Guest Reviews
- markmU8088PR (8/5): Great staff - Recently stayed here and couldn't really fault it. A big thank you to Steph, Lucien and Stephen who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
- K342WUdavidn (10/5): . - loved my stay at hartlepool marina.lovely views over the marina. hayley on reception was excellent a credit to the company.
- A3305OLcaitlinw (6/5): First time in harrogate - Decided to go for the first time a trip to Harrogate to see the Stylistics with my mum. I would say overall it was a ok stay. The staff were friendly, breakfast was fine. However, this hotel does need proper management support and requirement of more staff to get the place back to a high standard. They also need to invest in decor and maintaince as it is run down. You can tell this is affecting staff morale. Also, the cleaning in the hotel is poor with dust, dirty floors in corridors and the lift. I also had a little poo stain on my toilet when I arrived in the room.
However I would like to say a big thank you to Tim and Kade, they have made our stay very welcoming and friendly. They are an assest to the team and have made up for all the little mistakes.
- SLJ1972 (10/5): Great Nights Stay in Harrogate - Great stay at the Premier Inn in Harrogate. Rooms were a decent size, nice and clean with very comfy beds. Lovely quiet hotel so slept really well. Good choice of evening meals and breakfast also had a good choice. Staff here are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Two members of staff really stood out. Both Tim and Haydn went above and beyond, what a great asset these two members of staff are. Would highly recommend staying here, it’s in a central position so a 5 minute walk to the town centre
- R1293PJannam (6/5): Problem solved - We had some problem with the room and Sarah the receptionist was very nice and helpful and sorted everything for us she changed the room for us
- jansmith999 (6/5): Dreadful Breakfast! - Before I check out this morning I thought I would post my review. My husband and I have stayed for 2 nights and booked a premier plus room. The 4 th floor room has everything you may need, fabulous shower, white towels and great view. We thought we would pay for breakfast at the hotel on our 2nd morning which is today only to find both lifts out of order so had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to the restaurant. We were asked for our room number which was 408 only to be told that we were not booked in for breakfast but as a gesture of good will and the lift situation they would honour our breakfast. I insisted that we had paid for this, how embarrassing we felt. Sorry your not on the restaurant list but go through!!
The breakfast was absolutely dreadful, everything and I mean everything was overcooked and hard to cut, there was no soft bread only hard stale pieces, no orange juice, just dire.
My husband and I were mortified just how the morning was unfolding and embarrassingly left to walk back up the 4 flights of stairs back to our room having managed to eat a very small amount and couldn’t wait to leave. Before we did, I checked my bank and we had paid the £21.98 for this appalling breakfast and all the embarrassment that we felt at the restaurant entrance. Absolutely appalling service for a Premier Inn.
- dc8102018 (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel Erika on the front reception was exceptionally helpful with any concerns that I may have had during my stay at the premier inn
- stephenlC2824CI (10/5): Lovely stay! - Lovely stay again! Erika on reception was so helpful, assisting with my any troubles I had (losing keycards mainly) always smiling. Keep up the good work!
- gilliancH928VZ (4/5): Not good enough - There was one bath towel and one hand towel, with hole, for 2 people. No glass in bathroom. There were no grab rails, I couldn't use the shower over the bath. The corridor was dirty, looked as though it hadn t been hoovered in a week. Bags of dirty linen in the corridor at 5pm.
The receptionist did bring some refill milk to our room. But we were refused breakfast as they couldn't open the till!
- Fred2462 (6/5): Rubbish - Booked a twin room and was given a premier plus double. They insisted it was booked as a premier, even though our paperwork said not. Only one lift working they insisted a premium room has extras, but in all honesty the ordinary rooms are more preferential. Had to share the bed when we wanted a twin .
Dined in the restaurant, what a fiasco. Booked a meal for 5.30pm. Arrived, couldn’t find anyone to book us in, then was informed that the meals didn’t get served until 6pm. The meal when it arrived was cold and not edible. They took it away and said they would replace. We then waited for over an hour for the meal to arrive. It wasn’t much better. Finally left the restaurant nearly two hours later and was not impressed. Won’t be booking this premier inn again.
- lottieo410 (2/5): Extremely unhappy!! - We stayed here as had a family party to go to and travelled 2 hours to get here. I was disgusted after I had given my 4 year old son a bath to discover mould in the bathroom. As we had to get ready quickly to get out we didn’t get a chance to tell the staff until we got downstairs to go to the party, but there wasn’t anyone on reception so had to wait until the morning to say something. There was also a smell in the room because of the mould. We woke up the next day to all feeling congested especially my son. There was also a sock left under the bed so I’m guessing our room wasn’t thoroughly checked before arriving. I found out from a staff member that they are having issues with mould because of their guttering.
- Blondie44444 (2/5): Don’t do it - I was happy that I was still alive the next morning. As a woman travelling alone I didn’t feel safe. I was given a room ground floor with windows on side. I was a late check in and my room number was given out loud with multiple people in reception. I didn’t appreciate that. Other hotels have been very mindful of a woman travelling alone. The bathroom was cold and worn down, the whole room and corridor smelt damp and most of the water from my shower ended up in the ceiling! I gave up at that point and had a wash using the bath tap!
- alexxpauls (10/5): Easy. Fast. Great receptionist - Easy booking, nice quiet location and was greeted by the lovely receptionist. Sarah was chatty, efficient and made it easy to check in. Thanks so much
- lukesK7027RX (10/5): Good stay, great staff - A good stay in the hotel. Clean and well presented room. Erika on the desk was very helpful with sorting my accommodation and parking out as well as assistance with amenities in my room
- suejX2536LQ (10/5): A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service - We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Harlow Mills, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful! everything you hope for after a long day of travelling. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly cosy, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax.
A special mention has to go to Ana on reception, who truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She checked us in with a smile, made us feel right at home, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and professionalism really set the tone for our visit.
We also had a lovely experience at the Beefeater next door. The food was really nice, freshly cooked, and great value for money. It was the perfect way to end the day, and we enjoyed every meal.
We would definitely stay here again! highly recommended!
- E8379LKdonaldt (2/5): My review says if all - Stayed here 3 times previously and always enjoyed and this time went with friends who hadn’t previously been.
On the first night chef hadn’t turned up so had to go in the pouring rain to find an alternative restaurant.
On the second night arranged to stay in because of awful weather. Restaurant very quiet and we may have been the only ones dining. No sea bass and we all decided on fish and chips. 45 minute wait and meals arrived, chips and mushy peas cold and hard to believe but no vinegar in
the hotel also bread and butter ordered turned out o be cold toast. No replacements provided and then told no desserts at all. Drink on the house offered but manager missing the
point we hadn’t had a proper meal and neither was a replacement or refund offered. Had to leave the restaurant hungry.
Retired to the bar to play cards asked for drinks but when requested a Pernod were told “we are a hotel not a bar.” No heating in the bar area and had to ask for it to be put on.
Obvious staffing problems in the hotel which was made clear to us and the fact they had to draft a manager in from another Premier Inn.
Spoke to guest relations and offered a voucher for Brewers Fayre or Beefeater,
none of which were of use as the nearest ones from our homes were almost 20 miles
away.
A wasted short break.

- B3205UFneilh (10/5): Very good experience - I want to thank and commend the hotel Manager Paul for his exceptional service during our stay. He was not only pleasant and very polite but also incredibly helpful in addressing the cleanliness issues we encountered in our room.
Would stay again !
- Volvofh1601 (10/5): 100% Lovely Hotel - Paul the Premier inn Manger was very Helpful and Got us Moved into a new Room the Staff are all very Helpful 500% Feedback Gose to Paul & Staff we will Return Steven Bev
- Maps41453994551 (10/5): Hotel Stay - Ground floor. Paul The Hotel Manager 👨
Fantastic Service and thanks for Sorting
Out the Room for us 500% Feedback will stay again
- lukebG4097DN (10/5): Weekend stay - Excellent service. Welcoming staff. Place was clean and tidy. Easy to deal with and my experience was good. Would recommend
- michaelaI5384CH (4/5): Nice staff but not enough staff! - First off I thought the staff were very good BUT there were too few of them on duty on Friday and Saturday. I had dirty towels left in my bath and the tv remote took a number of coming and going from the member of staff before one finally worked. There was no Sunday service on the evening in the restaurant because of a seeming problem with getting a chef. I was not the only guest to complain about the housekeeping over the weekend.
- V5962CTpaulw (2/5): dreadfull - The only thing I can say is it was awful! from the minute I got there, bar, food, drinks, cleanliness and service. followed up by a complaint that nobody got back to me with
- P7968DGjulieg (2/5): A memorable stay...for all the wrong reasons. - Premier Inn what's happened to you? This hotel has cold rooms, cold meals, and slow almost non-existent service. I'd advise anyone to give this so-called, 'Premier' Inn a miss. So sad that things have come to this. I've previously stayed at many other Premier Inns and enjoyed it. I'll give Premier Inns a miss in future.
- nataliegW7054LA (4/5): Disappointing - We arrived at the venue an hour early, the girl on the desk was talking on her mobile phone, we were offered early access to our room for £15. I'm glad we didn't pay it, parking was £3 also which we did had to pay, although we couldn't get a disabled bay. We checked in to our room once we had been out with friends. We couldn't get to sleep due to the noise made from people moving around the hotel, we were woken up early for the same reason, it was awful. We won't be returning. The only good point was the view.
- phreviewtrip (8/5): Harlow North Premier Inn - Yes the hotel is a little tired in places, but the staff were helpful and courteous. Good to be able to safely park the car. The adjacent restaurant was fine, but breakfast is not available until 07.00, so if like me you need to leave early, it is a little inconvenient. In general though, the hotel is comfortable and I have stayed previously and would be happy to stay again.
- yorkshiresuel (8/5): Great weekend stay - Due to staffing issues we had a long wait to get checked in. Ian was great although a bit stressed - The room was great and the bed super comfy. The breakfast was very good apart from the beans which needed quicker replenishment. The staff were great. The location was good with a short work into town
- Tessa-smart (4/5): Not great. - Worst premier inn we've stayed at. There was a funky smell in the hallways and in the rooms. Some interesting suspicious stains on various bits of furniture. When we got there it stank for bleach in the room which we worked out was around the window, maybe trying to get rid of some of the black mould that was around the windows. Room felt extremely damp too. Oh and the head board had clearly met some sweaty heads in it's time TV turned on then you couldn't do anything with it. And if you fancy a lay in, we'll not to worry you'll hear everything everyone else is up too from the early hours onwards.
- T5950QEjohnt (10/5): Quality Stay - Visiting Hartlepool for the football
Stayed ta Premier Inn Quay Side and to be honest it's one of the best Premier Inns that I've ever stayed in
- O1769CJpatb (4/5): Disappointing. Not a good example of the standard of the Premier Inn brand. - Dirty room, barely any staff.
Breakfast disappointing as kept warm for a long time, and only one egg left when we went down at 8.30.
We had to ask the receptionist to get more! The coffee machine was not working.
Location was fine and the beds were the usual quality, but - by and large- it was a disappointing experience.
- B724GZrobertm (4/5): Makes me think Premiere Inns have rapidly gone downhill. - Worst experience I've had at a premiere inn. Parking was non-existant in a very busy town. Faulty lights in the room, which was met with the solution "I don't know what to do". Bar pumps were broken so no quiet pint on the evening. Worst of all, we went to breakfast only to be told the chef hadn't turned up so continental breakfast only. I book with premiere Inn expecting a minimum level of service. But seemingly this hotel only has 2 staff to run the entire building with very poor maintenance provision.
- Browns38 (6/5): Premier Inn, but not as we knew it! - Firstly the positives: The room was clean and quiet, the bed and pillows very comfy. The location is ideal for the Convention Centre. However, regrettably the total lack of staff let it down badly. For example, the automatic check in wasn't working. Those staff who were there were very friendly and helpful, and doing their best, but were so rushed off their feet, trying to do everything, reception one minute, bar the next, chasing up breakfast etc. One morning we went down for breakfast and couldn't find a seat because so many tables had not been cleared. Out of the 3 nights we were there, a hot breakfast was only available on day one. Day two the chef was late arriving and day 3 they hadn't turned up at all. Rooms weren't cheap, then you pay extra for breakfast, plus parking for 4 nights cost £40. Sorry but we will be going elsewhere next year.
- LenB432 (10/5): Very good location - Very friendly and helpful staff, Accessible room very good, accessible parking very good.
Excellent location for the Conference centre and the Town centre.
Breakfast was good but required replenishing (only one sausage left).
- joannemP701QQ (4/5): Awful - On arrival nobody at check-in just a note on a scrap of paper saying back in 10 minutes but nobody arrived.
Used the card to gain access but doors opened with out them which is worrying as no security.
Curtain falling down in room, cups dirty, carpets dirty, corridors not clean. My daughter found a hot water bottle in her bed? Nails on the carpet.
Not good at all been using this Premier inn for years. They need more staff as its run down such a shame for the staff who are doing there best.
- 997mickb (8/5): Very welcoming - The staff were really helpful especially the reception Sarah who greeted people with a large welcoming smile and very willing to help
- 631edwinas (8/5): Lovely holiday. - Two days before travelling to Harrogate for a holiday between 5th-8th October, I had several misgivings about my choice of hotel due to the negative reviews posted online, late September 2025.
Entering the hotel these were my first impressions- a large trolley piled high with bags of fresh towels and loo rolls stood next to the reception desk where several notices apologised that the self-service check-in screens were currently “out of order”. I was quickly advised that our room was not ready. My shoulders must have visibly sagged because Ian Vassey, the Duty Manager, and Alex quickly turned the situation on its head with their positivity and commendable customer service.
My husband and I received a complimentary drink whilst waiting (only several minutes as it turned out) for room service to finish preparing our accommodation.
Our spacious Premier Plus room (overlooking the Majestic Hotel gardens) was very clean and all appliances worked. Comfortable bed too and an excellent choice of ambient lighting.I appreciated the selection of teas,a coffee machine and chilled complimentary water in a small fridge.
We did not dine on the evening of our arrival (as the restaurant was sadly closed) but were spoilt for choice of excellent nearby eateries just minutes away by taxi or a ten minute walk.
The self service breakfast was plentiful and enjoyed in the small but airy area of the restaurant overlooking gardens- squirrel lovers would be delighted ! I asked for plates to be heated which was quickly arranged.
The staff throughout our stay were attentive and helpful (including one or two quirky characters!).My thanks to dog loving Laura. I was saddened to read signage reminding customers about respect. Be kind. Treat the staff as you wish to be treated yourself.
There are obviously staffing issues (shortages) and yes, areas could be refreshed and others refurbished, but I have based this review on my personal experience. The accommodation was extremely good value and the upgrade to Premier Plus well worth the extra premium. I would not hesitate to return to The Premier Inn in Harrogate.
- JanetLC (4/5): The room smells of cheap air freshener - The pillows are too high and it smells of cheap air freshener. What about people who have allergies? They should use organic non chemical products to clean the rooms. The cost of parking is also high.
- colind628 (6/5): Going Downhill. - Been using this hotel for 10 years and still our choice of venue to stay in. The rooms are always clean and presentable. However there are a few little things that all add up. The check in was a farce, but we eventually got to our room. A few rips in the carpet, one double socket didnt work, there was a light switch that didnt have a switch..I later found it on the floor and replaced it myself. The new card system didnt work and we had no electricity in the room for 30 mins till i realised the card holder wasnt fitted properly. again, i fixed it myself.
One thing that is worrying was the card also opened the room next door.
Tried to report this to staff but no one on reception.
One Lady resident was in reception wanting to speak to staff and was really upset at something but again, there was no one there.
Seems to be a distinct lack of staff.
Just little things but they all add up and some people will not return.
We treat the place as a base and nothing else so we will return next year but Premier inn need to sort some of these problems out.....and please get some staff that are approachable!!!
- 65Clarke (4/5): Must Do Better - Standards have certainly slipped here. Room not ready when we arrived after 4pm. Check-in took more than an hour. When we got to the room the door was wide open, beds not made up and cleaning not finished. Breakfast the first morning was complete carnage. No staff. No food. No clean table. Dirty dishes everywhere. Food eventually arrived 20 minutes later. Utter shambles.
Brief redemption on second morning when an excellent woman was in charge. Fully stocked breakfast and immaculate tables. Better late than never.
Would not recommend. Must do better Premier Inn ! Get it sorted
- alanc145 (10/5): 1st class stay - Lovely hotel set in the Marina. Very clean , all amenities, very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant couple of nights and will be back.
- kazb2020 (10/5): Great hotel - Your staff was great very welcoming and great sleep as I was working nights will be staying again in the future I will be spreading the word about this premium inn in Harlow mill
- Robert276992 (4/5): Tired, not vfm. - Tired room, overpriced, many niggling small faults, small room. Heating controls either a mystery or did not function. Long time since staying at Premier Inn, probably be as long before the next time. Compared to Holiday Inn Express, there is none.
- goodfellaf (2/5): Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel, breakfast at the beef eater was horrendous. - Arrived at the hotel at 21.15 to check in after driving for 3 hrs, walked into the lobby and was completely blanked by the receptionist and told to wait, there was no cue. I told her I had a reservation and asked what time breakfast was available she said between 7-11 gave me the key. There was no hello or welcome to the hotel. We decided to have our evening meal in the beefeater next door. We walked in and trevor was at the front desk i asked for a table for 5 people and was told we would have sit in the bar even though the restaurant was completely empty. We ordered the meals which came to nearly £90 the food was disappointing with the smallest portions I have ever seen.
Returned the next morning for breakfast and was told by Trevor that we should of booked a time slot for breakfast, I explained we was not told by the hotel and another customer next to me confirmed he was told the same.
We were given a seat and Trevor offered to book us a time slot for the next morning for breakfast. We attended a wedding that evening.
Next morning we arrived for breakfast at 10 as confirmed by Trevor and was told that there was no booking for our room number. We had to wait for 20mins before being offered a table, there was no water orange juice or apple juice available, I left before my partner and then my partner was charged £34 for breakfast when I prepaid when I booked the hotel room. The whole experience was horrendous, there was no communication between the hotel and restaurant would not recommend to anyone,
- MazzaM-London (10/5): Great Location - If you've used a premier inn before you know what to expect. The location of this Premier Inn is great. The views of the Marina certainly from our room (137) were lovely. The breakfast was a good fry-up. A special mention to Deb who greeted us at breakfast time with a warm welcome and a smile.
We would stay again
- Tempestseeker (4/5): Worst ever stay in a Premier Inn - Good things first: Friendly staff, comfortable bed, quiet room…but room was very cobwebby with resident spiders and a thick layer of dust on lampshades and heaters. Furniture had peeling laminate, curtains of different lengths on the same window instead of a matching pair, worn carpet and kettle was scaly.Wifi wasn’t great. Breakfast and dinner supplied by the Beafeater- the smell of sewage as you walked through into the restaurant in the evening was grim but the food was good.Staying to attend a wedding- would not choose to stay again.
- N5925NTdarrenc (2/5): Poor experience - Very poor hotel with other guest making too much noise overnight. Unable to make contact with any staff at 0230 to complain about noise from other guests. Will never stay at this hotel again
- kevinwood69 (8/5): Needs a Tweak in certain areas - My only complaint is that the accessibility rooms are located far too far away from the main reception so if you have mobility problems its a No No and the bathroom body wash dispenser's are a complete waste of time and need to be updated with better quality ones . I've heard the excuses that the accessible rooms were built on an extension of the hotel but that is not good enough when building the extension they should of move the accessible rooms nearer the reception. Other than that the Hotel is good . as far as the breakfast !!! its very average !!!! tell the chef you cannot pre cook poach eggs , the rest of the options were below average so I only had one breakfast
- ivangrigs (10/5): Very happy - The best service the best staff room very comfortable louise and hayley were extremely helpful would recommend highly
- lazeedaydream99 (8/5): Nice premier inn in a nice location. - We stopped here on our way back from LeShuttle to Leeds. Nice location and building. We enjoyed breakfast at the pub opposite although would prefer to serve ourselves the cooked breakfast. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we struggled to sleep because of the how hot the room was overnight although it did have a fan, which helped somewhat. It was only a problem because of the heatwave at the time.
- Wander46568964302 (10/5): Warm and clean stay - Staff were really warm and friendly. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was good and staff there made it pleasant for us aswell. Find the duck game in the room for kids was unexpected and a nice touch.
- Roam48274312476 (6/5): Nice setting - This hotel is set in a very tranquil setting with lovely canal walks nearby. We even walked to local leisure park, so enjoyed our walks.
This is our 4th time at hotel and did experience cleanliness issues in the past, but felt on this occasion, our .last, to write a review.
The initial reception on arrival was very unwelcoming. Considering it being our 4th time. The following morning when we greeted reception with a good morning it was not reciprocated. The hotel has very tired decor. Our room had tired carpet with fray ends at bathroom edge. Fan full of dust. And when you open window we noticed lots of cobwebs.
Despite hotel issues, Lovely setting beefeater on site for breakfast which was OK.
We won't be returning.
- kimbN4895DC (2/5): Awful place to stay, - Awful experience. Rooms, small, tired and shabby. Evidently you are only entitled to compensation if you have a “disturbed’ nights sleep. Doesn’t matter that the rooms are awful and require refurbishment. Restaurant appearance of similar disposition.
- suemiles60 (10/5): Pleasant weekend away - Right on the marina, great views! Staff very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us. Clean, tidy, and comfortable as expected.
- 572dawnc (8/5): Good - Our stay for 3 nights was good. The rooms are too hot in the summer and could do with having some Aircon fitted. A fan was provided. The noise level outside was good, but we had a family of elephants above us and at 3am were woken up by their stomping around. Next time I'll ask for an upstairs room!
Say was mostly comfortable.
- JessicaB9446 (10/5): Amazing customer service - Hailey at reception was an absolute angel when I booked the wrong hotel for business by accident. She helped me reorganise my booking all within about 30 minutes and was so calm and kind. She made a very long journey end on a positive and I am very grateful for her wonderful kindness and amazing customer service, thank you Hailey!
- Coastal266938 (10/5): Lovely visit to Marine Hotel - I had come by train up from Hampshire- my son met me at station and brought me to hotel - i am old and a bit disabled. It was lovely to be greeted by lovely Melanie and her colleague. The room i had been allocated was far from entrance - Melanie was able to find me a room near reception with much less walking- so a big thank you to you Melanie - 5 gold stars to you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The room was clean and comfortable. So altogether a lovely visit.
- Kevanp02 (10/5): The best Premier Inn - This has got to be the BEST Premier Inn that we’ve stayed in. The receptionist Erika is just so friendly and great with kids. The highlight was the duck hunt in the hotel room which got us all involved. We almost turned the room upside down to look for it! Location is fantastic and the view is just amazing. A very memorable stay.
- vandorn23 (10/5): Great stay yet again - We always stay here when visiting family. Always spotlessly clean and we even got a complimentary pack of biscuits this time and a welcome note. It’s these touches that make a wonderful hotel. Staff are always fantastic and nothing is too much trouble.
- jeremyturtle10 (10/5): Absolutely first class - This is probably the best Premier inn we have been to and we have stayed in many . Reception staff beyond first class. Bedrooms great. No plus rooms in this hotel. View over the marina is magnificent. Brewers Fayre next door is also first class. Seriously this is a fantastic Premier Inn.
- steveaI5416QY (2/5): Avoid in the summer if you want to get any sleep - I've stayed here many times since September 2024, but this will be the last. I extra paid for a room with a harbour view. What they don't tell you in the summer is you will be kept awake until 2.00am with kids fishing on the harbour and shouting and swearing right outside your room. The whole area seems to be plagued with teenagers riding bikes on one wheel, dropping rubbish, smashing bottles and generally running riot. I'm all for kids being out, but when it goes until 2.00am it becomes anti-social. Coupled with the rip-off car parking charges and I (like the rest of my colleagues) will spend our money elsewhere.
- rachelcJ9178LS (10/5): Really friendly staff, comfortable stay at a reasonable price - We were visiting family in the area and this was a good choice for us. The room was clean and comfortable (the beds are amazing) and we had a lovely Marin a view (room 36). It was quiet and we had no problems in the hotel. The parking charges are clearly advertised on the website and frankly it’s not the fault of the staff here, that’s down to the senior management of PI. The breakfast was OK - it’s not as good as PI breakfasts used to be but it as freshly cooked and there was plenty of it. We had a table overlooking the other side of the Marina which was fantastic and kept my son entertained.
The best thing was the staff - everyone was cheerful, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble - I left ly headphones in the room and the receptionist and manager have helped send them back to me.
We will be back! Thank you all for a great stay.
