Guest Reviews
- helgre2016 (10/5): Premier Inn just as it says on the tin - Handy location, no outside noise, clean and well presented premier inn. Comfy room, sadly cant open the window ,
Excellent breakfast provided in the morning
- SharonM636 (8/5): Not quite as good as Usual. - I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn many times before, unfortunately this time was not quite as good as usual!
Staff were friendly, easy self check in, hotel was clean and room was great.
Although very warm even with the air con on and window is not able to be opened. One of the pillows smelled awful and there was a big stain on the single bed sheet.
Unfortunately there was a child in the room above who was left to run around from 5.30am so we were woken up way too early in the mornings!!
- Larvinos (8/5): Lichfield Break - Great welcome and service from the Hospitality Team - in particular Shannon who was incredibly busy but made time for everyone.
Breakfast was very good, evening meal and service was excellent.
- martineI8212YL (10/5): Great weekend break - Wonderful weekend, all the staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Chef Tracey who, along with all the others, worked nonstop to provide a delicious breakfast 👍
- C7724AFemmab (10/5): Cosy night in Lichfield - Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless. Easy check in and check out. Delicious breakfast. Comfy beds. Great value for money for one night stay.
- 766issyh (10/5): Great space for a family - Great sized room- cot set up and lots of space to accommodate baby- had to leave early due to daughter being well and they sorted our refunding our room quickly and efficiently in a really friendly and supportive way! Have stayed at many premier inns but the set up for staying with a baby was brilliant- thank you!
- matthewhG4309XX (8/5): Great hotel (if you like a cold room) - Good location with free parking. Nice clean modern rooms. The air conditioning was too cold and it was not fixed even after speaking with reception it was still freezing in there all night. Not great for families.
- welshrainbow (10/5): Always first class customer service (and handy for the NMA) - I stay at the Premier Inn in Lichfield quite a bit as it’s handy for the National Memorial Arboretum. It’s always clean and comfortable (the vast majority of Premier Inns are) but what sets this one apart is the fantastic customer service from the staff. They are always keen and friendly and do their absolute best to make sure I’m comfortable and content. I’m glad to stay here because I know it will always be good. Thank you to the team!
- Kingprawn69 (10/5): Great breakfast chef - Family up from Cornwall and staying at Premier Inn in Lichfield.
10 of us joined them for breakfast on Sunday morning - the lady on the servery also the chef everyone feel more than welcome. Everyone’s request was met and she was so helpful - not a massive thing but she made the breakfast a treat - thank you.
- drewj916 (10/5): Friendly stay - Clean hotel in a quite area close to a village. The reception staff were nice and the hotel was perfect for the one night I needed.
- C1920GJpaigeb (10/5): 10/10 Stay, would return - Me and my partner stayed here for a weekend, and our stay was very pleasant!
We arrived late into the night, check in was simple & quick and the receptionist explained everything in detail.
Upon arriving in our room, the bathroom fan was broken and extremely noisy… I went down to reception at about 12:15 AM, where I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Vicky. I informed her of the fan, and immediately me and my partner were given a new room as luckily there was one which Vicky explained was unheard of on a Friday night. However, Vicky went above & beyond and very kindly added on a complimentary breakfast for my partner and I, for our weekend stay.
All of the staff we came across were very friendly and welcoming, greeting us as we entered as wishing us a good day as we left!
But, massive shoutout to Vicky for making our stay incredible!
Location: Convenient as it is a short drive from the beach, 4 minute drive from Angmering Train Station, and just across the bypass are a few shops including Haskins & Hobbycraft
Atmosphere: Very welcoming, staff were friendly and welcoming, no awkwardness or rudeness!
Value: I find it a tad on the pricey side, however, staff are friendly, rooms are clean, so price is not unjustified.
Amenities: Free parking is extremely helpful, saves a few extra pounds. Towels were clean, and nice toiletries!
- JonathanC14 (10/5): Friendly and comfortable - Extremely helpful and friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Room quiet, clean well furnished and equipped, comfortable bed and good drencher shower.
- Diane (10/5): - This hotel saved our skins when the last one had no hot water! It was clean and comfortable and the front desk folks were kind! The only weird thing was the very sharp and unexpected bend to enter the facility from the road.
- mjgman63 (8/5): Ignore the state of the building next door! - Usual very good Premier Inn job. Friendly staff, loads of free parking, comfortable and clean bedroom, etc. Once you've got to know Premier Inns, it's often the little things that make the difference, such as the extra pillows in a sealed bag that we now grab on arrival before we even reach the bed! Sad person that I am, I'm always interested in the relationship between Premier Inns and the restaurant/pub/whatever next door. Sometimes they are owned by Premier Inn; sometimes they are independent. Here, the next door building literally looks derelict with even the name ripped off. However, a bit of detective work told me that it used to be a pub called The Roundstone (owned, I think, by the Premier Inn people) that was closed down earlier this year. No idea whether they are going to convert it into extra bedrooms or refurbish it. Anyway, we were a bit worried by what the breakfast was going to be like, but in fact it was as good as ever once you got inside. It's also one of those particularly nice Premier Inn breakfasts where they take your order for the hot food, so if you want your eggs runny then that's how you will get them. So yes, a Premier Inn where we would definitely be happy to go back.
- Q7810YImichaelo (10/5): Really lovely staff - We stay at Premier Inns a lot and have never had a poor experience. They are a well respected chain not needing my help from reviews, however our experience with the staff at this Premier inn was exceptional and this has moved me to write something.
The lady who helped us at check-in was great as was the guy who booked us in for breakfast this morning and later made sure that we had been happy with our stay. The one who really made my day was the lady in the kitchen who I asked to heat a couple of croissants. "Of course I can' she said with a twinkle. Quite set me up for the day.
- A410PMmarkh (8/5): Business trip - Sleep was good, sometimes the air on was a little noisey. Breakfast was great freshly cooked and the poached eggs were excellent
- carolhC326RV (2/5): Unacceptable practice of paying double for a room in the business policy of Premier inns - We stayed at this Premier Inn at a very high cost which we paid as the inn was near Worthing crematorium for the funeral we were attending. On arrival we were informed that we were paying double due to the Goodwood Revival. On contacting guest relations we were informed that this was general policy if an event was being held nearby. We find this practice unacceptable and will not be staying at a Premier Inn again
- suttonartst (10/5): Chef was amazing - Chef Tracey was amazing Couldn’t have asked for a better service all round a great team. can’t wait to come back had a great time.
- 596Stacey (10/5): A great place to stay for all ages - A faultless visit, a very kind welcome to elderly parents within our party, for whom the Premier Inn team, particularly Cassi, could not do enough for. The place is very clean, very well kept, the team are friendly, helpful and really go that extra mile for their customers. It was a great pleasure to stay there and I cannot recommend it too highly, not to speak of the comfy beds too! Well done and thank you to the team.
- cockneyliverbird (10/5): Hotel is in an excellent location with easy parking next door - I stayed one night at the Premier Inn in Lichfield and thought it was great. You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn, and this hotel didn't disappoint. Check in was easy using my booking reference on the screens in the reception area. My room on the second floor was large and very clean. The bed was super king size and comfy, the TV on the wall opposite was big. The bath towels were a good size and soft. The room was quiet bar I could hear the person in the room above walking around, so perhaps ask for a room on the top floor. You could get extra tea, coffee and milk from a stand in the reception area. The hotel is in a great location, minutes from the bars, restaurants, shops, cathedral etc. The multi storey car park is next door, and is very reasonably priced (£4.60 for 24 hours). Breakfast was all you can eat for £10.99 which is a bargain and looked very popular, although we decided to go to a cafe nearby calls Poms which was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. If I ever return to Lichfield, I'd have no problem staying here again.
- simonwW1954TT (4/5): You must do better - We arrived after a long drive, approx. two hours before the stated check-in time. I asked if there was a room ready and told yes, but the would be a further GBP15. I was taken aback and declined the kind offer. I have stayed here more than once and never requested an early check-in. This is a money grab. I could not get the premium wifi to work. The TV channels, ironically GB News and one ther, kept on failing. This should be basic stuff.
- chrishO7381DE (10/5): 4 night stay - We had a 4 night stay Mon to Fri. Our premier plus room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the ladies were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included it was very good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We also had the eve meal on two nights. The menu is not extensive but it's OK.
- davidwI1364XQ (10/5): Friendly & Professional Staff! - Perfect location & extremely friendly & professional staff.
Nothing was too much trouble for Claire, Faye, Sarah & Tracey.
They all work so hard!
They made our short stay even more enjoyable.
Thanks to the whole team & hope to see you all again!
- W4761YBjeffb (10/5): Perfect for arboretum - Perfect location for the National arboretum, parking available behind hotel in multistorey £4 for night.
Right in centre of Lichfield perfect for restaurants and pubs
- Safari53506273084 (10/5): The staff make this a wonderful place - I visit this hotel as part of a group from Northern Ireland who were visiting the National Memorial Arboretum, the hotel was also in an excellent location for exploring Lichfield. The food at the hotel was very good, both at breakfast and evening meals. The thing that real made the stay at this hotel so enjoyable was the staff, they were so helpful and friendly, a fantastic team of people.
- S4093TAdavidd (4/5): Premier Inn downhill, Holiday Inn now better for budget hotels - I have been a long time advert for Premier Inn but this was a very disappointing branch. Bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. Water pressure wasn’t great but usable. I was most disappointed with the breakfast which had always been my favorite part of my stay. Old dry eggs and bacon and soggy, sad hash browns. Absolutely not worth the money anymore.
- D153FRdavid (10/5): Great stay and great Staff, particularly Jay in the pub. - Grat place for Goodwood, the pub is great for breakfast, thanks to Jay for running the breakfast all by himself on Monday. A Trojan.
Very comfy beds, no road noise, a good nights sleep, bug car park and no white vans!
Will stay here again.
Ps great Indian 50 M away.
- williampM1545YR (10/5): A great place, convenient for the NMA. - What a great hotel just off the A38, NE of Lichfield.
Yes, the rooms look a little tired, but they were clean, quiet and comfortable.
The young woman who we dealt with was excellent. Thinking her name is Chloe, she called me today to tell me my lost keys had been found and she was going to send them.
A great place for a visit to the NMA, overnight there and get to see more.
- Wallytea (10/5): Left luggage - I did not stay on this occasion but the hotel was well situated in the heart of the city and I booked with Stasher to leave my suitcase here for a small fee while I explored the city.
This worked very well. I was given a ticket to reclaim my case. It is well worth doing as both the cathedral and the Samuel Johnson museum are unwelcoming to those wheeling a case round Lichfield.
- D3534GGmarys (6/5): ok - Good location with easy walking access to the town.
The room was fine, standard fare, but we couldn't get the heating/air con system to work and it was really cold, despite being a warm day. We asked the staff to up the temperature and then woke up to the room absolutely baking. Unfortunately there are no windows you can open so it wasn't a good atmosphere.
Breakfast was good.
- U4780AHvictoriag (10/5): Problem solving like a Pro - We stayed at Littlehampton Premier Inn with a 4 month old baby. On arrival late in the evening we discovered that the travel cot was broken and unsafe for our 4mo baby. All other travel cots at the venue were already in use.
Cassie to the rescue! The wonderful Cassie volunteered to ring around local Premier Inns to see if she could find a replacement. Arundel had one going spare, so she made the round trip and within half an hour or so we had a safe cot.
Things go wrong and can't be helped, but it's how you deal with it which sets you apart. Cassie dealt with it like a hero. Thank you!
- judygillies (6/5): Premier Inn - Are they still good value? Customers do all the work like a supermarket self service check-out. - An older style Premier Inn, with lovely staff and our room was clean.
However, the check-in procedure was agonising. Had to check-in 1 room at a time, why can the software team not come up with an option to check-in and pay for all three rooms at once? The check in station, right by the entrance, with the card reader located at knee height was so difficult to use and it took, what seemed to be, a very long time. The lobby was busy and it all felt very pressured as we were being asked to commit to a time for breakfast before we'd even got all our keys. In my view, booking for a buffet breakfast defeats the object.
Due to the lack of seating breakfast was pretty chaotic.
Please Premier Inn, why do you 'fry' foods? Greasy but crispy bacon is not a good thing. Scrambled 'egg' was watery, undercooked tomatoes, greasy black pudding, queueing for coffee machine, all less good than we've had before.
Our bathroom had a bulb out over the mirror and the hair dryer was noisy and inefficient.
A do it yourself check-in, a standard old room and two breakfasts £173.98 - doesn't feel like the value we've gotten used to over the years.
- maggie962 (10/5): All we needed for a short stay. - As always Premier Inn supplied a cozy bed made up with spotless cotton bedding. Staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast delicious. Great vale for money, always reliable.
- cloep278 (10/5): Fantastic stay - Premier inn was clean, cosy and very accommodating. Staff were friendly and informative and very efficient. All In all it was a fantastic experience.
- SteveCarole (10/5): Very nice stay - We found the bed to be very comfortable, there was no noise from other guests, cheap car park close by, friendly welcome and assistance. All in all would recommend.
- 608bernardu (10/5): Well worth considering. - This is obviously not a five star hotel, but it suited our needs very well. Good sized room.. Clean and tidy. Well equipped. Very friendly and helpful at reception. Easy booking in. 12.00 check out time great.
As guests we were given 20% discount at the Fradley Arms next door for breakfast, which was great, but saw nothing during booking process or at reception to indicate that would be the case. Did not realise in advance that the Fradley Arms only does breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday - luckily we were there on a Saturday. Good to see porridge and cereal being offered at the hotel reception; not sure that was advertised in advance.
Ours was just a one night stay, so we could attend a wedding reception at Alrewas Hayes. The hotel is only about 2 miles away and so is very convenient and other wedding quests stayed too. Found the AA route planner not too helpful for getting to/from Alrewas Hayes (AH). Going to AH from the hotel was straight forward, but coming back it said you have to go on the A38, which is NOT the case. You can come back just doing the reverse of going, which is shorter and avoids major roads (which was an issue for us because my wife did not want to drive on the A38 at night).
- robinsN8958NB (10/5): Restuarant at the premier inn - Restuarant for breakfast was closing and Vicki and Tony when above and beyond to serve all 11 of us and couldn't have asked for a better host.
- H8087CJdaveb (10/5): Breakfast - Popped in for Breakfast with my son, we were served by Olivia & Lea. They were very polite and friendly. The food came out quickly and was of a very good standard. We were very impressed with the standard of service
- HSPKB (8/5): A good stay - We had a good one-night stay at PI Littlehampton.
We were in a Premier Plus room (1st floor, with no lift) and had requested a room at the end of the corridor to help my husband, who is autistic.
We paid for early check-in, but the room wasn't ready when we arrived, as the previous guests had only just checked out! So we waited at a nearby garden centre for about an hour. The staff then called us when we could access the room.
We booked dinner for the evening, just for my husband, and about 15 minutes before the booking, a member of staff came to tell him that due to unforeseen circumstances the restaurant was closed. As an apology, they refunded the cost of breakfast for the following morning.
Breakfast the next morning was unaffected as this was being dealt with/cooked by a different team than the evening meals in the restaurant.
- T4775WIgavinb (10/5): Great place to stay very friendly - Excellent service very friendly especially the bar assistance Lea always happy and welcoming.
This is my 2nd visit and would definitely come back
- Y8187NWtonym (10/5): Brilliant! - We had a great time at Premier Inn Littlehampton. The rooms were very tidy, clean and quiet. The receptionist and restaurant staff were all friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Lea in the restaurant is a credit to you. Every evening we came in she was always so positive, smiling and hospitable to our family. Really helpful and welcoming.
- Tan (10/5): Great stay - Quick check-in.
Clean room, comfortable pillows and bed.
Ample parking. Great breakfast.
- suejG5894UB (10/5): Great location and excellent staff! - This is an excellent location for a festival we attend at Catton Park and we have stayed here several times. It was great to see that the restaurant next door is back open and we enjoyed an excellent evening meal there. That restaurant (The Fradley Arms), whilst not part of the premier inn, also offers breakfast on Fri-Sun and whilst we did not eat breakfast it is great to know that facility is available again.
The rooms are always very comfortable and it is appreciated that 2 fans were provided as there is no air conditioning. We stay here due to the location so facilities are not high on our list: I can see that it is not as updated as other hotels but that doesn’t matter for us.
What is absolutely excellent, however, is the warm welcome and customer service from the staff, at any time of the day or night! This has been true every time we have stayed here and is absolutely consistent with every person you speak to at the hotel. The night manager was especially helpful following an overnight incident this stay and I hope I shall be able to nominate him for recognition within the community itself.
Thank you for another fabulous stay!
- simonsF1756YQ (10/5): Great place to stay for Bloodstock - Lovely place to stay after a long day of head banging at Bloodstock, staff are always cheerful even at night when you roll in looking like a member of KISS has been sifting through a bin. Definitely recommend.
- 988katre (4/5): Sorry, but not a great stay! - We booked two rooms here for one night, as we have stayed prior to this a couple of years ago and could not fault it! This time was a very, very different experience!
One of the rooms had no air con as it was broken. They gave us fans which were no help and it was extremely hot. They stated that they had no more rooms available to move us, so we were basically stuck in a hot room. The rooms were a bit dated and tired. This was the same in the bathrooms also. The bath was a bit dirty on the bottom & the rooms were just a bit in need of updating. Honestly the previous time we stayed here the rooms, everything was perfect. But this time was not great.
Now for the ‘meal deal’. We pre booked the evening meal and the breakfast to save time and I have to say the evening meal wow it was BAD! Now the service is faultless! The lady was attentive and friendly. But the meal was horrendously bad! There was minimal choice on the menu to start with! Then all the meals were just not nice. We had the rigatoni Bolognese which was just microwaved. They had zero sides like garlic bread or anything. We also had the ‘Katsu’ curry which was chicken goujons with curry sauce! The kids pasta was also abysmal! No flavour, really cheap and nasty! My child loves pasta, but it was horrid! Just overall rubbish! We then had to pay an extra £50 for the meal on top of what we had already paid for the meal deal, I just really don’t think it was worth it! So just avoid getting it!
The breakfast was lovely though! I really can’t fault this! The staff were also amazing!!!! So lovely and attentive.
- V8746ERmartind (6/5): Small, Clean, nice staff but very tired - Relatively small Premier Inn. Rooms are clean but very dated, you even get given a key for your room instead of a card which is a rarity these days. Staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel Seems to be stuck in the late 90s early 2000s. Bathroom was small and in need a revamp plus the TV in the room was tiny compared to 2025 standards. Not enough plug sockets, non near the headrest of the bed or that side of the room. No restaurant attached so you can't get the usual cooked breakfast, but they offer cereal and porridge etc at the reception. The pub next door (The Fradley Arms Bar and Grill) serves an Indian menu and apparently do offer a breakfast in the mornings but this isn't associated with the Premier Inn.
- H8575ZWpeterl (8/5): Good breakfasts! - The cooked to order breakfasts were great and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much. Extra characters required
- debbiec791 (8/5): Teapots please as standard - Thanks for the teapot to brew a proper morning cup of tea. Would save time refilling if provided as standard. Very helpful staff today 29th
- H7939WChelenl (10/5): Great hotel, good value for money - Small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
Room was immaculately clean and best of all the windows actually opened which was great as it was a very hot evening.
Reception staff were very helpful providing bottles of water and fresh milk for a cup of tea.
There is no breakfast option as such at this hotel, which we were aware of before booking but for a small donation to GOSH you could get cereal, milk and orange juice as well as a small selection of pastries/ muffins. We didn't need to avail of this but would have been happy to if needed.
Very good value for money as for a Thursday night it was £91! I stayed in another premier inn 2 nights later in Dublin which cost me £277 for one night and it was no way as clean or as welcoming.
Would definitely return to Lichfield PI if in area.
- Janie8204 (10/5): An excellent stay & way above my 'managed expectations' - Over many years Premier Inns (PI's) have been our favourite hotel chain. Their beds & bedding are famed for high quality and a great nights sleep. I had read numerous (comparatively recent) reviews and had formed the view that though this hotel suited my need for closeness to the NMA (under 3 miles away) it might not be up to PI's normal high standards.
I expected it to be a bit 'tired /run down' and was delighted to find it was peaceful and welcoming, clean, cared for, super helpful receptionist, great (Asian) restaurant adjoining, excellent parking to 3 sides of hotel. Negligible overnight road noise from the A38. Double glazed windows, which could be safely opened for fresh air was a lovely bonus - tho' a freestanding electric fan was provided too. The TV was small but perfectly adequate. The shower was excellent.
I brought my own breakfast - as the Fayre & Square (Whitbread franchise) closed some years back. The adjoining Fradley Arms has a great menu, an attractive outdoor eating area to the front and will soon be opening earlier to provide breakfasts. The PI Reception counter offered a good selection of light breakfast items (porridge pots, etc) - complementary, but guests could donate to the charity box.
In summary, I can highly recommend this hotel and will happily choose to stay here again.
- suewQ5638OI (10/5): Lovely place to stay. - Lovely place, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great pub next door again very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.
- Q6YGricks (10/5): Warm welcome by reception crew - Usual high Premier Inn standard always expected. when booking you know what to expect. Just a overnight stay none the less a comfortable stay. The survey says I have to use 200 characters, I've run out of things to say..........................................
- TuppennyBlue (10/5): Lovely convenient place to stay for Bearded Theory festival - Myself and friends stayed here for the duration of the festival as camping isn't our thing! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The bed was really comfortable.
I didn't have any noise complaints although I was wearing earplugs to block out my friend's snoring!
- X5387UNtinam (10/5): Lovely hotel and staff - Such a lovely Premier Inn which is the closest and easiest to get to from the Bearded Theory music festival. The staff are brilliant and so helpful and the hotel has a real family feel about it because everyone is so lovely. The rooms are typical of a Premier Inn, they never let you down and the beds are so comfortable. Really recommend.
- Amyscarlette (10/5): Amazing staff. - The hotel itself needs a little updating, but that is more than made up for by the amazing team and level of customer service received. We had a house fire and had to stay temporarily and everyone was so amazing with us and they all went above and beyond, I cannot give you a specific name because every single staff member was wonderful and all gave the highest level of customer service I have experienced in a long time. Despite the circumstances we were in, the staff made things a million times easier for us and I will never be able to thank them enough.
- emilyjB7876DY (10/5): Great premier inn. Friendly staff - Just arrived. Such a great location. Checked in. Staff friendly and helpful.
Lots of selection of hot drinks.
Room perfect. 2 teenages and 1 adult. Room is spacious.
Then next to tea making things a little box of chocolates.
Stay in Premier inns alot as always know what to expect, but this one is better than others we have stayed in.
Nice little touches.
- caroldX161YR (4/5): Very disappointing - Very disappointed with our two night stay. No breakfast facilities available on site despite details on web site indicating there were. The only thing we were offered was a choice of two boxes of cereal or instant porridge and we were told there was nothing else available as the hotel has been very busy and there had been no top up of supplies. We were given printed lists of local places to eat which did help a bit.
The rooms were clean but very dated with not enough power points for electronic device chargers. The staff were very friendly and helpful and quite apologetic about the lack of facilities that we normally expect from a Premier Inn.
- X913WYkeithh (10/5): Perfect for a one night stopover. - Although basically a 'posh motel' it served my purposes perfectly and lived up to the usual standards that I expect from a Premier Inn. Welcoming, good value and convenient for Lichfield. Although they didn't have the "Premier Inn Breakfast' there was a provision of a lighter option. The notion of donating to charity by way of 'payment' is a nice touch. The Fradley Arms next door was very convenient and welcoming too.
- BelindaH20 (10/5): Very comfortable, very helpful staff. - A very comfortable hotel as expected from a premiere inn. We were on a ground floor road facing room and experienced no noise from the road. Walls are a little on the thin side so can hear occupants on either side, but not a great issue. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, had a list of recommended breakfast establishments close by as the restaurant next door had not opened as advertised. Plenty of free parking available.
- 298shaylaw (10/5): Great stay - Chloe was amazing on check in, and the room was one of cleanest we’ve stayed in ( cleaned by Jean ) the whole hotel smells lovely, plus some complimentary shortbreads in the room :)
Windows open too which is always a bonus as other hotels don’t.
- miss16m (10/5): Family of 4 night away - A very nice stay. We stayed for one night in a family room on a Saturday whilst visiting family in the area. The boys were left lovely little goodie bags by the reception and house keeping staff which they were delighted with. Our son was on medication which needed to be kept refrigerated and the reception staff were only too happy to help with this.
A lovely clean room with ample amenities and a reminder we could restock with tea / coffee at any time.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
- oliviavB9583MT (10/5): Friendly stay - The staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help me. My room was lovely and clean however, a bigger TV in the room would be nice. The hotel is an easy commute to Lichfield and also to the Arboretum. The car park is also free if you plan on driving.
