Guest Reviews
- X4494RDdavidf (8/5): Good stopover for airport - I'm glad that this Premier Inn does not charge for parking. It's a short drive from Gatwick and set in a fairly quiet location. That said there is not much nearby, so it's an ideal airport stopover hotel rather than a getaway location. The room was clean and the heating worked well. Our only disappointment was that there were no water bottles in the room and no fridge. The value for money was fair.
- trevorsK2646HB (10/5): Amazing stay - Great visit and stay at this hotel. Stayed while going to a function at the CBS. Very good location everyone welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend
- noelK76 (10/5): Pleasantly surprised. - First visit to a Premier inn. This hotel was easily accesible from Gatwick by public transport and a short walk. A polite and efficient receptionist welcomed me to the premises, a great start. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I could not find fault anywhere. A pleasant young man on reception greeted me the following morning, confirming my belief that Premier inn value excellent customer services. My two night stay was outstanding. I can wholly recommend this fine hostelry and its friendly staff. I'll be back, Sláinte.
- P_G_Gretton (2/5): Disappointing - We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered free parking on their website. Unfortunately we received a parking fine for £100 afterwards and despite being a guest Premier Inn were unwilling and unable to do anything about it.
We arrived late at the hotel and registered my car on a tablet as instructed by the receptionist. We had a very uncomfortable stay due to excessive heat and being put on the top floor despite my request in advance for a lower floor. The room stank and there is no breakfast facility at the hotel. We departed the following morning.
Two weeks later I received a PCN notice from Civil Enforcement for £100 for illegally parking. I emailed the hotel directly but they replied that they do not own the parking and the contract for enforcement was with the Parson Pig next door. Neither Premier Inn or Parson Pig have access to the car management system. I replied that both the PCN and the notices in the car park have Premier Inn's name and that they have a responsibility to their clients as stated on the web to provide free parking. I also stated that the intention of the enforcement was to deter people from parking who were not guests and not to punish bonafide clients. I did not get a reply from the hotel.
I appealed to Civil Enforcement and showed my invoice with the hotel. I stated that I had registered my car on the tablet. They rejected my appeal on the grounds that they have no record of my registration. I can only assume that there was a break in the WiFi connection as OpenReach often does internet maintenance late on weekend evenings. Civil enforcement made it clear that if I didn't pay the fine I would be threatened with legal action and that I would have very little chance of winning.
I contacted Premier Inn guest relations but they claim no responsibility and that I should take up the matter with the owner of the car park. After repeated requests I managed to get in contact with the manager who was also looking after other hotels. He was initially sympathetic and admitted that even his staff received fines. He was unable to do anything about the fine and eventually refused to reply to my emails.
This episode has taken three months and dozens of emails. There are several other reviews with the same issue. What was most disappointing was that Premier Inn accepts no responsibility for a car park it offers for its guests.
Be aware you run the risk of receiving a PCN and that the parking registration system sometimes doesn't work. Don't expect Premier Inn to help you.
- 224darrent (8/5): Good place to stay - This is a good premier inn.
Staff on the counter were lovely.
Everything worked and was very clean.
TV remote hard to read as was very old I guess, but that’s really minor.
Great stop off before our flight the next day
- TGR2014 (10/5): Good peaceful night . Staff are very good here - Stayed at this hotel quite a few times as I travel regularly to Nuneaton. Just wanted to say how good the service is in the pub next door. Both at breakfast and dinner the ladies go out of their way to look after the guests. You never wait at the door which I hate. Service with a smile .
Check in was also exceptional. The lady cares
- Explore52289186840 (10/5): Great Experience as Always with Premier Inn - A very nice lady was in the reception, who helped me change my room when I asked immediately with no delay and afterwards she asked if there was any particular reason. I always choose Premier inn whenever am in the UK and had never disappointed me !
- dhavasivaram (10/5): Good stay - Good stay good location good atmosphere good room good cleanliness good service good amenities low noise level good value it was good experience
- sharonlyons2012 (10/5): Warm welcome - Very attentive staff. Warm welcome by Jay and the team. Could do enough for us. Nice clean, comfortable room, as always. Thank you
- tmm01 (6/5): A loud and eventful stay. Not a peaceful night before an early flight. - A hot and uncomfortable over night stay. There was no lift to the first floor, which meant as someone with mobility issues I had to struggle up stairs and down.
The room was a family room. Big and the usual premier inn decor.
Bed comfortable as ever, however there was no AC, just a fan in the room. The window could open slightly, but not enough to reduce the stifling heat. Having the fan on all
Night was the only option and this disturbed sleep.
The bathroom as ok, however when the light was switched on there was a loud mechanical sound from the fan - a loud and low whistle.
In the morning, I used the bathroom, and the toilet fell off the wall, meaning that I fell on the floor, which was incredibly difficult to get up from, with a toilet also topped over on the floor. The pipes had become disconnected, so unable to flush loo, as it would have spattered all over the bathroom floor.
Didn’t have breakfast, as an early start, but the evening meal at the adjoined pub was delicious.
So overall, not the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. Could do with some AC as an essential and hopefully they will fix the mechanics in the fan and get the plumbing sorted.
- NorthStar03984680953 (6/5): Business visit - Felt very welcoming when checking in on 11th The only problem I had was the bar was advertised as being open till 10.30 but the doors was closed at 9.50 so could not get any drinks
- ashleighc945 (10/5): Great escape to Premier Inn - Great night in at Premier Inn.
Slept really well, bed was comfy.
Easy to get to from the motorway.
Peaceful place to read.
- C5556OTaurorat (10/5): Location to activities and Motorway is excellent! The hotel and restaurant provides very good value - Excellent location to the retail therapy outlets, Ricoh Arena and the Showcase cinema and easy access to the Motorway.
FOOD EXPERIENCE;
Exceedingly good value. The quality of food and service under Pranav and his team has improved since our last visit. The chef provided us with a tasty Thai green vegetable with (chicken) curry and Katsu burger.
HOTEL EXPERIENCE:
We have stayed here as a family and as a couple. The service has never wavered in terms of good quality and customer services.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and the large king size bed gave us restful nights.
Nathan in the Reception team was courteous, helpful and effective in sorting out a couple of minor issues.
- stevenrD3945IH (10/5): Excellent Staff - This is a standard Premier Inn with Clean and well-laid-out Rooms.
The standout feature of this Hotel is the Staff, who were all very Helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
It also has a lift, Air conditioning and good accessibility
The only minor point was the small TV, although I was able to connect my TV stick easily.
The Restaurant was quiet during our stay, but this meant the Staff were attentive and the food was always hot, of good quality, and there was no waiting around for refills of the Breakfast Buffet.
- Sightseer61485918931 (6/5): Standard Premier Inn stay – could be improved with better room placement - Stayed here on Monday night after flying back from holiday. As expected with Premier Inn, everything was fairly standard, clean, comfortable enough, and reasonably priced. You generally know what you’re getting, and that’s fine for a short stay.
That said, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We booked a family room for four people, but only two cups were provided, which seemed a bit thoughtless. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning.
The main problem was the location of our room. We checked in during the early hours and were placed next to a door that led to the main stairwell. Being near the airport, the hotel had people coming and going at all hours, and the door next to us was constantly being opened and slammed shut. The loud bang each time made it very difficult to get any decent sleep.
Overall, it was an adequate stay, but better soundproofing or more careful room allocation for late check-ins would have made a big difference.
- MarkB5872 (8/5): Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff - Comfortable and clean accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t do enough for us after a very stressful day at the airport; made all the difference.
- Inspire44487105599 (6/5): Premier Inn Gatwick Airport - As premier inn rooms go this was their usual standard, the bed was comfy.
However, the room was unbearably hot (I am aware that the UK was in the midst of a heatwave) and the portable fan just wasn’t enough. The air conditioning was nonexistent.
I know this can be a recurring theme in premier inn hotels and maybe something to rethink. They do say it is healthier to sleep in a cooler room.
Also at this particular hotel there was no restaurant, however the adjacent pub was nice and the food very pleasant, with large portions. However, no breakfast service available which was a disappointment.
On the whole for 1 night it was what it was but we couldn’t have stayed longer.
- Departure17615982672 (10/5): Lovely 3 night break ! - We had a lovely 3 night break at this hotel. The rooms were clean but a little dated with no USB sockets & a TV so small my husband said they should have provided binoculars ! The staff, however, were great - always smiling , very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts & the meals in the restaurant every night . There was plenty of choice & the food was always hot and nicely cooked. It's a shame that there were never many customers now that the restaurant is only open to residents. There is plenty of parking (still free at the moment) & there are lots of places in the area which are worth a visit. I would definitely recommend this one.
- I8278TFbarryb (10/5): Great Place - Great night's sleep, great food next door, always looked after by great staff, thank you Alla for looking after us all the time.
- jackpH761CI (10/5): Overall the hotel was good but special recognition towards receptionist ALLA - The hotel itself is well looked after, clean and modern. However special recognition is towards, receptionist ALLA who is attentive to any queries raised which she problem solved. She is very good front of house as she makes the stay feel like a home from home rather than paid accommodation due to how friendly and caring she is. The company is lucky to have ALLA not just because of how good she is at her job but also how nice she is as a person.
- bustamove5678 (10/5): Friendly premier inn! - Needed a night away from the builders in the house. Booked this premier inn with low expectations. However encounter very friendly staff. And a night with air conditioning what a pleasure in the heat.
Had a great breakfast in the morning, thanks premier inn!
- L9228WVpeters (4/5): Premier Inn could do better - Tired hotel! Tv screen the size of a laptop and picture quality lousy. £177 for the night!!!! if the quality of the establishment is lower than your other hotels prices should reflect this. WI FI as usual poor which is why i use other hotels when I can on business. Air con was good.
- kamikazebingo (10/5): Nice little Hotel in Ansty - Lovely little hotel, stopped here on our way to Liverpool for Springsteen. Very clean, comfortable, nice little pub. The best Premier Inn breakfast we've ever had, as was freshly cooked. Shame it's been sold on by Premier Inn, staff very nice and would've stayed again.
- susanclarke5040 (10/5): Great restaurant - Rooms were very much Premier Inn. However staff were very friendly and courteous. We had breakfast in the restaurant next door and it was spotless! The lady serving us was so lovely and chatty and she said she had worked there for10 yrs. Breakfast was good and very fresh.
- N5169IPmikea (10/5): Stay there again? Yes please. - Nice room, great car parking, really helpful and friendly staff.
It's on a retail park so it's not the prettiest of locations but it is extremely convenient. There's plenty of places to eat, a couple of big superstores, and a cinema all in walking distance.
I ate an evening meal there and it was both very pleasant and good value. My one regret is that I was unable to try the breakfast.
- Barney454 (2/5): Poor Room - Room not clean and smelt , reception very unwelcoming initially , Food at attached pub was good and the restaurant service was friendly and attentive , overall the HOTEL aspect was very very poor , in conclusion it was a very disappointing experience with a hotel chain i use very regularly
- Relax04028977237 (10/5): Brilliant service - The team at this hotel are fantastic. The service they provide is excellent a credit to premier inn. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We ate in the restaurant also and the team were great over there too. Yes it's a little dated but the team make up for that. Will definitely be staying here again in my next visit. We'll done everyone
- capelbond (8/5): A Pleasant Stay - First impressions are not great with peeling paint and rotten looking wood over the entrance door. At one time it must have been a motel with rooms directly accessed from the car park. There is now a narrow corridor around three sides of the quadrangle, with doors and windows looking out from the rooms. It is rather wierd watching people walk past your window in the corridor as you sit on your bed. However, it was a comfortable room and clean. The shower room was good, with a powerful shower and a tiny window you could open. That's the only one though, so I wouldn't like to be there in the heat. I slept well on a comfy bed and it was quiet. There was no more or less noise than normal in a Premier Inn corridor..The reception lady was very cheerful and welcoming. I thought breakfast was good. Although served, you were given a decent choice. It arrived hot and on a hot plate, so in many ways better than a buffet when the food is often lukewarm. So after an unpromising looking arrival, it was actually a nice place to stay and I'd use it again.
- paulinecQ8552PF (6/5): Noisy - As stated there is no air conditioning so I had to open the window. However the pub next door was busy with many people sitting outside until late at night so extremely noisy.
Very basic bathroom with only soap provided
One plus is the free overnight parking.
- samshxw (10/5): Lovely Lodge - As far as Premier Inn's go, this is one of the nicest ones I have stayed in. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The check-in /check-out procedures were simple and straightforward and parking is included. The location is great, not too far from the airport and there are restaurants / places to eat nearby. The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. The only thing that let it down slightly was the free wi-fi, unfortunately it barely worked however there is an option for a faster one at an extra cost.
Overall was a lovely stay.
- P4759MAleem (8/5): Great for pre-travel day & parking - Great option if leaving your car at APH parking. Comfy beds, super price and The Parsons Pig next door has excellent food options. There isn't a lift though so watch out if you have heavy cases to carry up to the 1st floor. Airport is not far if you are travelling abroad, will book again.
- O4494XAshauns (10/5): Nice little Premier Inn. - It is a quiet hotel with friendly staff. The parson pig on site has the best Indian food I have tasted. There is no public transport near the hotel, so I had to get a taxi from the airport. But I would stay again. It was close to the airport, but you could not tell as it was in the countryside.
No lift at the hotel and no breakfast, which was a sham, but when asked to move to the ground floor, one receptionist helped. If you do need a ground-floor room. I was told to give a call, and they would make sure I was on the ground floor next time. So will keep that in mind in the future.
I would stay again in the future as a nice little Premier Inn.
- Z7143LCbillyb (10/5): Lovely welcome after a stressful start! - After accidentally turning up at the wrong Premier Inn (side note: why are there three called Coventry East?!), I was tired, frustrated, and out of pocket. Thankfully, when I finally found the right one, I was greeted so warmly by Lesley at reception that my mood immediately shifted. She took the time to chat with me, and her kindness really made a difference.
Shortly after, I popped down to grab some snacks and Lesley was there again with another lovely team member (didn’t catch her name, sadly) — both were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience.
The hotel room itself is spotless and super comfy, and the location is fantastic with loads to do nearby. Lesley even gave me some tips about what's in the area. All in all, I’m very glad I ended up at this Coventry East — definitely the best of the bunch!
- 444jeh (8/5): A perfect respite from the road. - A perfect respite from the road.
Driving solo from Scotland to London requires a break and this was just what I needed. I started with a nice long bath with my current book and continued reading through dinner next door. A gin & tonic, comfortable sleep and I was ready to finish my journey the next morning. Just the break I needed, thanks!
- E3651OEmichaelb (10/5): It's Premier, you can't go wrong - I like Premier, you know what you're going to get, and the beds...OMG! I have a bad back and I always sleep well at Premier.
I liked this one because it's all ground level, so you can open a window they're always warm at Premier! Even with the heating off, what gives:-)
- donnadU1184QR (10/5): Great place to stay . Especially with children. You have got bowling not far from the hotel giving children plenty to do - Very welcoming and nothing seemed to much trouble . The lady that checked me in went above and beyond for me and my granddaughter. It was such a lovely stay . My granddaughter didn’t want to leave 🤩. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. And recommend to my friends and family too to stay here
- C00lMan2009 (10/5): Brilliant staff, relaxed atmosphere and comfy bed. - I have stayed at many Premier Inns, but this was my first experience at a local one, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s exceptional service and genuine customer care.
A special thanks to Alla, who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She ensured I had a comfortable room, and I couldn’t have asked for more.
I’d also like to acknowledge Terri, whose bubbly personality, professionalism, and helpful attitude stood out.
I had arranged for a parcel to be delivered to the hotel, and the reception team handled it seamlessly. They made sure all staff were informed, ensuring a smooth process. Jay at reception was also brilliant—attentive, helpful, and quick to answer all my queries.
The restaurant staff at Premier Inn Manor Royal were equally wonderful. One lady, in particular, was very welcoming and took great care in noting my son's allergies. However, I do wish there were more gluten-free options available.
One thing to note is that this hotel does not have its own restaurant, which might be a consideration for some guests.
Overall, I’m really glad I chose to stay here instead of the North Terminal location. Thank you once again to the entire team—management should be proud of such outstanding staff!
- 71dmitryr (4/5): Unexpectedly small rooms - Be warned the despite all the rooms having the same price and type (doubles), the actual rooms are very different and in order to get a bigger room you will probably need to put some 'virtual kids' into your booking, which does not cost you more but provides for a bigger room at the end, comparing to the crumpy back yard looking 'single occupancy doubles'
- BartmanLiverpool (6/5): Disappointing and below Premier Inn normal experience. - Hotel clean but very tired. No restaurant on premises and nowhere within walking distance to access breakfast. Pub next door opens at 12pm but in the meantime prepare to go hungry.
On a plus note, couldn't fault staff, who were helpful and apologetic over there being no restaurant, which apparently closed during COVID.
- thewhinerdiner (6/5): Overall, pretty average - I chose this hotel primarily because of its proximity to the M6. Handy for the NEC, where I was an exhibitor for a couple of days. The surrounding neighbourhood is mostly industrial estate, so it can feel a bit isolated. Other than the on-site restaurant, the nearest alternatives are at least a short drive away.
The hotel itself is pretty much what you would routinely expect from the Premier Inn brand. What was slightly discouraging was the stagnant pool of water at the entrance to the car park - alas there is no other way in - which means having to drive through an ankle-deep puddle, which is not very welcoming. Clearly there is a drainage issue which needs addressing and is only discouraging because it is clearly a lapse in standards - or at best an oversight that prompts questions on what else might have been overlooked. On the plus side, the lady on reception was helpful and welcoming, friendly without being too overfamiliar, and as a former hospitality manager myself, I appreciate that kind of old school hospitality.
All the staff were pretty much on point throughout, including in the restaurant. A pity I cannot say the same for the evening meal. I gather the restaurant next door was previously a Brewers Fayre outlet, now operating as the hotel's own eatery. It was very quiet when I visited - with only three or four other tables occupied. There was only one member of staff on duty, tending to both the restaurant and the bar apparently single-handedly. Whilst he was very courteous and efficient, the food itself was disappointing. I ordered tomato soup to start, which considering the restaurant was near empty, took ages to arrive. When it did it was barely lukewarm, and the croutons had become soggy. These are all signs that it had probably been sitting on the pass for so long it had gone cold, and the croutons had soaked well into the soup. There were far too many croutons anyway, it was wrong on pretty much every level. Truthfully, that soup should never have left the kitchen, and the fact that it was felt acceptable to serve that to a customer is very disappointing (see pictures). My server did ask me on more than one occasion of everything was OK, so top marks for doing the necessary - but I did not mention it as I was not interested in sending anything back. I had coincidentally ordered a second starter - as I am sometimes minded to do - which was the barbecue chicken wings. This was better but overwhelmed with barbecue sauce (see pictures). It was too much, and not particularly well presented. It would have been more conducive to serve the barbecue sauce on the side. My main course was the smothered chicken, which was OK but nothing special. The chicken and the cheese and bacon topping were all overcooked and too dry. Again, probably sitting under the heat lamps too long.
Conversely, my buffet-style breakfast in the same restaurant the following morning was nothing short of excellent. The young lady on duty was courteous and efficient, and the food was hot and well cooked, with a pretty good selection (see pictures). There are few places you can get such plentiful breakfast for £11, so it is pretty good value. Overall, though, the best I can say is it was pretty average.
- Getaway433630 (10/5): Best sleep ever - Staff were helpful professional and polite
Room was spotless had everything you would need for a bath or shower
Extra pillows for an excellent night's sleep bed was super comfy and covers were warm
Heating was controlled be me there for room was a good temperature
- Adventure61440459943 (10/5): Helpful staff - Lovely clean room staff on reception really helpful, they were lexie in the evening and emma in the morning.
Room was clean, shower was good, bed was comfy.
Place was easy to find and away from any road noise, simple premier inn, lots of parking available.
- Acdgrt (4/5): Needs updating - Disappointing premier inn. Needs some work doing on it.
Service was brilliant and staff tried hard but trickle beds were so inadequate. We ended up with three duvets just to make it bearable. Tv sooooo small.
Fantastic location and with a bit of updating could be Amazing.
- W583WDcarolinen (2/5): Not Free Parking!!!! - Stayed here after a flight, for a rest before driving home.
The hotel was OK, the staff friendly, but really object to being hit with a £100 parking fine a week after getting home.
We were assured it would be cancelled 3 times, before being threatened with legal action.
Now paying £120!!
Premier Inn are not interested at all and just keep fobbing you off.
Avoid if possible!!!!!
- tylerbG5044FU (10/5): Wonderful staff and amazing room! - I had a wonderful experience with my stay, the staff and room were both amazing I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an hotel near Gatwick. Jay was a pleasure to be served by at reception and made sure my stay was the best experience
- Coastal34509408349 (10/5): Restful stay - My stay was very good,I was greeted by very friendly and polite staff. The hotel was nice and quiet,my room nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable with fresh crisp bed linen. The whole hotel was so nice and quiet,as a lone female traveller I felt very safe and secure
- Tourist60424979842 (2/5): Did not get a minute of sleep - This was the worst premier inn I’ve ever stayed at.
The room was tiny and the worst quality out of any premier inn I’ve ever stayed. The radiators were turned off the entire time I was there but the room was a furnace still because the pipes going to the radiator were exposed and boiling hot constantly. There was no A/C to help with this, just a terrible big fan in the corner of the room.
There were pubic hairs around the sink and in the shower.
The restaurant had messed up orders and had less than half of the menu- they only told us this 10 mins after we paid extra for the meal deal.
The lights in the corridor being on all night meant that the rooms window (facing the corridor) let light in all night even with blackout curtains, the door also let in so much light when closed and locked.
Between sweating constantly throughout the night, the room being bathed in light all night, hearing any noise from the neighbours rooms and the poor cleaning job that was done, I did not get a minute of sleep during my stay.
I would never stay here again and it’s making me reconsider booking premier inns that I haven’t stayed in previously and know to be good.
There needs to be lots of work done to this premier inn.
- wingate (6/5): In the middle of nowhere - Not the sort of area I would chose to stay, but the fact that the restaurant was there clinched it.However one night the restaurant was closed I went to a nearby restaurant had an awful meal and drove down country lanes in the dark, which I hate.
The room was fine though I couldn't get hot water in the basin.
Breakfast was ok..It was served rather than my preference for a buffet.
- nicklinjulie (2/5): Don’t bother! - Very down at heal. When we arrived we were very disappointed at the way it looked outside with peeling paint. It didn’t get better inside. Staff on reception were lovely but the First Lady had never been there before.
Narrow corridor to the room and my room had window that looked out on the corridor so at night anyone passing could be heard quite loudly. Rooms were very small and basic. It literally took 10 minutes to get hot water to the sink. We tried the restaurant for a coffee and it smelt unpleasant. Furniture wasn’t stained and not clean. Tables were sticky and flies on the window sill. Staff very unhelpful too so much so we decided not to stay for breakfast even though we had paid. Another family member usual stays at a nearby premier inn and said you couldn’t compared it at all. We only stayed because it was near to the family celebration we had travelled up for. I have stayed at many premier inns and assumed they were all of a certain standard not this one!
- acepower84 (8/5): Wedding/Client visit - Stayed here for the first time, was very happy with the stay. Had a good nights sleep and also had breakfast on one of the mornings.
A couple of things to note. If you have a long car, the parking bays are a bit tight. The toilet was too close to the toilet door in room number 28. Also, don't bother ordering the vegan turkey/bacon rashers, taste like rubber with salt on.
- MrsJSimmons (4/5): Extra charges implemented by Premier Inn - Beware! We arrived 20 minutes before check in (from 3.00pm as stated) and were advised that if we checked in before 3.00pm it would be an extra £10 or we could go to the bar at the restaurant. Either way it was going to cost £10 so left with no option. This apparently new rule implemented by the Premier Inn is not on your booking confirmation but has been added to the Ts&Cs. If people arrive at 11.00am expecting to get into their room and not pay an additional fee for what is almost half a day i understand the need to charge but surely staff on the front desk can use their discretion with 20 minutes before check in. This is not aimed at the front of house but the hierachy at Premier Inn who want to squeeze every last bit of money out of you.
I have stayed at other major hotel chains on lots of occasions and have never encountered this issue. It is truly shocking and has put me off staying at Premier Inns in the future.
The restaurant was busy in the evening and there were clearly not enough front of house staff to cope with the demand. We experienced a long wait for someone to take our order which when it arrived was only warm.
- mikecC145BF (10/5): Great all round! - From start to finish, this was an excellent experience, as it was last year. Friendly welcome, comfortable room, firm but comfy bed too. Meal deal offered great value, main course (Smothered Chicken) highly recommended. Typical fresh and tasty breakfast. Tip top!

- Beags68 (10/5): One of the best Premier Inns - This is one of the best Premier Inn's we have stayed in. Located about 20min drive from the NEC Birmingham. The staff were really friendly, the room was lovely, bright clean and airy. The walk-in shower was amazing hot and powerful. As always the bed was super comfy.
- 462carolt (10/5): An unexpected gem - We had to find a hotel close to the hospital where my mother was and this was the nearest that had decent food options. But we were delighted with it, super associated restaurant and lovely staff. We will probably need to visit more and this will definitely be our go-to.
