Guest Reviews
- Nancy (10/5): - Room was clean and fresh. Heat worked well. On site restaurant was good.
- marktH841BS (8/5): Midweek overnight stay. - My wife and I visited during the week on a Thursday night.
The hotel is centrally located with excellent parking.
The room was warm and comfortable and the check-in was a breeze.
The food was reasonably priced and surprisingly good and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
All in all an enjoyable stay.
- V7122FGphilipk (6/5): How cold is it at a premier inn? - We has a family were very disappointed with our stay
The room was very cold together with common areas We were told the heating was broken and they had been waiting two weeks for repairs.
We were given a heater which was electric hence to use it we had to leave a card in the room hence a possible fire hazard but we were advised to do this by an employee.
The breakfasts were reasonable and on the whole staff were adequate.
As a result of the lack of heating my wife has been unwell and was glad to get home
We have used premier inns on numerous occasions and are very disappointed
- PierreGas (10/5): Premier Inn Briddlington stay this week - Stay at Premier Inn Briddlington
I stayed there from Wednesday night to Sunday morning this week..
Despite the car park being difficult to find at night if you have never been there, I had a lovely stay.
Staff all around were helpful even late at night on my arrival,I was delayed by the snow between the motorway and the hotel...
Breakfast was amazing, can not faut it...
- Rach27benn (10/5): Amazing team - I’m not reviewing the location or the hotel because what I want to talk about is more important - the staff
From the first hello at reception, too the restaurant, to the goodbye as we left I don’t think I have ever met such a great team and they are all a credit to the company
Reception were friendly and very welcoming , it was like chatting with friends.
Steph in the restaurant was great, very attentive but not over bearing, had to deal with us accidentally knocking a full glass of pop all over the chair and floor but did so without a fuss , friendly and chatty , efficient and professional
The food was best I have ever had in a premier inn restaurant and the chef even came out to ask if we were happy with the food
The room was the usual premier inn room, spacious - clean and comfortable but the staff made it extra special
- Dudnolad (2/5): Not great - I stayed at this Premier Inn on Sunday the 16th of November. Checkin was fine and large free car park.
My reason for giving one star is because when I went to take a shower the following morning, there was no water coming out of the shower, it was just a dribble! This is a basic requirement on any hotel stay. There was no one on reception to complain to when I left so I emailed their head office and still haven't heard anything. They clearly do not care about their customers.
This particular Premier inn is scruffy and dated and there was no heating in the room that could be controlled.
- Mrsmiddi (8/5): No heating in the snow! - Arrived with friends and family checked in at 3. Two couples in premier rooms all fine but couple in standard room paid for their room only to be told after that there room had no heating after! A small heater was placed in the room was told by lady on reception this was on a day where it was snowing and very cold! Was told no room available to swap to as hotel full! Was told by reception that they had tried to contact everyone to let them know but we had had no contact whatsoever! The heater in the room was very unsafe as feet were damaged. Was told the next morning that the heating wouldn’t be repaired during our stay but still no offer of any change of room. After speaking to a different receptionist was told to contact customer services as no manager available which we did only to be told nothing can be done till we checked out. Was asked was we offered alternative accommodation no we weren’t! Anyway basically we had to put up with no heating for two nights and use a dodgy heater! Luckily the two premier plus rooms were excellent and the rest of the party were happy. £5 a night to park paid on arrival and hotel is in a great location. On returning home we did get an email to say our money we had paid for the room with no heating would be refunded. Overall a good stay but slightly disappointed with the attitude of staff and communication with us
- seffdowniecorbett (6/5): Comfortable enough - The lady front desk staff was unpleasant which was however changed by a better service coming from the next day staff (Samuel). The new room where we have been transferred made a huge difference with our unpleasant experience.
Parking needs to be paid as u have parked otherwise you might end up paying fine.
- benbC8828RH (10/5): Give Bromsgrove Team a Bonus - The team at Bromsgrove were amazing! I had to organise a meal for 24 people and the front desk team were amazing. Food was great and served with perfect timing. Thank you to the whole team there. They all deserve a pay rise!!!!
- b1233oo (10/5): One night business stay - Stayed one night on a business trip. Food in the restaurant was good with good portion sizes and lovely helpful staff. Thanks so much
- A2095EAcolinb (10/5): A most enjoyable and relaxing stay - Very courteous, professional and helpful staff. Not just the receptionists but room attendants and catering personnel as well.
Clean, tidy and clutter free.
- AndyLaz65 (10/5): Excellent and what a view - Pretty standard premier inn.
Clean and comfortable, bed lovely.
Great view from the 4th floor.
Samuel on reception was great, went that extra mile to make us feel welcome.
- kenwC251ZY (10/5): Best Premier Inn - This has to be one of the best premier inns I have stayed in and there were no complaints at all just praise for the staff the meals parking and the Social where you eat and drink was exceptional
- 515clairg (2/5): False Advertising, disappointing stay - Very poor experience.
I booked this night stay with the decision made purely on the basis that I was offered the complementary breakfast.
However what premiere inn fail to tell you is that despite still advertising to this day on their website that there is a beefeater resturant at this location, giving you false hope that a drink, dinner and breakfast were available on the doorstep THERE IS NOT!
On realising only when booking in as the people in front of us questioned how was breakfast going to work with beefeater closed permanently
We asked immediately for a refund , discount, vouchers or possibility of transferring to another hotel only to be told there was no manager to speak to and only a website for contacting guest relations.
Now out of pocket for 2 breakfasts we had to go and get that from mac donalds did not live up to the promised unlimited choices.
The hotel it's self was in fairly good condition however despite always having a comfy night at all the other premiere innsvi have stayed in I had no sleep whatsoever due to the mattress having a problem on one side ( poss broken springs?) In the middle on edge this made it sink to the bed frame and also caused the bed to creak everytime you slightly moved other half of mattress was perfect. This was room 111 so I do not reccomend anyone books if they want a cooked breakfast( or continental) and avoid room 111 if you want a night's sleep.
Even had a cheek to give key card in pouch asking how I would like my eggs and advertising what time breakfast was just to add insult!
- M2818ISjohnm (4/5): Needs updating - Our first time at Bridlington Tuesday 21st October. Man on reception helped us book in and also assisted with operating the car booking in machine. Compared with Scarborough North Bay we found the room small and only had a walk in shower. Asked about a better room but was told the hotel was full. Okay accepted that. Next morning the shower was a dribble from a cheap shower head. Down to Breakfast. The tables were sticky with black residue in parts. The person on duty said it was because of the varnish. Had someone tried to re varnish the table top and it had not fully taken? From a hygiene point of view did not seem impressive. My paper napkin actually stuck to the table as if it was glued to it. Onto the food which was on a hot plate with lamps above. The heat was still frying the black pudding as it sizzled. The eggs looked and tasted like plastic. The bacon was so hard my knife would not cut through it. Ideal for resoling my shoes. We then decided to order poached eggs from the kitchen and these proved to be ok as they were freshly cooked. So breakfast consisted of poached eggs, beans and a piece of bread. Nothing like the £10.99 all in.
There is evidence of wear and tear in this hotel and come on Premier Inn get these table tops replaced. Position of the hotel is good but otherwise far behind North Bay. Where is the management of this place. The guy on the desk when we left looked untidy and sums up this hotel.
- casucardamone (10/5): Excellent service - Nice hotel.lovely location.
Samuel on reception gave us excellent advice about the area.
He was very helpful and gave a great service. We had a lovely sea view room which was spotless and the cleaning staff were very helpful too. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
- NishalS20 (4/5): Closed restaurant dampens half-term holiday - We booked this hotel with the offer of a complimentary breakfast for two adults and two children. A few days before we arrived, I received an email mentioning that the adjoining restaurant would be closed for refurbishment. We were very disappointed but went ahead with the trip as we had paid for the hotel anyway. Why would the restaurant close for refurbishment during half-term school holidays? The free pastries offered in the hotel reception didn't do much to hide our disappointment. We will think again before taking up another offer from Premier Inn.
- Mark020Shan (10/5): Scooter rally - Hotel is well placed near to many attractions, bars and restaurants. The car park on site was a good size. Room was clean and also a good size, the addition of a coffee machine and the fridge was very welcome. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
- MrSmith1981 (10/5): Good stay spoilt by lack of information - The hotel itself was good. Bedroom was clean and quiet. Sleep was also good
The only problem we had was the beefeater next door was closing so we werent able to book and eat. We should have been told about this when we booked, we had to travel to eat elsewhere
- johnhouston2 (8/5): The rating reflects the location and the standard of the room. - The Premier Inn on Bridlington seafront is in an excellent location and has a large car park. You have to pay for parking but get a special rate as a hotel guest. You simply enter your registration on a pad by the main door and pay (£5 per day).
Check in was friendly and our room up to the usual good standard.
We didn’t opt for the breakfast buffet as, to be honest, I’m getting a bit fed up with lukewarm Premier Inn fare. I reckoned that Bridlington would have plenty of traditional cafes where you can get a freshly cooked breakfast. I was right, and highly recommend Tea @33 on Hilderthorpe Road.
- L6942YQmarkusb (6/5): acceptable - Decent room, I found the level of staff was lacking in quality and numbers on shift was a disservice to the customers. Trying to get a an accurate answer out of any of them was impossible and the manager did not really know what to do and seemed passive aggressive when she actually showed up (Her office was opposite the front desk)
- essjaybee2 (8/5): Great staff, good night's sleep - I picked this hotel for my one night stay because the reviews were clear that staff were helpful and welcoming. I was not disappointed. The staff were exactly that. Issues were dealt with quickly (broken bed) and it was a pleasant stay.
For the price I paid, I was happy with my stay. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast (continental) was basic but tasty. The rooms are spacious but in need of TLC especially in the bathroom. It's showing its age a bit.
- Relax24003922798 (10/5): Amazing Staff - Amazing Service - All staff were amazing!
Especially Sam (nightstaff), Samuel, Hannah & Hayley.
We stay every year and couldn’t ask for better service.
AMAZING!
Rich & All of TAG Circus!!
- Departure53881655982 (10/5): Great seaside hotel. - Quality hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and good value. Only slight downside is you have to pay for parking which i think should be included. but it is under £5 for 24hrs.
- L5298MNdaveg (6/5): Mmmmm dunno about this. - Two nights, and not impressed, sea views are there but it was a side view through net curtains.
Room OK, bed comfy, however, eating area dirty, breakfast , bit over cooked and rubbery eggs. Down stairs loo for gents closed, used handicapped loo it was dirty, felt dirty using it. Hotel in good location. Parking tenner for two nights. Would I use it again. Possibly, but prefer full front sea view.
- susanmary6 (6/5): Central location - Central location. Large room. Good lighting & a decent hairdryer. Comfy bed but hard pillows although there is a zipped bag in the room where you can get softer pillows. No phone or fridge in room. Bathroom large but basic with only liquid soap on wall provided. Toilet had a school type toilet sheet paper dispenser. If staying longer than one night you have to make a request at Reception to have your room cleaned & bed made (I thought this was a hotel?) Reception staff very helpful. Good selection at breakfast. Be advised that if you are unfortunate to have a room facing south (harbour side) there is a very loud and noisy kitchen fan extractor. On the two days I was there, it started ay 6.30 am until 9.30 pm all day, could be heard above the TV and the following day it was from 5.30 am, which woke me up. Unfortunately Reception could not change my room as busy. so try and get a room on the North Side, facing Flamborough Head.
Parking expensive but there is off street parking adjacent for 1 hr between 9 am & 6 pm & overnight no restriction. Premier Inn is at the budget end of the many hotel chains but still can be expensive depending on the time of year that you visit, because it is a holiday town.
- gle215 (4/5): Wouldn't return to this one - This is the worst premier in we have stayed in we are usually happy with them. Hardly anyone present at reception you need to press the buzzer for attention. We were given a room on 4th floor when we opened the door onto the corridor the smell was terrible. The room had a bad smell as well. We went down to 3rd floor awful smell there and the same for the second floor. The first floor was ok. The young girl changed our room to 1st floor but our room had a damp smell which every time you entered it hit you. The hotel windows do not open and I do not think this helps. The corridors are the same no fresh air. We were never told when breakfast was just assumed it would be the same times as other ones. The breakfast was good. We had previously stayed at Liverpool dock a couple of weeks ago and the difference in staff there who are friendly and always on reception. The windows can be opened as well. The one at Bridlington does have a good spot and the sea views are from the side but the smell means we wouldn't return.
- robkS6797MP (6/5): Expensive break - Paid £135 for one night then checked on the day of my arrival and the room was down to £75
Then have to pay a further £5 to park in the car park
That days of premier in been a cheap break have gone
- janiced329 (10/5): Holiday - September a good month to go. Not so busy more relaxed. Great staff very helpful. Good wet room easy access.
Very pleasant stay warm & comfortable.
- cbH9801UT (8/5): Quiet and comfy, needs a little TLC - Bromsgrove Central
I have stayed here a few times in the past, although close proximity to the A38 it is quiet with a large carpark.
This time the fan in the bathroom either didnt work or is totally inefficient, the switches were on so I guess it may need replacing.
The bed, bedding, pillows were all very comfortable and warm. The mattress was very nice to sleep on.
As breakfast is now on site in the hotel rather than the adjacent pub, I feel it was adequate in a reasonable room, but I preferred it in the pub to be honest. The breakfast itself was ok but could have been hotter for me. ( i like piping hot food not warm, but maybe that's just me ) other than that it is fine, and the staff are helpful and pleasant.
I must add that although the room is clean, it was showing signs of age and could do with a bit of a refurbishment.
These small issues dropped a star for this review. But I would still stay again.
- venessa1969 (10/5): Teagan is a star - Great location brilliant staff especially Teagan on check in she was friendly helpful polite and just a really nice young lady, 😁😁
- dekofnot (8/5): Pleasant stay - All in all a very pleasant stay. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast that we had was good quality. The one and only downside was that my wife who has a lactose intolerance couldn't have any cereal at breakfast. We have not found any hotels so far in the UK that stock lactose free milk.
- emmacA8045HF (2/5): Unhappy experience - Awful! Arrived, walked into the room we was given…lights were on, curtains closed, room had not been cleaned and smelt! Dirty towels!
Room door did not close or lock either to top it all off!!
- 444nikaf (10/5): Lovely stay! - Stayed here for a business trip recently and was so nice to have someone so approachable and helpful on the desk.
Thank you Farzana for all of your help!
- chrisbA2556YT (10/5): Very good experience - Nice clean room and location good. Reception staff friendly.
Ate in restaurant, and although menu was fairly limited. Food was really good. Staff were very friendly, especially Steph. All very approachable and happy to help. Would recommend and stay again
- grahamsD5009RA (4/5): Tired room and shocking brekkie - Arrived early hours, to be greeted by the staff on the desk, very warm greeting even at silly o clock in the morning (very good).
Got your room, felt a bit like an ex-smoking room a bit tired.
Tea and coffee available and hairdryer.
Both got undressed after travelling all day for a shower, only one towel left in the room and one hand towel, pretty annoying when all you want is to wash and go to bed, comfy bed and a good nights sleep.
Breakfast was a disaster, everything cold, sparse amounts of food, beans all dried up, scrambled eggs were two colours looked like scrambled up fired eggs. Usually the premier breakfast at nearly £11 is my favourite and I looked forward to it. This was the worst brekkie ever.. sorry guys you need to sort out the chef and make more food available and hot!!
- lizcK7903VT (10/5): Confortable, clean and good value but you need a car to get anywhere - Good value rate for a Friday night , clean and very comfortable bed , great night’s sleep. Breakfast as usual, standard for a premier inn- you know what you are getting. Helpful staff. Only thing is the huge pub restaurant next door is shut and looks like it’s been shut for a while, so as the town is a 15 minute walk away you are a bit stuck so to eat or drink you could walk or drive there or else there is small bar and restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served , so not much choice . Other than that a good stay. I think you need to have a car to get here as it doesn’t seem near any public transport. Huge free car park if you are staying here. There is a David Lloyd gym next door if you happen to be a member.
- lucydZ3663BB (6/5): Lovely staff but no sleep... - The staff were really nice at this place, and the room was spacious and clean. However, I had a terrible nights sleep because the rooms are not aoundproofed at all and the room above us was noisy. It wasn't their fault, they were probably up and down with small children, but it was really noisy. It's a shame, especially as Premier Inn promises a good night's sleep!
- GrandTour61488224194 (10/5): Monday night stay - Just checked in at premier inn Buckingham great service lovely lady on desk as you expect from premier inn service with a smile
- C8615LZemmao (4/5): Long wait and empty breakfast buffet - Me and my friend stayed here on Saturday 19th July, and though we have no issues with the room or its location, she has been having issues obtaining a refund for the buffet breakfast. We unfortunately had to wait one hour for our food having been told "the chef has disappeared" leaving the buffet almost empty and other people waiting. We were then told we would have a full refund for both breakfasts due to the inconvenience. At the desk we were advised this had been done. However, she has only received one refund. After numerous phone calls ringing out and multiple emails sent she was advised a week later this would be done. Another week has passed and she is still waiting.
I'm not one to leave reviews of this sort, but after countless calls ringing out, and unresponsive emails, we can't help but feel disappointed by it's staff and customer service team.
I'm hoping this will just be a one off issue, but if you are going to stay here, I would recommend continental (however, this was also not well stocked)
- 512gossipgirl (10/5): Great Location and nice hotel - Excellent hotel and great location. Breakfast was good value for money, did not have time for dinner. Staff were all very friendly and cheerful and couldn’t do more to make our stay enjoyable.
- keiral950 (10/5): Amazing staff under our circumstances - We had a stay at premier inn due to a house fire. The staff were really understanding and patient with us and our children in a change of routine.
Claire has been amazing and really helping us with our children at mealtimes.
And her husband who also works front of house always willing to chat and listen to daily burdens.
Manager also really understanding. Can't thank you all. We've got to know everyone even the chefs! Thank you all .
The social for food, is modern and very clean. Rooms throughout clean and couldn't do enough to help us with a million towels with 2 young children.
Highly recommend.
The Lee family
- debtweetypie (10/5): Premier Bromsgrove 👍 - This is a fab premier very friendly staff who go out of their way to help .
Highly recommend this place 👍
Stay regularly comfortable and relaxing 👍
- starvingg2025 (2/5): OMG the Menu - Ok not my issue, so sort of taking the Room, location and Hotel out of this...which is a below standard affair and possibly ticks the bottom of the list of the many Prem Inns I've stayed in...however, as usual, room is neat, tidy, clean and what you'd expect...you get what you pay for.
My issue is with the Menu like OMG what is going on here...I have literally never seen as little effort put into anything in my life, pure and utter apathy...incredible and seems to be a promotion on how many ways you can contrive a chicken Nugget...!
Wise up Prem Inn and sort this out, I literally could find nothing on your Menu that didn't compromise my Ateries !
I actually went to bed Hungry, which for me is unheard of...
Apauling in the extreme !!!
- erinkO9269WM (10/5): Very good Place to stay - Very nice staff especially at reception, Felt welcomed, Room was nice and a good size and very clean. Would go back and stay again!
- Marion_Prosser (10/5): Friendly staff - Great place to stay very friendly staff and helpful too, good food and quick service. I would recommend as it is also easy to find
- N8995ONpauls (10/5): 10/10 would come again - the young receptionist with the glasses was very enthusiastic and polite and she got us whatever we needed efficiently, the tall young guy in the restaurant had great customer service and was able to deal with a full restaurant on his own effectively and even had a few jokes with him, great location with clean rooms however small menu choices
- H8396VPemmah (6/5): Meh, lacklustre at best - Arrived early at 11 (paid extra for an 11am check in) to be told our family room wasn’t ready for us. We needed to get ready for wedding so accepted they would sort it.
Got to room found it set up with a cot bed (my boys are 10 & 15!) one towel and nothing much else.
Went to get ready at venue instead and got home to find still only 1 towel and 2 mugs for 4 of us - no signs of life at reception at any point.
Whilst beds were comfortable and it was literally then only a place to sleep/brush teeth - for over £100 I would have expected better… just getting the basics right…. Wouldn’t go back
- Y3391XTjanett (10/5): Premier inn bromsgrove - Room was very clean, plenty of towels, spacious and comfortable. The Staff were polite, professional and very friendly.
- Inspiration625987 (2/5): Not good - Toilet seat broken
Body fat on shower head
Dust webs on walls
All electrical items out of date
Door hanger in bathroom broken / missing
Only 1 towel for 2 people
Reception unable to hear us due to wearing earphones and listening to music
No information regarding where to get breakfast in the morning
No WiFi information
- JohnP245 (4/5): Two night stay for the grand prix - The hotel is in a great location for people attending Silverstone - just 15 mins drive to the south. As with anywhere when the Grand Prix is on the rip off begins and £698 is the price for 2 nights. I obviously knew this and accepted although ridiculous as the location was good and I'd just have to suck the cost up.
The hotel shows a very obvious lack of care and maintenance - the first room we had the tv didn't work so we got moved to another. In this room the shelving was literally hanging off the wall and 2 of the 3 towel rails in the bathroom were missing. In general the rooms look run down and uncared for. And all the time you are there - day and night there is regular noise from some sort of plant equipment - lasts for a minute or so at a time but very loud and regular.
We ate on both evenings in the Beefeater across the road, the service was good and the food arrived quickly - it's the usual fairly bland stuff - nothing exciting but ok.
- D1251IWkareng (8/5): Very comfy bed and blackout curtains = excellent night's sleep - You can't beat a Premier Inn! There is a large, free car park. The bed was very comfy and with the blackout curtains this allowed a great night's sleep. We didn't hear any noise from inside or outside of the hotel.
- michale002 (10/5): Overall good experience - Overall good experience. Clean & tidy bedroom. Room smells fresh.
Welcoming was excellent and helpful
I had breakfast and it was nice, breakfast room was big enough and didn't wait too long to be served.
Location is good and very quiet.
Better update your Google postcode as it took me to a wrong location however the sign I've spotted on the nearest roundabout was helped me reached out.
- colinjX8599AU (8/5): Fairly satisfied - Pillows and bed were comfortable but the room needs more time to clean properly . Staff were friendly, didn’t get informed about registering car on system for free parking but did it in the end, plenty of parking spaces. Beefeater restaurant right next door, also friendly staff .
- Tourist65044266379 (10/5): Lovely stay - We stayed at this hotel on Good Friday for the day/evening.
First impressions were very good, nice big car park and very friendly receptionist.
When we got to our room we discovered they had left the kids a special Easter treat which was a lovely touch!
The room was clean and beds were comfy.
If I had to complain about anything… maybe the room can feel a little cramped with 4 of us sharing but it was for one night so really don’t mind and the shower head dripped a little after use so we had to tie a towel round it so it didn’t keep us up in the night. Otherwise there was nothing wrong with our stay.
We ate in the beefeater for an evening meal and for breakfast. Both meals were lovely and although busy in the evening the staff were prompt at taking our order and delivering our meals.
We were attending a race event at Silverstone and the location of this hotel was perfect for it.
We would definitely recommend and will be back later in the year!
- ianbL9421YZ (4/5): Really disappointed. - The bed was very comfortable, the rest of the stay wasn't. The bed had good pillows, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, mould on the walls and ceiling, cracks in the plaster, dirt in the shower grout. The Restaurant left a lot to be desired breakfast really bad, half cooked food.
- adamhermitage (10/5): Reliable stay - We have stayed here before and took advantage of a good half term deal.
We paid £120 for a family room, breakfast and 2 course evening meal
Good WIFI and safe parking with a Beefeater restaurant within 50 metres
The room was clean and tidy as we would expect from Premier . It’s well situated for National Trust and our visit to Bletchley Park code breaking station
We gather it’s very popular for Silverstone
Special “shout out” for Tina the Receptionist!
- carrie570 (10/5): Polite staff & clean hotel - Just what you’d expect from a standard premier inn. Plenty of free parking. Supermarkets & costa on your doorstep. Polite staff, clean room and everything in working order. Standard premier inn breakfast at restaurant. No issues apart from WiFi is bad. But I find that a lot at premier inns.
- lurcherluvvie (10/5): Non-fussy but comfortable and handy location - Friendly welcome easy check-in and a very clean comfy room. Especially like the lighting options and a decent shower and bed. Heating worked really well too as it was a cold night. Really handy location as travelling from east to west and needed a stop halfway (was close enough to main road links but without being on top of the busy traffic, as on a retail park tucked away). Buckingham a 5 min drive away and this had some top-notch options for food/social and a decent car park.
- S3492PJandrews (10/5): Always top service - Have stopped here the last 3 years the same time of year each year. I have had nothing but good service every time. The staff are helpful and welcoming. I had a medical problem this year and they have been great helping me. The rooms are always clean and can’t beat there showers they are just great
