Guest Reviews
- 984andyp (10/5): Staff - On arrival, we went into the beefeater for evening meal and I couldn’t help overhearing the waitress talking to guests on the table behind me how she acted how she presented herself and how she gave options. It made my head turn. I thought oh my God quality staff
When she came to address me and my daughter it was the same very helpful giving us options and even offered us a 25% off our next meal her name was stef and she is a credit to your team and a figure head for others to learn from 😉
Moving on to breakfast Sandra was over run nearly bumped into her twice I said to her you need help she agreed and her order taking was good also because a lot of workers leave early I feel she needed back up but on the hole rooms are as usual spot on and the two meals where very nice good chefs made me 3 perfect pouched eggs runny with no snot and my Daugther’s 3 pouched eggs where spot on❤️
And I like the fax the it’s not a buffet and made to order cuts down on waist and is freshly prepared and not dried out under heat lamps
Look after your staff and they will look after the company 😉

- G4276YIvictoriac (10/5): Amazing - Staff are all absolutely amazing! Very friendly and I was well looked after. Rooms are always clean and breakfast is lovely.
- 291chrisa (6/5): Average - not great - Nice secure location but late check was problematic. Upgraded to Premier Plus room but it was looking tired. Breakfast was better than average - Emily was very efficient and friendly
- flutepig (10/5): Trip To The Coast & Theatre - A Superb Hotel Very Modern & only a Few Years old ideally situated just outside The Town Centre Very Friendly Staff Well Appointed Room with Tea & Coffee Facilities a Superb Secure underground Car Park for only £11 a night we had a great sleep with no noise at all Breakfast Was Superb and a Bargain at £11 for a full English cooked by Shgila freshly & served by a Friendly Waiter who took our order and we sat in comfortable Booths i only use Premier inns and i will be back soon. God Willing
- michael546 (8/5): No Glasses in Room. - We had a comfortable stay in room 101 in Bispham, overall the room was comfortable. However, there wasn`t any glasses in the room and only 1 bedside table, when I went to reception to ask for glasses it was unattended so had to make do with using the mugs. Apart from that we had a nice stay and would recommend Premier Inn Bispham.
- Andron1965 (10/5): Great time, good memories checking out the lights - Great stay at Bispham. Room lovely and clean thoughout. Staff were amazing helpful and cheerful. If we needed anything the staff were very approachable. Also ate at the (Befeater) for breakfast and evening meal food was fresh and hot staff were amazing and you were made to feel valued good prices and good range of choice. Quite area also
- Curious12131895389 (10/5): Luxury at a Budget price - I stayed on a premium room for an extra £10. You get a coffee machine, luxury toiletries, bigger space, fridge with water, dressing table area etc. was worth every penny. The artwork from a charity on the walls was a nice touch as was the mood lighting. Beautifully hot shower and a comfy bed. The mini bar of chocolate was cute too.
I will book here again for sure.
- CPPLL (10/5): ideal location and a tidy hotel - This Premier Inn is an ideal location for the centre of Bournemouth and use of BIC. Plenty of parking below the hotel and for a good price of £10 for 24 hours. The reception staff were there to greet us and book us in. They were friendly.. The room itself was a good good size was really clean. Bed was comfortable and we will also provided extra pillows.. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We had breakfast the following morning we greeted by a very welcoming member of staff. The breakfast was good value for the price, although the bacon could be improved. Overall, we were really impressed with this hotel and will definitely use it again when visiting for an evening out
- U8251HUlindap (8/5): Good - We received a lovely welcome, booked in and soon found our room. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, tea and coffee making facilities, tv and a large bathroom with a bath.
As we were using the room to sleep only we chose a standard room and it was more than we were expecting. We did get a really good night sleep and overslept on 2 occasions. Yes, the bed was that comfy.
Love the cleanliness, the space and the location. Highly recommend
- 2016MikeG (8/5): Comfortable and clean, but clinical compared to other Premier Inns - Comfortable and clean rooms as you'd expect from Premier Inn, but rather clinical compared to other Premier Inns we've stayed at. Check in was via computer terminal, staff thin on the ground. Car parking expensive. We used to stay at another Premier Inn in the east of Bournemouth, now sadly sold off, which had free parking and a warm and friendly atmosphere. We didn't quite get the same feeling at West Cliff.
- Southernengland (10/5): Best Premier Inn for miles - We have stayed here many times and regard it as the best Premier Inn in the area and one of the best in the country. Everything works and the rooms are generously proportioned. It is fairly new so it is all in good order. Staff are helpful. Rooms are very clean. Restaurant area is pleasant. We will keep on coming back.
- 626aryar (10/5): Excellent hotel - Excellent hotel, really clean, superb breakfast and ideal location right near Bournemouth beach and pier. Great underground car park and would highly recommend.
- O3764GRlilyt (10/5): Great stay - Brilliant stay Emily & the team really go above & beyond. Room was perfect for what we needed and restaurant was lovely for breakfast
- L2174RXdeanh (10/5): Mini break in Bournemouth - I had a great stay at the Premier Inn in Bournemouth! The double bed was really comfy and made for a great night’s sleep after busy days out. The full English breakfast was lovely each morning — tasty, fresh, and a great start to the day. I used the hotel as my base for four days for my bike touring of the new forest, and it was perfect — clean, convenient, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
- D47HEkatyg (10/5): Great stay - Great stay! All staff were very friendly and the room was spotless! Check in super easy! And check out very efficient as extended the parking. Will definitely be back soon.
- debbiewE6171FV (10/5): Comfy, relaxing stay - Stayed for one night. Eveything was clean amd comfortable. We had dinner there and breakfast. The food was really good, and they are offering a really good meal deal at the moment.
5 minute walk to the BIC, and great parking on site.
Would book again.
- 845viviano (6/5): Requires refurbishing - Hotel requires refurbishing. On arrival, hall way carpet is stained and looks old/dirty. Room is cold. Heating not working. WiFi in the building is only 1 bar or not even loading. Had to pay 5 pounds to assess. Bathroom tub has too much old dark stains. Need refurbishing. Pillows are flat. Requested for extra chair as we were on a business meeting . This was declined. Staff were not friendly. No swimming pool nor gym. I will never go back to this hotel.
But there is a good car park.
- ATC1865 (6/5): Overpriced and poor value for money - At £233 (which is what I paid) for a plus room with breakfast) it was expensive and poor value. It's not remotely worth paying for a "plus" room. I had a devil of a time getting the so-called "ultimate" WIFI to work. The process is way too over-complicated. It is included in the "plus room" option but is essential because the free WIFI isn't viable. There's no bar in the hotel which is ridculous given the price I paid. The staff are nice and do what they can within the highly governed regime. Breakfast was okay for £11 but not great. The only alternative milk to dairy was soy which I don't care for. No oat milk! And although I told them I was vegan I was NOT offered the vegan sausages which apparently they do have.
- Lady_from_Ludlow (10/5): Excellent stay during Pickleball weekend! - Stayed overnight visiting relatives. Stayed in a really clean room on the first floor. The staff here were super-friendly, especially Jill on breakfast duty who told us all about a local Pickleball event! Really good Premier Inn- would recommend 100%
- W8902HSianr (8/5): Good place to stay in Bournemouth. - A good quality Premier Inn with a superb breakfast cooked by chef Sheila. Convenient for the BIC, beach and city centre.
- Rachie05 (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent stay again. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again. If you’re a football fan the stadium is literally over the road so it’s a great place to stay. Breakfast was amazing.
- O1577ASkimj (10/5): Staff amazing at this hotel. Guest services/head office a waste of time!!! - The hotel is amazing and staff are so friendly. They go above and beyond for you,
Guest services are absolutely shocking and they do nothing to help you tbh. We had about 5 calls with them before they listened and helped. Caused so much unnecessary stress.
They are not helpful, want you off the phone.
- Bigetts (10/5): Fantastic - Absolutely fantastic, staff were really superb, friendly atmosphere, felt very welcomed,10/10,lovely sleep,no noise at all
- ColinJBloomer (10/5): Great location and hotel for a few days away - We've just returned from a few days staying at West cliff Premier Inn. It's in a excellent location - 10 minutes away from BIC and a few more from the centre. The hotel has a secure underground carpark with access to the lifts for reception. Checking in is easy and our room on the fifth floor, in premier plus was well worth the extra money. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and included some nice extras - a coffee machine, chocolates and quality products in the bathroom. Our bed was large and very comfortable. We had a meal deal for our first night and breakfast in the morning. We had Calamari, Chicken Curry and a Chocolate Pudding. All three were delicious. All the staff we spoke to were friendly, very helpful and polite. If I had to mention anyone, Andy, who always appeared on duty was especially helpful.
We had drinks at the bar and we thought they were reasonably priced. A lovely stay again.
- gabr133 (8/5): We'll be back:) - Brilliant room size for a family. All dry and well stocked tea, coffee and towels. Breakfast was amazing!
Staff were lovely and so helpful on arrival. Will be staying there again.
The only downside was heating in room was broken and no spare quilts..!? Plug in heater was provided but had leg missing and was too hot to touch with a toddler in the room :/ Breakfast more than made up for it.
- mcw118d (10/5): Relaxing stay - Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very friendly, efficient and courteous staff. Nice full English breakfast. Very convenient to have an underground car park beneath the hotel!
- gillykins43uk (10/5): Excellent Stay - A fabulous 5 night stay here all the staff are so friendly and chatty but still professional it's one big happy family that can't do enough for you to make your stay just perfect. The location is perfect being on the edge of reebok retail park with its many shop and restaurants, the car park is great lots of spaces , the train station is literally 200yards with trains to Bolton, Manchester Manchester airport and to Chorley, Preston,Blackpool etc, The breakfast is fabulous cereals, Crumpets, croissants, chocolate pastries, fruit , yogurt, honey, peanut butter jams plus full English which was always piping hot and replenished, kirsty the chef was always on the ball checking the heat of the items with heat thermostatic prongs .The rooms are lovely with comfy beds walk in spacious showers .There's a Harvester pub/Restaurant 50metres away that was lovely for a evening meal . Huge thanks to everyone that made our stay welcome Leanne, Claire, Gill , Sarah Brian , Lorna, kirsty, Nancy, Kerry, Alison Agnes and Pheobe see you all next February
- Y5588GGlorrainec (6/5): Family trip - Nice quiet location, hotel and restaurant needs updating, great breakfast, staff in restaurant very attentive, room needed cleaning on arrival as not done when checked in and given room key
- rebeccawO2466VR (10/5): Nice atmosphere. - I stayed with a friend for a break and this Premier Inn is great.
It is located perfectly for the town centre and the beach which is all within walking distance.
This hotel is very clean and after staying in many Premier Inn’s this is by far the cleanest we have stayed in.
The housekeeping in both our rooms was to a very high standard.
Have to mention the breakfast chef, her standard of food was high both mornings and what a friendly lady.
Thank you to the kind person that packed up my wash bag and kept it safe after I had a daft moment and left it behind.
Highly recommended this hotel.
- emmahE9795FZ (10/5): Fantastic stay - We have just got back from a one night stay here.
We booked for an early check inn and everything was ready for us by 11am. Parking is fantastic, I love that there is secure parking underground and that there is a lift directly up to the hotel once parked.
Your room key will open the doors to the lift or they have a buzzer system to let you in.
There were always plenty of staff around and always so helpful.
We were in room 206 which was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and it wasn't as hot and stuffy as other premier inns we have stayed in recently. Beds were super comfy!
We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast. Both meals were amazing and I think really good value.
Debbie was so lovely, and so helpful. All the staff that we spoke to were amazing really.
Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely come back and stay again.
- G7211TUjacquelineh (10/5): Happy returning customers - Stayed here several times as it's a good base away from the Town Centre but close enough to use amenities. Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms perfect for a short stay. Paying for parking in Reception is easy but can also pay when checking in too.
- aimeehep13 (8/5): Great night's sleep despite being busy. - Comfy beds as usual, clean rooms, helpful friendly staff.
Very busy place - some car park spaces a bit difficult to get in and out of - long cars sticking out, preventing others from using corner spaces.
Could have done with more disabled spaces closer to the actual hotel entrance.
Not sure if its just me but I found the entrance/exit, pub front, the wrap around higgledy piggledy carpark and the location of the hotel entrance a bit confusing in the dark.
Not a deal breaker but maybe a bit more clearly lit signage might be useful.
Despite being busy on the Saturday night we stayed it was a good, calm and quiet vibe resulting in a great sleep experience.
We were there for a family event so didn't need to eat there this time.
Thought the parking price of £3.00 a night was very reasonable.
- martinlH1245KA (2/5): Poor - There was an issue within our room, that has caused undue stress for a birthday break away. Which should not of happened.
Times we have stayed there before have been okay, but this has ruin our trust in this hotel.
- H7361KNpauld (6/5): Premier inn without breakfast. - Parking charges now apply at this hotel, bar restaurant dirty table stained chair seat. Bar staff unhelpful when ordering.
Turned up next morning for our pre booked breakfast to be told the restaurant was closed no breakfast available no real reason given.
Breakfast money refunded.
- thewhinerdiner (8/5): Handy location - On a recent business trip to Bournemouth, I discovered that there are actually 3 Premier Inns in Bournemouth. There is not much to choose between them. I selected this one because it has a secure underground car park. Parking is always a prerequisite for me. It was handy to have a large forecourt and drop off area out front, where you can conveniently stop and unload luggage etc. On the downside, this is also a designated guest smoking area, with the unenviable result that you pull up to the hotel to be confronted by a proliferation of hangers-on smoking and vaping around the entrance - really not the best first impression.
Access to the car park is actually around the back, so you have to drive around the block to park. You need a valid room key to enter the car park, so luckily, I had checked in first. This is the first time I've walked into a Premier Inn and not been greeted by anybody on reception. However, getting to grips with the automated check-in kiosk is very easy. You enter your name or booking reference to check in and then take a plastic key card from the pile, hold it up against the screen, and your room key is programmed. It is easy if everything goes smoothly - not so good if you encounter a problem or have any queries.
Room wise, you basically get what you pay for. The offering is fairly standard with Premier Inn, so you know what to expect. This particular property is purpose built, and fairly new by Premier Inn standards, so the rooms are quite well-appointed. I particularly liked the novelty of a full-length window.
There is a Thyme restaurant on site, but I did not sample it as there are other more interesting and diverse choices within walking distance. Other handy touches are that the lift goes directly down to the car park, and there's a handy box to deposit your room key on departure, so you don't even need to check out at reception. All round a very handy location.
- AndyNalliah (10/5): Warm and Friendly staff - It really makes such a difference when you arrive at a hotel and you are greeted warmly by happy friendly staff. On my arrival, Leanne was very welcoming and this really set the tone for my stay. Even the cleaner smiled as she directed me to my room. It is a nice clean hotel and one I will certainly stay at again.
- sharonkW6983JG (2/5): The worst premier inn I've stayed in!! - I've stayed in quite a few premier inns and this one was the worst! The room was way too hot and you can't open a window and the temperature control wouldn't work so had a really bad night's sleep! The car park was a nightmare not easy to find and not clearly signed and you had to pay, it was a lot of hassle to get to reception not much fun when you have restricted mobility, I definitely won't be staying here again!
- mauroc201 (10/5): Excellent Stay - Room very well presented, clean and bed very comfortable.
Suggest booking restaurant for evening meal and breakfast when busy.
Excellent breakfast, staff polite and helpful
- 900ericat (8/5): Excellent staff - Standard Premier Inn, but staff on reception were excellent. some niggles, but all sorted out efficientsly and with good humour
- krana86 (10/5): Hotel with great facilities in Bolton - Perfect located just off the M61 across the road from the Bolton Stadium, Provides FREE parking, which a lot of hotels nowadays charge for so that is a massive plus. The rooms are pretty modern looking, as well as the bathrooms, even the standard room has a walk-in shower (personal preference).
The noticeable difference between the standard and premier plus rooms are premier have A/C, a fridge and the shower area is a bit larger.
For the price I paid this was sensational value for money, and will happily return whenever I need to stay near the Manchester area.
- buzzcoates (10/5): Always friendly - Stay here every month for work and the staff treat you like one of the family. Yes it's not the Ritz but it is friendly and good value for money. Ideal for me as I can walk to work and walk/run in the evening along the prom which is nearby.
Breakfast is hot plate where they take your order, staff are always friendly big shout out to Sandra and the morning crew. Likewise evening staff are brilliant, cheers Grace, Destiny and gang. I haven't got to ask for a red wine, they know. Big shout out also to the reception staff, always available for a joke and giggle.
- ciarah787 (10/5): Affordable, Friendly and Comfortable - We were attending a wedding reception that evening for a colleague, and had a lovely, affordable and comfortable stay at the Premier Inn. The staff were helpful and friendly, but not overbearing. The rooms were clean and a good size. Breakfast was delicious, and hot food was regularly topped up, so it was fresh. It was nice to see a lovely view of Bolton Wanderers' ground too, and we liked the Harvester so much that we could have dinner there before our event.
- Z816ADmichaelm (10/5): A nice friendly place to stay. - We arrived here late on the Saturday evening and the weather was horrendous but we received a really warm welcome from the lady on reception. We had checked in online so that was really easy. The room was clean and tidy as you would expect. We had breakfast at the attached pub which was very good. Only two slightly negative things, as with many of the Premier Inn places we have stayed there are creaking floorboards and there were no usb ports. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.
- N6374LZpaulr (10/5): Overall an excellent experience. - Very good stay, though there was a problem with the electric supply to the bedside overhead light. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Good continental breakfast.
- natalia19881 (10/5): Great visit - Great customer service from Sarah on reception, she was really lovely and welcoming and really started our anniversary weekend off really nicely. Lovely and clean as always, I always appreciate the fan in the room as I tend to overheat at night. One of the nicest premier inns
- JohnRWebb (6/5): For the price breakfast extra and basic room time to try others! - Found our room had no furniture with draws to put our clothes that didn't hang up in! Both the supplied chairs were due to be changed as they were not comfortable to sit in. The bed was ok but again like the room it was in need of a refresh. The bathroom low voltage shaver/charger has been removed and room servicing is now only done by request at reception instead of being done every day like in 2024 visit. We feel Premier Inn are more interested in contractors than people visiting the lights and Blackpool this year. We arrived Sunday and on returning Monday evening and having had to pay for 4 nights parking as there were so many vans in the car park we had to go right round to the far end at the rear to find an empty parking space. The breakfasts was excellent as was the staff and also the reception staff. However seeing the price including breakfast charged for such a basic room can be beaten and also includes breakfast so we will be trying else where in 2026! John & Sue Norfolk
- S9141ILjuans (10/5): Good overall experience. - Good experience overall, rooms were good value for money.
However we checked in late as our flight was late and the older gentleman was very rude at reception, and didn’t seem to have any personality.
But the younger gentleman was very professional and polite and dealt with our requests, even helping with our luggage. He explained that he’s wasn’t from that premier inn and was helping out and I can see why they would have sent him to juxtapose the older gentleman, who clearly needed help.
- keithcarlin (10/5): Excellent service from the waitress, also good service from all staff. - Spent two nights at the Premier Inn and booked the meal deal, which was excellent value. Our waitress, Destiny, did everything possible to make sure my food intollerences were catered for, nothing was too much trouble for her, which meant I could relax and enjoy my meal, knowing she understood my problems. The room was clean and adequate for a two night stay.
- G9042NIkimb (6/5): Attached pub beefeater feels and looks dirty - Reception area looked dirty when arrived although room was clean. Looks very tired hotel
Lots of noise in morning from neighbouring school and students so if wish for a lie in don’t book this hotel in the week
Beefeater pub very dirty all glass smeared with hand marks and grease and tables felt sticky still the same after two days staff just ignored this but made me question how clean the kitchen was
Breakfast staff were brilliant though and the breakfast was good
Parking 24th £3
- Karenm_10 (10/5): Choose Premier Plus! - We stayed in a Premier Plus room which means air con and a mini fridge. Others in our group went for standard rooms and regretted the lack of air con. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey unless you eat a lot. There is a Harvester next to the hotel and a shopping centre a short walk away. Eg a large Next with a Costa if you just want a coffee and croissant. Bed was very comfortable but pillows are not - unless you like slightly solid sponge. Fortunately I took my own. Overall we would stay again (and I am a bit fussy).
- 278JohnH278 (8/5): Pleasant stay in a quiet location. - With a bus stop right outside, perfect for connections to Blackpool and Cleaveleys. Quiet, comfortable room. Some areas like the shower head are in need of a deep clean, and the restaurant doesn't feel especially clean (strange sticky tables). Great helpful staff. Strange that you have to ask for a room clean.
- Kelly-welly123 (10/5): Great - Stayed here during a couple of days away in Blackpool. Chose here as it’s the cheapest for parking even if a little out the way. Lots of parking, easy check in just put reg into machine in reception and it’s 24 hours from when you check in and costs £3. Everything you need in the room and 2 big fans provided as no air con. 5 min drive into Blackpool. Few shops nearby which we found as we were leaving so that’s typical! Will be staying here next time we visit Blackpool 🤗
- W5334EXmartinr (10/5): Another Great Stay - I have stayed several times at this Premier Inn and I have never been disappointed. Sarah at reception was really helpful and made sure we got the room location we required, and Gill, who was working in the dining room at Breakfast, was so friendly and helpful, constantly checking if everything was ok and if we needed anything to let her know.
- 806tammyw (10/5): Value for money - Value for money, and it's clean and comfortable. There is occasionally a smell of drainage problem, but it goes away after we poured some water into it.
- Fallout_Tommo (10/5): Wonderful value - Great friendly staff, would highly recommend this hotel if the location works for you. We needed to travel to and from Manchester Airport, great direct train service.
- Cosmopolitan758711 (10/5): Love a Premier Inn ! - Very comfy bed , nice clean room , spacious bathroom . Helpful friendly reception staff throughout our stay. Extra pillows readily available as was access to extra tea / coffee etc as we needed it
- U8195JHkerrym (6/5): Not the best! - Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience while staying here. The hairdryer was intermittent which could be an electrical fault- which could be dangerous! The towels smelt unwashed/ damp, they had a sewerage type smell to them! Not nice leaving the shower unable to dry properly!
The breakfast staff were rude, they cut my children off while in line without a word. And even bumped into me with my plate again without an apology. The whole experience felt lacking for the cost!
- breetiff (10/5): Best Nights Sleep! - Best nights sleep, comfy bed, great shower & fluffy towels. Easy parking. Great welcome at reception with all the information we needed. Loved the breakfast and great service with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean, nice coffee too. We tried a Premier Plus room, highly recommended! Ultimate wi-fi was very good too.
