Guest Reviews
- lucysB4412OH (10/5): Great stay - Great experience, wonderful staff especially Monike who went above and beyond to make our trip extra special she remembered it was my birthday and popped goodies in our room. Such a great stay.
- georgegK9503HJ (10/5): Welcoming - Just stayed at the premier inn on hagley road in birmingham.
Lovely atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff.
The room was clean and well kept. Worth the money.
- abbycB101XV (10/5): Excellent service, food and restaurant - Lovely meal in the hotel restaurant tonight. Served by Jazz where she greeted us with a smile and was continually checking on how everything was. She seemed to be the only one taking orders and serving food, but this didn't let her excellent level of service slip.
Restaurant was lovely and cosy and Jazz let us know about the menu deals where we could have 2 courses and a drink for £16.99. Great value, great food and friendly staff. The chef did a great job keeping up with food orders too. Thank you 😊
- Discover593780 (10/5): Lovely weekend away - We stayed for the weekend, couldn't fault anything. The staff especially Dan, Tier Susan Jordan the manager they were lovely and helpfull, couldn't do enough for us.
Room was lovely and clean. Food was great. Definitely come again
- samstring2018 (10/5): Good experience - Good service clean room and good breakfast.
Selina was helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful would defiantly stay again.
- christopherps2022 (4/5): Poor - Very poor pillows that were very hard, and they stopped me from sleeping. The food service was poor, and the food was overcooked.
- Jimbobs1969 (10/5): Great Staff - Great hotel and staff , huge shout out to Tia who is an absolute star and credit to Premier Inn . Could not do enough for us during our stay
- Craigybaby69 (8/5): nice and easy experience - easy enough experience. Premier inn in birkenhead is easy to find, easy to park and the lady on reception Stacy was very helpful, friendly and gave lots of good advice.
breakfast was nice, all staff very helpful and the room was a typical Premier inn room, comfy bed, good size and great pillows.
- Elenaruth95 (10/5): Outstanding service from Sharon - Sharon truly made our stay at Premier Inn Birkenhead a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive. Her professionalism and warm nature made us feel genuinely cared for, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond so naturally, and Sharon is a real credit to the hotel. She brought such a positive energy and made our stay feel extra comfortable and pleasant. Thank you, Sharon, for your exceptional service – you’re amazing!
- hayleyo2024 (4/5): Don't waste your money - We have stayed in many Premier inn all over the place for weekend away and airport stops
But this hotel was not great !!!! The room was fine put we did not know the bar / restaurant did not open till 5pm we would of liked a drink then we booked in instead of going over to tesco over the road . Breakfast was not great we waited 10 mins for anyone to seat us and We did not find breakfast that special overall we found the hotel short staffed and not that welcoming we will not book this hotel again
- dinoswindo (6/5): It was ok - Staff were very good, room was as you would expect but at £123 on the pricy side.
My main issue was when I arrived at 17.45 after a long drive I asked if I needed to book to eat. I was told earliest I could eat was 8.30 as they were busy. I asked if there was anything nearby and was told there is nothing really in walking distance so I had to get an uber.
At breakfast next day I could see what I think the issue was....for a hotel this size an amazingly small kitchen which I think would struggle with a large amount of customers.
- leetW5558NS (10/5): 1st class service. - I spend most of my working week working away from home staying at premiere inn hotels all over the country, and can honestly say I have never been felt more welcome than with the staff at Birmingham Central Aston .
Tia,Amira and Fern were absolutely first class in making sure all aspects of my stay were adhered to and are a credit to premiere inn. I would definately recommending the premiere inn Aston hotel to other companies if working in and around the Birmingham area.
- Daydream33981101549 (10/5): The Best experiences - Atmosphere was very good and welcoming.
The staff was amazing and very helpful and nice and friendly to us. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they made our stay very comfortable.
- stephanieanner (10/5): Excellent value for our 2 night stay. - Great location with paid for parking. A short walk from Hamilton Square station - turn right out of the station, walk straight ahead for about 5-7 mins and you're at the hotel.
Great welcome from reception, efficient check-in. Stacey is legend!
The restaurant team at dinner and breakfast are brilliant. Good restaurant menu for lunch/dinner. Breakfast has lots of options to choose from.
The room was lovely and clean. Good shower (over bath) and super comfy pillows!
- X3123WMjamesb (10/5): Convenient location, friendly staff - Hotel is in a handy location on the edge of the city and Tia was very helpful on reception on arrival and answering any questions we had.
- Ann200 (6/5): Family stay one night it was ok - Stay here for 1 night, booked two rooms and arrived early and asked for rooms next to each other which they said they would accommodate. Hotel is about 20 minute walk into town. Hotel has parking which was charged at £8.50 a night. We came back later in the day to check in and were given rooms on different floors even though we had arranged in the morning. This was sorted and we ended up on the same floor but not next to each other.
Staff were ok . No one went above and beyond. Ordered food and it was a 45 min wait for a pizza the restaurant wasn’t that busy.
Rooms were warm but had to use air con so no issue.
Overall hotel is ok a little too far for me outside of the city. But fine for an overnight stay .
- jodigP2241EX (10/5): Great Premier Inn - I have stayed at this hotel several times and there is a reason I keep coming back. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The free parking is a huge bonus. The rooms are always clean and of a good standard - the recent refurbishment has been a great addition. The hotel is always quiet, despite the location. Thank you as always for a wonderful stay.
- kieran137 (4/5): Wouldn't stay again. - Cooked breakfast wasnt very good. Evening meal is only served between 1700 and 2030 but I couldn't see this advertised. We were at the bar for at least 5 minutes waiting to order before someone appeared. Someone finally arrived at 2033 to tell us we were 3 minutes late to order any food!! The highlight of our weekend there was Alan working the bar on the friday night.
- W1861ZWhannahl (10/5): Excellent Customer Service - After a very disappointing concert cancellation, we received fantastic customer service when we returned to the premier inn. Tia, Fern and Jordan were very sympathetic, welcoming, kind and compassionate about our situation. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we return to Birmingham in the future.
- GeorgieB82 (8/5): Small but convenient hotel - Smallest Premier Inn I have stayed in but perfect location to explore The Wirral and Liverpool.
Hotel is dated with poor ventilation in bathrooms and condensation on windows. Bedrooms clean and comfortable though.
Think staff were stressed and abrupt, potentially due to staffing issues as only saw three different staff members all weekend.
- L332VVjoannep (2/5): Avoid - Avoid at all cost. Dirty room, drink stains on bedside table (one wipe with a cloth would have removed it), lazy ignorant abusive staff member. Premier inn at its worst.
- V5808HGbevb (10/5): Clean, welcoming and good value ! - Easy parking - stepped into reception to be greeted warmly by a lady who was so friendly, like a long lost friend !
Comfy bed ( I did buy a mattress the same make ) and nice restful sleep .
Ventured out to a Thai restaurant 5 mins away so didn’t eat there .
Clean , comfortable and value for money !
- MrsWill41 (10/5): Lovely staff - Stayed at the hotel in order to attend a friends 40th birthday nearby. The staff were great. Thank you to Sousan and Mehrhaz who went out of their way to help us.
- MiTrainer (8/5): Well treated, by all staff would stay again - On arrival I was welcomed and treated very well. I had a room on the second floor, on entry it was a slightly chilly but realised window open. I went to turn on air conditioning according to very good instructions, but on approach I noticed that the screen on display was damaged I took picture the unit did turn on but could not see what it was doing…..but it wasn’t heating it just blew out very cod air. I returned to reception showed picture to one of the 3 staff on that night who was Tia who took note and picture was taken off my phone. I was also offered another room but didn’t want to cause problem. And said I’m sure will be fine, but was a bit chilly during night. Unfortunately the maintenance personnel did not manage to fix.
So the next night I asked for portable heater as I realised the room was colder. This I received from Tia and I believe Amira straight away.
I can not fault the staffs effort to make my stay the best they could. For a small team they are doing a lot so fair play to them.
The food was very very good well presented.
Nothing was too much trouble for Tia, Amira, Mehrnaz, they all seemed passionate about their work at the hotel.
Inoperable they do get recognized for all their efforts.
- jdagl1 (10/5): Lovely staff - Tia was amazing and under stressful circumstances as the check in machine wasn’t working dealt with us very professionally and friendly.
- alfredcook2018 (10/5): Business Trip - Staff were friendly and welcoming, room comfortable spacious. The hotel and room was clean and fresh. Happily use again if in the area.
- terrencew813 (10/5): Friendly and approachable staff - Thank you for making my stay at Birmingham feel welcoming. The staff her are fantastic, can't do enough for you, Charlaine, Tia and Fern where always happy to help and have a bit of banter whilst also being very professional about their duties....
Cheers guys!!!
All the best ! Until next time 👌👍
- Q9607RIwendyg (2/5): Wish I could give zero stars - This is a shocking hotel I would not stay here again. The hotel was lacking in leadership there was no customer service all the colleagues wanted to do was congregate around the serving hatch. The food was absolutely disgusting and wasnt even warm. Very overpriced hotel and food never again!!!
- Spider123456 (4/5): Avoid at all cost! - This place is awful! Stayed in room 114. It’s dirty & dated. Room smells like a dirty house, mix of nice biscuits, chip fat, damp and generally the great unwashed! The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, it’s totally gross! Although the bed is clean. Although dirty stained headboard. You can’t even open the window for fresh air. Had to spay deodorant to try to get rid of smell. Couldn’t wait to leave. Didn’t even have a shower as it was so awful. I took food to eat in room, couldn’t even eat it as was put off. Awful place. Staff are nice. I wouldn’t be rushing back
- MarkCarrick (8/5): Good hotel which is well located to the ferry port - This is a very good well situated hotel near the ferry port, Stacey on reception is fantastic and was able to help me with directions to the port. The car park is good and the check in process very good. The room was clean and up to the usual premier inn standard which was great. My only negative issue was the noise of children in the corridor when I was trying to sleep, I had to be up at 6am the next morning for the ferry and in spite of the signs up to be quiet they were very noisy running up and down the corridor and slammed doors.
- 546ChrisH546 (2/5): Terrible - Hands down the worst Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Got to the hotel early as spending the day in Liverpool and obviously couldn’t check in. By the time we got back to the hotel that evening we were told they’d run out of key cards so had to be escorted back up to our rooms every time we went out.
Bathroom was filthy (toilet clearly not cleaned) and plaster coming off the ceiling. Kids picking up bacon straight out of the hot plate and putting it back in with no one saying anything to them.
£130 per night is way over priced. Pay extra and stay in Albert Dock!
- C5427VAvickyf (8/5): Great example of a Premier Inn - Good value and a great example of a Premier inn! Great sized and comfortable room, friendly, reassuring and professional staff. Great location and alternative for staying in Liverpool city centre.
- 744sarahm744 (6/5): Tired but happy. - Cheapest hotel on the Wirral. I thought it would be the same as other Premier Inns but this one is tired. Bed not very comfy, too hot all night, hairdryer not working, electrics hanging off the wall. Masses of room for car parking outside but you get charged for it. Air con works after a fashion but goes off every 6 hours, windows don't open. Smelly public areas. My room was fairly clean even though it was tatty. If using the car park pay at the machine otherwise you don't get your discount. Wetherspoons one block away does a good breakfast at half the price. The hotel is handy for central Birkenhead and public transport but I won't stay there again. The Glen Affric brewery is open at the weekend in the evening. The beer is very good.
- garethk234 (10/5): THANK YOU CHARLAINE! - Initially this was going to be an awful review but Charlaine has really spun this stay around for me. Throughout what seemed extremely disorganised and chaotic, she still managed to wizz around the hotel and make sure everyone was happy.
Food was extremely slow coming out and she managed to keep everyone smiling making sure that nobody felt unheard or forgotten. She was seating people when it was packed, jumping from bar to reception, taking orders and never forgetting anything even when doing multiple jobs at the same time. I even saw her in the kitchen at one point when I went for a bathroom break.
She was very intricate in asking about my allergy that is unheard of (I am severely allergic to legumes) making sure that I was pleased and safe. She even polished my cutlery fresh, opened new napkins for me, sprayed my table top to bottom and the chairs with a fresh cloth AND swept underneath my table for me as she had explained that a lot of dishes come with various peas and legumes so it’s likely that there was traces all over the place. She said and i quote “those little buggers get everywhere, especially when the kids get them” and it made me chuckle.
I am also neurodivergent which I did not make known but she could sense that I was intimidated by a loud group of lads next to me and had kindly moved me away from them despite having other things to do. To notice somebody else’s discomfort when they have not said a word about it takes real attention to detail to spot and an even bigger heart to take action on it. I cannot thank Charlaine enough for her efforts.
Towards the end of the night we had a conversation about her aspirations and goals in life, in which I found out that she is a qualified accountant. I had asked why she worked in hospitality with such qualifications behind her and she had said she likes the social aspect of it and what a wise choice she has made. I have truly never met anyone so open, funny, accommodating and caring even if I only knew her for 2 evenings.
You can truly see everyone’s faces light up from guests to staff when she walks in the room. I even witnessed one of the other lodgers at the bar singing her praises and a fellow colleague hugging her and saying “Thank God you’re in!” when starting her shift.
I later joined the guest at the bar and we talked for hours about how wonderful Charlaine is.
She had kept an infectious smile on her face throughout her entire shift and did not fall short of making all the guests laugh regardless of how busy it was. She made time for everyone and could not do enough despite being told multiple times to take a break by co-workers and even guests.
I have never known anyone to be so passionate and witty at the same time and can truly say that she is an absolute gem.
I would come back just to see her again whilst praying in the back of my mind that she has moved onto bigger and better things because she truly deserves the best for the massive heart that she has.
- Deanobambino18 (10/5): Vibes at the bar - Had a great time at the bar thanks to Fern — she was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve met behind the bar. Made me feel really welcomed straight away and had a great sense of humour. Proper good vibes all round, she made the night that much better!
- 172abdulq (10/5): Fern is the best waitress I’ve ever seen in my life - Fern deserves a very high pay rise because it’ll allow her to continue to be a beacon of positivity and quality customer service. She has high understanding of customer concerns. I had mentioned that I don’t want beer in my batter and she made real effort in making sure I can enjoy a great dish (fish and chips) without compromising on my beliefs. She also was thoughtful enough to recommend dishes that’ll save money as well as satisfy my big appetite. Best service I had from a hotel because of Fern’s personality and support (p.s I’ve been to many hotels)
- rajatsB8066LN (10/5): Great service from Premier inn - Great service, especially from Fern; from the day I’ve step foot in the hotel, Fern went above and beyond. Hotel was clean and food was good
- I8632AYbenf (10/5): Lovely experience . The big three were amazing - Had a lovely stay here. Tia , Amira and fern aka the big three were amazing and so helpful . Thanks girl , would highly recommend
- markyd_13 (8/5): Member of staff was an absolute credit to the hotel! - Upon arriving there was no one at the desk. There was a button to press for someone but that had been removed? Started trying to check in on touch screen but seemed to be hassle, touch screen not very touch sensitive. Someone came over in the end. They started checking us in but that had leave us to someone else as there seemed to some sort of agro going on with what seemed to be a drug user and her sneaking someone else into her room? Wasn't really a great look for the hotel and made myself and my partner feel little uneasy tbh. I'm glad I didn't have kids with me. Had to watch the lady mouthing off as she stuffed her pockets full of free coffee and tea near the reception door! Finally got checked in with the other member of staff and went to our room. Took the stairs as we didn't want to be in the loft with the woman that had been causing all the commotion.
Went on a night out. Came back and easily got through front doors with out key and there was a friendly member of staff. Room was a lovely temperature. Great bed and bedding. Didn't sleep that well but I don't think that was down to anything in the room. Curtains were great and room was very dark...which was great for the morning! Also, the late 12pm checkout has always been a bonus!
What really made our stay though, was we decided to have breakfast there for the first time. We weren't sure how to go about it but a lovely blonde lady, we didn't see her name on her tag, but this was Saturday 4th October ....All I will say, is she went above and beyond to help us with breakfast. Explained we could pay there as we hadn't booked. She was more than attentive to our needs as we are both vegan. Just an all round lovely person, who, like I say in the title was a credit to the hotel as a staff member. The breakfast was absolutely lovely.....not often you see vegan bacon on a menu anywhere and all you can eat for £10.99 was a bargain ....and we weren't frowned upon for filling out plates for that! Look forward to coming back!
- Connector812951 (4/5): Not good enough - Floor was dirty, dust and debris was present. No fridge. The WiFi was very slow. No smart TV. Bed wasn't made during room service.
- tylercB2766AT (10/5): Always a great stay - Great service and amazing staff , night staff service is on point and all staff very professional, room was great and comfy also the bar is open till 3am
Big shout out to Elijah always helpful
- PeterDavis2 (10/5): Great Hotel in a good location - This Premier was only 5 minutes walk to Hamilton Square where about 10 trains an hour run into Liverpool with a good choice of stops for main attractions, which is why we chose it.
The Inn itself was as I would expect, but the staff really were very good
- 87kiand (10/5): Exemplary customer service - Katie and mark at the front were very welcoming especially since I didn’t know if I was in the right hotel in the first place super friendly and helpful.
- Dreamer47618667279 (10/5): highly recommend!! - excellent stay! coming into the carpark was a bit worrisome but once in the building everything is as it should be.
all the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist emma who went out of her way to make our stay super comfortable!
i always have the best stays at premier inns but this one went above and beyond
- Hayelord (8/5): Very good (despite messy surrounding buildings!) - Very good once inside (outside is a bit grubby with some vacant property nearby)
Everything clean and tidy (as per usual with Premier Inn)
Lady serving tables at breakfast super friendly and helpful - great to start the day with someone like that.
- flojoro2022 (6/5): Nice bedroom. Yuk bathroom. - Nice local location. Bar area we didn't use but looked lovely and the food smells were rather nice.
Room itself was as you'd expect from a premier inn. Bed was big and comfortable, extra pillows available. Air con was good, as well as the tea and comfy facilities. The room was also not as small as some other premier inns we have stayed at.
The bathroom however was a different story.
Good points .... hot water and good water pressure.
Bad points ... broken shower door that got stuck every time it was slid open or closed. Mould on shower tiles. Broken vanity unit. Cobwebs / dust along the edges of the broken vanity unit, which was a lot! It almost looked like it was crumbling or held together with paper glue. No ventilation / extractor fan in the bathroom either.
- Lafayettebound (8/5): Superb welcome - I'd give 10 stars for the absolutely golden receptionist, who made my stay an absolute joy.
I had one of the tastiest pizzas ever.
The bed was extremely comfortable, as was everything about the room.
The one star was lost by those little things that a huge company like this should see to:
slamming doors in the stairwell; a broken "call for staff" button on the check in desk that wasn't a recent problem; mould and dirt on the wall and ceiling above the bathroom door.
But the friendliest welcome ever, so I'd definitely return.
- meetoo99 (2/5): Great hotel terrible car park payment system. - We stayed for 5 days. The hotel is acceptable, the staff were great. However the car park. It is run by a private company. They have no on site staff, you pay via a phone App or an on site machine. Neither the on site machine or the App would accept our non UK phone number and so we couldn't pay. During our stay I emailed the car park company outlining the problem. Their response was that they couldn't help and that I would have to appeal against the penalty notice. We later discovered it was our foreign phone number at fault. Terrible situation Premier Inn. We await the penalty notice / fine.
- 863hughw (10/5): Excellent service - The friendly helpfulness of all the staff was especially appreciated. The bedroom was very comfortable and breakfast just what we expected.
- sandrasB9805YI (10/5): Great Stay - My room and bathroom were immaculate and the team members I saw were very friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay there again in the future.
- TONYVOLLER (4/5): Business stay - It’s quite an experience because you have to go through an old disused TGI Friday car park which is screwed with rubbish junk etc !!
Also quite dark
The room are acceptable clean and tidy
I did mention to reception on three occasions that the lift to the floors was absolutely filthy
They couldn’t care less
For that reason we didn’t eat in the
Restaurant
Just makes you think of the hygiene standards behind the scenes
- 358livm (10/5): A staff team to be proud of and a fantastic stay. - I was here for work and couldn’t have had a better stay! All the staff on shift between 1st and 3rd were incredible! I’m writing this a day early of my check out because I already know they’ll be amazing tomorrow too. They were the kindest bunch of people and as a manager I’d be proud to say they were part of my team! Room was spotless and food was great too!
- patrickdQ6061UA (8/5): Very good clean. Staff friendly - Water was warm to cold.
When I had my morning shower.
Breakfast was good.
Coffee machine. Was fix quickly
I think one more staff at breakfast for the rush.
- maffski (2/5): Very poor. - Location is good. The room was very dirty lots of dust on surfaces and there were several hairs on the bed. I had the meal plan the cooked breakfast was poor the poached eggs came out fried and over done and the hash browns were like greasy mush. Evening meal was a handful of greasy fries and mushy fish, it was the type you get frozen in a box. All staff I encountered were very polite and friendly.
- mohamedsF7771KA (10/5): Had. Brilliant stay - Had a great time staying at Hagley Road Premier Inn for 1 night on 24 August 2025 . The Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The second floor room we were allocated looked brand new . It was very spacious. There was only 1 bath towel in the bathroom but the Receptionist gave us an extra 2 towels when we asked for another towel . No complaints whatsoever.
- Vinoth0307 (4/5): Not so great experience. - The Room size , cleanliness , restaurant staff and the breakfast are all of top quality. My family really enjoyed it.
But we are really disappointed with the reception staff and the check-in process which spoiled the whole experience. Firstly, the staff checked us into a wrong room. I carried all the luggage and my infant to the room only to find that it was already occupied. The staff has no idea when I got back to her and was waiting in the reception for good 30 minutes. She sorted it and gave key for a different room which she could have done without making us wait. By this time, my infant got upset and started crying. Worst part, is the staff warned us about the noise complaint due to my infant cry. I was really upset that all this could have been avoided if she had done her job correctly instead of blaming my baby. Really disappointed with the her behaviour and attitude towards my family.
- W5351EZkarent (6/5): Amazing welcome, by the one team member that was there. - When we checked in we were met by a lovely young lady by the name if Jas, she was bright happy & smiling. Little mix up with room key but quickly sorted. Room was lovely and clean as was the bathroom. We had the meal deal booked for evening and breakfast, the choice of menu was very poor curry, spag bol, fish and chips or pizza with puddings being ice cream, brownie or fruit salad. Very poor value. The bar was run by happy Jas as was the kitchen, she cooked our meal she was then seen to be making beds!!!, apart from a young man who didn't seem to know what to do, she was the only staff member in the building!!! Not at all safe. Not very happy with the way this premier inn was run. Jas was amazing always smiling and doing her best.
- BhupinderChane (10/5): Clean and Friendly, but AC Let Us Down - The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-presented. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay, which was disappointing as it was a key reason for choosing this hotel. As a result, the room temperature was quite uncomfortable. We hope this issue is addressed soon, as the hotel has great potential otherwise.
- loubiel2025 (2/5): Disgusting - Never in my life will I stay at this hotel again! Staff are rude and don’t care that you need to be served they just stand there talking. The breakfast is vile I had the full English but didn’t end up eating any of it it wasn’t very nice I did mention it too the member of staff but they wasn’t interested and wouldn’t give me a refund. Also we ended up leavening the hotel early due to noise and the room wasn’t clean there was cereal under the bed , bath was mucky, bed sheets had stains on them. When I left the hotel I got back home to find out my house keys weren’t in my bag so I travelled back too the hotel to check the room to find my photos outta my bag thrown on the floor but no keys. It seems to me that someone was in my room . Crossiants was warmed up in the microwave.I will be making a formal complaint to premier inn.
- milliel644 (2/5): A hostel NOT hotel - We had 4 rooms and several things went wrong during our 4-5 day stay.
Room 15 - no air conditioning, the room was boiling. We asked them to fix it, no feedback. When we went to desk they told us it was fixed but still, no air was coming out. Eventually a fan was offered for a room where the windows cannot be opened.
Room 19 - the hair dryer was broken, it only blew old air. I asked them for a change but they never came.
Room 42 - the bathroom door lock was broken. We reported it but after 5 days nothing was done. They didn’t even give us an update.
None of our rooms was ever cleaned during the Tuesday - Monday (5 day) stay. Apparently there’s a tag on the door and you need to hand it to the reception to request for a clean. No one explained this to us when we checked in. We checked in at different times, but this information was continently forgotten every single time??!!!
