• Weslieo81 (10/5): Helpful staff(Jane). Luxurious bed 216 - Honestly I've never come across such a helpful member of staff. I was explaining to Jane at reception that the carpet in my room felt slightly bristley when I walked across it to get into bed. She offered to arrange for someone to come and comb it all back down and then steam it so it was soft on my bare feet. I turned the offer down as I was so looking forward to just climbing into my luxurious bed that felt like it was being held up by a hundred cherubs and had a mattress made out of sumptuous eider down and cotton wall wrapped in a coating of relaxing silk happiness. It made me feel like I was slipping into paradise as I closed my eyes and drifted away. Jane stated that she was pleased I had enjoyed my previous nights sleep and again reiterated her offer to have the carpet serviced and asked if there was anything else I needed. She even said that there was a special service for guests like me where some men in white coats come and collect me and take me away for an extended holiday 😂😂. All joking aside. A cracking hotel and Jane was super helpful

Young girl on reception blonde curly hair sorry didn't get her name she was really helpful got me an iron and board, booked breakfast and gave me restaurant times but I was meeting friends. Quiet hotel

• Celia120 (10/5): We were visiting family locally for 6 nights - A fabulous experience. We were cared for by a super friendly efficient team. Our room was clean comfortable and quiet. The food at breakfast and dinner was particularly tasty and great value for money. An easy walk into the town.

Briony and her team including Elaine and AJ were proper kind and super helpful. The breakfast was top notch and the room spacious and quiet all night. And the shower was very enjoyable. 11/10 highly recommended.
• cunningham2024 (8/5): No digital radio on the TV - Very nice hotel. Good location. BUT NO digital radio on the TV. A real pain in the butt. This is the only Premier Inn that i can recall with no digital radio.
• mastra-6277 (10/5): Fantastic and warm welcome - I arrived at 2am after working a night shift. The card coder machine would not work to give me a key when I got there and the lady behind the reception was fantastic. She immediately identified I was tired so she walked me up the stairs and opened my room saying that she would put a card under my door ready for the morning once she had managed to get the card machine up and running. She was very good ambassador for your hotel. I asked the ladies name in the morning and was told her name was Jo.

• 797hs (8/5): Exactly what we needed. - Very friendly staff and the comfiest bed Ive ever slept in. Check in and out easy, parking fantastic. Breakfast good but pastries not always topped up. I would definitely stay again x
• foghorn172017 (8/5): Up to their usual high standard - Positives:- Good price, good location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, if there was something additional you wanted you only had to ask. Negatives;- Not much hanging space if staying a few days and the rooms can get very hot with no means of cooling them. Windows do not open and the minimum temp setting is 19 degrees
• A6395OAjanm (10/5): Unbelievable value for money! - This hotel is in a great location, just off the M1 but far enough that we didn’t hear any traffic noises inside the building. The staff were excellent, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, Teresa was on the night we stayed and explained everything before we made our way to our room. We did not use the restaurant for breakfast.
• michaelhZ9990IM (10/5): Lovely nights stay - When we came in we were welcomed by Teresa who was very welcoming. In the night there was no outside noise and slept like a log. Room was very clean. Tv worked, bathroom was nice and made a tea with amenities provided. Overall great staff, lovely breakfasts, clean rooms and great value for money.
• 497malcolmb (8/5): A comfortable stay - We stayed here as a couple for two nights. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well soundproofed, but with limited space to hang clothes. The food available in the restaurant was simple but very tasty. There was a good choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Overall we consider it to have been good value for money.
• Vic_Tye (8/5): Fab as always but sort your food ordering! - As the title suggests :) Had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. The staff are a credit and the room was lovely and clean and a good size for my family (4) BUT Half of the menu was unavailable, in this day and age that's not really acceptable, especially at the price for dinner that Premier Inn are charging. Ran out of steak, no prawns, no soup, some desserts too It did highlight the issue when we ate at a restaurant in Wadebridge and it was considerably cheaper & everything available

Alas despite turning down the thermostat to 15 deg C, it was 19.5 deg all night, and that was with the window open and 11 deg outside. So it was a tad warm for me. But I had a good night in a comfy bed. Well pleased.

• Wadey1972 (4/5): Premier Inn South Junction 39 M1 - I have stayed at this Premier Inn many times in the past four years. This was the worst ever stay. The mattress was worn out springs coming through and dented. There was no comfortable sleeping position and I didn’t sleep. The soundproofing in the room was complete rubbish and I could hear everything the neighbours were saying and their telly up until about midnight . I have tried to raise the issue with the customer satisfaction team a very confrontational young man who basically said that because I didn’t get up in the middle of the night go downstairs in my pyjamas to clean to the front reception, but it is all my fault as when booking it I’d signed up to their good night guarantee and that’s what it says in there.

• mrssl2025 (10/5): Could not fault stay - Staff are excellent, very obliging. Rooms clean and tidy especially as cleaning staff had to carry all equipment up the stairs as the lift was not working. Breakfast was excellent as were catering and waitress staff so kind, considerate taking into account individuals requests and special requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s a pity the Red Kite restaurant/pub next door doesn’t match in any way the high standards of food etc. of the Premier Inn Wakefield.
• paulwH529OG (6/5): Disappointed in the room. - Disappointed in the room, several things that we would normally expect be be in as standard were missing, not even a drawer to put your clothes in, probably ok if you were only staying a night but not ideal if staying a few days.
• JacciJJRowe (10/5): Incredible customer service - Jane and Caroline the receptionists are incredible, Jane is really nice and caring, she’s very happy to help no matter what, nothing is to hard and she does it with a smile! Caroline is really lovely and very pretty 😊 I would highly recommend this premier inn, it’s nice and clean and has its one little shop at the front. Five stars, thank you.

• 638markd (2/5): The room stank of marijuana; the customer service was terrible - We booked a family room for a night. Having checked in, we collected our room card, walked to the room, opened the door and were greeted by the stench of dope. The room stank of marijuana. The smell was so bad, we returned to reception and asked if we could be moved to a different room. The woman on reception (Paige) told us that there was no other room as they were full. She said that they knew that the room stank of dope, telling us that "Josh let 3 people in last night and they smoked weed" and that they hadn't been able to get rid of the smell. No apology. No offer to help. It was up to us to suggest that our booking be transferred to a different Premier Inn. That took about three quarters of an hour for the receptionist to sort out. Terrible customer service. Avoid. We moved to the Wakefield South Premier Inn and that was better in every way.

• Cornishkates (10/5): Great premier - Great premier with everything you can expect, clean comphy rooms, friendly staff and easy to access Wadebridge and the coast, fantastic location and would definitely recommend. We will come and stay again, loving local we like to get away for weekends and you do t have to go far!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We always look forward to a Premier Inn Breakfast as they are so good - this was exception!
• hpops1 (10/5): Great Hotel - Just The Job - We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and used its good location as a base to visit the lovely sights and beaches of Cornwall including Padstow, Port Isaac, Newquay and Boscastle. The room was a good size and very clean. All the team we met were friendly and extremely helpful. We had breakfast every day and it was always plentiful, hot and tasty. We only ate dinner in the restaurant once but again food was lovely. Definitely worth a visit - we will be back!

• jamesbates (10/5): Proper job! - In town for a big 40th birthday weekend. Great location just outside the town centre (parking can be a nightmare in Wadebridge in the summer). Rooms were clean, staff great & breakfast decent as ever. 10 minute walk into town and the Camel Trail etc. Would stay again.
• Trip61211689601 (10/5): Sunny Bank Holiday stay - We stayed for 2 nights over the August Bank Holiday. Plenty of free parking. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Tea/coffee and kettle in room. On the second day we asked for extra towels, these were bought to our room very quickly. Easy walk into Wadebridge town centre. Apart from the 10.5 tog duvet in August (way to big during a Bank Holiday heatwave) we would stay again and recommend.

What elevated the stay were the welcoming, friendly and helpful reception staff. Commendations to Jane and Teresa and all the other staff I encountered. I would stay again if in the area.
• robertgU8043AI (8/5): Adequate Premier Inn - Not a lot you need to say about Premier Inns as they're all much the same - which is their appeal to me. This one is well located for Wakefield and The Sculpture Park. It doesn't have aircon which means in the summer you need your windows open - and the deliveries at 06:00 will wake you up. Red Kite pub next door is ok for a drink but not too good for food - if you can manage a 10 minute walk, the Swan and Cygnet is a better option.

I wasn't quite sure what I could do as I needed a bed for the night.. Jane was on reception & reassured me that she would find me a room. She was extremely patient & somehow managed to bring my booking forward to the night I turned up & the bonus was it was all done without any extra cost... Thank you so much Jane for your help...

We had breakfast the staff were very pleasant and plenty to eat and drink. We were visiting cannon hall farm and it was only a short car journey away. Nice and near plenty of places to eat

• sarahhP6709DR (10/5): Best breakfast staff - As usual the Premier Inn room did not disappoint, all clean and comfy. I want to give a special shout out to Elaine in the onsite breakfast room. She was attentive and waited patiently while my granddaughters were deciding what to have. Afterwards she gave them both a cup and straw( leftover from Easter judging by the decoration on them) saying it was really important to keep drinking when it’s so hot. Her whole demeanour was relaxed, efficient and so friendly. A real treasure
• X6354PZsimonc (10/5): Lovely place. - Really nice little hotel, with a fantastic Brewers Fayre right next door. Food and service were amazing. We used this as a stopover, had evening meal then breakfast before we continued our journey. The meals were gorgeous. It was so nice that we stopped in for a carvery on the way back through and that was amazing too. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room, bed was very good and had a good night sleep in the clean comfortable bed. Jane the manager was very happy, polite with 100% hospitality for the welcome and departure. Well recommended

Bed was comfortable, shower was great. I stayed because I had a long journey after a music festival in Leeds (live in Gloucestershire). Hotel not far off the motorway junction. Plenty of places to eat in area also petrol stations
