Guest Reviews
- Christine (10/5): - Always enjoyable.
- 438dales (2/5): Absolutely Awful - Floors were so badly creaking from above we could not get any sleep. TV remote controller was broken and there is no hand rose for the shower only a ceiling rose which means you cant have a shower without getting totally soaked. Parking was a joke. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is very badly sound proofed you could hear everything from everywhere especially the floor creaking.
- Now-u-c-mee (8/5): Nice affordable place to stay - I had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. Room was neat and clean. Comfy bed. Nice clean bathroom with hot shower. I just couldn't find the switch for exhaust fan which caused the condensation after showering. Thanks to the male receptionist who helped me open the sim card slot on my phone using his ear studs. Mc donalds was only 2 mins walk so I had my dinner and breakfast there. Overall very nice experience.
- Wendylee68 (10/5): Perfect place to stay before a day of travel! - Premier Inn has always been my choice of hotels, especially when travelling.
Location-close to terminal 5 was perfect as we live in Devon, staying overnight before day of travel makes so much sense…paid a little extra to check in early, most definitely worth it. Food is always good, bed was really comfy, shower was great!
- jameswK5690ZJ (10/5): Very friendly. Good hotel - Very friendly. Good hotel.
Very easy stay.
Good night's sleep.
Nice breakfast.
Convenient location.
Good value.
Would recommend 👌
- 272roryb (8/5): Good enough (and great bed) - The beds are always comfy and the room was large and clean. It was a little on the pricey side considering what I got out of it, but no worse value than any of the alternatives.
- leek1972 (10/5): Good budget option for LHR T5 - Out of all the premier inns that we’ve stayed in, this one is definitely one of our favourites so far. Our room was very spacious, modern and lots of amenities included (safe/iron etc.) which is unexpected for a standard room in a budget hotel. The bathroom was big although no walk-in shower which was the only downside.
Nice bar area, good beer selection and the food was ok. Five minute drive to Heathrow T5 short stay/terminal parking.
Great option for Heathrow Terminal 5 and excellent value except overnight parking which was £1 per hour for hotel guests.
- galileo72 (8/5): Convenient although looking a bit tired - Stayed for one night as a convenience - rather than run the risk of landing late and missing a coach/train home. The hotel is conveniently 2 bus stops away from Terminal 5 Arrivals. Take (at the time of writing - November 2025), the No. 423 Bus from the Terminal Bus stop (right outside Arrivals) and get off at the second stop - this is for the Thistle Hotel, but the stop itself is outside the Premier Inn (much easier to find than the T4 Premier Inn entrance!). Nov 2025 this cost £1.75 per person, and takes no more than 10 minutes if that. Staff were exceptionally friendly, especially our host in the restaurant who was able to accomodate us within 20 minutes of arriving - I think she is from the Lebanon, but never got her name - you are a credit to your organisation, thank you for making the final night of our travels pleasant. The hotel/rooms themselves, very much like T4 are tired, but to be expected given the volume of visitors it gets on a daily basis. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and we had ample tea and milk, though I don't understand why de-caff tea is never provided. The restaurant in the evening was busy but the food was hot and tasty and a good portion size. We opted for the meal deal, which is exceptionally good value - you wont get a starter, main meal, drink, plus unlimited cooked breakfast for less than £28 anywhere in the UK, so would definately recommend this. Breakfast was a quiet affair, but everything was on offer, though bread seemed a little stale. Staff again were very friendly and happy to help. The bus stop for the 423 back to T5 is on the opposite side of the road, leaving every 20 minutes, taking 10 minutes max at a cost of £1.75 per person.
- arelennox (10/5): Clean and cosy - great for a rest in the midst of travelling - Really lovely experience. Seamless check-in and nice room. We only had a few hours to check-in, sleep and return to the airport, and we'd booked the stay last minute so didn't have a check the reviews, so were worried with what we've find. Happily it was very pleasant and comfortable, which helped a lot after nearly 24 hours travelling.
- J477BEandrewl (10/5): A great Overnight Stay for T5 - An excellent nights stay at Premier Inn T5 before our flight to Singapore. We have used Premier Inn T4 previously on many occasions ,which is equally as good, but this was our first visit here.
We booked a Premier Plus room which was well worth the extra charge and enjoyed dinner the night before, which together with breakfast the following morning proved to be an excellent value for money ‘meal deal’.
The staff were all professional, helpful and friendly but if I had to single anyone out it would be Fatima in the restaurant who went ‘the extra mile’ to provide a first rate service as well as a lovely surprise cake.
Well done! You are a credit to your organisation.
- tamm341 (10/5): Best Premier Inn we’ve stayed in - We have already recommended this Premier Inn to several people. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and that we were valued customers. Two ladies greeted us- one helped us to check in at the self service machine and the other asked if our younger daughter would like some sweets (yes!) Our room was very clean, including the bathroom and everything (including the A/C) worked well and did not look worn. Our room faced the terminal 5 building and had a good view of planes taking off and landing yet there was no noise at all and we got a great sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great- the tables were clean and lots of hot food was on the buffet. The staff were lovely, especially Fatima who was so friendly to our younger daughter and we were even given a box of chocolates! When we left, it was only a 7 minute bus ride on the 423 from the bus stop opposite the hotel to Terminal 5. Having stayed in a different Premier Inn outside London the previous night, which had been a total disappointment, this one finished off our trip down south on a much more positive note and we would definitely stay here again if we are flying from Heathrow.
- Wayward_Daughter67 (10/5): Did the job. - We stopped overnight for an early flight at Heathrow.
Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not much else you need from a hotel.
The restaurant was welcoming and the server was friendly. The meal was quite pricey and it wasn't anything special, but it was edible.
- H7811TFbrianw (10/5): Premier Inn - Love all the staff here. Very welcoming and friendly. Adrianna knows my preferences and so check in is a breeze. 5 star. ❤️
- Rooftop_Beach (8/5): Great hospitality - We stayed here 16-17th Nov'25. Check in staff was welcoming, friendly and polite. The other lady at the front desk was also attentive and helpful (15.00-15.30).
We got room #322 a quiet room away from lifts as we prefered. There are 4 Levels here. Top floor is Premier Plus Rooms. Standard rooms are on Level 1-3. Reception, restaurant, bar and Costa Coffee are on Level 0.
We used lifts quite a few times and never had a long wait. Public areas were tidy and clean. Our twin bed room was also clean. Everything in our room worked well. Nice to have iron, ironing board, minibar, safety box and extra pillows in the room.
Our beds were spotlessly clean. Extra bed wasn't very comfy. Bathroom fan was pretty noisy. Great soundproof. Couldn't hear traffic noise. We didn't have a chance to try breakfast. Free bus #423 from/to Heathrow Terminal 5 (Stand #6 at teminal 5) Hoppa Bus is £6.80 for passengers with suitcases.
It was only £48 for our overnight stay without breakfast. Absolutely value for money. Way better than Holiday Inn Express Heathrow T5 where we stayed before.
- richardcP9443PW (10/5): We needed help and one member of staff went out of her way to source a safe extension lead so we could use our CPAP - We stayed at Premier Inn, Fishguard Rd, Haverfordwest. Exceptional friendly, helpful staff. Went over and above to make our visit pleasant .
- mrsn47 (10/5): Great stopover after long flight - Room clean comfortable and practical
Bed and bed linen wonderful
Shower fantastic
Breakfast wonderful
Amazing waitress Fatima credit to Premier Inn
- Jennydk1 (10/5): Outstanding service and spotless hotel - We had most outstanding service from everyone at this hotel. Fatima was particularly kind and thoughtful by celebrating my birthday with a little song, card and box of chocolates. Her warmth and enthusiasm is something that Premier Inn should value and use as an example of exceptional customer service and care. Thank you Fatima. The breakfast here was hot and fresh with plenty to choose from. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything that you need for an overnight/ short stay. Well done to housekeeping for this. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar and again received friendly and polite service. We will certainly return when flying from Heathrow. Thank you Premier Inn Terminal 5.
- skyfriendbrighton (4/5): Below acceptable rooms, amenities and housekeeping. - Really good location next to T5. Staff consistently friendly. Food and beverage is OK and reasonable prices.
I have stayed here more than 50 times.
However, it is deteriorating and is falling behind the competition, Housekeeping is unacceptable. There was fallen leaf debris and litter in the corridors for four days - I mean the same debris and litter, no vacuuming in the corridors for three days in a row. The carpets are stained. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The duvet is stiff and uncomfortable. The mattress has a waterproof plastic sheet. (Most/many LHR hotels have these but it is still very irritating.)
Room lighting is harsh. The free wifi is pathetic and the paid upgraded wifi speed is not good either. The design of the hotel keeps 4/5G signals out for many/most rooms. The TV is small and tuned to non HD channels which is irritating.
During my last stay, I caught myself wondering, "Why am I here?"
It is a good price point but I no longer consider it to be a good value.
- S9062YPmichaela (10/5): Very nice energy 👍 - Fatima was a breath of fresh air greeting us at Breakfast and a huge asset to premier inn. Thank you. Mike, Jenny and Julie.
- E64MZdavidp (10/5): Convenient Stay Near Heathrow Terminal 5 - We stayed overnight before an early flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. The hotel offers a direct shuttle to the terminal, and there are also local buses or Uber rides available at a reasonable cost for two people. The property was clean, well-equipped with all the essentials, and the staff were welcoming. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, making it a comfortable and practical choice for travelers.
The room was quiet, with no noise disturbances, ensuring a good night’s rest. For added convenience, vending machines are available if you need any last-minute travel essentials like toothpaste or other small items.
- I5435SQchristopherc (4/5): Noisy room, and short beds - Constant noise from a clunky fan that you can’t turn off, and the bed was very short. I’m 5 foot 10 inches and never had this issue at any previous premier inn previously
- sbsElPasoUSA (10/5): Staff made all the difference - Incredible service beginning from check in and continuing for dinner and breakfast and checkout . I’ve stayed here before, and it continues to be one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The staff make all the difference.
- graham999Manchester (10/5): Always book premium - Had premium room. Again excellent value. Coffee pod machine in room, upgraded shower, very comfortable bed. Included breakfast where again couldn’t fault premier inn. Hot and cold buffet plus could order some hot items on demand. Coffee again very good
- Matthew (10/5): - Everything was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Beds were great.
- ToonTravels1958 (10/5): Well soundproofed and very close to the airport. - Just one night before a flight. No complaints, I’d happily stay again. It’s very quiet, despite being so close to the airport. I had a steak at the restaurant and the staff were so lovely and attentive - excellent customer service. Just FYI, I got the 423 bus to the hotel no problem. However, the next morning, the driver refused to let anyone with a suitcase on! I didn’t have time to wait for the airport hopper so some other passengers and I got an Uber. It came very quickly and the app said it would be £16. Later on I realised he’d added various airport charges on and it came to £28!
- G5281JUtracyb (2/5): Avoid haywards heath - Room wasn't very clean gave me wrong room will not return again as I've stayed in many and I have to say this is the worse one
- Thinner-lizzy (8/5): Nice & comfy but Car Park Prices Atrocious!!! - Have stayed here many times over the last few years. Staff were friendly and helpful but the car parking prices are unreal. Once you’ve parked you can’t move your car or you have to pay every time you move it, £8 whether you are there 10 mins or 6hrs, or £15 over 6hrs.
So we parked up and we’re going to go out for a meal using the car, but to move the car once and return for the night is a whopping £20!!!
And that’s if you’ve managed to get a discount code or it would have been £23!!!’
Absolutely disgusting prices, I understand it’s not the Premier Inn’s fault but come on, basically putting another £20 on the price you’ve already paid for the room.
Needless to say, this will be our last visit to this particular Premier Inn, and that’s purely because of extortionate car parking charges.
- peteaherne (2/5): Typical Premier Inn. - This hotel is typical of all Premier Inns. It is situated in a very noisy area with no soundproofing and very drafty windows. The price is too expensive for what you get. The breakfast, although unlimited, is still very expensive.
- D1640AMdavidd (8/5): Poor reception service - Bar staff very nice. Tried to check in 10 minutes early and the reception lady (really unfriendly) just stated if you want to check in 10 mins early it’s £15. No customer service focus at all.
- Taff-D244 (4/5): Hotel was clean and Staff friendly, however, the hotel does not cater for a family with Accessable needs. need - We were attending a family funeral near to the hotel and Premier Inn is usually our go to as family rooms are available or accessable rooms with access to the next room, in this instance we could not get either an accessable room which could fit another bed and there were no accessable rooms (not sure if not present in the hotel or simply not available). We phoned in advance and it was agreed that we could have a ground floor family room as my wife has mobility issues and uses a wheelchair, I explained that my wife was finding it very difficule or even impossible to poen the corridor doors whilst in her weelchair (corridor doors do not swing but open only 1 direction). On arrival we were given an upstairs room and told there were not family rooms on the ground floor, I did explain but was told that there was notihing available. I had asked in advance of the stay and again whilst at the hotel if my wife coulld use a room with a walkin shower or one of the accessable rooms with a wet room as she is unable to get into the bath, whilst I was told that this could be made available, when we asked we were informed that this was not now possible.
- VANESSA (10/5): - Premier Inns are amazing value for money
- grahamd36 (10/5): Friendly staff, great location, ideall for a weekend break in West Wales - We organised a quick weekend break with my daughter and two grandaugters, both under 4 years old, to visit local attractions. The kid's loved staying at the hotel and were very excited by the breakfast choices. For us it was a nice relaxing stay. The hotel is easy to find, there are no parking issues and the staff are really friendly
- Sue149 (8/5): Typical Premier Inn with lovely staff and big car park - The hotel rooms are typical Premier Inn, decent size, comfy bed, lots of hot water and endless top ups of tea bags, coffee sachets and milks. Other essentials may be purchased. Breakfast is a decent hot and cold buffet with good choice of options. There are high seats for younger children. My room was cold so the receptionist boosted my heating and loaned me a heater (FOI). Large car park near main roads. Pub / Bistro The Lost Coins is the other side of the car park (no hotel restaurant).
- UpfromCornwall (4/5): The awful exception to Premier Inns - Hotel was good value as always with Premier Inn ands the room was nice and clean.
Service from staff on the morning I left was abysmal. Chloe, the young lady who said she was in charge also said she was still training and had only worked there for two weeks. Really ??? The most senior member of staff had worked there for two weeks and was still training. Come on Premier Inns, you should do much better than this.
Her reaction to my comment that I was getting unsatisfactory service was "That's Life".
Her interpersonal skills were non existent and this is someone who should definitely not be involved in the hospitality business.
As for the guy on the Reception Desk, Georgi I think his name was, you get more help from a brick wall and he wasn't interested at all in the issue.
I don't expect 5 Star treatment from a Budget Hotel Chain, what I do expect though is civility and a desire to deal with a Guest's problem.
- sharonpK5042KP (10/5): Brilliant place to stay , kind and attentive team . Close to station - The team were friendly professional attentive and kind . Nothing was too much trouble . We will stay there again because of the service and care we received .
- 983michaelK (8/5): Very good value for a budget hotel - As always, the Premier Inn had very good management and staff with excellent service. I found the style very friendly at all times. The breakfast was in a bar area with some chairs and tables and was adequate my advice is don’t go for your breakfast at a busy time, otherwise the whole hotel will be wanting breakfast at the same time. I use Premier Inn all over the country and found them all very good the beds are very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Downside I felt they are cutting back a little bit here and there and it is beginning to become a little bit noticeable. But I can understand with the financial climate. I think it’s very well well worth staying at a Premier Inn and the one at Haywards Heath was absolutely as I would expect. Very close to the station and Waitrose if you need some extra bits. The only suggestion if they’re recycling the room cards, maybe they could give them a bit of a clean.
- Niklas (10/5): Kan rekommenderas! - Nära stationen. Ser inte mycket ut för världen, utifrån. Mycket bättre på insidan. Trevlig personal. Riktigt bra rum. Stram, enkel design. Välbyggt. Rent! Tyst. Bra frukost, med allt från varm mat till färsk frukt.
- 605martynh (10/5): Great base to explore from - Great base to explore South Wales, ample parking, great breakfast and good Wifi , Pub next door serves good food too , excellent links to all major roads.
- S1660CJelizabethf (2/5): Horrendous customer service - AVOID THIS HOTEL - We booked our room on the phone to make sure we had an interconnecting room for our children.
We arrived at the hotel to be told there was a note on our booking but we hadn't paid for 2 rooms so they only had one. We were told on the phone we had booked 2 rooms together.
We rang and booked on the phone for this reason to make sure we had connected rooms. The member of staff on reception (who was in charge of the hotel that evening) rang their regional manager however no help. We were told we would have to pay for a second room. We were also told they may or may not have one and no compensation or reimbursement may happen even though it was their error. So at this point I was unclear if they had 2 interconnecting rooms available or not. We asked to speak personally to the manager and was told we weren't able to. The member of staff said he believed we had booked 2 connected rooms as it was odd it had been written on the notes. He even said something along the lines of 'Why would you need to write interconnecting room if you don't need one' however even though he said this he kept saying he couldn't help. In the end we had to take the room as my children were so tired and the interconnecting room that might have been available was given away to other checking in. We would have got on with it if it was just 1 night but we were staying 2 nights. Horrendous customer service! Also furniture in the room was broken. Avoid this hotel!
- 807owainr (10/5): A comfortable, welcoming hotel. - Lovely, welcoming staff. Air conditioning on before I arrived each time. Been going there for 4 years with work. Comfortable bed. Breakfast superbly cooked by Martin or Robert. Big, deep bath. TV large enough to see from bed. Ample parking. Little noise at night.
One, and only drawback, is the windows not opening. Apart from that the perfect stay.
- V1923GErichardh (10/5): Perfect stay - I was met by Ben who checked me into my room. Ben was very polite, friendly and professional, and he made me aware of offers at the bar which was well received after a long day. My room was air conditioned, clean and comfortable.
- Joyraffe (8/5): Convenient location, good stay, felt a bit pricey - Good hotel. Good location for the station and Haywards Heath. A bit pricey. Comfy room. Good bed and bathroom. Good facilities. Staff were all lovely. Could use just a bit more dusting and some doors etc are starting to look a bit shabby.
- lin101061 (10/5): Excellent Hotel - Stayed 2 nights while on holiday . Staff excellent especially Clare . Changed rooms for us to be close to one another without any fuss . Any query or request was met with polite efficiency and humour . Room comfortable and had everything required . Great location for accessing Neyland and Fishguard . Lovely pub next door .
Will definitely stay again 😊😊😊
- E6172QDkarenf (10/5): Iris - I would like to say Iris is a amazing member of the premier inn team who always goes the extra mile for the hotel. She is friendly and professional, warm and welcoming.
She often puts on a very brave face while others shy away from work.
- neilf879 (10/5): Fletcher - I would like to thank Iris for looking after us tonight She is amazing and can not do enough for you She is always smiling and even under pressure Thank you Iris
- ameliae679 (10/5): Very pleasant and clean, got the job done - We stayed one night as we were in the area for a wedding. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was nice, good portions and they were really helpful about allergens which is important to me as I need gluten-free. The staff were outstanding, very friendly, helpful and attentive and we enjoyed our stay. I see there have been some negative reviews so I wanted to emphasize it was good for us and I was especially impressed with the staff. I'd be happy to come back.
- Nick545789 (10/5): Very comfortable stay. - A very nice moderately-sized hotel whose staff are very friendly and always want to please. The accessibility for the station is excellent and there are nice shops nearby. Cleanliness is exceptional …
We will be returning …
- natashasV8878RL (8/5): 3 star hotel with 5 star staff - The hotel itself is nice enough but basic. Some areas are tired and in need of a refurb. Breakfast was nice. I asked to move rooms which I think is an indicator of the need for a refurbishment. BUT what made the hotel exceptional were the staff. 2 x receptionists (Claire and another lady) went above and beyond. Couldn't do enough for us and our toddler daughter. They were also very understanding of my requests. The cleaner who arranged my daughters toy and book to create a scene on the bed where the toy was reading was amazing. My daughter was so excited.
- O4637XAleem (4/5): Iris is great and deserves a raise but Would not use again as the staff and chef need to raise their standards - Arrived on the Monday afternoon after work checked in and went the room which stunk of cannabis so went straight back to reception to change room which they did but is still not great for first impressions. The building doesn’t seem to have great insulation between floors because I could hear people stomping around a lot in the evening. The fact that the package my company had paid for was to include free parking but we got told that the hotel doesn’t own the parking so could either park up the road or pay £15 a night to park at the hotel 😡 the one person who seemed to be the most confident and helpful person was called Iris, who always made us feel welcome and was always polite and positive and happy which made us feel better about the things that were going wrong with the place and think she deserves staff of the month for her work.
- michaeldD6540TM (10/5): Absolutely amazing to both of them for helping us and professionalism. Made us feel welcome and happy to stay here. Ple - Ben was an amazing help. We traveled cross country and made us feel welcome and at home. Callum was absolutely greta too. Both helps us understand how check in worked and made us fell welcome. Great experience
- 720nikkiv (10/5): Amazing Staff! - Ben was incredibly helpful checking us in and provided some great suggestions for dining options in the area. Callum is also amazing!!
- michaeldF1145XW (10/5): Must stop in! - Such great service and wonderful atmosphere! We really enjoyed our time here in Hayward Heath! Can’t wait to come back again!
- stephaniedF1886FS (10/5): Great staff - Hotel was clean and staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in the door. Ben and Callum immediately helped us check in, answered our questions about the area and made excellent drinks at the bar. Definitely recommend this hotel.
- marknL2804DG (10/5): Professional service - Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism of Ben, Inis and Rowan
This is by far one of the best premier inns I’ve stayed in
- pat4cars (10/5): Holiday in Wales - Excellent room, friendly and helpful staff, suberb breakfast.
Would definitely stay at this location on our next trip to Wales
- O843MGtoml (10/5): An excellent stay - The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of parking. We had a warm welcome at reception and the lady was extremely helpful, polite and kind. Our room was well located and was well presented. Our breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and good value for money.
- pearls2019 (10/5): Good place to stay in Haverfordwest. - The room was clean and tidy. We stayed in premier plus room and got free yfi. As we stayed a week our room was cleaned also.
The staff were very cheerful nothing was too much trouble, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Breakfast was tasty well cooked and plentiful
- 68shivd (10/5): One nighter on way to London - Room lovely and cool for time of year with air-conditioning. Spacious, beds very comfortable. Location great for ferry. Parking on site great with lots of spaces. Quick easy check-in and check-out
- 185sarahs (10/5): Fair prices for a nice stay - Nice hotel in a good location! Fair prices, good customer service, clean and mostly quiet. Easy parking and easy check in. I recommend if you are looking for an affordable option to rest for the night.
- P2832WUrichardm (10/5): Overnight stay - Nice quiet room . Clean , comfortable bed . Good breakfast with cereal ,
fruit , and full range of cooked food , toast etc . As much as you wanted
- SteveiW60 (10/5): A great stay in a handy location. - A great one night stay for us at this Premier Inn. We ate dinner at the local pub alongside the hotel and it wan't particularly special. However the breakfast in the hotel was great. My son is vegan and asked for suitable food for his breakfast. The chef went out of her way to put together a wonderful breakfast and even offered to clean the cuttlery specially to make sure that everything was perfect for him. We also enjoyed a great cooked breakfast and the chef was attentive and offered to cook eggs just how we wanted.
The room was clean and there was no noise from inside or out. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
- bethjJ2295LN (10/5): Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. - My partner and I stayed here for a night and it was a really lovely night away. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist on the afternoon shift who was so helpful. I didn’t get food on site but it looked lovely. Well worth it in my opinion. We stayed in a prem plus room and everything was spotless the only thing I could complain about is the grout in the tiles by the bath but that didn’t ruin my stay at all. We will definitely be back next time we want a night away.
- Discover12239088736 (10/5): Great Hotel, outside a little worn - The Hotel was a good as it always is bit there is a bit of a problem. It needs some care on the outside. The signs have lights missing and it needs a bit of a clean. I have stayed here a few times and it is definitely starting to look a bit tired. The rooms and staff are amazing though. They do everything they can for you and the rooms are exactly what you'd expect from a premier inn
- tellis23 (6/5): “Everything you’d expect” is in their website description - Was put here a few nights for work. The staff were all very nice during my few interactions. Parking is easy. The Marston’s pub is also what you’d expect. It was quiet which was nice. I think better curtains would help mediate the security lights blasting outside that made it easy to walk around in the middle of the night. The bed was clean and comfortable however there were some really nice stains on the cloth headboard that kept me on one side only. The moldy grout in the shower could use a repair or harder clean. I didn’t pay for a breakfast so can’t comment on food. There is nothing really within an easy 20 min walk other than the Marstons, a Ford dealership, TK Maxx and M&S. The wireless internet is still working on 1989 specifications. Was unable to even load work photos or documents. It worked fine at the pub 200m away so it’s not a “far west Wales” issue. It was probably correct value for the money.
