Guest Reviews
- 34glendah (6/5): Poor food - Staff were lovely and polite, rooms are clean. Unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. My burger arrived without 3 of the 4 toppings and my chips were cold. Granted they replaced the chips with lovely hot ones but they did not replace the rest of the meal so my burger was cold by the time the chips arrived and I was still missing burger toppings. When I asked another member of staff about this I was given the missing toppings on a separate plate to add to my cold burger. I can't blame the wait staff they were amazing, but if a meal is not right, the whole meal should be replaced and served as a fresh, hot meal. If this review was based solely in the staff and the rooms it would have been a 5 star review. My advice stay here but eat elsewhere.
- EmmaF3337 (10/5): Excellent - We had a wonderful stay with our children. The hotel is very family-friendly, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond with their excellent customer service, making us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend for families.
- paulbM4681XX (4/5): An adequate but not memorable stay in Malvern - The Malvern hotel was in a rather out of the way industrial park with no easy transport to anything. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly but inattentive and only sharing information when pressed. The room was adequate and reasonably comfortable and the food service was edible but far from high quality. If there had been an alternative place to stay I would not have book here but there is very little else in Malvern.
- Destination825096 (8/5): Good value for money and convinient location - Good value for money , good location , paid £12 for taxi from Manchester airport to the hotel. Dinner was reasonable price.
- N6396FEsusanw (10/5): Brilliant Hotel with Great Staff - Great hotel. Location is excellent for a good walk into the town and to Malvern Link railway station. The room was clean and the food was of one of the highest standards we have experienced in all our stays at Premier Inns. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Ellie who was a marvel. We will definitely return.
- Jasckosn92 (10/5): Premier Inn - Great hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly.
A special thanks to Paulo — he is a dedicated team member and a proud Muslim, and his kindness and respectful attitude made my stay even better.
Highly recommended!
- pauljK5726BQ (10/5): Clean and quiet so perfect - Quick easy check in spotless room and absolutely no noise all night .
Room was a bit warm even for November but quiet air conditioning soon sorted that out worth keeping on low at night .
- BabSharma (10/5): Excellent Food and Service - The breakfast buffet service at the Premier Inn Maidenhead was excellent. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and made sure everything was wellstocked and fresh throughout the morning. There was a great variety of options, all tasty and well presented. It was a relaxed and enjoyable experience that set a perfect tone for the day. Highly recommended, will visit again Soon .
- H708EThenrym (8/5): Nice hotel Shame about the guests - Spent a night with my wife before she headed off on a flight at Manchester airport. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and great value. The experience was marred by some drunken men being rude to my wife inside the waiting area by reception. Overall decent but let down by inebriated guests with no manners. The gentleman who drove us to the airport via the shuttle service was a true gentleman and very friendly and knowledgeable.
- 369claytonh (10/5): Great stay!! Highly recommended - Had a brilliant stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, amazing staff, great food, comfortable bed and great shower. Couldn’t recommend more highly would definitely stay there again.
- Traveler65636315537 (10/5): Good hotel. - good team, clean hotel. service was brilliant. Food are amazing. Room high standard, But furniture need to be change. .
- JayneB985 (10/5): Jan is a credit to this hotel. - We can't tell you how good the customer service was from Jan. He was welcoming and went above and beyond to help us. We have stayed her at least 30 times and we have never experienced service like this. We also saw how good he was with the rest of the guests. What a credit to Premier Inn. Thank you so much, Jan. We are so grateful.
- Becather (10/5): Excellent value! - The hotel is easy to access and the public spaces on the ground floor are nice, with welcoming staff. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities expected (I particularly like the glass mugs for tea). I asked for a quiet room and it certainly delivered. Would recommend!
- barryhO1321ZW (10/5): Lovely Malvern experience - The perfect location to explore the beautiful town of Malvern and the Hills. As expected our room was very well presented. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the friendliness of Linda and staff team who went over and above to help us. A special mention to chef Jane who cooked superb breakfasts, and great poached eggs to order. An all-round first class experience.
- Z6017CLss (10/5): Great staff, great location!! - Lovely place. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again. Very convenient for location and access to the motorway.
- timmC1298JF (10/5): Little relaxing break - Good location excellent staff and food very relaxing . Will definitely use this hotel again as not too far for us to travel.
- dwfr (6/5): Conveniently located budget option, friendly staff, complimentary parking. Add-on breakfast buffet for a fee. - On a recent two-week trip, we stayed at two Premier Inn's. One was a 5 star, however this one was a 3 star. Still, a solid, budget option for a night or two. Read on for the PROs and CONs:
Pros:
~Friendly staff
~Complimentary parking (Don't forget to register your car).
~Electric tea kettle in the room
~Liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo pump bottles provided in the bathroom. (No lotion).
~Decent buffet breakfast available for an extra fee. Breakfast staff were very friendly.
~Conveniently located near Morrison's, M&S, McDonald's.
~Flexible check-in time. We had originally booked a B&B, but their check-in time wasn't convenient for our plans, so we switched to the Premier Inn and arrived around 9:30pm.
~Generally comfortable, quiet room.
Cons:
~Slightly older property, showing it's age around the edges.
~The main thing that made me reduce to 3 stars was when I pulled back the bedding, there was an eyelash, hair and other bits in the bed. It was late, so I chose to brush it aside and ignore it, but that was off-putting, leading me to wonder if the sheets had been changed.
~Hair in the bath and a stain down the side of the bath.
~No USB ports next to the bed. (There was a plug on one side of the bed at least).
~No iron.
~No lotion provided

- baabas2025 (10/5): Autumn at Maidenhead - Excellent service from Anetta, Elvis, Chris and the entire team. It is like a home away from home. Yummy yummy breakfast, very clean rooms, funky music. The best!
- laciekay89 (10/5): Very nice hotel - One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at! Rooms were comfortable and clean, with PLUG SOCKETS BY THE BED!!!! Also had an output box on the wall by the TV so we could have used devices if we wished. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and food served was absolutely delicious
- Kath650 (10/5): Brilliant service due to the service we received staff. - Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Rooms very clean and food very enjoyable.
- ThemeParkFan01 (4/5): Parking is expensive - As stated, parking here is expensive, because they know you need it. We booked when it was £12 for 24 hours, and they put the price up after to £14. They emailed us ahead of time to say out of courtesy they’d honour the £12. When we arrived nobody knew how to do that without manager approval, so we ended up paying the £14. Yes, it’s only £2 more, but ties the principal, especially as they went to pains to email us in advance offering to honour the original price.
And so it continued much in a similar vein. Staff don’t really care about what you need, only that you’ve paid up and leave on time. The food here is also ridiculously expensive, offering what looked like only a combo deal of breakfast and an evening meal for £30 each. No thanks.
It was noisey, hot and a bit grim. Not a great way to start the ordeal that is Air Travel in 2025.
- A1436ENlouiser (10/5): Spotters paradise ✈️😁 - Absolutely loved this hotel. The view over the airport just made it. You could a load of planes at their stands and all the movement which for a plane spotter made all the difference. The only thing about the room I didn’t like was it was a bit too warm. Couldn’t open window as it was too noisy. But once we were awake opened the window to let those lovely engine noises in. We paid for breakfast the next morning and it was great lots of choice and was well and truly filled up for the journey back to the north east. If any plane spotters read this Manchester Airport is probably the most welcoming airport and their are a lot of places to watch the aircraft. A must is the airport pub, we walked but I think there’s a bus that goes right passed it. And the runway visitor park just round the corner from the hotel.
- jacknH7355MS (10/5): incredible - Room was great, food was lovley and service was amazing. workers were very welcoming and friendly. i would 100% come agin
- davidturner055 (10/5): Great stay. - Stayed 26th October, on reception was Jan, he was excellent, made us feel very welcome, professional, friendly, very helpful with the check in and parking. The room was clean and everything you expect at Premier Inn. Will definitely look to stay there again.
- P7476PXsteveh (4/5): Unbelievable rude restaurant waitress. - October 26 2025. Ordered medium steak and fedback that is was well done, then had a unnecessary lecture from the waitress telling me thats not how she thinks it is !. I use premier inn at least 7 times a year and have never been subjected to this kind of attitude ever!
Get your act together premier inn and please have more customer relation training for your staff ! Will choose other competitors in future
- J3277UGdanielp (10/5): Great for an early flight - Nice clean comfortable room.
Friendly helpful staff and a airport shuttle service you cannot go wrong..
Nice bar and restaurant all though I did not eat this time but I've used Premier inns in the past and never had a complaint.
- S9233KMdaveg (10/5): Premier Inn dining is just that - Great service from Gosia. Superb starter is salt and chilli calamari, main Food was fine and value for money if you go for the meal deal! nice glass of rosé. All good
- MungBeanz (10/5): A really good base - I enjoy staying here as a base for doing other things in London and the local area. It isn't perfect and if you want the Ritz, well go there. I really like it, and the offering has been consistently good for me personally. The room and bathroom are clean with a lovely shower, and the restaurant and bar staff are welcoming and friendly. Car parking is a small challenge but I usually walk here from the train station which is a doddle. A big thanks to everyone for another great stay.
- U8832NFkeithg (10/5): Overnight stay before flight - Friendly professional and good value. Very comfortable bedroom. Handy for Airport travel. Would use again if travelling
- 513benjaminr (10/5): Breakfast only visit - Service is always very friendly. Laura takes good care of us.
Plenty of tables and plenty of choice on the full English buffet.
- Resort23705129053 (10/5): Amazing hotel! - It was an amazing experience.
The hotel is vey cozy and I met wonderful people working there.
I wanna specially mention Laura with her beautiful smile early in the morning to welcome us for breakfast! ❤️
- Noway25- (10/5): Amazing quality for the price and location - Great franchaise, always know what to expect. Clean, simple and easy! Bonus if u manage to get a quiet room then its a heaven for the price of 5 x Starbucks coffees!
Deffo be back
- blt100 (8/5): Great value - We stayed here before going to Legoland. When booking we could see that there wasn't a car park by the Premier Inn and were fine about parking at the suggested car park at Sainsbury's. The entrance is off St Cloud Way (A4). There were plenty of spaces. We arrived in the evening and only had to pay £1.40 as we left before 9am. I don't think we took the most direct route to walk from the car park to the Premier Inn. I think it will be quicker to go into Sainsbury's from the car park and then out the main entrance of Sainsbury's. This will bring you out nearer the hotel. The walk was fine but I wouldn't have liked to do this walk alone in the evening.
The staff were friendly and helpful, both at check-in and breakfast. We had a good night's sleep. I didn't take us long to drive to Legoland so worked well for us.
- V8999VSclairem (8/5): Excellent staff, but room and Wi-Fi could be improved - The staff were absolutely brilliant — from the warm greeting at check-in to the friendly, personable restaurant team. Everyone was so helpful and genuine. I’ve stayed in a few Premier Inns, but the team at Malvern really stood out. The way they interacted with guests and each other created such a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
However, the Wi-Fi was quite poor. When I tried to upgrade to the Ultimate Wi-Fi, the payment page didn’t load until the next day, which was disappointing — especially as I was staying for work.
The rooms, while clean, are starting to look a little tired. The shower head in my room (115) sprayed in all directions, making it hard to use without water going everywhere.
Overall, fantastic staff but some maintenance and Wi-Fi improvements would really make a difference.
- jessicakW6650LR (10/5): 5 Stars - Lovely stay and helpful staff :) Would stay here again. Convenient location being in the town centre as well. Comfy beds as always!
- campayne73 (10/5): Premier quality - Another lovely stay, before going on holiday. Room was clean and comfortable as we would expect. Breakfast was a real treat as usual. Joe the manager is such a great guy, nothing was too much trouble,he’s almost like one of the family. We will definitely be back.
- nickbW7041LT (10/5): Excellent As Expected - We had a really friendly welcome as soon as we entered. Spotlessly clean rooms and a great breakfast was just what we expected and it's exactly what we got. Thanks to the team there for a very pleasant stay
- Jedgar5402 (8/5): Poor team work made for a disappointing stay. - On arrival, we had issues with the self check in, as dud many others, but the receptionists couldn't do enough to help. The room was nice and clean.
BUT ...the evening meal service really let it down.
We waited 10 minutes at the podium to be checked in and asigned a table. Now..
This wasn't the poor woman's fault as she was also taking orders, clearing tables, bringing food and everything else in between. All while the other staff seemed to ignore everyone and just parade up and down the restaurant. It took a further 15 mins to get our order taken, a further 40 minutes to be given food, then we sat with the plates at the table for a further 20 mins while staff walked past us. All in all, it took from 6.20pm to 8.45 to have a main and dessert. Now, I usually love premier inns but this really let them down.
The room was also noisy as you had to have the window open.
Ive given 4* due to the hatd work of the two staff mentioned. The managers need to pitch in rather than swan about...its not a good look.
- gemmasA474EY (10/5): Weekend with family - The location was perfect to where we wanted to be. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Food was good and the rooms were spacious and comfy.
- jordansN9162JM (10/5): All round lovely stay - As always we were more than satisfied with the stay at Premier Inn. Very welcoming staff and tried the buffet breakfast for the first time, I was nicely surprised!
- V3871GQlenak (10/5): Graet - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, professional, and friendly. The hotel is old but very clean. Breakfast was very good
- carlanthony24 (10/5): See you in January 2026 - Came a little early but receptionist let us check in. Friendly staff, food amazing I believe shel in the restaurant always remembers us every time we stay and we can always have a laugh.
- elainecU9011YV (10/5): Great location - great location within easy reach of the town, also good shops nearby should you require, plus filling stations. Staff great, room and comfort excellent. nice quiet stay too which is a rarity now in some hotels - well done Malvern Team. The morning ladies were super friendly and cooked a great breakfast too
- thegoodhousespouse (10/5): Beyond the call of duty. - Very welcoming as usual. Great service. My husband particularly loves the breakfasts! Really good value for money . Already booked return visit next year !!
- bob-bulginbarra (10/5): A Premier Inn with excellent staff. - The Malvern Premier Inn was 15 minutes from the Three Counties Showground, where we were attending the RHS Autumn Show, and part of a retail park with M&S, Boots, Poundland etc.
The hotel was up to the usual high standard of Premier Inns.
The staff, particularly Linda and Ellie were friendly, obliging and helpful, brightening up the whole experience of the hotel during our stay.
- Z2266HUkatem (10/5): EXCELLENT - i have stayed in premier inn hotels across the country however this one has been the best. The staff is extremely polite and helpful especially a staff remember i came across during my stay a young lady, Milena. She was extremely helpful and radiated kindness, answered all my questions in a professional and polite manner, making my stay that much better. The food was great and the room was clean and satisfactory. I would like to thank Milena for making my stay more comfortable. I would defiantly stay again.
- 435madeleinej (4/5): Would not recommend this Hotel - Although we arrived an hour after check in time, it took about 20 mins to check into just 2 rooms because my brother's room wasn't even ready.... so the receptionist had to find another room that was ready. The reason given for this problem was because the Hotel had been very busy the day before! Surely this is a poor excuse for a Hotel who shouldn't book out all their rooms if they are going to struggle once at full capacity!! Our room smelt very musty on entering and we couldn't air the room as it had a sign advising it was a non-opening window. I appreciate we were on the 5th floor, however, I have stayed in hotels who have windows that are made to only slightly open when on a high floor. The carpet in our room was grubby and stained (as were the corridor carpets tbh) so that might have contributed towards the unpleasant musty smell. We did toy with the idea of asking to be given another room but, as we were already running late for a family party, as they were experiencing problems with rooms not being ready and we were only staying one night, we decided it wasn't worth the bother. Our room was very 'tired' and in need of decorating. Although the bathroom was clean, paint was peeling off the skirting boards. What baffles me is these things are easily rectified so why are rooms left like this and booked out to people in this state? It's as if the Hotel doesn't care about it's customers or it's reputation! Breakfast the next day was very nice, well cooked and presented with plenty of choice, however, sadly, not without issue. I had filled up my water bottle from the restaurant glass urn for the journey home. When I drank some enroute home, it had a strange taste to it so I asked my husband to try some and see if he agreed... and he did. I wondered if the Hotel might use some sort of sterilising tablet to clean their glass water urns as that's the only thing I could liken the taste to. Needless to say, I threw the water away to be on the safe side. I can honestly say this is the worst Premier Inn we have stayed in! We would not recommend it, nor would we stay here again!
- Davemvy (4/5): Smelly Room - Stayed at maidenhead Premier Inn. Room had a very bad smell all the time of the stsy and air conditioning control panel was broken.
- candiagrasso (2/5): Careful when you book a twin room, since Premier inn thinks words mean whatever they want, and they will then be rude - I stayed at this hotel as part of a large activity organised by a third party. I paid for a twin room. According to this company, a “twin room” has a giant bed and a tiny bed. Because the normal meaning of “twin” is obviously “two vastly different things”. The receptionist was extremely rude, saying, and I quote “it’s not our problem whoever booked the room for you didn’t read the room description”. This company advertises things with a misleading name, then blames the customer for believing in the misleading name. I am shocked and disgusted. Call things the right name, for crying out loud. Words have meaning.
- Louelsa (10/5): A Great Team at Maidenhead Premier Inn - Maidenhead Premier Inn has the most efficient, friendly, pleasant helpful staff. The lady Manager very courteous and professional. Chris the waiter at breakfast who has been a familiar figure there for a number of years, welcomed us with a lovely smile, courteous, helpful friendly approach treating us all with respect. What a fantastic team.
- C6544OYryanh (8/5): Good stay - Stayed overnight to visit family. Hotel was everything you expect from a Premier Inn. Friendly staff, very clean and everything you need in the room. Only downside for me was the room was very warm, even with the air con on the minimum temperature it was set to go to was 19 degrees which for us was just a bit too warm.
- H2045CQrichards (10/5): Fab time thank you! - Amazing breakfast. Slept very well. Room clean
Breakfast service and staff were incredible and catered to our needs.
Meals all delicious both breakfast and evening! Great location for Malvern and surrounding areas plus an Aldi very nearby for any requirements.
Would definitely return
- sheelsUk (10/5): Great stay - We stayed a few days with friends there is plenty of car parking and not far from malvern ,Nathan checked us in and was great very friendly and helpful he is a credit to your firm!
Meal deal is good value and we had a lovely evening meal and breakfast, your lady cook is very nice and chatty the whole staff are nice we enjoyed our stay and would return
- 249annmm (10/5): Pleasurable stay - Stayed here for 2 nights made all the more pleasurable by meeting the lovely Linda who was on reception. An absolute gem she was so caring and helpful. Great room good bed, pillows and bedding. Quiet hotel would highly recommend.
- D280DGbobj (8/5): Great location and staff - Great location, easy drive into Malvern or Worcester town centre. There is also a bus service from outside Morrisons, 5 minute walk away. Number 44 runs between Great Malvern and Worcester bus station.
Aldi, M and S all within walking distance
Had room 101, quiet at night so slept well.
Large car park.
Wi fi a bit hit and miss.
Guy on reception (think was called Nathan) really good, gave advice on a few things and went out of his way to be helpful.
Room clean, hotel bit tired b
- Jo1509 (10/5): Family trip - We stayed over the night before heading to Somerset we had a great check in and staff were lovely and polite the food was very enjoyable and very hot
- carolwV131MS (8/5): Great room and location to town just don't arrive early or you have to pay £15 - Excellent location to town close to M&S.
Usual excellent standard of room with comfortable bed and large tv and blackout curtains.
- NorthStar53435945080 (10/5): Weekend stay in Great Malvern - We spent 2 nights at Great Malvern, and can’t rate this hotel or the staff high enough, nice quiet location, but close to amenities if required. Room was spotless and very quiet, the bed as expected was fantastically comfortable, we had booked breakfast which was full of choice for everyone, we also had an evening meal on arrival too, with a stacked menu with a lot of choices too with huge portions of quality food. Every member of staff were cheery, helpful, polite and approachable, will definitely return to enjoy the Malverns and stay in this Premier Inn.
- N9379ELashleyr (4/5): Dirty/damaged room. - The worst bits..
The room was dirty and unkept. Short hairs on bed sheet under duvet when lifted to get into bed. White gunk/markings on curtains. Yellow and smelly stains or urine on back of toilet. Skirting board had food or drink spilled on which would've probably wiped off if they had taken the time. The table legs were broken and was not safe to be used.
Other bits that I would not normally make a comment on but while writing I will on this occasion..
So much noise throughout the night. I suspect it was other customers but it sounded like they were moving furniture and banging. I appreciate this is something I could've come and told you of in the night so you could try remedy but I choose not to do I accept that was out of your control.
I did however phone the front desk a few hours after leaving the hotel. I had hoped to explain this to staff in person but no one was at front desk when we came down to put our door cards in the box and had to rush to take our friend to a hospital appointment so we could not wait around. I'm sure if I had waited a few minutes someone would have been there.
To top off a night of very broken sleep and discomfort in knowing that this room was not cleaned properly so we were concerned the bedding had not been changed ect, when I had phoned to explain this all I was met with what I felt to be a defensive and obnoxious man who seemed more concerned that I had phoned instead of waiting for a member of staff than he was about my actual concerns. I am unsure if it was me misunderstanding what he had said or not but when I told him I had come down and no one was at desk he stated something along the lines of "well I was here all morning so you didn't come down to speak to us" I don't remember the exact wording but that's how it came across.
Needless to say this may not be our first choice next week when we come back due to the lack of care shown over our concerns.
We use premier inn on our travels often but this experience has left a bad taste from the room and the male on the phone.
The positives I will say is that we appreciate the ability to get extra tea bags ect. That was wonderful as ever and we definitely appreciated the air-conditioning. That helped too.
Two other staff members we had encountered were wonderful and helpful if required.
- D7366UEcarolh (8/5): A Relaxing Stay - Plenty of free parking next to the hotel. Modern accessible building. We stayed on the ground floor at the end of a corridor, since we are both elderly and disabled and we had asked for a quiet room, which we were given. We also had a bath and shower in the bathroom which we had requested, (not available in all the rooms).
All the staff were lovely and helpful.
The worst part was that the windows do not open and in a heat wave you can't have the air-conditioning on lower than 19°C. I found it irritating and it caused me to have a slight cough, although my husband wasn't affected.
Also there is no extractor fan in the bathroom so you get loads of condensation.
Very comfortable bed as usual and breakfast was good. There also some good deals to be had on drinks in
the bar.
