• K4708DSjaneh (10/5): Super staff - Staff were SO friendly both at Premier and Table Table. Really helpful too. Comfortable, clean room. Porridge delicious and good to have fruit available. Good location for exploring both Caernarfonshire and Anglesey. Thankful for free WiFi!
• Z575DDchristinee (6/5): Average - My stay was ok, just. Furnishing is all rather tired and well used, time it was freshened up. Have to ask to have room cleaned and fresh towels if required. Table Table restaurant needs a deep clean! Grubby utensils and equipment and plates and bowls had been taken out of the dishwasher by someone with greasy hands so could see the fingerprints, yuck. Staff were pleasant enough and I suspect short staffed. Cooked breakfast good. No taxis available locally around school run times, but bus near so not the end of the world.
• ghockley1981 (8/5): Clean comfortable rooms a 5min drive from Lapland UK and Legoland - Great staff, good rooms with a beefeater next door made for a nice easy stay with everything you need. There is a petrol station with a M&S a 1 min drive down the road.
• cameronmZ8410KO (10/5): Amazing - Me and my lovely fiancée stayed at ballsall common premier inn and I’ve got to say it was outstanding, The rooms and modern and comfortable with cozy feel to them. The staff was extremely welcoming and police to me and my fiancée. I have to mention the receptionist because he gave us the full experience but showing us to our room and explaining where all the facilities are and with times they are available till. He was very polite and made us feel so welcome. The food was amazing and fresh and there’s not one thing or part of this premier inn I can complaint about, would highly recommend this to all people, family and friends.

Ideal for visiting NEC - Although decor in some areas is beginning to look a little tired the accommodation was clean and comfortable. All of the staff, both at Premier Inn and The Beefeater were friendly, polite and efficient and the food both at breakfast and in the evening was good. Quite close to NEC and easy to find following Sat nav.
• Gregorysgirl67 (8/5): Hotel OK, needs a refresh - Stayed at this Premier Inn the night after visiting lapland uk which is only 6 minutes away by car. Also a lovely longacres garden centre 2 mins drive away which was very festive. Hotel was a great location. Felt clean but a little tired in places. Breakfast was OK but nothing special, the restaurant which is the beefeater also felt a bit tired & grubby in places. That being said it was a great location for one night.

There was pubic hair in the sink Human hair in the plughole of the bath/shower Window that wouldn't close by where our daughter was sleeping she was freezing and the sill kept having pools of water on it our daughter ended up sleeping with us! There was an awful odour from the toilet everytime it was flushed! The breakfast was awful pale bacon; slimy eggs and the sausages tasted strange! My daughter is full of cold and my husband has a dodgy stomach We stayed from the 14-16th November 2025! No clean towels provided for two days Oh and I also on two seperate occasions heard staff members talking badly about guests!!!
• JuliaA_12 (10/5): Perfect Lapland UK Base With Mattress From Heaven - Stayed overnight to go to Lapland UK the next day along with some other families. The Christmas decs were out which was lovely. It was the bed that made it - it's true what they say about Premier Inn mattresses - I felt like I was being cradled by a giant cloud from the Land of Snooze. Life can never be the same again. No bed will ever be good enough. I need to buy one!!
• ppshollingworth (10/5): The best place to stay In North Wales - I unexpectedly needed accommodation late at night for my wife and myself, the lady on the desk went to extraordinary lengths to get us into a room. Fresh off the plane from Australia she used her own phone to get us booked in. The room was wonderful, clean spacious and the bed was divine. Breakfast was great in the restaurant next door. THANKS for your help and hospitality I would recommend this Premier inn to anyone.

• 350kirstyb (10/5): Amazing staff and welcome. It's the little things.... - From the moment we arrived we couldn't find a fault with the hotel. The staff were so friendly and the service was great. It was lovely to still be greeted by a person on reception (and not a screen), but to then be further greeted with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel in our room, its the little things that really count. The room was clean and well equipped with all the standard tea, coffee, soaps etc you expect, but we also had an openable window and a fan (although the temperature was fine). The bed and bedding was so comfortable we all had an amazing nights sleep. We used the beefeater next door for our evening meal and breakfast the food was of a good standard but again it was the welcome and the service that were second to none, everyone was so friendly and helpful, checking everything was ok for us and nothing was too much trouble for anyone.

• I9374XNgillianw (10/5): Outstanding hotel to stay at - We checked in with minimal effort, the hotel in all areas was immaculately clean, from the reception areas, corridors and especially the room which smelt amazing and clean. We had food in the restaurant next door, lots to choose from and staff lovely. Overall a great choice from us as a 5 minute drive to the town centre and 15 minutes from Caernarfon.
• 197SarahG197 (10/5): Lovely hotel, perfect sleep in a comfy room - Stayed as a family in 317, was a lovely spacious room with an amazingly comfy bed, I slept like a baby. Really liked the little light above the bed which I used for reading and then swung it round to provide a little night light for my children. The shower was lovely and warm, and as always the Bayliss & Harding shower gel and handwash was beautiful. Fantastic service from the hotel reception both on leaving and arrival. The only bad point was the restaurant next door - it took forever to be served even though it was fairly empty. We was going to treat ourselves to a dessert but after waiting for over an hour for our food to arrive then it appeared no one was coming back to collect our plates and let us order desserts, we gave up and paid at the bar in the end. Very disappointed.

• jeremybeech (10/5): All very good - Stayed here for an evening and overnight and a typical Premier Inn. Clean, tidy and pleasant staff. Plenty of choice at breakfast and you can have a freshly cooked breakfast at this hotel. All very good and a 5 minute drive into the town.

• lynno98 (10/5): Excellent customer service - Just come back from a weekend break at the premier in. Bangor. The price was really good and the meals and meal deal offers were excellent value. A big shout out for all the front of house staff. Each member was very friendly, polite and efficient snd should be rewarded for their excellent customer service skills which made our stay very enjoyable.

• Footnote3 (10/5): First rate Premier Inn - I had reservations about this Premier Inn after reading reviews but I cannot fault it. The room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant next door provided a fantastic breakfast. It was in a good location for visiting Bangor and Snowdonia, so I was very pleased.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left every member of staff was very helpful, kind and funny. The room was very clean, comfortable and a great size for a family room. Great value for money, we will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was everything you would expect from a premier inn , clean with comfy beds and plenty of free parking . Staff were amazing , friendly and efficient . Special thanks to Sam who , after negative experiences at breakfast next door ( not managed by premier inn) , he was sent to help and was a breath of fresh air ! Professional, organised friendly , providing a much better experience on our last day .
• hannahwN9248YJ (8/5): Good night's kip - The location is out the way, with only one restaurant nearby. The rooms themselves were clean and very comfortable. The wifi/mobile service was not good for any of the 3 of us in the party in the restaurant but in the room it was fine. The service was good at reception, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant service was frustrating, and often baffling, like missing cutlery etc. Overall for the price of the stay, the restaurant and wifi/signal service is the only thing lacking so if you can get past that it's well worth staying here.

• jeanettedS500MA (6/5): Clean and friendly staff - The room was nice, clean but a bit on the cool side and we couldn’t turn the heat up. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t good and kept reducing to a trickle. As I’d booked an accessible room I thought it would be near the entrance but instead it was down a number of corridors and a short flight of stairs, although there was a stannah lift to go up and down. I managed but if I had been in a wheelchair it could have been quite difficult. Hotel itself was clean and staff were friendly and helpful when I had a complaint about the restaurant
• Markdubya (6/5): Decent room but pretty average overall - Not sure what is happening to Premier Inn's at the moment but overall they have gone from excellent for the money to pretty average to poor. The outside of the building is in need of TLC which is the same as a majority of the inside. Rooms are reasonably decent though. Breakfast at this site was truly dire with lack of selection, cooked food not replaced fast enough and some left to just solidify. Tables were dirty and sticky and the restaurant is very very tired. Staff were good its just the whole building needs a refurb. I would not use this hotel again.

Staff were all friendly & approachable. No lift - bit of a faff when travelling with a small baby but only one short flight of stairs so manageable!

• Planter77 (10/5): Breakfast cooked to order - fast, fresh and minimising food waste - brilliant - I wanted to shout out the breakfast and that unlike some premier inns, the cooked breakfast option is cooked to order and table service for all parts of the order. I thought this was brilliant in terms of the experience (more relaxing), the food was freshly cooked and most importantly, helps to reduce significant food waste that can be created by buffet breakfasts. Well done Premier Inn Bangor making this move. We could still order as much food as we wanted so it was the same great value for money.

Comfy bed, good pillows, spotless bathroom, clean room. Nice staff on reception. Negligible mobile phone signal and free wi-fi is awful. I guess that’s so you upgrade to the Premium Wi-Fi, but at £175 per night I’d suggest that warrants decent Wi-Fi without additional charge.

• rwelsfordx (10/5): Great stay! - We recently stayed at Premier Inn Balsall Common for a WWE show at the NEC. It was very reasonably priced considering I booked at the last minute, very easy to find and great free parking available. Staff were very attentive and helped us out as we were there with 2 children so made it very easy for us by booking us a taxi straight to the show. On our arrival back to the hotel after our show, we were surprised with a lovely note and treats which our boys were very pleased about! Such a lovely touch and grateful for a stress free very memorable trip! Would definitely stay here again if we visit the NEC again in the future.

Receptionist, Sinead went above and beyond. Accessible room was exactly that, bathroom and bedroom spacious and very clean. Very easy access from room to the foyer for a mobility scooter. Meal deal good value. Although, if like us, you sleep from 2200hrs to 1136hrs, without murmuring, you miss breakfast. As is usual, very comfortable sleep. Thanks for an exceptionally good stay.
• Z9863SQadamh (10/5): It's The Little Things - A warm welcome from the reception staff on arrival with an easy check in and able to book breakfast the following morning (glad we did as it was pretty full). Room was clean and pleasant (if a few signs of wear and tear). We even had a bar of chocolate, sweets for the kids and a personalised welcome card which was a great touch. We all slept well and had a great shower in the morning, before breakfast and check out. Thank you for a pleasant stay The Hodgson family.
