Tiene una cocina equipada con cafetera, frigo y el horno es también microondas. La zona es muy tranquila y saliendo del edificio a la izquierda está la parada del autobús a 5 minutos andando. Le personnel très réactif à nos demandes Point négatif la demande d une caution de 250€ pour avoir les codes d accès à l appartement, Ça devrait être mieux signalé car cet somme est prélevé en plus de la location

Não gostei de acordar com o barulho de obras ainda a ser feitas no edifício, não se compreende como é que se põe a funcionar um edifício que ainda não está totalmente pronto e também achei que para uma estadia de 5 dias, deixar 3 pacotes de café para 2 pessoas, não foi o mais correto.

• Philippe (8/5): Un bel endroit au calme un peu à l'écart du centre ville. - La propreté et la taille de l'appartement l'accès au centre ville en transports en commun un peu complexe
• François (6/5): TROP LOIN DU CENTRE - Il s' agit d' un appart hôtel tout neuf. CAUTION 250 €UROS OBLIGATOIRE. Code à l' entrée de l' immeuble plus sur la poignée de porte de la chambre. Une gouvernante vous remet les codes d' accès au logement et son numéro de mobile en cas de problème ou via votre mobile (envoi de votre numéro obligatoire). Un employé logé sur place est chargé de régler les problèmes techniques après appel de votre part auprès de la gouvernante. SMS un dimanche à la gouvernante pour un porte rouleau papier toilette mal fixé qui risquait de tomber de peur que cela ne nous soit imputé sur notre caution. Intervention de l' employé et changement du porte rouleau de papier toilette, photo prise par l' employé. Chambre très grande et lumineuse sans séparation d' avec la cuisine, la salle à manger. Lit KING SIZE. Commande des lumières de l' appartement excepté toilettes et salle de bains via une commande murale tactile. Télé LG. Coffre fort, armoire, bureau, 3 chaises. Chargeurs USB intégrés sur prise électrique. Cuisine moderne : plaque vitro céramique induction, four classique et micro ondes, lave vaisselle. Équipement cuisine : 2 casseroles, 2 poêles, 4 petites assiettes plates et 4 creuses, 4 bols, 2 coquetiers, 4 verres, produit vaisselle et éponge fournie, fourchettes, cuillères petites et grandes, couteaux de table et de cuisine de toutes tailles. LIDL se trouve à côté. Dépôt d'une caution de 250 € dans une FINTECH belge en plus du paiement du séjour pour pouvoir entrer dans les lieux OBLIGATOIRE. Son remboursement n' est censé se faire que 2 semaines plus tard. Cet appart hôtel n' est pas à Bruxelles mais à EVERE après Schaerbeek et Saint Josse soit à une heure du centre ville et 24 € 90 de bus et métro pour s' y rendre sur 10 voyages. En couple, 2 voyages allers + 2 voyages retours chaque jour plus quelques métros ont vite flingué la carte de transport : 75 € en tout. Rajouté au montant de l' hébergement proposé plus 2 heures de temps perdu / jour pour se rendre à Bruxelles Centre, le rapport qualité / prix pour deux touristes n' est pas bon. Le four ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu l' intervention d' un électricien pour corriger le défaut. Pas d' égouttoir disponible pour disposer sa vaisselle après lavage manuel. Pas de tapis sortie de douche : risque de chute !!!! Trop petite table au départ pour accueillir confortablement nos repas. L' équipe nous en a apporté une vraie pour 4 personnes un jour plus tard. Le porte rouleau de papier toilette n' était pas correctement fixé au mur. Nous espérons que ce souci de finition de l' appartement ne nous sera pas imputé sur notre caution et modifierons notre avis public dans ce cas. Le papier de toilette fourni n' existe dans aucune autre qualité plus basse nulle part ailleurs sur TERRE que celui que nous avons trouvé. Pour écrire les mémoires de Mao ça va mais pour son usage de départ, il faut l' éviter. Tous les autres établissements visités tout en étant bien moins chers offraient un papier toilette de bien meilleure qualité pour éviter d' irriter l' arrière train du locataire et le locataire lui même par l' impression du peu de service qui lui est renvoyé !!!!!

Кухня укомплектована посудом та приладдям для приготування їжі, є невеличка кавомашина. Власник помешкання швидко реагував на питання - була проблема із відкриттям вхідних дверей (не спрацьовував код). Але вирішення проблеми сталося протягом 5 хвилин, за що окрема подяка. В 5-7 хв пішки від помешкання зупинка автобусів, якими просто дістатися центру міста Взагалі без питань

However, I had a very serious incident at night that required me to call the police, which made the experience quite distressing. The location in Padua felt unsafe, especially after 8 PM. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as there seem to be issues with theft in the area during nighttime.

• Matthias (5/5): - Die Lage war gut, die Größe des Appartments ebenfalls. Das Objekt hat Aufzüge und die Bushaltestellen liegen in der Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung hat aus folgenden Gründen meinen Erwartungen nicht entsprochen: Keine oder so gut wie keine Küchenutensilien wie sie in Deutschland Standard sind: Es fehlten: Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle. Betreffend Bett: die Matratze war reichlich hart. Darüber kann auch die gute Lage nicht hinwegtäuschen. Kein persönlicher Empfang. Security Deposit ist zwar legitim, aber nicht wenn dessen Zahlung über eine nicht einzuschätzende Internetseite ablaufen soll.

Ce n'est pas que je n'ai pas apprécié mais peut être dû a mon manque de demande. Facilità di ingresso nel condominio e nell'appartamento tramite codici pin. Il wifi non prendeva in nessuna parte dell'appartamento, solo nel corridoio per entrare nell'appartamento. L'acqua calda faceva fatica a uscire. Il riscaldamento non funzionava correttamente. Il deposito cauzionale alto quasi come il costo dell'appartamento.

• Oleh (10/5): Дороговата парковка. - Было очень уютно, чисто. Видно что квартирка совсем свежая. Видно что маленькие детали еще даже недоделаны. Удобная кровать, отличный душ. Большая просторная комната. Тихий спальный район. Не хватало чайника и кофеварки. Когда бронировал не заметил что есть кауция, это немного меня насторожило. Но менее чем через неделю получил возврат в полной мере.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ventilator am Bett lief durchgehend und war ein bisschen laut. Nur 3 Nespresso Tabletten für 2 Übernachtungen vorhanden. Evtl. weitere selbst mitbringen.

Le personnel est très facilement joignable. Et le rapport qualité prix est vraiment honnête. Je vous le recommande fortement, on se sent vraiment chez soi.

Construction is still going on in the building so no chance of sleeping in. Would be nice to add a bench or something in the bedroom to use for luggage or back packs, etc. recommend getting a trash can for the kitchen.

Séverine, notre hôtesse, était juste parfaite. Un bus( 79 ou 21) à 200m qui vous emmène au Parlement européen et aux correspondances métro. Nous reviendrons et recommenderons à nos amis. Il faudrait une tablette dans la cabine de douche pour poser ses produits. Une bouilloire peut être ? Les marches devant l'immeuble sont très claires et donc pas très visibles pour les personnes avec des problèmes de vue peut etre envisager de poser un liseré apparent dans la nuit.

Hours go by, no reply, and you’re left feeling powerless, realising there’s nothing you can do but wait for a reply that should never take this long. It feels … trying to communicate with someone who simply ignores you.

Great value for money. - It is really clean and you get value for money, I surprised how spacious the room is and how good the finish is You can access the city easily but if you are using public transport you would need to take a bus then also a train to get to the city center. It takes around 35 mins to arrive to the city center with public transport.

De communicatie met Fernanda was echt super, ze reageerde altijd en kregen uitleg over de parkeergarage. Daarnaast is de omgeving ook rustig waardoor we echt tot rust zijn gekomen en we hadden uitzicht op de snelweg en daar hadden we totaal geen last van! We komen graag weer eens terug!
