Guest Reviews
- Andrea (10/5): - Ottima struttura vicino alla fermata metro.
- Scott (8/5): - Staff was friendly, breakfast and coffee was great!
- Cate019 (2/5): Keep checking rates .... - I hate feeling ripped off and I feel ripped off with this hotel. Booked in good faith as soon as concert dates announced - 2 friends paid £60 each less - and one was in a family room - message Premier - not interested
Parking - disgusted - entered code as stated at lifts - paid what was on screen - arrived home - received a letter from the company that own land stating I owed them a further £100 - appealed - I failed to win. Asked Premier Inn what I did wrong - not interested. No reception to ask when I arrived. No idea what I did wrong
Breakfast - big mistake - kids everywhere - running about / screaming / touching the food unsupervised. Suggested family seating area / signs up to say no unsupervised kids - said taken on board - but really not interested
Worst Premier I have stayed in - smallest room too
Would I stay again - NO
Breakfast - NO
Parking - ABSOLUTELY NOT
- MichaelS068 (10/5): Ideally placed for Camden or Hampstead - Great location for me visiting the Roundhouse
Clean, comfortable, great staff, great room. Dinner and breakfast both good
- 998balvinderk (8/5): Great bed shame about the cold arrival - Convenient to the underground stations and therefore central London. Clean bathroom and bedroom with a fabulous mattress which didn’t move when my partner moved. Great breakfast. The variety is appreciated and excellent value for money.
A cold room on arrival; I had to go downstairs to reception six times before they finally changed my room. Why would you not turn the heating on in winter? Leave the heating on or check it before guests arrive. Staff were not at desk on arrival or after checking in.
Staff at breakfast doubted the age of my daughter - offensive - however breakfast was lovely. Great variety.
- martinsH3746PX (10/5): Excellent - The staff at this Hotel are excellent. It was my wife’s 50th birthday & Migma & Indu went above and beyond for her. They brought out a brownie with a candle & sang happy birthday to her. They also wrote a birthday message & gave her chocolate & bottle of drink. Love it! Xxxx
- ejwild82 (10/5): Highly Recommended - We have stayed at the premier inn Hanger Lane a few times now and it’s a great location for exploring London with easy access to a tube station. Rooms are spacious for a family of 4 and the breakfasts are plentyful. Migma was particularly helpful this morning at breakfast. My Only disappointment is that during our last stay I left some hair straighteners and they were no where to be seen when I called.
That being said it didn’t stop us returning and will be sure to visit again!
- samtR6785TD (10/5): From Chaos to Calm - I had a wild, honestly ridiculous situation happen during my stay but shoutout to Sina the manager who absolutely saved the day. Professional, calm and totally on top of everything, Sina handled the whole mess like a pro and turned my stay around in minutes. I went from stressed to impressed real quick.
Major thanks to Sina for the top tier service. This hotel is lucky to have this team!
- 98fawadd (10/5): Business trip - You have great stuff here. I felt welcomed. Additionally Good value for money.
I would definitely come back again.
The location is also very good
- O2248KEcm (10/5): Love it period - Very good very nice great food love y’all will definitely come back thank you for your service bloody nice innit love love love

- 778niladrib (10/5): Great Service - Everything was impeccable , no issues at all, had a wonderful stay, staff were fantastic, food was good, we will come back
- Cruiser35528336645 (10/5): Premier Hangar Lane - Top class service from Indu. She is always very welcoming and plesant............................................
- bemagic34 (10/5): Enoyable stay in a good location - Location is very good for central London, but beware the Park Royal tube station was closed on Sunday, but Hanger Lane was open. It is a little tricky to find the car park which has a narrow, one way entrance on the same street as the main entrance. There is parking under the hotel as well as in the open. You exit from the rear of the parking. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and the food is more than palatable. There was no noise from the dual carriageway outside and the blackout curtains were effective.
- W755NQkatiep (2/5): Absolutely awful stay and managers didn’t give a monkeys - Unfortunately we had an awful stay at the Ealing hotel on ritz parade from the 23rd to the 26th of November
There was a school trip which took all the rooms around us there were kids in the hallways until 230am running about banging knocking on doors and up from 6am, we were woken by a teacher knocking on our door by mistake , we barely slept we complained to a manager mid stay who really didn’t care didn’t offer us a different room on a different floor or any kind of resolution or even an apology, we wish we had stayed elsewhere or not even bothered wasting our money on a ‘break’ because it was far from it we ended up sitting in the bar area until gone midnight just to try and have a bit of peace but even that there was constantly kids running down to reception area etc as they had locked themselves out. The staff lady we spoke to knew they were causing a nuisance and was lovely but the managers just didn’t care at all. Very very disappointing stay
- Ghassen (10/5): - Perfect!!!
- 951lilis (10/5): Fab fab fab - Malik was superb. Such a clean and beautiful space, fantastic staff from cleaning to reception and beyond. Myself and my friends had an unexpectedly absolutely incredible stay!
- hannahbR7190HU (10/5): Quiet, clean hotel with excellent location - Comfortable and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Very convenient for the underground, decent breakfast at a very good price and friendly service. The hotel was also quiet and in a quiet location but with easy access to London.
- missstarski56 (10/5): Good value for money by tube - Good value nice room, in an excellent location next to 2 underground stations a safe and short walk away. Good night's sleep, clean and comfortable. Spotless bathroom with bath. Staff helpful. Will stay again. Recommended.
- R8989GCdavidb (10/5): A friendly welcome from Luz and colleagues! - We were visiting a relative at Royal Free Hospital and received an incredibly kind and helpful welcome from Luz, what a friendly person, who helped take the stress out of the situation for us. All the other staff we met were also really helpful. The Premier Plus rooms have good facilities.
- matthewdominicb (8/5): Cost cutting in action - Back here again: consistent and fairly priced. Room does what it says on the tin but the move to Sleepezee beds from Hypnos is clearly saving money. They are nowhere near as comfortable. Breakfast is not worth the extra. We still have the same sign about the juice as a year ago. It’s clearly nonsense: presumably this unpalatable melange of juices is another cost saver. There is a danger that Premier Inn is losing it’s edge: we can all recognize the cost cutting
- annemJ5417LK (10/5): Great hotel in perfect location . - Ideal location in a lovely area and so near the tube ,the rooms were great and it was great to have the pub downstairs if needed ,would definitely stay here again when visiting London .
- 342daljitb (10/5): Superb - An amazing experience
Stayed for 4 weeks
Management team superb
Maria you are amazing
Thank you for making my stay very memorable
- ianthei2025 (8/5): Nice hotel, good location - A nice Prem Inn in a convenient place - very close to a tube station which was great for us and only 2 stops to Camden. The area was pleasant so walking back from the tube after midnight wasn't a worry. There are some shops, cafes nearby, as well as a 24 hour petrol station right outside, and a KFC across the road. Room was nice, as expected from a Prem Inn - love the beds, so comfy! Staff were pleasant and helpful when we dealt with them. The only downsides were (1) we did not like the DIY check in - the machines were confusing and personally, I'd prefer a face behind a 24 hr reception desk (although staff were around to help when we got stuck); and (2) while it's a bonus this London hotel offers parking, the parking prices are steep, even with the discount you get from staying in the hotel - be nice if it offered free parking.
- sarahbE3636LR (10/5): A great place to stay - stayed with my daughter on the 5th and 6th of Nov. She had travelled from Canada and this was our meeting place. She was exhausted when she arrived and was greeted by a wonderful member of staff called Luz. What a gem this lady is to any business .. warm and welcoming, professional but also so kind and friendly. I mistook Luz for the manager as she was so attentive and switched on to her guests.
I met the actual manager the following day who was also wonderful.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleaning team do an amazing job, our room was spotless.
Location great, tube station and some good places to eat really close by.
By far my favourite premier inn 👍
- Stay822401 (10/5): Its a no brainer - Speedy hassle free check-in
Newley refurbished rooms with everything brand new with a more quality feel than previous stays
Breakfast as usual didn't dissapoint , great value
Nice to be remembered by staff from previous visits
Cant see us staying anywhere else when visiting London.
- L7738UMdarrenk (10/5): Great weekend getaway. - Great location for train and underground.
Breakfast fab as usual.
Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Clean and tidy hotel.
- R4175KOcatherineh (10/5): Great family weekend trip - Great room, great bar, very welcoming for casual drinks and food. Great central location with easy transport links into London.
- Vinoth (10/5): - Ja
- NorthStar317404 (10/5): Perfect base for a weekend in London - You expect Premier Inn to offer competitive pricing, clean comfortable rooms and a good nights sleep. What we didn’t expect was the stylish bar called The Studio in the reception area serving food and drink. Staff were extremely helpful and happy to store our luggage for free. Tube is a short walk and the area around the hotel is lovely - we had a delicious breakfast in Belsize Village a short stroll from the Premier Inn. Would recommend as a great base for a weekend in London.
- 810mrsr (10/5): London trip - Stayed overnight with the kids to watch the rugby. Room clean and location was great. Special mention to Migma at breakfast. 5 star service and catered for our daughter, who is coeliac. Highly recommend
- chrissysarah (10/5): Great place to stay for Wembley - We needed somewhere close to Wembley to see Coldplay 22.08.25 but not too far in case we needed to walk to the arena. We also didn't want to pay a fortune because the closer you got the more expensive the hotels were! Hanger Lane was a compromise at £359.96 precisely for two rooms ( 4 adults). It was definitely a 40 minute walk if we had needed to, taxis were reasonably priced but basically the whole area around the arena is gridlocked when anyone is playing. We would stay in this hotel again though definitely although plan our arrival to Wembley better next time.
When we went through the hotel doors there was one reception station with a member of staff and a couple of machines where they would rather you checked in at. This would have been a good idea and quite a quick check in but there were a large number of people checking in and the machines were faulty. So this led to a long queue to check in. The staff member was very efficient and patient and the queue soon was dealt with. We got out key cards to our rooms which were really lovely. An excellent size, clean and very comfortable beds. To be honest I would have been very surprised if there was a problem with the room as Premier Inns have great reputations nowadays. I, as usual asked for more milk and coffee and we were set for the stay.
Coldplay was stupendous. No need to say anything else - go see them!
Breakfast in the morning was gorgeous. We paid for the unlimited breakfast which was really worth it. I have allergies and am gluten free and this did not cause any problems for them at all. As usual I couldn't have sausages but there was a great selection of hot foods alongside the cold fruits, yoghurt and fruit juices. I was offered gluten free bread which was obviously cooked in an allergy specific part of the kitchen. They were very allergy aware.
Migma & Indu were stand out staff members who went above and beyond so thank you.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
- catherinebF4758BC (2/5): Business trip and not happy - I was there for 3 nights. On no occasion was my bed made, I had to ask for clean towels as they were not changed as well as having to keep asking for tea and coffee replenished and milk daily as it was not provided for me- only on my first day
- 420rosiel (10/5): Lovely hotel, brilliant staff - Lovely experience, the breakfast was great and really helped by Migma and Indu who were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. They were helpful, friendly and polite and helped with our vegetarian orders and made the whole breakfast experience wonderful.
- wxdenised (10/5): Great location - Great hotel in a fab location. Bus stop right outside which will bring you into central London, walking distance to camden and a tube station just a couple of minutes walk
The hotel was spotless, staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet had a great variety and good quality items. I would highly recommend this hotel for any London stay.
Great offers in the bar, buy 1 get 1 free cocktails, kids eat free and meal deals. We had some snack plates, wings, loaded chips, garlic bread etc. Good value and tasted fab.
Also my daughter is a wheelchair user and we had no issues in the hotel.
- philiprX1831FD (10/5): Lovely decor and food - Nice decor and the food was lovely- especially the breakfast! The nicest breakfast I’ve had at a Premier Inn, and I’ve been to many :)
- samniaz (10/5): Fab breakfast and stay - Great staff Seharun & Maigma who were very good with our young children too. Thank you very much indeed for a wonderful visit
- johnhV2789FX (8/5): Good reliable standard of room quality - I booked a room for one night to attend a nearby event. The price seemed very reasonable for the area in London. I also knew that in general Premier Inn has a reliable standard or rooms, cleanliness etc. This hotel did not disappoint on this visit and met my expectations. The bed was good the facilities in the room all that was required. The room was clean and pleasant for a night or two.
- 350gracej (10/5): Excellent hotel for visiting central London - Great hotel. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast good. Underground tube station right outside. Perfect to access central london. Will be back.
- 234des (10/5): Value for money - Excellent value for money and perfectly located on a main bus route, just a 10-minute walk from the station. The beds were incredibly comfortable, fresh room, I definitely want one of those mattresses!
- 831erand (10/5): Doesn't look like much but....... - Well placed for Wembley stadium events although a taxi is required and traffic can be heavy. Hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but is contemporary enough and clean on the inside, big room, tea and coffee facilities, very comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Breakfast was very nice. Car park on site but quite small, £15 for 24hrs.
- cedricg549 (4/5): Horrible experience... - You get charged for checking in early. There's no phone, refrigerator, or microwave in the rooms. The hotel restaurant was slow and everything on the menu wasn't available.
- DCBCalgary (10/5): Great Hotel! - I was at the Premier Inn Hampstead for 10 days/9 nights. I've stayed at this hotel many times. The location is superb. It says "Hampstead", but it's in Belsize Park, a lovely area of London...a short walk to Hampstead. There are many great restaurants and coffee shops close by, on Haverstock Hill and in Belsize Village - a short walk down Ornan Road. Definitely check out Franco Manca pizza on Haverstock. And, it's only a three block walk to the Belsize Park tube stop and a 12 minute ride to Leicester Square. Re the hotel itself, it's great. The people there are very good at what they do. (Particular kudos to Alicia.) The restaurant is good...service and food. The room itself is always very good...a decent size, clean, and comfortable.
All-in-all, I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel, based on location, the space, and the staff who work there.
- W3954TSgarethb (10/5): Comfortable Stay - Comfortable room, great breakfast, and convenient location. Highly recommended and would return. Saharun and Faiyaz assisted us during a busy dinner.
- Danielle (10/5): - Hotel is in the process of being upgraded. Our rooms were fully upgraded with modern, bright lights, fresh paint, and new furniture. We appreciated the USB-A and USB-C outlets near the bedaide tables, in addition to regular outlets. The bedding was nice, but some might find it a bit thin. The view was the concrete interior courtyard. The restaurant was lovely and really the only thing around. Close to two different Tube stations, but neither is wheelchair accessible. 45 minutes or so by Tube to LHR and Central London. Great price for what we needed!
- Valentin (2/5): WORST Hotel of the year ! - THE WORST HOTEL IN 2025 !
First we had to wait 20min to get checked in. The check in automates were not working properly and two people had to work on our reservation to finally get us the key.
A DISGUSTING SMELL welcome you in the room coming from the bathroom sink or shower, it's just horrible and NOT ACCEPTABLE !
The bed is short because of the large bedhead so if you're taller than 1m75, get prepared to have your feet outside of the bed....
ONLY x1 TOWEL for x2 person in the room...
The key card stopped working from day 2...
Each time it's 10min waiting at the reception to get support as there is even no phone to reach them from the room....
I will NEVER AGAIN BOOK THIS HOTEL brand.
- Craig (6/5): - I thought the hotel was okay, but not a place I would really want to go back to. To me, it was no frills and a bit too spartan. No fridge, no safe, not even facial tissues! I would recommend spending a few bucks more for something at least a little bit nicer.
- Asha (8/5): - Bra och rymlig familjerum .
Nära till både bussar och underground.
Vi var nöjda med vistelsen.
- Ana (10/5): - El servicio excelente , la ubicación perfecta
