Guest Reviews
- M9471AAandreww (10/5): Great Breakfast - Had a fantastic unlimited Breakfast at the Premier inn at Felixstowe, food was all fresh and lots of choice, compliments to the chef Luis and great service with a smile from Julie and warm welcome from Mike the manager. We will be definitely be returning.
- lynda122 (8/5): Mixed bag, few little niggles, but overall a good stay. - Lovely stay, some little room niggles with regards to lack of lightbulbs in desk lamp and bedside lamps! No separate bin to put recycling items in except for note from Premier Inn asking to put recycling beside bin. Air con unit, could not adjust up or down, and could not open window. However beds extremely comfortable. Limited tea/coffee on tea tray, but you can help yourself from cart at front of restaurant anyway. We had continental breakfast which was adequate as buffet, so we ate what we needed, although limited options, but maybe due to staff shortage on morning and not enough time to replenish trays etc! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Unusual to have disabled parking bays a bit away from the main entrance, but plenty of parking spaces (we paid £10 for 3 days/2 nights), just had to find a more convenient one to alight from the car. Did not bring up issues to reception as not staying long!
- stevendS2672ET (10/5): Amazing place to stay in Farnham - I want to thank all the staff at the premier inn for a wonderful stay. Especially the staff in the evening in the bar restaurant who sometimes literally worked on their own and Maria and other staff in reception. I would stay there again on a personal trip and not business. Thanks also to the manager who was so helpful if things had not booked correctly. The food was amazing also along with lovely breakfast every time.
- Getaway26413293967 (10/5): Exceptional customer service - Hotel was clean and tidy. Sheryl looked after us and couldn't have been more helpful. We wanted for nothing everytime we asked for anything she was there day and night to deliver it. She is a real credit to your organisation.
- Dannyboy3211 (10/5): Great staff and loverly clean rooms and hotel - Hotel was very clean and tidy and overall very happy with my time here Cheryl who was on reception was very friendly and more than happy to help me with my room
- margareth481 (4/5): Don't waste your money. - On arrival we were greeted pleasantly enough. We booked an accessible room as my husband has mobility issues. The room was not 'just down the corridor' as we were told but three long corridors away. Who on earth thought that was accessible? If you couldn't manage the steps to the room you had the option of going through a door to use a ramped access, although we didn't need it, I doubt it would accommodated a mobility scooter/electric or some manual chairs.
The bathroom was well equipped however it was filthy, it smelt like it had been 'cleaned' with a filthy mop, the sour smell had me gagging. The hand soap has a rusty fitting was disgusting. There is mould around the seals, dirty shower cradle and clarty toilet bowl. The room wasn't hoovered or dusted and could have done with a lick of paint. The bed was far too low for anybody with or without a disability and the quality of the quilt was diabolical, so thin. None of the luxuries I've experienced at other Premier inns, no plush duvet or pillows none of the purple trimmings. Certainly nothing like your publicity pictures.
On our first night we had booked the restaurant for our evening meal, it was atrocious. It was extremely understaffed with only 2 staff, one at the counter one waiting tables. The female on the counter was asked by other customers to turn the music down which was blaring. She was extremely rude and very slow at serving customers. The poor young lad waiting table was just so busy on his own. The food wasn't worth the money. The batter on my fish was soggy and looked more like it had been microwaved, peas weren't cooked at all. However, my husband enjoyed his burger. On Tuesday my husband had to dodge laundry trolleys and dirty bedding lying on the floor the entire length of the corridor, we went into town came back around 1pm and it still the same. My husband has had surgery on both knees, this was extremely hazardous. I can't imagine the issues a person who uses a wheelchair would have had.
On Tuesday morning for breakfast we greeted by a lovely, bubbly lady. That was the only plus. Coffee machines with no milk and not working properly. The only edible hot food was the sausages. You could have built a house from the hash browns. Thank goodness there was the continental, which was an excellent choice. On Wed morning, just the same, but only one person waiting tables and dirty dishes everywhere, the poor chap was also covering reception running back and forth from the restaurant to the reception area.
We were on a short break for our wedding anniversary and while we enjoyed Fort William the accommodation ruined the break.
- Companion793625 (2/5): Angry Chef and No Breakfast - When we arrived we were told our room was ready for check in only to arrive at the room and had a 20 minute wait in the corridor as the room was still being cleaned. The room itself was ok and the location os central enough.
For breakfast we decided to go to the hotel restaurant and after paying for the buffet breakfast there was no hot food prepared, after about 20 mins the chef appeared and slammed down a plate of fried eggs which gave my child quite the fright.
We were offered a refund for 1 of the breakfasts that we paid for which seemed unreasonable as we didnt get any breakfast and had to go tk the morrisons across from the hotel for food.
- Wannahavefun2 (10/5): A Good Premier Inn experience - You know what to expect with a Premier Inn. Good size room, comfortable bed and great breakfast.
It's easy to locate on the outskirts of Farnham (at the front of a trading estate but very quiet in the hotel). Great parking with a 30 minute walk into the centre which you can do mostly via the riverside walk or a regular bus service just outside tthe front of the hotel. The decor in the bathroom could do with a little refresh.
- janefF7552PN (10/5): Value for money . - Plenty of free parking , comfortable, spacious and clean room . Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were polite, friendly and efficient . We have stayed here several times as it is close to family. Only a 15 minute walk to the Main Street in Farnham so no need to move your car! Good value for money . Would recommend .
- kelandkatew (10/5): Premier Inn to the rescue - Basically, this was a late recommendation from a family friend, they were spot on, this hotel was great, good staff, very helpful, great room, very comfortable, I now know why Lenny loves it.
Any issues I had were resolved, check in, be, USB charging points in Room 103, dinner reservations, pricing increases by 100% explained for workers were all addressed, so in general whilst the staff and surroundings make this stay 100% worth while you just need to check best pricing options as there is better, in terms of service not sure?
- Trek15734842526 (10/5): Great stay - Stayed Thursday and Friday nights with a group pf fishermen for a comp. Location was spot on. Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious and beds supper comfy. Food was tasty and excellent value. The service was excellent especially from Sheryl who really looked after us. So thanks again Sheryl!!
- electoral (4/5): Bit grim - Lovely staff. The lobby and the resteraunt were beyond freezing. No coffee machine and restaurant didn't open til 6 so no snacks and stuck in middle of nowhere in Baltic weather. Also first hotel in awhile with shower curtain. Absolutely disgusting. It smelled appalling. Put a bit of perspex up Premier Inn. There were positives but as a solo customer i will be paying more for NO Shower curtain, some heat and a more reasonablely priced meal
- M6693LZkayd (10/5): Excellent 2 nights after climbing Ben Nevis - Excellent all round. The staff were very friendly, the room was great, the food was excellent. Highly recommended. The location is great. Great value for money.
- 50meeb (10/5): Very good experience - Very good experience, staff very very helpful. Nice breakfast. Shaun was helpful with tourist information . Thank you
- davidmQ2878VC (10/5): Family visit in Felixstowe. - Excellent location a very friendly atmosphere room was great value
Restaurant was great, very friendly and looked after well by Bob who is Front of house and 2 young ladies, the food was absolutely delicious we would stay every weekend if we could .
- AliH8691 (10/5): Very good premier inn, good location, excellent value - Felixstowe Premier Inn was easy to book, reasonably priced, and in a convenient location.
Parking was straightforward and cost £5 for 24 hours, which seemed reasonable and worked well.
We were offered a warm and pleasant welcome
The room was spacius, clean, and comfortable, as has been our previous experience with Premier Inns.
We appreciated the late checkout time.
Would happily stay here again.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so we can't comment on this.
- Voyage687971 (2/5): Only stay through necessity - Not a patch on Ipswich. Return visit due to seeing friends. Always under staffed. Restaurant food not always available. Staff won’t budge even on 5 mins early to check in. Over priced and dated. They need to take some lessons from Premier Inn Ipswich Quay for customer service and quality of stay.
Stay purely to see friends for convenience. Come on PE Felixstowe time to come up to scratch!
- jamesiB3336WX (4/5): I do not wish to experience a stay like this again and will NOT stay at Premier Inns in Fort William. - I stayed 2 nights (18/11/25 to 20/11/25). First night, no chef so no hot food despite prepaying the meal deal for both nights. I had travelled for 9 hours so having then to go out to find food was most disappointing. I am 80 years old! First morning, plenty of food available but it was obvious it had been standing for some time and it was COLD! Second night, the restaurant was empty yet it took half an hour plus a verbal reminder to get a plate of fish and chips. The batter was like wallpaper paste and had to be removed before I could eat the piece of haddock. It was a very cold night and there was no heating on in the restaurant. It was very cold, even the waitress had to put her fleece on over her uniform.
My room was clean and warm and the air con was functioning so I could adjust the temperature. It was very quiet thankfully.
This was my worst ever experience of staying with Premier Inns and was just NOT value for money. I paid over £220 for the 2 night stay, with food, and consider myself to be very much short changed. On reflection I wish I had gone to the Travelodge in Fort William for £45 a night and obtained my food requirements at Wetherspoons below.
- Z8064AOphild (10/5): Really well looked after - Great stay and really well looked after by the staff and in particular Sheryl. Good fun, friendly and excellent service. She was brilliant.
- harrylins (8/5): Getting a much needed revamp soon - Can I start to say the staff here are absolutely brilliant, so friendly and hard working. They are trying so hard to uphold the Premier inn reputation. Apparently they are updating the rooms 30 at a time soon. We stopped for a week in early November, there were a couple of problems with our first room but got another one straight away,no problem. The place does look a little tired but you have to mind that a lot of hikers and workmen use it ,so don't expect the ritz.the restaurant was open when we were there and had few breakfasts which were perfectly fine, the usual Premier inn standard,it was open at night time as well but with reduced numbers I think. Had a great time there and felt welcome there by the staff. A recommendation to Premier inn would be to employ a handyman to fix the needed repairs other reviewers are showing, it would make a big difference
- E6069CVjohnl (10/5): Premier inn Felixstowe 👍❤️ - I stayed one night and I have too say Hayley on reception was very lovely the rooms were clean and the food was great I would recommend all day long to stay at the oremier inn Felixstowe I’d give Hayley 10 out of ten for being kind and considerate
- JenDickson (4/5): Great location and that's about it.. - Location is pretty much the only positive about the hotel. Bedroom tired and roasting hot. Bathroom very tatty. Sound proofing poor - sounded like an elephant was staying in the room above us...
- nicolahN6714HC (4/5): Smelly, musty, stale old air - Not a good experience. The first thing we found when opening the door to our room was the smell of musty, stale, old air. We soon realised why - the windows don't open at all. When we asked to change rooms to a room with a window that opened we were told that none of the windows in the entire building opened, due to 'fire regulations'. We were given a fan, but all that did was circulate smelly stale air around the room. Although the bed was fine, we didn't sleep well because we felt locked in, and it was smelly and claustrophobic. We usually stay at Premier but will have to change to another hotel if this is going to be the norm. So disappointed.
- Dream42919646078 (10/5): Great night sleep. - As a regular guest of this hotel I always look forward to staying and eating here. Hayley, Lottie and Paul very welcoming, friendly and provided 5 star service!!
Fantastic food, delicious and perfectly cooked.
Room very clean, tidy and comfortable!!
Thank you as always.
- David (10/5): - The breakfast was not free, it was £11 each and they had a good variety
- amers504 (10/5): Amazing service - We travel across the United Kingdom with various contracts and predominately stay at Premier Inn, Felixstowe is far the best we stay at and this is mainly down to amazing service from Sheryl, Haley and Lottie
There isn’t too much they can do and when working away it gives it a nice home feel to our stay
- leotA2116XT (10/5): Very friendly staff and nice food - The staff is really friendly and the restaurant, which is directly next to the hotel, which is nice if you arrive late, has a wide range of nice foods. The beds are really comfortable as well.
- 236peteh (10/5): A good experience - Everything was good - the room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, food and drink good.
I chose this hotel for the proximity to the station so we could catch the early train for a day trip to Mallaig - the station was just a short walk away.
- Escape16853647324 (10/5): Excellent hotel highly recommend - Been here many times and have to say would highly recommend this hotel the staff can’t do enough for you and would like to say a big thank you to Sheryl, lottie and Luis will definitely be coming back thank you
- LukeS603 (10/5): Recent stay - Excellent hotel and staff are great especially Sheryl, Lottie and Luis. Best hotel in Felixstowe. Would definitely come back to this hotel.
- I8783YLtracye (10/5): Helpful and welcoming as always. - Sheryl, Luis and Lottie were very helpful and welcoming, especially with regards to a disabled member of our party. The food was good. The family room is a good size with plenty of room for a wheelchair and medical equipment. We're regular visitors and often recommend this hotel (and Felixstowe itself) to friends.
- 886colint (10/5): Great Hotel We Keep Returning To - As a family we've been coming here at least twice, sometimes more, a year and have had no reason to not keep returning.
The staff here have seen the kids grow into teenagers and have always treated them with respect and never looked down on them.
I'm in a wheelchair and the staff are always helpful should I encounter any problems and deal with any situation promptly.
(I've stayed at the other large hotel chain before and received quite the opposite.)
For our current stay I would like to say a huge thank you to Sheryl, Luis and Lottie and say Keep up the great work.
It's staff like you that make people want to return and share their experience on sites such as this.
- shivaddy (2/5): Very poor - this not premier inn standard - Restaurant running on empty - obviously struggling and not really ‘open.’ Only available to residents and very short staffed. To be fair the staff were amazing!
Whole place is tired/ worn down and looks really shabby like it’s for the scrap heap. Booked in for two nights but will not be here tomorrow. Definitely not premier inn standard - do not book here . I do want to emphasize - staff were friendly and tried really hard - not enough of them and skeleton resources available- bar had x1 beer on draft!!! I won’t be back - suggest you book elsewhere too!
- iancU6800KE (2/5): Inaccessible "accessible" room. No evening meals or bar - This hotel advertises a restaurant and accessible rooms. Niether were available.
The so called "accessible wet room" is about 50 metres down a narrow corridor with two ramps via a fire exit ! The room itself was OK but this location is impractical.
The hotel is located on an industrial estate about a half a mile from the town centre, so if mobility is limited then a restaurant/bar is important. The restaurant was closed for everything except breakfast. The restaurant also was in poor state of repair with broken toilets.
Finding the hotel is tricky as the main sign was not illuminated.
The hotel is overpriced for the limited facilities available
- Relax50577290040 (10/5): Felixstowe Beach, a gem on our east coast.t! - Felixstowe Beach - Premier Inn.
Excellent service throughout our 3 day stay.
Reasonable Pay Carpark.
Very comfortable, clean & tidy room. With adjustable heating, tea & coffee making facilities, TV, on suite bath shower room, hairdryer. Famous bed for a good night sleep.
We opted to include their dinning experience, great blow-out (help yourself) breakfast, with both cooked & cold selections.
Plus delicious evening dinner's to complete our stay.
Approx 5 to 10 min stroll to Felixstowe Pier (Boardwalk bar & Restaurant) and promenad/beach's.
We love this cared for resort, with its SPA theatre shows & restaurant.
Beachside cafe's, bar's and eateries during a stroll along the Prom.
Hillside town centre, with plenty of shops, cafes restaurants & a cinema.
With its Historic Land guard Fort,
beside the massive ship's, container port.
We can safely recommend this unpretentious 'Premier Inn' for it location, quality of service and value for money.
Looking forward to our next visit, already booked for early next year.
Thanks for reading our review!
- R2220NPrichardp (4/5): Nice room- no water pressure - The staff at the hotel are really friendly dealing very well with with a really busy check-in for a large group. Breakfast team and breakfast service is really good - thoroughly enjoyable, however on several occasions throughout our stay the water pressure is low to non-existent and particularly frustrating on the Saturday evening where we couldn’t even take a shower as a water pressure was that low, whilst the rooms are very nice well appointed clean and modern the water pressure sadly let the experience down. Reception pretended that this was an isolated issue, I suspect not.
- A4927ZHmarief (10/5): Wonderful visit to the restaurant - My daughter and I had dinner in the onsite restaurant, Bob front of house was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and he made the night for us. The food was very good and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pasta i ordered was, thanks to Paul the chef. I would recommend a visit.
- K6342YDnigelh (10/5): Excellent, warm and welcoming stay - Very warm welcoming stay at the hotel, Maria who worked on the reception was very welcoming polite and very helpful, also all the bar staff in the restaurant were the same, highly recommend for people to stay here
- M9541HZroyh (2/5): Once in a lifetime trip with a bad side. - Sad to say this was one of the worst stays at a premier inn we have had. Dispite booking a room with a view we were overlooking a dirty back alley and unkempt trees. When complaining, we were told that it wasn't on the screen, bearing in mind we are both over 65, we were placed on the 1st floor as far away from the entrance with stairs which we had to carry our suitcases up. because of staff shortages there was no restaurant that or the following evening and there was not a full breakfast menu available, there were cobwebs in the room which were not cleared all week, there was mould in the shower. The reciption staff had to work in the restaurant next-door as well as providing reception cover so there were long waits for assistance. Dispite the booking being made on my account the complaints department refused to respond to my complaints (booked by wife) dispite complaints raised within accepted time period they wouldn't respond until it was out of date. As for premier plus apart from a fridge it was as bad as their other rooms.
Have had better service from travel lodge.
- MrsPNottinghamshire (10/5): Premier brand service - The usual good night sleep from premier inn. Great size corner room set up for the family. 5 mins walk to the pier. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast crew were incredible. The restaurant went from 6 to full in about 20 mins and they calmly kept up with demand with hot and cold food. We'll be using it as a base for future visits to family.
- Highlandsinger (6/5): Friendly welcome, but sadly disappointing overall - We had very varied interaction with staff - the lady on reception was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The lady in the restaurant was the exact opposite: abrupt to the point of rudeness and aggression. The housekeeping staff were perfectly fine.
Parking was good, though the exterior of the hotel was untidy and gave a shabby impression, with some parking spaces inaccessible due to overgrown shrubs. The wifi was very unreliable, despite us having the upgraded package. I had contacted Premier Inn (I could only speak to a representative in a call centre, not the actual hotel itself) a couple of times in advance and had been told that the room we had booked could be made into a twin. They said they would have to swap the beds around, but it could be done. It was not done.
- lynr475 (4/5): Disappointing - On arrival our allocated room had not been serviced. Reception had to then go through the process of checking the room (to see if we were right) and allocating another room. Some light switches didn't work and the TV remote didn't work. The room was serviced the following morning but all they did was change towels that did not need changing. Not impressed by any of this considering the cost of our stay.
- stewartm136 (2/5): Avoid Ft William Premier Inn at all costs - A dump. Rooms shabby, furniture stained. Restaurant for breakfast was painful experience: food passable but staff attitude to customers atrocious and downright rude . As a Scotsman I was embarrassed to see the standard when the hotel restaurant had so many oversees visitors. An overpriced shambles in need of gutting and a change at the helm. The only shining light was an overseas receptionist called Florentina who seems to be able to buck the trend. Plenty of alternatives in Ft William.
- petergF8854TQ (6/5): One night only - We have stayed before on serval occasions, our visit a few days ago was disappointing. Room was not clean, WC pan stained and decor was tied with flaking paintwork. Staff did their best but were very much under staffed.
Good points , comfortable and clean bed, good parking and restful and quiet night.
Avoid if you can eating at the restaurant as again unstaffed and looks like it’s about to close at any moment. Only 5 people in there when we were there yet the soup starter was lukewarm, no roll and main was very disappointing and took a long time to come.
- Anne_MarieM775 (2/5): PREMIER INN HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUES - Phoned at 9.30am on the day of our arrival as I am struggling to walk and using a walking stick, asked to be on the ground floor near the front of the hotel but was given a room almost 500 feet from the foyer at the back of the hotel.
The hotel was in a very poor state of repair and the standard of cleanliness was questionable, not the standard expected of Premier Inn
There was a sign on the reception desk stating NO evening meals available and when I questioned this, I was told it was at the "WHIM" of the chef. ???? I had received an email from Premier Inn a few days before we arrived offering an evening meal and breakfast package but this would NOT be honoured as the chef "MIGHT NOT" come in !?
We reported the light in our bathroom was not working ....it was never repaired.
MOST worringly we discovered the socket on the wall which has the hardwired electric supply for the kettle was faulty and in our opinion could cause a fire or another resident to get an electric shock, we reported this to the reception staff on Friday 10th October.
We did eventually manage to get some food on Friday 10th, a fairly large restaurant but only 6 of the tables were being used. We ordered a pizza and had to wait 50 minutes for it. The best that can be said of it was, it was edible !!
When we were checking out on Saturday 11th October we spoke to the manager "Ian" and told him of all our points, he neither apologised or appeared to want to take responsibility for any or all of our issues, he also appeared to not know anything about the electrical issue which we had reported the day before !
- heatherhP8074OT (10/5): Super experience - We stayed at the Inn on our recent trip to the UK. So lovely. Well kept grounds and welcoming atmosphere, the service was excellent!!. Just what we needed!
- kimamo63 (4/5): Very disappointing. Stay elsewhere. - Having stayed at Premier Inns in the past assumed this would be a good three standard hotel.
Not the case however. This hotel is rundown, extremely short staffed and the rooms poorly equipped.
The restaurant was severely understaffed.
Maybe the large owners of this chain are busy trying to recoup covid losses, however this hotel is an embarrassment to the Premier Inn brand.
Never again
- Spencer Van (4/5): - AC didn’t work properly. I asked front desk to fix it. They said they turned the fan to full but that’s all they could do (didn’t make a difference). Offered me a desk fan as well. It was cold outside and sweltering in our room. Did I mention the windows don’t open?
- 50johni (6/5): Great room, but restaurant disappointing - We had a Premier Plus room with a view which was very good. The external appearance of the hotel is not great and would benefit from a bit of refurbishment. Biggest disappointment was the in-house restaurant, where many items on the dinner menu were not available, which was embarrassing for the hardworking lady serving and taking orders at the bar.
- AndyF430 (8/5): Good Stay - This place is on a small retail park north of the town, close to Morrisons supermarket. It's very convenient for getting to the station to catch the daily Jacobite steam train to Mallaig. All rooms are on ground or first floor in a low-level block. Our room was OK, but not huge. Bathroom also OK with a good shower. Free WiFi everywhere. Breakfast is the building next to the accommodation block, with a fairly standard OK hot & cold buffet selection. Perfectly OK for a couple of nights.
- 275DavidW (2/5): The Hotel Management Seem to Have Given Up with This Hotel - Having stayed at this hotel several years ago when I would have describe it at that time as being up to Premier Inn standards that we were used to but our recent visit to this hotel it was very overpriced and gave us the impression that the hotel management had given up with this hotel. The hotel seems to be suffering from a severe staff shortage to the extent that the reception was closed one morning at 1045am with a note saying the it would reopen at 1230pm not the 24 hours reception we would have expected! When we arrived at about 1930 on the Sunday night when checking in we requested a Meal-Deal but was told that the kitchen closed at 2030 although on enquiring in the restaurant it was agreed that they would be prepared to offer us a single main course. The television in our room was awful and had a real struggle to get reception of any channels, although a member of staff was successful.
- genesO4284XR (10/5): Premier Inn Farnham - Our experience at Premier Inn Farnham has been top notch service. We would like to personally thank the Manager Julie Ann for the exceptional hospitality and service she provided in getting us checked in immediately following our long flight and also remembering us from our last stay in 2024. Thank you for remembering us and we look forward to our next stay at Premier Inn at Farnham.
Thank you,
Klare and Gene

- DayTrip64429260594 (10/5): After a hard day's travel... - As the wife of a wheelchair bound traveller I was most impressed by the facilities offered and really enjoyed the wonderful breakfast on offer. The staff were friendly and helpful, there was full wheelchair accessibilty , the bed was comfortable and the bathroom easy to use - so important for someone with compromised mobility.
- Melissah3d (4/5): Rip off and cold breakfast - don't bother. - The room was fab and I cannot fault it. Check in warm and friendly as was check out.
However - think twice if you are eating breakfast there. It is not a buffet, you order what you want, making it uncomfortable and not convenient if you fancy a little extra.
The chef wouldn't know what 'tepid' food was if it hit him.
Had to send everything back to be re-heated - not good.
Then, the portions you get are disgusting.
My whole breakfast was served on a tea plate.
Fill up on the bread and fruit as you won't be filling up on the cooked breakfast.
An utter rip off!!
- LillyP66 (10/5): Great hotel, great breakfast - Great hotel with large clean functional rooms. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast good too! Parking very easy.
- Excursion36443279394 (10/5): Great Stay - Nice hotel! We stayed because we went to a wedding at Farnham Castle.
Nice clean hotel, great breakfast nice lady I think Alisa was her name…
Would recommend.
- Dream63285663717 (10/5): Delightful hotel - Thank you for a lovely stay to all at Farnham.
Beautiful room just as expected, the only down side is the WIFI very very slow.
The hotel itself is well kept and lots of parking. The town is a nice walk less than 15minutes.
I would definitely stay if visiting Farnham again in the future
- Sunshine22598403709 (4/5): Only problem if wifi - The Room was great and what I expected. Excellent service from all staff, BUT, the WiFi is horrendous. It's 2025 and I expect to be able to watch a YouTube video without it buffering. Blocking mobile signal and borderline unusable free WiFi and payable WiFi that isn't much better in a room that cost £150 on a Tuesday night, you really need to do better.
- jolwatts (10/5): AMAZING HOTEL thank you premier inn - As we arrived at the establishment we were greeted with happy faces and amazing staff. When we got to the room after a quick and simple check in we saw a amazing room we even thought it was a premier plus room but it wasn’t it was a standard room the room was spotless no place unclean . After an incredible night sleep with cosy beds and unnoticeable air conditioning we popped downstairs to the restaurant for breakfast. It was a usual premier inn breakfast nice pasteries ,nice eggs and bacon your usual lot. When we checked out we decided that we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and 100% return to this incredible hotel
THANK YOU PREMIER INN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- O3634SIchrisk (10/5): Stayed for a family birthday. - Amazing hotel, friendly helpful staff especially Debbie who was very helpful and let us check in early for a birthday party we attended. Room was a nice size with a comfy bed. Lovely & clean as well the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great just what we needed after a late night. Definitely will be back again.
- dorothylS7273EA (10/5): Kind and Caring People - My husband and I stayed for a couple of night whilst visiting our daughter in Farnham.
My husband is in a wheelchair and they were brilliant to look after us. They helped with his wheelchair and made sure we had everything for our stay. Very good customer service. Thankyou Farnham we will most definitely be back.
