Guest Reviews
- Cwtsch (2/5): Poor, dirty and restaurant closed with no notice!! - Premier inn is always our go to budget UK hotel. You always know what you get and most hotels are the same.
However. this Premier Inn was poor to say the least.
Whoever the lady was at check in at about 5 pm on Sunday the 30th November needs to realise that she should not work in a customer facing role or at the least should be re- trained!! She let the Premier Inn brand down badly!
Upon checking in we were told that the restaurant was closed without any explanation or apology!! Having travelled a long way this was disappointing. We were allocated a room which was smelling or dirt and had cobwebs along the walls. The smell was general dirt, sweat or dog not sure which one but it was revolting and made us feel sick.
We went down to the reception to ask for a room change and received no apology from the receptionist who was on another planet and was unable to hold a conversation.
The lift area smelt like a farmyard. Didn't know that staying at this Premier Inn gave a free farmyard smell experience. It wasn't nice to say the lest!!
I have complained to Premier inn as this was disappointing and await their reply.
We are not serial complainers and stayed in Winchester the following night which was great.
Very disappointing in Salisbury and won't return.
- Britsardo (6/5): Good hotel, bad breakfast - Pros - The rooms are a good size and clean. There are plenty of parking spaces and the rooms are very quiet. The price for the rooms were very reasonable and check in was easy.
The staff are helpful and friendly.
Cons - The breakfast was terrible for the price. Nothing was getting refilled and you had to ask for missing items. The orange juice and water were empty. There was no white bread (until you asked for it), limited choice of bread, and the pastries were dry.
There was only a choice of over hard eggs, no soft yolk, scrambled or boiled eggs were offered.
The breakfast timing was terrible, so you spent time waiting for items, such as if the eggs were cooked, then the bacon was missing etc.
- orlanmike (8/5): Typical Premier Plus room - Usual Premier Inn standard with comfy bed, fridge and Nespresso machine. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was diabolical, possibly the worst meal I've ever had. Totally disinterested serving staff, huge wait times and dire food. Make sure you go out for dinner. Buffet breakfast was actually ok as was the staff.
- Chart50 (6/5): This Premier Inn has gone down in our estimation - Our room was disappointing as the coffee machine leaked badly & when we mentioned it, a member of staff said they all leaked so we didn't use it again. The walk in shower did not drain away so I checked the drain plug & it was clogged up with hair etc. I removed it & put it into the bin in the bathroom. I complained to the member of staff & she said she would send the housekeeper up to our room, we never saw her. We did not know that the adjoining restaurant had been shut & that there was an inhouse café for dinner & breakfast. We were told that it had been closed for 2 years but we stay every November & it was open last year. We travel from the Midlands & it is nearly a 3 hour journey so we had to wait in our car until our room was ready as we did not want to pay the supplement for the 40 minute wait. We were allowed to use the toilet as we had nowhere else to go. In the café for dinner there was a small menu with a few items not available. What we had was OK although there was quite a wait. Breakfast was chaotic as the café is very small. The staff tried very hard to replenish items but there really wasn't enough of them to service so many people at once. Very unfair I thought. We had already booked a return for 2 nights next month & unsure what to expect.
- davelR4026WN (10/5): Made to feel very welcome - Fantastic thanks to Kerry and Kerri who made me feel very at home when I was missing my own home. They made me a late night cup of decaf and chatted to me for ten minutes and it made me feel less lonely
- O2031GFtomc (10/5): Friendly staff - Checked in and the staff was great, very friendly guy named Harley had a smile on his face and made sure we was happy with our rooms and had all we needed for our stay . My room was Comfortable with a great sea view , would definitely stay again.
- dermotl552 (4/5): Location was an issue for finding some where to eat and problems with the drainage in the room we had. - I had a review form sent to my email, but clicked on it to complain about the issues we had with the room but it said it had timed out. So I want to leave a review here. when I booked once it confirmed my booking it came up as one person, I contacted the hotel to say there would be two people staying. when we booked in they said they would bring another towel for the bathroom. but had to go to reception to get the towel. No place to eat close by so booked to eat . the staff were good but the food was microwaved and not that good and the meal was expensive for what it was. the bar was even more expensive. the room was good enough but the sink and bath were making noises when we went to sleep and having a shower in the morning the water did not run away and filled up the bath. and did not run away for about 15 minutes. the drainage system had problems. I was going to bring these issues up with them but could not access the form due to it being timed out . Alack of places to eat nearby which you would need to drive to for a good place to eat. I would not stay at this premier inn again . But would try the other premier inn in Salisbury if I had to go again.
- T8413AJgrahamm (10/5): My first time at Sandown Seafront Premier Inn - My colleague and I had a lovely experience at this location. The Atmosphere was beautiful, every morning we had breakfast and sat next to the window and had a wonderful view of the beach. On check in Harley and Aaron were polite, professional and courteous and were able to answer all questions we had regards not only our booking but the local area. We were fortunate enough to have beach facing rooms which afforded us fantastic views of the bay.
- Travel11175714497 (10/5): A great get away - Clean and tidy room, friendly staff and a great bar and restaurant, has a great atmosphere, the food is absolutely great
- minihicks (8/5): Lovely little premier. Well worth a stay. - Lovely clean and tidy hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Bit disappointed with the drinks choice in the restaurant with only bottled beers or ciders available.
For those of you that have a bluelight card or defence discount card, don't expect a discount in the restaurant as is normally the case as they don't honour it here. Food was lovely though. The car park was busy as it is shared with the nearby mcdonald's. But on our trip I always managed to find a space.
- marthanW6105QA (2/5): Absolutely disgusting - Absolutely disgusting food staff spoke to Nat like something off there shoe, never got told about works, I was told I would get a refund and still haven't received anything from the manger that was there
- petsy5 (10/5): Always a great stay - Had another wonderful stay at this hotel, stay here quite regularly. Rooms are spacious and very clean, food is excellent and very tasty. Saff are wonderful, very helpful and work so hard, had the pleasure of meeting Caitlin and John who work there, so helpful and friendly, I was travelling on my own this time and they really helped my stay be more enjoyable and not so alone.
- Y4346QDtimm (4/5): Not the usual Premier Inn experience, very poor. Would not return here. - Disappointed with the restaurant and the attitude of the staff. Had to remind them we had not ordered food, then had to remind them to bring the drinks. At that point, only brought half our drinks order out, then only brought 4 out of 6 desserts and no apology offered. We were told the "Kids Eat Free" offer didn't apply as we had not got the meal deal, despite the terms saying otherwise! Certainly not the usual Premier Inn standard. When we raised the issues with the staff, they appeared as though they couldn't care less.
The following morning at breakfast was much better, and more like the usual Premier Inn service with friendly, attentive staff. The restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel.
We will not be returning to this Premier Inn in the future.
- raviandoli (10/5): Superb view and location - Superb location, very clean, very friendly receptionist. Room great as always and what a view, you won’t get any better. Breakfast great. Only thing I wish when you book a sea view room you could open a window just a bit as would love to drift off to the sound of the sea. Definitely be back thank you.
- Flyer47657358707 (10/5): Location, Restaurant, Hotel! - Great hotel with a great location! The perfect budget option for a stay on the Isle of Wight. Restaurant adjoins the hotel so is handy for quick bites and meals which are brilliant!
- 864badrulc (10/5): Best service next to beach - We are staying 2 nite isle of weight sandom hotel manager Waqar give us wonderful service
We are very happy with his service
Thanks
- Smertmooth (6/5): Premier inn, take the bar and restaurant back please - I stayed here before and rebooked based on that experience but that was a mistake. On the positive side the front of house were great, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean but where it falls down is food and drink. The breakfast used to be great but the bar and kitchen are now run by another company. The bar closed at 9.30pm and the breakfast was not up to the standard you might expect as a thyme restaurant in other Premier inns. The hot food ran out, as did butter (waiting on a delivery), 1 working toaster for all guests, bins were overflowing. Next time I consider booking a Premier inn I will check if they have outsourced their bar and restaurant.
- S6010BFemmac (2/5): Terrible hotel - would not recommend!! - The check in team on the first day had disgusting attitude and were unhelpful and very rude. They did not want to help us at all with an issue we had in the room. The bedroom was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before we stayed in there. The car park, although free, is small and is used by the adjacent McDonalds so every evening it was difficult to park. The hotel had supply issues with the breakfast so 2 out of the 3 mornings, there were A LOT of items missing across both the cooked and continental selections. Would not recommend this branch of Premier Inn and will not be staying there again!!
Only good part of the hotel was the team member John. He was amazing with the kids and was a credit to the company!
- iansK2409WS (10/5): Well done Waqar. Nice sea front - Well done Waqar. Nice sea front. Well done Waqar. Nice sea front Well done Waqar. Nice sea front Well done Waqar. Nice sea front
- 45katieu (10/5): Our favourite Premier Inn. - We have stayed at this Premier Inn a number of times. All the staff are so helpful and are happy to meet any needs we have. Danielle and Emily on reception are always so friendly and happy to help with booking the restaurant or local information. The room is, as always, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The telly has limited channels, but enough for a few hours before bed. The wi-fi is stable and free and works well enough to watch apps on my kindle. Thank you again for a lovely stay. We hope to see you again soon.
- SaintJase (4/5): Not my best experince - This hotel really has put me off staying here again, i arrived at 15:
35 to be told room was not ready and that i would have to return back to reception 20 mins later, there was no cooked breakfast options availble due to no stock. Paid for a meal deal for three people and we only had the evening meal, food was not the best, bland and dry and waited over an hour for main mean.
Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking, lady at check inn was not very polite at all.
The social was rather small
- Roam55695209778 (10/5): If you’re looking for a nice Hotel, look no further. - Really enjoyable and comfortable stay how it should be. from the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly staff Jessica, Marcia well done 10/10 , plus all the restaurant Staff & chef all made up a good team… meal deal I can strongly recommend great value and tasty food. The rooms were comfortable and recently refurbished, very impressed. Would definitely stay here again. and thank you very much to all the housekeeping Staff. The place was spotless and I found them very friendly and helpful. Well done.
- 186bevw (2/5): Terrible - Salisbury north Bishopsdown
Travelled over 3 hours for a funeral. Got to the inn after 6pm to be told there's is limited food for breakfast.
Got to my room , very clean but mattress was hard and quilt hadnt been put inside the cover properly which meant it was wrapping round my legs, so had to make the bed myself also one pillow was lumpy and the other as flat as.
Went down for breakfast to be told again limited food, if you ate any thing you still pay for the cooked breakfast. £10.99. There was egg beans and hash browns which to me doesn't amount to the price of a cooked breakfast.
I can say I wasn't the only person complaining. Yes Igot a refund but after not having a good night's sleep to not having any breakfast, I then had to drive home for 3 hours . I always enjoy staying at a premier Inn for the comfort of the beds and the cooked breakfast, I have to say how disappointed I was. Don't think I will be staying at Bishopsdiwn again
- emilyw (8/5): Much improved rooms - Credit where credit is due - I'm back and the rooms have been refurbished. They are clean and everything is in a great condition.
A couple of things took it down a point though. Our room wasn't ready at 15:30. Breakfast is an odd set up and could be made clearer. We were asked at check in if we wanted breakfast the next day and we declined. However we were staying for 3 nights and foolishly we thought we could go on another morning. If you haven't booked you could only have continental which looked a bit sorry for itself. Hot food is now cooked according to those who have booked in which is great for food waste but not really the unlimited offer advertised. Fortunately there are other better options nearby The Wood Bar, Salt deli and M&S at the petrol station. Other guests continue to be noisy. None of these are deal breakers now that the rooms are so much better.
- weevle21 (8/5): Good hotel, poor breakfast experience - The location and hotel was great, friendly staff and fairly quiet. Didn't get woken up by people stamping above us, but that's probably just luck, as it's a common thing for premier inns!
We love Premier Inn normally and the breakfast is a big treat for my kids, but this place was very disappointing. The perpetual toaster was broken, so just a 4 slice pop up toaster in action. Pancakes and crumpets kept running out and not topped up until you point it out and the hot food was something else.... Mushrooms, tomatoes and bacon was consistently undercooked, bacon is eaten differently by everyone so this was ok but the rest was a bit rubbish. Food was running out and taking ages to restock. Normally they are cooking and topping up the food before it runs out, but the hash browns, sausages and eggs weren't put into the oven until they had run out, meaning people were stood waiting for hash browns on one day for ten minutes!
The eating area is very small and cosy, felt sorry for the woman with a wheelchair struggling to get around, and my feet were constantly sticking to the floor, particularly when sat at the tables!
Not as enjoyable as it usually is at a premier inn
- Destination727465 (4/5): Avoid the restaurant, a let down from start to finish - The room itself was very clean and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day. However, the bedside table was more of a small stool and not really fit for purpose.
Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was extremely disappointing and should be avoided. When we first enquired about an evening meal, the restaurant was empty, yet we were advised to book and return in half an hour. When we did, it was suddenly full and clearly understaffed. The menu was limited and overpriced for what was offered.
I ordered the fish and chips, which came with bread and butter that we paid extra for — except there was no butter, and the bread was completely dried out and inedible. After finishing our meal, we waited 20 minutes just to receive the dessert menu. I ordered the banoffee cheesecake, only to be served it without bananas and with no explanation given.
Breakfast the next morning was equally poor. The so-called “unlimited breakfast” was very limited — no hot food was being cooked, no pastries were available, and the latte machine dispensed only warm milk with no coffee.
Overall, this was by far the worst Premier Inn restaurant we have ever visited. When we raised our concerns, the team showed little interest and didn’t seem to care at all.
- emmahY5084ZO (6/5): Good rooms, poor breakfast - Nice comfy typical Premier Inn.
Room and facilities good. Very pleased to have an actual bath. Staff friendly.
Breakfast was chaotic. The room is too small to accommodate all guests. Despite adverts saying they provided the full Breakfast range staff told me their kitchen is unable to provide porridge, eggs (other than fried) or the vegetarian sausage/bacon.
Would stay at the hotel again but probably wouldn't book breakfast.
- ghoughton67 (10/5): Great hotel stay - Stayed at hotel loads of times very clean staff fantastic great location would I stay again answer is yes be aware Premier doesn't own restaurant now so food isn't nowhere as good now as it was but plenty of places to eat outside and they don't do meal deal witch I think they have lost out on as people use to pay for and they didn't get up for bar okay but not popular brands
- Markvfm4444 (10/5): Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. - Easy, automatic check in, friendly and professional staff and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
I was worried about parking as it is first come first served. I was late arriving but there were several spaces free.
It might be worth Premier Inn approaching Tesco to suggest they confirm overnight parking is permitted at the adjoining Tesco Extra.
If Tesco are reluctant they can be told it could be a revenue raiser if they advertise overnight spaces on platforms like Just Park (Waitrose already do at their outlet at the other side of the city - £4 space). If Tesco aren't interested the Park and ride operators alongside probably would be.
Thank you.
- V677VGtraceyg (10/5): As a solo traveller, I would recommend highly. Friendly, clean & great food. - Highly recommended, friendly staff in every department.
Room clean warm & cosy.
Food was excellent.
Great value for money.
- 558maryelr (10/5): Hotel and Food experience - Great Location seafront Parking on the street available (overnight stay 6pm to 10am £2) but you can get 20% discount from Premier inn for parking all over Isle of wight. Big thanks staff WAQAR for assistance

Not recommendable for me had Mixed Grill (requested for well done steak) turned out other foods where overdone (sausages, chicken, gamon and rump steak TOUGH! and hard to slice even the chicken and gammon NOT TENDER gammon TOO SALTY for my taste (not great value for the price paid) but shoutout to the young lad (wasn’t able to get his name) who attended to us, he was very accomodating and courteous.
- Megrosie96 (10/5): Amazing staff! - Philip was brilliant- totally saved us when we had a terrible experience with a local air bnb. Check in was smooth and parking was fine, rooms were clean and tidy. Gabi helped us with breakfast and dinner and was equally delightful. The staff here are wonderful and kind and made our stay so much more comfortable.
- P3171RCbillym (10/5): Staff member John - Our car broke down last night and we were quite stuck before thinking to go into this Premier Inn. We spoke to two wonderful members of staff (didn’t catch their names unfortunately) who didn’t hesitate to do everything they can to help us try and locate jump leads. We then met another staff member, John, who came out into the cold to help us get going again. We weren’t even residents of the hotel yet John went above and beyond to help us out. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to, very kind, funny and selfless. Thank you to John and his lovely staff.
- moirar661 (2/5): The Island is stunning. But book somewhere else. - We arrived after 8pm, and a young lady came in from 'going for a puff' to book us in. She gave a disinterested welcome, whilst talking to a colleague. The lift was grubby and sticky and the hallways were grimy.
The room (106) sits next to the laundry. You are rocked to sleep by the sound of tumble drying and the fast spin cycle. The air conditioning vents are on the roof outside the sealed window, which is of little consequence, as the a/c was broken. This made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. The view is of a wall and rear neighbouring gardens.
Hallway doors slam so hard that the bedroom door rattled but the terrible hygiene standards of the room surpassed all these issues.
The toilet seat was broken and urine stained the wall. The sink plug was full of hair and the soap dispensers dirty, the mirror - broken at the bottom, the bath handles - filthy along with the overflow pipe, the badly dented bin and the skirting boards. The door was covered in grim and the handles sticky.
The bedroom was no better. The skirting boards were dirty and scuffed, the chair was stained, the spare bed had springs sticking out of the dirty cover. The wardrobe was broken at the base. The television was pixelated and Channel 4 is not available. The bed sheets just reached the sides of the bed and were tatty. Under the bed, we found several different types of sweet wrappers from previous guests, along with copious amounts of fluff and dirt. The door stop was hanging off the wall and the carpet was discoloured and dirty.
I have used many Premier Inns, both for work and privately. This is by far the worst one. Recently we visited Lewes and Gatwick, which were both clean and the staff friendly. The staff at Sandown, never acknowledged us once during our three night stay. Each cheery 'good morning' totally ignored by the bored looking staff.
I usually use Premier as I find them reliable and friendly. Not so this one. I will book the Travel Lodge in Ryde on future visits to the Island.
As a footnote, The Isle of Wight is delightful for walking and we found the local people very friendly and kind. Sandown is like a lot of the UK and needs a little TLC but the seafront is stunning and it is worth a visit. From our experience, just don't stay at the Premier Inn.
I have left this review twice before and it has not been posted on Tripadvisor.
- brianlP96UC (8/5): Convenient location - Convenient location within easy reach of centre. Rooms etc to usual Premier Inn standard. Only used restaurant for breakfast and would not recommend it as cooked breakfast items not replenished and greasy/dried out.
- WHV1 (10/5): Great location and views. - Great location and fantastic views, payable parking outside, very friendly staff. Good restaurant with bar and cafes and restaurants close by too.
- holgersW4559TF (4/5): Asked for an extra fee for a room with a view - We were several times at this Hotel in the last years. We booked the room well in advance in September 2025 for September 2026. We got a room at the back with a beautiful look against the cliffstones. When we dicussed this with the manager on duty he said we should booked a romm with a view. There is no twin room with a view to book on the website. From former experience there was no need to specifiy. So we were ask for an additional fee to change to a room "with a view". After some dicussion we were graciously given such a room with seaview. Four nights for nearly GBP 600 and you have to look at a stone wall with no view. Maybe it was because we were not UK Residents.
- jubby57 (10/5): Great sea views, clean premises, helpful staff. - Great sea views from the front facing rooms. Very clean premises. Friendly and helpful staff, Waqar in particular was so helpful in changing our room to a sea facing room (my error when booking) and allowing us to check in half an hour early. He is a great asset to the company at this site. The restaurant/bar below, whilst an independent, is also very good and useful that you do not have to go outside to enter it in bad weather. We did not have a car but I understand this Premier Inn has no car park although there is paid parking right outside if you can get a space and as it is on the sea front and the Isle of Wight is very hilly you have to climb a steep hill to access the town. Not an issue for us. One of the nicer Premier Inns we have stayed in. The only downside is that you cannot open the windows and it was impossible to regulate the temperature of the room. Sadly Sandown itself does seem to have deteriorated a lot since we came several years ago (much the same as many other towns on the mainland) but the pier amusements were very good and we had a nice meal with great service in the Chinese restaurant on the High Street. Getting around the Isle of Wight on the buses is very easy and a pleasant way to travel without the hassle of driving yourself.
- 848bernadettem (10/5): FABULOUS - Omg the BEST ever! I have several autoimmune diseases one being Coeliac Refractory type 1...the staff in particular Caitlin went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean and sterilised to keep me well during my stay. Also shout out to AJ and Adrian. 209 is back with you early November!! Thanks a million. Xxx Bernie and Bec
- S5862CDbarrys (6/5): Views good but no parking - It would have been a 4 out of 5 due to there being no parking as views from the sea view rooms were extremely good and couldn’t fault anything. However on last full day there i needed towels changing so gave my room number to reception about 8.30 for room to be cleaned as had to do before 12. On returning to my room about 5pm this hadn’t been done and cleaning staff had finished. Breakfast really good next door in the bar.
- kuldipx (10/5): Comfortable no nonsense stay. - Booked convenient location for weekend event. Easy parking and great service from staff.
Clean bright room. Looked new. No complaints. Would recommend for easy comfortable no nonsense stay.
- Chilldoubt (4/5): Felt a bit ‘local’ and too nosey for a Premier Inn - I stay in maybe 20 Premier Inns a year and don’t really bother to review them because they’re usually all the same. Pretty much. I like the anonymity and the uniform customer service.
I wasn’t a fan of this one though. It wasn’t as friendly at check-in, even though it was off-season I was given a really awful room facing a ratty alleyway.
But the strangest aspect was that this just seemed to have a really nosey attitude from staff. Every time upon entering there was a feeling that all heads swung towards the automatic door, the room key was needed just to move around the ground floor communal areas and there was a feeling that the staff were half expecting some kind of invasion, or undesirables entering their realm.
I was traveling alone, but still just picked up a nosey attitude from staff as I came and went during the day - that I’ve never had at any other Premier Inn.
Also, as mentioned, sea view rooms should be prioritised if the hotel is nowhere near full. WiFi is terrible, as was phone signal in my dark dingey room.
Didn’t have the food as there are better options in the area.
- Departure767961 (4/5): Need to get booking right - Booked family room but only double bed on arrival, two single beds could not be set up due to lack of space so eventually offered a additional room to use which meant i was split from them overnight so not ideal. Noisy air con unit and lack of towels. Not a great stay. Email sent to customer services with more detail.
- A6916KHgarys (8/5): Became unwell - The room was good, well maintained. Could not open window and had to rely on Aircon. Went home a day early with suspected legonellas. Aircon unit dried up the air and effected my asthma. Need natural air flow.
- MrsEG1 (10/5): An enjoyable stay - This was our 3rd visit to this particular hotel & we had a lovely stay. Staff were polite, friendly & helpful. The only issue we had was that the WiFi was poor & I couldn't get a 4G signal on my phone until I walked outside the hotel. However, that didn't detract from enjoying our stay here. We are already thinking about another visit in December.
- Resort45630236891 (10/5): Book it moneys worth - Amazing service bathtub was lovely drinks machine easy to use easy to get to. Staff are fabulous. Local shops nearby rooms easy to find
- roba125 (6/5): Cleanliness - Checking in and parking at site was good but when got to room there was a previous customers socks on floor beside the bed so was not happy as room wasn't cleaned properly
- MacMav (6/5): It was ok for one night stopover - We stayed here because we came from Stonehenge and going to Southampton the next day. The hotel is beside Tesco and McDonalds. You have to share car park facilities with the latter so it was hard to find a space.
It was self check in which I didn’t mind but I had some questions re parking and there was only one person manning the whole place including the restaurant and she was busy.
The room was comfortable but the bathroom was not very clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Hôtel Stonehenge - Hôtel propre calme classique mais très bien
- jamessS2218VN (10/5): The best customer service ever! - The hotel is comfortable and peaceful. The staff are utterly amazing. In particular Kerry, who has excellent customer service and is professional and a great asset to the Premier Inn group. Kerry assisted me when I had a challenge with my car and went well above and beyond the call of duty to help. 5 out of 5 star rating!!!
- joannevcoleman (10/5): Kerry and Louis went above and beyond - Lovely staff, extremely accommodating especially Kerry and Louis on reception, clean rooms and amazing breakfasts
Thank you
- RODOLFO (10/5): - È stata una esperienza veramente piacevole soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo
- Miria (10/5): - Tutto perfetto. Vasca con tenda non di mio gradimento.
- 448asnib (10/5): A Delightful Stay with Helpful Staff - I was overall satisfied with my recent stay at Premier Inn Salisbury South Milford. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, which made for a relaxing stay after long shifts. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The location was convenient and quiet, which added to the comfort. Overall, a positive experience that I would be happy to recommend.
- so_below (4/5): Good location but we had bad luck with our ground floor room - We’ve stayed here before and had a good stay however this time we were placed in a ground floor block which smelt very badly of damp. The sheets were also stained. We could not find the receptionist so had to call a generic Premiere Inn booking line to be put through to them eventually and they came and replaced the sheets straight away but couldn’t do much about the damp smell that permeated. In the morning when we woke up even our clothes felt a bit damp. And the replacement sheets still didn’t smell very fresh. Really put us off staying here again. Appreciate that on the ground floor you can’t open the windows due to security but think that some effort needs to be made to fix this issue. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Carpark is free but you have to share with McD customers.
- Kim (8/5): - Very clean, convenient location and affordable.
- janbrad (8/5): Always know what you are getting with Premier Inn! - Normal, basic premier inn in great position for onward drive to Southampton for ferry. The room was nothing special and the sofa upholstery looked a bit dirty. However, the bed was wonderful and we got the usual Premier Inn good nights sleep! We walked into Salisbury and back (we are walkers) and it was probably 1.5 miles, part urban alongside road but then through lovely old houses to the city. Really enjoyed being able to walk into town (although we did see public buses going in).
- Stammo1 (10/5): They saved our tables and disabled bay for the van - I would like to thank the premier inn, that I stayed in, in south Milford Salisbury for a most fabulous stay, from the moment we walked in the door to the day that we left, our family was treated like royalty especially as we had 2 foster children 3 autistic children and me who is disabled, the service was excellent especially from Amber Caitlin and John they are a credit to the company..
- cashley14 (10/5): Premier stay. - This is the first time we have visited this Premier Inn, we knew that it was under going renovation prior to arriving. I can say that our room, which was located in the Annex number 217 was spotlessly clean, freshly decorated and I have no negative comments. We only stayed for one night but did have breakfast, the usual restaurant was closed because of the renovation work, however, the area allocated within the main hotel for the restaurant was absolutely fine and again we have no complaints. All the staff we came across were extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay at this Premier again, even with the renovation works currently ongoing.
- carolebC9050DP (10/5): A very pleasant stay - We have used this inn on previous occasions as it’s on the way, when we visit our kids. The experience is always pleasant and what you tend to expect from a premier inn. This time we were met by a lovely receptionist Vicky, who went out of her way to make sure we had a room on the ground floor as my husband has limited mobility. We were in an annex which had recently been refurbished and the room was a delight. There is also a new eating area for breakfast and dinner.
- 165gillianf (10/5): Always Good - Exactly what you expect - We stay in a lot of Premier Inns when in the UK and this is probably one of the best. It is comfortable and the staff are welcoming and helpful.
They have changed the format to 'The Social' and the evening menu is not as good as previously. Also, this property would really benefit from a lift although they do make it clear that there isn't one.
Will be staying here on our next visit to Salisbury.
- 193ve (2/5): Wasn’t a great experience - Not the best experience. We always use premier inn as we know what we are getting (my daughter is autistic so it’s very beneficial to keep hotels the same) but this hotel was disappointing. When we walked in, no welcome and the restaurant/bar was empty and empty used plates and glasses everywhere. The room was really dusty and felt dirty so we went to Tesco and brought some cleaning products before we slept it the room. The soap dispenser in the bathroom has lots of brown gunk around it and the flush on the toilet never stopped flushing. There was a continuous dripping that we think was from the air conditioning unit. It just felt dirty and we paid £100 for one night and we won’t return to this particular hotel again.
- andrewmP5469AQ (10/5): Lovely hotel, great staff - Lovely hotel with warm friendly decor, very clean, classy rooms and good value in the height of summer holidays. Also a special shout out to the staff who were very accommodating when we showed up very late after a trip to the hospital for our toddler. They really couldn't have been nicer. 🙏🏻
- Q7243GIsteves (10/5): Stay in Salisbury Premier Inn. - Really nice stay. The staff were efficient, polite and happy to chat with you. Room are clean tidy and the wonderful deep bath. The breakfast was top notch. The bacon was delicious. I had two helpings. Thank again for a nice stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. My only criticism is there is no bar. But there are plenty of decent pubs in Sailsbury
