Guest Reviews
- user414437 (2/5): Poorly maintained - No extraction in the bathroom. Heater would only stay on for an hour or so - woke up when room had got down to just 16 degrees. There was mould around the window. There's a knack to flushing the toilet and if you didn't know it, it wouldn't flush. There was a large dent in the mattress on one side. The walls were paper thin and I even managed a conversation with my neighbour at one point. The room needed a jolly good clean, especially the bathroom walls, all around the edge of the carpets and under the bathroom door where clearly some of the door had been trimmed and no one had bothered to clean up the sawdust. Corridor carpets needed a jolly good clean.
- Dee5 (10/5): Perfect overnight stay - Booked early checkin room ready on time. The rooms are spacious, clean warm and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facility good in the room. Breakfast next door at the hungry horse was perfect. Would definitely stay again
- jakeH163 (8/5): Convenient, quiet, great staff. - Convenient location, free parking, quiet, friendly staff. Stayed in the Annex which overlooks the car park which helped with keeping an eye on the car. 5 mins down a hill to the town centre. We ate in The White Lion in town due to the poor reviews of the adjacent Hungry Horse. Recommend this hotel for a short stay on the area. Uber to Cheadle cost 11 quid but other cheaper options available.
- T2899SRleen (8/5): Good stay - Good location for Regent Theater. Friendly welcome when booking in. Room good size, as was bathroom. Nice and quiet. Great having free parking.
- RyanD592 (2/5): Mold in the room plus dirty - Worst hotel ever stayed in, First room had a strong smell of mold. We requested to swap rooms. They swapped us in to a second room which was dirty, the bins was full abd dirty bedding. Third time lucky we got a room. Not what you expect for £110.00. The mold had been painted over but you could still see and smell it. The other side has patches of mold.
- 181780Mart0102 (10/5): Good location and breakfast. - Great to have free parking. Always a nice welcome. Would prefer a shower than a bath and it saves water!. The baths are too high to safely get into and out of.
Breakfast are always great with plenty of choice.
- H329VUdarrens (2/5): Avoid this hotel unless you don't want to eat - 1 night stay in the annexe, room 47. Disgusting smell inside the lobby of the annexe as a fast food takeaway box had been thrown on the floor with chips and nuggets all over the carpet. When i mentioned this at check the very nice member of staff explained to me that the night porters were not allowed to cross the car park and check on the annexe for "safety reasons". Don't get me started on the Hungry Horse restaurant next door that the Premier Inn sends its customers to for Breakfast and if you choose Dinner also. This restaurant is a complete mess & shamble. Had to twice send back a cheese burger as it was cremated and as a hard as a discus. Chef cant even cook a burger! Had to wait 40 minutes for this abomination and i was one of a number of customers who were forever chasing up where their food was. Bench seats you sit on are wearing through, carpet was grubby and the whole place seemed like no one from Greene King hierarchy cares about how the restaurant looks as they wouldn't allow it to get into this state. premier Inn should disassociate itself away from the restaurant next door as it ruins the stay. Staff are lovely at the Premier Inn by the way.
- N4114GOchrism (2/5): sleepless nights, room smelt, no signal. - 0 signal in the hotel to make a phone call or use your own data, the hotel internet in none existent unless you pay, the paid internet isn't much better. I was evacuated at 3am the 4am 04/11/25, the same happened again 04/11/25. Also the room had a bad smell and when I requested the room to be cleaned, only the towels where changed and bed made, shower sink, bathroom floor was not cleaned.
- Gustavo (8/5): - La habitación estaba muy limpia pero algo fría y sin aire caliente
- Gergul9 (10/5): Great staff-great stay - Love Premier Inns and this was our first stay here and it is now one of our favourites. From the lovely, warm welcome to the clean and quiet room, lovely cooked breakfast in a nice setting and a great location, only a few minutes walk from the town centre........perfect. Will definitely be staying here again.
- fayandawn (10/5): Two ladies from Carlisle..... - After parking our car - disabled parking was plentiful we were greeted by two lovely friendly members of staff who checked us in with efficiency and gave us all relevant information regarding breakfasts etc.
The room was very good and asking for extra pillows went very well.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
- jamesfW3254YA (10/5): very satisfying - stay here alot . great location nice n peaceful. staff are nice helpful and polite! the manager very helpful! well recommended. nice breakfast also👌
- courtneyd859 (10/5): Definitely be back - We stayed here before heading to Alton towers! Quick check in to get our room key! Clean hotel and room! Very friendly and helpful staff! Anything we needed they got/helped us with! Would definitely be back! Beds are so comfortable!
- siphoenix (10/5): Brilliant staff!! - We're actually still here but I felt that I needed to write a review straight away.
We're staying over for 2 nights and I know that you can't go wrong with a Premier Inn but what makes this place stand out has to be the staff. The gentleman who checked us in made us feel welcome right away. A very funny man. The lady who I saw cleaning one of the rooms this morning had a lovely attitude and a very cheery "Good morning"
Obviously, it's a Premier Inn so it's clean and comfortable and well equipped with everything that you need.
We will definitely stay here again.
- M25-Peter (10/5): Stay For Leisure Trip - This is the second occasion that I have stayed at Premier Inn Hanley. The friendly and warm welcome from the two ladies at check in was very nice indeed. The room was very comfortable with easy to control A/C for a nice temperature. A good selection of tea and coffee was available. The Bathroom was clean and a very good shower. The service in the Brewers Fayre Restaurant was very good with a nice selection of meals from the main menu. As always, the Breakfast was superb with a great selection of hot Breakfast Items along with a good selection of Bakery Items. Like the last time I stayed here. I had a very pleasant stay and will not hesitate to stay here again next time I am in the area.
- clairo828 (10/5): Super great staff. Would recommend staying here. - Room was super clean. Staff were so so lovely and friendly. They were so accommodating and happy to help me with my inquiries as I took my girls to Plouise which wasn’t too far from here. The free parking was a plus as well. Overall a great stay would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes.
- Peter (6/5): - .
- scorcheo (8/5): Satisfactory - Have stayed year many times when visiting family , never know what sort of room you will get but you always get friendly staff, our room was clean and modern and everything worked though the WiFi was the worst I’ve ever experienced at this hotel, and the hairdryer would cut in and out .
Aside from these issues our bed was comfortable and we slept well without disturbance , nothing I’ve read on other reviews would stop me staying here again
- Ktmit2025 (2/5): The most disgusting, unclean hotel room we have ever stayed in. - We booked two family rooms and were assigned two rooms next to one another as requested. The rooms were dusty, particularly the headboards. (See pics) There was dirt, dust and grime in every corner of the room. The window sill and window frame was mouldy. (This wasn't noticed until the next day as the curtains were closed when we arrived.) There were hairs on the toilet. Grime round the sink. I knew we were only there for one night and thought we would just get on with it. But when I looked under the bed for something and saw lots of sweets etc from previous guests - I was disgusted. The hallway didn't look like it had been hoovered in years. There was a hairball the size of a tennis ball in the corridor that we repeatedly walked past. (Cleaners were around going in and out of rooms.) Around the edges of the corridor the dust and dirt was so thick.
We paid for ultimate wifi - which was as good as useless. It was worse than the free wifi! We spoke to reception and they gave us a card to call someone else. We complained about the room, we were given a card to tell someone else. They just didn't seem interested.
I mentioned about the hairdryers not working in both rooms to be told that I wasn't using them correctly and that I had to hold a button in. One of them needed the button holding in, which I knew. However, the noise that came out of it, it was rattling and making noises like it was going to blow up. I borrowed the hairdryer from our second room. This one did not have a hold in button. But it just kept cutting in and out like it had a loose connection. Both seemed dangerous to me.
It is worth noting that we have been staying in Premier Inns in this location for over a decade. It used to be more frequent than it is now. However, we have never known them to be this disgusting. The rooms have been changed slightly. There is hardly anywhere to put stuff. Just a tiny rail for a few clothes. A tiny round table. A little ledge by the mirror that is so close to the door, it is tricky to get in and out. My 5 year old also hit his head on it as it is so close to the door. Family rooms used to be a lot bigger. These seem very small. With VERY little storage space.
I feel lucky that we didn't eat there as I would not trust the hygiene. I have logged a formal complaint through the card that we were given. Will wait to hear the outcome.
- Y6660SPalisonc (6/5): wolviston/ Wynyard premiere inn in October 2025 - Don’t bother staying here the new premier inn isn’t as good as the old ones. The shower is very basic not a power shower, no bath and it smelled of urine in there to. The closet space is too small to put your clothes & personal effects on. There is probably enough space for one night but no longer. There was only one member of staff on for breakfast trying to greet visitor's, wash up and take orders, the Breakfast was Luke warm when it arrived. So I wouldn’t recommend staying there and I won’t be staying in the newer premier inns in future looks like it’s been done of the cheap very disappointed.
- 983brendano (6/5): Okay, not as good as it was - Used this hotel a lot in the past for business and even though I stayed in a premier plus room, the general cleanliness of the hotel has gone downhill. I probably wouldn't stay again
- eardleyl1 (10/5): A perfect premier plus stay - A lovely room - we stayed premier plus and it was a nice upgrade. The rooms have a fridge so that’s great addition, able to keep my drinks cool easily. There was chocolate in the room to enjoy with a hot drink, and the room was a great size. It still has the great bed and mattress you know and love from premier inn. The staff helped us celebrate a special occasion and made us feel exceptionally welcome - special shout out to Joe and Libby. Breakfast was nice too - go early to avoid the big crowds. Easily accessible and good parking. Will definitely return!
- jackierI360GA (10/5): Close enough to walk into town, comfortable enough to sleep like a top - Don't confuse the Hungry Horse restaurant reviews with the Premier Inn; they are not related. Poles apart. Premier Inn where the welcome was so nice, friendly and the guy was amusing. I could have stayed there laughing. He made sure we had our free parking pass as residents. We stayed in the annexe. Very secure as you need your pass to get in. Extra tea/coffee/sugar/milk there in case you needed to top up. Our room, number 34, was very clean and well maintained - a little bit of wear but what hotel hasn't? Shower easy to use and turn to correct heat. Shower/hair wash (take your own conditioner), handwash at basin. No shower cap, just saying in case you need to cover your head. Two bath sheets, one hand towel, one floor towel. Hairdryer in room and nice glass mugs for tea and coffee. Bed and pillows SO comfortable! And quiet. We got back from a party around midnight on a Saturday. No noise whatsoever. USB port and plenty of sockets. Thank you Premier Inn; one to be proud of.
- wilsonmrslindsayw (10/5): The Inn is great but stay away from the Restaurant. - Our stay at the Premier Inn was very good. The room was quiet and warm. I did not hear one plane. The beds were very comfy but we could have used a bigger wardrobe. Plenty of towels, tea bags and milk. You only had to call down at reception and pick up extra supplies. The thing that let it down was the attached restaurant Hungry Horse. What a disaster. We tried it once and then decided to pop down to the town for further breakfasts. Much cheaper. The room was cleaned every day, you just had to mention it before leaving reception. All the staff cheerful and pleasant.
- M58HFleons (10/5): Great premier lnn - One of the gems of premier inn, very friendly staff was there in the weekend. Everything 10 out of 10. Absolutely fantastic premier Inn. Also had breakfast was lovely with friendly staff again.
- alisdairt (10/5): Nice hotel, clean and fresh - We had booked this hotel, for a couple of nights stay in Stoke.. Price was decent.. Free parking was a bonus.. Nice friendly welcome.. Room was clean, fresh, and well maintained.. The usual Premier in standard. W ate one night at the on-site restaurant.. Was decent enough, and not too expensive.. Located a 15 minute uphill walk into the town centre. Handy enough for all other attractions around Stoke.
- Q5118KEsophiet (10/5): comfortable bed, lovely staff, parking available for guests - a clean room with a comfortable bed. lovely, helpful staff, and parking available for guests.
check in was quick and easy, as was checkout. overall highly recommend.
- kirkboland92 (10/5): Wonderful Stay - If my fellow citizens of the land of deep fried oreos & cheeseburgers are going over yonder to Yorkshire and whatnot, y'all need to hit up the Premier Inn chain. I ain't lying to y'all; good prices, usually find 'em associated with the "service stations" (aka, rest areas they have on their diet Interstates). Just a wonderful experience all around!
- 889malcolmy (8/5): Great in many aspects, except... - I often stay at Premier Inn as there is a trust in getting good value and a good night sleep. Hanley wasn't much different except the corridors smelt like a Friday night out in some low class pub soaked with beer. Time the manager asked for a refurbishment.
- RachelDarke (6/5): ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - A mixed bag - ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
I stayed at the Premier Inn Hanley (Stoke-on-Trent). It’s set on a trading estate, so there aren’t shops or places to wander nearby, but on arrival I received a lovely warm welcome.
My room (408, in the block across the car park) was the standard Premier Inn set-up – clean, comfortable and reliable. Unfortunately, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned, which was disappointing as everything else about the room was spot on.
I had dinner at the Brewers Fayre attached to the hotel. The food was fine, and the unlimited soft drinks are always a bonus. The only downside was a nearby table of workmen swearing quite a lot – it didn’t bother me personally, but it could have put some people off.
I slept well and the breakfast was fresh, plentiful and enjoyable.
Overall, a mixed stay: friendly service, comfortable room, and good breakfast, but let down by the bathroom cleanliness.
- keithrF3239NW (4/5): Windows don't open , mouldy smell in room - There is a growing trend in newer premier Inns to have room windows that DO NOT OPEN. well this is one such hotel . my room had a stench of mouldy air , not able to get any air flow . bathroom extractor not working, air con faulty on cold all the time , meant a horrible coughing night (mainly due to mouldy air). STAFF were amazing and the breakfast was too !!
- karlaF2259MC (10/5): Greatest hotel in Stoke. - This was my first time staying at the premier inn Henley and it was beautiful. From the moment we checked in, to checking out it was faultless.
The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable.
We had a great stay.
- M6724NWjulias (10/5): Breakfast - Called in for breakfast. 100% recommend. Alex and Tonnika were fantastic. Breakfast 10/10 poached eggs were perfect. Will definitely be back
- 110otto (6/5): Stay at Premier Inn Hanley - Fix the coffee machine in the breakfast room, every time there is something wrong with it and being understanding doesn't work every time. We are/are several who get an itchy body at home. Either it's your detergent or a thorough cleaning is needed. This is not the first time, actually.
- Nomad813249 (6/5): Room fine. Restaurant poor. - The hotel room was what I expect from a Premier Inn. Comfy bed, decent size. Shower was fine. Sink tap flow pretty low for some reason. What really knocked the score down for me was the food, which is provided by the Hungry Horse next door. Pretty tired looking restaurant and several items missing from breakfast: no yoghurts, peanut butter or fruit salad. “Hot water” for teas wasn’t hot. Sausages and tomatoes a bit overcooked. Definitely not up to the standard of the previous couple of Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. Wouldn’t stay there again.
- scuffr (10/5): Fantastic & Friendly Hotel & Staff - Hanley Premier Inn, Etruria is one of the best hotels the wife & I have stayed at. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, approachable but always professional. The room is comfortable including the wet room provided, fully serviced. The food was great, the hotel was clean & so inviting. I would like to commend all the staff, reception, dining & cleaners who were working & available whilst we were at the hotel, I can name four team members, Libby, Rosie, Bridie & Joseph but every member of the staff were exceptional, sorry for those whose names I couldn't remember. The hotel is also situated in a place where all the local towns are easily accessible which was brilliant for us as we can't get around as easy as when we were younger 😉. A HUGE THANK YOU to every team member at Etruria Premier Inn, we will be back.
- cheryl351 (10/5): Premier inn stop - Had 2 days in Alton towers so picked this hotel as it was 40 mins away so was not too long. Hotel was clean with easy parking with very nice reception staff who made checking in easy and quick, brewers fayre opposite great food will use again next year 10/10
- R4798MHmarekj (10/5): Day out with My son - Very, very nice and clean Hotel in perfect area good day out. Many options with the food court Also have the petrol station no far away from Centre
- adamjX6141TQ (4/5): 😬 - No toilet paper at all, only to find out when it was needed, single bed wasn’t made on arrival. Quickly sorted. Very disappointing premier inn experience . Cobwebs to top it off… hopefully breakfast is good
- Sightseer47539209996 (2/5): Foul smell and not bathroom light. Not worth £124. - The room had a disgusting sewage smell. The bathroom light didn’t work. No staff at check in or check out. They were friendly when I did see them. Lots of parking space outside. Hotel not worth £124. Can not recommend.
- ChiefClaret (8/5): Lovely room but too hot - Clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
Only minus was the air conditioning didn't work and the window only slightly opened
- Sammie-Jo69 (10/5): Very good overall - Overnight stay for a work trip in Stoke the next day. Plenty of parking available and reception had my key waiting straight for me owing to a late arrival. Room quiet, bed very comfortable and everything worked. Would have liked a few more towels - although you can always go and get more. Would happily stay again. No bath but an adjustable shower head which actually worked better.
- afleming62 (10/5): Busy hotel but nice and clean with very helpful and pleasant girls on reception. - A very busy hotel ,well located for Teesside and North Yorkshire. The girls on reception were very pleasant and helpful with local knowledge and the rooms were spotless clean. Would definitely stay here again.
- Gilmartinfamily (8/5): good value for money. - The service from front facing staff was fantastic as always. The hotel rooms are uniform and clean. The bathrooms could do with a little more attention. Spraying toilet seats leaves the speckled. They could do with a proper clean. The bathrooms also smell.
Having the smokers area outside the door is also not appealing.
On a larger note. We are not in COVID times any more. The prices are going up and cleanliness going down. I want a daily clean in a hotel. That in my opinion is why I book a hotel and not an air bnb.
- MQAQVQ (10/5): Convenient location - Quiet, comfortable and clean. Great location for our needs. Large parking area with spaces available (make sure to enter registration details in reception). Good breakfast as always.
- bby6lue (10/5): Star Nathan - Came here tonight after an emergency flooding at my house. Fantastic service from Nathan at the front desk, kind and compassionate.
Thank you so much for your kindness.
- B7791OEmargaretp (10/5): Happy customers - Rooms clean staff were lovely and polite. The breakfast Debbie the waitress was so polite and friendly. The breakfast was amazing best I've in years everything was cooked perfectly thank you Andy the chef. We will be coming back 😀
- carolet686 (10/5): Great place to stay for business and leisure. - I had to visit Stockport on family business, and stayed every week from April to the end of July. It was great to know that I could request the same room for each visit. I had familiarity and continuity to help me settle at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, and the walk-in shower was excellent. That this hotel also has a lift is great news. The location is close to the Market Hall and the historic Underbank, making it a good base when exploring the town. There is plenty of free parking too.
- Tourist32271750817 (4/5): poor staffing and breakfast - The bed, shower and room was very nice.
extremely let down by the lack of staff at breakfast and that it took an hour to get our cooked breakfast. Each breakfast came out at different times ( long periods between each). This has put us off staying again.
- Chic-Irene (8/5): - Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights over the weekend to attend a family party. We booked a premier plus room and feel it was value for money. Included in the price is ultra wifi, a fridge, room heat control and a great shower. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was good. All staff were friendly from the reception, to the breakfast staff. I would recommend this hotel, but splash out the extra for the plus room if you are there for more than one night
- kondwar (8/5): Good stay, high cost. - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable although the temperature control and no open windows meant it got hot during the night and we couldn't do anything about it. Decent breakfast at the Brewer's Fayre next door. The cost was the frustrating part. It was too expensive for a basic stay.
- W7777LLfaizaa (10/5): Very spacious family rooms - We having going to primier inn for quite few years now, it's very ideal for my Son who has got autisim he totally loves it, the staff are amazing at the primier in stockport central very friendly and help, I be back there again with family because this is primier inn wee like nice and quiet lovely location where my children feel very comfortable. Pg and Stephen are great at reception and others too.
- 534sheltons (10/5): Weekend in Stoke on Trent - Clean and tidy. Easy to get too. Big enough for a family of 4. Comfortable beds. Parking available. Would definitely recommend
- helenrogers1888 (10/5): No complaints here! - A very warm friendly welcome from the moment we arrived, continuing throughout our stay!
Very impressed with the level of cleanliness in the room. As a NHS housekeeper myself it met my standards ...... and believe me I looked for hidden dust or dirt yet there was none!
The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well on both nights.
The free wi-fi was good! It did drop slightly at times however it was free so I'm not complaining!
The real bonus for the time of our stay was the air conditioning. It was close to 30 degrees and yet the room stayed nicely cool which made huge difference in getting a good sleep!
Overall, would definitely recommend!
- L4083BUtonyp (10/5): Great Service - Just a great experience. Went to see Oasis at Heaton Park and stayed here for 2 nights. Exceptional from everyone from booking in.... meals.... and leaving. Great job guys.
- NorthStar67691697688 (10/5): Wedding celebrations - We came over from germany with our family for a Wedding celebration so decided to stay here lovely staff all very friendly breakfast Service really good the rooms were clean and comfy it Was hot when we came had Ventilator in rooms but didnt help much really needs new air conditioning that was the only down side we had, really recommend staying if travelling through great location. The area has all you need apart from a kids playing area indoor and outdoor which is a really a shame not just the Premier Inn but in the toby carvery too maybe in the future they we rethink about it then it would be perfekt hier.thanks to Premier Inn staff for having us stay safe and healthy Till we meet again.
- U6526BAkarenl (8/5): Good location, Spacious family rooms - We had difficulty finding the hotel as there are two postcodes online. We ended up in an office block car park down the road but with the help,of a friendly local we found our way. Use the pub name (The Old Rectory) for navigation. On arrival we were very happy with the car parking. There was loads of space. We were travelling as a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 &6 and we were allocated a family room in the annex. It was basic but massive. We were really surprised by the space. Both children had their own bed and even with three beds in the room there was lots of space. It was 30 degrees or more during our stay but the location of the room and the fact that it had three windows which could be left open meant it was comfortable. We were also provided with a fan. We were provided with towels and a kettle. The only items we missed were flannels. The restaurant is in a separate building in the on-site pub. The food is basic pub food. We enjoyed what we had and felt it was value for money. It was very quiet at night and we slept very well. The hot breakfast was freshly cooked and well made. The continental offering would benefit from a coffee machine, and some fresh fruit salad. Staff were really friendly, and we felt very welcome. The grounds are lovely, especially the beer garden and conservatory in the restaurant but the whole hotel feels a little tired and needs some basic maintenance e.g. paint touch ups here and there, grass cutting, weeding and conservatory windows cleaned, cleaning down the steps towards the town to show it off to its full potential. This is a budget hotel, which offers good value in a great town location. We had never visited Stockport before and loved the Saturday market and the quaintness of the town. We would stay again.
- JeremiahEcks (10/5): Perfect. Simply, Perfect. - We arrived quite late cycling up a huge hill to get to the Stockport Premier Inn as part of the Trans-Pennine Trail. Getting there was a pain but when we did we were greeted by friendly staff and a lovely premises. And we were exhausted.
As is the case with all Premier Inns, you can store your bike in your room so we did. The rooms were flawless. Spotless. Comfortable beds. Everything was absolutely great.
In the morning we came down for breakfast and were surprised by the huge, expansive breakfast area. Whilst the food and drink was standard fare by Premier Inn, the area was... well... stunning quite honestly.
Of the four places our party stayed on the Trans-Pennine Trail, we all agreed this was the best of all four. Definitely worth a visit and definitely cyclist friendly.
- thejman-52 (6/5): 2 night stop over - We stayed for two nights as a stop over on our journey We slept very well and staff were incredibly helpful however the hotel had distinct smell of cannabis each morning and there appeared to be people in the carpark smoking cannabis the adjoining restaurant (brewers gayer) was very good however the staff appeared to prioritise walkin guests or regulars over hotel guests however the food was hot and good at breakfast and there was a good variety
- Piermxx (10/5): Amazing value - Very comfortable bed, slept like a baby. The room was incredibly cleaned and great to have tea and coffee option. The blackout curtains is very helpful during the summer and had additional fan in the room which was great. Amazing value, I would stay here again!
- E7548YGchrisl (6/5): Calamity averted - No soap or shower gel in the bathroom, which I only found out when in the shower. Thankfully Mel behind the desk sorted things swiftly, with extra towels and a fan for the room which was quite hot.
If it wasn't for Mel it would have had a 1 rating, if it wasn't for the soap issue it would have been a 5
- 323Stewart_M (10/5): Great welcoming stay - Stayed just one night here, and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Staff were excellent and welcoming, clean room and great breakfast with smiling efficient staff. This Premier Inn defies the falling standards at Premier, and we'll keep this one as one of our favourites. We'll return soon!
