Guest Reviews
- 111waynet (10/5): Honestly couldn’t recommend enough! - Honestly had such an amazing overnight stay. Made to feel so welcome. Lovely room, best nights sleep & Wow ! The breakfast on Sunday morning was amazing. It was busy but we were still so looked after by the whole team. Honestly couldn’t fault & had such a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.
- nics20201 (10/5): Great place - Victoria and the team are excellent..very warm and welcoming and will gladly return in the future. Thank you for your hospitality
- smudge780 (8/5): Good location - Great location, less than 10 minute walk to train station. Slightly too far to walk to centre.
Building on the outside is in need of a tidy up and a fresh coat of paint.
Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
Room was lovely and clean, and a great size. Bed was so comfortable.
Really good value for money too.
Beef eater on site where we had breakfast. Restaurant definitely needed to be smartened up, rips in chairs and paper peeling off.
- R8100OAbeckyg (10/5): Great stay - Great stay as always , use this hotel regularly as work local to area , all staff are friendly and approachable. Housekeepers do a fab job
- W9571JLak (8/5): A pleasant budget stay. - We booked with the Arundel hotel as we are due to attend a wedding in February and wanted to check out the local hotel's access arrangements. I booked a room with a lower level bath as I have mobility issues and received a phone call the day before our arrival. The lady I spoke to wanted to check that I had everything I needed and that I could evacuate without assistance should the need arise. This was very reassuring.
We were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in and directed us to our room. The room allocated was clean, tidy and had everything I needed. It was easily accessible from Reception which definitely helped. I had a couple of quibbles: One set of bathroom towels really isn't sufficient if two guests are sharing a room. The mattress was too soft for my personal preference and I woke with back ache. Having said that, it was set at lower level and was easy for me to reach. We didn't notice any traffic noise.
The building itself could do with a bit of tlc and looks a bit worse for wear, but everything inside was spotless. Similarly the restaurant could benefit from new bench seating as those were very worn and torn in places.
Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The restaurant staff were attentive and served us quickly despite being understaffed.
Overall, our night's stay was good value. We will be coming back next year.
- A6245TCjuliee (2/5): Awful - Terrible terrible nights sleep ruined my trip away to see my family Kids above jumping off and on the beds above my room while parents in the bar getting drunk this went on most of the night. I had to get out of bed 3 times to go to reception to complain . Ended up face to face with the Mum in reception having an argument. Toilet and room stank floor in bathroom filthy did not want to walk on it so had to lay towels down
Noises in the night huge vibration making my bed shake god knows where that was coming from. Terrible
- christopherdB6075SQ (10/5): Highly recommended. - Excellent location for nearby restaurants/amenities. Good size carpark. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. I was stopping away for work so for the money you pay including breakfast I would definitely recommend this Premier in to others and go again myself.
Only gripe is having to pay £5 for decent wifi.
Many thanks,
Chris
- trishd753 (10/5): Tim and his team were Brilliant - All I can say is what a welcoming and amazing team. This was not a planned stop, but was necessary due to the most horrendous failings of the RAC. Tim and his team were so accommodating and kind whilst my husband changed our alternator in the car park and I entertained 3 small children. The hotel and room itself was also perfect for us. It was clean, quiet, food easy to access and the team made quite a stressful experience feel like it was just part of the adventure. What a lovely atmosphere. The location was also ideal when it came to sourcing parts for the car and eventually getting on our way home.
- danielledZ6278VB (10/5): Brilliant night sleep!!!! - Having stayed at channel tunnel Premier inn on the way out to disney, and having THE WORST night sleep due to scorching temperatures in the room we decided on the way back we couldn't return there as our son was poorly and couldn't risk him becoming even more unwell in the temperature of the room. We book eureka park and the second we arrived we recieved the best experience. The two people on reception were amazing, getting my son a bag as he was sick, the gentleman was so helpful when we explained we'd had to abandon our booking at the other Premier inn.
He even took the time to come check and chase up possibly getting us a refund as our experience was so bad at the other branch. He was brilliant. The room was huge and so much space, much better for a family of four. The stay was phenomenal and although we had a poorly little one, we all managed to get a brilliant night sleep!!! Thank you so much we will 100% be returning!!
- traceyh1963 (4/5): Sort your mattresses out! - Room was clean & tidy.
Bed was awful! Mattress protector wasn’t the right size for the bed resulting in a ridge on both sides of the bed, very uncomfortable to lie on, the mattress itself was very soft and uncomfortable resulting in me having back ache on waking.
- 340rogern (8/5): Pleasant single-night stay marred by noise from room above - Lovely room. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. However, thumping and crashing noise from room above was unacceptable- so too was the fact we tried to phone reception but got no reply!!
- DAS69 (10/5): This place is spot on. - Perfect hotel, great value and every single thing exactly how it wanted to be. Clean fresh room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, food fantastic. Super place to stay.
- matthewcL1143PP (10/5): Best Premier Inn and most friendly - From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful – easily some of the best service I’ve experienced at a Premier Inn. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-prepared, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt well-organised and efficiently run, from check-in to breakfast. The team went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. It’s clear they take real pride in their work and customer care. I’d highly recommend this Premier Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly stay.
- BeeandPaul (10/5): A comfortable friendly stay - Great value and very comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Ashford.
Clean comfortable rooms with tea / coffee available in the room. Friendly professional staff who made me feel a welcome guest. Would definitely recommend.
- Brady02 (10/5): Excellent stay - Came here for 8 nights away to visit friends always a good place to stay ok it probably needs a coat of paint and refurbishment but doesn’t effect a good nights sleep. No issues apart from reminding staff to clean room on Saturday as it was on the list for cleaning. They did clean the room. They cleaned the room twice as I requested it to. Make sure you put your reg in for the whole stay but if your staying more than 7 nights make sure either select 10 nights or do it again on the 8th Night otherwise you will be charged. I would go again and recommend this place. Also have the meal deal for the on-site beefeater but it is hard what to choose from the menu for 8 nights though.
- A9080TFcarolinea (4/5): Hotel great but breakfast let us down - We booked a room at Ashford which was great, but after going for breakfast at the beefeater restaurant next door we really didn't enjoy any part of breakfast.
I attended with our two grandsons, one of which suffers with learning difficulties.
It was Very unsettling to have to order the fried breakfast, and wait so long for it to arrive.
We waited 30 mins after cereal before the breakfast was served. This was not a one off, another parent was complaining that it had been more than 35mins and still waiting.
No where did it explain that there would be an ordering system and a long wait for the food to arrive.
Premier Inn state "Mornings have never been so tasty! Build your own breakfast and fill up your plate with
freshly cooked favourites like bacon, sausages, eggs and hash browns - plus a tasty selection of veggie and vegan options - and continental delights like fruit, cereal and freshly baked pastries."
I asked the waitress if this was normal to be served like this, and such a waiting time, she stated "yes " it depends on what Inn you stay at?
- david190722 (10/5): Our overnight stay in Eureka Park, Premiere Inn, Ashford - A nice location at Eureka Park, in Ashford
We stayed for 1 night.
A shout out to Tim at reception. We had a nice chat together, and Tim was great. Very professional, and a nice demeanour.
The lady next to him at the desk was lovely too.
A nice room, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Excellent breakfast.
Thank you
David & Angela
- G1273FQbrians (6/5): It was a room but not at it's best for Premier Inn! - I always use Premier Inn and this location yearly but the room we had needed a uplift, shower didn't work to well, a couple of lights not working, in general the room was very tried which was a bit disappointing for a three night stay.
- funchaled (10/5): A brilliant Premier Inn to stay in. - We have stayed at this Premier Inn on numerous occasions and in each case, it has delivered first rate service. On this occasion, we actually had just stayed 6 nights in three different Premier Inns within 12 days and this one surpassed all of them. Location wise it is perfect, so easy to reach with plenty of free parking. However what shines for me, apart from the cleanliness, lack of noise and quality of beds and bedrooms, are the staff, in particular the reception staff. Instead of hiding in the back office or having to use a machine to log in and retrieve our room key, we were greeted by two smiling welcoming receptionists - Cju and Tracey. After driving for nearly 200 miles, they were just the perfect welcome that anyone would want. The icing on the cake was to have a conversation with their manager, Tim, whom, I suspect, is behind the happy team working there. It is my privilege to give a mention to everyone working at reception. Thank you for being there... late at night and first thing in the morning.. Thank you for your smiles, kindness and efficiency - and thank you for looking after Teddy!
- R4206SVemmaf (8/5): Comfortable stay, be aware of busy road noise. - Sunday night is a great price booking ahead, staff were friendly and helpful and the room clean, comfortable and in good condition. I arrived earlier than check in (by train) and left my luggage at reception while I walked into Arundel.
As mentioned in other reviews, if you are a light sleeper like me, you will need earplugs due to the constant traffic noise (with the window shut). My room was road facing. I did ask for a quiet room but didn't specify away from the road (it was end of corridor). Had I been staying another night I would have asked to move to the back of the hotel.
- Sonia3729 (10/5): Ideal stop over - A good experience. Hotel room clean, tidy, comfy bed, no noise. Nice touches that I haven't seen before in a PI such as water and additional tea bags etc in reception area.
We used the meal deal, food was good value and reasonable for a Brewers Fayre, waiter service cooked breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful, lovely staff in the restaurant and housekeeping staff courteous.
- Chris (8/5): - Enjoyed our stay there. Clean, spacious rooms.
- alistaird7 (10/5): Comfortable stay - Friendly member of staff at check-in. Room clean and quiet. Plenty of free parking. The grounds around the hotel and restaurant could do with some TLC, but that didn't affect my stay.
- nicolabY6611UN (10/5): Great stay - Great place to stay in a lovely place and would come back again, the team are so welcoming and lovely and nice to see such a pleasant hotel.
- fairfieldw (10/5): Great hotel and staff - A great hotel with great staff, outside needs a good clean or paint, but the staff are very helpful and accommodating and make up for it.
- TrevorArgrave (2/5): Putting lives at risk - Premier Inn standards continue to drop. I’ve stayed at lots of Premier Inn’s but it’s such a shame how poorly they are currently being run. We had a fire alarm in the middle of the night and there wasn’t any leadership from the hotel or any visible presence. All guests were left to their own devices and still no communication when guests started going back into the hotel!! I mentioned this at reception in the morning and was told I wasn’t the only person giving that feedback and to ring guest relations for a refund. That wasn’t my intention but the hotel needs to manage fire alarms better. My daughter couldn’t get back to sleep as she was too scared!! Long story short I did ring guests relations - no refund!!
- V5316ILcraige (10/5): Comfy bed, clean room, lovely staff. - Stayed for 3 nights for work, well situated with an adjoining restaurant, a McDonald’s, kfc and an Asda on the same site. Staff are really nice, I would 100% stay here again.
- DeniseH1787 (10/5): I would definitely recommend staying here, in fact I’ve just booked again - From our arrival the staff were extremely helpful, our room was spotless, and we ate in the restaurant at night and breakfast-the food was fabulous. We had a great stay
- alisonoakhaven (6/5): Very tired hotel needs an exterior facelift - Very tired outside to hotel. Interior on a par with other premier inns stayed in.
Stay enhanced by staff in the adjoining Beefeater.
- Takatsouz (4/5): Needed the kids to have a decent night's sleep before our flight the next morning. No-one slept. - No air conditioning. It was unbearably hot in the bedroom. Will not be returning to this Premier Inn again. Needed out kids to have a decent night's sleep before our flight the next morning, no-one slept.
We could keep the curtains open because our ground floor room was next to the car park and some contractors were parked outside our window. They stayed in that van all night, and could see directly into our room if the curtains were open. Some man also banged on our bedroom door after midnight, my partner opened the door to see someone delivering a cake?! The gentleman realised he had got the wrong room. The hotel staff delivered fans to every room, but didn't help. Unfortunately, just blew hot air around, couldn't open the curtains anyway to help air flow in the room. Won't be returning to this one, will ensure the next premier inn we stay in has air conditioning!
- AnnaAsh2688 (10/5): Lovely stay - Lovely premier inn. Staff were excellent, the reception area and availability of extra tea and coffee was great. Had a really good stay thank you!
- L1553SDtb (4/5): Dirty. - We stayed here before making our way across to France. Hotel from the outside is FILTHY, doesn’t look how it does on the photos at all. Bedroom carpet was filthy. Bathroom was old fashioned , dents in the bath, paint missing and just looked overall scruffy and tired. Staff were very good and friendly and breakfast in the pub next door was decent as you’d usually expect from premier type pub. Wouldn’t stay here again very grubby place and not cheap either.
- V8802WTjohnw (6/5): OK for one night but eat elswhere - Hotel Ok but restaurant was in urgent need of upgrade and improvement in food. The food on my first night was just about warm enough not to be sent back and was poor value for what it was, ie not like the photos. the second night I sent the starter back as the plate was covered in greasy thumb prints. the main was fine. Breakfast was plentiful but again only just about warm enough to be passable, not piping hot as it should be. Staff were attentive and did their best, seems like a kitchen staff issue, Restaurant decor tired, seating was actually ripped/split along its length, toilets not working downstairs
- Tbags21 (4/5): Poor for Premier Inn standards - Premier Inn continues too drop in its standards from the good old Lenny Henry Days!
Another Premier Inn that required some atLC - the outside was drab and required a serious paint job. My kids said the place looked haunted 😂
The room was clean but required a modernisation & the corridors had a jippy smell.
The worst part was breakfast - aka dont bother! Not a buffet style as you normally get but have to order what you want from a list for hot food. Chef looked lost and confused and took ages to provide hot food. Start to finish we were in for an hour just to eat breakfast!
Wont stay here again, not value for money on this one guys!
Staff however were very friendly 👍
- KateMoo123 (6/5): Unloved and in need of air con ... - On the plus side, it was a good location, had good parking, comfy beds and was quiet.
However, from the outside the place looks awful, very unloved and unwelcoming. It really needs a lick of paint and lots of TLC. The rooms are ridiculously hot, no air con, a fan was provided but it was both useless and super loud. The windows could only be opened a few inches so you felt trapped. Shame really as Premier Inns are generally reliable, but I would not stay here again if there's a chance the weather's going to be hot!
- Neil08241953 (6/5): Not Premier Inn usual standard - We usually stay in the Ashford North Premier inn which is excellent (but full) so the Eureka Park was second choice. We asked for a ground floor room which we were given with a walk in shower which was very good. Only problems with the room was that we could only get 2 channels on the TV and the pillows were like breeze blocks. We had the meal deal for the restaurant next door, the evening meal was good with good service, however the breakfast was awful, its a large restaurant and there wasn’t enough staff to cater for it. We could see the chef preparing the breakfasts on the pass, however because of the lack of staff they stayed there too long and were cold (the pass didn’t keep them hot) by the time they were served. Both our poached eggs were like hard boiled eggs, hash browns were burnt and black pudding over cooked. The couple beside us ordered before us and we’d finished by the time they got theres. Next time we’ll make sure we book earlier to avoid the eureka park.
- debbiegE4924CH (10/5): Premier inn Ashford (eureka leisure park) - Hotel was perfect for our stay. We needed a bed and evening meal and breakfast for a group of friends. The room was very comfortable and clean and even better was the reception staff. I can’t remember their names but they were very welcoming and asked us about our stay. We felt very comfortable asking any questions we had. They booked us in for the dinner and breakfast deal, if you dont want to eat in a beefeater there is plenty of other options within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely return to this premier inn. Thankyou for our stay
- PeterJSimons (8/5): Good for a stopover - Warm welcome. Accessible room a bit dated. Furniture not very coordinated. Great for a single night. Good disabled parking
- IanPLancashire (8/5): Nice Modern Premier Inn - No complaints either my recent visit here. Large car park with plenty of space. Nice friendly staff on reception. Room was clean and tidy. Modern Premier Inn with a decent Beefeater restaurant next door. Situated on a retail park with the usual outlets nearby.
- AndreaE1648 (10/5): Good stay overall. - The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good, the room comfortable and clean. The car park gets very busy though and there were lots of wasps. Not every room has air conditioning, which is needed in hot weather. Happy with our stay overall and would use again.
- K7026TPalexd (2/5): Very disappointing - I was very disappointed with our experience of this hotel. The room was extremely hot, the building was in need of investment and the service provided by the Premier Inn Guest Relations Team was terrible. I recommend looking for another hotel in the area.
- 782gemmah (10/5): Comfortable Stay with Great Staff and Handy Dining Options - We stayed at Premier Inn Ashford Eureka Park for a quick overnight on our way back from Europe, and the experience was very smooth. Despite booking quite last minute, the staff were really accommodating and made sure we had a quiet room, which we appreciated - thank you to the ladies on front desk last night !
The room itself was very comfortable and up to Premier Inn’s usual standard. A big plus is the range of restaurants just around the corner—super convenient after a long drive with easy drive through options if you're arriving really late or leaving early .
Reliable, friendly, and well located—would definitely stay again.
- K510DZdianel (10/5): Favourite Premier Inn, despite the way it looks from the outside - I stay here whenever it's available for various work related stays. This is one of my favourite Premier inns despite the appalling lack of outside maintenance by Whitbread. But get beyond the outside, and you will find wonderful staff, clean rooms, super housekeeping etc. It is a shame that the 'Big' company can't do anything about first impressions and the terrible outside appearance of this building. Shame on Whitbread! But hooray to the amazing staff who keep this running so well.
- Go51566244081 (10/5): Great stay for wedding. - Had a wedding last weekend, although rooms were hot, had fans in room and sheets if we wanted them. Our rooms had a bottle of wine and chocolates, very much appreciated. Breakfast was good, busy but staff seemed to handle it well. Great staff in hotel.
- Y8313YVsianh (2/5): Don’t stay - Booked weeks in advance to secure a disabiled access room ,I even called them to explain and check I need room suitable and was assured room was right next to reception.
The Room I was given wasn’t the member of staff was rude and was rolling her eyes . Nothing was done not even an apology. I couldn’t acces the bathroom and only just made it through the hotel room door . I’ve been staying at premiers in for as long as there have been premier inns but i would never stay again. Disabled people are just as important as everyone else and to the condescending member of staff who did nothing to help its my legs that don’t work madam not my Brain . Dreadful
- 593gwenm (10/5): Family Wedding Break - Stayed at Ashby premier inn for a family wedding. Check in was quick and finding my room was easy. My room was immaculate and very spacious and the shower was lovely, good pressure. The food in the hotel was great too. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting family in the area.
- N4797JZkerryh (10/5): Greatcstay - Lovely stay, staff extremely friendly and helpful. My wife is disabled and lady on front desk went out of her way to get us a downstairs room.
All staff were amazing and so helpful nothing too much trouble.
Food was good in restaurant and staff there so helpful.
Would definitely stay again
- D5622RQlindsayk (4/5): Bed bugs....... beware - Filthy,dirty hole.
Went to stay on 25/06/2025.
Arrived at 18.00. Went to room and the bed was crawling with bed bugs. I have a video to prove it. Went back to reception only to be told that we would have to move hotel as there was no rooms available. I had travelled 250 miles to go and have A meal with my granddaughter the night before her wedding. I missed the meal as I had to travel to another hotel. Ive been offered £43 compensation which just isn't good enough.
- J6530HUdonaldr (4/5): Avoid, better elsewhere. - This is a fairly tired premier inn badly in need of a revamp. It is busy with a lot of tourist heading to or coming from the channel ports.
Handy for motorway with large carpark. It goes downhill after reception with a rickety lift. The bedroom was clean but that's it.
The very very tired beefeater next door, complete with torn plastic upholstery served dried out chicken and fish dishes in the evening. Breakfast is not buffet style so a wait for a cooked breakfast is involved.
Simply put avoid this combination. I will not go back.
- Happiness15190736659 (10/5): Great stay - We stayed here and travelled to Download Festival. The service was great, the staff were so friendly. Everywhere was so clean and looked great.
- R8100OAbeckyg (10/5): Wedding guests - Great stay stayed here with my friend as we had a wedding local , staff was amazing , rooms clean . Lady on reception was friendly and welcoming, told us how to get to the venue , would defo stay again . Had lots of things close by shops and Starbucks
- christopherr990 (2/5): Appalling - Avoid ! - A very tired Premier Inn. Whilst the room was acceptable the Beefeater next door - in which we had breakfast was not. Dirty and sticky surface on all the tables, uncleared plates and crockery, a breakfast buffet that had very little on it at the time of our visit. The Premier Inn building was surrounded by overgrown gardens full of weeds and the building itself needed a thorough repainting.
Appalling, disgusting and filthy. On our 2nd morning we opted to have breakfast elsewhere in a pleasant cafe in Arundel.
- hull_daniel (10/5): Does the job - Does exactly what it needs to, and at the right price. Friendly and efficient staff, no fuss, basic but at a good value price.
Car parking is simple (as long as you can remember your registration number) and rooms are clean and comfortable. Didn't try the breakfast but suspect it would have been competent.
- markdL5211HA (10/5): Great location for the channel tunnel - A very nice hotel and great friendly staff, good location for the channel tunnel. Always use this hotel if travelling via the tunnel if it’s available. Typical premiere inn rooms, good layout and very comfy beds. Nice and quiet at night too.
- normantalktalk (8/5): Once again, a great stay - I am a great ambassador for Premier Inns as we stay in many travelling round the UK during our retirement adventure. Arriving was a disappointment as the car park is totally disgusting. Full of rubbish and dog ends, needing a good sweep and a good gardener to make something of the nice grounds around. Not the one of the usual Inns that we love. We decided to still give it a try. Glad we did. As soon as we walked into the building it became the Premier Inns that we enjoy.
Reception was by a lovely lady who went through the formalities quickly. Even offered help, if we needed it, for the cases as the room was upstairs in the quiet area. Nice thought for us oldies.
Lovely room but that was expected, Comfy bed with extra pillows, which we need. TV, which we never watch. Tea/Coffee making facility with extra bags etc in reception. Perfect in all ways for our two night stay. Didn’t need a clean etc for that stay and the room was so clean when we arrived.
Only disappointment was the Meal Deal but that is more a Beefeater problem. Although as both are Whitbead I am annoyed in that I still await a refund on the Two breakfast meal deals that I cancelled due to a cold breakfast on the first morning.
- Brady02 (10/5): Excellent week stay - Another great week stay at Arundel premier inn comfortable beds. Stayed in a wheelchair access room due to no standard room but didn’t bother me. Staff been amazing cleaned the room once when I’ve asked them too. This time you have to put in your registration number for parking which isn’t a problem. Not a good signal if you are with o2.
- Mrswebb23 (8/5): Busy place with friendly staff - Not a bad place to spend a night.
Motorway traffic noise pretty loud.
Staff nice and friendly and the meal deal good.
Clean room and bathroom.
Shower rubbish dribbled water.
Nice fluffy pillows and comfortable bed.
Car park to the side looked a bit run down. The outside of the building a bit run down. But the friendly welcome made up for any shortfalls.
- deeblackman71 (6/5): Ok for one night - Looks tired from outside and inside. Cracks on bathroom sink and remit for tv didn’t work very well. Had the dinner/breakfast deal - Breakfast comes without toast but have to guess when cooked breakfast comes out to make the toast yourself so that it’s hot. Also took a long time from ordering for cooked breakfast to arrive. Plenty of choice and staff very friendly. For the price paid was not a cheap hotel to stay in and would find somewhere else to stay if I visited again.
- Wanderer32490434974 (10/5): Lovely stay - The staff made a special effort for families which we really appreciated. They were also flexible about breakfast slots which made a big difference to us that day. Comfortable and clean rooms, and lovely beefeater on site with great service.
- Moth1605 (6/5): Disappointing for more than one reason - I've stayed in Premier Inn hotels before and was looking forward to staying in this one but unfortunately it was rather disappointing.
My room, which was on the ground floor, had a dreadful musty smell, like it hadn't been used for a while. The smell was at times overpowering. The receptionist apologised and said it was because of the drains.
Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I mentioned this to the receptionist the next morning, as did another guest who was there, and she explained that the smoke alarm was very sensitive and may have been set off by someone showering with the bathroom door open. Unfortunately the noise disturbed my sleep and I only slept fitfully after that, waking up feeling drained and exhausted. Not what I was expecting, especially as I had a busy day ahead.
The staff at the hotel were very pleasant, but otherwise my stay at the hotel was not a good experience and I'll be avoiding it in future.
- welshlass47 (4/5): OK visit - Beds are comfortable and staff lovely however like most Premier Inns these days need refurbishments, painting, decorating, new carpets as looking very old and tired. The outside of hotel also needs cleaning and painting.
I have visited twice now through business however will be booking bed and breakfast next time as works out cheaper with better facilities.
