Guest Reviews
- 237janinew (4/5): Great room, everything else let us down - Our room was not ready when we arrived around 3.30pm. There was a queue and we discovered they were short staffed and our rooms were not cleaned. It was suggested we wait in the new restaurant. We had to wait til 5pm for the room to be ready! The coffee, we feel should have been complimentary after this wait. We had less time to get ready for dinner at 6pm, as we were out to an event at 7 30pm. We had to wait nearly 45 mins for four little plates to arrive. Then there were issues with the til.
The staff did their best, but felt there wasn't enough of them overall. Hopefully the teething problems will diffuse with time.
The room was great and we slept well 😃
- 103hazelp (10/5): Great Hotel - The hotel was easy to find straight off the motorway. The receptionist was lovely and the room, even though quite a walk, was lovely. We also had breakfast which was excellent
- Brady02 (8/5): Good stay - Came here with family as we were having a family gathering at a restaurant near by. There was issues with staff sorting rooms out so we didn’t get in our room until 4:00pm or so. But they opened the restaurant so we can have a drink. Our room was ready during our drinks which we managed to check in. Comfy beds as usual. Would go again if in area.
- davej423 (6/5): Never again! - My wife and I have stayed in this Premier several times before and enjoyed it, which is why we booked again. On arrival at the car park it looked just the same except for some obvious building work going on. Signing in was easy and the room was the usual Premier quality. So everything was much as expected so far. We then tried to book dinner to include our son-in-law and grandson which was the only reason we had come to Tewkesbury. We were informed that only residents were allowed to eat in the restaurant!! After much pleading it was agreed that an exception would be made and our get-together could go ahead. However, when we entered the restaurant, the need for the new ruling became obvious; what once had been a lovely, homely pub-style restaurant that could accommodate 300+ customers had become a very plain canteen with 56 covers.
It appears that this is happening at many other Premier Inns. Apparently the reason is to sacrifice eating space to contruct more rooms i.e. attract more customrs but reduce the room to feed them?!
- J5592QArachelw (10/5): Friends trip - Great staff, room and food. Came with a small group of friends and had a great time, rooms were comfortable and warm and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Looking forward to coming back
- 107annikap (2/5): Poor Room Standard, Barely any sleep, very disappointing. Won’t be returning. - It is sad to see how far the standard of the rooms have fallen since our last visit to this Premier Inn last year. The room smelt musty upon entering as if it hadn’t been used for quite a while, the bathroom reeked of bleach. The fittings are far and few between, the room looked tired as did the bathroom. As there were only two mugs I had to ask for a couple of glasses and asked why I needed them. Furthermore, please, is it really too much to ask for standard loo rolls! The little sheets just feel unacceptable.
The worst was yet to come as nearly all night, bar a couple of hours, the guests above us moved around the room loudly all night. My husband said it sounded like clog dancers practising for a dance. Yes, maybe we should have complained but exhaustion and hope it would improve meant we didn’t. My husband only got a couple of hours sleep and myself an hour.
We couldn’t endure another night of this and as a result had to quickly find alternative and more expensive accommodation for the following night.
A highly disappointing experience especially since we have been loyal Premier Inn guests since they started their business in the U.K.
I know, Premier Inn now offer a luxury range however I hadn’t expected this to mean the normal rooms were made to be far inferior and no doubt the luxury ones are as previous normal ones.
Not having the chance to travel to much we were very much looking forward to this weekend and the experience at the hotel affected our visit for the worse.
Although we were quickly refunded the upcoming nights accommodation by the staff at the desk any discussion of compensation had to be taken up with guest relations. Given their number by the staff we called them once home to no avail. Apologies but no real practical recompense for our night.
- Uzum54 (8/5): A stay of two halves! - Fabulous greeting by a member of staff. The room was adequate, although every square inch of the room was used, so much so that the hanging space was difficult to get to to hang clothes up and there wasn’t sufficient space to hang much up. The coat hooks were so close to the main door that it was difficult to open and close it without bumping into them. The heating was good as well as refreshments provided. The mattress would have been comfortable but the mattress protector was too small and crumpled up in a heap on the middle of the bed, so the bottom sheet, which wasn’t adequately fitted onto the bed in the first place, was uncomfortable. There was only one hand towel provided and the bath towels were just about big enough. Thankfully we are of small stature! There was plenty of room in the restaurant at breakfast, although it would have been useful for someone to quickly tell us about protocols. Neither toaster was working properly the first day so it took several runs to get the bread toasted. There was a great choice of food which was constantly being replenished. However the sausages were very rusky and soft and the bacon was hard and difficult to chew. Thankfully it was a good location to where we needed to be within the town centre with a convenient, independent car park around the back.
- Michele (10/5): - The Premier is a short walk from the train station. The room was big enough, comfortable big bed, coffee machine and kettle. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was a good way to start the day. The location is fabulous for walking on the beaches, exploring the town - lots of shops and restaurants right out the front door. Staff were great .
- DaveWorkRail (4/5): Another declining premier inn - avoid the restaurant - Stayed 1 night in November 25.
Good - good central location with free parking options in the off season outside of summer
Bad - check in was slow with only 1 staff member working the restaurant and front desk, room not the cleanest with stained carpets, no free chocolates in premier plus room and none available from reception, evening meal menu very limited, breakfast was poor - no individual yogurts, limited hot teabag selection, hot food is a wait on service with small portions.
Stayed at this hotel previously and given higher ratings but similar to a lot of premier inns, standards are declining with cost cutting measures in the restaurants.
- patriciawQ6155YZ (10/5): Great experience as usual - Lovely, warm , clean , comfortable room.
Staff were great, welcoming and helpful.
Comfy bed and extra pillows if needed.
Shower was great, hot and powerful.
- Meander14349744450 (10/5): Exceptional stay from start to end . - Stayed for a night, great experience, clean room and nice atmosphere, Sam and Shanice on reception were very welcoming and the cleaners in the corridor were friendly, was really nice to see. Thanks for a great stay.
- pullenemmie (4/5): Needs improvement - Closed restaurant and building works going on that we was not informed off till after booking. Hotel is in need of a renovation, broken sockets, marked/scratched walls, rusty bathroom accessories and just dusty dirty corners, windows etc..
- 991ClaireB (10/5): Great stay - Great location in Tenby. Close to see, bars, restaurants etc. Smaller and very friendly. Rooms were great - very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly
- P801QTpaulm (10/5): Excellent stay - The Premier Inn Tenby was excellent. Great location with parking next to the building. Friendly staff, great breakfast with a nice choice of cooked food, cereal and fruit along with hot and cold drinks. Would highly recommend staying here.
- 732ameyj (10/5): tenby - we had a wonderful stay..room lovely and clean...staff was very helpful nothing to much trouble...and the breakfast was brilliant..cant wait to go back
- DarrenH425 (10/5): As always with a Premier Inn, a great place to stay for business or pleasure. - I booked for three nights, Julie was at reception, she had our (a colleague of mi e, 2 bookings) booking details ready on arrival so we checked in easily and quickly. The room was as expected from a Premier Inn, clean and tidy, a great place to lay my head at night.
- kirstycE7120ZT (8/5): Lovely welcome at Reception - I am a regular at Tewkesbury Premier Inn and I am always welcomed by Julia on reception with a big smile. I am away from home a lot but Julia makes it bearable and if I ever need anything or have forgotten something, she does her very best to help. Thanks for being a friendly face!
- jayderrr40 (8/5): Another lovely stay - Stayed for 2 nights in a Premier Plus room, its nice having the fridge and coffee machine, but having stayed here on several occasions I noticed these rooms are looking a bit tired, the carpet in our room had marks and stains on especially near the bathroom entrance, my glass had lipstick on, it just feels like it could do with a bit of TLC
I would have liked just a shower in the bathroom, I felt a bit uneasy getting in and out of the bath to use the shower, maybe they will upgrade certain rooms in the future
Ewan was really nice, he welcomed us in and checked us in efficiently
Had a fantastic cooked breakfast, highly recommend, the Chef was really polite and friendly
Cath the manager was lovely, extremely helpful when I needed her assistance
It was another lovely stay and I definitely will be back again
Brilliant location, close to shops
- Daveflano (10/5): Autumn in Tenby - A very comfortable stay, upgraded to superior room. Staff were ver friendly. Only downside was the parking but that is a problem wherever you go in Tenby.
- WM42 (10/5): Fabulous overnight stay - Massive thankyou to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and to the chef for our absolutely stunning breakfast. Thankyou all so much. Look forward to our next visit.
- N4743SYlucyr (10/5): Good value for money, ideal location and spotless - The location is ideal for spending time in Tenby. The staff were lovely and the room was spotless.
I stayed in an accessible room due to using a wheelchair and there was plenty of space to maneuver. The adjusted height of furniture and furnishings were great and the wet room was ideal with a fold down chair and handrails that could be folded up too so that someone without accessibility needs had space. We didnt hear any noise whilst staying here either. Really good value for money!
There isn't a Permier Inn carpark, however there is a pay and display car park just around the corner that was really well priced (£10 for 24hrs), as well as a multi story a short walk away too.
- Q2740LVamandab (10/5): Friendly, welcoming staff - Very helpful and friendly staff. As a lady travelling on my own I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and the upkeep of the corridor areas was very good.
- AGJ_12 (6/5): Not one to return to.. - Location - a 15-20 min walk across covered walkway / rear of office buildings to access town centre. Atmosphere - needs tlc and updating. Rather musty / dated feeling.
Rooms - 1st one was cold, musty no opening window which was at high level and dark. Was offered another room which was ok.
Value - not worth the cost.
Cleanliness - average.
Noise - no issues
Service at reception was very good. Understaffed at breakfast served in adjoining Beefeater.
- HamarWindsor (8/5): Good hotel; would have preferred a different room - Many good things about this hotel, and not being a purpose built hotel, the rooms vary considerably. A “plus” room will be OK, but we found 406 ( and 402,404) avoidable. True, being on the top floor it did have a roof top view, but as you can see from the cover photo, the windows are small ( and are 100% sealed) and make the room appear quite dark.
We would stay here again. Good hotel
- I5933PUjohnb (10/5): A fantastic and relaxing stay! - Location is good for Tewkesbury and the new Outlet stores.
The atmosphere from the Staff was amazing and right at the top of any Premier Inn we have stayed at.
The rooms and all areas were spotless and we felt good value for money.
The “Plus” rooms will help to make this Hotel even better!
The Manager, staff were an absolute credit to the brand, as was the General Manager.
- KEVIN (10/5): - Great location.
Room clean and adequate size.
Very friendly staff.
- Elliepaynter13 (10/5): Amazing! - Sam at Central Telford was amazing from start to finish.
Friendly, welcoming and made me feel comfortable! Room was great and everything has been catered for. Thank you for my lovely stay!
- 421phillipkerfoot (10/5): Good hotel - Clean rooms helpful staff near Prescott hill climb and the Cotswolds next to the Porsche Citroen and Isuzu dealers not far from Tewkesbury centre and Morrisons
- E4977AQmb (6/5): Ok-ish - Stayed in room 1....Noisy bathroom fan when light was on ,no hot water in tap/sink,although bath/shower was hot.
Bed comfy enough
- heatherdD1581AQ (10/5): Exceptional staff at the Tenby Premier inn - We have just spent an exceptional 6 day stay at the Premier inn in Tenby. It is brilliantly positioned for the town and for the seafront. No need for a car.
The staff at this premier inn are outstanding. They went out of their way to help at all times with professionalism and great care. I cannot praise them enough.
Thank you so much.
- Jaime10 (8/5): Great location, comfortable stay - Great location minutes from the beach, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Some of the rooms could do with an update due to overall wear - but in summary a great budget hotel for an overnight stay in one of our favourite places in the world!
- RobTA61 (10/5): The Best Premier Inn - The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, air conditioning was fab, restaurant lovely and a good choice, the best premier inn we have stayed in, also very helpful with accessible needs. We used the multi storey to park which was easy to walk to and not expensive.
- Paradise10613420034 (10/5): Visiting Cotswolds Designer Outlet Village? Come stay here! - Nikki, Julia and the team here at Premier Inn Tewkesbury couldn’t have looked after me any better! I’ve been staying in the hotel for a month for business and the rooms have always been very clean, beds are very comfy and the staff are all very friendly faces that you can have a conversation with! Will definitely be coming down here again sometime with my partner!
- Fearless646969 (10/5): Excellent Premier Inn Tenby - A wonderful hotel with an amazing breakfast. The staff were all really Friendly, especially Phoenix who did an amazing job serving me breakfast. I would definietly recommend this hotel for a central stay in Tenby. It is exactly what you wpuld expect from a premier inn
- SashaRutski (10/5): Above and beyond - The welcome was friendly and the premier plus room had everything we needed. My only minor gripes were that the hot water wasn’t hot enough so my bath was tepid and the TV reception was erratic. The reason I gave the hotel 5 stars was the service I received after my departure, I had left my kindle behind and when I phoned to enquire about it the kind lady on reception went to find it and then posted it back to me at no cost to myself. Amazing service and I will definitely stay again in the future. Many thanks!
- 572dawnc (6/5): Ok - Check in was fine, We got reminded there was a complementary breakfast (croissants, fruit, tea coffee) due to the restaurant being closed. Then we arrived at our room. It had been made up for 1 person not 3. The bed our child was sleeping in had no betting on it. The receptionist was very apologetic and said he'd get bedding. I felt guilty as he had a bad back and I insisted I make the bed up which I did. He then had to get more towels as there was 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel, as I said made up for 1 person. We had booked this back in may so they knew there were 3 in the room.
Sleep was ok, room was comfortable and parking adequate.
- Alexander (8/5): - Only thing bad, was that the bathroom was small.
- D4409OSemilys (8/5): Lovely stay - The rooms were lovely and clean, beds were comfy and staff were friendly and helpful.
We stay at premier inn a lot all across the country and just wish there were more rooms with a wetroom available and that they also had the option for twin beds. Everybody can use a wetroom but not everybody can use a bath.
- shellsl2 (4/5): Worst Premier Inn Stay - Stayed here for the location near Tewkesbury Hospital and the M5, but it was the worst Premier Inn stay I’ve had to date. No air conditioning in 32°C just a dusty, ineffective and loud electric fan, which provided no relief. It was the most unpleasant and uncomfortable night’s sleep. Most of the other guests appeared to be building contractors. Renovations meant no cooked breakfast was available despite the room rate remaining the same. The complimentary “pastries” were dry croissants and pain au chocolat in plastic bags, with no availability of cold drinks which was especially disappointing given the heat.
Many parking spaces are taken by construction workers or reduced by the building work, disabled spaces are far from the entrance to the reception. Room had paint peeling off the walls, mould and only one bath towel per person. Shower is not a walk in shower but over the bath, so some disabled guests may not be able to use it, my mother could not. No fridge with cold drinks or to store drinks. Complimentary bottled water would have been a welcome gesture considering how hot the room was.
Overall, hot, uncomfortable, noisy and in a very tired condition. Would not recommend staying here and should be closed until construction work is complete, or at least be offered at a reduced rate.
- andybluebird (10/5): Excellent customer service - Overnight stay to visit new designer outlet. The outlet was underwhelming however the service received from Nicky was outstanding, really going the extra mile for her customers. We’d received an email that restaurant was closed & contacted the hotel. Spoke with Nicky & she arranged for us to have a welcome gift in our room & also as I’ve recently had a knee replacement operation she ensured that we were on the ground floor. Thank you so much for your help
- denisecV8661EX (4/5): Don’t bother - Awful,… informed by Inn that restaurant and bar were closed after the 14day cancellation period.. then had rude emails regarding it. We were Offered a cold breakfast (fruit and pastry),and went down to reception at 7.45am.. to find only 4 pastry left and 2 bananas.. joy!! Had to pay if we wanted cereal or juice. Room was dirty, and receptionist wasn’t welcoming on arrival, departure was absolutely lovely though x
- morgeng587 (10/5): Lovely staff & stay - Lovely staff and a quick, easy check-in. Everything was spotless. A big thank you to Nicky for the personal touch and for making our children smile. We’re grateful to the whole team — we had a wonderful stay!
- Matthew (6/5): - Tenby is awesome ! Great town and even better if you can get good weather. As for the Hotel. It's just ok. Clean enough and conveniently located. TV and internet are very poor.
- Shehar (8/5): The Staff are the stars - Considering the on going refurbishment of the restaurant the hotel ran as usual. Venturing into Tewkesbury,we explored the lovely town and two excellent restaurants, a real plus.
The staff were friendly and efficient and deserve credit for the difficult job they are doing.
- seamusogorman (8/5): Convenient, clean and comfortable - This was a stop over on route to Plymouth. Great location just off the M5.
We have stayed here previously and it is a clean and comfortable place to stay.
Unfortunately the restaurant is under renovation and we found this visit noisy in the morning.
We would be happy to stay again.
- NorthStar03882748312 (10/5): Tenby lovely midweek break - Comfortable stay in a central position with friendly helpful staff enjoyable midweek break. We were able to leave our bags locked away and puck them up as we were leaving
- Freedom744929 (10/5): The Young Ladies on Reception - I didn’t actually stay at the hotel.
On 30th July I broke down in my work van. I managed to get it fixed but desperately needed some water to get moving again. I managed to walk to the Premier Inn through a thunderstorm arriving in reception looking a touch damp. The ladies on reception were more than happy to fill my 2 water bottles and also insisted on giving me a towel to dry myself off with.
A big thank you to Premier Inn, but more importantly to the 2 ladies on reception who showed sympathy that I haven’t experienced in quite some time.
- 402louiseh (6/5): Clean and great breakfast but very unpleasant smell in the room - We stayed in a ground floor room (15). The room was as you would expect in a premier inn, good standard and very clean. However there was a terrible smell in the room and bathroom which wouldn't go. The window was open when we arrived which I expect was an attempt to neutralise the smell but it really was unpleasant. Also you can hear every footstep from the room above.
Plus points, impeccably clean and great breakfast and great customer service in reception.
Would stay again but ask for a room on the top floor to avoid noise disturbance and also hopefully have a room that smells pleasant.
- Y9964AOkevinl (8/5): Good night sleep in Tenby - Few days in Tenby with friends. We had booked Premier Inn Tenby, clean, comfortable, such a comfortable bed. We did book breakfast too and pleasantly surprised. I had phoned hotel day before we travelled asking for a fan in my room to which when I booked in a fan was in my room, thankyou!
- F9673NJpeterh (10/5): Hotel stay - Very pleased with my stay and the room was nice free car park and breakfast was very good service and nice to have air-conditioning
- chriscM8994SN (2/5): I got clean and there were no ants m - I got clean and there were no ants.
Beyond that it was a hideous experience. The receptionist was disinterested, the room was far too hot and the "complimentary breakfast" was so awful I walked away.
My friends and I had been performing at the Tewkesbury Medieval Festival and don't ask much after 3 days camping but booked the Premier Inn because of the restaurant. We were informed a week in advance that this would be closed. This was far too late to book anywhere else.
Having stayed in this hotel for the last 5 years, we won't be doing so again.
- petchmrianp (8/5): Nice hotel and site. - Very warm welcome from the morning receptionist. Bubbly chat and pleasant.
Visit was for a funeral so when I asked the following day for an iron to do my new white shirt I wasn't expecting to get a 🟣 mess all over the new shirt.
Spoke to reception (different member of staff) and was given an older iron. She wasn't really interested in what had happened.
Luckily the stain washed out.
Had meal in adjoining beefeater and staff were lovely. Looked for manager as we left to compliment her on her staff but couldn't find her.
Out server was "Molly" very chatty and bubbly. Thank you.
Very close to shopping centre 15 minutes walk and opposite the train station
- helenlJ858ZN (10/5): Outstanding experience 2nd time at this Premier Inn - 2nd time at this Premier Inn and never failed to offer an outstanding service. Rooms comfortable plenty of spsce, great shower & added bonus of a hairdryer
Sarah on the reception showed great customer service and more than happy to assist with any questions a true credit to this business..
Hopefully see you next year Sarah !
- alisonbN3887JB (10/5): Excellent! - Family room was a good size, air conditioning was amazing on such a hot night, and staff were really friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend!
- therandells25 (4/5): Early check-in? Like a unicorn, sounds great but doesn’t exist. - Ah, Premier Inn – the comforting beacon of purple where weary travellers can usually expect a smooth, snooze-filled stay. Unfortunately, our recent visit to the Premier Inn Telford Central unfolded with all the charm and coordination of a fire drill no one was told about (more on that later!).
It all began with our bold decision to pre-pay for the elusive 11am early check-in. What optimism! What faith in humanity! We arrived, hopeful and suitcase-laden, at the promised hour, only to be greeted with the hotel equivalent of "Who sent you?" A staff member informed us that “they shouldn’t allow early check-ins, people don’t check out until 12,” while standing suspiciously close to a box brimming with recently returned key cards. Ah yes, the mythical they — known to sell dreams online and shatter them in person.
We loitered like forgotten luggage for an hour before being granted our rooms at high noon, receiving the keys with all the warmth of a begrudging favour. To be fair, we were grateful – we had a wedding to attend and showing up unshowered would have added a whole new subplot.
Later that night, just as we drifted off into post-wedding slumber, the fire alarm went off at midnight. Safety first, of course — but the rude awakening ensured the whole family felt like extras from The Walking Dead the next morning.
We clung to the hope of a pre-booked breakfast to revive us — until we were informed (after some tense glances) that booking a table is apparently separate from booking the breakfast. Who knew?! Fortunately, a hero among the staff managed to find us a table, possibly out of pity.
Pros:
• The breakfast? Still a triumph. Sausages, we love you.
• Air con in the rooms (a blessing for the erratic heat of a British summer!)
• Free parking thanks to our pre-29 May booking skills (we peaked here - you do now have to pay to park!)
Cons:
• Early check-in is more of a concept than a service. Think of it like unicorns or a stress-free M25.
• Communication could use some fine-tuning (maybe a helpful “You’ll need to book a table too for breakfast” email/note in the room?)
• Some staff seemed trained in the fine art of making guests feel like nuisances (a rare Premier Inn trait, in our experience)
Conclusion:
Would we stay at a Premier Inn again? Probably. But paying for early check-in? Never again!!
- felixdE2869XS (4/5): Difficult and uncomfortable with pre-booked breakfast compromised by overbooked restaurant. - Night staff were incredibly vague and unhelpful - they also were watching something loud on their phone and were not wearing socks. We had paid for two nights with breakfast included - the night staff asked us when we wanted our breakfast but only reserved it for the first morning - on our second day they had no places for us and I had to argue to get a table - utterly ridiculous considering I had paid for it. Room was small for a family of 4 with the kids beds squeezed next to ours leaving us with only one bed side table.
- gaynor2024 (10/5): Best sleep ever - Hotel was close to rail transport. Was the best sleep i had ever had and i have been to a few premier inn hotels. Very pretty place.
- trevordM4677KJ (8/5): Generally good but - Reception and room were good although as far away from reception as possible which was not ideal as I use a stick to walk.
Breakfast had plenty of choice although it would have been nice to have it hot even when fresh eggs came out they were still cold.
I was surprised that as this was on the Sunday of the local airshow that breakfast was not started earlier as has happened at other Premier inns we have stayed at
- HallFarmCottages (10/5): Absolutely the best Premier Inn we've ever stayed in! - We arrived late and were warmly welcomed by a friendly face who even managed to book us into the restaurant after asking if we’d had dinner. The team went above and beyond, helping with tables, taxis, and more—something we’ve never experienced at a Premier Inn before. A special thank you to Lauren, Sarah, Nicky, and Lily for making our stay so comfortable
- leighannen2023 (10/5): Smiles all round - We were always greeted with a friendly smile and staff were never too busy to say hello to us and made lots of effort with little one. Very clean, both in room and in public areas. Well located in the middle of Telford. 5 stars, will return for our next visit to area.
- V4857EUjimg (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel, never had any problems. Special thanks to Lauren , Gemma, Sarah for organising food for me when I was delayed, give these people a bonus for helping customers. Also the breakfast lady with red hair and glasses always very helpful, can't remember her name.
- 792mickc (4/5): Poor experience! - The staff were very pleasant and friendly however, having been asked three times about allergies, mine being tomatoes, imagine my surprise when my dinner arrived with a tomato. Luckily it was on a bed of salad which I left alone. The rest of the meal was average at best! The following mornings breakfast was poor, buffet style. What little was available, if I am being kind was warm to cold. We attempted three times to get a reasonable plate of cooked breakfast failing on all three. This is not the first time this has happened to us with buffet style breakfast. If we ever stay at a premier inn again, my thoughts at present are that we are unlikely to, we will check before booking what type of breakfast is served, and only stay if it is cooked to order. Premier inn is deteriating fast, pull your socks up before it's too late!
- Smallmanl77 (2/5): Poor noise insulation between floor - I had room 18 on the ground floor and got woken by the occupants of the room above at 530 am simply walking around getting ready. The building does not have the required noise insulation I am guessing 50 years old.
That was the main issue but an important one when trying to sleep !
- UKANON123 (10/5): Friendly staff clean hotel - Excellent staff, very clean room and hotel, and went out way to help with disability needs of autistic child. Breakfast was tasty but very busy staff turned music to improve sensory impact and opened quiet part of restaurant to make accessible for child with additional needs. Staff very kind and professional with host levels of cleanliness throughout hotel and restaurant
Easy to find good parking and well located for attractions and town
