Guest Reviews
- PCCH1983 (2/5): Needs a good clean and refurbished - Disappointing stay at this hotel. It is in desperate need of a refurbishment. We stayed for one night and were allocated a room on the ground floor. Cleanliness was not great. The bedding had stains on them that we had to ask to be changed. The shower cubicle could have done with a good clean as did the whole bathroom. Thankfully, only a one night stay.
- 403nargisi (2/5): Bad experience - No hearing, room was FREEZING! Only 1 set of towels for 2 people. Bin peddle was rusty. Shower curtain smelled mouldy and damp!
- Savagery-travler (2/5): Not the best time to visit - Checking in no problems advised no where to eat as restaurant was being refurbished room was very cold and dark needed a lick of paint first time I could say won’t use again
- ruthmD7213KU (6/5): Not the best - The room was tidy but we found dust on bedside tables on top of headboard on picture.
There was dust on the bathroom floor.
Thank goodness we aren't allergic to dust
- baleno (8/5): Handy Hotel for Airport - Very handy for airport but there is some noise of airplanes going over.
Reception ok not over pleasant.
Very clean spacious room, comfortable bed choice of pillows, tea coffee facilities.
Good hot shower but over bath not sure if they have walk in showers. hairdryer, iron available at reception.
Air conditioning wasn't working properly room quite cold as a frosty night.
Parking limited we got last space but it is free.
Would stay again if only for airport.
- roystonk2023 (2/5): Not worth the cost - Poor standard for overpriced room, no extractor or hat in bathroom. Bar and restaurant were being refurbished at time of stay but still got charged full price.
- stephengN2866JF (8/5): Rebrand for Scottish Power! - Warm & comfortable bed, helpful & friendly staff.
Would definitely visit again. Very clean & tidy with fresh bedding & towels!
- N3462EHsue (6/5): Lift not working for at least two weeks! - We stayed 4th November and then 17th on our return journey. The lift wasn’t working on 4th and we were not happy on the 17th when we found we were on the first floor and the lift was still not repaired!
- andrewmK164JN (6/5): PI's - overall package slipping quickly - Usual standard for PI but as is becoming more and more common no food or bar offered except for breakfast. We were booked fri and sun night. Cancelled the sun after staying the Friday. Were VERY regular users of PI's for groups of 16+ all over the country. Having a serious think about whether that will continue in the future! Only saving grace about this one was friendly and helpful staff.
- DeeandDeeG (10/5): So welcoming - even at 2am - We got stuck on a shut motorway for 3 hours. (Obviously my heart goes out to anyone involved in the accident, and their needs are far more important than ours.) Luckily we had booked Premier Inn for an overnight stop and they promise a 24 hour check-in so we didn't need to worry about the extra time waiting. And sure enough when we did arrive at 2am they were incredibly friendly and efficient. Hugely appreciated.
- tiag775 (8/5): Good - Good location next to a huge sainsburyparking is tight , rooms comfy and staff good , stayed only one night but would return although not. Cheap
- X4238XEdawnb (6/5): an okay stay but not the standard expected - I wanted somewhere to stay on the edge of the lake district and this was convenient. on arrival seemed good outside, easy to park. booked in but not told the lift not working, found out myself! so 2 flights of stairs with bags. room was clean, although did notice later marks on the bathroom ceiling that looked like mould. shower didn't have much pressure and took a while to get temp right. I'd booked an evening meal as part of the package, service was excellent but unfortunately the beer battered fish and chips I'd ordered wasnt, not beer battered and very bland although the ice cream was lovely. the bed as usual very comfy but sleep not great as my room faced the stairs door and with the lift not working it was banging several times during the night. breakfast the next morning delicious as always and the staff amazing. ive stayed in several Premier inns and this one was tired,my stay okay but not the standard ive come to expect and why I stay in them. I would consider the hotel again but would eat elsewhere.
- PCCH1983 (4/5): Not the best Premier Inn - Booked this hotel as an overnight stay to break up our journey to the lakes.
We arrived at 7.15pm. It was dark and the hotel is quite tricky to find. The car park is so poorly lit, so hard to navigate parking.
The girl who served us was very friendly but advised us that the lift was broken. We were on the 2nd floor with heavy bags. We found this a struggle with heavy bags, and my husband has mobility issues which did not help either. The stairs were absolutely filthy. I don't think they had seen a hoover in a long time.
We were advised that food was stopped being served at 8pm, and it was a 'bottle bar' that was closing at 9pm. After a long journey we wanted a few drinks and food. But we opted just for drinks as the bar/restraunt area had a strong smell of cooking grease, and it was so cold as the aircon was blasting freezing cold air. The food ventilation system must be broken. The bar set-up is very odd. This public space had no music or anything, making it awkward and uninviting.
We had a premier plus room which was fine, sainsburys bottled water in the fridge is not a good look though. Would not stay here again. The manager needs to put some effort into this hotel.
- 128janem (10/5): Fab weekend away. - Just returned home after a lovely weekend away.
Great location , free parking and 2 lovely breakfasts. Room on the first floor lovely.
The lift was out of order but the lovely lad checking us in offered to carry our case to our room .
Every member of staff was well mannered and pleasant.
We will definitely return.
- EssexSalmonfisher (2/5): The worst Premier Inn I ave ever stayed at - By far the worst Preier Inn I have stayed at.
I arrived tired and hungry at 7.10 pm on Saturday, No one was on reception so I pressed the bell. I repeated several times and no one appeare. After over 10 minutes I went hunting and found one overworked girsl in the kitchen. She xplained she was the only staff memebr in the whole hotel and I would need to wait until she had preapred and served the last diners. After 5 more minutes she arrived appologetically. I have no criticsm of her. She gave me the key to my room on the 2nd floor and said I would have to walk up as the lift was out of order. I wanted to eat but the restaurant had now closed as she was stuiggling to deal with other guests. I struggled up stairs with my heavy bags and the stairs were filthy presumably as every guest had to use them. The room was clean but freezing and I turned on air/con heating which was incedibly noisy. I wondered why it was set at max but ralised when it had only reached 19C after 3 hours.
- lauramZ6884KF (4/5): Breakfast: appalling. - Unfortunately the breakfast was abysmal. We arrived at 850am and there were hardly any breakfast items left. No muffins, croissants, bread, yoghurt, fruit juice. Had to ask 3 times for them to be refilled to be told there was a muffin shortage and then half an hour later we were told the croissants would be another 15 mins! No pancakes either. I managed to get the last scraps of bacon. The young man running the breakfast was clearly very poorly trained and lacking in confidence too. A man, who I presume was the manager, said he was taking a delivery in at the time so couldn't help. We were given back the cost of one breakfast but it did spoil the stay for us.
- roberthN9968KS (8/5): Generally very good - Good stay but would have been better if the restaurant had been open, or alternative arrangements had been in place. Really nice staff and hotel very clean and comfortable.
- 608mairij (10/5): Lovely relaxing break - We have stayed here before and it didn’t disappoint.
Good location , plenty to do.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
We had a premier plus room which was lovely, very clean , super shower. Excellent broadband compared to ours !
Very comfortable bed for our 4night stay .
Will return to this hotel.
- Meander52540269984 (10/5): sort break - nice clean hotel, had a lovely nights sleep, parking outside, right in the middle of penrith, breakfast was good and all staff were lovely and helpful
- jaydeo275 (4/5): Very comfy sleep - Bed was super comfy. Room was cold heating didn’t work which was a problem for us with a baby in the room. Stain on the ceiling like there had been a leak and the shower is dated. But was okay for the money just the cold room I wasn’t happy with.
Also restaurant was closed for renos and the car park has construction going on but didn’t bother us as we only needed it to sleep and get ready in the morning for a wedding.
- fergie57 (2/5): Avoid - Like a building site got shoes covered with cement did not get any sleep loud noise al night resultant getting refurbished avoid for now worst premier I have been in
- Jennilyn (6/5): - It’s alright. It’s just no public transportation nearby. Have to take taxi
- I7988ASneilc (10/5): Good Experience - Contracting away from home, the hotel is very clean and well presented rooms. At evening time the hotel is very quiet.
The Roebuck next door serves very good quality food and breakfast is good. Ann and the other staff members give outstanding service.
- LoveTravel794882 (8/5): Good Hotel shame about the breakfast - The Premier Inn was really clean & the plus room was well equipped. The rooms were nice and dark at night and quiet. Perfect location to stay when visiting our friends & Barton Grange with good easy access to main roads. The car park has plenty of free space.
However, the breakfast was not good in an adjacent chef and brewer. The pub needs a deep clean, lots of dust and was grubby. The crockery had clearly been through a dishwasher but not checked and was put out still dirty. There were no tongs to handle food with and also food listed not available e.g maple syrup and blueberry muffins, as well as the coffee not coming from a machine but from flasks which meant that it was hot as it should be. It's definitely not worth the money. In fact, I would question there hygiene rating based on what I observed.
I would definitely stay at the hotel again, but not have breakfast at the pub.
- Knocker874 (10/5): Reall nice rooms and location good. - Really nice clean premier inn, nice and dark at night also quiet.
Really good place to stop.easy access to main roads.
Car park plenty of free space.
Breakfast not so good in an adjacent chef and brewer..
not worth the money and the eating place was dark and a bit grubby.
Would I stay at the hotel.again….. yes
Would I recommend ….yes
Would I have breakfast…. NO
- Gutan (10/5): Friendly cosy and very comfortable stay in Penrith - Upgrade to a plus room, it's worth it. Super friendly staff. Convenient parking. The room was cosy and quiet and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
- 864kerensah (6/5): Mixed visit - Room was absolutely fine; comfortable and clean and what you would expect from a premier inn.
We arrived quite late due to travelling for six hours and we received a frankly cold reception from the staff member on duty; no information given about breakfast, not even vague directions to our room and a general unfriendly disposition.
- helenh567 (8/5): A perfect base - We stayed here as a base to explore the town for a day before attending a wedding. Great location, comfy beds and great facilities in the Premier Plus room. Only disadvantage was being on the second floor, the window didn't open, causing us some discomfort as the air con was not working correctly. Although being remotely reset and appeared to work from the main panel, it was still showing and feeling like 25 degrees!
That being said, the staff were great, friendly and polite while still being professional. And free parking in the town too, with just about everywhere walkable.
- d_jones25 (6/5): Not up to the normal Premier Inn standard - The accommodation was fine and the parking nice and easy.
On the flip side, check in was suboptimal and a hot breakfast was not available on one morning. This despite them charging a very high price, much higher than I have paid in the past.
My friend, on check in, was sent to two rooms that were occupied before success with the 3rd one.
The hotel was full in the morning and particularly busy with cyclists about to take on a long ride plus golfers about to play 18 holes. No hot food at breakfast to sustain these people on their way. The chef called in sick apparently and obviously there was no plan B, not good.
- michellegH868TH (10/5): Excellent service - Excellent service and incredibly helpful staff..
On my first night there was an issue with a food delivery, but to their credit, the staff were very understanding of my 'wittering '..
The hotel is lovely - great location, and yes, I did get that uninterrupted, comfy sleep.
Completely recommend!
- donnahY9513SI (2/5): Disgusting hotel - This has to be the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. It is dirty. The receptionist had to come & clean my toilet. The bathroom was filthy. No toilet paper. I found a hearing aid under the bed. There were no pillow cases on the spare pillows and they were terribly stained. When I arrived they tried to charge me a second time. The restaurant, if that's what you want to call it was not open during the day. I went in for an evening meal & half the menu was crossed out because they were using up their stock as the restaurant was closing for renovations. Nothing was mentioned when I booked the hotel. There was something growing in the vinegar. The carpet hadn't been hoovered for months. There was paint powder coming off the wall in the dining room. The hotel smelt of cigarettes. On the Saturday the breakfast was non existent. There was nothing to eat. I went to work only to return to a note on the restaurant door stating the restaurant was now closed due to staffing issues. I never had a breakfast before checking out & was refused a refund. The customer service was atrocious & the hotel was disgusting.
Please don't stay here!
- Jet499483 (10/5): Brilliant experience - Really good check in and super service from Phoebe. She made us totally welcome and looked after ne and my disabled wife.
- shaunmacklin (6/5): Central location but pricey - Great central location.
Rooms clean and tidy, pricey for one night in September.
Could not lower air conditioning to preferred temperature and with sealed windows, did not have the best night's sleep.
- 406susiea (2/5): Awful - This hotel spoiled the experience of being in Penrith on the last night of our trip; we were charged extra to check in 1 hour early, even though the rooms were ready. I then had to try to sleep with a constant buzzing noise in my room and being on the ground floor, doors banging and people upstairs walking around. I tried to move rooms but it was full. I will never use Premier Inn again.
- David3141597 (10/5): Recommended premier inn to stay at. - Good welcome from staff, good clean plus room, quiet and very comfortable bed too. First time at this particular premier inn and if in the area again would not hesitate in booking again, thanks.
- BarryL282 (10/5): Fantastic services in all areas. - Always a great experience staying at Premier inn Preston North. Staff are all super helpful and pleasant. Transport is on the doorstep, and buses run a good service too!
- B8974EJstephenh (10/5): Preston North is a good place to stay - A great stay for the night we were in Preston visiting family. The hotel is quiet and well-appointed, but handy for the main A6. Rooms were comfortable and not too hot (a frequent Premier Inn problem) - windows opened to provide plenty of fresh air. Breakfast, served in the adjacent Roebuck pub, was the best Premier Inn breakfast I have had in many visits across the country.
- harpoon2000 (10/5): DJ is an asset - DJ on reception made our stay a delight. Comfortable bed and newly refurbished rooms were very relaxing. The Roebuck pub next door is a charming country pub with a good choice of food.
- Alexander (4/5): - Dated and run down, not a nice neighbourhood and an overall depressing experience. Avoid staying here if you can.
- johnmacrae1 (2/5): Poor stay at this hotel - Rooms are grubby, wi-fi is very poor, I tried to pay for an upgraded connection which failed to work. To fix this I was to ring the supplier not reception to resolve this. The remote control should be thrown away or carry a health warning as it is filthy with no back cover. The cooked breakfast was horrible, I had paid for breakfast for two days, I cancelled the second and the receptionist said she would refund for both days but I only got the one I cancelled refunded. The room was too hot and the air con could not be turned down so had to sleep with the dirty fan blowing all night. I have stayed here many times before and was looking forward to my stay, I will not return and considering cancelling another booking I have at another location.
- hjayc93 (2/5): The hottest hotel we’ve ever stayed in - Our room was so hot that it was practically unbearable. In the morning, when it was at its coolest, the room was 29 degrees. Didn’t sleep well at all due to the temperature, even with an extra fan that we requested. and when raised upon checkout (after previously raising the issue) we were told we should have paid extra and booked a premier plus room as they have air-con. A disappointing response.
- guestbev (6/5): Was ok visiting family - Hi stayed August 22 to 25th room 32 room was very hot. Bed very comfortable. But the single bed my daughter was in was very thin. Shower was good and bath very hot water just had 1 big towel, 1 small towel, did not have are room cleaned. Breakfast 1st morning was good nice and quiet, 2nd morning they was busy they had bus full from Germany, so had to to wait for knives and forks. And some hot food. 3rd morning had early train but restaurant let me in to get few bits what was nice of them, best bit my daughter loved was seeing the planes going over the hotel
- HousefreaksdjSONiC (10/5): Fabulous welcoming friendly staff - Always warm and welcoming at Premier Inn Penrith.
Good access to lakes and surrounding beautiful countryside.
Clean rooms and great local places to eat.
Phoebe on reception and her team are very knowledgeable about the local area.....
If you're in Penrith it's a great base to be from...
- craigmillercmg (10/5): Superb - Phenomenal service nice and quiet, rooms are looking a bit worn round the edges but very clean, best greeting I have had at any premier inn. Didn't eat but the food looked great. Only down side is car parking is a bit tricky if the shops busy. Stephan and Phoebe you are heros and saved us from a very very long drive home. Resolving a booking issue very quickly and positively with a good kind demeanour. Thank you again
- W7493FRrachelc (8/5): Nice hotel - This Premier Inn has been recently refurbished, so the rooms/bathrooms are of a good standard. WiFi was very slow, and not much phone signal. We didn't have any issues with parking, despite being told by reception that the hotel was fully booked.
Be aware that the usual Premier Inn breakfast offering is not an option here. It is not made clear on the website that the restaurant next door is not owned by Premier Inn, and when we arrived we were told we couldn't have breakfast there as we hadn't booked in advance - this has not been the case at other Premier Inns we've been to, where you can turn up any time in the morning and pay. We were recommended some other local restaurants to try, but they were far more expensive than the Premier Inn offering!
- S3587JZpaulm (8/5): Nice hotel. What we needed - Good modern hotel. Room and bathroom clean so no complaints.
Breakfast is not really unlimited since no longer a buffet. However was very nice and fresh.
- David (10/5): - Great stop for a road trip
- graemec846 (2/5): Needs decorating and updated!! the restaurant and bar area is dirty! tables sticky and food not great. - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
We have stayed a few times in the past coupe of years BUT will NEVER stay here again! its disgusting and dirty! stain on chair meant we didnt sit down for 3 nights. AWFUL!!!!
- traceyhB8809VJ (2/5): Hotel and staff need upgrading! - First of all I had to pay an extra £15 to check in an hour early, even though there was a room ready, a filthy room at that. Check in staff was not overly friendly at all.
Room was basic and dated and didn't have the best smell.
The cleanliness of the room was definitely not up to standard with a lot of dust and mould/rust in the bathroom. See photos. Dirty floor in the bathroom also. There were scuffs on the walls and all the paint was chipped off the skirting boards.
There was no iron or board in the room, no air con and no fan. Rang reception for these to be sent to the room, woman on the phone was rude and told me I had to come and collect them from reception.
She couldn't find a fan so this was delivered to the room a short while after. She was unfriendly and said nothing to me when passing me the fan and walking away. The fan was absolutely disgusting, covered in dust, see pictures, and the ironing board was badly stained too!
With all that being said, the bed was comfortable and I had a good 2 nights sleep. But the standards have definitely dropped since the last time I visited and this will prevent me from visiting again.
- Cathyjennings57 (6/5): Disappointing - not a great nights sleep here. - For years I’ve used Premier Inn as my preferred hotel for all my trips across the UK. The main reason has been the sheer comfort of the beds, literally giving me the best sleep ever. I also liked the fact that the rooms were clean and a consistently good standard across the whole chain no matter where it was.
This time though, my stay was extremely disappointing. The mattress was thin and hard and very unpleasant to spend the night on, giving me back ache for a couple of days. I’ve stayed at this particular Premier Inn many times and never once experienced a bad mattress! I have now discovered that Premier Inn have changed their mattress supplier from Hypnos … and I have to say that the new supply is very poor compared to the prior.
Added to that, the general maintenance of the room was tired with the tv having dangling black wires hanging loosely down the wall, and the battery being kept in the tv remote by a tatty piece of insulation tape. The room wasn't the cheapest either at £135 a night.
I think that next time I’ll be researching for different hotels for my stays rather than automatically going straight to Premier Inn as I always have. Very very disappointing
- tabbycat244 (6/5): Unlimited brekky...no chance here. Lucky to get any brekky. - Room good but could do with proper air conditioning.
Main problem was the restaurant. Service was very slow and the drink that I ordered didn't appear. To be fair they didn't charge me for it,
Breakfast service was appalling. One person having to check people in, replenish the already depleted buffet, and after a very long wait actually serve. Certainly no "Unlimited brekky" here...it was "Tell me what you want and that's what you get".
No chance of any end.
Do yourselves a favour, avoid the restaurant and go somewhere else.
- ScotsmanD (10/5): Good night's rest - Excellent accommodation at Premier inn Preston North.
Natasha on reception so friendly and very helpful when checking in and dealing with our questions.
Premier Inn Plus bedroom very nice decor and room location end of a quiet corridor for restful nights sleep.
Very clean and modern.
- O3713XJchrisw (4/5): Breakfast was farcical. - On arriving at the hotel it looked like a normal premier inn. Pleasant looking and clean. The room itself was fine although no air conditioning which was a disappointment as I don't like being warm on a night. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was decent.
Biggest issue was the breakfast the next morning. Had to wait 40 minutes to get a cooked breakfast which was farcical. Had one guy in the kitchen trying to cook everything for however many people. Front of house staff offered no explanation as to why there was no hot food for such a long period. I've stayed in many premier inns throughout the country and this is definitely the worst breakfast experience I've had. Wouldn't bother with breakfast here if i stayed again.
- misswilson7 (10/5): Fantastic stay - highly recommend - Absolutely delighted with our stay at the Premier Inn Paisley! While the hotel hasn’t yet been refurbished, it was still spotlessly clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a wonderfully comfy bed and everything we needed for a great night’s sleep. Despite being a little dated in décor, everything worked perfectly—from the powerful shower to the heating and lighting.
What really made the stay special was the staff—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and every team member we spoke to went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is convenient for Glasgow Airport and nearby public transport, and there’s ample parking on site.
We had a great meal at the attached restaurant, with a good range of options at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was hearty and set us up for the day. Overall, a warm, friendly and reliable experience—Premier Inn Paisley continues to deliver consistent comfort and service. Looking forward to returning, especially once the refurbishment comes along! Five stars from us.
- alisap358 (10/5): Value stay - Decent clean room and good service, good breakfast.
Helpful staff. Fast check in and out. Quite Slow Internet. No air conditioning unit.
- SouthShieldsLesley (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent premier Inn, This is the best premier inn we have stayed at. Accommodation lovely, bathroom excellent and reception great. Attached restaurant, brilliant. Highly recommended
- JoeCBansteadUK (10/5): A Good Premier Inn - I stayed one night solo in June.
Easily found with plenty of parking in a quiet location close by the canal with some pleasant walks.
Friendly and efficient staff throughout.
Well up to Premier Inn standards - clean and comfortable.
No aircon and limited window opening make for a warm room. No lift to first floor for those with mobility problems.
The adjacent Chef & Brewer offers decent food and decent prices with friendly staff.
Excellent value.
- yvettem886 (10/5): Perfect stay !! - One of the best Premier Inns we have stayed at and we’ve stayed in loads. We had a disabled room and a double room and both were very well kept and clean throughout. The area was so quiet and really lovely with the canal just across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful, if only all Premier Inns were like this one !!!
- 434dereks (8/5): Good room shame about the pub - Preston North has been recently renovated and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The new walk in showers are a big improvement.
We were aware that this property doesn’t have air con, but they do provide a fan which was welcome in the recent hot weather.
Friendly staff and a warm welcome.
Only disappointment was that after arriving at 2130 after a long hot drive, you’d expect to be able to get a pint in the attached pub, however the pub had closed up by the time we had dropped our bags and that was only 10 mins later.
Lucky there’s The White Bull over the road which was open and served up a refreshing pint after a long day on the road.
- Jonnybranney (4/5): Disappointing for Premier Inn - Room too hot- no air con. Family had terrible sleep for 3 nights despite using a fan. Temp 26 degrees, dropped to 24.5 degrees with window open. With window open, loud sound of planes landing/taking off at Glasgow Airport. Food good but restaurant understaffed, staff struggling (but very friendly, and apologetic). Hotel appeared understaffed too with reception desk typically unmanned.
- 553triciaa (10/5): Compassionate Service During a Difficult Time - We had booked a weekend stay for an annual event, but sadly had to cancel due to an unexpected family bereavement. Thankfully, our booking policy allowed us to amend our stay within 18 months, so we planned to rebook for the following year.
Since the online system only allows bookings up to 12 months in advance, I called the hotel directly. I spoke with Christy, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She offered to set a reminder for herself to update our booking once the dates became available.
True to her word, I received a new booking confirmation just a few days later, along with an invoice clearing our original stay. It was such a relief to have this handled so smoothly.
We had other travel plans that same week with a different provider in Edinburgh and are still chasing support through online chats. The contrast in service was stark.
A heartfelt thank you to Christy for being the compassionate, human voice we needed at a very difficult time. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition.
- 324EddieM (10/5): Good stay and excellent disabled parking. - We were there to attend a funeral the next day. We were asked when booking whether it was Business or Pleasure trip. They should have a third option for people attending the likes of a funeral which is neither business nor pleasure.
We were particularly impressed that the Blue Badge spaces outside where monitored which is the first time we have seen this at any hotel. As a disabled person I rely on getting parked near the front door and often find several vehicles parked in the disabled spaces without displaying a Blue Badge.
The food was good and the room very comfortable.
- stephenhL5864RC (2/5): Disappointed - Tv not working, pub not open for drinks opening hours 6am to 11 and 1730 to 20.00 facilities apart from the room inadequate. Would not stop here again not a good advert for premier always stopped here and always use premier in not happy with this
