Guest Reviews
- leahjU9334OP (6/5): Great, if u wanna feel like a painter - If you don't mind it smelling of paint as your trying to fall asleep it's great but could do with them letting you know before the visit as it made me feel ill
- 545georginas (2/5): Don’t use the restaurant here!! - Experience was terrible at the restaurant within the hotel - when we arrived, we said we had booked a table for 7pm for 7 people. The waitress had made a mistake when booking in, and the chef was so rude to her in front of us which was super unprofessional. He then stomped off and we were left to the table. Ordering drinks at the bar took 20 minutes! The waitress was making drinks one at a time which meant it’s so slow. We were then told it was a 45 minute wait for food, and there were hardly anyone eating in the restaurant. We then decided to leave and go somewhere else as it was such an awful atmosphere. Don’t come to this restaurant!
- 202simone (2/5): Last time at a Prem Inn - I've spent some money in PI's in the past. I liked their attitude, the beds are always comfortable, there's a level of OK about them.
Arriving at the hotel, it was disheartening to see i was next to a demolition site, literally just piles of brick and rubble.
This time, I was charged £15 to check in at 2pm instead of 3, even though the room was ready. It was the same room, they didn't have to do anything to warranty the additional cost, it's just greed. This new approach is a bad colour on the company.
AFTER I was charged the fee and given my key, I was then told the heating was broken so there was a portable heater in my room. It was end of November in Manchester, so the cold and miserable rain were significant. It took hours to heat that big room up with a miniature portable radiator.
Really bad experience, definitely switched me from PI being one of the first places I'd aim to stay, to only staying if I can't find anywhere else.
- sorat710 (10/5): Old but Ok - Stayed with some friend celebrating my Birthday. Compared with other premier inns that I have been this is a little in the old fashion site but it was clean and had a lovely staff asking us all the time if everything was fine. No too much spare to park the car in front the hotel but more avalible next to the pub.
- ionelr390 (10/5): Good stuff - Good value for money you get good sleep and the good shower, friendly stuff with Daria which says hello every morning @the coffee shop
- AnitaYakul (10/5): Practical and comfortable - We were only there for the night, visiting family over the weekend. overall the stay was pleasant, the room was clean and very cosy, the restaurant was inviting and the staff were very nice. there was a good selection of food for breakfast. Oh, and onsite parking front and back which was handy. The hotel is situated in a good location, close to everything you need, station next door, opposite the beach, next to dreamland and all the shops and restaurants.
- AdamFloze (10/5): Exceeded Expectations - Staying at a budget hotel in Margate, my expectations were somewhat measured. However after leaving today I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised.
I will definitely be returning to this hotel.
Staff were attentive, friendly and always available.
Food was nice and tasty
Room was clean, spacious and well maintained
Overall very happy.
- F915NZkirstenr (2/5): Worst stay ever - Having used Premier Inn as my go to hotel, this one is deeply disappointing. Please if you get room 101 ask for another room. This hotel is tired, I actually do not know how it is a premier inn. Paper thin walls, we could hear the noisy next door neighbours use the toilet, walking about their room, in and out of their room, honestly the worst experience ever. Just back and honestly had the worst sleep due to being beside the main corridor doors. Our room had curtains hanging off window, bedside light not working, the skimpiest shower curtain . To top it off after having very little sleep I go for a shower and only 1 bath towel provided when there is two guests. When I checked in the night before there was a man at reception stating this also, I did not think to check that night. Wish I had.. so as you have probably guessed I will not be back.
- 736iainb (10/5): Back for another stay. - Great value for money hotel. Very good location for access both into and around Manchester. Easy to find. Rooms clean, tidy and well equipped. Very quiet overnight even when the hotel is very busy. We had stayed in the hotel in April and in exactly the same room. Obviously maintenance is high on Premier Inn's priorities as the room had a few minor cosmetic issues back in April which had been remedied by the time we returned - always a good sign. Will definitely be back again.
- 525shashas (10/5): Perfect - Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Room was in great condition. Rochelle was super helpful and made my stay one to never forget. She’s a superstar!
- ruddyhell (4/5): As it is, disappointing - Stopped for a couple of nights. The location was perfect for us right by the train station and a short walk to everything else in margate. We arrived a couple of hours before check in. Stopped in to ask if we could drop a bag and was told we could check in early for £15 so we did. The 2 women we dealt with were unfriendly bordering on rude. Had a room With a sea view but it was old and dirty and was in need of a refurbishment which seemed to be happening elsewhere around the hotel. Unusually for a Premier inn I also found the bed very uncomfortable. We had breakfast one day and again the too women seemed very offish towards us however they were chatting and friendly to the older clients. The breakfast was also only luke warm. On check out we dealt with a gentleman who was friendly and helped us store our bags for us. I didn't get his name but he seemed to be the only person we spoke to who knew how to smile and be helpful and friendly.
- 517suee (10/5): Great hotel - We love this hotel, used it a few times now. Clean, great location to Bowlers and Trafford Centre. Food and service is excellent. Olivia was the best team member there. She was amazing 👏. We have already booked for next year
- R2125OMdonnat (10/5): West didsbury Premier Inn - Good location and easy enough to get into central Manchester and young man on reception Charlie was helpful and interactive when we needed advice.
- M2804THdavida (6/5): no ev chargers - typical Premier Inn, you know what you are getting. Was very disappointed there are no EV chargers in the large, free, car park where at least 10 EV 's were parked.
- Vacationer732068 (10/5): Fantastic receptionist, Rosie. - We had an uncertain length of stay due to husband being in hospital. We had booked the full week but one night in the middle we would have to move to another hotel , not ideal. Rosie understood the problem, called when we were out for dinner before going into hospital and said they had a cancellation and she would hold it for us. On our return she put that cancellation into our name, she also ensured the whole stay was in the same room.
A difficult stay was made so much easier with the help and positive attitude of Rosie. I hope the manager takes note of this and gives her the credit as it is due. Thank you Rosie for making our stay so much easier.
- 158saralap (4/5): Not so happy - Not so happy with the cleanliness and the service. Not worth the money. Easy access to train station made it easy for last minute commute.
- Ulrik (6/5): - Meget dårlig - og meget lidt morgenmad. Der blev kun udleveret en kop kaffe og en lille yoghurt pr. mand
- Explorer32280493565 (10/5): Premier Margate weekend getaway - Perfect location to get out and about in Margate. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. All staff were very welcoming and attentive, providing additional information about the area. We requested a quiet twin room which was arranged and this had just been renovated and was in perfect condition. Parking on site so easy to access. We would recommend.
- JonnySharp (10/5): Great value for money - Staying in this hotel represents great value for money. The room was very spacious and there was a nicely fitted bathroom with 'rain shower'. As the Premier Inn TV commercial with Lenny Henry suggests you can bank on a good night's sleep in the brand's beds, thanks to the amazingly comfortable mattresses. One of the highlights of staying here was the meal deals. I discovered some lovely pubs in Margate but not much choice when it came to evening food availability. This is where the Premier Inn excels offering a steak, dessert and pint at a deal price you won't find elsewhere. The hotel is only about five minutes walk from the centre of Margate and its long sandy beaches. For night owls like me you can pop out to a nearby Wetherspoon's pub (The Mechanical Elephant) for a late drink. Parking was free for me but paid parking for guests was being introduced during my three night stay and guests need to ensure on their day of departure they move their car from the hotel's car park by a fixed time to avoid a penalty charge. Full English breakfast fans will be in their element here though on busy days it may be best to avoid peak times during breakfast sittings. Overall there is a lot to admire about the Premier Inn brand.
- Stay60931823854 (10/5): Excellent - We stayed here on
Monday evening having had to rush to
Margate hospital Sunday night due to a family emergency. We was looked after by Richard whom was one of the nicest, professional and most helpful person I have ever had deal with us in a long time. He could not help enough was lovely to talk to and made us feel better after what was a long night and day at the hospital. Premier inn this man is your greatest asset. Room was lovely food was great and we will definitely stay again. Thank you
Richard
- chriswZ7958ZU (8/5): One night in Margate. - Usual Premier Inn experience. All fine.
I’ve stayed here many timed, there have been some recent changed. Some of the rooms are now directly above the reconfigured bar, there are speakers in the ceiling of the bar, music from the bar can be heard in some first floor rooms. This problem was resolved by a the team member turning the music off.
- Mobile39137610476 (10/5): Great stay - Came over from Ireland for my daughters birthday. On arrival we had early check-in and we were greeted by the Manager Lucy. We had an eventful trip over and were wanting to get checked in & relax as soon as possible before taking our daughter out fir her birthday surprise. The manager said she would just be a minute and went to check our room was ready for us meanwhile there was another member of staff (I think her name was Nicky) who engaged with us & occupied our daughter whilst we waiting for our room. The room was ready for us, on arrival in the room I was pleased surprised by the high standard of cleanliness as it was our first tike staying at a premier inn. As we were ptepareing to leave the next day, we bumped into the housekeeper from the day before who immediately engaged with our daughter & asked all about her birthday surprise which we found very endearing that she had remembered us and also taken a minute out of her morning to ask about her about it all. Overall our stay at Premier inn North, was comfortable, enjoyable & from our experience the staff I engaged with were extremely helpful, friendly & pleasant.
- AnnPalmerUK (10/5): Excellent value and a great breakfast - We had a Premier Plus room which was comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast. 10 second walk from Margate railway station and plenty of parking. Lots of staff on duty in the morning and the place was busy - probably the top value place to stay in Margate. Only 2 years since it had a major refurb, so everything is shiny and new
- Mobile63202536052 (10/5): Enjoyed our service - Stayed here few days ago and had great service from the lad in the evening asked next morning what his name was so Thankyou to Chris! We would stay here again, the breakfast was nice and room very clean. Did get hot inside but was a fan in the room so didn’t bother us too much! Thanks again
- isabelfF412KP (10/5): Charlie was great - Room was great and Charlie was great too. Very helpful and lovely to talk too and the buiscuits were a nice touch ! All the other staff were really nice aswell.
- Cliint (10/5): Changes at the Margate Premier Inn are very impressive - The transformation of the Margate Premier Inn is quite extraordinary.
Was it the genius who designed the layout of the Ground floor Receptn / Rest? Maybe
Or was the improvements of the new rooms? Possibly.
Or is it the welcoming of all the helpful staff that seem to go out of their way to show that they seem really pleased to see you? Maybe
Or was it the new Manager, Bonnie Cooper that has injected something very special into the Margate Premier Inn? Most definitely
The staff and the guests all seem to be enjoying themselves. Well done Bonnie and thank you for making my stay
- Roam20001795369 (10/5): A pleasant stay - Location conveniently near train station. Atmosphere was friendly. Room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. We stayed on a Sunday night, which was very good value.
- molly75 (6/5): Far too hot! - I stayed here in a family room the night before a flight. There’s plenty of parking and check in was fast. Our room was on the ground floor and facing the main road. We found it quite noisy with the road noise. Also the room was so hot and we couldn’t open the window, otherwise the road noise would have been even louder. Sweets were left for the children, with a little note from the staff. We thought that was a lovely touch and the kids loved it.
The pub next to this premier inn is closed and it looks like it’s being refurbished. There were workmen etc, but we didn’t hear noise from that. There is no breakfast buffet, instead there was a van in the car park selling food and drink. There was hot breakfast food, continental pastries and hot drinks. The prices seemed reasonable, but we didn’t use it.
Overall, the location is good, just 10 minutes drive to Manchester airport. But we found the room temperature and the road noise disturbed our sleep. So we didn’t have a very restful night.
- JeremyTennent (2/5): I don't like the modern world - NO TO SELF SERVICE CHECK IN. Why do hotels have self service check in's? We didn't know what to do, so someone had to come from the bar (6 feet away) to help. What is the piont? So impersonal! The room was nice and new (previously the Brewers Fayre part on the building) but nowhere to put anything. We stayed here as has very early start on coach trip next day. When we looked to see about room service we found is had to be booked at the bar. Not very satisfactory. Had to try and dry towels, but nothing to dry them on. We needed more toilet paper and had to go to the crowded bar to ask. Very embarrassing. The whole thing was very impersonal.
- T7201SVianb (10/5): Great stay all around!! - Great stay from start to finish! Rooms weren’t ready clean and spacious! Comfortable sleep! All staff were welcoming and couldn’t do anymore for you! Location wise you couldn’t want nearer to the station and the beach and activities!
- 272gillk (10/5): Anniversary stay - Stayed recently celebrating our wedding anniversary, when we got back to the room we had been left a box of chocolates and a card from Lucy which was such a nice gesture will definitely stay again
- P7517GHjamesd (10/5): 5 stars!! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an excellent stay at the Premier Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing night’s sleep. The location was really convenient, and despite being close to amenities, it was quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. Breakfast was a real highlight too – plenty of choice, freshly cooked, and great value. Overall, the service, comfort, and quality were all outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Premier Inn and will definitely be staying again!
- Pete211250 (8/5): Pleasant stay in Margate. - Very well placed next to the station and across the road from the bay. Very friendly staff and decent breakfasts. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you Premier Inn, you rarely disappoint.
The adjacent car park was a bonus, especially as the machine was broken, so we parked for free.
- JDM911 (4/5): Old hotel - breakfast van is terrible - Tired and noisy hotel.
No food or drink - only from a vending machine or inedible breakfast van. Breakfast roll was cold and no oat milk. It would have been easier to put into the vending machine.
Room was too hot and very few plug points.
Spent more time up and down to reception to get milk and tea bags
- lanza65 (6/5): Not the best - Stayed here for a weekend and first impressions of hotel outside was not good. Very rundown and grubby looking.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was good both at breakfast and we had 1 evening meal there which was also very good. Reasonably priced for food.
Not so good points were there was no air conditioning and room was so hot and stuffy. There was a fan but it wasnt much good. Only 1 bath towel for 2 people for the 2 nights we were there and it wasnt even changed for the second day.
For the price we paid I wouldnt stay again.
- francescadA6647NP (10/5): James is a star. - All I can say is, James James James !! Whilst the gent at reception was struggling, his manager came over and was so gentle and kind to both the staff member and our family. Whilst you know what you’re getting room wise with a Premier Inn, what I wasn’t expecting was a masterclass in staff motivation and training. As a former worker in hospitality it is wonderful to whiteness a manager care so much about both the guests and his staff who were struggling. So welcoming and so kind and would definately come for James again.
- paulmA7410AJ (6/5): NO to self-service check-in! - The self-service check-in approach is appalling!
It's confusing, intimidating, and causes anxiety -especially when arriving late in the evening, tired and miserable and surrounding by other guests.
What happened to a traditional reception with a smiling face to greet you and check you in!
- lynseylou222 (2/5): Perfectly fine stay but beware of parking charges! - My stay at the Premier Inn was perfectly fine until I got a fine for parking in the Premier Inn car park overnight! One of the reasons I chose this premier inn was the website stated ‘Free Parking’. No-one asked me to register my car when checking in so I had no clue you had to do that and was shocked when the fine landed through my door (£57 if I pay immediately or £95 after 14 days). When I rang the hotel to ask about it I was told they’ve just introduced the parking charges a couple of months ago.
Change your website Premier Inn so it is not misleading stating ‘Free Parking’ when it isn’t, and ask your staff to tell customers to register their vehicles when they’re checking in! Signs in the room would be helpful too incase customers arrive when reception desk is unmanned.
- katyjaner (6/5): Could Have Been Better - Unfortunately, the restaurant area was under refurbishment which meant we couldn't have a full, sit down breakfast. There was a van outside doing rolls to go instead. This ended up being quite costly for a family as kids usually eat free and we also purchased fruit.
Our room was comfortable but there was lots of noise and banging from the room above throughout the night that kept us awake.
- tsoi2017 (10/5): Good hotel for tourists - Bonny, Hayden and all staff were friendly and professional and working efficiently. Please convey our thanks to them.
Room was clean and tidy.
A safe place for tourists to stay.
- 314kayleighj (10/5): Great hotel - Lovely hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly made it a fantastic stay will definitely book here again. The bed was so comfortable was difficult to get up in time for breakfast as didn’t want to leave it.
- Sat_Akal_000 (2/5): Extremely Disappointed with My Stay - Extremely Disappointed with My Stay
I recently stayed at a Premier Inn and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The hotel was visibly dirty and poorly maintained, which made the entire environment feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. The room itself was unbearably hot, with no proper ventilation or way to cool it down, making it very unpleasant and difficult to sleep.
I’ve stayed at Premier Inn before and always found it reliable and comfortable, but this visit was a major letdown. Given the poor conditions and how much it impacted my stay, I genuinely feel that compensation is warranted.
I hope Premier Inn takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements — this was not the standard I expected.
- Katherine_EastLondon (10/5): Perfect! - Was dreading this after a horrible stay recently at a Premier Inn Little Witcombe.
This exceeded my expectations, exactly as a family room with no air con should be. Decent amount of ventilation, more than basic fan and enough room to easily get round the beds. The room was lovely overlooking the seafront and the location was incredible. Loads of parking and right next to the station (didn't hear one train).
The staff were really excellent, helpful and friendly. There was an issue with our remote control and we returned from dinner to a lovely message and issue had been looked into. Kids loved it too and breakfast was lovely.
Well done and thank you, will be back!
- adrianaF1428MB (2/5): Overcharged - 3 payments taken - Premier Inn took 3 payments for the same booking and have refused to refund my money. They won't respond to emails or phone calls. Absolutely disgusting. These people should be prosecuted
- elizabethoG7761UL (2/5): Like an unpleasant, noisy, purple /brown combo sauna - No point in coming to this Premier Inn as you won’t get any sleep. So incredibly hot it was actually quite stressful surviving.
Room on third floor; the bath leaked. We’d have reported it had either of the two receptionists looked up or communicated in any way with us on check out.
We left, attended a funeral, and managed to drive up to Edinburgh without crashing the car on zero sleep.
I understand their get out clause is that they “don’t advertise having air con”. Neither does the average building in the uk but it doesn’t reach sweltering heatwave temperatures.
Not fit for purpose - don’t go if you want any sleep at all.
- HampshireTiggywinkle (4/5): Hot hot hot - I definitely wouldn't stay here again. The room temperature didnt go below 28.5°c throughout the whole night, even at 6am the next morning. The fan provided was noisy and, as the window barely opens, it just moves the heat around the room. It was absolutely ridiculous and urgently needs addressing as it was so uncomfortable to try and sleep.
The restaurant was closed for refurbishment which we were aware of, and there was a portaloo cafe set up in the car park with a couple of outside picnic tables to buy basic breakfast, but the location is nowhere near as good as the nearby Travelodge with much easier links to the city, places to eat and the opportunity to actually sleep! We stayed at the Travelodge two nights later for an extra £15 and there was no comparison.
- swansea-jack01 (6/5): Rooms need refreshing - This is our 5th visit to this hotel.
Have noticed on this visit that the rooms are looking run down, carpet had red marks all over it, bathroom door had no rubber on the stopper so it banged every time someone opened the door, bath water overflow was dirty, curtains had little holes in them, corridor carpet looked grubby.
Lamp at side of beds bulb was blown, some of our towels looked like they had seen better days & smelt odd.
You now also have to pay to park the car over night granted it’s £3 but still feel that this is wrong.
On a brighter note breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from, fresh & warm, things were quickly re stocked.
Would I visit again yes simply because it’s so convenient for the Trafford Center I might try the premier inn south for a change next time.
- ThePalmers77 (4/5): 31 degrees! - Room at 31 degrees when we arrived, hotel so packed we had to queue to check in and could not get on the car park.
Room was provided with 2 temporary fans that were incredibly noisey. Stuffy and uncomfortable all night: awful sleep.
Contacted the refund team and not even partial refund offered due to the hotel not advertising it has aircon?! I dont have air conditioning in my house but it doesn’t get to 31 degrees!
A disappointing stay and an even more disappointing response from the team.
- paulsI6557WK (2/5): Sweatbox - The room was too hot to sleep, 30.5C at midnight. Book a hotel with A/C if your planning to sleep well. Wouldn't stay in this particular hotel or any Premier Inn without A/C in the future.
- philipdN6032IX (2/5): Disgrace: my daughter charged £57 minutes for a 32 minute visit to a guest staying at West Didsbury hotel. - Free parking is a scam.
My daughter picked me up from my room and was unaware that she would be charged £57 for a 32-minute visit.
I feel completely ripped off, and it reflects badly on Premier Inn.
Premier Inn, get it sorted!
- keeleyb2024 (2/5): Hotter than the sun - Hotter than the sun! 3 nights of hell. 29.5 degrees all day and night. Unbearable. Clearly a problem unfortunately we didnt read the reviews first. Dont put yourself through the torture impossible to sleep or even spend any time in your room.
- keiren-morris (2/5): Unbearable hot! - The room are unacceptable hot. It was supplied with 2 fans but this was not enough to get the temperature to a comfortable point. Sleep was difficult. Not an enjoyable stay and left asap in the morning. It was not just our room like this, other bedroom doors were open to let cooler air in.
- B9215BJruthr (10/5): Exceeded Expectations for the Price - The outside of the hotel looks a little tired, so at first it didn’t give the best impression, but once we stepped inside it was a completely different experience. The staff couldn’t have been nicer — so welcoming and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to make our stay special, giving my daughter some cake for her birthday and even fixing her doll’s leg, which meant the world to her.
Our family room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The shower was surprisingly powerful and really good, which made a big difference. Breakfast was also a nice surprise — plenty of choice and really decent quality for the price we paid. On top of that, we only paid £49 for a room for four people, with free parking included, which is incredible value these days.
Overall, while the hotel might not look like much from the outside, the warmth of the staff, the comfort of the room, the good shower, the decent breakfast, and the fantastic value made it a really enjoyable stay. For the price, I honestly couldn’t fault it and would happily return.
- irinaaG3418PU (10/5): Beautiful! - We have had a positive experience and we were pleased with all services provided! Will definitely come back again!
Thanks for doing well!
- E8710VBjaynem (10/5): Booked a room for a birthday presant and meal out - Massive thank you to natalie and lucy for making our dream day come true they done the room fantastic and topped it off with my now to be fiancee favorite prosecco it was a special time as i proposed they played a fantastic part in it staff were lovely and helpful.
- Z114RJjonathana (2/5): Waste of funds - It was a terrible experience; from a rotten face board, no restaurant, strong smell from cleaning chemicals, no air conditioning, etc.
- Bobby1830 (6/5): Nice stay - Hotel is very run down on the outside/pub next door.
Reception staff very friendly and brought extra duvets as it was cold.
Room clean and tidy. Comfy beds.
The breakfast was very disappointing for a premier inn breakfast. It's only all you can eat continental and you have to order your fry up.
The outside needs a good clean up.
The pub join shuts at 10pm on a week night.
- 365racha (10/5): nice - Really friendly staff, normal premier inn rooms, cooked breakfast in the morning. Close to trafford centre near by. You can check in early for £15 earlier than three pm
- Curious24205427791 (8/5): One of the Better ones I have been too - Overall a pretty good Premier inn.
Good staff that were helpful when needed.
I had a few beers in the bar before heading into town and they serve a decent pint.
The Trafford centre is a short walk across the road.
The Breakfast was good and cooked fresh.
- Yowfailed (2/5): Awful noisy room due to road noise, Indifferent staff. - Having stayed at a great many Premier Inn’s over the years I have to say that this was by far the worst. My wife arrived at 12:30 in the afternoon and on the off chance I enquired if our room was available. I was advised in a very matter of fact manner that the cost would be £15 to check in early. No thank you!
Having returned after 3pm we were allocated room 5 on the ground floor facing the car park and dual carriageway. Initial thoughts fine as I’m sure there would be soundproofing etc, how wrong was I. To say that my wife and I would have had more sleep in our car on the car park at the side of the Inn would not be an exaggeration.
When we left the following morning we were asked ‘How was your stay?’ Not a question the staff member really cared about an answer as my remarks about a total lack of sleep in that particular room was met with total indifference and apathy.
All in all an awful one night stay that would not be repeated.
- Fruit_Tea_11 (2/5): Awful - By far the worst Premiere Inn I have ever stayed in. Extremely dirty and tired with hairs in the bed.
The carpet in the restaurant was unbelievably sticky and the man sat eating breakfast bare foot was somewhat off putting.
Staff were pleasant enough but the hotel is very dirty and smells bad.
