Alison and her staff always great,particularly Martin and Drew. Ideal venue for all we have to do. Check on quick and easy as always as was check out. Nothing is too much trouble for all staff. Always ready to help regardless of what is asked. We'll be back next year

• Passenger39592880659 (2/5): Very poor - Very poor. One of the worst premier inns we have stayed in. Our room was not ready on arrival and there was no toilet for us to use or reception facilities to wait in. The child’s bed was not made up. There was a fake eyelash on the bed. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned. I was told “sorry about that madam” from the reception staff and that was it. The attached “restaurant” is now closed to the public and under staffed even for the handful of hotel customers. Dinner took 2 hours and that was despite chasing for our food several times. Cutlery was dirty. Good location but for the price we paid I was not happy.

• mikey_P7 (10/5): A comfortable stay - I stayed here for a couple of nights whilst working in the area. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite too. There is ample parking (remember to enter your registration at reception when checking-in). I would happily stay here again.
• brianwC356CH (4/5): Sleep but don't eat or drink there and check the shower works before you unpack - had to change rooms as shower not working, another room was unavailable due to flooding issues. Attached restaurant has very restricted menu for evening meal, and only small area available to sit in. No atmosphere at all. Attached bar has very restricted drinks available. No sign of refurbishment which we were told was planned for the future. Three quarters of the restaurant/bar, closed off, and room functionality seems to be deteriorating. Was told by staff that the site is up for sale, but still charging Premier rates.

Check in staff was great happy and chearful. Resturant ex beefeater after a long day got greated by a greatly reduced menu app 6 mains plus 2 pizza options 2 deserts not good for premier inn standards totally gone down hill since the shift away from linked resturants

• tracyhU9792MK (6/5): Ok stay - Although this premiere inn is small and clean , the staff on the bedroom floors seem lovely, the reception and restaurant staff are either not there or do not speak at all, and as for the car park there are 3 designated blue badge parking bays which were able to use on 2 of our 3 nights here we have been able to use but not tonight as 2 work vans are parked in them , they are clearly marked but this has been ignored .
• PM-Oct18 (10/5): Great place to stay and rest - Stayed at Premier Inn Corby as I travelled from Scotland to see family, stayed there many times before and have never been disappointed. Beds are super comfy, staff are great, anything you need the staff are all happy to help you with, location is great with many places for food including the Beefeater where the all you can eat breakfast is delicious. Would recommend this location to anyone travelling to Corby and looking for somewhere to stay.
• Miss-Lauren-M (2/5): Not a “Guaranteed great nights sleep” - We stayed on 3rd August 2025. Unfortunately, our experience was far from the restful night we had hoped for. We specifically booked a business room with the expectation of being placed in a quieter part of the hotel, especially given that we had a 6-hour motorway drive ahead the following morning. However, this was not the case. Our issues began at 22:33 when we called reception to raise a noise complaint regarding the room above us, which had already disturbed my young child’s sleep. In addition to this, we experienced continuous disturbance throughout the night due to the repeated slamming of a main door. Upon speaking with a staff member, we were informed that our room was located directly above reception, where the main entrance door was being used regularly by guests coming and going, particularly for smoking breaks. I did request to be moved to a different room but was told that none were available. Unfortunately, this left us with no alternative but to endure a sleepless night — the very opposite of the brand promise of providing “A guaranteed great night’s sleep.” We left the hotel feeling exhausted, which made the long drive that followed all the more difficult. Based on this experience, I would not consider staying at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others.
• ForeverKatie (6/5): Basic stay nothing special - Typical premier inn but not the best we have stayed in. Room was big enough, beds comfy but it was still very warm at night despite having aircon, therefore wasn't the best night's sleep. Checking in took a long time as no one was at the desk. Rung the bell twice and someone eventually appeared from outside which seemed on. Room was clean but the toilet didn't flush properly at all. When returning to the hotel in the evening it seemed like the receptionist had a friend sitting in the lobby, not a guest which I didnt think was professional. Cooked breakfast was really good but continental wasn't topped up enough so some items were missing. Overall basic stay, nothing special. Would pick a different premier inn in Colchester next time.

Staff very welcoming and friendly.Check in quick and easy.No problem parking.Rooms all spacious and very clean.Restaurant on site was very good.We had an evening meal and 2 breakfasts and all very tasty.We had a lovely time as a family both at the Premier Inn & then at the wedding.Would definitely recommend.
• Dinoal (10/5): Wonderful stay at Premier Inn, Corby - We stayed as a large group to attend a wedding at nearby Rushton Hall.We had a lovely stay,the staff were all welcoming and friendly.Rooms were all spacious and clean.Staff helpful and nothing too much trouble.All showed interest in the upcoming wedding & wanted to know how it had all gone.Restaurant staff all friendly & helpful.Evening meal and breakfast all spot on.I would highly recommend this Premier Inn hotel

Our family room smelled strongly of urine, smell was coming from the bathroom which was clean but stank! Hotel staff were obviously aware of this prior to our arrival as the window had been left open to air the room. Not hygienic when staying with 3 children. The downstairs corridors also smelled strongly of cannabis. Not what you want for a family hotel!

Drew on reception and Becca on food service were both outstanding. The fan and aircon meant we stayed cool in 31 degrees of heat
• SamAnderson1987 (8/5): Maybe needs a little update! - We stayed at the hotel for 1 night on the 13th June as a family of 3. We arrived quite late after 10pm after travelling down from West Yorkshire. The young lady on reception who checked us in was very polite and booked us in for our requested 9.00am breakfast slot and gave us room 9 on the 1st floor. She also checked that we had input our car registration on the computer to give us free parking for our stay. The room upon entering didn't smell too fresh and didn't seem up to the usual premier inn standards of cleanliness which was disappointing. The whole hotel could do with a re-fresh, all the fixtures and fittings are quite dated & scuffed, and the bathroom smelt of urine. We booked a room for 3 and only 2 mugs were provided for hot drinks. The bed was the usual very comfortable premier inn standard, clean white towels, plenty of hot water and toiletries. The air con also worked really well which was one of the main reasons we booked this particular Premier Inn given the time of year. Breakfast the next morning in The Albert (which is now owned by premier inn, not beefeater) was probably the best Premier Inn breakfast we've had! The lovely Hannah showed us to our table, explained where everything was and took our order for the hot breakfast. It arrived fairly quickly and was hot & cooked perfectly. Hannah was doing an amazing job and seemed to be running ship by herself, she was so polite and friendly, she made our son a hot chocolate even though it wasnt on the machine and brought out requested extras to the continental buffet even when she was already dealing with another 10 things! I really hope she's praised by management because hand on heart you've got a real diamond 💎 there! Thanks Hannah 💜 Thanks overall for a fairly good stay- hopefully the odd niggles can be improved upon our next visit to Cowdray Avenue! ❤️ The Andersons
• tom-hearn (10/5): roundabout hotel - the hotel was a normal premier inn located next to a roundabout with plenty of free parking and a beefeater along side room was clean and tidy staff were friendly and welcoming there is wifi opposite the hotel is a garage and 24hr Morrisons as well as a McDonalds Costa a Peps and an Aldi
• 339janinem (10/5): Great stay at Corby - The receptionist was very warm and welcoming upon arrival and the team upon departure were equally as polite. We had a great experience. It's our second time at this premier inn and both stays have been amazing. Other Premier Inns could learn a lot from the team at Corby
• wingate (6/5): Could do with modernisation - I chose this because you can park for free by the hotel rather than pay for off-site parking. The hotel is a trifle old fashioned.You even get a key. Breakfast at the adjoining pub is ok.There isn't much of a dinner menu.So this means a scramble for parking places at 6pm on North Hill to eat at one of the many restaurants located there. Finally a warning about their WiFi.It continually drops off.So watching a film on YouTube nearly ran me out of data.

From the moment we arrived, the service stood out — we were warmly welcomed at check-in by Drew, who was both friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and pleasant. Our room was spotless and exceptionally comfortable. The quiet atmosphere, perfect room temperature, and a very comfortable bed all contributed to a great night’s sleep. A big compliment to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness — it did not go unnoticed. When we checked out in the morning, we were sent off with genuine smiles and warm goodbyes from hotel manager Alison and night receptionist Susan, which added a lovely personal touch to our departure. Overall, a very positive experience. We'd happily return and recommend this hotel to others.
