Guest Reviews
- Wander826567 (10/5): Perfect base for weekend in North Kent - Very good location for visiting Faversham , Whitstable and Canterbury . Rooms very clean and staff very friendly and efficient .
Perfect base for a friends ‘weekend in North Kent .
- JCCbob (10/5): Nice one night stay - Ideal for City centre and Christmas Markets. Nice clean room and comfy bed. Quiet location. Good selection at breakfast.
- StrikingViking00 (4/5): Duvet was badly stained……. - The man who checked us in was lovely and the lady who I spoke with upon leaving was lovely too.
We were given room 112 which to my dismay had an adjoining door into the room next to us. These rooms should be used for what they are designed for: families.
The pillows were rock hard. The sound proofing is non existent. I could hear snoring coming from 2 different rooms and people talking until 1am along with a fairly loud tv going.
My husband had the breakfast and said it was dreadful. The bacon had been cooked in dirty oil and was black on one side.
But the worst was yet to come, upon stripping the bed (to help the cleaner time wise) - there were large filthy stains on the duvet. Totally unacceptable. And under the bed were duvets in bags. What on earth these were doing there is anyone’s guess.
The head housekeeper needs to have firm words with her staff. In future I will check over all bedding before thinking about going to bed.
The receptionist was apologetic when told about the stained duvet.
- rachelbB1415SA (10/5): Brilliant! - I stayed at this Premier Inn for two nights while traveling for work. As a woman traveling alone, I initially felt a little apprehensive, but this turned out to be the best Premier Inn I’ve experienced.
One staff member, Gemma, was working both evenings during my stay and served me in the restaurant. She was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and friendly, creating a lovely atmosphere that made me feel at ease. She is truly a credit to your business.
The room was also spotless!
Overall, my stay was fantastic: amazing staff, immaculate rooms, and excellent facilities.
- bigjimbo55 (10/5): 4 night stay - Stayed here Monday to Friday November. It is in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the town center. The hotel is realy nice modern. It is wheelchair accessible everywhere our room was spotless clean. Nice comfortable bed big flat screen television kettle nice bath and shower. Had two meal deals two days. Well worth the money. The food in the restaurant was realy good.. The staff were lovely to. over all a realy good stay would stay again. Jim
- B9331 (4/5): if you have a car go to the hotel Next Door. - The Hotel certainly needs to get his parking sorted out, maybe get some sort of relationship with a local parking area just up the road as I was told very abruptly on my arrival from a lady behind the reception counter but it clearly states that there is no parking available.’ Didn’t I read their website properly’. It was an absolute nightmare to get parked and unloaded. It’s a shame they didn’t all have the same attitude as the girl behind the bar who seem to be working flat out in all departments.
- atasteof (8/5): Reliably comfortable as always - Great location for the cathedral, shopping, restaurants, cafes, train station, the Quayside and the Underground Passages.
- F1061QPjaninew (6/5): Rooms stuffy and unable to open windows - Booked a 3 night stay.
Our room was so stuffy. Windows didn’t open (even a sticker advising of that so you didn’t waste your time reporting the issue).
You also couldn’t turn down the heating lower than 19’c or switch it off. Noisy central heating woke us at 6am each morning.
We avoided staying in the room any longer than necessary and plan to use alternative hotels for our next stay in Exeter.
- DJB1966 (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - We booked to stay for my boyfriends birthday as we were seeing a show in Faversham. Unbeknown to me he proposed that night and on returning to the hotel the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate. They were absolutely amazing and I can honestly say its the best Premier Inn we've ever stayed in and our room was fab too. Thank you all so much for making it so special for us.
- shirleybL676IU (8/5): Good 4 night stay - Perfect location for town centre. Room was what you expect a bit on the hot side (3rd floor windows don't open) had to ask for a fan. Bed was ok but couldn't get pillows right (but that's just me) staff were polite and helpful. Food was good but the bar wasn't stocked well and need to ask for the mixer thats included in the cost of the spirit drink as they wanted to give me the more expensive one (kept saying they didn't have the on included) but it was on the shelf above the one they charge extra for ( so needed to watch for that). But overall a lovely stay. Will definitely come back.
- Christine022 (6/5): A poor experience - Our group of friends stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and it’s clear they’re doing their best. However, the hotel wasn’t quite up to the usual Premier Inn standard. On the first morning, breakfast was disappointing — there were no toasters available, and the plates were cold as the plate heater was broken.. On our last morning, the food delivery hadn’t arrived, so breakfast options were very limited, no baked beans, tomatoes or black pudding. Cold plates once again. The previous night, chips weren’t available in the restaurant, and guests were offered salad with fish and peas instead.
There’s a new manager in place who has only recently taken over from management that didn’t perform well, so hopefully things will improve soon, as the staff themselves were excellent.
- 324bridiem (10/5): Great stay - Stayed here with my grandson, lovely stay with lovely staff
Great breakfast and clean spacious room
Great central location
- Roadrunners27 (10/5): Good location and an excellent hotel to stay - Good location and an excellent hotel to stay, with a pub next door that does reasonable meals. Staff all helpful and efficient.
The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent quality, although let down by the small breakfast room.
No parking problems - car park was never full when we were there.
- margarethB3308OP (10/5): 5* experience at 3* prices - Clean, spacious, comfortable and v quiet.
Good breakfast selection, full English and continental
Friendly, helpful checkin staff and in the restaurant
- E8401JKpauls (10/5): Amazing hotel staff - Booked for my birthday weekend and from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Went to a show in Faversham the Friday and I promised to my partner. Upon our return and the staff finding out they went above and beyond to help us celebrate, bubbly and even a card from them all. Absolutely lovely service from an amazing team , lovely humans and the best premier inn we have ever stayed in. Can't wait to return.
- 454jacquelinep (10/5): Great experience - We had a great stay at this Premier Inn. Very clean and fresh. Staff were very helpful and had a super attitude. Usually not much difference in Premier Inns but I just had to leave a review as this one stood out above others.
- amybC4912FN (10/5): Amazing staff, clean, comfortable and great stay. - We chose to stay here soley as it was a good location for a family event and within our budget. I was pleasantly surprised staying at this Premier Inn. The room was spotless, and had everything we would need for our stay. Breakfast was great, fantastic selection and all really tasty. Bridie was a sheer delight and really keen to help and had a little chat while attending to everyone. The star of the show was Martin at the front desk. We were met with a smile and given all the information we would need regarding our stay, he checked us in and made us feel really welcome. Then we had a day to spare and asked what he would suggest for a nice day out locally. He was so knowledgeable and gave us some great suggestions. We will definitely choose to retur here again anytime we need somewhere to stay while visiting family in the area.
- cornels202 (10/5): BEST HOTEL IN EXETER! - Really enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn Exeter. The room was clean, the bed super comfy, and everything felt easy and relaxed. The team were lovely and always happy to help, which made a big difference. Great spot too, just a short walk from the city centre. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Exeter.
- andreear747 (10/5): Family event in Exeter - Stayed here for a family event with the kids . The location is ideally central ,staff here arw great and they have been amazing with the kids they gave them treats and colouring packs which kept them busy at dinner .
Dinner was very good priced and kids had the main free ! I mean what more can i ask ,thats amazing !
Breakfast was also good and the choice was very good even for a vegetarian like myself !
Great service ,clean room and good dinner and breakfast options !
- ScotsMag (8/5): Exactly what you'd expect, clean, tidy, comfy - Family room booked for the usual tourist fare around Falkirk/Stirling. Location absolutely fine for what we needed. Warm welcome from Lisa, who handled a very enthusiastic 4 year old with equal enthusiasm, whilst still managing to clearly convey all the vital information to a pair of exhausted parents! Much appreciated. Room was clean and well maintained, comfy beds, comfortable temperature. Didn't hear a peep from any other guests for the night. Ticks all the boxes.
Breakfast here is a slightly different setting, in that it's not the usual Premier Inn go next door to the pub, but is done in house. The breakfast area did seem quite small, and could that it may struggle during busier times, but for our Sunday Morning, it didn't get busy. Well stocked, all food kept freshly topped up.
- X3469TAthomasm (10/5): A good place to stay in Scotland. - We stayed in this hotel in september. We really enjoyed it here. The reception made us very welcome. The personel was very friendly. They were also very helpfull. Especially when we had trouble with our car. Outstanding was Martin. He was friendly and helped us .
He also helped us when we had complaints about the noise of people in the room above us. They were very noisy from 5 o
- susancF6132VP (10/5): Premier Inn, Faversham - I had an excellent stay at the Premier Inn Faversham. I booked a Premier Inn Plus room and was very impressed. There was plenty of space, good equipment, a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom. I liked the vanity area too. I was able to do some work using the free WiFi in smart and peaceful surroundings. I booked a breakfast when I arrived for the following morning and was delighted with the freshly cooked food and selection of other items. The staff were absolutely delightful too. This is the first time I have used Premier Inn and will make it my number one choice from now on.
- jordanpO8432OP (10/5): Great - Absolute fantastic customer service and very friendly staff would recommend to anyone food was lovely and fast service
- Sue85uk (10/5): Excellent stay, confidence restored! - Thank you for the lovely stay at Faversham premier Inn. Car parking was easy, the welcome at reception was good, though the lady wasn't exactly convinced we didn't have any towels... we didn't, but she soon fixed that and apologised!
It was quiet and the room was comfortable and we had premier plus (much to my husbands disgust! The hotel he had been in don't have posh rooms) my daughter loved the big chair in the room, I was happy with the coffee machine! And we're had a little fridge.... wine was cold!! As we're her chocolate eclairs 😁So everyone was good.
Comfortable bed, decent night sleep, good breakfast and we were off to visit Canterbury arts uni for the day with an "enjoy your uni visit" from the lady who was on breakfast. What more could we want. Thank you.
Oh and there is an Aldi with a bakery opposite which was really useful.... Though I kept getting told off for calling it Lidl!! Eye roll from teenage daughter.
- X7441YClaurak (8/5): Rooms great, restaurant could be better - Currently staying in this hotel.
Standard premier inn, extremely comfy beds and pillows, very clean room and bathroom! Tv is a great size.
My only criticisms would be the food. While the pricing is okay, the food wouldn’t match it. Pasta was undercooked. Steak was over cooked to how I asked and the chips seemed to be old and dry. A lot of items not available unfortunately as well.
One major thing I would have to say is, whilst I understand the staff can have long working hours, it’s not great to hear the chefs shouting and swearing at the front of house team because they sat me for dinner at 21:15. I just came off a 12 hour shift, was looking forward to a meal but hearing the chefs shout “oh for f*ck sake” made me feel so unwelcome.
- LondonNifty (10/5): You get exactly what you expect! - Clean room, handily located for the centre of Exeter, good value as always and Adriana on reception was lovely. All in all a really positive experience !
- LynnCase (10/5): Very quiet hotel. - Stayed at the Faversham Premier Inn for a week and it is so quiet, you cannot hear any traffic noise at all. The staff were very pleasant and efficient.
- CuzWill2024 (10/5): A delightful stay at Premier Inn _Larbert. Not at £45 per night! - This review is written by a septuagenarian. The booking process was completed online via the Premier Inn App; Check-in and Payment. No problems encountered.
Friendly, efficient and informative welcome at Reception. The human touch!
Room well appointed - quiet, even with the window open. And this is the end of September in Central Scotland. Actually a family room with a connecting door but still quiet except for a single ‘bang’ as if something was being emptied outside on the Monday morning. Around 07:00h. Didn’t really bother me - I was already emerging from the Land of Nod and I just ignored it.
Lovely bathroom. I opted for a bath both mornings; easy to control water temperature. Easy to turn on and turn off tap with wet hands and a quick-filling bath. And the mirror didn’t steam up. Wash hand basin water temperature seemed impossible to control. Cold or scaldingly hot with nothing in between! Bath fine, as described.
Comfy bed and the spare single bed (unmade) served as a chaise longue for me - the single occupant.
Very small breakfast room with a breakfast bar facility. Accommodated the clientele adequately whilst I was there. The inn may serve lorry drivers and the like. I sat at a table both mornings and enjoyed my standard breakfast (which obviates the need for lunch) of sausage, bacon, eggs and mushrooms. I must point out that fried eggs were not available when I ate breakfast on the the morning of my departure - Tuesday. An oversight? The scrambled eggs were fine! Other wholesome breakfast food is available and the drinks machine served up a tasty Americano coffee with milk on the Monday morning. Well - two coffees actually! With a ‘pain au chocolat’. Yummy! Both mornings!
Complimentary tea/coffee with UHT available in the room with more available at Reception. No biscuits! The healthier option!
Freeview TV but not programmed to the latest channels. Channel 81 (Rewind TV) unavailable and guests capable of retuning the TV are viewed as incompetent and the option of retuning is rendered unavailable to guests. I understand why but dilatory staff or dilatory “organisation”?
Pleasing violet night light along the top of the headboard and on the morning of departure I noticed something on the shelf by the side of the bed. An obvious outline of where my bedtime reading had sat. Conclusion? Whoever was supposed to be dusting wasn’t! I’m a widower and I don’t dust a lot so I was amused. Other clients might not be so forgiving.
In summary? I enjoyed this stay at Premier Inn_Larbert immensely but prices vary so ridiculously I decided to stay only two nights. I would like to stay longer in the future since my relatives live in Glenbervie Drive. But who likes to be ripped off? Even if one can afford it! Think of the dust in the room!
- sswnn50 (6/5): Disappointing - Disappointing! No personnel at the front desk. Blood stain on the curtain. Coffee satchel past it's use/sell by date. Not the cleanest room. Only going for it, is it's location.
- lesleypU5037HC (10/5): An unexpected gem in the middle of nowhere ! - Tucked away, a short drive from the town centre, this hotel is fantastic. Close to the M2 this is a great place to stay on an overnight stop or for a few days to visit the local area, towns and attractions.
On arrival the area is clean and tidy, with plenty of free parking. Despite arriving late in the evening we were greeted by the lovely Amelia and the star of this hotel Byron . Check in was simple and straight forward either all essential information passed on. The hotel itself is relatively new, and very clean and spacious. Our room, a standard double had everything we needed , and Byron and the housekeeping team sorted our need to borrow an iron swiftly.
The food was excellent although we experienced some issues due to poor level of customer service, a blown fuse, and late delivery- all of which were swiftly resolved by Nikki the manager .
Overall our stay was excellent and good value for money.
Byron, will certainly go far with his personality and positive attitude towards guests having the best experience . No problem was too big or small for him to resolve and with the support of his manager he deserves to reap success .
- 489annmaries (10/5): Hotel manager - The hotel manager Martin, highly excels in his position. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly and was very professional and approachable. Thanks Martin, you are an asset to the business, I wish all hotel managers executed the same level of customer service as you do, the professionalism you showed was next to none. Thank you.
- G6831OTbent (2/5): Disgusting room and state - Paid £350 for 2 nights, more than I normally pay for Hilton (Silver member) in London. Under sheet did not fit bed, so I woke on the bear mattress, Wifi completely useless, room was not made up so returned to unmade bed, no fresh towels, tea/coffee refills etc, room has stale smell, like cigarettes, TV remote not working and no staff (just one Kiosk for check in.
- 946tom (6/5): Be careful of ventilation issues - Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good. The hotel does not refresh the room daily unless requested. A big issue was room ventilation. The hotel apparently turns off AC during the night resulting in a room temp rise and lack of fresh air. We had a total of 9 rooms for our party and all complained about the middle of night change in comfort. Overall, good value.
- flibberygibbit (10/5): Absolutely fab! - Stayed here very recently and could not fault it. Yes, as others have said, it is a little dated, but it was clean and comfy and had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful, in particular Denise on the front desk, so welcoming and friendly, made us feel valued as customers. We had the best night's sleep of our entire Scottish road trip. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and we would definitely stay here again. Also ideally situated for the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel attractions.
Next door eatery, The Bruce, was also fab, great quality and value for money.
- 611lenj (8/5): A good night sleep and no complaints - Whilst touring with my wife we wanted a one night stay to visit Falkirk wheel and The Kelpies. Ideal location , plenty of parking, no issues with the room or breakfast. The staff we had interaction with were all friendly and helpful.
Even the restaurant adjacent to hotel (which i gather is no longer connected to the hotel) whilst not a place you might tell someone "you must eat here", there was nothing wrong with the food/service IMO.
Basically, the hotel provided just what we wanted for the night.
- moiral874 (2/5): Very unpleasant - Very dated, in the middle of an industrial park, didn't see the grounds of the golf course that was mentioned on the description. Old tired rooms, very small family room compared to the other premier inns I have stayed at. The bathroom was the worst part, it stank of sewers/stale urine and despite spraying the room is still stank. The pillows were flat and rock hard, even the spare pillows. I hardly slept as it was so uncomfortable and had a very sore neck. I had some allergic reaction to what I imagine was dust or dust mites. I would not recommend and would not return.
- lincolnhatter (8/5): Very good standard - One night stay here before moving on to holiday cottage, easy to find, fantastic welcome from Georgie who was really cheerful and helpful, a real credit to PI.
Usual good standard of bed, room, shower etc, breakfast was as always good value and tasty.
Nice easy walk into Faversham town and an Aldi next door if you needed anything
- Voyager56601227745 (10/5): Book early for Premier Inn Larbert as it is hugely popular! - My husband and I stayed from 6th -26th August in this hotel and what made our stay really special was the very warm, kind, helpful, welcome - especially from Manageress Denise ( but also Lisa when Denise was off duty). Nothing was too much trouble for them - no matter how busy they were and they were busy!! The hotel was fully booked (certainly most nights) as it is very convenient for visiting both Edinburgh and Glasgow and much cheaper ;(and the Fringe and festival were on in Edinburgh, as was a huge music concert, and the film Spiderman was being filmed in Glasgow
- max2mimi (10/5): Great place to stay - Visited here on the hop festival
Was served with a warm welcome and great service by Jeff the bartender and he did many other duties
Would recommend this as a clean convenient place to stay in faversham
- 698eugenei (8/5): A very good place to stay - Spent a couple of nights at the Premier Inn Faversham with the family. The hotel itself looks like it’s only a few years old so has a fresh feel compared to other Premier Inn hotels. The room and bathroom were neat and tidy and we had a quiet and comfortable nights sleep. Meals at the downstairs restaurant were good and excellent value for money in my opinion and would recommend a visit even if you’re just passing through. Although located in a quiet edge of a suburb, another convenience is the Aldi store across the road where you can pick up your drinks, snacks, toiletries etc. Overall a great stay and, providing the standards of cleanliness and building repair are maintained, would highly recommend!
- Mark (4/5): - If you just need a bed with no air conditioning ok. The place is old dirty and in disrepair. The restaurant next door The Bruce was very good and reasonable.
- 998lornaa (10/5): Great stay - Great stay as always while visiting family in Exeter, but a special mention this time to Adrianna who was amazing when helping us prepare the birthday celebrations; she made the family feel so welcome and cared for, thank you so much!!
- 882kerrym (10/5): A great stay - A great stay. The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly throughout the stay. We were made to feel welcome on arrival by the check in staff member. Bed comfortable and I got a good night sleep. Breakfast was better than expected. Would stay again.
- 955nicolaj (10/5): Perfect Stay - I don't often do reviews but felt I had to. On arriving I didnt have much hope due to past experience. We were initially met with a lovely gentleman i believe named Martin. He took his time to explain everything to us then gave us our room key. He gave perfect directions to the Kelpies. The room was basic but spotless and its all we needed. Breakfast was delicious and was offered more if we wanted. The lady was very polite and chatty which you dont get everywhere.
Overall it was a 10/10 and we would definitely return and recommend.
- T5764ARlaurah (10/5): Great stay. - Great stay the room was very clean and spacious . Martin was very friendly and helpful. Was met with a smile. Bed was very comfy .
- Camper230894 (10/5): Another fab stay - Stay here a lot for personal things, great location for things to do in central belt - no air con but they tell you this, another great stay from Martin and staff
- krisj495 (10/5): Excellent service - My visit to this premier inn was very pleasing, room was nice and clean, my mrs is a bit of a clean freak and even she was “at ease” with the cleanliness, which is saying something! Whole place was really nice and clean according to her.
The manager that helped us was really nice as well very pleasant and professional, didnt seem like a manager from how friendly they were, his name was Martin i think
- 974jaken (10/5): Great Stay In A Great Location - Hotel was fantastic for an overnight stay for attending a friends’ wedding. Comfortable with all the amenities that you expect from a Premier Inn. Great location just off the motorway and has a lovely breakfast area which was as good as always.
Martin was very helpful and made the check in process so easy and explained everything clearly and thoroughly and is a great asset to the hotel!
There is also a great pub/restaurant in the same car park as the hotel which was busy and done great dinners too.
Would certainly return to this Premier Inn
- patrickwT4730QZ (10/5): Weekend break - Enjoyable stay with an ideal location. Not only was the hotel and room very clean, It was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was beautiful. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive The Manager Martin couldn’t do enough for you, very helpful when we were trying to find our way to local attractions. Will definitely be back.
- CraigB2822 (10/5): Premier inn Exeter - A new hotel very close to the centre of Exeter and it's attractions. Very friendly staff in all departments, the breakfast couldn't be faulted.. The only slight drawback is parking, it's only a short walk but costs £18 per day, this made clear when booking and not the hotels fault.
- B8279YBrachelp (10/5): Lovely and welcoming - Lovely especially the staff and byron. Food was lush , bedrooms tidy and clean. Lots of parking and aldi across the road . Walking distance to the town and station
- 674samanthaw (10/5): Stop over following a trip to France - We used this Premier Inn after our trip to France. Our boat had been delayed and I was worried about getting food. I was so pleased when I arrived that they were serving food until late and there was a great choice. The children and I enjoyed a meal and slept well following our food. Check out is 12pm so there was no rush in the morning. Breakfast had a good choice.
I'd certainly recommend this Premier Inn and I would visit again.
- dexter0usc (8/5): Nearly perfect stay - Overall very good Experience, although I’ll start with the negative. There was poor communication from the housekeeping team to the front desk and after two trips up to our room (after 3pm check in time) our room hadn’t been touched from the previous guest. The front of house lady (I can’t remember name) was apologetic and she did move us to another room and eventually was ready by around 5pm but the lovely lady did offer us an apology drink which was very appreciated on such a hot day.
The restaurant staff knocked it out of the park especially Jeff! Who we had the pleasure of seeing on both nights of our stay! Nothing was too much trouble & he was so patient especially with our very chatty kids. He even arranged a bottle of my husbands favourite ale took to our room for my hubbys birthday!
Both the breakfast chef and the lady helping in restaurant (11th August) were both also excellent with their friendliness and warmness.
Apart from the room niggle everything was perfect & would definitely stay again if we was in the area
- OxideMontefeltro (8/5): Good premier inn experience - Good premier inn experience. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Parking is four minutes walk away. Staff are helpful and friendly.
- jamesaR4927BX (10/5): Thoughtful staff. - Staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful. For example my son felt unwell at the start of dinner (too much time in the sun), and one of the staff went above and beyond to help bring the rest of the food up to our room for him to finish later (which he did! ). Appreciated the care and attention.
- PACarney (10/5): It’s all about the people ! - It’s all about the people !
The team at the Faversham Premier Inn were first class
Thomas And Jeff in particular were exemplary but to be fair the whole team were so nice
Great engagement skills and well trained obviously but the way they came across was exceptional - friendly and helpful
- Tomoose87 (10/5): Great staff, great stay! - Brilliant stay. Stayed here for two nights either side of a trip to Europe. The hotel is positioned well for Le Shuttle and is reasonably priced due to it's location. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The rooms do not have opening windows and instead use an air con system to regulate the room temperature. Our first night we had issues due to my son being asthmatic. On our second night we asked for a fan and this was sent to our room immediately by the very helpful lady who served us at reception. We had a much better night's sleep and came down to a really good breakfast the next morning. This is definatley the best Premier Inn we have stayed at and will definatley stay here again.
Thanks to all for a great stay.
- jessicadH8286AV (8/5): Good hotel - Hotel was good, nice rooms and easy check in.
For breakfast service Kelsa was amazing. They were clearly very understaffed and there was a wait for food. However she worked really hard and fast.
- dianacG4688BY (6/5): Just a few chips - Love the hotel, no moans about rooms etc but I ordered a side of fries whilst eating on the attached restaurant and for £3.99 - I got a few chips in a bowl..definitely not worth £3.99
- Dave (6/5): - They told us up front there was no A/C, but we figured, 70 and raining would be fine. Well was 79 and sunny, and with only one tiny window that only opened 2 inches, the place was like sweatbox.
The upside, is that the staff were wonderful!
The restaurant next door has a great pub, and excellent fish and chips!
- D9420RKianc (10/5): Very comfortable and quiet stay - One night stay. The room was recently refurbished and sparkling clean. We were in a Plus room. Blackout curtains really effective. Ned comfy as usual. Bathroom clean and shower worked well. Staff helpful. Very quiet including air conditioning
- karinaeX4718YJ (4/5): Disappointed - We stayed this weekend and 2 weeks ago, this morning we had house keeping knocking on the room door at 10am when check out is 12, this morning waking us up because we had to answer the door when were trying to have a lay in being kid free and all! The same two weeks ago.. knocking on the door when it's only 10am. Annoying when you pay alot of money to stay
