Guest Reviews
- Maria (8/5): - Hacia un poco de frío en la habitación,el personal muy amable y la limpieza muy buena
- lindakE8120CI (10/5): Excellent Premier Inn Hotel and Beefeater next door located next to canal - I stayed at Premier Inn Central Falkirk next door to the Beefeater, overlooking the canal so awake to beautiful sunrises. The room was a double bedroom with excellent Bayliss and Harding shower product and handwash. Hairdryer was eco friendly quiet and low heat. Double bed was exceptionally comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. Everything was meticulously clean, quiet throughout the hotel. The service was welcoming warm and friendly and overall cost of my four day/3 night stay was good value for money as it included the meal deal 2 courses and a drink. I have stayed here previously in the past during April 2022 and that is why I wanted to return. I had travelled from the Cotswolds Broadway Worcestershire mainly by 1 hour taxi to Birmingham New Street Station then a 4 hour 20 minute train journey direct up to Edinburgh Waverley Station which is a beautiful train station and then had a 25 minute train journey out to Falkirk High Station where the taxi took me 10 minutes to my hotel. From 9.20 am leaving home to arriving 5.45 pm at the hotel I was ready for a delicious meal - I was not disappointed and the red wine was enjoyable. My visit was to meet up with my 80 year old mother who resides in the Falkirk area. I had been staying when Scotalnd won 4 goals against 2 goals to Denmark - so Scotland was celebrating the good news that they have qualified towards going to the World Cup for football in the USA next year/2026. This hotel is in an ideal location for anyone visiting the Falkirk Wheel which is a magnificent piece of engineering for moving the canal boats up in the air to help transport them on their way through the locks on the canal. There is also the Kelpies ( massive statues of two horses heads which can be seen for several miles ). It is only a 15/20 minutes walk into Falkirk town which also has Falkirk Grahamston Station cenre of town itself which contects to Edinburgh Waverley Station or Glasgow Queen Street Station or even Stirling Station. Scotland itself is a wonderful country to visit with breathtaking scenery and great rail transport. I would definately book with this hotel again as there is also good free car parking outside if required for anyone driving here.
- Andrew (10/5): - The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly.
Emma in particular went well out of her way to help. The company is lucky to have her.
The car park is in poor xondition and not lit at all.
- stuartmccd (4/5): Shockingly poor management at meal times. - This Premier Inn has a contemptuous attitude towards its staff and, thus, a contemptuous attitude toward the guests. Breakfast was shockingly poor. There were issues with poor quality fruit, but it was the understaffing that was the real issue. No eggs on Saturday and only one staff member at front of house who was overworked yet polite and facilitating. I would avoid eating at this Premier Inn.
- Luigi (8/5): - Personal bueno, habitacion amplia pero el baño habia hongos en el techo! Se informo a recepcion para que se solucione, por lo general bien!
- Worrypenny (6/5): So disappointed - Usually when you stay at a Premier Inn, you know what you’re getting. Unfortunately, this hotel is in dire need of a glow-up. It smelled damp, our room was dirty (bugs squished on bathroom walls and ceiling), mould both in the bathroom and around bedroom windows plus the head boards had large greasy head marks on either side!
The food in the restaurant was overcooked and flavourless. Our table was dirty and sticky. Breakfast was dry too as if it had been sitting around awhile. The evening restaurant manager was very brusque and even left in the middle of taking our order to berate the hotel manager for not having the up-to-date menus in the rooms.
The saving grace was a helpful, friendly receptionist.
We would have said something at the time but wanted to get away as we had a family funeral to attend.
The cheaper price should have been a warning sign.
- pauleS1024YX (8/5): Good location for the airport as a stop over - I recently stayed at the hotel due to location, it had everything you would expect at a Premier Inn. It was reasonably priced at £73 for a Monday night. Room was spacious and quiet, the bedding and towels were clean. My only criticism is that the public area looked tired and could do with a refresh and the carpets throughout need a deep clean as a minimum, reminded me of pub carpets! There was also obvious fluff all along the edges by the skirting boards. Would it stop me from stating again? No, it’s just an observation that it needs some attention.
- Alexis (10/5): - Huge room, convenient location, friendly staff, well maintained.
- 578tazs (10/5): Diane is a star. - Rooms are functional and cheap. The reception staff are amazing and so helpful. Diane helped me hugely when I accidentally double booked.
- Juannmill (6/5): Not as good as before - Have started here before, but this time the hotel seemed a bit tired and in bed of dinner TLC. It's a shame the Beefeater had closed.
Bit disappointed.
- vonbonb (10/5): Great for an overnight in town - The room was lovely, warm & clean. We didn’t experience any noise disturbance during the night or morning and slept right through until 11am!!
- FiMillar (8/5): Farnborough Southwood - convenient and welcoming, good value stay - Convenient location 5 minutes drive from M3. Plenty of free parking for guests. Two blocks for accommodation and a large pub restaurant on site.
Helpful and friendly reception - system is simple with key card to get access to residential areas including room.
Large room, WiFi worked but basic, bed very comfortable. Water in bathroom hot and shower worked well.
Breakfast was good value - lots of choice and cooked well. It did take 10 minutes for vegan choices to be cooked on order but very tasty when it arrived. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant.
Whole place could do with a refresh but it was clean and great value for an overnight stay.
- dorotakO2456GM (10/5): Free parking - Free parking, restaurant next door. Very clean room, 10min to city centre. Quiet place. The receptionist was very friendly 😉
- 174deemm (10/5): Great cosy hotel on the outskirts of Exeter - Had a great time staying at the hotel, the reception staff were friendly and there was ample parking space! We also enjoying an evening meal at the attached restaurant which was convenient.
- Matto8750 (6/5): Disappointing stay. - Reception staff helpful and polite.
Room mostly clean and tidy.
Cleaning staff helpful.
However, the on site catering at the Rosebank was average at best. Lack of basic foods (no bread buns for the burger, and no flat bread for the chicken dish), despite not appearing very busy. Staff’s perception of ‘busy’ seemed somewhat unaligned with reality.
Limited breakfast portions on the first day. This improved on the second day.
Not encountered an ‘unlimited’ breakfast menu where you order each time from a waiter. Confusing. Would look at an alternative in the future. Happy to discuss with Premier Inn management.
- annamu2025 (4/5): Poor experience - Room was small and noisy from above. Asked for extra bath towel but never given. We were a couple but had to share the one towel. Bedding had dirty marks on. Nobody on desk most of time and buzzer never answered.
Dining area in adjacent Beefeater very run down. Grubby carpet in dire need of renewal.
Our premier inn experience is usually very good but I would not recommend this branch to anybody.
- geoffs323 (10/5): Excellent stay at Falkirk Premier Inn - Excellent premier in at Falkirk. Staff very helpful. This in the context of premier inn in preparation for renovations. Staff in restaurant were so kind and meals were of a high standard.
- AGee_12 (8/5): Good location friendly staff but no draught beers - The hotel was fine for my one night stay and the staff all helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable in the annex area but the aircon/heater was quite loud. Close to the Falkirk wheel (30 minute walk) and the Kelpies a short drive away.
The adjoining restaurant has the typical menu but cooked to a better standard than most as was the breakfast. The only negative was the bar which had no draught beers or lagers only bottled beers as an option. This probably explains why most of my fellow diners were contractors. Car parking is free.
- 389richk (10/5): Exceptional service! - Matthew was amazing! I personally broke my leg and he made sure that we had a room on the first floor connected me with Wi-Fi! Very clean highly recommended thank you Matthew & Martin….
- megcarruthers (2/5): Premier Inn Falkirk Central - Very poor one of the poorest Premier Inn's I have ever stayed at and I stay a lot all over the country in them, staff were stressed due to being under staffed, the restaurant / bar was closed on Sunday and as 9 on us were getting together for a cremation there was nowhere near to do this, we were told about the closure by email but too late to book anywhere else. Breakfast on the Monday took 85 mins from entering to receiving breakfast good job the cremation was in the afternoon. .
- M695HRrichardh (6/5): Average at best. Premier inn you need to do better! - A very tired hotel in need of some TLC, heating in the bedroom didn't work, Staines on the chair seat cushion and just generally gruby all round.
The adjoining restaurant was a tale of two halves, the evening meal was very average and the service from the bar staff was lacking, on the flip side the breakfast was really good and the lady on duty was very attentive and super helpful, the staff from the night before could do with taking a leaf out of her book!
- maureencrighton01 (4/5): Visit to Falkirk Wheel &Kelpies - Not one of the best Premier Inn we have stayed in.
Tired and lack of facilities on the plus side good location for Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies.
The waitress who served us Saturday and Sunday morning first class her customer service was excellent.
- 697chrissyb (6/5): good location - We have stayed at many primer inn hotels over the years this one is no different We arrived to no one being on the reception desk as we could hear a conversation in the back we rang the bell and someone did come don't know who but she seemed nice enough we were not asked if we wanted to book breakfast and wasn't told you have to book it over at the restaurant the room was clean and had everything we needed as we were there for comic con in Farnborough the next morning we asked at the reception desk for our room to be cleaned and then went over for breakfast which we payed asked if i could have some vegetarian sausages which the lady said she would order we started eating and i noticed that my sausages hadn't come we asked the lady who said she forgot and apologised they eventually came lol after we come back from a great day we found that our room had not been clean dirty cups bed not maded ect my hubby went to ask why this hadn't been done the person on the desk thought it had been done unsure why not ? we did get some clean cups in the end only thing was my hubby after eating breakfast had a bit of an upset stomach not sure if it was breakfast or not ? the hotel is in a good location but unsure if we will return as we have stayed at better
- Fabien (10/5): - Petit déjeuner excellent et personnel du restaurant très gentil
- anncS2422RC (6/5): Acceptable - Ok, just ensure if you need the lift inform hotel otherwise they put you in a annexe outside with no lift.
If you eat in restaurant the staff are amazing especially Mark and Steve
- skhutchings (6/5): One night stay - Stephan ( not sure if that’s how it’s spelt) blokes on fire short staffed but looked after everyone including my table under a lot of pressure but blokes on it , food not bad beers good nice location rooms ok
- Climber39204003489 (8/5): Very pleasantly surprised - We rarely use hotels etc & have never used a Premier Inn before,HOWEVER our visit has changed that, just had 2 nights at the Countess Wear in Exeter & thoroughly enjoyed it. Same can be said for the food in the adjoining Beefeater restaurant. Both very pleasantly surprising. Thank You
- Ben-Gina1973 (10/5): 23rd September 2025 - Checked in by Lucy. What a great example of how the job should be done by this fine young lady . Smiling , chatty and actually made customers feel welcome . Every premier inn should have a Lucy on reception . Fantastic ambassador for the company.
- 634catarinac (10/5): Lovely stay. Recommend. - Lovely stay, the room was clean and very comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere perfect for resting. The staff were friendly, polite and always helpful. Would definitely recommend.
- cosmic896 (8/5): Good Stay Again - I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and although not the best I have always found the staff to be ultra helpful and friendly.
I was checked in by Charlotte who I have met before and who nothing seems to much trouble for, especially as I am a really fussy guest. Good stay again thanks.
- williamsT3500CK (10/5): Good Value for money - Very good service from start to finish. Rooms clean and well equipped, bed very comfortable and good breakfast. Very good FREE parking. Good value for money, would recommend.
- Ann (6/5): - Basic but standard. On 2nd floor with no lift. Unable to take in bags. Only a kettle.
- stephogrunt (8/5): Ideal location, basic but fine! - After reading bad reviews of this Premier Inn, I can assure you it is just fine. Sure, it is not the most modern, but it is totally adequate. We had a room in the main building overlooking the canal. It was clean and comfortable, everything worked. The catering was also fine. We had two breakfasts and an evening meal. The hotel is absolutely ideally located on the canal between the Wheel and the Kelpies. You could walk to both. I have stayed in many Premier Inns and have never encountered a rude member of staff. All staff here were pleasant and anxious to please.
- 22eleanorp (10/5): Best Premier Inn I've been to - Friendly staff, nice and clean room, comfortable bed, quiet area and lovely restaurant for breakfast. Best premier inn I've stayed in.
- Lisa_Jayney21 (8/5): Comfortable bed, location good - Nice large room, generally clean and tidy, bed comfortable.
It was very hot in the room but there were already 2 fans in the room so this must already be a problem that the hotel is aware about. Good to see a solution.
Great location to visit family we have nearby.
Negatives - large orange/red stain on the bottom bed sheet.
The cleaner could have certainly spotted this when making the bed. This is why it doesn’t get a full mark for cleanliness.
No decaf in the tea tray. Not sure if they have stopped this but as I’m pregnant I couldn’t have a hot drink in the room in the morning, a little let down.
- Z6355EAianw (2/5): Awful service - Awful - tried to book in 1 hour early but was told would charge me extra. I cane back st 9pm and took 30 mins for someone to brother to turn up. Awful.
- rosalynf214 (2/5): Dusty Disappointment - We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. From the moment I walked in, it was clear it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Dusty skirting boards, dusty lights in lamps, dusty fans and that’s just the start of it.
We moved the bed to suit our family needs and it was clear the bed had not been moved in YEARS. The thick layer of dust, dead moths and insects was not acceptable.
The bathroom was relatively clean however the soap dispenser was covered in mould.
The hotel promised a deep clean would take place whilst we were out the next day. This did not happen. They gave us new towels (with an addition of a long black hair), emptied the bins and sprayed some air freshener. The soap was still mouldy, the dust still covered the floor and the skirtings etc. We were moved rooms to find the exact same, dirty dusty skirtings, light fittings fans the lot. Only goes to show is every room like this?
The receptionists we dealt with were lovely and really tried to help, however with a fully booked hotel one night, and then a late return the next night there was not much to be done.
For the price paid, this is completely unacceptable. A hotel room should feel clean, safe, and welcoming, but this one felt neglected and dirty. I would not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.
- busybee56537 (10/5): Charming - Stayed at this Premier Inn while in Exeter as my usual one was full. I was a little apprehensive due to some of the reviews, but I didn’t need to worry, clean warm rooms, excellent bed and bedding and free parking with the most warmest of welcome from Lucy the receptionist. I actually found this premier to have a little charm and character in comparison to most, even some beautiful flowers around the building and in reception.
Great WiFi, and some good grub in the beefeater next door.
- LucilleRoseF (4/5): Cheap and can see why. - I've stayed at many premier inns and always thought they was quite pleasant. This was cheaper than a travelodge so thought we got a bargain and now I can see why haha!
Stayed in room 10, woke up to toilet water all over the bathroom that had somehow leaked. Was rubbish under our bed. Constant banging and walking around upstairs and men sleeping in reception.
Would not stay here again.
- pbell35 (10/5): It has been a good base camp - The location has fulfilled our need for a base for our travels within Hampshire and beyond. It is within easy reach of London where our next leg of the trip will begin. The staff are friendly and were able to solve our laundry problem from the previous fortnight of travelling. Laundrettes are few and far between in the UK and require coins which can be hard to come by in this plastic currency age. The room was well priced and adequate for recovering from a day's worth of exploring. The Monkey Puzzle restaurant was next door and served breakfast and dinner.
- Peterch405 (4/5): A favourite location which has gone quickly downhill. - Stayed here many times and have always enjoyed the experience. But this time quality of room and overall offer/value for money was way below what we have been used to. Lamp on table didn't work and shower was broken spraying water all over the bathroom floor. We reported both but hard to believe these were sudden new issues that only surfaced on our visit. Been used to having access to meals and bar in adjacent Beefeater but now closed with only breakfast available. Hotel is in a pretty rundown area so little available locally to compensate for this. Notwithstanding proximity to Edinburgh and the Festival, price of room only at over £140 per night was extortionate and took no account of lack of facilities at hotel. Not sure we will stay again despite proximity to family we visit in Falkirk.
- Don437 (4/5): Adequate, but there's probably better options available. - If all you need is a quiet room, comfortable bed and a toilet, the Premier Inn at Falkirk Central might meet your needs. Decor is tired and the bathroom was in desperate need of a remodel. First room we were offered smelled musty. Smallest TV I've seen in a hotel in years. Internet signal intermittent at best. Breakfast was disappointing. Staff were friendly and sympathetic, but could only do so much.
- chrisasi71 (2/5): Baking room with no air con. Awful nights sleep - I had one of the worse nights sleep ever in a hotel room. Our hotel room did not have air conditioning . It had a desk fan and a pedestal fan. The night we stayed was very hot and found it very difficult to sleep.
I find it appalling that this hotel did not have air conditioning , it was baking and uncomfortable in our room.
Other points were the USB charging port next to our bed were not working. Our bedsheets had stains on them.
There are no lifets in this hotel, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.
We had booked a deal which had room and dinner and breakfast included . However there were certain exclusions on the drinks.. ie only 2 brands of beer and house red. No where at all in our booking did it list the exclusions for the meal.
The restuarent (brewyers fayre) had a tacky dated interior which look in need of some renovation.
We had to order our food from the bar and the waitress got confused a few times especially when we wanted to subsitute chips and onions rings for salad when ordering the steak.
It said on the menu that you can do that but the waitress didnt know the menu and was looking baffled!
The food for dinner was good and enjoyable as was breakfast.
They only had 1 coffee machine which took ages to make a coffee and had to be stopped twice to take coffee grounds out and then add milk, making it more slower!
I am throughly annoyed that in this day and age and with competitor hotels such as Travelodge fitting rooms with Air Con, that Premier Inn cant do this.
I had a terrible nights sleep and this afffected my enjoyment of the British Motor Show.
This is not the first time ive had a bad experience staying in a Premier Inn hotel but certainly now , i will avoid staying in a Premier Inn Hotel because they provide poor quality rooms and terrrible service.
Their buidlings look quite run down and dated.
- sandrabO5437GQ (6/5): Night stay - Book for one night here not stay before. Staff were polite and helpful and our room was clean and bathroom was too . Room was just a bit dated to others we stay in plus windows you could see needed to be change as glass blowing . Had a small step going in to the room which we said was fine for us just people next to us we did see them coming out of there room and they said they still trip if there was a sign telling you up . If we are in the area again we look at here to stay again hopefully it get updated at some point and windows sorted soon plus at other premier inn round the area
- Hagefa (10/5): Perfect Exeter hotel stay - Great location, good food. Staff friendly and clean room. Arrived late at night for a check in and wasn’t a problem for the front desk staff.
- Z1230BHianr (8/5): short break - a great expieriance staff were great, helpfull and friendly ,rooms were comfortable and clean beds super comfort better than my own bed, the only minnor issue could do with an extra chair in the rooms and a bit of road niose when windows open but would still go back when were in the area.
- Mwood789 (4/5): Poor overall hotel, wouldnt recommend - Poor outdated hotel that lacked cleanliness and also the rooms were uncomfortably hot, yet the corridor was cool. Only positive was staff were friendly
- NumberZen (6/5): Just ok - It’s pretty basic even for a premier inn.
Crap telly, bed ok, bathroom needs attention.
Air con excellent but breakfast appallingly bad.
Reception staff very friendly but I have to say I think it’s overpriced for what it is and it’s in need of some money spending on it
- L6162FMleons (2/5): Dont stay in hot weather - Book somewhere else in the summer or when its hot
Rooms very warm, hot aircon and cant open windows
waste of money, no sleep at all
Room fine, staff fine, parking fine
- CharleneR911 (2/5): Do Not Book! - Air Con terrible.
No restaurant
No Bar
No coffee machine at breakfast
Breakfast - 40 minute wait for 2 poached eggs that came swimming it at least 1/2 pint of water!
6 guests - 3 rooms and we where all very disappointed!! We rang ahead from ferry to ensure restaurant was opened to be lied to!!!
Stay away - we will never return and to be honest as frequent Premier Inn guests both for pleasure and business we have started using different hotels and highly doubt we will return.
Made a complaint to customer services and they said they are sorry that breakfast wasn't to our standard!!!
What about the lies told that you had a restaurant and bar for them to be closed for the full duration (4 nights) in the hotel!!!!
What a waste of money!!
But the reception staff where fantastic, very helpful and very pleasant!! And told us that the kitchen and bar area was an ongoing issue!!!!! So just confirmed the lies again!!!!!!!!!
- stephanieg8702 (10/5): Good value for money - This hotel was clean and spacious.
The bed super comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
Usb ports next to the bed.
This is the best premier inn I I have stayed in.
- lamb_bob (10/5): Great place to stay - Great place to stay, lovely staff member checked us in and helped us with a few things. They had staffing issues when we were there to do with the attached pub which ended up only being open for breakfast so our refund for dinner was quickly dealt with. Lovely big, nice and clean and no issues. Would recommend
- heatherbV4934UA (10/5): So patient and helpful - Charlotte and her manager were so helpful. We accidentally undercooked our stay by 2 nights. Even though they couldn’t reach us, they kept our room and extended our stay for us when we returned late at night - all with a cheerful attitude.
- 915pens (10/5): Would definitely stay there again. - The staff all very nice and helpful. The bed soooo comfortable. Everywhere was clean . Plenty of choice at breakfast.
Overall very good and I’d definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
- hilaryh736 (8/5): Much better than previous Premier Inn in Stockport - Nice bed, good shower. Room key did not work consistently. Good selection of tea/coffe and availability of additional milk cartons.
- N7964OOjo_op (10/5): While it’s not a luxury property, everything I needed was there. Nice food in the restaurant and the staff was friendly - While it’s not a luxury property, everything I needed was there. It’s clear that the people working here care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is pleasant. The food in the restaurant was also good for the value. Pe
- kimberleyr435 (4/5): Disappointed overall - Room could be done with an update. Very disappointed about the lack of restaurant availability in the evening, only told the day before I traveled. Went to a sister hotel but not ideal as had to pay for taxi's so made trip more expensive than I hoped for. Had to move room on last day as a bee or wasp got in and they couldn't get it. Unfortunately fire alarm went off round 5.30am, it was very scary had my young niece with me so had to keep her calm. I think staff need a bit more training in how to deal with unexpected things like this.
- jo4nne (10/5): 5 star service by the fantastic Charlotte - On arriving at premier inn west we were greeted by a lovely lady called Charlotte. Her friendly welcome was most welcome after a long journey in the car. Charlotte went above and beyond to facilitate my needs and was only to happy to help. Charlotte is a credit to your business and made my trip a pleasant stay - thank you Charlotte
- jess1234186411 (10/5): Outstanding service - What an amazing service from the lovley lady Charlotte who went ubove and beyond! What a credit to your company, will definitely come back.
Especially for my juice 😊
- Jsyfitz (4/5): Lots of parking, and a comfy bed but that’s all - We chose this particular Premier Inn because of its location but were bitterly disappointed. The hotel ( motel really ) is in desperate need of refurbishment - the photos on TA convey a modern 3 star venue, whereas in truth, without the parking & some other facilities it would struggle to be awarded 2 stars. There’s no air conditioning, or fans to cool the rooms, and we were kept awake by a faulty bathroom extractor fan that couldn’t be turned off. Until the hotel has been completely refurbished best avoided.
- Q5620WWwilliame (4/5): Too hot to stay - The rooms were too hot and could have done with a portable air conditioners. I had to check out a day earlier due to the unbearable conditions of the room.
On the Saturday, the restaurant closed and the beer garden closed too. There was no where to hang out and we're forced into the baking rooms. I couldn't stay and had to leave.
- emmahE361LL (10/5): Amazing staff - The young girl Maddy was really nice and helpful with everything I had asked of her. Would 100% come again, excellent service! 😁
- kaya2702 (6/5): AVOID DURING HEATWAVES! - Stayed for two nights during the hot weather. The room was unbearable as there was no aircon, just a couple of hand fans which just pushed around hot air. On the second night we actually went and slept in the car for a few hours as it was actually cooler than the room.
However, that said, Charlotte, the receptionist, could not do enough for us; she was very friendly and kind and could not apologise enough for the non-existent wifi and lack of air conditioning - all clearly nothing to do with her at all. Lovely young lady and an asset to your hotel.
Wifi was non existent, as already mentioned, as was the phone signal, so that was fun. The room itself was basic but ok for our needs, decent shower, bath, etc.
Monkey Puzzle pub was great, lovely staff and a nice large garden to enjoy your ice cold beer. Food was OK for a pub chain - ping food - reasonably priced for what we got.
Sort yourselves out, Premiere Inn, it’s 2025 and you should have decent FREE wifi for your guests as well as air conditioning… all this climate change and stuff we’re constantly told about… 🙄
- S3649ENdeniset (8/5): As good as usual - The hotel was clean and comfortable as we would expect. The bed was comfy but the pillows were rather hard. There was disabled parking right by the door which was a bonus for us not having to take the luggage too far.
- helenlouiset (10/5): Pleasant overnight stop in Exeter. - Good value. Was a bit worried when I saw on the map that it is by a big roundabout but our room (44) was very quiet. There was plenty of free parking close to our room. The room we had was for 2 ie twin beds. There was no room for a sofa like in most Premier Inns.
- R7466UHchriss (2/5): Shocking - Shocking place all round, bedroom was dirty and mouldy, holes in the bed sheets along with stains, sweet wrappers on the floor and stains. Bathroom was disgusting. I’m writing this on behalf of my partner who was attending a funeral, she complained and was moved to central Exeter. The photos she took are shocking ! A long way from the tv ads !
