Guest Reviews
- annehO9961VW (4/5): Disappointing decline in the fabric and care of this hotel - Having used this particular hotel at least twice a year over the last 14 years we have sadly watched it decline.
Needs refurbishing badly . On entering the room the lights were already on and we were unsure if the room had been prepared . The package containing the spare pillows was not secured which has been in place since Covid . Stained chair , tv remote difficult to use as in poor condition . These issues have been the case for our last few stays and in complete contrast to other Premier inns we use eg Thirsk and Penrith which are much better quality .
- Dazmeister22 (10/5): Very pleasant one night stay - Decent Premier Inn very friendly staff our waitress at breakfast Hanne was charming and very helpful. Great breakfast and good value evening meal. Excellent value for money.
- 394olliew (10/5): Fantastic stay - Had a lovely stay. The hotel is well located along the sea front and the room was well presented, clan and have a fantastic view out onto the sea. Cleanliness was brilliant I couldn’t find 1 thing wrong with anything. Room allocation was spot on. Joe was very helpful booking and accommodating for my needs
- Bubbles73uk (10/5): Excellent for an overnight stopover - I've stayed at many Premier Inns over the years and this is quite an old one but the bedroom was clean and comfortable with good facilities.
Receptionist at check-in was absolutely lovely - very engaged and welcoming.
I would stay here again.
- 718robn (6/5): Mostly ok - A little bit of a walk from the main drag but we were ok with that as we had checked out the location online before booking. Right next to the Pleasure Beach (which was closed as we visited a week after the schools went back!!).
Ok value for money but disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Bathroom and coffee making area was dirty and half a bottle of cognac had been left on the floor behind the curtain suggesting the curtains don’t get moved when vacuuming.
The Beefeater attached had mostly friendly staff apart from our second morning when the stressed out woman running the breakfast sitting really wasn’t coping and had a go at us for not booking a time slot (even though we specifically asked the night before if we needed to…) but the food was pretty good, mostly.
- 343moiraw (2/5): Never again. - Started off badly when ignored at reception whilst receptionist and relief manager finished their conversation about spoons. Went down twice later regarding the cleanliness but no one on reception. Never have I seen such lack of cleanliness in a Premier Inn room. To pay £95.00 for room only at this standard is a disgrace. I will not be using them again.
- I2705WYrileym (4/5): Terribly made room - The room for which I paid for was poor as it was a family room with a single bed a double bed of adequate quality but the small cot fit for a person about 5ft 7in was soild as if sleeping on a slab of wood as well as the view of which I paid extra for was completely non existent as the single bed was covering the window
- 672lyndae (2/5): Poor customer service, filthy restaurant and stinking room - Was put in a room that had someone smoking in and we couldnt breathe. Requested at reception to be moved was told id have to drive to another hotel. Explained I didnt book a different hotel and I expected to be moved to a clean room. Eventually after a long time wrangling with Paula the miserable receptionist we were moved. Both rooms were not clean nor the bathrooms
Restaurant next day for breakfast- pastries burnt, bread stale and the eggs were under cooked and snotty.
Contacted PI before leaving a review and got a response basically calling me a liar, but giving me a 'goodwill' half of first night payment refund.
Whenever family visit from overseas they have used premier inn, not anymore.
Zero customer service and really nasty dirty hotel. Unbelievably on our last trip we decided to try travelodge... half the price and clean!
- ACP1963 (8/5): Good for a premier inn. - Good for a Premier Inn (quite a few are going downhill lately). Room was okay, apart from 2 broken light switches. Road noise tolerable. Restaurant next door is pretty good. I’ll be back next year.
- F7742EOjanep (10/5): Two night weekend stay. - We stayed two nights and we were very impressed with the hotel. It was our first time staying at this Premier inn; we have stayed in many around the country. I must say this is one of the best we have stayed in. The staff were extremely helpful and our room was spotless. Special thanks to Hazel in the restaurant who was extremely welcoming and professional in approach each morning. Our breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the meal and cocktails were very good. We will certainly return. Thank you.
- Womble123 (10/5): Very happy with overall experience, cleanliness and general friendliness - We were very happy with the double room we had. Our other members of family had a family room. The cleanliness was very good, Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room and more was easily obtained by reception. A clean shower, a TV with lots of channels, a hairdryer supplied also. Plenty of sockets for chargers and we had a sea view. Breakfast was included and it was good value. You could have as much as you wanted, as many times as you wanted. There was continental, fried, cereals , and bottomless tea, coffee, fruit juices. Everyone would find something to eat. Reception staff very attentive and polite Highly recommended.
- T4235TZianb (10/5): Excellent stay - Stayed here from the 14th of October to the 30th 2025.
I've stayed in quite a few premier inns up and down the country and I can honestly say this one is by far the best.
All the staff here are really helpful and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
But I must give a special mention to Ruth.
This lady is so caring and goes above and beyond to help you with what ever you may need.
Ruth is a credit to the premier inn chain.
- alexsM1243QP (10/5): Staff - Excellent staff went out there way to help make our stay the best they could
Went above and beyond what we would have expected
- Scenic26802 (10/5): Excellent Service - Last week my partner and I stayed two nights at this hotel and were checked in by the lovely Ruth on reception. On entering our room it was extremely cold and we were unable to adjust the control box on the wall so went back to report this to Ruth. She was the only member of staff on duty so was having to deal with a busy check in desk besides any issues which arose. She soon found time however to come to our room but was unable to fix the heating problem, so give us another (warm) room. She even assisted us with moving our belongings and when we returned later in the evening after going out for a meal there was a bottle of wine waiting for us. This is what I call dealing with a problem in the correct way. Thankyou Ruth

- sarak649 (10/5): Perfect as expected - Qe have stayed in many Premier Inns and Great Yarmouth was exactly as expected. Spotlessly clean, friendly and efficient staff, amazing beds, first class from start to finish.
- Dr_Waugh (8/5): Two night stay - I stayed for two nights when in the area for work. One night I ate in and one night I ate out. The meal in is reviewed under the BeafEater.
The room was disappointingly on the first floor and had a semi car park view. I say semi as the roof of the BeafEater interrupted the car park view.
The room was a good size and without the normal single bed, just a chair instead. It could have done with a suitcase rack.
The room was a good temperature with working aircon. The sleep was good too. The bathroom was a modern shower only but the shower wasn’t bad. A soak in a bath would have been nice though.
I’ve stayed here a few times over the years. I think I’ll try something new next time.
- 988grahamv (10/5): myself and my partner enjoyed loads - we had a very nice 3 night stay which was most relaxing and enjoyable we will both be coming back next year and we will be staying for longer then just 3 nights
- stewartb933 (2/5): Gone down hill - I'm so sorry to see what has become of this once fantastic hotel
I will start with the good points
Reasonable price
Plenty of parking, remember to put your car reg in the system on arrival, or you will be fined
Fantastic views across the Clyde
Nice breakfast
Now for the bad points
We have been coming to this hotel for a number of years and have always enjoyed our stay. But we have not been for a few years since our last visit. The place has gone downhill
Very dated rooms with damaged furniture
Dirty carpets in the room
Paper thin toilet roll provided
Hardly any on reception on checking out there was no one there to ask how our stay was, so I had to just put the room keys in a box
The restaurant/ bar is very limited, and when it is open, many items on the menu are not available
Very poor choice of beer and possibly the most obnoxious bar manager I have ever met
I'm sorry to say we won't be back
- ATraveller363 (6/5): I liked the views over the Clyde. - Premier Inns are fine for me and this one sticks to the tried and tested formula. Good price, comfy bed and a restaurant next door serving breakfasts ...... lunch and dinner.
This one on the outskirts of Greenock is overlooking the Clyde.
Car parking is first come first served basis.
Not as good as the last time I stayed as what was a Brewers Fayer restaurant/pub next door has been taken in house and is now exclusively for Premier Inn customers, every time I walked past it looked like hardly any customers and on occasion all the lights were off. Needless to say I didn't bother when there's other options nearby.
- Freezer1800 (4/5): Not a room with a view - I booked this room as a stopover before making our way to Potters Resort Hopton-On-Sea. The accommodation itself is quite comfortable and accessible. The views from the room are not what you’d expect. It appears to be a dumping ground for the fair attraction next door. The Beefeater restaurant attracted to the hotel was very busy the night we went. The servers were very busy but did their best and were friendly.
- 49nicko (4/5): Great Yarmouth premier inn - Hotel was lovely however the Beefeater was a different story.
Very Disappointing Experience
Visited for Sunday lunch and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was poor quality and definitely not worth the money. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t any better — the cleanliness of the dining area was shocking. There was food on the floor, and we had to ask staff to clean it up.
What’s worse, the hygiene practices were unacceptable. A waitress was cleaning tables, then handling dirty dishes without gloves, and immediately serving food to other guests. Absolutely disgusting and a serious health concern. Would not recommend.
- L1393VOsimonl (4/5): Poor - Food average for the price and Bar shuts at 10pm this is totally unacceptable when you are in the middle of know where and pay an a premium to be in the middle of a s hole.
- Travel54216324287 (6/5): Bad nights sleep! - One of the main problems we had during our stay was the heat in the room. The air con would only go down to 19, which was not cold enough for a good nights sleep. I did ask the question at Reception, but their reply was 'It only goes down to 19'! Nothing more. Don't forget the windows do not open! Our other gripe was the lack of storage. There was not one drawer in our room (220), and limited hanging space. We stayed for 4 nights, so had to live out of our suitcases.
- MarianaVsto (6/5): Excellent location, but cleaning needs improvement. - Excellent location, nice atmosphere, but room needed thorough cleaning, especially the carpet, around the coffee machine area and the bathroom.
- samwM7833WU (4/5): Worst premier inn we’ve stayed in - Hotel is in nice area with comfy enough bed and working TV, were the only positives. We paid £178 for 2 nights (including breakfast). Breakfast is 7:30am-11am. We went down for it at 9:45, the options were extremely limited, no apple juice left, water machine was broken and no cold milk for cereal… only warm milk from the coffee making machine. We slept horrendously as can hear everything going on in hotel and sounded like the room above was going to come through the ceiling when walking about in their room! Tried to have a shower and the water kept randomly turning piping hot every 2 minutes. Also hairdryer is ok but advise bringing your own as it’s one where you have to keep finger on button to use it.
- bonniebW5117DF (10/5): Warm welcome as always - Our yearly visit to Grantham to meet up with friends and family and once again a warm, friendly welcome as we walked through the door . Our family room was spotless, and we had a large bag of popcorn waiting for us as the hotel was promoting movie night and even supplied a list of movies on for the night. I felt this was a lovely touch and the kids enjoyed it. See you next year!
- deniseandcolined2016 (10/5): A 5 star premier inn for others to take note of - Stayed at this premier inn back in July and i would like to say what a pleasant experience it was . Room was very good with a sea view and very quiet.
Booked in for evening meal and breakfast and although they were very short of staff those that were there did there job really well. Evening meal was lovely and breakfast was also very good
- emmagL2460XY (2/5): Faulty towers ! - Massive disappointment from the start! Beware of room 28 on the ground floor the worst premiere inn we have stayed at by far , from the dodgy electrics where we feared being electrocuted when turning on the light by the bed the bathroom fan which was so noisy and actually done nothing for the steam ! The shower which every 5 seconds changed between scalding hot water to freezing cold which was fun and when you need the tv to block out the noise of the dodgy fan and for some light without being electrocuted only to find the remote didn’t work & the previous guests hair in the bath and clingy on to the tiles ! For the price we paid to stay here for one night we are extremely disappointed ! AVOID at all costs !!! Also we did request to change location to the Lincoln premiere inn and was told that transferring is not allowed!
- johndO7839IF (8/5): Grantham Premier Inn. - Stayed for two nights in August while visiting the area. Good rooms, but due to the hot weather it was very warm on a night, with only a fan and a partially opened window. They do not have Air conditioning. 😥. The hotel was next to a Brewers fayre restaurant and you could get a all you can eat breakfast. Evening meals are also available at reasonable prices.
- tattooedscottishgirl (6/5): Saturday Overnight Stay - Myself & my girlfriend paid £61 for a Double Room - we were given Room 106.
I immediately noticed a couple of spiders on the ceiling so it cannot have been dusted properly. There were stains on the desk chair also. We were happy that this room was facing onto the water (you could see boats go by etc).
We both woke up in the morning with the worst neck/shoulder/back pain - we assumed the mattress was just completely done and in need of replacing only to discover there was a mattress topper on top of the dead mattress! The pelmet was also too long and let a lot of light in.
We just want to give a wee shout out to George the Receptionist as he helped us out when we were in a bit of situation with a dodgy taxi driver.
Overall, probably wouldn’t return as we would have no reason to ever be back in Greenock again.
- W4436DBthomasl (4/5): Cleanliness issue - Room/hotel looked modern with a great view. Unfortunately the room itself was not clean, with marks under the desk, on the wall, on the tea tray and mould in the shower.
- S3197ROdavidc (10/5): Excellent Hotel for a Short Break - First stay at this hotel and will stay here again when next in the area.
Room excellent especially stunning shower and comfy bed. Great view of the sea from the room , which you do pay an extra £5 for, but worth it. Easy access to beach from hotel, which was great.
Due to location there are not any restaurants within walking distance , therefore you either go to Beefeater in hotel , get a taxi or risk losing your free parking space.
We decided to choose Beefeater meal deal. Evening meal was disappointing, breakfast was excellent.
I cannot fault the hotel and would stay here again but perhaps Premier Inn should give more alternatives for customers, e,g, list of takeaways/restaurants close to hotel , than Beefeater as the evening meal was the only thing that let down our stay.
- paulwM1402GL (10/5): Colin on resection at your Grantham hotel - My review is about a member of staff at Grantham
Hi name is Colin on reception
He was so helpful to me on a 5 week business stay
Colin deserves to be recognised for his customer service
- catherinefI582BH (8/5): So quiet, attentive staff,we will be back next year! - Great location for travel in Inverclyde area, visiting relatives. The quietest premier inn we have ever stayed in over twenty years.Cleanliness excellent, staff very approachable, attentive and so helpful. We stayed ground floor, near lift no hassle even though disabled to get luggage to room,no corridor noise over three nights, room woodwork shabby but place is getting makeover soon.Bathroom excellent,we asked no room cleaning at reception over the stay we were very happy ,so much so we will be back next year.
- Mertalbrown (2/5): Worst Premier Inn - This was the worst Premier Inn ive ever stayed at.
I booked a double room and was given a twin which was in a very bad condition with marks on the walls, damaged table, leaking shower, bath panel hanging off and dirty cups.
The staff were very rude and would not listen. This carried on when i went for dinner, we have a £30 meal allowance added when we book but i was told that if i didnt take the meal deal i would get no breakfast even though the room rate i had booked included breakfast.
The restaurant staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and spoke down to me like it was the first time i had been away from home.
After taking the meal deal to keep the peace im still waiting on my dessert.
I dont recomend anyone stay in this dump and Premier Inn should be ashamed of themselves for letting this hotel get so bad.
- bwww11 (4/5): Poor experience - Run down hotel, paint peeling from walls. £150 a night and free WiFi is garbage. Have to pay extra £5 for WiFi then go through claiming expenses just to use internet for work. Its a wonder they don't charge you extra for Electric and water, boil the kettle - thats an extra 50p please!
- sharonbI2086WL (4/5): Won't be rushing for a return visit - We had premier room with sea view for 4 nights. Room was good and sea view was lovely to have but obviously paid extra for that.
We paid in advance for meal deals with the attached Beefeater which includes dinner and breakfast. Definitely got the impression you are second class diners if you have the meal deal so avoid unless no other option.
- kerry1323 (2/5): Just awful - Stayed for 2 nights, restaurant was closed 1st nigh which the clerk who checked me in advised then went on a rant about staffing issues and poor management, room wasn't the cleanest. 2nd night dined in the restaurant the steak was god awful full of fat less than half of it edible (chef apparently didn't notice when cooking it). Fire alarm went off at 0130, night clerk made no attempt to direct guests outside to the muster point. WiFi was so slow I ended up watching Netflix via my 4g. Overall I wouldn't recommend
- Maz1952 (10/5): wonderful - Had a wonderful 3 day break. We could not fault it in anyway. Receptionists so friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean, never seen so many power points and lights, and of course their famous bed and pillows. This was our second visit and can't wait for the third. Thank you all.
- mikejthx1138 (10/5): Nice quiet night - very clean and tidy room. - We only stayed the one night but found the place to be quiet and well maintained. Our room was spotlessly clean (which makes a nice change) and Karen the receptionist was a pleasure to deal with - being both professional and chatty, which is quite a difficult one to pull off. Not every Premier Inn meets the standard of this one but the staff made it a place we would return to.
- sharonrT1729NP (10/5): Really nice experience - We stayed for one night, nice and clean, friendly staff, great breakfast . As with most premier inns they catered very efficiently and safely for my coeliac husband
- B3069ADedithd (4/5): Unhappy - I returned as we had a really good experience 2 years ago. I am disabled so need an accessible room, so an accessible room was asked for. The room was not that way. Thankfully I did not need my wheelchair as I would not have been able to get around the room as there was no room to move I was nearly able to use my walker. The bathroom had a narrow bath with a shower and curtain, no anti slip mats. I felt very unsafe.
- S796URellenh (10/5): Amazing stay - Highly recommend staying at this premier inn we loved our stay perfect location for the beach, Great Yarmouth pleasure beach staff are brilliant
- mrsnoopy1 (2/5): DON'T stay here! - This hotel was the option we chose because of its location to the Highland Games in Dunoon Scotland. I've never seen such an impossible layout to take luggage to a room before. There is one entry/exit point and we had to literally carry our 50lb suitcases up a flight of stairs after we had to walk the length of the building through numerous doorways with closed doors that opened in different directions all the way through. It was all we could do to get the door open and all of our bags through each door, (at least 5 doors). There was no other exit to even get out of the building. How this isn't a fire hazard, I don't know. The room was basic which was fine, but the bathtub is dangerous because the sides of the tub are angled which narrows the area for your feet. I nearly fell but I grabbed the towel bar and saved myself. The building pictures on the website are not representative of the reality in any way. This hotel needs an update desperately or the pictures need to be realistic. It's dark and dingy and feels dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I did allow the company to respond to my concerns and I've gotten no response at all. So obviously, customer service is not a priority anymore than their hotel. If you see good reviews and pictures, don't believe your lying eyes because it's a big chain of hotels and what you're seeing is probably regarding a different property.
- 26conniev (4/5): Wouldn't stay again, but we thought is was our only option. - Hotel exterior is not well maintained, interior is dark and dingy, and dirty.
Our room was adequate, but also wasn't clean. I used bleach wipes to clean before we unpacked.
We had rooms at the far end of the winding corridor - and hauling luggage through 5-6 doors with luggage wasn't rough. There's only one way in...a door near the front desk, and I would estimate our room was 100 yards away. Part of our party was put in a room only accessible by stairs, and had a hard time getting luggage to/from the room.
- kevincJ1153OC (10/5): Great clean accommodation - A great location with friendly staff. Clean and tidy with easy access from the A1.
Good breakfast from the attached Brewers Fayre restaurant and bar.
- wonhunt (10/5): Great place, nice restaurant & fantastic staff - Nice Premier Inn and Nice restaurant with good food... Staff was great, Colin was very helpful and welcoming to all the visitors checking in and exceptionally helpful when they needed assistance or help throughout their stay. Great place and I am looking forward to returning on my stay next week.
- claireeaston709 (10/5): Great stay for where we needed to be - I had a one night stay in Greenock to attend a cruise ship visit (The Celebrity Eclipse).
This hotel was located just a 5 minute drive from the port making it a great choice. Room was very spacious for 2 of us (think we maybe had a family room) and very comfy beds.
We also ate at the onsite restaurant - no frills but lovely every day pub food.
Only negative was a large fan had been placed in the room but was thick with dust/stew so didn’t want to turn on for this to then blow around the room.

- Technibabe59 (6/5): Good location - Hotel was in convenient location. No air con in room but the did provide a fan. Had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Friendly helpful staff.
Breakfast next door was rather disappointing and not up to brewers fayre usual standards. Hash browns were like rocks and tasted old. We did however go down at 8am instead of earlier when fresh.
- roryfitzgeraldf (6/5): Not the usual premier inn standard - Not a great premier inn. Rooms tired. No purple light! The bedside table was dirty, noise from corridor. Breakfast was great though as was pub night before.
- 844nippysweetie844 (8/5): Choose Premier for a premier service! - You can always rely on Premier Inn for a decent mattress! We always get a good sleep, which is extremely important when you have travelled all day. The breakfast and the evening meal were both excellent - great value (we had a meal deal) and very tasty options for vegetarians. Excellent staff service too - very warm and friendly welcome from reception and waiting staff. We chose the hottest day to stay - thankfully a fan was provided! Highly recommended overall.
- Limarasian (6/5): Good Hotel - Bad Restaurant, suggest you eat elsewhere - I can’t fault the actual hotel itself - it’s a premier Inn and you know what you’re going to get. This hotel didn’t disappoint from that perspective. Clean, simple and very comfortable beds. Extra tea, coffee etc available in reception was a nice touch.
Unfortunately the same couldn’t be said for the linked restaurant where the food, service and general attitude was pretty poor.
We paid in advance for a meal deal package. I have used this many many times before when travelling for work and never had any problems. Sadly this was not the case this time. The staff who came to take my order had no clue on what drinks were included in the package which resulted in her running back and forth to get answers to my question. Which was quite simple “ what cider can I have if I pay the upgrade” After 3 attempts and being told I could only have larger even though it clearly says cider on their advert. It ended in me asking her to take me to whoever she is asking the question of and after some eye rolling on her part she finally agreed to give me cider. It wasn’t like I was asking to have it for free, I was prepared to pay.
Next came our starters, I ordered chicken and was brought tomato soup! In fairness they did sort that quickly. My steak course was not good it tasted of cleaning fluid, I have no idea how they managed that.
Breakfast was equally disappointing with lots of missing items and empty dishes even at 8am. I waited for replacements to be brought out and set down to eat only to find the food was stone cold. I suspect it had sat in the kitchen for a while waiting to be brought out.
All in all I have no issues with the hotel which was good but I would suggest you eat elsewhere.
- E983UBwilliamg (10/5): An excellent value for money hotel - Rooms very clean, comfortable and spacious. Well worth paying the extra for one with a view. Staff very friendly and helpful but sadly not always on reception. Bar/restaurant opening hours very limited. All in all excellent value for money.
- melodieb274 (2/5): Dreadful & scruffy - We arrived at the hotel , it looked scruffy and unwelcoming . The pub building next door also looked dreadful. We got back in the car and drove an hour and a half home. Very disappointed.
- asS8103ZW (2/5): Not a happy experience - AVOID this hotel is a sham.Rude staff, very out dated rooms, stained carpet, stained furnishings,no air con, just a old noisy fan,and a car park that you can not use
- roberthF980MT (10/5): - Well looked after tasty breakfast and added touch of box of chocolates in room for the wifes birthday reception staff always go the extra mile to see you enjoy your stay
- Resort08954222742 (10/5): - Stayed mon-fri, in a family room, was able to have an early check in, room was clean extra bedding available, plenty of towels which can be all be changed daily if required. Hotel staff polite and friendly, Natalia on reception was always willing to help and give advice. Restaurant was clean and good selection at breakfast, food hot. Evening meals have a good selection and reasonably priced. Tomaz (Restaurant) was poliet, happy, chatted and made us all feel welcome.
All the staff we met were all friendly and willing to help.
Have stayed here in the past and will stay again.
Close to all amenities, lovely views over the Clyde and short drive to Loch Lomond and other places of interest.
- chrissV7978HN (2/5): A shame to say the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - What a terrible place. The only thing I can say that is positive is the view of the clyde which was breath taking. On the negatives: black mold in bathroom, paint peeling in bedroom, wood laminate on furniture peeling, stains on the carpet, bathroom floor bubbling, acces panel to waste pipe in bathroom left open, fire door release in corridor upstairs broken, no one on the front desk despite being 'being manned 24 hours', lift buttons taped on, tv wouldn't work. Restaurant only opens at 5:30 and closes at 9:30. They totally ran out of draught beer and pizzas. On the first night my sister in law found a bug un her food.
I would have complained in person but the staff were either nowhere to be found or looked like they would rather be anywhere but at work.
- 845richardi (2/5): One of the worse premier inns ive stayed at - No fan or air con in room. Temps hit 29.5 degs at peak and 25 was coolest we had.
Bed comfort wasn't as good as other premier inns ive stayed at.
Room and hotel was a bit shabby and needs a tidy up.
- BobP1492 (8/5): Nice view - Quick check in, room was clean, bed comfy, nice view of the river (extra cost for these rooms), could have done with a extra chair as booked a family room
