Guest Reviews
- nsU620OS (8/5): Great stay, and staff with a genuine desire for you to have a good stay! - Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Additional items supplied promptly. Although no one sitting doing nothing behind the reception, someone came within seconds of pressing the bell. Unfortunately it didn't begin the best due to an issue with scheduled system upgrade/ communication. However the manager came and accepted responsibility and seemed to have a genuine desire to resolve it -;which he did. First time to the area and they got someone with local knowledge to give me some ideas of local hotspots (thanks Jess) but ALL staff were friendly. Food provided by restaurant next door and very reasonable deal given to guests.
Lovely view of the port as well. Only reason its not a perfect score is because of the issue in the 1st place.
- jameswK6883UK (10/5): It was nice. - Had a nice time,
Very clean rooms and cant wait to come back.
The staff are very helpful.
Jess was amazing and very helpful
- H1021QNadamr (10/5): Very happy with my stay and the hospitality - Great hospitality very friendly staff jo at reception was fantastic very helpful Courtney very helpful friending great smile room was very nice and clean would come again for sure
- Trip62729443037 (10/5): West of Scotland - Killie is a good central area for West of Scotland and the staff go the extra mile to help. Angela the Manager is a credit to Premier Inn.
- Sightseer65374393575 (10/5): Nice stay! - Had a lovely stay, all the staff were very friendly, my room was immaculate, the building does look a little aged however
- lenoreb279 (10/5): Professional - Stayed at the Premier Inn again, the men on the desk joe and sheldon were extremely lovely to deal with and very professional. Helped me with my bags upstairs as well which was lovely and provided me with biscuits and a breakfast on the house! been a while since iv had someone ask and I stay at a lot of premier inns for work. I shall be returning to this one again shall I find myself down in ipswich on my next trip.
Usual clean room, its what you would expect with the premier inn.
- Tollers1988 (10/5): Great experience - Great experience, booking was easy and check in quick and efficient.
Free biscuits were enjoyed by the children!
A must stay!
- D6309SYpamelag (10/5): family friendly stay - friendly staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere on check-in and out. clean rooms and great value for money for a family. kids get free breakfast when 1 adult purchases a premier inn breakfast making the stay more appealing and budget friendly.
the hotel is 24 hour surveillance making you feel safe. location is close to main roads, town centre and hospital.
- Andrewthechef (10/5): Good service - Great welcome, no problem leaving luggage till we checked in later. Great service from Tom. Rooms very clean and lovely breakfast made by my Mauritsio. Overall lovely stay!
- markhP8129ZY (8/5): Amusingly bad customer service at the restaurant. - The room was clean and cell-like as usual.
The bar next door, though...
We went there at 6.25pm. We had not booked. The man said, we have nothing for you until 7.30pm. I pointed at an empty table nearby, with place settings, and asked whether it was booked. He said yes, some time after 7. So it was free, but he said, that's for overspill and we like to keep everyone in one area. That made no sense but we thought, OK. Right next to that there was an area set up for dining, entirely empty.
So we sat in a non-dining area with some snacks. A customer at the next table was served a pretty good-looking meal.
So this was a team effort. We didn't book and the man in charge wasn't into customer service. He could have just told us straight, we'd rather not serve you food.
- annmarieb314 (10/5): All good - Was very welcoming , room was clean and comfortable.
Staff were very helpful.
We had meals next door (cotton mill) food was fine , as expected from a harvester like restaurant.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Very accommodating of allergies.
Was a pleasant atmosphere.
- Cosmopolitan583137 (8/5): Great quality and service.Good value for money. - Reliable good service and quality of room.Very clean unsuite, good night's sleep in very comfortable bed. The adjoining restaurant provided good meals and friendly service. I have stayed here many times in the past and will again in the future.
- Q8852XZjaner (8/5): Top employees - Handy hotel to stay in, 5-10 minute walk to main street. I decided to go with a Premier Inn because you know what you are getting. Breakfast was a plenty, lovely. However, the main pleasure of breakfast was the lovely Mariella (I think that was how to spell her name) such a smile with cheery disposition and a hard worker. That's the kind of greeting you want in the morning. Another employee who I must mention, whom never seemed to stop working, always paying attention, smiling and asking how our day had been was Alan. We asked one evening someone on reception to have our room cleaned the following day. We are a couple who do not expect our room to be done everyday, changing sheets ecetera, it is a non esssential cost to hotels. But mid break thought we would have it cleaned. It wasn't done. My husband went to see reception and it happened to be Alan, he was very apologetic and made sure it was done the next day. He cared about his guests.
One minor observation the stairs, we were only on the first floor, the skirting boards had thick dust, I thought odd because the carpets were very clean.
Enjoyed our stay though, Jane.
- 94royb (4/5): Smelly pub - £125 for one night without breakfast, other family members paid £105 breakfast included? Awful sewerage smell in pub, beds are better than travelodge. Been here a few times but the standard is going down but paying more!
- Passenger61005055386 (4/5): Not a quiet room - Plenty of parking and a decent size room. I was given a ground floor room and that's where the quiet room experience ended.
One could hear every footstep from the room above. It was difficult to sleep and not good if one has to get up at 5 am for work.
Next time I'd be giving Premier Inn Kilmarnock a miss.
- DaveWorkRail (4/5): Premier inn has gone downhill - Stayed in September 25. Good - easy check in, good size room, clean room and bathroom.
Bad - HVAC in room didn’t work, fan provided in room but was useless and only moved the hot air around - the windows did not open, breakfast choice was reduced with no yogurt available for duration of stay. The hotel in general feels worn compared to previous visits and needs a facelift considering high prices charged.
- cerysb445 (6/5): Disappointed - We stayed at the Ipswich South Premier Inn for one night, and unfortunately, this has been the worst experience we’ve had with Premier Inn – and we stay in them regularly all over the country.
The hotel itself feels very outdated, as do the rooms. While the staff in the hotel were friendly and polite, the experience fell apart when it came to breakfast at the Beefeater next door. We always use the adjoining restaurants for breakfast, as it’s advertised in the rooms, but this time we were told they couldn’t seat us.
This was at 8:30 on a Sunday morning, and there were plenty of empty tables around – only one was occupied. The staff told us they had “no space” for a family of five, but from what we could see, it seemed more like they just didn’t want to set up another table. We were left very disappointed, especially as a family of five would have given them good business. We ended up having to take our service elsewhere.
This is the first time we’ve ever been turned away from breakfast while staying at a Premier Inn, and it was both frustrating and disheartening. Friendly hotel staff aside, the poor service at the Beefeater and the outdated hotel make it hard to recommend this location. There are definitely better Premier Inns and hotels in the area
- frankiew479 (10/5): relaxed stay - The staff were super helpful with local knowledge and advise. check-in was quick and informative. the rooms were clean and smelling fresh, of course COMFY beds for a great night sleep, they also have cute little gosh charity shop at the reception area so make sure to bring change as they sell books, bracelets, toothbrush if you have forgotten yours.
good location, in terms of out the way from noise but close enough drive into the town centre or walk to hospital.
- Y3207DQdanielh (10/5): Outstanding Stay at Premier Inn Kilmarnock! - Had a really good stay here. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet – perfect for a good night’s sleep. Big shoutout to the reception staff who were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The location’s handy, parking was easy, and breakfast next door was tasty too. Would definitely stay again!
- bellacO1036WP (10/5): AMAZING STAY - Absolutely amazing stay, from the moment I arrived with the happy, helpful staff at the front desk always going out there way to help to the housekeeping team who are always working hard and even able to take time out there busy day to help and the room was lovely and clean. All staff are more than happy to help.
- 582cassief (10/5): Amazing stay - We had a lovely stay at Ipswich south hotel. Lovely clean room and Sheldon on reception was very helpful and accommodating. We will be back 😃
- taratupps2 (8/5): Good value, but a wee bit tired - If you're planning a short stay in kilmarnock, the Premier Inn is perfectly fine. However, it's in need of a bit of TLC, as it's getting a bit tired, as previous comments stated. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Also if you are looking for a nicer place to eat, try the Cochrane a couple of miles away
- susanfY594FA (2/5): Bathroom cleanliness - The bathroom was very poor. Grouting and silicone around the bath and sink were dirty and black in places. Plug holes were dirty and soap dispenser over the sink was rusty and needed replacing.
- GrandTour36512147155 (4/5): PROBLEMS - OUR ROOM WAS ON THE 2ND FLOOR FOR 3 NIGHTS. OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED ONCE IN OUR STAY SO WE HAD TO BEG, BORROW AND STEAL TOILET ROLLS, TEA BAGS, COOFEE AND SUGAR. WE ONLY TRIED THE BREAKFAST ONCE AND IT WAS NOT GOOD.WE WONT BE STAYING AT PREMIER INN AGAIN.
- beckycB3491RL (6/5): Poor customer service - Family room- double and 2 singles very comfy and clean. Working air conditioning.
Room had hairdryer, tv, hangers, kettle tea & coffee, plenty of sockets, bath with over head shower, towels.
Breakfast was hot and plenty of choice from full English, cereals, yogurts, toast, pastries and fruit, coffee machine
Key card security which makes you feel very safe throughout the hotel. Lift and stairs to higher levels.
Disappointed with a particular member of staff - we got stuck in France overnight as our return ferry was cancelled we arrived back the next day to hotel at 11.01am after getting lost as no charge on phones to use maps we asked staff if any breakfast for us and our 2 children - he was quite rude and blunt - NO finished, even though cereal etc was visable. (I had paid for breakfast throughout our stay) we asked if there was any food that could be available- NO. Not helpful or sympathetic to out ordeal overnight. We just went to room to shower etc my husband came down around 11.30am to see this particular member of staff and another standing behind reception eating plates pilled up with breakfast food, you could say we were very unhappy. I followed up with a complaint and I’m awaiting to hear.
Parking at Minden Place you can buy blocks of 3hrs for around £3.20
- 836geraldines (10/5): Great friendly hotel. - Wonderful staff, room spotless. Will definitely be back. Staff very knowledgeable about local area. Quiet hotel. Loved it.
- moragr288 (10/5): Ideal for a family holiday at decent prices - Alan and Mariela ( breakfast waitress) were great. The breakfast chef also made the only HOT Premier Inn breakfasts I've ever eaten with the best scrambled egg also eaten at a Premier Inn. Nice ,clean and friendly. Super central location. Only negative , where did all the bath towels go ?
Keep the great standards up as I'm coming back in 4 weeks time
- mchught2019 (2/5): Last time we will visit - We have used premier inn all over Britain. Without a doubt this one is shocking and we will never visit again. We start with arrival and a young man who clearly did not want to be there and said the absolute minimum. No pleasantries , he didn't even ask if we were having dinner or breakfast there. This is the worst reception we have ever had in any hotel. Room was dirty, not just wear and tear but inside the toilet was filthy. In addition the room was stiffling hot all night with an inadequate fan. Finally don't be fooled by the claims of unlimited breakfast at the Cotton Mill next door... No such thing as the waitress takes your order and it's one of each item with a very limited range at the Continental selection. We will never return as there are lots of places in Kilmarnock.
- nigelg683 (2/5): Unbearable hot bedrooms - Spent two nights here over the weekend. The room was like an oven. I know they are clear that there is no aircon, but the outdoor temperature didn't seem to make any difference. Window opening restricted to 2 inches, bed made up with sheet only, tiny desk fan running all night. Quality of sleep was very poor. Friendly staff put a brave face on it but I strongly advise prospective bookers to consider if this is going to be a problem for you.
- angelacN6833NN (10/5): Awesome stay - I had an amazing stay at Kilmarnock, all the staff were lovely and very helpful, nice, clean, spacious rooms and a nice restaurant next door.
- Plymouth2007 (8/5): COMFORTABLE 4 NIGHT STAY - Quiet room on 5th floor
Very spacious and clean
Staff friendly and helpful
Only ate breakfast in the hotel once, cooked options were replenished frequently nice selection of other items too
Wifi poor connectivity and slow but was not going to pay extra for premium wifi. In this day hi speed wifi should be standard in all hotels free of charge
Corridors to lift far to warm no air at all
Agree some areas in room could do with some maintenance grouting in shower area and paintwork
Would stay here again if in Jersey
- Discover278463 (10/5): I could easily live in this room! - We Have no negative comments on this Premier Inn! Didn't expect the room to be so good, Didn't expect a fan to be in the room!. Bed comfy, fluffy comfy sheets, choices of firmness of pillows, clean modern bathroom and shower, did not need to bring shower gel, decor modern, overall a lovely room to stay in. Oh, and don't forget the ample free parking spaces. Greeted well at reception. Excellent all round 👏
- Harding1000 (8/5): Good location - The
hotel is in a good location about 10 mins from town. Staff friendly. I had a premium room. I was only given hand towels so I asked for a room clean after a few days. On the premium rooms you get extras such as water, coffee and chocolate. Its a bit frustrating having to ask for these things at reception if you dont opt for a room clean. I requested chocolate at reception but I never arrived. Small moan, but you pay for these things extra in the room so they should be there. I paid just under £800 for 5 nights. Room was too hot and windows dont open. I never like the noise of aircon.
I liked all the washing items in the bathroom and coffee machine and fridge.
The restaurant is very quiet and prices reasonable.
I paid for a taxi from the airport, £20. Got a bus back to the airport as its only £2.55 and takes about 45 mins.
I recommend a heritage card if you want to see all the attractions.
As a solo female traveller, the hotel and Jersey are very safe. Jersey is much busier than I expected, but very nice.
- gsQ981HF (10/5): Thoroughly recommended - For low budget prices we were delighted with the rooms at this Premier Inn. The manager Alan and his team were very friendly and no problem was an issue. Breakfast was well worth the additional payment and offering a good selection of hot & cold food. Definitely well worth a stay.
- S2629LIdavidt (10/5): Ideal - We stopped here for one night to break our journey and extend our holiday.
We were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner and helped to book a table in the adjoining Beefeater at a convenient time, despite their being very short staffed.
The room was made up and well presented.
Our 7 year old Granddaughter is very happy - and so are we.
Thank you.
- FellowTraveler728103 (6/5): Good sleep but work to be done - The staff are hard working and friendly, but the hotel desperately needs a makeover and senior management need to be aware that one bath towel between two people is completely unacceptable
- OmaD68 (10/5): Best nights sleep I've had in ages - The large bed was very comfortable, my son said his bed was comfortable too, so a good night's sleep was had by both of us.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I booked for us to have breakfast too. As you order your food, it was hot and tasty.
- JillMad (2/5): Described as Pet Friendly in the Trip Advisor search, it wasn’t. No bed for the night for elderly woman. - This hotel appeared when I put ‘ Pet friendly hotels in Ipswich ‘ in my trip advisor search and so I booked it. I arrived with my dog after a 5.5 hour drive from North Yorkshire and was told ‘no dogs’. Despite explaining my position including that I was in Ipswich because my brother was on life support in Ipswich hospital and not expected to survive, there was no flexibility. Neither the manager nor customer services would help. Assistance dogs are allowed so it’s not an objection to dogs per se. I ended up without a bed for the night in very difficult personal circumstances. It seems that Premier Inns values rules over customer’s needs.
- 603bets (8/5): Home and away - Hotel was quite safe and staff where very helpful nice and professional, easy to get to town centre and main routes , room was nice clean and beds comfy
- RhiMason (10/5): Lovely experience - Comfy beds, friendly staff, lovely little touches for the Ed gig, very clean, spare pillows and duvet too, all round a nice hotel.
- Travel35955712975 (10/5): A very pleasant stay. - Very easy convenient parking on site, upon arrival receptionist was very friendly and informative , the room as expected was very clean with a comfortable bed.
- Navigate61118606442 (8/5): Pleasant stay - Good location with free parking. Very helpful reception staff on arrival. Our room was clean and as expected with a very comfortable bed. Attached restaurant serving breakfast from 6.30am - 10.30am was very convenient. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
- OnAir08085998958 (10/5): Perfect location for my onward journey all very close to the motorway and nice to have the restaurant on site. - Great location and very friendly happy staff .
Very nice room with excellent free car parking.
The desk manager was so friendly and helpful with regard to arranging the restaurant for me at a very short notice.
This location is perfect for onward travel ,I will definitely return to this hotel.
- Dream64845388502 (10/5): Golf - Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly
Bed is very comfortable and the pillows are very fluffy.
Room was very clean
Got a fan
- Quest66726814846 (10/5): Shout out to Alan - Great warm friendly reception. Alan was fabulous and helpful and did more than expected to make our stay restful and comfortable.
Highly recommended
Appreciate the extra mile he went to accommodate us
His interaction with staff is professional and respectful too
- S2210PDkayg (8/5): Stay premier inn kilmarnock - No assisted room and tv broken. However overall it still remains a good comfortable clean place to stay to visit my realtives
- markhP8129ZY (10/5): Exemplary customer service. - The room was as expected: clean and airy.
The customer service was outstanding.
Visiting the local hospital from the Isle of Arran, I was unsure about how many nights to book. After one night it looked as though the ferry home might be cancelled. Looking to book two more nights, I had difficulties doing it online.
The person on reception was called Angela. She did the booking for me. I won't bore anybody with the details but she encountered some issues with my request. Not only did she get stuck in to resolve them, she worked at it until I not only had a room but a favourable price too, without having to change rooms for the third night.
This is an employee who is not satisfied with the extra mile. She brought goodwill, determination and intelligence to the task, even though she knew that I may have to cancel one or both of those nights.
In the end, I cancelled night three. After all her work, she was even gracious about that.
I worked 20 years in education and 10 in retail. In my experience, that standard of professionalism is not the norm. I was seriously impressed and I hope she sees this review and takes it as a "thank you".
- E2321QQneilh (6/5): Up the Service - This hotel needs an update in servicing. Kiosks broken on arrival - so why send me a QR code to scan. ‘Oops’ signs in lift for the four nights we were there. Restaurant - don’t bother. We tried to eat one night - 50 minute wait and ‘sorry, we have no fish, no steak, no chicken’. But we do have all the desserts. So we left. And why do I have to ask for my room to be serviced? I pay for it so just do it. And when I asked for the room to be cleaned - ‘oh, we are only doing bins and towels today’. GET A GRIP. This is a hotel chain not a hostel chain. Seriously not good enough. Shame really as the hotel is well located , quiet and clean. Hence three stars and not one.
- Edjohnston (8/5): Alan on the reception desk five star - We stayed here last week five couples for three nights ,to attend a family funeral We all had a rooms on the third floor the room was clean but pretty tired . The clothes hook on bathroom door was missing and paint work badly marked The plus side you get a good nights sleep in a premier inn bed. Alan on reception resolved any minor issues that any in our party group had.
- Hushinish (4/5): Great Staff Let Down by a Tired Product - Stayed for one night and, unfortunately, this was probably my poorest Premier Inn experience to date.
The staff were the highlight — warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. I actually felt sorry for them, as they’re clearly doing their best while having to deal with guests disappointed by the state of the property.
The product itself is very tired and worn, and it’s clear that the hotel is in urgent need of refurbishment. This just doesn’t reflect the consistency and quality Premier Inn is known for — particularly when it comes to comfort and quality of sleep, neither of which were delivered here.
Come on, Premier Inn — this property needs attention to bring it back in line with your usual standards.
- HenrietteS346 (4/5): An ok place sleep, that’s about it. - Positives:
Decent bed, clean enough, quiet.
Negatives:
The WiFi was an absolute joke. The ultimate WiFi was supposed to be able to stream? Don’t make me laugh, it was barely good enough to be able to use messenger.
Should’ve been told at arrival one would have to tell the reception we’d like a room turn-over.
Paid for the premium room for better WiFi and a coffee machine. There was a total of 2 pods when we arrived, two different coffees.
When we finally realised we had to ask to have our room done we were thankfully given 4 pods of the same coffee.
Next day, another room turn-over request but then nothing happened???? The card was placed back in our room but nothing was done inside, and ofc no more coffee.
Stayed at a few premier inns and this one is the first I’ve thought I never want to stay at again, unfortunately.
EDIT: Premier Inn didn’t allow this review to be submitted to TripAdvisor through their questionnaire because of “profanities”. The text above is copied and pasted from said review.
- M3729VWsteve (8/5): Enjoyed our visit. - The room was fine. We slept well and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We were lucky enough to visit in a heatwave and the outside garden patio/play area was a great suntrap, perfect for drinking beer and getting some sun but with one issue : the garden furniture is very old, decrepit and in places rotted. My wife lost a beer when I sat down and everything moved. The staff kindly replaced it. Whilst it was amusing watching other customers deal with these very unstable tables and chairs and having the same issues as us, there could be more serious issues if someone became injured from a collapse of this furniture, possibly even with liability issues...
Food wise, an average offering from this type of hotel. Unlimited breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The two women running breakfast did their job very well and everything ran like clockwork.
I would be very happy to visit again.
- paulcM5350JL (10/5): Thankyou Alan, and your team for a fantastic stay. - Thank you for a brilliant stay, from the warm welcome by reception on check in, to the final goodbye on leaving. The standard of the room was very high, clean, and fresh. The bathroom was spotless. The room was very quiet during the night with a peaceful sleep. I stayed for 2 nights at the end of my time in Jersey. The staff were so friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Dinner on my first night was exceptional and to a high standard. I started with the chicken goujons, followed by a very tasty steak cooked to perfection. The meals at premier inn all over the uk are from the same basic menu, but the friendliness of the staff and the quality are what counts and here at Bath street they shine out......the bonofii cheesecake was one of the best I have had in a long time. Breakfast on both days was of a high standard with quality and choice. The whole stay was excellent and made special by the whole team....well done Alan and thank you again. I will definitely be back when in Jersey.
- LoveTravel778909 (4/5): Jersey superb visit. - Premier Inn, Bath Street.
Our room was the typical room we expect from Premier Inn. However, the service was poor, meals were absolutely basic, and the breakfast was so bad, fried eggs that were supposed to be freshly cooked were like egg frisbies. Continental breakfast, don't make me laugh, no cooked meats or cheese, no fruit (apart from a couple of apples). No yoghurt. Sausages been cooked for hours before, bacon frazzled under the light that keeps them hot. Reception, automatic check in, both terminals out of use for all of our stay. Only one lift in use as the other was stuck on the 4th floor for the whole of our stay. Our room, VERY SQUEEKY floorboards in bathroom, I shudder to think what the room below us could hear? They must have been disturbed by the noise of our floorboards. I honestly think that this hotel should have a visit from a "secret shopper" this would highlight the problems with the hotel and some of the staff. I paid for a superior room, the wi-fi was supposed to be upgraded but I could only access the free wi-fi which was not good.
Staff training. I think as a whole they could do with a little basic training on how to speak to customers.
Staff training. I think as a whole they could do with a little basic training on how to speak to customers. Not refer to customers as "darling". Bathroom had a bath in it, which became very slippery and probably a danger to an elderly customer when having a shower. We asked for a bath mat but a tiny bath towel was provided. We did ask again and we received the bathmat on our 3rd night's stay. I think that proper non slip bath mats should be provided and not have to be requested for at reception.
I have sent the above review to Premier Inn, hopefully they might act on it.
Bath Street is a little out of the way for most of the amenities of St Helier It's 30 minute walk from Liberty bus station, maybe a little less if you are young and fit and not wheeling 2 suit cases.
Don't hire a car, the parking is horrendous. We travelled on the buses on a 3 day bus pass. Excellent bus service. Get the bus from the airport to St Helier every 15 minutes or so and reasonably priced, £5.60 for a couple. Do take the road train from Liberty Square to St Aubin, a beautiful town to visit and have lunch. 35 minutes each way with a great commentary on the islands history. War tunnels are worth a visit as is the German gun turret at St Catherines.
Another visit we enjoyed was to the Jersey pearl showroom. The drive through Corbiere is spectacular and not to be missed. Get the bus to all the attractions.
We will definitely return to Jersey, but maybe another hotel.

- ianbS8912NA (10/5): Top marks for Manager Alan - Great service and customer focus from all the team especially Alan as Manager.
Breakfast was fab and no shortage of availability each morning
Evening drinks were accommodated well even though we were a large group
We had a lot of kids with us also and they were welcomed just as much
- lauracQ230DL (10/5): Great hotel 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 - Would highly recommend this fantastic hotel with very friendly and hospitable staff.
Our family room & all hotel facilities were spotlessly clean, tidy and very comfortable. Our breakfast each morning was delicious, freshly cooked and plenty of variety to suit all, all catering staff were lovely and polite.
Special thanks to Alan, Billie, Emily and all the girls who made a fuss over our little boy, you all made our holiday a delight and look forward to coming back again to Jersey.
- 75ciaranm (10/5): Great family/group holiday - Had a great trip as we were a big group on a children's rugby tour. Staff were excellent especially Alan who did everything possible to make us feel welcome, providing recommendations and answering the many questions we had. Would highly recommend.
- AndyI691 (8/5): Slightly disappointed but still good value - A very convenient and easy location for an overnight visit. The road noise was minimal considering the location near a roundabout. The building interior is perhaps needing a refresh and the room was very bland. The lack of a second armchair in the double room despite plenty of space was disappointing. Overall it was good value but the breakfast was a bit tasteless compared to other Premier Inns we've stayed at. The Haddock and chips in the evening compensated, the fish was excellent and the chips great with the skins on.
- amydC3203XZ (4/5): Loud doors for early hours and No phone signal - Great beds as always for a premier inn, the tv worked and we really enjoyed the bath and shower.
However our room smelled of damp and the corridor doors were very loud starting at 4am! No phone signal and very poor WiFi without upgrading made communication so tricky and ment we couldn’t even make phone calls without experiencing issues.
