Guest Reviews
- Go45736895510 (10/5): Wonderful service - Friendly, warm, welcoming staff in both the hotel reception and restaurant.
Both Agnes, from the hotel and Ruby, from the restaurant provided a wonderful service. Thank you.
- P1215UGmarks (10/5): Pleasant stay - Roxi was very helpful and brightened my stay. After a long drive and bust day at work I just wanted to check in and unwind. Roxi was very understanding
- meneshd2025 (10/5): Can't fault anything during our stay. Thank you. - Thank you to Gina and the team who went out of their ways to make our family's stay really comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back.
- denistA8455OG (10/5): It's all about details - Would return definitely, quite place. Don't hesitate to stop at this place, because the staff it's professional and friendly.
- annd533 (4/5): Smelly! If you're planning to 'refurb', then close it and re-open once it's been done! - A smelly experience! We only stayed one night (thankfully) on the 8th November. Although the bed was comfortable, as per Premier Inn's mantra and the towels and bathroom were clean, there was a strong smell of damp and drains as soon as we ascended the stairs to our room (18). Our room also smelt strongly of damp and drains and I needed to wash our clothes as soon as we arrived home to get rid of the smell. This hotel needs a definite make over. It's not just tired, it's exhausted! We did ask to change rooms, explained the smell to the Receptionist who offered to 'put some spray around it'. Apparently 'the hotel was fully booked' despite there only being 4 cars in the car park, which included ours.
No thanks and never again! If this was your first experience of Premier Inn, it wouldn't encourage you to return to another one. If you're planning to 'refurb', then close it and re-open once it's been done!
- Z8919KEemmar (10/5): Great stay - Called beforehand to see if a travel cot could be put in the room, on arrival this was set up with a sheet and extra towel. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help us as it was late and our son was asleep in our arms
- cathygW9010VV (6/5): OK but spoilt by lack of shower - Friendly check in. Room as expected, comfortable and clean. Not enough tea/coffee in room from the start so had to go to reception.
On a tight schedule in the morning. Got up expecting to have a shower and couldn't get it to work, no water coming out, not even for a bath. Wasn't going to go down to reception at 7.30am to complain as breakfast was at 8 and then leaving. (Even asked my friends to check it, so I wasn't being a numpty!). Told them when I checked out and no apology, nothing. Bad form there. Never usually a problem after numerous stays with P.I.
- dupuyy2025 (10/5): Great stay - It was a very good stay really enjoyed my time here at premier inn. Also all the stuff was super nice and helpful in my queries.
- AlisonG249 (10/5): Good Location for a Flight put of Heathrow - A Perfect Location for an early flight out of Heathrow. Easy access from the tube. Very quiet & Comfortable. The White Bear Pub, across the street, is amazing! Also, Bonus points, if you spot the flock of Green Parrots flying around the area.
- gavinh449 (2/5): Overcharged - Was overcharged and no response when emailed & phoned office saying wasn't their problem!! Contact your bank disgusting it's your fault
- 438jezh (2/5): Avoid - Very poor Premier Inn. Attached pub shut and abandoned so no food or drink available. Desperately in need of refurbishment or knocking down. Not a hope of me returning.
- Inspire18254692663 (10/5): Amazing Stay - I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel the staff I met were wonderful and the rooms were nice and clean.
- joannab460 (4/5): Many issues - Quite a lot of issues sadly. Room had drainage issues that caused a nasty fall in the bathroom and has left me with an injury to my back. Had to constantly chase for a plumber. Said plumber used the facilities in my bathroom and left a mess and used my towels, unacceptable. Bathroom left a general mess after he was done working. Heater made a constant noise I had to switch it off and was cold throughout my stay. Bed levels were uneven leaving an uncomfortable and very disturbed sleep. No alternatives were offered. Unsatisfactory stay
- Airflyer1 (8/5): Great, comfortable hotel - Location is great for Rugby and for M6 and located near Aldi, local shops.
CCTV car park
Make sure you register your car at reception
Room comfortable
Staff pleasant
Brewers Fayre great for breakfast and dinner, if you eat before 6pm there are main meal offers.
The wifi is poor which I had to upgrade to receive better and faster internet
I was offered by email to upgrade to include dinner with 30% saving however when I tried to amend my booking I would have lost my early check in option.
- thomasbY4937GJ (6/5): Banged head on inappropriately placed electrical or alarm panel - Just next to the entrance to the Brewers fayre is a large electrical panel, my wife picking a case up banged her head leaving her in a lot of pain, its a stupid location for this it could of been located further away from the entrance near the entrance for the premier inn. So keep a watch out for it, it is a health hazard.
- M3335VZsharonp (10/5): Comfortable stay - My partner and I stayed at the hotel. It was amazing, the staff were also great. There was complimentary coffee downstairs on the coffee machine and available free parking.
- petethepart (4/5): A tale of two halves... - Firstly let's start with the positive. The attached restaurant was lovely, great food, good service, nice atmosphere also good value when using Meal deal option. The hotel itself is in a convenient location.
Now the not so good, this hotel is rundown and in need of a freshen up. The reception staff all looked and acted like they really didn't want to be there. Poor security, from early til late the main doors were wide open and the internal doors were broken meaning I could walk all the way to my room door with no security card. The hot water was almost non existant, you have to get up 15 minutes early to start the shower going or you'll have the pleasure of a cold one, even then it was lukewarm at best. This wasn't just my room, other guests commented the same. I appreciate it states when booking there is no aircon, however with night time temps in the low teens it should be ok, not here, the room was stifflingly hot and of course the fan provided was broken. Not a problem I'll open the window, now I can't sleep as the main road is right there (to be honest it was still noisy with the window closed)
I've stayed in Premier inns all over the UK and this was the worst, I'm not fussy and will stay anywhere but when booking a premier inn you expect a level standard.
There are way better places to stay in the area. 2 Stars purely because of the restaurant, the hotel gets 0.
- S8921ELrobp (6/5): Tired hotel that needs some money spent on it to improve the experience. - This hotel is one of the most tired premier inns I have stayed at. The pub attached to the hotel had closed down and it just looks derelict. I'm sure there are better places to stay in the area at similar prices.
- A8642MJmichaelb (6/5): Old and tired - The staff were excellent. The hotel is very tired. I had two rooms. First room had broken lamp, loose toilet, curtain rails broken. Furniture chipped. Second room had hair in the bath and smelt of cigarette smoke.
- 222ginai (10/5): Amazing - I stayed with the family watching a concert in Wembley perfect location free parking staff profession, polite. there is no restaurant at this side other alternatives it’s high Street which is only 10 minutes away and it is lovely High Street with full off choices, of restaurants and Cafes. I definitely recommend this site to family and friends.
- VeroniqueH173 (8/5): Our stay at ruislip - The hotel is simple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedding is comfortable and the air conditioning works well. We were just unlucky to have someone above us who kept walking around for hours.
- jamiemL4220FM (10/5): Amazing stay - It was a great stay the staff were extremely helpful for all my questions. Also the rooms were nice and tidy with coffee available thank you.
- 231gemmap (10/5): Gran prix weekend - Nice hotel , stayed on ground floor , no issues. Lovely and clean and comfy beds . Did receive a parking ticket once returned home, called reception today , last cancelled the tickets and called me back to confirm so I wasnt worried while we was on holiday. Lovely of her to do so. Would return for gran prix next year . Free snacks by reception is a nice touch also .
- martin_attree (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Clean, easy to check in. Staff in the bar/restaurant were fabulous.
Food was really tasty also.
Lovely evening meal and great breakfast
- M6510SZdeanc (8/5): Business stay - Agnes the receptionist was very helpful, welcoming and polite on arrival and check in was very fast and efficient. The room was what I expected and comfortable. I use this Premier Inn when visiting Leicester as I have never had any issues. Signal for mobile was a slight problem in both room and restaurant and WIFI weak, which due to being a business stay was frustrating but overall, it was a good stay and I will be using this Premier Inn again.
- 902tanithf (10/5): Quick stopover to break a long journey north - Perfect location just off the M1 with a Brewers Fayre attached and Aldi right next door for all the things you forget. Agnes on reception needs a mention. She couldn’t do enough to make the stay more welcoming
- webo2d (10/5): Very helpful and friendly staff. - Great location for work. Agnes was very friendly and helpful when checking in. Couldn't have asked for more. Thankyou.
- dalilamA5068HQ (2/5): Won’t go back - There was a dirty used towel hanging on the back of the door when we checked into our rather airless room. The duvet was too hot for this time of year but that would not have led me to give a poor review or complain. The dirty towel in the bathroom put us off staying here again, no matter how reasonable the rate might be. We used to like Premier Inn as we thought the quality of everything was consistently good. No longer true apparently.
- I1062ZXtraceyg (4/5): Shambles, avoid! - We were allocated Room 6 on ground floor, on entering the room it smelt damp and unpleasant. Asked to change room which was accommodated. This room was overlooking the dilapidated roof of the empty and closed down pub next door. We were unable to lock our windows which were next to a fire escape and easily accessible.
The rooms need updating, they are not as pictured on the website, run disn. Corridors anx stairs havd extremely creaky floorboards, laughabld, with signs next to them to be quiet, people sleeping!
The parking - whilst there were spaces available, we were unable to log into the system, as it was not working but were told by staff if we were sent a parking charge, just to quote the reference number and we wouldn't have to pay. Parking charge has arrived, no telephone number to call and discuss. The appeal online doesn't work, having to spend hours sorting out the parking charge. We will not be paying £100 parking fee!
Avoid this hotel at all costs.
- anzz2025 (4/5): Arrogant staff member - Mohamed Nellikkaparambil - I was staying at the Premier Inn in London Ruislip, and I didn't really have any real issues with the hotel itself, my main issue is mainly by the behaviour and attitude of one staff member.
This staff member lied to me about he’s name multiple times. After I interacted with him I knew that I was going to write a review so I needed he’s name.
First he told me he’s name was ’San’. Then he told me he’s name was ’Sanbil’. Then he told me he’s name is ’Sanabil’. After all of this I found out that he’s real name is Mohamed Nellikkaparambil (I asked the member of staff on the shift after for he's name). I think he lied about he’s name when I asked him as he knew I was going to complain. This is not right.
Once I arrived, he seemed not interested, didn't acknowledge me and was dismissive. I went to the desk after a long tired journey and I was wishing for a nice check in, however I was instead greeted with eye rolls and simple responses as if I was bothering him. He hardly made any eye contact (when he did he was rolling he's eyes) at me and he didn’t offer me any information you need when checking into a hotel you have never been to like telling me to register my car with YourParkingSpace. He then gave me my room card as if he just wanted to be over and get rid of me.
After I checked in I had a simple question about the AC system as it was quite hot, and he told me basically “I don’t know, it should work,” before he went away scrolling on something on he's mobile. He do not help me neither did he apologise.
There was also another issue - I lost my room key on Ruislip high street (I think I left it at McDonalds). On my way in I realised this and he told me "You lost it - ok don't lose it again" like I was a little baby. I do not like being spoken to like this. I can tell when somebody's being funny and off with me.
I have been stayed with Premier Inn basically my whole adult life and I usually find the staff helpful and friendly, which is the reason this time it was just disappointing.
Later on I went to reception and it was a different person. He’s name was Rahul and he was absolutely fantastic and simply cannot fault the service he provided me. He made sure my room was cool and the air conditioning was working. He also told me to register my car otherwise I will get fined. Thank you Rahul - you are the only reason I am giving this place two stars. If not for you then it would only be one star.
- 851stuarta (2/5): Hazardous dump with no fire safety. Avoid! - This place is a dangerous dump with clueless staff. Due to a fault at midnight the fire alarm went off and could not be reset, resulting in the fire brigade being called out. The alarm was silenced but triggered meaning the building had no functioning fire alarm. The night manager Rahul claimed this was fine and we could still stay in our room, an absolute joke! He refused to relocate us or help us find a suitable alternative leaving us without a roof or a bed at 2am at this point. He was rude, dismissive and aggressive. After calling nearly 20 different hotels in the area to no avail we were left with no option but to drive around local hotels to try and get a room. Eventually after trying multiple places we finally got a room at 4am, which we then had to pay for as well and now Premier Inn are refusing to compensate us for the additional costs incurred as well as the mental and physical stress this caused us. We were in London for less than 24 hours and had to cancel all our plans and go home as we did not get much sleep thanks to this. If you value your sleep, sanity and safety stay away from Premier Inn.
- deborahh260 (6/5): Needs updating ! - Drab room in need of updating . Dull andcstained carpets. No phone charging point next to bed
A lot of noise from above all night like doors slamming and stomping
Lovely clean comfy bed and spacious accessible bathroom
Pub serves good value food and friendly staff .
- Q4691QXmaxb (10/5): Humble little spot in Ruislip - I travel often and this is my go to spot whenever I’m in Ruislip. Quiet location and kind receptionists. Nothing fancy, just the essentials.
There’s a nice street down the road that has plenty of Cafes and other sorts of options for food and shopping.
5 star for me
- ColinJ39 (8/5): Good nights stay - Used this Premier Inn to stay overnight whilst going to a friend's Wedding reception in a village close by. We had a good clean room on the ground floor, towels were missing but easily acquired at request. Good parking allocation and friendly staff.
- K8535SCjamiem (10/5): Loved it - My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy and welcoming, and there was a fresh, pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire property. It’s clear the hotel staff take great pride in keeping everything in top condition.
- jeffsO888AI (10/5): Honest Review about Premier Inn Ruislip - Very very amazing staff, especially a young man with dark hair I think his name was Faiyad. Very kind and professional people! I would also like to mention the very lovely italian lady Gina.
I would like to recommend this place to everybody. It is a shame there is no longer a restaurant but these days most people know how to cook at home anyway hahaha.
Lots of nearby places to eat breakfast lunch dinner etc.
Lots of ways to travel across London nearby, 2 train stations, many buses.
The building is a little old but it gets the job done and the staff make up for it 100%.
Thank you once again, it is always a pleasure to stay here, looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Noteworthy details:

- 341shanb (10/5): Agnes on reception was amazing !! I have never met such a kind thoughtful person in a hotel . - I arrived hoping for a room but it was full . Agnes on reception was so kind as I was so tired after travelling for six hours and seeing my first grandchild . She phoned around until she found me alternative accommodation.
Agnes needs to be recognised for her amazing thoughtfulness!
- Wander47638682471 (10/5): Quiet and comfortable stay - I had a quiet and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, making the experience even better. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and buses, making it convenient to explore the area.
The hotel remained peaceful, allowing for a restful stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.
- N7119TFneilc (10/5): Outstanding - Great place to stay just off the M6 pub serves great food next door and always warm welcome
When checked in always met with smile Chloe on reception always makes you welcome
I always stay here while on road with work
Staff brilliant rooms brilliant
- TouchofParadise (8/5): We will be back. At the price hotel is unbeatable. During our stay they had happy hour every day ly 3-6pm. Great Hugo’s. - Very nice hotel for a few days.had a handicap-room which was probably more spacious than regular rooms. Was on the courtyard side and very dark and loud
When and if they doing work. Did not use housekeeping. Personnel was helpful, some very nice.
- gailhN5932ED (10/5): Premier Rugby - From check in to check out everything was great, very pleasant staff, the rooms very clean and beds super comfy had the best nights sleep in a long time, restaurant very clean, food lovely and very helpful and pleasant staff couldn’t fault in anyway 🤗
- roberthE2826FT (6/5): Our first away together in 18 years - Ok...the staff were great and the guy appreciated me checking in, in German. Rooms were clean as you'd expect..but the location is a little crazy..and there's another one 500 yards away...car park was full and worryingly had to park outside, where all the drunks and bagheads congregate. Not the P Inns's fault I know...but in all our travels all over Europe and UK for the first time my wife turned to me and said she didn't feel safe.
- Lovetoski24 (10/5): Overnight stopover - Excellent value hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Super friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Central location. Would stay again. Rooms, bar and restaurant were extremely clean.
- bethf280 (10/5): Comfortable stay - Very easy to get to and find. Had ample parking outside if you need parking. Greeted quickly and staff were friendly. The room was very nice. It was spacious and comfortable and felt safe. It had good amenities and I was able to have a selection of tea. Nothing was too much trouble
- Remmelgas-Sutt (10/5): Reasonably priced hotel with excellent amenities in a central location - Premier Inn was in general a very positive experience: spacious and very well equipped room (super comfy bed and bedlinen), tasty and varied breakfast.
There was one disappointment though - in the selection of TV programs were some Russian channels like Russia24 that are under EU santions, thus forbidden to be bradcasted on EU territory. Premier Inn should not facilitate the spread of aggressor's propaganda.
- JozzP (8/5): Good value hotel for a stopover - We had two superior double rooms here for a one night stay. Saarbrucken is a good place to break the journey to Italy. Parking was underneath the hotel with direct access into reception area. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open and there was no breakfast available due to the current COVID restrictions. There was unlimited coffee available in the bar area. The hotel has all measures in place, sanitiser, social distancing etc. Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were both comfortable although different sizes, one very big with a sofa. chair and desk. Rooms at the front of the hotel will get noise from the street below. Overall a good value, clean and comfortable hotel.
- SwordBenShield (10/5): Fantastic comfort - The hotel is lovely, brand new and comfortable. It has friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms and stylish interior decoration.
Came here on business and it felt like a vacation. Delicious, huge breakfast. Highly recommend.
- weefunkymonkey (10/5): Excellent hotel - I would stay here again. The hotel is new so all fixtures and fittings are lovely and new. Rooms are a great size and bed is very comfy. The hotel is in a great location just a 5 minute walk from the train station. The staff are very friendly and even though I didn’t have the breakfast it looked great. They have a lovely bar & lounge where you relax in the evening. The only small points I would note is there is no tea / coffee in room, the shower door wasn’t fitted correctly so flooded the floor and the curtains were not long enough so they didn’t fully close, these points didn’t deter me from having an excellent stay
- MoreCheeseGrommit (10/5): Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to station - I had a brief one night stopover - this hotel was all I needed: modern, well maintained, friendly reception & breakfast staff, reasonably priced and 5 mins' walk from the station. Would be happy to stay there again.
