Guest Reviews
- Itrytobefair1 (10/5): High standard for a Premier Inn - The standard of this premier inn was much higher than those that I am used to in the UK.
Great location, 5-10 minute walk from the main station.
Clean, good bar area, great breakfast and the staff were all very helpful and professional.
Only minor criticism, no power sockets or usb charging points near the bed and only a two coffee sachets left in the room for a 2 night stay for 2 x adults, not something I think I should be asking for and chasing.
Tip for any Elvis fans visiting Bad Nauheim, it’s only 20-25 minutes journey from the main station.
We can recommend the Frau Rauscher Apfelwein restaurant across the river, authentic German cuisine
- Kerryn72 (10/5): 4 star for hotel 5 star for Jobin (staff member) - Hotel....well located. 5 min from main station, 10 minutes from river, 15 min walk from.old town.
Actual street and surrounds a bit seedy though.
Hotel clean, room spacious and comfortable. Free wifi.
Restaurant has small menu- soup, pizza drinks. Food was very good.
Check in easy, some staff less friendly than others.
Friend got ill and required medical attention. Jobin on front desk was amazing. It was new years day so things were closed. He persisted and found a doctor who would come to hotel.
Jobin also followed up with us throughout the day. He was outstanding, thank you! The 5th dot/star is because of him. We were very appreciative of his help and support as the overnight dedk guy was not helpful at all.
- Nana666 (10/5): Very pleasant stay - The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean, confortable. It has a parking with extra charge but it is very convenient when you travel by car. The breakfast is good. The staff is excellent, very helpful.
- Getaway10267783594 (10/5): Comfort in Premier inn - We had a great comfortable stay at the hotel. The checkin was simple and friendly, the room was quiet, well equipped, cosy and clean. The hotel is also well located and a short walk to the main train station and into the centre of of the city. There are also lots of restaurant close by to choice from.
- Navigator601408 (10/5): Amazing - We recently stayed at this hotel on 28th November. Room was very clean and the bed comfortably. We was pleasantly surprised when opening our room to find a nice bottle of wine and chocolates.
- Wander826567 (10/5): Perfect base for weekend in North Kent - Very good location for visiting Faversham , Whitstable and Canterbury . Rooms very clean and staff very friendly and efficient .
Perfect base for a friends ‘weekend in North Kent .
- 957dempseys (10/5): amazing - i recently visited this fantastic hotel, it had nice clean rooms and a very comfy bed, there service was impeccable it was all around amazing
- J3726XOsamanthak (10/5): Brilliant dining staff Saturday evening 22nd November 2025! - Myself and my autistic 16 year old twins came for one night to the premier inn in folkestone and we had dinner on the saturday night whilst there was a large party of noisy young men in the dining room.
We asked to have our meal in our room but the ladies in the dining room were amazing and obviously saw the distress of my twin girls and so allowed us to eat our dinner in a quiet area away from the noise!
They brought our dinner to the table, gave us drinks and looked after us.
Jess and Izzy (my twins) wanted to say that they were so happy that they were looked after so well and wanted me to write a brilliant review for all the staff!
Thank you so much! Our hotel stay was SO lovely and we wanted to thank all the staff in the dining room on Saturday 22nd November 2025!
- RacingToast (8/5): Bed was good, no USB sockets. Cookhouse, next door, not good. - The bed was good, room was clean. Needed to have USB sockets in the bedroom, the lack of them was an issue. Went to the Cookhouse, next door, would not go again. Was going to eat but only had a drink and then left, staff could have more friendly.
- DNock88 (4/5): Not a great night in the ice box - Not a great experience. Self booked in which was quick and easy. The room felt like an ice box, even when we turned the heating up to 32 degrees it’s only powering a small radiator in the corner which cuts out at 18. Floors/ walls are thin and you can clearly hear the people above you talking. Who ever was above us today I hope your ok, you woke the whole family up with a the loud bang when you fell out of bed at 0230.
At best only had a few hours sleep.
A very disappointing night.
- Odyssey35734494271 (4/5): Very hot rooms. - This hotel is being refurbished. The room was clean, with comfortable furnishings. However the heating system needs looking at. The room was exceptionally hot despite no heating on and window open and fan on. We could not sleep due to the heat.
- roexs (10/5): Stay here! - I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The location was convenient. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. Overall, a great place to stay for both business and leisure trips. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
- Hepatacyte (6/5): Average - Average Premier Inn really. The room was smaller than other PL hotels we have stayed in and Dias a bit cell-like. It was also very hot so making sleeping difficult.
On site restaurant (breakfast) was OK
Parking more than sufficient
Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 411nickn (10/5): One night stay - Only one night stay as very close to le shuttle. Lovey room good night sleep. Helpful staff. Didn’t stay for breakfast but looked very good value for money.
- P5736SUbenb (10/5): Business trip - I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip. I arrived early and the most helpful, caring young lady who checked me in early with no fuss . Very polite and professional with a smile on her face for each guest she met .
- DJB1966 (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - We booked to stay for my boyfriends birthday as we were seeing a show in Faversham. Unbeknown to me he proposed that night and on returning to the hotel the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate. They were absolutely amazing and I can honestly say its the best Premier Inn we've ever stayed in and our room was fab too. Thank you all so much for making it so special for us.
- Christine022 (6/5): A poor experience - Our group of friends stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and it’s clear they’re doing their best. However, the hotel wasn’t quite up to the usual Premier Inn standard. On the first morning, breakfast was disappointing — there were no toasters available, and the plates were cold as the plate heater was broken.. On our last morning, the food delivery hadn’t arrived, so breakfast options were very limited, no baked beans, tomatoes or black pudding. Cold plates once again. The previous night, chips weren’t available in the restaurant, and guests were offered salad with fish and peas instead.
There’s a new manager in place who has only recently taken over from management that didn’t perform well, so hopefully things will improve soon, as the staff themselves were excellent.
- margarethB3308OP (10/5): 5* experience at 3* prices - Clean, spacious, comfortable and v quiet.
Good breakfast selection, full English and continental
Friendly, helpful checkin staff and in the restaurant
- smelly_cat_lady (8/5): Good value for money - Excellent location for the tunnel. Reasonable value for money, good sized bed, large bathroom and good quality soap. WiFi bit feeble but free
- E8401JKpauls (10/5): Amazing hotel staff - Booked for my birthday weekend and from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Went to a show in Faversham the Friday and I promised to my partner. Upon our return and the staff finding out they went above and beyond to help us celebrate, bubbly and even a card from them all. Absolutely lovely service from an amazing team , lovely humans and the best premier inn we have ever stayed in. Can't wait to return.
- susancF6132VP (10/5): Premier Inn, Faversham - I had an excellent stay at the Premier Inn Faversham. I booked a Premier Inn Plus room and was very impressed. There was plenty of space, good equipment, a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom. I liked the vanity area too. I was able to do some work using the free WiFi in smart and peaceful surroundings. I booked a breakfast when I arrived for the following morning and was delighted with the freshly cooked food and selection of other items. The staff were absolutely delightful too. This is the first time I have used Premier Inn and will make it my number one choice from now on.
- jordanpO8432OP (10/5): Great - Absolute fantastic customer service and very friendly staff would recommend to anyone food was lovely and fast service
- Sue85uk (10/5): Excellent stay, confidence restored! - Thank you for the lovely stay at Faversham premier Inn. Car parking was easy, the welcome at reception was good, though the lady wasn't exactly convinced we didn't have any towels... we didn't, but she soon fixed that and apologised!
It was quiet and the room was comfortable and we had premier plus (much to my husbands disgust! The hotel he had been in don't have posh rooms) my daughter loved the big chair in the room, I was happy with the coffee machine! And we're had a little fridge.... wine was cold!! As we're her chocolate eclairs 😁So everyone was good.
Comfortable bed, decent night sleep, good breakfast and we were off to visit Canterbury arts uni for the day with an "enjoy your uni visit" from the lady who was on breakfast. What more could we want. Thank you.
Oh and there is an Aldi with a bakery opposite which was really useful.... Though I kept getting told off for calling it Lidl!! Eye roll from teenage daughter.
- 822fariedp (10/5): New fans in rooms are fantastic - Great hotel. Superb helpful staff and WOW new wonderful fans in the room, a vast improvement from the previous standard fans!!!
- ColletteD749 (10/5): Great Stay - Really handy for the Channel tunnel. Staff really helpful, room really clean and well equipped.love the large make up mirror with light outside the bathroom., great idea . We had dinner in the resturant staff very attentive food was really good
- myrab676 (10/5): Just right - This was the perfect hotel for me, an older female solo traveler. Clean, safe, lovely staff. Breakfast in the morning and a nightcap in the evening were both quite nice. I will stay again.
- V9786VFjohnh (8/5): Good bed - Very good position for visiting the area the only downside was the room temperature was very hot even with the very good fan provided
- WDbxl (6/5): Fine, but not great. - Clean rooms with comfortable beds and easy access to the Channel terminal for Le Shuttle service to France. Warm welcome from the reception,
Beyond that, the general upkeep of the hotel was of a fairly low standard. Corridors and general hotel spaces poorly kept and in need of cosmetic updates (paint, wall coverings, carpet…). Car park looked like a fly tip when we arrived and nothing had been cleaned by the time we left the next morning. Water pressure non-existent in the shower. Fans a nice way to make the room less stuffy without aircon, but would worry about staying when it’s warmer in summer.
All in all, it ticked the basics and worked for a quick night, but wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again.
- LynnCase (10/5): Very quiet hotel. - Stayed at the Faversham Premier Inn for a week and it is so quiet, you cannot hear any traffic noise at all. The staff were very pleasant and efficient.
- Q6197STderekh (10/5): Excellent. Have no hesitation on making a return visit - Staff at Folkstone premier inn went above and beyond to ensure our 3 day stay was perfect. Room as comfortable and quiet.
- lesleypU5037HC (10/5): An unexpected gem in the middle of nowhere ! - Tucked away, a short drive from the town centre, this hotel is fantastic. Close to the M2 this is a great place to stay on an overnight stop or for a few days to visit the local area, towns and attractions.
On arrival the area is clean and tidy, with plenty of free parking. Despite arriving late in the evening we were greeted by the lovely Amelia and the star of this hotel Byron . Check in was simple and straight forward either all essential information passed on. The hotel itself is relatively new, and very clean and spacious. Our room, a standard double had everything we needed , and Byron and the housekeeping team sorted our need to borrow an iron swiftly.
The food was excellent although we experienced some issues due to poor level of customer service, a blown fuse, and late delivery- all of which were swiftly resolved by Nikki the manager .
Overall our stay was excellent and good value for money.
Byron, will certainly go far with his personality and positive attitude towards guests having the best experience . No problem was too big or small for him to resolve and with the support of his manager he deserves to reap success .
- Departure18301116941 (6/5): OK but make sure you register for parking your car... - Room OK. Nice and clean. Ground floor. Need to get more tea and coffee from reception as minimal in room. Plenty of parking...however...
Check In: arrived at 11:00 as booked early check in for this time. Unable to check in on terminals and staff member completely disinterested in us as mopping floor...when we asked about checking in she said it was at 15:00...zero proactiveness and we had to state we had paid for early check in..not the best first impressions.
Parking: make sure you register your car at reception (it was not mentioned/prompted when we checked in) as if you don't you're coming home to a £57 or £92 charge from the private parking police...
Restaurant: absolutely baltic...had to go and get extra layers for eating our meal...staff disinterested and overcharged for one of our meals...not the best food but it is what it is.
Room: adequate, not the biggest...pretty much standard premier inn.
Would we return? No. The parking charge was a kick in the teeth when we got home, and no mention of it from "receptionist" to aid guests who may not have read full website t&c's or missed the signs when arriving as it was bouncing with rain....hey ho...lesson learned...
- D1186PVsabinam (10/5): Recommendable - Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, easy check-in and good parking space. All you need for a pleasant stay.
- morganpauls (10/5): Great place to stay. - Fabulous place. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms very comfortable. Would highly recommend to friends before tunnel crossing.
- Navigator20304125603 (2/5): Not up to usual standard - Absolutely awful- the bed was horrible and because the we stayed at a place with new beds then it is not covered under your goodnight sleep guarantee!! Complaints process is a joke!
- 946tom (6/5): Be careful of ventilation issues - Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good. The hotel does not refresh the room daily unless requested. A big issue was room ventilation. The hotel apparently turns off AC during the night resulting in a room temp rise and lack of fresh air. We had a total of 9 rooms for our party and all complained about the middle of night change in comfort. Overall, good value.
- Harold (8/5): - Ontbijt was goed. Veel geluid van boven etage.
Ligbad hoeft voor mij niet des te beter een goede inloop douche.
- lincolnhatter (8/5): Very good standard - One night stay here before moving on to holiday cottage, easy to find, fantastic welcome from Georgie who was really cheerful and helpful, a real credit to PI.
Usual good standard of bed, room, shower etc, breakfast was as always good value and tasty.
Nice easy walk into Faversham town and an Aldi next door if you needed anything
- max2mimi (10/5): Great place to stay - Visited here on the hop festival
Was served with a warm welcome and great service by Jeff the bartender and he did many other duties
Would recommend this as a clean convenient place to stay in faversham
- Jimmy (8/5): - Ouder hotel toch proper
- 698eugenei (8/5): A very good place to stay - Spent a couple of nights at the Premier Inn Faversham with the family. The hotel itself looks like it’s only a few years old so has a fresh feel compared to other Premier Inn hotels. The room and bathroom were neat and tidy and we had a quiet and comfortable nights sleep. Meals at the downstairs restaurant were good and excellent value for money in my opinion and would recommend a visit even if you’re just passing through. Although located in a quiet edge of a suburb, another convenience is the Aldi store across the road where you can pick up your drinks, snacks, toiletries etc. Overall a great stay and, providing the standards of cleanliness and building repair are maintained, would highly recommend!
- B8279YBrachelp (10/5): Lovely and welcoming - Lovely especially the staff and byron. Food was lush , bedrooms tidy and clean. Lots of parking and aldi across the road . Walking distance to the town and station
Was soll man da als Gast etwas positives schreiben?
- 674samanthaw (10/5): Stop over following a trip to France - We used this Premier Inn after our trip to France. Our boat had been delayed and I was worried about getting food. I was so pleased when I arrived that they were serving food until late and there was a great choice. The children and I enjoyed a meal and slept well following our food. Check out is 12pm so there was no rush in the morning. Breakfast had a good choice.
I'd certainly recommend this Premier Inn and I would visit again.
- dexter0usc (8/5): Nearly perfect stay - Overall very good Experience, although I’ll start with the negative. There was poor communication from the housekeeping team to the front desk and after two trips up to our room (after 3pm check in time) our room hadn’t been touched from the previous guest. The front of house lady (I can’t remember name) was apologetic and she did move us to another room and eventually was ready by around 5pm but the lovely lady did offer us an apology drink which was very appreciated on such a hot day.
The restaurant staff knocked it out of the park especially Jeff! Who we had the pleasure of seeing on both nights of our stay! Nothing was too much trouble & he was so patient especially with our very chatty kids. He even arranged a bottle of my husbands favourite ale took to our room for my hubbys birthday!
Both the breakfast chef and the lady helping in restaurant (11th August) were both also excellent with their friendliness and warmness.
Apart from the room niggle everything was perfect & would definitely stay again if we was in the area
- PACarney (10/5): It’s all about the people ! - It’s all about the people !
The team at the Faversham Premier Inn were first class
Thomas And Jeff in particular were exemplary but to be fair the whole team were so nice
Great engagement skills and well trained obviously but the way they came across was exceptional - friendly and helpful
- Tomoose87 (10/5): Great staff, great stay! - Brilliant stay. Stayed here for two nights either side of a trip to Europe. The hotel is positioned well for Le Shuttle and is reasonably priced due to it's location. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The rooms do not have opening windows and instead use an air con system to regulate the room temperature. Our first night we had issues due to my son being asthmatic. On our second night we asked for a fan and this was sent to our room immediately by the very helpful lady who served us at reception. We had a much better night's sleep and came down to a really good breakfast the next morning. This is definatley the best Premier Inn we have stayed at and will definatley stay here again.
Thanks to all for a great stay.
- jessicadH8286AV (8/5): Good hotel - Hotel was good, nice rooms and easy check in.
For breakfast service Kelsa was amazing. They were clearly very understaffed and there was a wait for food. However she worked really hard and fast.
- VRomeijn (8/5): Affordable yet high quality stay - We traveled to Frankfurt for a city trip in November 2024 and decided to stay in this hotel. The hotel is located close to the Hauptbahnhof, and at a central spot in the city. This obviously makes the hotel a good fit for setting out to explore the city. The central location did mean that, as we travelled by car, we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit since traffic around the hotel can get very busy during rush hour. The hotel has a parking garage, located behind the main building. The garage is not large and you have to drive through a small alleyway to reach it, but it was nice to not have to look for a parking spot elsewhere.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room, which was much larger than we had expected based on the price. The room itself, like much of the spaces within the hotel, looked quite modern and crisp. The bathroom likewise looked great, was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Important to know is that the room does not have a fridge. We knew this in advance, and I believe this is customary for Premier Inn hotels, but important to note for those unfamiliar with the chain.
We are also very positive about the staff. We spoke with a few employees of the hotel for information on the city. They also gave us great suggestions on where to go for dinner.
- Climber825330 (6/5): Good hotel but in a dreadful neighbourhood - The premier inn itself was good.
Very clean , large family room and helpful staff .
But the area it is situated in was awful.
The streets were full on drug addicts and sex shops.
I know you get that in most cities but it was too close for comfort. Did not feel safe walking to and from the hotel. Won't be re visiting.
- sxxs2013 (10/5): Short family trip away - Stayed here in February for 2 nights with my husband and 3 children, very central, staff friendly, rooms clean and hotel clean.50% off drinks in hotel bar between 5-7pm free wifi.5 minute walk to centre of city.
- dnyanadavaidya (4/5): Uncomfortable and Not Value for Money - The hotel is a short walk from the Hauptbahnof. While we booked with them only for a night, we were thankfully given an early check-in. They also offer a late check-out at a fee (25€ for a 4pm check-out).
All the employees were courteous and friendly.
However, the area around the hotel is unpleasant and could be intimidating. While I understand that the hotel cannot do much about it, as a female traveller I would be concerned for my safety and well-being.
Owing to this, we decided to have dinner at the hotel itself. The menu is very limited and they did not have a basic Margherita Pizza.
Another key reason for a lower rating is that the AC wasnt working for the 36hrs that we stayed at the hotel. On us having complained of the room seeming warm and no cooling, the staff informed us of the AC not working for the next few days.
We were offered the option to use a fan or sleep with the window open. Eventually, we settled for the small fan they had, not enough to cool a room. Additionally, we had to carry the fan to our room ourselves.
No complaints against the staff, but our stay was not pleasant, comfortable and value for money.
- hummingbird012 (8/5): Purple Vibes and German Efficiency - Premier Inn was conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby. It’s an easy trip from the airport—just hop on the S8 or S9 from Flughafen to Hauptbahnhof, then it’s a short walk to the hotel. Being a block away from the main road made it noticeably quieter, which was a nice bonus. From this hotel, it was an easy walk to Willy Brandt Plaza.
As with many hotels in Germany, there was a security check at the ground floor entrance, and another along the corridor leading to the rooms. The check-in was pretty efficient in itself.
The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with ambient purple lighting that gave it a cozy, modern feel. I absolutely loved it and wished I had more than just one night here. The price was also competitive - great Premier Inn on Elbestrasse.
- Tourist897 (10/5): Nice hotel for a short stay - This is a nice hotel for a short stay.
Well located, close to the city center.
All clean and tidy in my room, good space and quality bedding, extra pillows in sealed bags in the closet in the room.
Large TV ....but lack of English channels and no English movies ;(
Good internet connection.
Staff in reception was friendly, very helpful and responsible in their work.
Everything is acceptable :)
- SujanSiddhi (8/5): Great choice for our first stop in Europe! - It was a great choice for our first stop in Europe! The rooms were modern, clean, and perfectly located—we walked everywhere, from Römerberg to the Städel Museum. Breakfast was good and offered good options. The front desk team was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
- GlobeTrotting809621 (10/5): The staff makes this an exceptionally great place to stay! - Whoever hired the staff at this Premier Inn should take a bow. Everyone -- from the front desk, to the room cleaners, to breakfast people, to the hosts who pour you a drink at Happy Hour -- is fantastic! We absolutely loved our stay here and can't think of any other place we would rather be when we return to Frankfurt one day! Well done!
- AlbyOneGC (8/5): I like it - A very central location. Quick, friendly and efficient check-in and out. Allowed me to check in a bit early, which was much appreciated. Rooms are what I expect from Premier Inn. Comfortable, a decent size, and most of the things I needed.
In a 3 day stay, they skipped house cleaning once, which was disappointing, although I may have been asleep when they called by.
Good cafe and lobby downstairs.
I liked it
- CentreOfUniverse (10/5): Did Not Feel "Budget" At All - This German Premier Inn is better than the UK versions. In fact, it did not feel “budget” at all, apart from the fact that it only serves very limited evening food (just 24 hour Pizza). However, it does have an a more extensive buffet breakfast than the UK version and an attractive bar area which is open 24 hours.
The room was similar to the UK version, with a great bed/pillows. However, the small wardrobe had a door (there was little other storage space, no phone, no safe) but you get a hair-dryer, air-con, kettle and TV.
The bathroom/shower was much more upmarket, than in our Premier Inns. The multi-lingual staff were friendly and professional, including Vanessa, Nadi and Usamah. They all deserve a pay rise! (For the extremely knowledgeable and helpful Vanessa: the history museum was very good and your recommended German restaurant, ‘Paulaner, was excellent).
Sadly, Frankfurt, like many of the worlds cities today have a "dark side". The hotel is just ten minutes’ walk from the main station (ideal for the airport), but unfortunately you pass through a migrant ghetto, with many homeless people on drugs and even a lap dancing club. However, if you walk in the other direction to the river Main (the hotel is just five mins away from where river boats dock) and towards the old town and shopping centre. Things feel much safer.
- vicky3487 (10/5): Christmas Markets Trip - We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting for the Christmas Markets. The location is great for both the markets and the train station. Only a 10 min walk to both.
The room was a great size, nice and clean, comfy beds, staff were friendly and happy to help with anything.
Loads of restaurants and shops close by. It was exactly what we wanted for this festive visit.
- keithc586 (10/5): Xmas Market trip 24 - I can’t fault this stay in what must be one of the newest Premier Inns that has opened. I am a frequent user of the chain and they never let me down. This was my first Inn away from the UK. The experience for three nights was nothing short of perfection. The room was immaculate. The staff and service were superb and the breakfast set up was well organised and the food excellent.
Well done Premier Inn Frankfurt, we will certainly recommend as usual but especially your venue.
Thanks again.
- Lollyms11 (10/5): Fantastic hotel - For being no more than a 10 minute walk to the centre this hotel is perfect. From checking in to checking out I have no complaints. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in at a hotel. We had a family room, which was huge! The bed and pillows are a dream. I had a great night sleep. We paid for the breakfast on our last morning and there were lots to choose from. The staff on the front desk were so polite, helpful and cheerful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Frankfurt.
- Aussie-Traveller3121 (8/5): Great hotel in convenient location. - This is a really good hotel, conveniently located within easy walking distance to the main railway station and other key places to visit. It looks like the hotel has recently been refurbished as everything is in top shape, looking quite new.
So what are the good things about this hotel?
Location
Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk.
Very comfortable (albeit on the small side) rooms and well set up.
Excellent buffet breakfast.
Happy hour in the evening with half priced drinks.
Good value for your money.
And the bad points?
Nothing really. Not much the hotel can do about room size.
I have noted that some reviews say the district where the hotel is located is a bit on the seedy side, but I didn’t find it so and always felt comfortable when walking around, day and night.
A very pleasant stay and no hesitation recommending it to others.
- U3501DTerict (10/5): Wonderful experience - Visiting from America, this is the place to stay at. Reasonable prices, great room, attractions nearby, FRIENDLY and knowledgeable staff. Management was welcoming and able to answer questions about the area. The lobby is very clean and a great place for evening drinks. Will be back!
