoebe (10/5): Good stay - Room was clean but small but well suited and in a good area. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well!
- Karl-Georg Nikolaus Christian Rainald Melchior Freiherr von (8/5): - Sehr gutes Frühstück
- John (10/5): - Was impressed with this hotel. Quiet, modern, safe, right near Hammersmith station. The Premier Plus room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good quality for a large chain hotel.
- 610andrews (4/5): Great staff poor booking system - customers should be warned .
we arrived to find no rooms, we had checked in the night before on the app
but it makes no difference
we were given a room in the basement (-1)
no windows and now find we can't contact premier inn to complain.
so my advise be careful when booking
- Ed (10/5): Great place to stay in London - Great property with clean, comfortable rooms. Very close to District and Piccadilly lines
- Marco (10/5): - Ottima struttura
- Sajjad (6/5): Nice but need some insode upgrade for comfort stay - Room was good but the short coming was no micro wave and fridge available inside the room, I csme from Canada and its very normal to have these basic facility even in street motel so I was expecting the same in 3 star hotel, hard with babies to warm milk and store baby food, location and breakfast was good
- Vera neide (6/5): - The staff was ok and speedy on checking but after that … the hotel was not clean the room was not cleaned or bed changed for all 3 days , even by request… the breakfast was ok .
- Maureen (8/5): - Great spot for a short stay in London, very conveniently located a few minutes away from the Tube. Our room was small but it was clean and had everything we needed. We ran into a small issue between Expedia and Premier Inn where we’d prepaid for the entire stay but Expedia’s payment system wouldn’t connect according to the manager which was a bit alarming, but everything was eventually sorted.
We would stay here again, especially coin laundry can be added to the amenities! We would’ve needed it for sure if we’d stayed longer.
- Peter (10/5): - Short walk to the tube and a neighborhood that has everything I needed. Premium Plus was worth it for the extra amenities such as King Size bed and Espresso Machine.
- 497amberleec (4/5): Poor room cleanliness but was moved by helpful staff member - The room I was given smelled of vomit and had a large, poorly-cleaned stain on the carpet right inside the door. I asked to be moved and the staff member was very apologetic and upgraded me to a larger room. The new room was clean and comfortable, though the lack of hot drink facilities in the room was disappointing. I also couldn't locate the bin for ages - it was hidden in a difficult-to-open cupboard in the bathroom, with a tiny label on it that was only visible once you crouched down.
- hadi (8/5): - Nice hotel for the price 3 star hotel with free breakfast and wifi close to train station bbusses
- Shane (10/5): - A great breakfast at a very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful. Just one little complaint. We did ask for our room to be tidied and it was not. I just don't understand why you wouldn't tidy a room every day as a matter. Of course I would still return here and recommend two people very good connection to transport links and the local Twp is Great
- Mary (8/5): - This hotel is in a great location less than 5 minutes to Hammersmith tube and a little further to Baron’s Court. The hotel was very busy but we did not hear another person when in our room at all. I was disappointed as we arrived early and were not able to check in until 3pm (I don’t remember seeing that as an option when I booked) and after a long international flight, that was challenging. But the late check out time of 12pm is great for having the morning to get around the area. The convenience of the transportation access and the area around Hammersmith were surprisingly good and would have me return again to this location.
- bmccafferty (10/5): Good hotel good location - In a hub hotel you get what you pay for. It's a small room but perfectly fine for sleeping and let's be honest that's the only time you are in your room in London anyway. Good under bed storage with a pull out suitcase space. Clean room. Great service every member of staff to as polite always saying hello. The iced lemon water was welcome as you came in and always topped up nice way to enter before going to your room. Breakfast was continental and not too bad for hotel prices the spread was really good and it was never too busy. All in a good hotel and would stay again. The hotel is right between tower hill and monument station so it's easy to get anywhere in London.
- Michael (10/5): - enjoyed the meals and the room. though my hotel didn't have a business section, the staff was very accommodating and allowed me to use their printer so that I could print drafts of my presentation.
- ON KEI (8/5): - 隔音好,自助早餐也不錯
性價比高
- 300mariaeduardab (10/5): Amazing experience! - Amazing days! Staff are really friendly and always ready to help. The room is always clean and very good. The location is excellent.
