Jonah & Ivanka from housekeeping were extremely helpful

- LynneTWood1 (10/5): Another great stay. - Although we actually live in Weston we have stayed here with family a few times now and very impressed.
Very clean rooms, lovely helpful staff.
There was no hot breakfast buffet due to it being out of season which isn't a problem as its very easy to order it with the staff although my breakfast was nice it wasn't very hot today but that is unusual.
The fruit, cereals, toast and sweet stuff was still buffet style.
Going to book again in Feb as relatives are revisiting.

- I8058MZadamb (10/5): As Lenny Henry said great nights sleep by the seaside. - Great location and comfy stay, just a few small niggles
We stayed at the Premier Inn Weston-super-Mare Seafront for a weekend escape, and overall it ticked most of the boxes for a solid and comfortable stay by the sea.
The location is the standout feature – you’re right on the promenade, with the beach, Grand Pier, and town centre just a short walk away. We were lucky enough to get a sea-view room, which made all the difference. Waking up to the sound of the waves and seagulls (the charming kind, not the chip-stealing kind) really set the tone for a relaxing break.
Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed – comfy bed, decent shower, and a big TV. It’s typical Premier Inn style, which means nothing fancy but reliably comfortable. The only downside was a bit of wear and tear here and there.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. We had a quick bite at the restaurant and also tried the breakfast, which was very good – hot, well-cooked, and plenty of it. Special mention to the bacon and sausages – clearly someone in the kitchen knows their way around a frying pan.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
Parking isn't on-site and does cost extra, so factor that in.
Not all rooms have a sea view, and some overlook the car park or side roads – so if that’s important to you, definitely request it in advance.
Overall, it’s a solid seafront hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin – great for families, couples, or anyone wanting a comfortable base right next to the beach. We’d definitely stay again, ideally in the same room with the view.
- paulcarewr (10/5): Best Premier Inn I have stayed in - We've stayed in numerous Premier Inn's in the country and I can confirm this is by far the best we have stayed in. The staff were all good however Hollie was absolutely fabulous! Her energy and enthusiasm for customer service knows no bounds and she really focused on providing the same friendly and inviting service to every customer.
- 651louisecc (10/5): A lovely stay - We had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, near to large car parking facilities, on the seafront with short walking distance to beach, pier, shops and eateries. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, breakfast was fresh and all staff were very helpful.
- alicerT103QZ (10/5): Perfect stay here. - Came here to visit my family who live in the blessing area and the stay was perfect. Rooms were of a very high standard, staff friendly and helped with everything I needed and location was perfect. Will definitely be visiting again.
- 249jasond (10/5): Great Location - I stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend break. The hotel is well located near to shops, restaurants and the seafront. We had a seafront room which was fab. You usually have to pay extra but we had a lucky upgrade. The nearest car park is across the road. We had breakfast in the restaurant which tasty and plentiful. We didn’t have dinner as we fancied going out. But we did have a drink at the bar before hand. There’s a good range of drinks including cocktails. Would recommend this hotel.
- ifordc1966 (8/5): Very nice Hotel, very nice staff. But sadly going downhill in other ways. - I cannot fault the hotel staff, they work hard, and considering this are always friendly as their put under a lot of stress with work pressures. But what have they done to the restaurant, the menu has been obliterated, I think dreadful just about sums it up. You get the impression that they are trying to drive people away from eating there. All of the nice heart warming food has been removed. It's almost like they are trying to run it in the ground to make the case for closing the restaurants and adding more rooms. And don't try and watch the television because you have to have your ear glued up against the speaker to be able to hear it, maybe that's to get you to subscribe to the Wi-Fi so they can make money, but that's a corporate decision not a hotel decision. It's little things like this that take away from the hotel experience that people remember. We stay there because the hotel is very friendly and the rooms are extremely clean.
- 691deanh (6/5): Beach front location but maybe eat elsewhere? - Spotlessly clean room and a good nights sleep but the food was not great. The cooked items at breakfast were barely warm and the occasion was spoiled by diners in their nightwear whose children were running around screaming, Dinner the night before was unremarkable but I couldn’t see anywhere else in the immediate vicinity serving food. Very handy for the beach.
- P6820NOdenisec (2/5): Poor customer Service - Did not receive the package I paid for which also customer service was terrible there’s no parking so you are required to pay £14 for your car to be parked elsewhere which no security at all for your property. Also on top of this they taken 2 payments from my account which only 1 should have been taken they was refusing to help regarding this error they had made refused a refund which by the way is classified as fraud due to no receipt for 2nd payment nor communication received in regards to the 2nd payment taken without notice. I have all evidence in black and white all calls which I have recorded with customer service which has now been taken to ombudsman. I will not be staying here again due to poor customer service and lack of communication.
- simonbJ7475ZE (8/5): Great place to stay, just be aware of the breakfast options - This was my first visit to Weston, and also my first time staying in a Premier Inn, and I'd say I made a good choice on both counts. On checking in I was greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist who explained how everything works, and who didn't bat an eyelid when I asked whether I'd be able to go out for a smoke in the middle of the night (this has been a problem at some other hotels I've stayed at, but here it was simple, the same card which opens the door to my room also opens the front door of the hotel, so I can pop out and get back in without waiting for a security guard to open the door). I can't fault the room, it was clean and well appointed, maybe better appointed than it needed to be for a solo traveller because it's designed for a couple, but that's the same in pretty much every hotel I've known. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept better than I have in any other hotel bed for years. I didn't ask for a sea-facing room, but in the luck of the draw I got one, and I'm so glad I did, because the sight of the sun setting over the Severn estuary behind a mixture of expired storm clouds and open sky is something I'd never seen before and something I'll never forget, the photos I took of it just don't do it justice.
Why did I rate this 4 rather than 5? Mostly because of the breakfast. You can serve yourself from the buffet, but I wouldn't recommend it (fried eggs which are both overcooked and cold was not a pleasant experience), but they will cook things to order for you if you ask, and when I did that I had no complaints about the result. I'm not sure whether the enthusiastic receptionist failed to to tell me about this in her greeting or whether I just failed to absorb that information. Maybe this was just a bad day for the buffet, more food being cooked than people turning up to eat it, meaning that the food sat in a hot tray for longer than it should. I honestly don't know.
I don't want to harp on about the negatives, my experience here was overwhelmingly positive, and whilst I may never return to this particular hotel, I will seriously consider Premier Inns as a sleeping place in my quest to visit all the best bits of the UK that I've never been to before.
- A6647IQanthonyw (4/5): Could be a lot better - Calls to Reception on Option 4 prior to arrival were never answered.
The hotel was badly signposted and the entrance was unmarked.
Check-in was chaotic - long queue but only one receptionist. The key to my first room didn't work, the next one worked but there was already someone in it...third time lucky.
Most of the hot food at breakfast was cold.
- Tourist51742324079 (8/5): Weekend away celebrating sons 3rd birthday - The hotel room was comfy and spacious, 1 member of staff went above and beyond for us.
The only negative is that there should be some form of baby bottle/food warming facilities.
- wingate (8/5): Fine apart from the bath - I always enjoy my stay at a Premier Inn,and this was no exception. As a single traveller I find other hotels tend to give me a room the size of a cupboard but not Premier Inn.
However one problem with the bath. The stippling was near the plughole but you had to get out higher up due to a glass panel. So I couldn't risk a bath.
Breakfast was good though the bacon wasn't too good, and they cleared away my things before I had finished.
- Andrea (6/5): - Gute zentrale Lage, direkt an der Promenade,
Zimmer ok, Frühstück auch ok, aber nichts besonderes
