Guest Reviews
- O7849PMcharlenem (10/5): 😃👍🏼 - It was great enjoyed every thing had a great stay 😊👍🏼 food great staff the facilities magic loved it was cheelchair friendly could not fault it in any way 😁
- 498stuv (10/5): Brilliant welcome - The young lady at reception was exceptional. She went above and beyond to welcome us and give us advice on where to visit in the town.
- andrewsO5439OB (10/5): Good staff - Room was clean and comfy as you would expect.
Made more special by the very pleasant and helpful young lady on reception.
Marcelina was a credit to the premier inn.
- jimw470 (8/5): Budget friendly comfort - Scruffy from the outside - car park was filthy with litter - strong smell of weed outside adjoining Toby Carvery - however! Staff friendly, room was clean and comfortable.
- A4611SCsusann (10/5): Warm welcome and comfortable stay. Highly recommend! - For us it was an ideal location on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
We caught a bus into the city centre from a bus stop not far away.
- Sai Ting (8/5): - 早餐整體ok英式早餐
- sandradR3270HM (8/5): Not Too Bad but could be improved - Room clean, staff great but WiFi a basic thing nowadays was awful. Breakfast was did jointed some items ran out but took time to replenish. Heating in room not working seems they turn it on from reception but was never fixed. Sort the WiFi sort the breakfast and it would be great
- ginajD3908QB (8/5): Ticks the boxes - Clean bed an room, provided with everything one needs. No luxury - that's fine. "Does what it says on the tin". Can't fault e.
- matthewdominicb (6/5): Serviceable as long as you don't rely on wi-fi - It provides the usual Premier Inn room and a quiet night's sleep. However wi-fi is awful and really this should now be a basic expectation. Rather odd out of town location and best enter the name of the Premier Inn as the postcode doesn't work sending you onto a council estate. The area is okay and there is plenty of parking, but they could tidy up the car park area. Using a broom and keeping bushes neat is not a difficult task. Didn't have breakfast but a rather small breakfast room was all that was provided so perhaps look elsewhere for the breakfast.
- F4739DVsarahc (10/5): Perfect place to stay - Lovely hotel! We travelled a long way for a family funeral and were already weary and fragile upon arrival. The young lady on reception was very friendly and checked us into our room quickly. Friendly staff at reception and in the breakfast room. The room was very clean. The shower was fantastic. The WiFi wasn't great. Breakfast was very good. There was a very good selection available for both cooked and continental breakfasts. The breakfast room itself was clean and comfortable and we loved the quirky artwork. Reception area has a vending machine, convenient for snacks or a drink and also had a small selection of little toys you could buy to keep your children occupied which we thought was a nice touch. Location of the hotel was perfect for us, 10 minutes from the train station and around the same to the crematorium. We would definitely use this hotel again in the future. A perfect place to stay 😊
- S3907VEandrewb (10/5): Warm welcome - Comfortable, clean and good value. With an exceptional welcome after stressful travel. Will be back next time in city.
- Clare (6/5): - Clean and convenient. Unfortunate very noisy people two nights in a row in room
above us woke us up. Staff seemed stretched and were often not at the front desk. Company cutting corners? Thanks for the accessible bathroom: great grab bars and easier access bathtub/shower. Had to ask twice for a nonslip mat. Also, why not put wifi info in the room, rather than on small cards in the corner of the reception desk where they’re hard to find? Overall, good enough for what we needed.
- darcyc256 (4/5): Terrible. Beware! - Let this be a warning from someone who NEVER takes the time to write reviews. Don't stay here. It's amazing how the service industry has declined to just scraping by levels, yet prices have doubled. No bottled water in rooms, even upon arrival. No air conditioning. No microwave. No fridge. No safe for valuables. No outlets next to bed. Poor WIFI and want to charge extra for better WIFI (Seriously?) I paid 1100 GBP for two rooms for a week, and you can't give me free good WIFI and a few bottles of water? Getting out of the shower/tub is dangerous. Poor TV channel options. I heard people in the room above me at all hours of the night. No staff at the front desk. Eat next door at Toby Carvery if you do stay. Way better breakfast there. Will never stay at any Premier Inn again!!!
- 386calumj (2/5): Bad branch - Asked to book breakfast for 10:30, told that was fine just head down at that time ,
Paid for the breakfast and headed down to 5 staff all eating from the buffet and telling me breakfast was shut now and no refunds.
beyond annoyed paid £20 for buffet breakfast had a 4 hour drive after couldn’t even provide us a drink joke about this branch
- N3399UCjillianm (10/5): Great stay - Great stay, very clean and quiet hotel. Tasty fresh breakfast, the bathroom was clean and the shower was especially good
- Verified traveler (4/5): Below average for Premier Inn - The hotel is below average for premier inn.
The room and bed is ok, though there was a smell the whole time we were there, except when the window was open. The wifi was so poor that you couldnt complete a single search. The breakfast was smaller that premier inn normally has it.
For the price it wasnt worth it.
- Carly (8/5): Convenient and satisfactory - Breakfast was decent. No a/c:(
- johnrJ4442AK (4/5): Leisure time - Fantastic staff but paying £20 for 2 inedible breakfast was hard to justify. Food either stone cold or left under heat lamps to get rock hard. Will not recommend and will definitely not be back 🙂
- kathleenhK9195TK (10/5): Thank you - My husband was in hospital getting massive heart surgery and as the hotel was within walking distance of the hospital I chose this accommodation. I’m disabled and walk using sticks or a rollator walker.
On the first night I slipped in the bath getting out of the shower and hurt my head and leg. Marcelina, Maryna and MariJa went over and above with their duties looking after me and making sure I was well looked after. Offered to help me dress etc if I were in too much pain to just ring the red buzzer and they would rescue me.
They inquired every time they saw me to make sure I was alright and asked for my husbands progress. When things weren’t going well for him they were a listening ear and gave me tissues to wipe the tears. They appreciated that the extra costs of the taxis I needed due to my sore leg were eating away at my finances and gave me free breakfasts daily and a food bag on the day I was too ill to go to the hospital to see my husband. They changed my booking details so I could stay in the same room throughout my stay. They were amazing nothing was a problem and their kindness at a very stressful time will never be forgotten by me.
Thank you for looking after me so well in this very stressful time.
- 109ray (6/5): Far too hot for comfort - I usually love premier inn hotels and have little or no complaints. Bedding, beds and mattresses are second to none for comfort and the rooms are scrupulously clean. I have enjoyed many a stay here. However, my most recent stay was ruined by the sweltering temperature of the room. I woke up in the small hours to find the room horrifically warm. The temperature showed as being 23-25 for the rest of the night which is far too hot to allow one to sleep. The window was open as far as it would go but couldn’t really go very far towards improving the situation. Despite following the apparently simple instructions the heating would not be turned off. The instructions themselves were so simple that it was impossible to do it wrong. It just kept resetting itself back up from where i was leaving it. In short, my partner and I had a miserable night and left feeling ill and exhausted. Disappointing to say the least .
- billysD6726LR (10/5): Home away from home - Always have an incredible stay at Anderson Drive. Staff are all friendly and nothing is ever too much. Stay here once a week for work and they make it feel like a second home. Always appreciate the little things
- W1817YUkimw (10/5): As usual all was good - As usual all was good. Bed comfy, room clean. Had all the required facilities. Decent breakfast. Polite friendly staff. Always like Premier Inn. Location was right for us, as near crematorium and we were attending a funeral. Would prefer a walk in shower.
- AGCSPS (8/5): Enjoyable stay, great value for money - My stay was purely down to conveneince and price. However in the future should I need accommodation again in Aberdeen, it will be my go to place. We arrived early evening and were met at reception by a lovely lady. She was welcoming, informative and actually provided us with a room larger than what I had reserved which is always a treat.
We paid for continental breakfast and that met our needs. Fruit juice, yogurts, cereal and a fully functioning coffee machine.
Obviously it goes without say8ng tje bed was very comfortable. My mothers first stay at a premier inn and now she is planning our next adventure but instead of paying a fortune for a fancy hotel, she wants to opt for premier inn as it has everything you need without inflated prices.
- Dreamer32332404316 (8/5): Great hospitality in the Premier Inn - The Premier Inn on Anderson Drive is a simple but very nice hotel. We have chosen this hotel because we played the World Bowls Championship and the Aberdeen Bowlsclub is just around the corner.
But also when you are not interested in playing bowls, the hotel has a good location to visit the city. You can take the bus or even walk, in a little bit more than half an hour you are down town.
The rooms in the hotel are clean and large enough to store your things. The beds are soft, so you have a good night sleep. Unfortunately there is no locker and no fridge in the room.
Last but not least, the reception is very friendly and helpfull. So did the lady from Ukrain help me to find the right plug to load my phone. Thank you Maryna for your enthousiasm and your hospitality...!
