Guest Reviews
- j3dimast3r (10/5): Excellent Location and Very Comfortable - My wife and I stayed at this Premier Inn at Paddington Station from November 19 to 27, 2025. We stayed in Room 405 on the 4th Floor, which was a Standard Double room. We initially chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Paddington Station, and we're so glad we did! We loved the fact that we could simply walk across the street from the hotel and stroll directly into Paddington Station.
The room itself was just fine for my wife and I. It was very clean and well-kept, with nearly no signs of wear and tear on the furniture. The interior decor was very modern and minimalistic. One other thing about the room was the fact that the sound proofing was quite impressive. Considering the fact that our room overlooked the street that's typically busy with traffic, we could hardly hear the outside noises. The mattress was very comfortable (to me), but my wife mentioned to me she preferred it to be a tad firmer. There was plenty of space in the room for us to relax during the evening when we're done with exploring the surrounding London area.
Even though we did not opt for the daily breakfast deal, the front desk staff member that checked us in (Sorry, I forgot her name) offered us a couple days of complimentary access to the breakfast so we can try it out. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast! It was a hot breakfast buffet and they served 'English Breakfast' foods such as sausage, beans, various types of eggs, hashed brown triangle, English bacon, mushrooms, and grilled tomatoes. The quality was actually decent overall, but we opted to not continue with the breakfast meal plan since we wanted to venture out to try other places for breakfast.
Overall, this hotel was superb value for use since we loved its location. If we ever visit London again in the near future, we would definitely consider staying here again!
- SatoshiY_13 (2/5): Terrible experience — no hot water and zero accountability. - I stayed at this hotel and the shower had no hot water at all from the moment I checked in. I reported the issue immediately, but nothing was fixed during my stay.
Despite the hotel failing to provide a basic amenity, they refused to offer any refund or compensation and kept insisting on their policy instead of taking responsibility. Their attitude was unprofessional, and customer care was completely nonexistent.
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, as you may not get even the minimum level of service — and they will not stand behind their own failures.
- E4092ZRscotth (6/5): Mostly good, but bad experience in hotel restaurant - The hotel was easy to get to and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, I stayed at this hotel twice, a week apart, and on the second stay I arrived around midday, so decided to eat lunch in the hotel restaurant. But when I asked if the restaurant staff could check the ingredients of a dish, because I have an intolerance to a couple of common ingredients that aren't a major allergens, so not listed in their allergen information, I was met with a flat refusal by the staff as it was, quote, "against company policy".
- 160alisterb (10/5): Great place to stay for a night or two - Very comfy, clean and good sized room. I was in London for business so this was perfect for me. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
- Discover2737 (10/5): Excellent staff and service - makes all the difference - We stayed at the Premier Inn for 2 weeks because of a house leak. The staff were so helpful and kind and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the chef made the best poached eggs on demand even though he was very busy. The parking is convenient too. And the location is right near Southgate station and is off the main road. Good size rooms, nice shower and value for money.
- elizacQ6307TZ (10/5): Lovely stay - The room I stayed in was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout my stay. I also loved the service. Would stay again
- 700sunnyb (10/5): Great happy relaxing friendly - I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting . From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which set the tone for a very relaxing experience.
- elisacM8493XS (10/5): Great rooms - Ideal location for my business trip, clean room and perfect bed for a great night sleep! Very friendly staff and ready to assist you during your stay
- darrenhN403LM (10/5): Very good - Very nice and clean hotel, next to train station, food was lovely and the receptionest layleehau was brillant, all so were fantantic would stay again
- stylezm2024 (10/5): Amazing experience - First impression we was welcomed with a nice beautiful smile by ibrahim he gave us a lot of information regarding our stay breakfast was so nicee we had to book it twice
- jameskT965PI (10/5): My experience - I had an amazing experience at the hotel it was extremely clean as expected and no issues whatsoever, this place is highly recommended for others honestly l.
- X6779NIjunes (10/5): Amazing staff - Such a warm welcome from the reception lady, helped us out with our endless requests and made sure we’ve got everything we need! She is an absolute asset for the company!
- 443jermainen (10/5): Amazing stay - Amazing stay easy check in process, comfy beds and lovely staff members.
Breakfast was tasty in the morning and checkout was very simple.
- ukCorn (10/5): Great place to stay - Stayed in one of the premium rooms. Great to have a fridge for small meals etc. Being across from the station made getting around easy. Also great access to grocery shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean, quiet, and had all the amenitie as advertised. You know what you are getting with this chain hotel . Would not hesitate to stay here again.
- rhyse645 (10/5): Very good - The best hotel in Southgate and surrounding areas. All the staff are great, attentive, very friendly and very helpful.
- sichingl2025 (2/5): terrible service and hygiene - i stayed in room 323 from 14/11 to 17/11. On the last day, before i checked out, i developed red dots on my skin which are due to bed bugs. It is now 5 days after i checked out and the spots on my skin are getting more angry and few more have appeared.
- Speirsygirl (6/5): Good value but not security concious - Good location but did not feel secure. Nice room, good staff and food. Decent prices for central London. Reception never manned and anyone without a keycard is able to walk into the hotel right to the bedrooms. This needs to he urgently addressed
- RyanH4278 (10/5): Colleague was very helpful - The colleague who dealt with me when I arrived was very welcoming and accommodating to me she was very pleasant I wish I had gotten her name to personally thank her
- mounirab580 (10/5): Foyaj is fantastic - Foyaj was very accommodating and helpful when we needed help, he was also very friendly and listened calmly. Thank you Foyaj!!
- Journey10354837552 (10/5): Laylee is amazing!!! - Laylee is a fantastic member of staff at this Premier Inn, she’s very accommodating and understanding. She would always check in on us during our stay and made it a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you Laylee!!!
- justinjO2450EA (10/5): First rate - Excellent staff, clean and comfortable hotel ideally placed for the Barbican and city. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money.
- mariadR9530RX (10/5): Highlyrecommend. - Fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything we needed was nearby. Room was very clean; soap and shampoo were lush; shower was fabulous.
- johnrU3036AJ (2/5): Threatening angry staff member - On returning to the hotel we looked to see what was in the area on the ground floor, we walked into the area which was the hotels restaurant area, the only space on the ground floor, immediately had a member of staff aggressively and intimidatingly approach us, telling us the area was out of bounds, he told us to go up to our room, and he followed this up with threats of kicking us out of the hotel and swearing at us. It was a very shocking experience. This member of staff should not be in a public facing job, I have never felt unsafe in a hotel before. When following this up with Premier Inn they told me that the feedback from the hotel was that we attempted to open the fridges where alcoholic beverages were, but they were locked. And when we were seen by a member of staff we pulled on the member of staffs arm to find his name and were aggressive, which is why he told us to leave. Due to the hotels feedback they can only offer an apology. This is a complete lie and for the Premier Inn to accuse us of this without any further investigation is very unfair and is a defamatory statement.
We will not stay at this hotel again in fear of seeing this staff member.
- livb730 (10/5): Lovely Stay! - Nice stay! Clean rooms and friendly staff! Also we were guests of the day, winning a free mini bottle of wine! Breakfast was very good too!
- D2576QZsarahm (2/5): Will never stay again! - Home from a night out and was met by a very confrontational manager called Lestyn. He threatened to chuck us out because we accidentally walked into the restaurant area! Very aggressive member of staff. It seemed as though he wanted a fight, it was very odd. After a nice evening and innocently walking into the restaurant to see if it was still open we were rudely confronted by an angry aggressive man. It was very intimidating.
- 293catalinad (8/5): Nice place price/quality - Nice place price/quality. We stay for holidays, the bed was comfortable, the people kind. We asked for cleaning and New sheets and we has to ask twice, they weren't very efficient.
- K4228VYlouisee (10/5): Perfect location - Great hotel with perfect location
This Premier Inn is great. It is located next to Paddington and could not have a better location.
The staff is friendly, and yhe rooms are nice, warm and clean.
- I5738HNhelenar (10/5): An excellent base to explore the City of London - Nice quiet hotel, conveniently located for the City of London. Our room was clean and comfortable, and although it wasn't huge it certainly did the job for our family of four for a couple of nights. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the quality and service in the restaurant was probably the best we've received in a hotel of this type.
- Thiago_saraujo (10/5): Great Experience at a Comfortable and Well-Located Hotel - I recently stayed at the hotel and was quite pleased with my experience. The facilities were clean, and the location is excellent, making it easy to access various attractions in the city. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, which is always a plus.
However, I did encounter an issue with the reservations team, as they cancelled my booking before resolving my concerns. This aspect of customer service could use improvement.
Despite this hiccup, I would definitely recommend the hotel due to the quality of my stay and its fantastic location
- 1994AJM (2/5): Dirty beds and smelly rooms!! - Check in was easy and we were up to the room within a few minutes. On opening the door to the room we were overpowered by the smell of dirty/ stagnant water. We were so tired and my little one was falling asleep so we thought we would just try put up with it. There were also big metal bars on the window which made it feel like a prison but we were only there one night to sleep so we just got over that. The worst part came when we went to put our little one into bed and there was a huge brown crusty patch of sick/poop in the inside of the duvet and sheet. Disgusting to find and so alarming that clearly the sheets had not been changed!!!
We complained and was given a new room opposite which smelled much better and seemed cleaner, plus not metal bars on the window. But unfortunately by the morning, the stagnant water smell was starting to take over that room too. Think there was an issue with the aircon or drainage.
The breakfast was good but the room was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have had, especially for the price we paid. Location was good, right outside the station.
- PRgnu (8/5): Clean, comfortable, great breakfast but poor Internet and lost property service - Great location hotel up to the usual Premier Inn standard, clean and comfortable with a great breakfast.
However...
Premier Inn is becoming very overpriced. This hotel was £230 a night with breakfast so £700 for 3 days.
I was there with business and there was almost no Internet, either in the room or down at breakfast. Premier Inn has always had excellent Internet for the basics of emails and Teams calls, but I believe the provider has changed. I upgraded to the premium WiFi but that didn’t work either to the point that the IT people refunded me. The next week I stayed in a different London Premier Inn and the Internet didn't work there either.
Lastly, I believed I had left my shoes in my room. I tried to phone the hotel for 2 days but couldn't get through. I travelled back to London to call into the hotel and was told there was a fault with the phones. There also appears to be no left property room. I was there for half an hour while they tried - and failed - to get in touch with the person who cleaned my room. In the end I left and it was another 2 days before they contacted me to say they couldn't find them.
Premier Inn has always been really solid and this seems a bit of an aberration. Shame as I was here for 3 days. However with their prices escalating it raises the standard you expect.
- Getaway11072622545 (10/5): Excellent - Probably the best Premier Inn I've stayed in. Great location, warm welcome, easy check Inn, biscuits and extra tea/coffee at the entrance. The girl on reception was lovely and very helpful.
- pantastic247 (10/5): Excellent - As I have just come out of hospital for a serious operation I was impressed by the customer service of Laylee who couldn’t have done more to help me she was extremely helpful. Compliments to all staff.
Laylee should be employee of the month or year!
Thank you so much!
- giorgial649 (10/5): Journey in London was special thanks to Premier Inn London Paddington at Paddington Station - Easy to visit the city, near the metro station (you only have to cross the street). Beds and pillows are comfortable, breakfast is delicious.
Value for money rate 10/10.
If I will return to London this will be surely my hotel.
- claremI8156IH (10/5): Highly recommend - Fantastic location, very clean around hotel and in bedroom/bathroom. We ate breakfast and dinner here and couldn't fault it. They stored our bags whilst we explored London which was a Godsend. Would highly recommend.
- Q334CMzahraa (10/5): Great stay with the family - It was a great stay at the premier in Southgate London hotel.
The staff were really nice especially Foyaj and Laylee. They were very helpful and nice and I will definitely come back again to this hotel with the family
- georginag862 (8/5): Breakfast! - We had three nights booked last weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We have stayed in this hotel before and booked again as we were impressed with the level of care and attention from the staff and the amenities are what we have come to expect from a Premier Inn.
We had no complaints until Monday morning and the breakfast service. Previous mornings the breakfast area was quiet and well staffed. It's a shame that on Monday morning we were let down. It was clear that they were short staffed, on previous mornings there had been two people serving and assisting but on Monday there was only one person. He was run off his feet, it was noticeably busier on Monday than the weekend mornings and everything was running out. There were no glasses, this was not a problem as there was no juice to put in them. There was no milk, not a problem as there were no bowls to put the cereal and milk in and when they did arrive they were so hot that I was unable to hold it, let alone put cereal and cold milk in it, the hot food items were in short supply and the coffee machine stopped working as it needed refilling.
Now I want to make this very, very clear that the member of staff working that morning was doing a sterling job, he could have been rude and surly but he was cool, calm and professional at all times. He certainly earnt his money as he didn't stop. You could see that the restaurant was over booked as there were people waiting for tables and even when they did find a table there seemed to be a shortage of chairs! There are a number of high tables with stools and coffee type tables with sofas, these are not suitable for less mobile residents or families with small children. Perhaps it would be better to replace these tables with dining tables and chairs so that everyone has a place to sit and eat.
This is the first time we have had a problem staying in this hotel and we are booked to come again in February so I hope it was just a blip and a bit of bad management in terms of staffing due to it being half term.
- MEhinger (10/5): Great place for a family stay - The hotel is very close to Paddington Station, and we used both the underground and trains for our trip. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and large enough to move about. I didn't notice any noise outside the rooms and little outside the building. Breakfast is available and children eat free. The restaurant is also available for other meals. The food was tasty and there was a good variety. There are vegetarian options, other "milks" and attention to food allergies. Great value for the price.
- speakerscorner (10/5): Highly recommended - I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel; it's easily one of the best ones I've stayed at across the entire chain. My room was completely spotless and smelled incredibly fresh.
- chiltern1000 (10/5): Perfect for intended purpose - Perfect for an overnight stay, not many facilities (other than restaurant) but room easily accessible and provided everything one required. Suits me perfectly for occasional nights in London when business or leisure requires it.
- Inspire45679586595 (10/5): Very pleasant stay - will definitely return! - A first class Premier Inn made so by the excellent Team, particularly Delia and Danielle on Reception and Denis taking care of everyone in the Restaurant/Bar areas whilst being friendly, efficient and focused on what each guest requires brilliantly. The hotel is beautifully kept and clean and the Kitchen Team are excellent with the level of tasty and attractive food served. Thanks to Denis, Delia and Danielle, along with all the Team who were very polite and friendly if you met them anywhere in the Hotel, this is probably the best Premier Inn we have ever stayed at. Many thanks one and all - we look forward to returning!
- Ann572014 (6/5): Strange "economies" by room staff... - I asked for my room to be cleaned last Sunday 19th October. I was puzzled to return to a clean room devoid of any milk & with different towels.
I would have happily reused my towels (as I disagree with unnecessary replacement, I whole-heartedly agree with minimising their washing). I needed to get more milk, from the reception, as I like a small amount in my morning/wake-up cuppa!
- Scenic824335 (2/5): Dissatisfied - Hugely disappointed with the first room offered. There was smell of musty dampness. We asked for a change of room, which we were given. The second room, although better, still had a slight musty smell. We were only staying for one night, so put up with it. Because of the initial feeling of unkempt, we decided not to use the restaurant facilities. We have had good experiences with other Premier Inns, sadly this one has put us off.
- Explorer768165 (10/5): Paddington station premier...a perfect stay - We found the Paddington station premier inn, very clean, comfortable, with up to date decor.
Friendly, welcoming staff, could not fault it, and we will be staying here again on our next visit.
- HelpfulAngel (6/5): Great location but leaves a lot to be desired - Our key kept malfunctioning. Every time we came back in the evening, we had to get a new key. This happened 3 times! We were only there for 4 days. A very loud smoke alarm went off in our room randomly and scared the living daylights out of us. The staff was not very forthcoming and helpful. The A/C kept turning off, and left the room, very stuffy. Wi-Fi is very weak, almost non-existent. The location is great, the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice.
- O1459DO_ (2/5): Don't do Premier Inn a favour and amend your booking. They are greedy robbers. - I booked my room in January, then had to amend my booking twice and change the date. I fully paid for the room in advance in January. But in October they charged me again, and my room price has doubled since January. When I called and asked why the price has gone up by 2 times. They said: oh, but our prices are higher in July and October. My advice: Never amend your booking with Premier Inn. Get refund for your cancellation and book another hotel.
- B6658LGbrianw (10/5): Euston had a problem! - Staff excellent bed v comfortable breakfast was fresh and hot. Nothing to dislike. Staff at breakfast next level ( Rafa?)
- 608hattiew (10/5): Best place ive been to - It’s been great! Even though we arrived unexpectedly, they managed to get the room ready in as little as 20 minutes! Also the beds are suuuuper comfy
- N1303ELianb (8/5): Badly trained restaurant staff - Usual Premier Inn comfy beds, reasonable price, brilliant location etc, but inexcusable experience on our first night; after a long stressful day ( Oct 13), we ordered a bottle of white wine with our dinner, and it was served at room temperature and not even in an ice bucket!
- JoJoSaffa (4/5): Not that impressed... - Reception staff would not allow me to check in to drop a suitcase without paying a surcharge of £15 when the room was ready and confirmed by them. Felt they she was unreasonable and then discussed it with other staff members in Spanish, which I understood. Night receptionist was lovely. Room was ok, situated up stairs away from the lift. Stayed in better premier inns
- kaysnowden (10/5): Excellent lodging for travelers and visitors - I was a little wary that this might be a budget hotel since it is so affordable, but it was anything but! Our room was well furnished, very comfortable and very clean. The location is fantastic if you are traveling to or from Heathrow, since it is literally across the street from the Paddington train and underground stations. There is a baggage room which is secure, so it's easy to store bags if you arrive early. You can check automatically, and there is also a staffed reception desk if you need any assistance or want to store bags. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
- N2915DNjamesa (10/5): 2 night business stay - great location
excellent shower, pillows and mattress
have stayed here for business purposes a number of times and will do again
- O2811AChv (10/5): Great place to stay. - First time staying at this hotel. Couldn't fault it. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and quiet from outside noise. We had a meal in the attached restaurant which was really convenient as they served food until 10pm and stayed open so we could stay for a drink after. The Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. It was hot, constantly rotated so the food was fresh and there was an excellent selection of pastries, cereals, fruits, cooked breakfast etc. The meal deal option was great value for money.
The fire alarm went off on the Saturday evening which cant be helped as these things happen but the staff rushed and turned it off really quickly.
Great staff, great location. Will stay again for sure!
- jeanettelJ8640OM (10/5): American football game - I went with a friend to watch the denvor broncos vs new york jets. The staff where very friendly. Upon returning to the hotel I asked was would you like a free glass of red white or rose wine ive put a picture of the wine. It was my birthday and I thought this was lovely
- X4202EXbarbarab (10/5): Nice experience - The location is great, there is a subway across the road. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The breakfast is varied and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help.
- aaronsX1419DB (2/5): Never answer phone - Stay was fine, however i could not contact the hotel.
12 phone calls due to left item and not a single one answered.
Very disappointed
- Laura (8/5): - The hotel is very convenient to public transit.
- Faith (6/5): - The hotel and room was very clean. We knew ahead of time that the rooms would be small, but even the superior double room feels tight. The bed was super comfortable, and there were really cool features. The housekeeping staff weren’t too friendly, but check-in staff was great. They only replaced towels and toilet paper when we asked to clean our room on a day out—there was nothing really freshened up.
- Chiam (10/5): - Great location - close to Paddington stn. Very convenient acces to tube and rail stns. Room was small but functional. Well designed despite limited space. Bed was too high. One has to be over 6 feet tall to appreciate the hanger and bed heights. Please change the bulky chair. Not suited for the small space. Rooms were clean. Despite being in lower level - basement like there was a small vertical window at street level. There was an exit to the outside to the back street which was mostly quite clean and tidy except for some empty wine bottles strewn and someone’s bag that was probably stolen with content strewn on the path. The items were there not picked up for days. It did not deter the overall rating as its still very good for value, location, amenities, safety and cleanliness. I would stay at the Hub again.
- Amber (4/5): - This would have been a good stay if I was reviewing based on cleanliness and location in London. However, after our experience I can’t give a good review and would not recommend to anyone else.
Firstly, our room (below ground with no windows) stank of cigarette smoke even when we turned on the air conditioner, which we had to as it was 30 plus degrees on our visit. The smell was so bad I had to mention it the next day as it made me feel sick. We were thankfully moved to another room but the air conditioner in there barely worked. Worse, on our last night (before early flights) the fire alarm of the hotel went off in the early hours! This was a really scary and stressful experience especially when below ground with no windows!
We went out of our room and it had woken everyone else too. We were eventually informed it was a mistake that the alarm had gone off. We did not get anymore sleep. We had flights the next morning and were exhausted.
We never received any explanation/apology from the hotel and were told to go through Expedia to complain. When I did, Expedia could do nothing as the hotel refused any kind of compensation. We were in London for 3 nights. 2 of those were disturbed and uncomfortable. The stay in London was very expensive and I am really disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of communication on the hotels part. I will not stay at this chain ever again.
- Alex (4/5): - Unfortunately, my worst experience in London in over 18 years of travel. The staff could not answer/address any of the guests questions or concerns. The air conditioning unit went down on day one of my stay. I came up to the front desk to alert them of the malfunction. Turns out they knew about it as it affected multiple rooms - just didn't notify the residents. Stayed for the next four days with no evidence of repairs, updates from the staff. My room was not cleaned once during my five day stay. Just promises that they would "get to it". Every day there was a different person working the desk and you could tell there was no system of customer service/ work process flow in place. Every new person "made a note of it", scribbled somehing down on a wrinkled piece of paper and that was it. Do Not Recommend.
- Katsuhiro (10/5): - Nearby station
- YUICHI (8/5): - Very close to the Paddington Station. The room is small but very convenient and functional thanks to the technology. The breakfast was good enough, the staff was friendly.
- Christina (6/5): - We knew the room was going to be small but these really ought to be pitched as rooms for one person, not two. Small, with a permanently blindered window, and one floor below the main level made it feel incredibly claustrophobic. Also the fire alarms went off at 5:30am waking us from a deep sleep. Really not what we needed. Loved the lighting tech, and the complimentary breakfast and free coffee/tea in the front entrance area. Won’t come back but would consider the Premier Inn next door.
- Stephan (6/5): - This was a good hotel for the price. The staff was great and I could check in early. My only complaint was that because it’s pod style it was small with a series of spaces that roll out for convenience. I wish I would have known what did & didn’t roll out, as I accidentally rolled over my toe.
- Lenore (6/5): - Close to Paddington station
- Lili (10/5): - Very nice and clean!
- Gary (2/5): - Not a real hotel, all rooms are below street level. False advertising!!!
- Greg (10/5): - Interesting concept having a room with only one window and one level below ground level.
The room was fantastic and super clean. Bed was very comfortable and there were multiple outlets to use for electronics…shower was amazing and so were the towels. The location is directly across from Paddington station so if you are using the Heathrow Express to Heathrow or any trains in/out of Paddington, this is the place for you. There is complementary drinks and coffee and a cafe located inside the lobby for added convenience..
- Ana (8/5): - Room is very small (even the superior double)but very clean, comfortable bed.
BUT NO WINDOWS, it was such an unpleasant surprise as nowhere on the.hotel description in Expedia it was mentioned that most rooms are in the basement with no windows. The picture on the room i picked had windows, and even if i mentioned that to the.people in charged, they blamed me for not reading their website. Disappointing
But 4 stars for the cleanliness and comfort of the bed.
- Jana Sophia (8/5): - The hotel is right across the Paddington station Elizabeth Line lift exit. It’s really convenient to get to. The room is very small. There is no fridge and no bathroom exhaust and the window does not open. Good luck with the smell if someone has a bowel movement. AThe air conditioning is controlled at the lobby. The room is clean though but housekeeping is not routine. You have to request before they clean the room. We purchased breakfast and it was really good. They have a drink station by the lounge since there is no fridge in the rooms. There is tea, coffee and water. The bathroom is a good size. The shower controls are convenient. They do not provide tooth brush or toothpaste. There is hand soap and shower soap. They provide towels and you can request extra. The hair dryer has a sensor so you have to hold it in a certain way. If you’re not staying long or you are alone, I recommend this place.
- Paula (6/5): - I didn’t like that the hotel rooms are down under, no windows. Very compact room.
- Joanna (10/5): - Very close to Paddington, which is great.
- Dani (8/5): - The reason I did not give an excellent rating was that we had an issue with the AC both nights we were there. They had to do something at the desk for it to work properly. The overall stay was good
- Annette (10/5): Fint hotell - Nytt hotell och nära Paddington station. Lätt att ta sig överallt. Jättebra, kommer tillbaka.
- DONGHWAN (10/5): - Location is good and room is comfort.
Facilities are all new and convenient to use.
