Guest Reviews
- Daab1952 (10/5): A very satisfying stay. - Stayed here with my wife for one night. We booked the dinner and breakfast deal for £29.99 each. This is great value for money.
Checkin was so easy. Frendly and polite staff. The room was good. It was clean and had everything you'd expect. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom had a good shower and was clean.
The dinner choices were good, and the food quality was great. Served by friendly attentive staff.
The breakfast was of good quality. I had the full English. There were cerials on offer, tea/coffee, and fruit juice. You can have the Continental for slightly less.
Overall, this Premier Inn scored maximum points for me. I don't usually give top scores on my reviews, but I felt this one deserved it. Some people will undoubtedly complain about the parking but hey, you're in Birmingham City Centre, so dont expect the car park to be next door to the hotel !
I can definitely recommend staying here, and don't forget the dinner and breakfast offer !
- D8902ZArachelf (10/5): Excellent value for money. - Very pleasant hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful.
We stayed as a family and the hotel had left a small Christmas gift wrapped for my son, which was a nice touch.
The restaurant was much better than many Premier Inns, a good quality steak restaurant and nicely decorated.
Convenient location for walking into Birmingham city centre and only about 10 minutes walk from New Street Station.
- megk461 (6/5): Not great. But lovely breakfast and staff! - Location- I wouldn't have wanted to walk to there on my own.
Rooms- I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room (dirty skirting boards, rusty hand wash bottles in the bathroom).
It was quiet and the bed was comfortable!
- GrinG870 (10/5): Perfect location - Great hotel. Really easy to get to off the A38(M) & Aston expressway. Parked in the NCP Londonderry and a 4 minute walk from there, if that. Nice drop of prosecco on arrival. Bonus.
Room excellent, comfortable, with all new fixtures & fittings. Shower excellent.
Very short walk to some great bars & the Xmas markets.
One tip, I hope the bar adjoined was just having an off day. Awfully understaffed and poor.
- chrismZ9161IM (10/5): Enjoyable stay in Rubery - Emma friendly and very helpful at breakfast today. Service was excellent. All staff were great all weekend. Helped make our stay very enjoyable. Thank you
- Journey22718687946 (10/5): 5stars!! - Quick and easy check in. Very clean room, lovely shower. Quiet at night, beds super comfortable. Plenty of breakfast options, all delicious. Staff were lovely, great with the children. Would definately recommend to families.
- Sabrina (6/5): - We stayed for 4 nights the location was perfect. Rooms are a little tired looking, carpets didn't feel clean under your feet. When we arrived I was unsure if the beds were fresh as the blankets we just pulled up over the bed and pillows not tucked in like hotels beds are. On inspection bed was clean. Maybe a little more TLC is required. Also soap in shower was that watered down it was ridiculous. But Staff were absolutely lovely nad location was great.
- JamieClyde (10/5): Great stay - I had a very comfortable stay and great location. Great service from the Premier Inn reception team of Latin, Terri and Sarah.
- D345EFjuliem (10/5): Great comfortable stay - Lovely comfortable stay .Nice sized clean room . Friendly staff especially Abu
who had a warm welcome for us and was extremely helpful.
Great location for the retail park as well as a quick ride on the train (station only 3minutes walk away ) into the centre of Birmingham.
- W2595GQcarlaw (10/5): Fab hotel will stay again - Great location, we are here for the German Christmas market and it’s just round the corner, very calm, well ran friendly staff. Room is great for what we needed, somewhere to drop our Xmas shopping and a comfy bed for the night. Great value for money given its location. You are right in the centre and just outside is a Wetherspoons and a Sainsbury’s. Very clean! Staff do a top job! Big shout to Milly Mae on reception greeted with a smile and a warming welcome, always makes you feel so much better when u get to a hotel after a long trip and the staff greet you with kindness! She stored our luggage securely as we arrived very early, and we were able to check in a little earlier as I needed to change my shoes. She went above and beyond and made us feel looked after. Husband requested a room with a bath and we got that too! Felt very spoilt for what we paid! I had read the last couple of reviews and was abit apprehensive however we had a complete opposite experience will defo stay again if coming to the area
- hardwayi (10/5): outstanding service !!! - amazing experience would recommend to anybody staying in Birmingham ! team worked so hard to make everyone happy !!! reception team a credit and room spotless
- adamcH6659IV (10/5): Wonderful family stay - Wonderful experience for all the family. Kids were really looked after by staff who were so helpful. Room and bathroom were excellent. Breakfast was brilliant value for all the family too. I will definitely book again.
- yewandec2018 (10/5): Excellent value and comfort! - Premier Inn truly delivers on its promise of great comfort at budget-friendly prices. I’ve stayed at a few of their locations, and I’m always impressed by how clean, calm, and well-organised everything is. The rooms are spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff are consistently polite and helpful.
What I appreciate most is that even at such affordable rates, Premier Inn never compromises on quality — you still get a peaceful night’s rest, modern facilities, and an overall professional experience. It’s a perfect choice for travellers looking for affordable accommodation without sacrificing comfort or safety.
Highly recommended for anyone who values both quality and great value for money!
- JoshC-Ipswich (4/5): Good location, but that’s it - Good location… but that’s where the good ends. Abrupt staff, hot rooms, terrible WiFi, and breakfast being packed away well before breakfast finished.
- Odyssey46613617551 (4/5): Not a good premier inn - The room was clean but was tired and needed decoration and improvements. The ‘FREE’ WiFi was virtually unusable and in this day and age you shouldn’t have to pay extra for what has become a necessity. The restaurant was basic and the food also was basic.
- martinwX6202SQ (10/5): Thanks Abu - I have stayed at this Hotel several times. A special mention for Abu in reception who sorted my room change, no hassle.
Best break fast in town too.
- 332yuens (6/5): Wasn't enjoyable stay as we expected - We had always stay at this Premier Inn location city centre exchange square. Always been please with everything except this time. So at the start they had given us an QR code for checking in via the kiosk you would've think it's straight forward. How wrong can it be. We enter all the details at the kiosk terminal, and at the very end it didn't work. So we had to go through the same thing via the desk check in. Then as we stay the first night we didn't as for room cleaning the next day so it was fine, until we as for the room to be cleaned after 2nd night. When we cane back from our outings we noticed the floor hasn't been hover and the toilet roll hasn't been replenish. We had to go to the reception to ask for some toilet roll. After the 3rd night we asked for the room to be clean again cos the next day was my birthday, I like to have a fresh clean room. We went out for breakfast just before 09:30am and didn't returned until gone 16:30pm and our room still hasn't been clean. That was most disappointing, as we left that morning the housekeeping cart are already on our floor. And as we are staying in the Premier plus room we don't expect to be clean last on their list. Taking consideration we've been out for 7 hours already. We wanted to relaxed before our dinner. But leave us no choice to just go our leave our room to be clean. On the last day we had no handsoap left to use as they haven't replenish the soap in the bottle. We had to use our own shower gel to clean our hands. We never had problems before. But this time the housekeeping really have let us down in big time.
- U6818JVmarcc (8/5): Premier Inn Rubery. Fantastic service - Stayed here before going to Cadbury World as it’s only 15 mins away.
Room clean, hotel quiet and has free car park with cctv.
Pub next door for breakfast. Not lots of choice but what was there was fresh.
Emma served us, what a lovely lady, passionate, welcoming and gave a real personal touch to my 5yr old. Working above and beyond what’s expected which was lovely to see.
Thanks
- Escape08418362418 (10/5): Excellent Service. - Really lovely customer service especially from Emma who was very kind with the children, keeping them entertained and ensuring a quiet and enjoyable breakfast!
- 349saravanank (10/5): Wonderful stay - We enjoyed the stay. It was warm, comfortable and safe. The staffs were nice and helpful. I will recommend this for everyone.
- dymphnaf2021 (10/5): Welcoming, Clean, Comfortable, Fantastic value for money - The staff were friendly and welcoming. Kelly was very professional and caring.
The room was immaculate, although extra glasses would be appreciated instead of just 2 glass mugs. There were no herbal/caffeine free fruit tea bags but Kelly was able to remedy this for me. Bathroom facilities were great and the powerful shower was lovely and hot.
We opted for the meal deal. The evening meal was really good, although the expedition of service was a little too slow.
Breakfast the next morning was outstanding. Lots of options on offer and the cooked breakfast was delicious, hot and plentiful.
Would definitely recommend.
- rachelmW3616EV (10/5): great sleep lovely staff - thankyou Emma in restaurant and ? Ryan on night shift for a lovely stay usual high standards of room and perfectly cooked breakfast and friendly team made for a lovely stay thankyou - we will be back! the mccanns
- 500maheshk (10/5): Great stay and nice people around to support - Great and calm stay at this hotel which is located in a very quite place away from city. So many amenities nearby including a cinema. Yummy unlimited breakfast as always and great service from Emme she is lovely and take care of everyone.
- 710mrsr (8/5): Thank you - Abu appeared like a magical genie after ringing the bell at reception and all my wishes came true. The food was lovely and the room was nice and clean. The staff at the restaurant was equally nice.
- RossiD121 (10/5): Fantastic Stay, Excellent Hotel throughout. Very Pleased. - Recent stay following a trip to Cadbury World. Parking was easy, nearby multi story some 5 mins walk away. This was free as Birmingham City Council offer free parking for blue badge holders. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was seamless. Room extremely spacious and very clean.
Breakfast was a highlight. Excellent food selection both hot & cold , hot buffet was was piping hot and fully stocked. Overall a very pleasing stay, great location, clean hotel with helpful & friendly staff throughout.
- jnp780 (8/5): A Night out in Brum - Premier Inn with very welcoming staff
Very clean and tidy eating area witch was well set out
Rooms with very quiet air conditioning units
- 407georginaw (10/5): Super stay - Stayed 1 night for The Orchard conference at the ICC. We arrived a bit flustered as we’d originally gone to the wrong PI but the ladies in reception were calming and welcoming, quickly taking our bags so we could get to the conference on time. I arrived back late afternoon and was again given a lovely welcome. We had quite a complex booking with 17 people, some sharing rooms and others not. I asked for a quiet room and was duly allocated a lovely room on 10th floor at the end of a corridor-it was silent. I had the usual PI experience of a clean, comfortable room with an excellent bed and hot, powerful shower.
Breakfast the next day was good with staff working hard to keep things running smoothly on a busy Sunday morning.
We all left at different times, again this was dealt with well and our bags were again kindly stored.
Had a fabulous weekend, would definitely return though I’d eat elsewhere in the evening. Also be aware that the location of this PI is slightly out of the main “hub” of the city centre and there’s not lots going on close by, although there are tonnes of bus stops outside.
- waynecL6479MU (10/5): Great pit stop for Cadbury World. - Very friendly hotel staff great especially Staycer. Great brekkie nothing too much trouble for the lovely team. Dinner nice with lots of choice. Only negative service slow as not enough staff especially on Sunday. Reception staff fab and very helpful
- paulnH3545CO (10/5): Lovely welcome - Thankyou Staycey for our breakfast, a warm attentive start to our day and we all left with a smile on our face. Well done you.
- Q547AVdonj (10/5): Nice two night stay to visit local attractions - We had a great stay at the Premier Inn Rubery. The room was spacious and comfortable — plenty of room for our family of four, which made a big difference after a long day. Although the room didn’t have air conditioning, we knew this when booking, and fans were provided which helped keep things comfortable.
Breakfast was lovely and well-organised. A special mention goes to Emma, who was a fantastic host — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her cheerful attitude really started our morning off on the right foot!
Overall, a great stay with excellent service. We’d happily stay here again.
- juliecK4479VB (10/5): Excellent Customer Service lovely stay. - Excellent value.Although this hotel is surrounded by amenities (eg Large Supermarket, Multiplex Cinema and Tenpin bowling) it is surprisingly quiet.
The customer service is excellent especially Becky,Stacey and Jessica ( chef) in the mornings and Deva in the evening. They went above and beyond
to make sure our stay very enjoyable.
We would definitely come back again.
- 106michellec (10/5): Wonderful - Just wanted to leave a quick review to say how wonderful our stay recently was on the 17-18th of October all the staff on those days were so attentive and welcoming made our stay so lovely so thank you all
- funandjames (10/5): Lovely family stay in a friendly, welcoming hotel - A lovely stay at the hotel on our travels. Emma was an absolute star at breakfast with managing my son's allergy needs and the reception staff on check in helped the kids smile after a long journey. One to visit again!
- P3530OCleeh (10/5): Weekend break - Great place to stay minutes away from the city centre and within walking distance of the O2 institute. Helpful friendly staff especially Latia, Sally and Naz. Thank you
- nowinitaly (10/5): Positive experience with friendly staff, great room and very clean - Warm welcome at this bright and fairly new Premier Inn. Very clean. Comfy bed. Near to public transport. Great food at the bar/restaurant. Aaron was a great bartender our first night as was the girl who served us the next day (sorry I didn't get her name).
- F3025MXgraceo (10/5): Such good value for location - We adored this hotel, me and a friend went to go shopping and for a night out, location was amazing, so close to the bullring, the staff made it so welcoming, rooms were clean, spacious enough for two people, I’d say it was on the cheaper side especially due to where it is in the city centre, service was amazing, we took our bags in the morning, it was no fuss and it was a swift check in, I’d recommend parking at the university carpark it’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, but it was completely safe, CCTV and lit up, I had no fear leaving my car there and this is the one the hotel recommends, we will be staying again!
- chloet127 (10/5): As expected - Standard premier inn with everything you expect. Short walk from the train station. Super friendly and helpful staff.
- Quin38 (6/5): Good location. Lots of potential with some improvements - Good location, with plenty of nearby payable parking options. Surrounded by good choice of retail and food outlets. Near to train station if you want to go into city.
Reception greeting was polite, but lacked any enthusiasm/personality.
Hotel is well sound-proofed, we couldn't hear any external noise from our room.
We had a twin bed room. The room is looking tired in places. Net curtain missing, so main curtains had to be shut for privacy, which obviously meant you then lose natural light.
Twin beds are so lightweight, without brakes, they move with the slightest touch. The room was very warm and stuffy. The windows are non opening and temperature control could not be set below 19, so it was really difficult to cool the room. The climate control is also too noisy to sleep with on all night.
A few areas of housekeeping need addressing, particularly in the bathroom. Grout around bath was orange/brown in places, needed a good scrub. Also grime around shower slider bar fixing. Hairs still in bath from previous use. Sink plug stuck in closed position, so unable to use, as water obviously couldn't be drained. Shower curtain needed replacing. After check-in, I didn't see another member of staff in 24 hrs!?
I've used premier inn a lot. This hotel has a lot more potential with a spruce/freshen up, and improved housekeeping standards. I strongly feel that £114 for our room was very over priced, given the areas highlighted above, even for a Saturday night
- tracymX6933BB (10/5): Thank you Abu for excellent customer service - Abu who works at reception gave excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make sure my stay was perfect. The customer service received from Abu was excellent and I will be back. Thank you
- coliew2025 (10/5): Great hen do location! - We had a lovely stay in Birmingham city centre premier inn. We went as a large group on a hen do. We had a lovely time. The hotel was lovely and clean. The full English was bob on and well needed! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and lovely. Would 100% recommend.
- owenpT6395SS (10/5): Amazing Hotel & Staff - I stayed at this hotel for just under a week as part of a large group, and overall the experience was excellent. The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, which made our stay really enjoyable.
I want to give a special mention to Holly and Becky, who were outstanding throughout our visit. Looking after a group our size can’t have been easy, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Holly was always positive and approachable, checking in with us regularly to make sure we had what we needed. Becky was equally brilliant, calm, friendly, and really supportive, which made a big difference to how smoothly things went. Both of them made us feel valued as guests, and their effort and professionalism definitely stood out.
The restaurant was another highlight of the stay. The food was consistently excellent—well presented, full of flavour, and served promptly, even with a group as large as ours. It was clear that both the kitchen and the waiting staff were well organised, which we all really appreciated.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel itself was great, but the service, especially from Holly and Becky, made it something I’ll definitely remember and recommend.
- T5793MQabigailb (8/5): Good sleep, breakfast horrible! - The staff was lovely on arrival. I asked for a fan for my room as I was top floor where the windows dont open and she fetched me one up. My room on the top floor had a horrible cooking smell coming from somewhere smelt like a fryer!! Breakfast was horrible other premiers I have stayed it has been buffet style English breakfast but this one they Take your order on arrival and send it from the kitchen, scrambled eggs was swimming with water, bacon tasted old like it had been there a couple of days and reheated and beans were cold. Tried to toast some bread but the toasters were very poor and only meerley made the bread warm. It wasn't good to say the least. However bed was comfy, nice and quiet and a decent night's sleep.
- prabtajk (10/5): Great experience! - Fantastic stay, staff were super friendly and the room and beds were comfy and perfect for what we needed and for the price. Would stay again in the future!
- benbJ3675EV (6/5): Comfortable enough for sleeping. - No signage from main road to car park entrance down a dark lane. By the time you see the hotel from the road, you have missed the entrance. Having booked a twin room and a double room, we were told on arrival that all our rooms were doubles. However on investigation it turned out that both our rooms contained a double bed and a single bed (which the check in clerk was not aware of), so that sufficed for our purposes. In the bathroom the swivel plug in the sink showed, when in the open position, an unpleasant mass of old hair in the pipe going down to the u-bend. Otherwise the cleaning was good. The wi-fi was not good enough to listen to the radio via BBC Sounds. The room was quiet and a comfortable temperature and the bed was fine for sleeping.
- Mobile36029622091 (10/5): Tommy is amazing - Just wanted too say what a lovely wholesome stay with had at the Premier Inn Longbridge. We are regular customers here and I have too say our high light off our stay is TOMMY. He is such a genuine angel and always makes our stay wonderful. We absolutely adore him as do all the other customers. He is so professional will go far and beyond too make sure we have everything we need and require. In particular my 5 year old daughter absolutely adores Tommy and our hight light off our stay is seeing him. Also just wanted too take the opportunity too wish Justine all the best for the future. She is lovely kind and really hard working and she will be missed. Thank you also for accommodating us Justine the times you have checked us in. I hope this review reaches management or above it would be wonderful if Tommy and Justine could acknowledged in any way for the awesome job they do. Tommy you are amazing never change ❤️
- adamvernon2703 (10/5): Absolutely fantastic staff. - This is one of the most important and meaningful reviews I will do. My mother is in a nearby hospital for several weeks and it was more convenient for me to stay local and book into Premier Inn Birmingham South Rubery.
It's been a very stressful time and the staff at the hotel have been absolutely fantastic with me. They have made sure I could re-book extra nights at short notice and keep my same room. They have been above and beyond welcoming in the bar / restaurant in the evenings and always have been so friendly and accommodating. I cannot begin to describe how much the team at the Premier Inn at Birmingham South Rubery have made such a big difference to help in what has been a very stressful time personally. I've become on first name terms with most of the staff there and I take this opportunity to say a big thankyou to you all.
The hotel is clean, tidy and well presented. It doesn't have air-con but that is highlighted on the website before you book and a fan is provided in the room. Plenty of car parking available and other amenities nearby such as cinema, bingo, casino, other eating establishments etc'. Also a big supermarket in easy walking distance.
Well located hotel with easy bus links to Central Birmingham, Northfield, Selly Oak, Bromsgrove, Solihull etc'.
Good choice of drinks at the bar at reasonable prices. Food served until about 9pm. Breakfast offering good for the money and all you can eat.
Personally I rate this hotel highly and most of that is down to the extremely good team who work there in my opinion.
- E8040RTrichardm (6/5): Hotel staff great restaurant poor - Hotel all okay. Room a little hot. fan provided but didn’t do a great deal. Hotel clean, staff great. 10 out of 10 for staff.
Unfortunately, the in-house hotel restaurant next door let the whole weekend down. They opened 15 minutes late on the Friday and then took another 20 minutes to get served by (we were the second people through the door).
Had breakfast on the Saturday morning. Buffet was still out but was very lacking. I asked a poached egg and porridge that didn’t come. Took 30 minutes to get buffet refilled. I then cancelled my order of poached eggs and porridge which then turned up five minutes later haven’t got buffet.
I was with a group of nine people, for three nights. That potentially would’ve been 27 breakfasts and nine people for an evening meal on the Sunday. after the service we had on Saturdsy morning, we enjoyed Frankie & Benny’s and the Morrisons Café.
- 411alisonr (6/5): Too hot for comfy sleep - Too hot in the room and noisy up above - not a great combination for sleep!
Staff very friendly and shower was great! Sadly air con is much needed.
- catherinebE2652DO (6/5): We've had better, - stayed two nights, our room wasn't cleaned after first night, beds weren't made, refreshments weren't restock, cups weren't cleaned.
Only seen staff on front desk when we checked in. The toilet seat aren't soft closing so you can hear throughout the night Toilet seats being slammed down.
Room was clean but basic
- JalisonD (8/5): Good value for money, pleasant stay - A convenient location for us as we were visiting family. The hotel looks a little abandoned from the outside, the pub attached appeared to be boarded up, but once inside reception it was very clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and nice and our room was clean and pleasant. It was a bit hot as no air con but we are used to premier inns and we always bring our own fan! Not enough plugs, we had the 2 fans plugged in and it didn’t leave enough spare to charge all of our phones too. The usb port by the side of the bed was broken. Overall a decent and comfortable stay (3 nights) - we slept well and it was nice and quiet. I would stay here again.
- worldtraveller632 (6/5): Looks modern and clean from the outside but rooms require attention. - You know what you are getting with Premier Inn. We booked this one based on the positive reviews. Location is good, situated in a small shopping estate. It was nice and quiet. No onsite parking but cheap multi story a 4 minute walk away. Not the warmest greeting when we arrived. Standard appointed premier inn room but looked a lot older than what I would expect for a newish hotel. Lots of cracks in the plaster and holes in the wall. Carpet looked worn. It’s ok for a short stay.
- FarAway24025248260 (10/5): Great Stay… - Welcoming and efficient check in. Clean and comfortable room. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great location just off the M5 junction 4. Close to Longbridge station where there is plenty of reasonably priced parking.
Would recommend and stay again. Thanks all!
- TomHeat (6/5): Family visit - The rooms were nice, one of the sheets on a bed had a stain.other than than tidy enough. The breakfast in Beefeater was nice, but the public toilet in beef eater had no lock on the door for privacy..not sure if this restraint is part of hotel but I’m sure the hotel might have a word as they are sending people there for breakfast.breakfast was nice.
- kellyo32 (10/5): Warm and friendly stay - We arrived on the 7th august for 4nights on arrival we were checked in very quickly and informed about car parking and things available in the local area reception was very clean and welcoming! Our rooms were very clean with fresh towels daily, all staff were very friendly and happy to help. We chatted to staff member Rachael who was very friendly and nothing was a chew to her she’s an asset to your company x
- JennyC2562 (10/5): Centre of Longbridge! - Lovely staff!! Special shout out to Preeti on reception who really made us feel welcome!! Close to everything you can do in longbridge, nice bathroom, comfy beds, walking distance of trainstation, shops, restaurants etc..
- michaelrO1206GI (4/5): Don't arrive early - After a long and tiring journey we arrived 40 minutes early for the 3pm check in. We were told that although our room was ready it was now company policy to charge for early check in's. So this latest penny pinching policy from Premier Inn meant we were expecting to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes before we could have our room key. Good will costs nothing but the lack of it means two of your long term customers will be going else where in future.
- alisoncP8755QX (2/5): Gave us the wrong information regarding the car parking - They gave me the wrong information regarding the car parking. We rang the hotel before we booked. The car parking, we were told was not theirs and we had to pay for it. When we got to the hotel on 21 May we asked how we were to pay for it, the Receptionist told us not to worry and pay when we left, however, we were staying for 4 days as we were attending a funeral. He should have told us to pay for it daily not when we were leaving. Because of this we had car parking fines which we had to pay £200
- davecN2997WZ (10/5): Great value - You get everything that you need and nothing extra which is exactly right at this price. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. The restaurant serves good, straightforward food and the staff there were attentive without ever being 'in your face'. Special mention to the guy who was on Reception in the evening (Sunday 22 June) and who went out of his way to rummage through the office and find me a usb plug.
The only issue I had was that the heating/aircon was quite noisy, but perhaps I was close to the plant room being on the top floor. If you are a light sleeper, maybe request a room below Floor 4?
- Foodieforlife123 (10/5): Very clean - I stayed here last week, cleanliness was off the scale, not a speck of dust in sight! The room was warm and fresh when we arrived, all the beds were made up nicely and the sheets were pristine. The bathroom was also spotless. No complaints at all about the room, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. You can tell the room attendants care about their job. Thank you very much.
- 532meeras (8/5): Review - Great stay and location. Stayed after visiting cadburys world. Shops around so convenient and parking in the retail park. £6 for day. Also had the breakfast here where kids eat for free! Few places to eat around here too! Staff here are friendly too!
